Anne Frank opnieuw uitgenomen, nu door Ilja Pfeijffer

Ongelofelijk maar waar: nadat de bekrompen hufters Leon de Winter en Jessica Durlacher onbeschaamd over de rug van Anne Frank, godbetert een toneelstuk annex vreetfestijn organiseerden, is het nu de beurt aan Pfeijffer om geld te verdienen over de rug van dit door de nazi’s vermoorde kind…….

Blijkbaar durfde Pfeijffer het niet aan een toneelstuk te schrijven, zonder de naam van Anne Frank te noemen….. Immers Anne Frank staat garant voor grote belangstelling in binnen- en buitenland…… Pfeijfer moet wel ontzettend aan z’n eigen capaciteiten als broodschrijver hebben getwijfeld, om de naam van Anne Frank te willen misbruiken voor z’n flutstuk….. Als excuus voerde deze knurft aan dat hij het Dagboek van Anne Frank heeft gebruikt ‘als startpunt voor de verbeelding……..’ Daarmee geeft Pfeijfer in feite aan onkundig te zijn geweest met ‘zijn verbeelding’ te beschrijven hoe het was voor ondergedoken mensen om samen te leven met andere onderduikers, maar dan gebaseerd op gefingeerde personen……. Ongelofelijk!

Gisteren in OVT acteur Hajo Bruins en ‘Anne frank historicus’ David Barnouw, die werden ‘geïnterviewd’ door de monkelende sufferd Jos ‘undsoweiter, et cetera, enzovoort’ Palm. Deze figuren gaven te kennen dat het door Pfeijffer geschreven stuk (zoals gezegd) eigenlijk een gefantaseerd stuk is, waar deze ‘schrijver’ het wel kies vond om de namen van Otto en Anne Frank te misbruiken (uiteraard mijn woorden). Er schijnt veel in te worden gescholden, wat Palm afdeed als poldertaal en polderen……. Waar ‘t op slaat, Joost uh Jos mag het weten……

Er kwamen in het gesprek uitspraken voor als: ‘Anne Frank is publiek bezit……’ Alsof ze ‘t over een prostituee hadden. Uiteraard zit er een verkrachting in het stuk, dat is immers altijd goed voor de sensatiezoekers onder de parasieten, die men mens noemt……..

De meest smerige uitspraak van (ik dacht), de acteur was wel dat iedereen die een concentratiekamp heeft overleefd wel een misdadiger moet zijn…… Excuseer mensen: GODGLOEIENDEGODVERDOMME!!!! Hoe durft dit geteisem te oordelen over de arme drommels die de hel van de vernietigingskampen hebben overleefd, mensen die voor de rest van hun leven zwaar getraumatiseerd waren (en zijn)….. Hoe de figuur die dit meldde daarop kwam? Simpel, een overlevende van de doodskampen moet wel brood hebben gestolen van diens buurman (in de ogen van deze figuur is ofwel de man het slachtoffer, of alleen mannen hebben de kampen overleefd….)…… Met andere woorden: in feite zijn die overlevenden misdadigers, mannen die lotgenoten willens en wetens hebben omgebracht door hun eten te stelen………

Mensen, boycot dit godvergeten toneelstuk en zegt het voort! Eén troost: je hoeft je niet meer te schamen (mocht je dat al doen) als je de boeken van Pfeijffer niet gelezen hebt, sterker nog: in de toekomst spreekt dit in jouw voordeel, zoals dit het geval is met boeken van de Winter en Durlacher!!

Opvallend dat de uitspraken, zoals hiervoor beschreven, bij niemand in de studio enige wrevel opwekten…… Wat een zootje!!

JFK de moord: de macht van de geheime diensten gecombineerd met die van het militair-industrieel complex

Het volgende artikel geschreven door Ray McGovern was nog niet gepubliceerd of Trump beloofde ook de rest van de JFK documenten vrij te geven, terwijl hij eerder onder druk van de CIA en NSA 300 pagina’s achterhield.

Daarmee was de kop van het McGovern artikel achterhaald, al moeten we eerst nog zien, of Trump kan leveren, immers de geheime diensten hebben hem bijna volledig in hun macht gekregen met de Russia-gate leugens*.

Verder een artikel met alweer toch een aantal nieuwe feiten, waaruit de conclusie bijna niet is te vermijden dat de CIA heeft meegewerkt aan de moord op J.F. Kennedy, uiteraard in opdracht en samenwerking met het militair-industrieel complex. Kennedy was van plan de aanwezige troepen uit Zuid-Vietnam terug te trekken, dat zou deze industrie een paar miljard dollar aan winst kosten…… Uiteraard was de mislukte invasie op Cuba een stevige plank aan de doodskist van Kennedy, men heeft hem nooit vergeven dat hij geen troepen stuurde naar Cuba om de gevangen genomen militairen te bevrijden, sterker nog: Kennedy ontsloeg de verantwoordelijken voor het Bay of Pigs incident…..

Truman, de ex-president plaatste een maand na de moord op Kennedy een artikel in de Washington Post, waarin hij pleitte de macht van de CIA aan banden te leggen, dit werd niet herhaald in de late editie van deze krant en werd gemeden door de rest van de reguliere media in de VS, terwijl Truman NB de CIA had opgezet in 1947……….

