Las Vegas aanslag op country festival: Trump geschokt en spreekt van een duivelse daad………

Het kan u niet ontgaan zijn, de ‘schietpartij’ (alsof het een feest is…), ofwel massamoord gisteren in Las Vegas…… Een kolfje naar de hand van de reguliere media, waarbij BBC World Service (radio) wat mij betreft, de grootste sensatiebrenger was……..

Het fragment waarin je een countryband hoort spelen, waar na een paar seconden het geratel van een automatisch wapen is te horen, werd op de tijden dat ik naar BBC W.S. luisterde, minstens 10 keer uitgezonden. Men had zelfs een audiofragment van een verslaggever die de gebeurtenissen op een rij had gezet, daaronder liet men continu het geratel van voornoemd wapen horen……… (rond 14.10 u. gistermiddag)

BBC World Service bracht afgelopen nacht in het radionieuws van 1.00 u. het bericht dat Trump en ene Mitchell (er zijn meerdere politici in de VS met die achternaam) hun afschuw over de ‘schietpartij’ hebben uitgesproken, ze zeiden geschokt te zijn en Trump sprak over een duivelse daad……….

Voorts zeiden de 2 dat hun gedachten bij de slachtoffers en hun nabestaanden zijn. Daar zou ik de wapenfabrikanten aan toe willen voegen, die op de verkoop van wapens in de VS enorme kapitalen verdienen….. Niet dat ik verwacht dat er een verbod op het bezit van wapens zal volgen, niet nu, noch in de nabije toekomst…….

Vandaar ook dat de woorden van Trump en anderen een hypocriet praatje voor de vaak zijn, daar dezelfde politici de wapenverkoop aan particulieren niet willen verbieden, noch aan banden willen leggen, sterker nog men heeft zelfs een aantal belemmeringen teruggedraaid……..

In de VS sterven jaarlijks 30.000 mensen ten gevolge van vuurwapengeweld, daarmee laat het land andere landen ver achter zich……. Het is dan ook meer dan duidelijk, dat dit aantal doden juist wordt veroorzaakt door ‘het recht’ op wapenbezit dat men in de VS claimt via de grondwet…….

Trumps reactie is wel de meest zotte die ik hoorde, zeker als je bedenkt dat Trump sinds zijn aantreden verantwoordelijk is voor meer dan 50 moorden per dag, al vallen die niet in de VS, maar in de illegale oorlogen die de VS voert en de andere grootscheepse terreur van de VS middels drones, standrechtelijke executies, waarbij meer dan 90% van de vermoorde mensen, niet eens verdacht is…….

Als er één land duivels bezig is, is het de VS wel, waarbij de huidige president (en zijn militaire staf) kan worden aangemerkt als de duivel zelf!!

Overigens is de VS politiek (en in de huidige tijd, president Trump), één op één verantwoordelijk voor alle moorden gepleegd met wapens in de VS, immers politici (ook een aantal Democraten) weigeren een verbod op vuurwapens door te voeren!!

De VS: de grootste terreurentiteit op onze kleine aarde!!

NBC presentator Brian Williams stelde onlangs dat het de taak van NBC (een grote zendgemachtigde in de VS) en daarmee van hemzelf is, de mensen angst aan te jagen voor Noord-Korea…….

Daarmee gaf Williams in feite toe, dat NBC als een propaganda organisatie gezien moet worden…… Met andere woorden, NBC is gerechtigd nepnieuws (‘fake news’) te brengen en het volk van de VS met leugens klaar te stomen voor alweer een volgende illegale oorlog overzee……..

De armoede is gigantisch in de VS, meer dan 50 miljoen mensen zijn afhankelijk van voedselbonnen, miljoenen VS burgers hebben geen dak boven het hoofd, maar de regering geeft meer dan 50% van het budget uit aan het militair-industrieel complex………..

Hoewel de situatie wat betreft de uitgaven voor militaire doeleinden hier een heel stuk lager zijn, werken de reguliere mdia hetzelfde als die in de VS (en andere westerse landen)…. Van een onafhankelijke nieuwsvoorziening, gezien de reguliere media is dan ook al lang geen sprake meer….. Neem wat dat betreft ook de eigenaren van de diverse mediaorganen, of uiterst welgestelde hufters, dan wel grote bedrijven die aandeelhouders gebonden zijn…… Media die bijna zonder uitzondering de neoliberale kijk op het leven propageren en ronduit lobbyen voor de grootste terreurentiteit op onze kleine aarde: de VS (oorlogsmachine)……….