The Deep State’s JFK Triumph Over Trump

 Fifty-four years after President Kennedy’s assassination, the CIA and FBI demanded more time to decide what secrets to keep hiding – and a chastened President Trump bowed to their power, observes ex-CIA analyst Ray McGovern.
(CN) — It was summer 1963 when a senior official of CIA’s operations directorate treated our Junior Officer Trainee (JOT) class to an unbridled rant against President John F. Kennedy. He accused JFK, among other things, of rank cowardice in refusing to send U.S. armed forces to bail out Cuban rebels pinned down during the CIA-launched invasion at the Bay of Pigs, blowing the chance to drive Cuba’s Communist leader Fidel Castro from power.
It seemed beyond odd that a CIA official would voice such scathing criticism of a sitting President at a training course for those selected to be CIA’s future leaders. I remember thinking to myself, “This guy is unhinged; he would kill Kennedy, given the chance.”
Our special guest lecturer looked a lot like E. Howard Hunt, but more than a half-century later, I cannot be sure it was he. Our notes from such training/indoctrination were classified and kept under lock and key.
At the end of our JOT orientation, we budding Agency leaders had to make a basic choice between joining the directorate for substantive analysis or the operations directorate where case officers run spies and organize regime changes (in those days, we just called the process overthrowing governments).
I chose the analysis directorate and, once ensconced in the brand new headquarters building in Langley, Virginia, I found it strange that subway-style turnstiles prevented analysts from going to the “operations side of the house,” and vice versa. Truth be told, we were never one happy family.
I cannot speak for my fellow analysts in the early 1960s, but it never entered my mind that operatives on the other side of the turnstiles might be capable of assassinating a President – the very President whose challenge to do something for our country had brought many of us to Washington in the first place. But, barring the emergence of a courageous whistleblower-patriot like Daniel Ellsberg, Chelsea Manning or Edward Snowden, I do not expect to live long enough to learn precisely who orchestrated and carried out the assassination of JFK.
And yet, in a sense, those particulars seem less important than two main lessons learned: (1) If a President can face down intense domestic pressure from the power elite and turn toward peace with perceived foreign enemies, then anything is possible. The darkness of Kennedy’s murder should not obscure the light of that basic truth; and (2) There is ample evidence pointing to a state execution of a President willing to take huge risks for peace. While no post-Kennedy president can ignore that harsh reality, it remains possible that a future President with the vision and courage of JFK might beat the odds – particularly as the American Empire disintegrates and domestic discontent grows.
I do hope to be around next April after the 180-day extension for release of the remaining JFK documents. But – absent a gutsy whistleblower – I wouldn’t be surprised to see in April, a Washington Post banner headline much like the one that appeared Saturday: “JFK files: The promise of revelations derailed by CIA, FBI.”
The New Delay Is the Story
You might have thought that almost 54 years after Kennedy was murdered in the streets of Dallas – and after knowing for a quarter century the supposedly final deadline for releasing the JFK files – the CIA and FBI would not have needed a six-month extension to decide what secrets that they still must hide.
Journalist Caitlin Johnstone hits the nail on the head in pointing out that the biggest revelation from last week’s limited release of the JFK files is “the fact that the FBI and CIA still desperately need to keep secrets about something that happened 54 years ago.”
What was released on Oct. 26, was a tiny fraction of what had remained undisclosed in the National Archives. To find out why, one needs to have some appreciation of a 70-year-old American political tradition that might be called “fear of the spooks.”
That the CIA and FBI are still choosing what we should be allowed to see concerning who murdered John Kennedy may seem unusual, but there is hoary precedent for it. After JFK’s assassination on Nov. 22, 1963, the well-connected Allen Dulles, whom Kennedy had fired as CIA director after the Bay of Pigs fiasco, got himself appointed to the Warren Commission and took the lead in shaping the investigation of JFK’s murder.
By becoming de facto head of the Commission, Dulles was perfectly placed to protect himself and his associates, if any commissioners or investigators were tempted to question whether Dulles and the CIA played any role in killing Kennedy. When a few independent-minded journalists did succumb to that temptation, they were immediately branded – you guessed it – “conspiracy theorists.”
And so, the big question remains: Did Allen Dulles and other “cloak-and-dagger” CIA operatives have a hand in John Kennedy’s assassination and subsequent cover-up? In my view and the view of many more knowledgeable investigators, the best dissection of the evidence on the murder appears in James Douglass’s 2008 book, JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He Died and Why It Matters.
After updating and arraying the abundant evidence, and conducting still more interviews, Douglass concludes that the answer to the big question is Yes. Reading Douglass’s book today may help explain why so many records are still withheld from release, even in redacted form, and why, indeed, we may never see them in their entirety.
Truman: CIA a Frankenstein?
When Kennedy was assassinated, it must have occurred to former President Harry Truman, as it did to many others, that the disgraced Allen Dulles and his associates might have conspired to get rid of a President they felt was soft on Communism – and dismissive of the Deep State of that time. Not to mention their vengeful desire to retaliate for Kennedy’s response to the Bay of Pigs fiasco. (Firing Allen Dulles and other CIA paragons of the Deep State for that fiasco simply was not done.)
Exactly one month after John Kennedy was killed, the Washington Post published an op-ed by Harry Truman titled “Limit CIA Role to Intelligence.” The first sentence read, “I think it has become necessary to take another look at the purpose and operations of our Central Intelligence Agency.”
Strangely, the op-ed appeared only in the Post’s early edition on Dec. 22, 1963. It was excised from that day’s later editions and, despite being authored by the President who was responsible for setting up the CIA in 1947, the all-too-relevant op-ed was ignored in all other major media.
Truman clearly believed that the spy agency had lurched off in what Truman thought were troubling directions. He began his op-ed by underscoring “the original reason why I thought it necessary to organize this Agency … and what I expected it to do.” It would be “charged with the collection of all intelligence reports from every available source, and to have those reports reach me as President without Department ‘treatment’ or interpretations.”
Truman then moved quickly to one of the main things clearly bothering him. He wrote “the most important thing was to guard against the chance of intelligence being used to influence or to lead the President into unwise decisions.”
It was not difficult to see this as a reference to how one of the agency’s early directors, Allen Dulles, tried to trick President Kennedy into sending U.S. forces to rescue the group of invaders who had landed on the beach at the Bay of Pigs in April 1961 with no chance of success, absent the speedy commitment of U.S. air and ground support. The planned mouse-trapping of the then-novice President Kennedy had been underpinned by a rosy “analysis” showing how this pin-prick on the beach would lead to a popular uprising against Fidel Castro.
Wallowing in the Bay of Pigs
Arch-Establishment figure Allen Dulles was offended when young President Kennedy, on entering office, had the temerity to question the CIA’s Bay of Pigs plans, which had been set in motion under President Dwight Eisenhower. When Kennedy made it clear he would not approve the use of U.S. combat forces, Dulles set out, with supreme confidence, to give the President no choice except to send U.S. troops to the rescue.
Coffee-stained notes handwritten by Allen Dulles were discovered after his death and reported by historian Lucien S. Vandenbroucke. In his notes, Dulles explained that, “when the chips were down,” Kennedy would be forced by “the realities of the situation” to give whatever military support was necessary “rather than permit the enterprise to fail.”
The “enterprise” which Dulles said could not fail was, of course, the overthrow of Fidel Castro. After mounting several failed operations to assassinate Castro, this time Dulles meant to get his man, with little or no attention to how Castro’s patrons in Moscow might react eventually. (The next year, the Soviets agreed to install nuclear missiles in Cuba as a deterrent to future U.S. aggression, leading to the Cuban Missile Crisis).
In 1961, the reckless Joint Chiefs of Staff, whom then-Deputy Secretary of State George Ball later described as a “sewer of deceit,” relished any chance to confront the Soviet Union and give it, at least, a black eye. (One can still smell the odor from that sewer in many of the documents released last week.)
But Kennedy stuck to his guns, so to speak. A few months after the abortive invasion of Cuba — and his refusal to send the U.S. military to the rescue — Kennedy fired Dulles and his co-conspirators and told a friend that he wanted to “splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds.” Clearly, the outrage was mutual.
When JFK and the Unspeakable: Why He Died and Why It Matters came out, the mainstream media had an allergic reaction and gave it almost no reviews. It is a safe bet, though, that Barack Obama was given a copy and that this might account in some degree for his continual deference – timorousness even – toward the CIA.
Could fear of the Deep State be largely why President Obama felt he had to leave the Cheney/Bush-anointed CIA torturers, kidnappers and black-prison wardens in place, instructing his first CIA chief, Leon Panetta, to become, in effect, the agency’s lawyer rather than take charge? Is this why Obama felt he could not fire his clumsily devious Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who had to apologize to Congress for giving “clearly erroneous” testimony under oath in March 2013? Does Obama’s fear account for his allowing then-National Security Agency Director Keith Alexander and counterparts in the FBI to continue to mislead the American people, even though the documents released by Edward Snowden showed them – as well as Clapper – to be lying about the government’s surveillance activities?
Is this why Obama fought tooth and nail to protect CIA Director John Brennan by trying to thwart publication of the comprehensive Senate Intelligence Committee investigation of CIA torture, which was
based on original Agency cables, emails, and headquarters memos? [See here and here.]
The Deep State Today
Many Americans cling to a comforting conviction that the Deep State is a fiction, at least in a “democracy” like the United States. References to the enduring powers of the security agencies and other key bureaucracies have been essentially banned by the mainstream media, which many other suspicious Americans have come to see as just one more appendage of the Deep State.
But occasionally the reality of how power works pokes through in some unguarded remark by a Washington insider, someone like Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-New York, the Senate Minority Leader with 36 years of experience in Congress. As Senate Minority Leader, he also is an ex officio member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, which is supposed to oversee the intelligence agencies.
During a Jan. 3, 2017 interview with MSNBC’S Rachel Maddow, Schumer told Maddow nonchalantly about the dangers awaiting President-elect Donald Trump if he kept on “taking on the intelligence community.” She and Schumer were discussing Trump’s sharp tweeting regarding U.S. intelligence and evidence of “Russian hacking” (which both Schumer and Maddow treat as flat fact).
Schumer said: “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you. So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this.”
Three days after that interview, President Obama’s intelligence chiefs released a nearly evidence-free “assessment” claiming that the Kremlin engaged in a covert operation to put Trump into office, fueling a “scandal” that has hobbled Trump’s presidency. On Monday, Russia-gate special prosecutor Robert Mueller indicted Trump’s one-time campaign manager Paul Manafort on unrelated money laundering, tax and foreign lobbying charges, apparently in the hope that Manafort will provide incriminating evidence against Trump.
So, President Trump has been in office long enough to have learned how the game is played and the “six ways from Sunday” that the intelligence community has for “getting back at you.” He appears to be as intimidated as was President Obama.
Trump’s awkward acquiescence in the Deep State’s last-minute foot-dragging regarding release of the JFK files is simply the most recent sign that he, too, is under the thumb of what the Soviets used to call “the organs of state security.”