NBC’s Brian Williams: “Our Job Is to Scare People to Death” Over North Korea

(ZHE) — On Tuesday night MSNBC’s Brian Williams bluntly told his panel on the channel’s flagship prime time program, The 11th Hour, that “our job tonight actually is scare people to death” over North Korea.
The remarks came in the midst of a vigorous discussion which included Andrea Mitchell giving a detailed description of what the potential death toll on the Korean peninsula might be should a ballistic missile exchange occur. The panel also included MSNBC contributor Malcolm Nance, to which Williams’ remarks were specifically directed.
Williams begins his revealing comment at the 2:00 mark
In response to Williams’ unexpected and very revealing comment, Mitchell appeared to shake her head, though it’s unclear if she was approving or disapproving of what he actually said – there was no push back by the panelists or attempt to seek clarification on Williams’ words.
Though the world is currently witnessing a dangerous and escalating war of words between President Trump and the so-called hermit kingdom, mainstream media reporting has long been driven by simplistic fear mongering concerning the geopolitical dynamics driving tensions in the region. The American public is generally woefully uneducated regarding to history of US-North Korean tensions and war.
According to the 20th century theologian and political commentator Reinhold Niebuhr, fear is a prime means which leading public institutions and elites utilize to keep the masses loyal. Fear and sensationalized coverage is also good for ratings and advertising revenue. Niebuhr says society’s “myth-makers” – an apt description of today’s major corporate media – constantly give us mere illusions divorced from truth:

Rationality belongs to the cool observer, but because of the stupidity of the average man, he follows not reason, but faith, and the naive faith requires necessary illusion and emotionally potent oversimplifications which are provided by the myth-maker to keep the ordinary person on course.

While the media’s job ought to be the at all costs investigative uncovering of truth and accurate analysis in its role as the Fourth Estate, Brian Williams apparently thinks it’s his and NBC’s job to induce constant fear in the public. He openly stated just that.
Last April, Williams was widely mocked on social media for his comments in response to Trump’s bombing Syria. Responding to a Pentagon video which showed US cruise missiles being launched on an airfield in Syria, he said live on MSNBC that he found himself “tempted to quote the great Leonard Cohen: ‘I’m guided by the beauty of our weapons.”

Qatar boycot ingegeven door Jared Kushner……

De schoonzoon van Trump, Jared Kushner is de grote gangmaker achter de boycot ingesteld op Qatar door Saoedi-Arabië, Egypte, de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten (VAE) en Bahrein.

Topgraaier Kushner kocht met een enorme berg geleend geld, op het verkeerde moment (in 2007) een wolkenkrabber in New York. Nadat de crisis in 2008 losbarstte, moest Kushner een flink deel van het gebouw verkopen. Om de rest van de schuld te kunnen betalen, zocht hij geld in o.a. Qatar dat hem een lening van 500 miljoen dollar in het vooruitzicht stelde.

Sjeik Hamad bin Jassim al-Thani (HBJ) uit Qatar wilde hem 500 miljoen dollar lenen, als hij inderdaad zou worden gekozen als adviseur van het Witte Huis. Ook een Chinees staatsbedrijf wilde investeren in de wolkenkrabber. Echter nadat Kushner zijn adviseursaanstelling kreeg, trok het Chinese bedrijf zich terug vanwege vermeende belangenverstrengeling.

Als reactie op die beslissing, trok ook de sjeik uit Qatar zich terug uit het ‘project’.

The Intercept meldde dat Kushner het Witte Huis adviseerde op te treden tegen Qatar, hoewel er geen hard bewijs is, dat e.e.a. met de beslissing van de sjeik te maken had, is het wel duidelijk dat het één met het ander te maken heeft…… Met andere woorden: ook hier heeft de VS de lont in het kruitvat gestoken…..

Jared Kushner ‘Sought $500 Million From Qatar for Skyscraper Bailout’

(MEE) — Jared Kushner, the son-in-law to US President Donald Trump and a senior White House adviser, sought a $500m investment from Qatar for a New York skyscraper shortly before the diplomatic crisis between Qatar and a host of other countries, according to an Intercept article on Monday.
The account raises suspicions that Trump’s foreign policy is related to the family’s business interests.
Citing unidentified sources that reportedly had knowledge of the proposed bailout, the Intercept reported that Kushner tried to shore up funding from Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim al-Thani (HBJ) after the skyscraper’s value plummeted from the real estate crisis in 2008. Kushner had bought the building in 2007 – when he was 26 – for $500m out of his family’s pocket and $1.3bn in borrowed money.
However, the real estate crisis forced Kushner to sell off a sizeable chunk of their office space in the building as part of a financial package; but in order to pay back those who originally borrowed money, he must have $1.3bn by early next year. According to a New York Magazine report, if Kushner “can’t find some new scheme for refinancing and redeveloping the property by then, [he] will have cost his family half a billion dollars”.
After the election, investors appeared to be willing to bail out Kushner’s skyscraper fiasco.
HBJ reportedly agreed to invest $500m in the severely debt-ridden property as long as Kushner was able to raise the rest of the money, which he could do when he became a senior White House adviser, according to the Intercept article.
A Chinese company with ties to members of the country’s ruling party was also willing to shore up $400m in March, but had decided to back out in March over a “conflict of interest” that consisted of “a company with ties to the Chinese government going into [big] business with the family of a senior adviser to the American one”.
When the Chinese company exited, so did HBJ.
Months later in June, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Bahrain cut off all air, land and sea links to Qatar. Trump sided with the four-nation coalition, saying that the tiny petro-chemical nation funded terrorism.
The Intercept reported that Kushner played a key role in the White House’s hardline stance against Qatar, but it did not establish a link whether Kushner’s role had anything to do with the failed skyscraper bailout.

Putin laat zich weer n****en door de VS, nu middels Trump zelf……..

Mensen ik wist niet wat ik hoorde, toen de nieuwslezer van BBC World Service afgelopen zaterdag oplepelde dat Putin akkoord is gegaan met een staakt het vuren in het Zuidwesten van Syrië.

De VS heeft helemaal niets te zoeken in Syrië, het bevindt zich zelfs illegaal op Syrische bodem!! Intussen is meer dan eens aangetoond, dat de VS Al Qaida in Syrië steunt en als je AL Qaida zegt in Syrië, bedoel je alle terreurgroepen (ja ook die ‘gematigde rebellen), ze zijn allemaal verbonden met Al Qaida!! Er ontbreekt er een en u raadt het al, dat is…… IS!! Voor al die terreurgroepen doet VS bondgenoot Saoedi-Arabië de financiën en eventuele wapenleveringen, die het nu met schepen tegelijk binnenkrijgt uit de VS en Groot-Brittannië…….

Hoe kan je overleggen met een land dat jouw bondgenoot keer op keer dwarszit als het bezig is met de bestrijding van IS of een andere barbaarse terreurgroep…….. Ja, ook in geval van gevechten met IS…….. Zoals Israël dat nu ook al een aantal keer heeft gedaan op verzoek van IS en Al Qaida……..

Het is toch godverdomme de taak van een democratisch gekozen regering, zoals in het geval van Syrië, de straten vrij te maken van moorddadig geteisem!! En precies dat is meteen de makke met de VS, immers als het over de VS gaat, spreek je wel over verreweg de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, die ongekende terreur uitoefent waar haar troepen illegaal strijden!!

Ongelofelijk dat Putin instemde met dit akkoord en daarmee in feite de VS agressie legitimeert?

De inhumane schoft Tillerson, ex-topgraaier van ExxonMobil, waarvoor hij nu als VS minister van BuZA toplobbyist is, greep het akkoord tussen Trump en Putin aan, om te stellen, dat er een pijpleiding voor aardgas zal worden aangelegd vanuit Saoedi-Arabië naar Europa (‘EU Europa’ wel te verstaan). Dit zal zorgen voor energiezekerheid in de EU (al noemde hij weer Europa)…….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Energiezekerheid uit een gebied dat voor een groot deel in de fik staat, dankzij ‘het land’ van Tillerson, (nogmaals) de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS!!