PS: Kennedy en dan met name zijn broer Robert gingen ook behoorlijk tekeer tegen de maffia en volgens een aantal deskundigen zou de maffia hebben samengewerkt met de geheime dienst. Lee Harvey Oswald, die Kennedy als zou hebben vermoord, werd door Jack Ruby doodgeschoten, deze zou lid van de maffia zijn geweest of daar hechte banden mee hebben gehad………

Na de vreselijke terreuraanslag in New York, waarbij 8 mensen omkwamen en 13 mensen gewond raakten, twitterde Trump, dat deze dader de doodstraf moet krijgen……. De imbeciel besefte niet dat hij met zijn uitspraak de doodstraf vrijwel onmogelijk heeft gemaakt voor deze dader (en dat is maar goed ook, de doodstraf hoort thuis in de barbaarse tijden, die de meeste westerse landen gelukkig ver achter zich hebben gelaten).

Er is nu geen jury meer te vinden , die niet bevooroordeeld zal zijn……..

Echter er is meer mis met deze uitspraak van het beest Trump. ‘Uiteraard’ begrijpt Trump, die boogt op een groot IQ, de oorzaak van dit soort aanslagen niet….. Zelf heeft Trump dit jaar al duizenden (‘onschuldige’*) mensen laten vermoorden in illegale oorlogen, die godbetert door de VS zijn begonnen, mensen die de VS niets maar dan ook helemaal niets hebben misdaan………

Daarnaast is Trump verantwoordelijk voor een onbekend maar groot aantal vermoorde mensen, die niet eens verdacht werden van wat dan ook, dit bij drone aanvallen. Al zouden er bij die aanvallen alleen verdachten worden vermoord, is dat alsnog illegaal, immers het gaat om standrechtelijke executies, ofwel ‘weldoordachte’ moordaanslagen…… Meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers van die drone aanslagen is niet eens verdacht, waar de meeste slachtoffers vrouwen en kinderen zijn……….

Zo bezien: hoe vaak zou de doodstraf moeten worden uitgesproken tegen massamoordenaar Trump, als hijzelf vindt dat je voor het doden van 8 mensen de doodstraf verdient???

Ook vreemd is het feit, dat Trump dit soort dingen niet zegt, als een idioot in de VS z’n wapens leegschiet op bijvoorbeeld winkelend publiek…… Waar deze aanslagen niet eens worden gekwalificeerd als terreur aanslagen……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! (ja ik weet ‘t, niets om te lachen in deze, maar dit feit is zo belachelijk dat je er alleen maar om kan lachen)

Overigens kan je gerust concluderen, dat de meeste aanslagplegers standrechtelijk worden geëxecuteerd door politie en/of speciale diensten, zoals dit bij de Molukkers gebeurde in De Punt in 1977 door mariniers, standrechtelijke executies waarvoor de toenmalige regering haar toestemming gaf…..**
Het viel me mee, dat de dader in New York niet werd doodgeschoten.

Vreemd deze executies daar je anders zo’n verdachte kan verhoren en zien of deze wel of geen mededaders heeft, of wie de dader voorzag van de middelen om een aanslag te plegen (immers in het verleden bleek meermaals dat geheime diensten daders van het e.e.a. voorzagen, zodat een dader daadwerkelijk een aanslag kon plegen…)….. Een voorbeeld in Nederland was de handgranaat die werd gebruikt tegen de politie in het Haagse Laakkwartier, hoewel ontkend door de overheid was het wel duidelijk dat deze granaat niet van de zwarte markt kwam en het bijna niet anders kan, dan dat de AIVD en/of de MIVD hier een rol in moet hebben gespeeld….. Kortom ‘je zou bijna concluderen’ dat de overheden er baat bij hebben daders van terreuraanslagen het zwijgen op te leggen……

Terwijl oorlogen natuurlijk nooit goed te praten zijn en hebben alle burgers in de landen die worden aangevallen, geen rol in de kromme redenen die worden aangevoerd om die oorlogen te beginnen……. Waar de VS op dat gebied wel de topterrorist is, als het gaat om het voeren van illegale oorlogen en de smerige leugens die het gebuikt om zo’n oorlog te beginnen, neem de illegale oorlog tegen Irak…… De VS heeft na WOII tot nu, meer dan 22 miljoen burgerslachtoffers vermoord in: -illegale oorlogen, -geheime militaire CIA acties, -economische oorlogsvoering (zoals de VS boycot van Irak die meer dan 1 miljoen kinderen het leven koste…), plus -het organiseren van opstanden en staatsgrepen………..

Vreemd ook dat de hiervoor genoemde media en politici nooit spreken over ‘moord’, of beter gezegd ‘massamoord’ als het gaat om het moorddadig optreden van de VS (de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde!) en haar oorlogshond de NAVO……

Bij het volgende bericht moet nog aangetekend worden, dat Groot-Brittannie alleen met haar drones al 1.000 doden heeft gemaakt, althans dat was de stand van zaken 7 maanden geleden………
In dit bericht van Middle East Eye (MEE) stelt Groot-Brittannië dat het weliswaar veel bommen heeft afgeworpen op Irak en Syrië, in totaal 3.400 (!!!), maar dat daar geen enkel burgerslachtoffer mee werd vermoord……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Mijn excuus beste bezoeker, maar om dergelijk goor lef kan ik niet anders dan lachen, ook al leent het onderwerp zich daar niet voor.

Uiteraard heeft GB daarbij een groot aantal burgers vermoord. Overigens volgt Nederland de GB-tactiek op een ander emanier, wij melden niet eens dat er burgerslachtoffers zijn gevallen bij bombardementen, noch doet ‘Defensie’ (het ministerie van Oorlog) daar onderzoek naar……..

Airwars berekende dat er in totaal sinds 2014 maar liefst 5.600 burgers zijn vermoord door VS/Britse bombardementen en raketaanvallen op Syrië en Irak. De Britten alleen deden al 1.600 luchtaanvallen uit…… Dat aantal slachtoffers lijkt me overigens een te laag aantal, gezien feiten als het bulldozeren van grote delen van West-Mosul, na de ‘bevrijding’ van terreurgroep IS, waar men de vermoorde burgerslachtoffers niet eerst onder het puin vandaan haalde……….

De VS weigerde zelfs te stoppen met bombarderen, zoals de VS deed bij de bevrijding van Raqqa….. Een vreselijke oorlogsmisdaad daar men wist dat er tienduizenden mensen opgesloten zaten……………

Nee, GB ‘heeft geen burgerslachtoffers gemaakt’ tijdens 1.600 luchtaanvallen en het afwerpen van 3.400 bommen, hoe komt u erbij………?????

Britain Drops More Than 3,400 Bombs in Syria and Iraq, Claims No Civilians Died

(MEE) — Royal Air Force drones and jets have dropped more than 3,400 bombs and missiles on Islamic State fighters in Iraq and Syria, an investigation by Middle East Eye has revealed, yet the British government maintains that there is “no evidence” they have killed a single civilian.
The vast quantities of ordnance dropped since the start of Operation Shader against IS in 2014 seriously undermines the claim by ministers that the RAF has not caused any civilian casualties in the three-year-long bombing campaign, and has prompted calls for an investigation.
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) does not routinely release statistics on the numbers of weapons used over Iraq and Syria, but an MEE analysis has combined weekly updates of operations in the region and information collated by campaign group Drone Wars.

It shows that up to the end of September UK forces have dropped at least 3,482 bombs and missiles in the battle against IS, including 2,089 Paveway IV bombs and 486 Brimstone missiles dropped by Typhoon and Tornado jets.
RAF Reaper drones have also fired 724 Hellfire missiles at IS targets.
The figures are conservative as MoD updates sometimes do not specify the number of bombs or missiles used in a strike, and last night MoD officials admitted that a further 86 bombs and missiles had been dropped in recent weeks.
The weapon of choice for RAF jets is the Paveway IV precision-guided bomb, but they have also fired large numbers of the more accurate Brimstone missile, which was originally designed as an anti-tank weapon but has been used extensively by the RAF to target IS snipers and vehicles.
The government describes the Brimstone as the most accurate weapon available that can be fired by aircraft, and they are conservatively estimated to cost £100,000 each; heavier Paveway IV bombs are estimated to cost £30,000 each, and Hellfire, fired by the Reaper drone fleet, cost £71,300 each.
Islamic State is in retreat in Iraq and Syria after a US-led bombing campaign which saw the RAF fly more than 8,000 sorties and killed more than 3,000 IS militants. A spike in weapons releases came earlier this summer, when RAF Typhoons and Tornadoes joined the coalition and Kurdish effort to liberate Mosul.
Islamic State regularly used “human shields” in built-up areas, but despite this and the scale of the ordnance dropped by the RAF, the MoD maintains it has “no evidence” that its strikes have caused any civilian casualties – a position now roundly rejected by defence analysts and opposition parties.
“Our armed forces are among the best in the world, so they will be among the most discerning and accurate when it comes to targeting,” Liberal Democrat leader Vince Cable, told MEE.
“However, it is, at the very best, implausible that our heavy involvement could not have caused civilian deaths. We must not knock our armed services, but, equally, the government has to be honest in its assessment of damage caused in conflict.”
The US Air Force, which leads the anti-Islamic State coalition, says it has caused 786 civilians deaths in the three-year-long air war, but despite saying the air war is the “most challenging fight in decades”, the RAF has made so such assessment.
Earlier this month the minister of state for the British armed forces, Mark Lancaster, told parliament that the government “had been able to discount RAF involvement in any civilian casualties”.
The RAF says it takes all steps to minimise civilian casualties, but it has conducted more than 1,600 strikes in Iraq and Syria – more than any other coalition country bar the US.
Reacting to the figures, military aviation experts and campaigners have said that it is no longer credible for the MoD to maintain that has not killed any civilians as part of the three-year-long operation to defeat Islamic State.
Samuel Oakford, a spokesperson for Airwars, a group which monitors civilian casualties from international air strikes in the region, told MEE: “The UK’s claim that no British air strikes in Iraq or Syria have led to civilian deaths has always been difficult to believe.
“Based on the coalition’s own civilian casualty reporting, it is extremely unlikely that a coalition member as active as the UK would have not had a hand in a single civilian death.
“As the campaign continues into its fourth year and more data about British involvement such as this is compiled, the MoD’s claim is becoming increasingly absurd.”
Over the course of the last 12 months the focus of the air battle against IS, which the MoD calls Daesh, has shifted from the Iraqi city of Mosul, which fell in July, to Raqqa in Syria.
But MEE analysis shows that the overwhelming majority of RAF weapons released took place against IS fighters in Iraq with 3,000 strikes, while a total of 482 bombs and missiles were dropped over Syria, prompting fears of blowback in the UK.
“Turning a blind eye to the consequences of air strikes and pretending they are somehow now ‘risk free’ is naive in the extreme,” said Chris Cole, director of campaign Drone Wars UK.
“Unless we begin to understand and acknowledge the true cost of our ongoing wars in the Middle East, we are likely to pay a high price in the future.”
Zero casualties
Airwars, which works with the RAF and US Air Force to report suspected civilian casualties, says that at least 5,600 civilians have been killed by coalition strikes.
In July there were reports that Iraqi soldiers used bulldozers to hide the bodies of hundreds of civilians killed in the final days of the battle for Mosul.
MEE’s analysis shows that during the fight for the Iraqi city, RAF Typhoons and Tornadoes dropped dozens of Paveway IV bombs on IS fighters in the city.
However, the MoD does not have troops on the ground in the region carrying out battle damage assessment of sites struck by RAF munitions.