Deze pijpleiding was één van de hoofdredenen voor de opstand die de VS organiseerde in Syrië, een opstand die in een coup moest eindigen……. De voorbereidingen daarvoor dateren alweer uit 2006! Die opstand en coup moesten de weg vrijmaken voor de hiervoor genoemde pijpleiding, daar Assad tegen was………

Met de door Trump en Putin afgesproken wapenstilstand, is in Syrië een gebied vrijgekomen, waarover de pijpleiding kan worden aangelegd……. Met andere woorden: Putin is dubbel genaaid door Trump!

Hoe is het mogelijk dat iemand de VS nog serieus neemt, terwijl er in feite een topman van de olie- en gasmaffia is benoemd tot minister van Buitenlandse Zaken……..

Dit laatste bericht, dus over Tillersons aankondiging, was vannacht om 1.00 u. te horen in de nieuwsuitzending op BBC World Service radio.

VS tart China in poging ‘tot stabiliseren van spanningen………’

Vanmiddag op BBC World Service (radionieuws 12.30 CET) het bericht dat de VS met een groot aantal vliegtuigen over de Zuid-Chinese Zee heeft gevlogen…….. Volgens de nieuwslezer was dit een teken van de VS aan China, dat men zich niets aantrekt van de uitbreiding van het Chinese luchtruim en de territoriale watergrens (mede door kleine eilanden met zand te vergroten, dan wel door de aanleg van kleine eilanden), waarbij China tevens zou zijn gewaarschuwd…….

Dezelfde leugenachtige VS dat liegt over haar barbaars en agressief illegaal ingrijpen in het Midden-Oosten en elders (bijvoorbeeld Somalië)…… De VS, de reguliere (massa-) media, het overgrote deel van de westerse politici stellen dat de VS de wereldvrede zou nastreven en naast stabiliteit, democratie wil brengen, terwijl in de dagelijkse realiteit het omgekeerde waarheid is: de VS begint oorlogen (al 16 jaar lang is ‘het land’ in illegale oorlogen verwikkeld) en veroorzaakt daar enorme chaos mee, resulterend in gevechten om de macht, zie landen als Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië…….

Het kan beter moet de VS legermacht hebben gedacht, vandaar het doorgaan met treiteren van China…..

Overigens een VS legermacht, die tegenwoordig zo ongeveer zelf uitmaakt waar het enorme terreur zal uitoefenen, met hoeveel militairen en met welke middelen men dat zal doen (al wil het Beest Trump na een stevige borrel en een nachtmerrie nog wel eens kruisraketten laten afschieten….)……

De hoogste tijd dat de rest van de wereld de enorme hoeveelheid militaire VS bases het land uit schopt en de huidige leiders, plus de voorgaande regeringen voor het Internationaal Strafhof in Den Haag daagt, wegens -het begaan van grootschalige terreur, middels illegale oorlogen, andere grote oorlogsmisdaden, marteling en standrechtelijke executies, -het vormen van terreurgroepen en/of deze van wapens en militaire ‘hardware’ voorzien, -het ontvoeren en martelen van mensen en hen jarenlang zonder proces gijzelen….., -het opzetten van opstanden middels financiële chantage, boycot, omkoping van de top van het leger, of ronduit een illegale CIA operatie en/of een geheime militaire actie, -het omverwerpen van democratische regeringen. Geloof me, er zijn nog meer smerige zaken te bedenken, waarin de VS ronduit zwaar misdadig bezig was en is……….

Als de VS de komende 20 jaar thuis zou blijven, zou de wereld op adem kunnen komen…..

Ron Paul (republikein, Tea Party) pissig over VS aanvallen op reguliere Syrische leger dat IS bestrijdt…….

Ron Paul is een rechtse hufter van formaat, maar zo nu en dan kan deze zakkenwasser met uiterst steekhoudende argumenten, smerige zaken aan de kaak stellen, zaken die op z’n zachtst gezegd niet veel steun van zijn Republikeinse partij krijgen.

Lees wat Paul schrijft over de oorlog in Syrië. Oké, e.e.a. was al bekend, echter het is meegenomen, als zelfs een rechtse houwdegen, als Paul, die NB aan de wieg van de Tea Party stond, zaken bevestigt. Al moet gezegd worden dat hij een verkeerde kijk heeft op een aantal zaken, zoals de reden waarom de VS illegaal in Syrië aanwezig is: het afzetten van Assad en zijn regering………..