Instead it carries out the assessments from video evidence captured from the air, a technique that has been dismissed as ineffective by other coalition allies.
The RAF says it takes “all possible precautions to avoid civilian casualties”, but Amnesty International has previously expressed serious concerns about the air war’s toll on civilians. In a report earlier this year, it found the battle for West Mosul had caused a “civilian catastrophe”.
Civilians were being ruthlessly exploited by IS, which had moved them into conflict zones, used them as human shields, and prevented escape. They were also being subjected to “relentless and unlawful attacks” by Iraqi forces and the US-led coalition.
A source in the RAF told Middle East Eye: “Given the ruthless and inhuman behaviour of our adversary, including the deliberate use of human shields, we must accept that the risk of inadvertent civilian casualties is ever present, particularly in the complex and congested urban environment within which we operate.”
The source added that all missions were “meticulously planned” and there was no suggestion that UK forces have committed war crimes.
However, there are fears that by failing to fully address the issue of civilian casualties, the MoD is not presenting the full picture of Britain’s campaign against Islamic State.
Iain Overton, the executive director of Action on Armed Violence, said: “If the RAF can claim zero civilian casualties, then the argument for more air strikes stands.
“They can justify such by pointing at the issue of proportionality and IHL [international humanitarian law], they can claim that their kills are ‘clean’. Perhaps they are, but they don’t present the evidence to prove they are – not meaningfully.”
The MoD said in a statement on Wednesday: “Only by defeating Daesh for good will we reduce the threat to us here at home. British forces have crippled Daesh since 2014 and the RAF will continue to strike the terrorists hard where they plan their campaign of hate in both Syria and Iraq.
“We have no evidence that RAF strikes have caused civilian casualties.
“We recognise the challenge faced by coalition pilots in close urban fighting against a ruthless terrorist enemy that uses civilians as human shields, but are clear that to do nothing would leave cities in the hands of Daesh brutality.
“We do everything we can to minimise the risk through the rigorous targeting processes and the professionalism of our RAF crews.”

Rutte 3: een kabinet met onervaren sukkels met ten minste een paar leden waar we van weten dat ze ronduit schoften zijn (neem de grijnzende VVD sukkel Rutte, VVD opperhufter Zijlstra en CDA drollenpoetser Grapperhaus*). Een kabinet met op een paar ministeries 2 ministers, een kabinet dat werkt met een regeerakkoord dat bol staat van de leugens >> het recept voor een voortijdige val…..

Althans als de oppositie zich nu eens echt gaat gedragen zoals het een oppositie betaamt, dus geen dealtjes in achterkamertjes, maar van meet af aan inzetten op de val van dit inhumane neoliberale kabinet. Een kabinet voor de grote bedrijven en de welgestelden, waar de onderlaag al weer zal worden gepakt…….. Elke zich respecterende partij die meent volksvertegenwoordiging te zijn en nog iets begrijpt van onrecht, moraliteit en ethiek, kan niet anders dan dit kabinet zo snel mogelijk ten gronde richten!!!

NAVO oefent op een nucleaire aanval tegen ‘een denkbeeldige vijand’, ofwel Rusland……….

DE NAVO is van 16 t/m 27 oktober bezig met een grootscheepse oefening in een aanval met nucleaire wapens tegen Rusland…….. Deze oefening heet ‘Steadfast Noon’ (ha! ha! ha!) en schijnt volgens ‘deskundigen’ eigenlijk elk jaar te worden gehouden……. Nooit van gehoord, dergelijke agressieve oefeningen, waarin het westen zich voorbereid op de vernietiging van de aarde zoals wij die kennen…….

Men zou dit jaar weinig aandacht aan deze oefening hebben willen geven, vanwege de te verwachten tegenstand van de bevolking aldus de Wall Street Journal……. De bevolking in de VS mag blij zijn, dat ze er nog iets over horen, hier kwam ik het toevallig op een buitenlandse site tegen en als ik me niet vergis op het blog van Stan van Houcke…… Ach ja, dergelijk nieuws past niet in de belachelijke pogingen om zoveel mogelijk positief nieuws te brengen, tja dan moet je mensen niet ongerust maken over dergelijke schandalige provocaties van de VS en haar oorlogshond NAVO aan het adres van Rusland……. (overigens doen ook Nederlandse F16’s mee aan deze waanzinnige oefening…..) En dan maar zeuren over het veel te kleine budget voor het zwaar geld verspillende ministerie van defensie, uh ik bedoel van nucleaire oorlog……

Trouwens die F16’s vielen toch met bossen uit de lucht? Daarvoor moesten we toch de peperdure JSF aanschaffen? De JSF een straalvliegtuig dat de aanduiding ‘straaljager’ niet mag dragen, vanwege de vele tekortkomingen t.o.v. echte moderne straaljagers, het onding kan zich nog net met de A-10 Thunderbolt straaljager uit de 70er jaren meten……. Dit tegen een prijs van meer dan 4,5 miljard euro aan belastinggeld…….

In het eerste artikel van ‘EIR’ onder dit schrijven heeft men nog enigszins kritiek op deze oefening, hoewel daar onterecht kritiek wordt geuit op de Russische oefening Zapad 2017. Het artikel daaronder van The DRIVE is pas echt onvervalste oorlogshitserij en één grote lobby voor de VS, de NAVO en het militair-industrieel complex, kortom een berg leugens waar je koud van wordt……… Rusland is de kwaaie pier die ongelofelijk agressief tekeergaat in Oost-Europa……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Terwijl de NAVO de ene grootschalige militaire oefening na de andere houdt langs de Russische grens, een grens waar de NAVO, een agressieve oorlogszuchtige organisatie, ver van weg had moeten blijven, dit volgens de afspraak die in 1991 werd gesloten met de Russische (Sovjet) president Gorbatsjov……

De VS heeft een opstand en een coup gekocht (met 4,5 miljard dollar!!) en mogelijk gemaakt in Oekraïne, maar Rusland is agressief bezig…….. De VS en de EU vinden het prima dat een neonazi-junta o.l.v. de enorm corrupte Porosjenko de inwoners van Oost-Oekraïne belaagt met neonazi-bataljons, maar Rusland is agressief bezig…….. Als je de westerse reguliere media en het overgrote deel van de westerse politici hoort, zou Rusland haar leger hebben samengetrokken in Oost-Oekraïne….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Als Rusland zich daar werkelijk had opgehouden en gevochten, waren de neonazi’s, inclusief de Porosjenko kliek allang het land uit gelazerd door de Russen!!

Nee. de VS is een geweldig land dat deze eeuw: -‘nog maar’ 4 illegale oorlogen is begonnen, -minstens 3 coups heeft georganiseerd en geregisseerd, -een onbekend aantal geheime (militaire) CIA missies heeft uitgevoerd in het buitenland, -een enorm aantal mensen standrechtelijk geëxecuteerd middels drones, waarbij voor meer dan 90% niet eens verdachte mensen, dus vooral vrouwen en kinderen, werden vermoord…. en tot slot -bijvoorbeeld een land als Venezuela financieel naar de knoppen heeft geholpen, d.m.v. een smerige economische oorlog (= zware terreur!!)……. In totaal heeft de VS (met NAVO hulp) deze eeuw al meer dan 2 miljoen mensen vermoord……… Ondanks dat Rusland dit soort enorme misdaden niet heeft begaan en qua doden zelfs niet in de schaduw kan staan van de VS, wordt Rusland als agressief aangewezen…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

Terug naar de nucleaire militaire oefening: vergeet daarbij niet, dat de VS vorig jaar heeft aangekondigd, dat het kernwapens niet langer als een afschrikkingswapen ziet, maar als een wapen waarmee een eerste aanval moet kunnen worden uitgevoerd…… Nadat hare kwaadaardigheid May medio vorig jaar aan het bewind kwam in Groot-Brittannië, stelde zij hetzelfde……… Daar was uiteraard amper aandacht voor in de reguliere westerse media en bij de neoliberale westerse politici*, maar toen Rusland een paar maanden na May als reactie hetzelfde durfde te zeggen, leek het wel of de doos van Pandora was opengetrokken, niet door de VS en GB, maar door Rusland, de media en politici gingen tekeer alsof Armageddon was aangebroken…..

Daarover gesproken: in het tweede artikel ook aandacht voor de Russische oefening Zapad 2017, die NB eens in de 4 jaar wordt gehouden. Voorafgaand aan die oefening sloegen de voornoemde media en politici op tilt. Deze oefening zou namelijk de opmaat zijn naar een Russische aanval op Oostelijk deel van de EU……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Als u het niet heeft gevolgd, zal het u niet verbazen dat de reguliere media toen bomvol anti-Russische lulkoek stonden……. Lulkoek die u ook in het tweede artikel hieronder tegenkomt.

NATO Conducts Nuclear Military Exercise in Semi-Secrecy

Oct. 18, 2017 (EIRNS)—NATO has begun its annual nuclear exercise, “Steadfast Noon,” if not in secret, certainly with a very low profile, since it was not loudly announced as NATO exercises usually are. The exercise began yesterday at the Kleine Brogel air base in Belgium and the Buchel air base in Germany, two of about a half-dozen air bases in Europe where the U.S. stores 150-200 B-61 nuclear bombs. During the exercise, crews with Belgian F-16s and German Tornados, and likely also from the U.S. and Italy, will practice conducting nuclear missions. Polish F-16s and Czech Air Force Gripens are also thought to be participating in support roles.

The low profile of the exercise, explains the Wall Street Journal, is that NATO’s nuclear drills are sensitive, due to the domestic politics of a number of participating countries. A NATO official told the Journal that nuclear exercises remain a “delicate balancing act among allies,” with some countries uncomfortable with public discussions and others wanting acknowledgment of the deterrent’s importance. The official said continuing these annual preparations are vital, especially as geopolitical concerns increase.

Hans Kristensen, the director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, in a blog posting yesterday, notes NATO’s hypocrisy in refusing to openly acknowledge Steadfast Noon.

“The secrecy of the exercise is interesting because NATO only a few weeks ago complained that Russia was not being transparent about its Zapad exercise,” Kristensen writes. “Seems like both sides could do better.”

NATO has quietly begun an annual exercise to practice how it might launch a nuclear attack during a crisis. The drills follow massive Russian war games along its borders with the alliance, including a test of new nuclear intercontinental ballistic missile, as well as increasing reports of electronic and cyber attacks likely originating in Russia.
On Oct. 16, 2017, NATO personnel in Belgium and Germany kicked off this latest iteration of the alliance’s main nuclear deterrence exercise, nicknamed Steadfast Noon. Publicly available U.S. military documents describe its main goal simply as “operations plan validation.” This year’s iteration involves operations at Kleine Brogel Air Base in Belgium and Büchel Air Base in Germany, where the United States maintains stores of B61 nuclear bombs.
The North Atlantic bloc rarely highlights the event and generally omits it from publicly available lists of upcoming exercises. The drills involve an entirely “fictional scenario,” one anonymous NATO official told The Wall Street Journal.
It’s hard not to see the exercise in the context of the Kremlin’s increasingly revanchist foreign policy, though. Since Russian troops seized control Ukraine’s Crimea region in 2014 and subsequently began actively supporting separatists seeking to break away from the central government in Kiev, NATO has adopted an increasingly more militarized posture along its eastern and southern frontiers. A proposed drawdown of American nuclear weapons on the continent has effectively been on indefinite hold ever since.
In September 2017, approximately 13,000 troops from Russia and Belarus, conducted drills along the same borders as part of the Zapad 2017 exercise. Zapad, which means “West,” occurs once every four years. Officials in Moscow insist it is defensive in nature, but it focuses on large scale, high intensity warfare, something that sounds a lot like practicing for a conflict with the western alliance.
In addition, the Russians followed up the massive conventional demonstration with a show of nuclear force, including intercontinental ballistic missile tests by its Strategic Missile Forces. One of these involved a weapon with an all-new warhead design that seems intended to defeat ballistic missile shields such as the one the NATO is presently developing. Though experts debate how serious the danger is, there is a real concern that the Kremlin has adopted a doctrine of “escalating to de-escalate,” as well, which could involve a limited nuclear strike, further underscoring the continued importance of deterrence.
On top of that, there have also been an increasing number of reported incidents of electronic and cyber harassment against alliance members and their other European partners. These almost certainly originate in Russia and highlight the tense nature of the situation despite the lack of any active conflict.
We don’t know what exactly goes into the actual Steadfast Noon drills, regardless of whether the scenario is focused on Russian threats or not, but the main goal is undoubtedly to run through what can only be heavily regimented procedures. Since the end of the Cold War, the United States has kept B61 nuclear gravity bombs at bases such as Kleine Brogel Air Base in Belgium and Büchel Air Base in Germany.
There are approximately 150 to 200 of the weapons spread out between those bases, as well as additional locations in Italy, the Netherlands, and Turkey, with the latter location becoming increasingly controversial.
The bombs are technically “tactical nuclear weapons,” though experts and advocates routinely debate the validity of this term and whether any nuclear weapon can be seen as a limited, tactical tool. Crews can set the tactical versions of the so-called “dial-a-yield” B61 to explode with the force of anywhere from 0.3 to 170 kilotons of TNT, that upper limit being more than eight times more powerful than the Fat Man bomb the United States dropped on Nagasaki in 1945. The United States is presently working on a new B61 Mod 12 version that will be a dual-purpose, tactical and strategic design that incorporates a GPS guidance system and a deep penetrating design.
As well as keeping those weapons forward deployed, the U.S. government maintained agreements with all of the hosts, save Turkey, to potentially share those bombs in an emergency. After an American commander released the weapons to those countries, Belgian and Dutch F-16 fighter jets and German and Italian Tornado multi-role combat aircraft – described as “dual-capable” conventional and nuclear aircraft for treaty purposes – would deliver them onto the specified targets. There are no American aircraft stationed at either Kleine Brogel or Büchel.
For the alliance to conduct a nuclear attack, American personnel at these bases would need to receive and input the appropriate codes into the B61’s Permissive Action Link, a fail-safe device to prevent unauthorized use, before then signing control of the weapons over to European crews. A simultaneous authorization from the host country’s government is reportedly necessary, too.
The exercise likely has conventional components, as well, since any nuclear-armed jets speeding toward their targets could need to refuel on the way to and from their targets. Since the present European dual-capable aircraft aren’t low-observable in design, other elements would need to clear the way first, which could include physically destroying enemy air defenses or launching coordinated electronic or cyber attacks to disrupt those networks. NATO even has a specific term for the aerial companion missions, SNOWCAT, or Support of Nuclear Operations With Conventional Air Tactics.
But the lack of fanfare surrounding Steadfast Noon, which by all accounts should be a very visible signal to potential enemies, highlights the alliance’s complicated relations with nuclear weapons. NATO has long had to tempter its clear desire to present a strong deterrent to potential opponents, especially an increasingly aggressive Russia, with consistent domestic political and public opposition to the presence of nuclear weapons in much of Europe.**