Verder maakt Paul geen woorden vuil aan hoe en wie ‘de opstand’ in Syrië heeft gecreëerd (met hulp van vooral veel buitenlandse agitators, zoals die uit Saoedi–Arabië en door de VS aangevoerde terroristen uit o.a. Libië) in Syrië heeft gecreëerd. De VS is daarvoor aan te merken als hoofdverantwoordelijke, al in 2006 was deze terreurentiteit bezig met voorbereidingen van een opstand, die moest uitmonden in een staatsgreep tegen Assad…… Assad weigerde pijpleidingen voor gas en olie over zijn grondgebied richting Europa toe te staan, tja dan ga je op heel veel tenen staan….

Bovendien was en is Syrië al decennialang een bondgenoot van de Russen en de Iraniërs, daarmee haal je je de woede van de VS op de hals, de VS dat denkt de wereld te regeren ……

Why Are We Attacking the Syrians Who Are Fighting ISIS?

(RPI) Just when you thought our Syria policy could not get any worse, last week it did. The US military twice attacked Syrian government forces from a military base it illegally occupies inside Syria. According to the Pentagon, the attacks on Syrian government-backed forces were “defensive” because the Syrian fighters were approaching a US self-declared “de-confliction” zone inside Syria. The Syrian forces were pursuing ISIS in the area, but the US attacked anyway.
The US is training yet another rebel group fighting from that base, located near the border of Iraq at al-Tanf, and it claims that Syrian government forces pose a threat to the US military presence there. But the Pentagon has forgotten one thing: it has no authority to be in Syria in the first place! Neither the US Congress nor the UN Security Council has authorized a US military presence inside Syria.
So what gives the Trump Administration the right to set up military bases on foreign soil without the permission of that government? Why are we violating the sovereignty of Syria and attacking its military as they are fighting ISIS? Why does Washington claim that its primary mission in Syria is to defeat ISIS while taking military actions that benefit ISIS?
The Pentagon issued a statement saying its presence in Syria is necessary because the Syrian government is not strong enough to defeat ISIS on its own. But the “de-escalation zones” agreed upon by the Syrians, Russians, Iranians, and Turks have led to a reduction in fighting and a possible end to the six-year war. Even if true that the Syrian military is weakened, its weakness is due to six years of US-sponsored rebels fighting to overthrow it!
What is this really all about? Why does the US military occupy this base inside Syria? It’s partly about preventing the Syrians and Iraqis from working together to fight ISIS, but I think it’s mostly about Iran. If the Syrians and Iraqis join up to fight ISIS with the help of Iranian-allied Shia militia, the US believes it will strengthen Iran’s hand in the region. President Trump has recently returned from a trip to Saudi Arabia where he swore he would not allow that to happen.
But is this policy really in our interest, or are we just doing the bidding of our Middle East “allies,” who seem desperate for war with Iran? Saudi Arabia exports its radical form of Islam worldwide, including recently into moderate Asian Muslim countries like Indonesia. Iran does not. That is not to say that Iran is perfect, but does it make any sense to jump into the Sunni/Shia conflict on either side? The Syrians, along with their Russian and Iranian allies, are defeating ISIS and al-Qaeda. As candidate Trump said, what’s so bad about that?
We were told that if the Syrian government was allowed to liberate Aleppo from al-Qaeda, Assad would kill thousands who were trapped there. But the opposite has happened: life is returning to normal in Aleppo. The Christian minority there celebrated Easter for the first time in several years. They are rebuilding. Can’t we finally just leave the Syrians alone?
When you get to the point where your actions are actually helping ISIS, whether intended or not, perhaps it’s time to stop. It’s past time for the US to abandon its dangerous and counterproductive Syria policy and just bring the troops home.

Gisteren ontving ik een dringende oproep van Amnesty in de VS, een petitie te tekenen tegen het opsluiten van kinderen….. Kinderen die samen met hun moeder gevangen zijn gezet daar ze illegaal in de VS zouden zijn.

Deze mensen zijn geen ‘gelukszoekers’ (voor wat die achterlijke term waard is), maar vluchtelingen voor extreem geweld in eigen land……..

Ivanka Trump campaigned for her father on a commitment to helping kids and their mothers. But what about the ones who are spending months, sometimes years, behind bars in Berks County, Pennsylvania, in what’s known as the “baby jail”? They fled violence and persecution in countries like Honduras, dreaming of safety in the US. Now these little kids are being detained, some for half their lives, learning to walk behind bars. We’re asking Ivanka Trump to show compassion, and tell her father to #ShutDownBerks.