Conspiracy Theories Destroy Efforts to Combat the Status Quo

(TFC) — Conspiracy theories are perhaps the most destructive force inside the movement to create real change around the world. The prevalence of the theories scurrying around has created an environment in which those who would be willing to take a stand feel it’s a waste of time because the Illuminati, Jews, lizard people, Masons, Vatican, or whoever is already in control of everything. It’s hopeless to continue the fight.
Conspiracies happen. For years, I’ve pointed out real examples of government conspiracies and encouraged people to research them. The problem arises when a person, who needs to find order in the chaos seeks to connect every evil act or corrupt action to some overriding thematic element. This inevitably leads them to the conclusion that just a few people control the entire world. What is a single person to do when confronted with opposition like that? They give up.
In the case of the Vegas shooting, conspiracy theories swamped social media before the bodies were even cold. Of course, some don’t even believe there were bodies. It always happens after a tragic event. Whether it be hurricanes and HAARP or shootings and MK-Ultra; somehow it’s the work of “them”. It’s their will, and their will is infallible.
Does that sound familiar at all? Hasn’t it always been the case? If a volcano erupted and destroyed a village in ancient Rome, it was the will of Vulcan. If a flood devastated an area, it was God’s will.
Throughout history, major tragedies were simply stated to be the will of gods. These conspiracy theories suggesting some overriding conspiracy to control the world have elevated “them” to the rank of deities. They’re gods or devils, depending on your view of the incident.
How does one muster the courage to fight back against the devil himself? Why would you even try? You can’t shoot the devil in the back. He knows. What happens if you miss?
Many see the global elite as part of an organization with tentacles stretching through every entity in the world. Rather than this imagery, I would suggest seeing it as a spider web with dozens of spiders crawling on it. The rich and powerful aren’t arms of a giant organism. They’re individual actors using connections to move on their prey. There’s no singular entity controlling the world. There are a bunch of power-hungry sociopaths vying for control.
Sometimes, bad things happen and they know nothing about it. Sometimes, they orchestrate bad things. In every scenario, they’re just people. Flesh and blood. Mortal. Corruptable. Fallible. There’s no great mystery behind it. There’s no devil controlling the fate of the world and pulling the strings of the elite. There are a bunch of people acting in their own self-interest and sometimes they cooperate. Do they fall in line if someone more powerful than themselves asks for their help? Probably, to obtain favors later.
However, they are just people. They can be defeated. We can build a world where we don’t have to blame starving children, pollution, murder, genocide, and every other evil on the wills of gods and masters featured in every conspiracy theory. They aren’t better than you. They just have more money and more connections. You can beat them, but you have to get off YouTube and get in the fight.

Rex Tillerson, de huidige minister van Buitenlandse Zaken in de VS, is dezelfde schoft die eerder topgraaier was van ExxonMobile, het bedrijf dat al in de 80er jaren wist dat klimaatverandering wordt veroorzaakt door de mens, terwijl hij dit tot op de dag van vandaag ‘gewoon’ blijft ontkennen…….

Deze Tillerson, die zonder meer kan worden aangemerkt als oorlogsmisdadiger en die mede verantwoordelijk is voor de klimaatverandering en de daarbij horende natuurrampen, had het gore lef te eisen dat Iraanse milities Irak moeten verlaten, terwijl nu juist deze milities samen met de Koerden succes hadden in de bestrijding van IS (ISIS). Tegelijkertijd bestreed de VS deze terreurgroep zogenaamd middels niet bestaande, of ver uit de buurt van IS gedane bombardementen (het is zelfs bekend geworden dat de VS een paar keer een stuk woestijn heeft gebombardeerd, onder het mom IS te hebben gebombardeerd, terwijl er in kilometers omtrek geen levende ziel te vinden was…)…… Sterker nog: er zijn bewijzen, dat de VS in Irak minstens 2 keer wapens heeft geleverd aan IS…….

Dezelfde VS die schijt had aan oproepen van de VN een paar afzonderlijke landen, te stoppen met bombarderen van o.a. West-Mosul, waarbij de VS een groot aantal burgers vermoordde….. (datzelfde gebeurde onlangs weer in Raqqa) Dit terwijl de VS, m.n. middels Tillerson en VS ambassadeur bij de VN, Haley, Rusland en Syrië continu veroordelen voor het begaan van oorlogsmisdaden, waarvoor overigens telkens weer geen flinter bewijs wordt geleverd……. Rusland en Syrië besloten een paar maanden voor de bevrijding van Aleppo (bevrijding van de enorme terreur o.a. begaan door de ‘gematigde IS rebellen’) te stoppen met bombarderen, juist om zoveel mogelijk burgerslachtoffers te voorkomen……..

Waar het uiteraard haar oorlogshond de NAVO mee moet nemen, dezelfde NAVO waarvan Nederland deel uitmaakt……..

Ten overvloede nog dit: alleen deze eeuw al heeft de VS (met hulp van de NAVO en Saoedi-Arabië) meer dan 2 miljoen mensen vermoord in 4 illegale oorlogen, waarvan 3 in het Midden-Oosten en 1 in Libië…….

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Sunday demanded that Iranian “militias” leave Iraq. He was speaking at a press conference in Riyadh, where the US diplomat is holding talks with top Gulf officials.