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL USA LAUNCHES CAMPAIGN TO FREE YOUNG CHILDREN AND MOTHERS DETAINED BY ICE FOR OVER 500 DAYS
Amnesty International USA (AIUSA) is launching a campaign today urging Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to release several families with young children being detained at the Berks County Residential Center in Pennsylvania. Four of the 35 children currently detained at Berks – aged three, four, seven and 16 – have been at the Center for over 500 days, despite having pending applications for legal permanent residency.

 AIUSA sent a letter to ICE on March 9 requesting that these families be granted parole and is mobilizing its over 1.2 million U.S. members and supporters to call the agency to demand that the families be released.

 “These four children have spent a significant amount of their lives essentially behind bars. The U.S. cannot continue to treat those fleeing horrific violence like criminals,” said Margaret Huang, Amnesty International USA executive director. “These families were detained under the Obama administration’s unlawful policy of using detention as deterrence against those fleeing violence and insecurity. Now, in the face of President Trump’s aggressive and inhumane immigration orders, we are deeply concerned for these families and others like them in the U.S. We will fight to ensure that people with asylum claims are given a fair hearing and humane treatment.We must do everything we can to ensure protection for people who are fleeing violence.”

 Researchers from Amnesty International have worked closely with attorneys who represent the families held in Berks County, one of three family detention centers operated by the U.S. government. Berks is currently holding 34 families – 15 of them for more than a year – many of whom come from a region known as the Northern Triangle which includes El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. The Northern Triangle is an area widely recognized for its extreme levels of violence and insecurity, which Amnesty has also documented extensively.

  • Three-year-old Josué* has spent over half his life in detention. He learned to walk and talk in confinement. He and his 28-year-old mother Teresa have spent 16 months (500 days, and counting) at Berks. Josué and his mother fled kidnapping threats, physical and sexual assault in Honduras and came to the US seeking asylum. “[My son]…is so young, he was only 22 months when we came and now he’s three years old,” Teresa said in an interview with her lawyers.
  • Four-year-old Carlos and his mother, 34-year-old Lorena, fled threats, intimidation and severe and repeated gender-based violence in Honduras. They have spent 16 months in detention.
  • Seven-year-old Antonio and his mother Marlene, 24,have one of the longest detention periods at Berks – 550 days and counting. Currently in their 18th month of detention, Marlene recounts how Antonio has already spent two Christmas in detention. “It’s not fair for a child to spend a year and a half in prison”, she said, adding that the impact of prolonged detention is taking a toll on them. “The psychological effect it has on a person, and their kids…we can’t bear it anymore.”
  • At age 16, Michael is the oldest child at Berks County. He and his 41-year-old mother Maribel, have been held in detention for nearly 17 months. Michael was targeted for gang recruitment in El Salvador and threatened with death. Following constant threats to the family, both mother and son escaped to the U.S. to seek asylum. Michael wants to be a police officer now.

All four children were granted a Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) in late 2016. With SIJS, a state court has determined that it is not in a minor’s best interest to return to his or her home country because of abuse, abandonment, or neglect by one or both parents. In this instance it was determined that these children “were abandoned, abused, or neglected by [their] father[s]…as such, [their] mother[s] are now the custodial parent, and responsible for all decision regarding their court proceedings, custody and care.”

Therefore, it is essential that the mothers and children be released together. Three of the children have already been issued their Employment Authorization Document in January 2017, and one is awaiting his.

This enables them to apply for a social security number. All have pending applications for legal permanent residency. Further, their mothers have stays of removal granted by the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, while they challenge their removal orders in federal court.


 Each of the four families has an unchallenged sponsor in the United States, who is ready and willing to take them in, and ensure their appearance in court. Despite this, their SIJ status, and pending applications for legal permanent residency, ICE officials refuse to release these four children and their mothers from detention.

Anti-Media bracht afgelopen dinsdag een artikel, waarin het optreden van Ivanka en Melania Trump tijdens het bezoek van het beest Trump aan Saoedi-Arabië werd belicht.