“Certainly Iranian militias that are in Iraq, now that the fighting against [the Islamic State group] is coming to a close, those militias need to go home,” Tillerson said.
“All foreign fighters need to go home.”
There are thought to be as many as 120,000 fighters belong to the Popular Mobilisation Units (PMUs), volunteer fighting groups comprised of previously existing organisations and groups formed after a call by religious leader Ali al-Sistani in 2014 to protect Iraq from IS.
Although the groups are largely paid by the government in Baghdad, the most-established groups are ultimately loyal to Iran and have engaged in sectarian reprisals against Sunnis.
Tillerson’s Gulf visit comes as part of concerted efforts to curb Iran’s influence in the region including boosting the clout of Sunni-ruled Saudi Arabia in Iraq, where Iran backs Shia militias fighting in the north.
As well as talks with senior Saudi officials in Riyadh including King Salman, Tillerson attended a landmark meeting between Saudi Arabia and Iraq aimed at upgrading strategic ties between the Arab neighbours.
The meeting appears aimed at boosting Sunni-ruled Saudi Arabia’s clout in Shia-majority Iraq, part of a wider regional battle for influence that extends from Syria to Yemen.
Tillerson’s visit comes after President Donald Trump refused to certify the Iran nuclear deal, leaving its fate to the US Congress, and laid out an aggressive new strategy against Tehran in a bellicose speech.
“This event highlights the strength and breadth as well as the great potential of the relations between your countries,” Tillerson said at the first meeting of the joint Saudi-Iraqi coordination council in Riyadh.
Following years of tensions with Riyadh, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi hailed the meeting as an “important step toward enhancing relations,” while King Salman warned of the dangers of “extremism, terrorism, as well as attempts to destabilise our countries”.
The question of Iranian influence has also been at the heart of the diplomatic conflict between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and Tillerson headed to Doha later on Sunday for talks on defusing the crisis between two key US allies.
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt cut ties with Qatar and imposed an embargo in June, accusing it of supporting terrorism and cosying up to Iran.
Doha denies the charges and has rejected their terms for a settlement.

Tillerson made an unsuccessful attempt to resolve the dispute during a trip to the region in July.

The World’s First Floating Wind Farm Just Started Generating Electricity

(ANTIMEDIA) Scotland — Fifteen miles off the coast of Scotland, anchored to the floor of the North Sea, the world’s first floating wind farm began delivering electricity to the Scottish grid on Wednesday. Statoil, the Norwegian energy company that developed the project, says that at peak production the system will provide power to 20,000 households.
The Hywind Scotland project consists of five giant wind turbines, each extending nearly 600 feet above the water and over 250 feet below it. The turbines, which were installed in August and began producing power in September, are the first to lack a direct attachment to the seafloor. Instead, each is held in place by a trio of suction anchors.
Each of the five mammoth turbines, whose rotors are over 500 feet wide, have a six megawatt (MW) capacity, making Hywind Scotland a 30MW-producing installation. Power is transferred to land by way of underwater cables, and a partner company of Statoil plans to install a battery storage system on shore to help regulate power delivery to households.
“This marks an exciting development for renewable energy in Scotland,” First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said at an event Wednesday. “Our support for floating offshore wind is testament to this government’s commitment to the development of this technology and, coupled with Statoil’s Battery Storage Project, Batwind, puts us at the forefront of this global race and positions Scotland as a world centre for energy innovation.”
Statoil claims Hywind turbines have the potential to operate at depths of over 2,600 feet. The energy firm says this is highly advantageous because 80 percent of offshore wind resources are located far beyond the 200-foot depth limits of traditional fixed-bottom installations.
Mohamed Al Ramahi, CEO of Masdar, the company developing the Batwind battery system, says the revolutionary Hywind project is only the beginning:
“Hywind Scotland is showing that floating wind technology can be commercially viable wherever sea depths are too great for conventional fixed offshore wind power. This opens up a number of new geographies, and we are already looking at future opportunities with our partners, building on our existing international portfolio in onshore and offshore wind energy, and solar power.”

Klokkenluidershuis een fiasco, zoals voorspeld………

Het Klokkenluidershuis heeft in het jaar dat het bestaat, niet één onderzoek n.a.v. een melding afgerond, zo meldde BNR vanmorgen rond 7.48 u……..

Vreemd is het niet, daar deskundigen (en o.a. uw Azijnpisser) dit al voorspeld hebben bij de aankondiging van het Klokkenluidershuis…….

Mensen die aankloppen bij het Klokkenluidershuis moeten tekenen voor totale geheimhouding (zelfs familieleden mogen niet weten wat er mis is), totaal belachelijk daar bij deze mensen de door hen geconstateerde misstanden zo hoog zit dat ze deze in de openbaarheid willen brengen…….. Kortom het recept om mensen af te schrikken nog de klok te luiden……

Kijk ik zeg wel mislukt, maar gezien de procedure kan je niet anders concluderen dan dat het de opzet van meet af aan was klokkenluiders af te schrikken en vooral de kat niet de bel aan te binden…… Rutte 2 was en is tenslotte een kabinet voor het bedrijfsleven en niet voor de gemiddelde burgers!! (zoals Rutte 3 dit ook zal zijn)

Dan was er in maart van dit jaar nog het bericht dat een AIVD medewerker was verbonden aan het Klokkenluidershuis, een grof schandaal uiteraard en daarmee werd nogmaals bevestigd dat de overheid in feite helemaal geen klokkenluiders duldt………..

Tijd voor een strafrechtelijk onderzoek, immers klokkenluiders kunnen de overheid kapitalen besparen. Neem het bericht over de Erasmusuniversiteit dat vandaag bekend werd gemaakt, waarin werd gemeld dat het Polakgebouw op instorten zou staan, vanwege een foute vloer (die eerder 2 instortingen veroorzaakte). Er schijnt van alles mis te zijn met het gebruikte beton en de vloerconstructie. Waarschijnlijk zijn er een paar honderd van deze vloeren verwerkt in Nederlandse gebouwen. Veronderstel dat een klokkenluider was opgevallen (en wie zegt mij, dat die persoon niet bestaat) dat er van alles mis was met de constructie en het gebruikte beton (al nadat de eerste van deze vloeren waren gelegd). Als deze klokkenluider daarover naar buiten was getreden, had men daar enorme kapitalen mee kunnen besparen, die nu wel uitgegeven moeten worden. De betrokken bouwbedrijven maken alles zo goedkoop mogelijk en verkopen e.e.a. tegen belachelijke kapitalen, uiteraard zitten deze bedrijven niet te wachten op een klokkenluider (zoals de politici die lobbyen voor deze bedrijven daar geen belang bij hebben….) Gegarandeerd dat een aantal verantwoordelijke bedrijven intussen failliet is, of dat die bedrijven een dergelijke grootte hebben dat ze nooit het herstel van die voeren kunnen betalen >> op dat moment komt de belastingbetaler in de kijker en mogen u en ik opdraaien voor een fiks deel van de kosten………..