Daar hebben deze neoliberale trutten ‘het voortvarende beleid’ van Saoedi-Arabië t.a.v. vrouwen geprezen……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Als beloning kreeg Ivanka Trump maar liefst 100 miljoen dollar voor het Wereldbank fonds ter stimulering van vrouwelijk ondernemerschap, iets dat zij had voorgesteld. (uiteraard om te laten zien dat de Trumps, ondanks de smerige uitlatingen die het beest Donald Trump t.a.v. vrouwen heeft gedaan, ‘best wel’ achter meer vrouwenrechten en -emancipatie staan …..)

Om te laten zien hoe ‘onafhankelijk’ de Wereldbank is, stelde de president, Jim Young Kim van deze bank, dat Ivanka Trump een geweldige prestatie had geleverd en een uitmuntend leider is………. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Ach ja, Kim heeft zijn functie vooral te danken aan de VS, de EU en landen als Saoedi-Arabië, dit o.a. daar hij de huidige neoliberale stratus quo wil bewaren en de dollar als wereldbetaalmiddel wil behouden!

Over de uitlatingen gedaan door Trump t.a.v. vrouwen, haalde Anti-Media nog even wat uitspraken van deze hufter aan, uitspraken gedaan tijdens zijn verkiezingscampagne. Zo verdedigde Trump zich, door met z’n gore vinger te wijzen naar Saoedi-Arabië, waar homo’s van daken worden geduwd en waar men vrouwen vermoord en vreselijk behandelt (dit n.a.v. een gift van 25 miljoen dollar van o.a. Saoedi-Arabië aan de Clinton Foundation…….)………

Trump hield tijdens zijn campagne Saoedi-Arabië verantwoordelijk voor de 911 aanvallen in 2001. Afgelopen weekeinde sloot hij met deze in zijn ogen grote terreurstaat, een wapendeal van maar liefst 110 miljard dollar, waarbij wapens zijn verkocht, die zelfs de regering Obama niet wilde leveren aan deze reli-fascistische terreurstaat………. Wapens die deels zullen worden doorgeleverd aan de ‘gematigde rebellen’ (lees: psychopathische moordenaars) in Syrië en deels zullen worden gebruikt voor de genocide op de sjiieten in buurland Jemen……….

(ANTIMEDIA) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — Ivanka and Melania Trump lauded Saudi Arabia’s progress on women’s rights while visiting the country with the president over the weekend. The first lady praised Saudi Arabia’s “empowerment of women” Sunday during her visit to a General Electric all-female service center and was well-received by the press, which focused on her wardrobe, describing her style choices as “classy and conservative.”
Meanwhile, Ivanka Trump met with prominent businesswomen, civil society leaders, and Saudi elected government officials at a forum where World Bank President Jim Young Kim announced that Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will donate a combined $100 million to a World Bank fund for women entrepreneurs, originally proposed by Ivanka.
Kim stated:
“We thought it was a fantastic idea, but we had no idea how quickly this would build. This is really a stunning achievement. I’ve never seen anything come together so quickly, and I really have to say that Ivanka’s leadership has been tremendous.”
The Wall Street Journal reported that although the president’s daughter proposed the fund along with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, she does not control it or raise money for it.
Ivanka later addressed the roundtable to commend the country’s progress on women’s rights, including allowing women to vote in local elections and reducing the amount of power held by religious police
“In every country around the world women and girls continue to face unique systematic, institutional, cultural barriers, which hinder us from fully engaging in and achieving true parity of opportunity within our communities,” she said. “Each of you know this to be true. And yet the stories of Saudi women, such as yourselves, catalyzing change, inspire me to believe in the possibility of global women’s empowerment.”
Media reports were quick to point out how President Trump’s behavior on the trip to Saudi Arabia starkly contrasts that of candidate Trump — from inflammatory remarks about “radical Islam” to frequently criticizing the Clinton Foundation for accepting donations from repressive regimes, specifically Saudi Arabia.
“Saudi Arabia giving $25 million, Qatar, all of these countries. You talk about women and women’s rights? So these are people that push gays off business — off buildings. These are people that kill women and treat women horribly. And yet you take their money,” he argued at an October debate in Las Vegas.
Trump struck a $110 billion dollar arms deal with Saudi Arabia over the weekend despite accusing the country of masterminding the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. After signing the largest arms deal in U.S. history (and ignoring warnings it may make the U.S. complicit in war crimes against Yemen), the president will meet with Israeli leaders on Monday to discuss an Israeli-Palestine peace deal.
