Venezuela >> regime change: ‘de 12 stappen methode’ die de VS gebruikt

Hoe
de VS te werk gaat als het een haar onwelgevallig regime wil laten
vallen, is op deze plek meermaals aangehaald: organiseer een opstand
onder het volk, het liefst middels een economische oorlog, die
aanvankelijk in het geniep wordt gevoerd: VS bedrijven onder druk
zetten, bedrijven die in bijvoorbeeld Venezuela levensmiddelen
verkopen, hun voorraden niet of onvoldoende te bevoorraden,
hetzelfde geldt voor farmaceutische bedrijven. Hierdoor ontstaat
ontevredenheid onder het volk, een situatie die kan leiden tot een
volledige opstand……

Een
opstand die uiteraard wordt georganiseerd en geregisseerd door de
VS >> CIA), waarbij men het liefst gewelddadige figuren inzet die middels
zwaar geweld als het doodschieten van demonstranten, het bewuste
bewind zoals dat in Venezuela in een kwaad daglicht stelt, ofwel: de
doden zouden te danken zijn aan het bewind, dit noemt men een false flag operatie en is een specialiteit van de CIA en het Pentagon…….

Met
een opstand in het land ligt de weg naar een staatsgreep open. Immers
op het punt dat er sprake is van een opstand, die ‘met geweld wordt
onderdrukt’, stappen de reguliere westerse media in de zaak en middels het
schreeuwen van moord en brand en de eis sancties in te stellen…..
Met sancties zoals in het geval van Venezuela, wordt het leven voor
de bevolking nog zwaarder, waarna men in diezelfde media in de
westerse politiek ingrijpen eist…… Zie hier in het kort de
werkwijze van de VS.

De VS heeft in Venezuela een tekort aan voedsel en medicijnen veroorzaakt, waar dezelfde VS nu de door haar naar voren geschoven kandidaat Guaidó wil voorzien van….. levensmiddelen en medicijnen!! 

Op dit moment, even na 12.00 u. is er een Duitse correspondent in Venezuela aan het woord op WDR 5, en stap voor stap herhaalt zij de leugens die tot de door de VS georganiseerde opstand in Venezuela hebben geleid, zo herhaalt ze de leugen dat er geen economische oorlog is gevoerd tegen het land en dat de tekorten aan Maduro’s beleid zijn te danken…… Terwijl er aantoonbaar een economische oorlog is gevoerd tegen Venezuela en dat deze de grote tekorten heeft veroorzaakt…… 

De correspondent spreekt alsof de toestand van het Venezolaanse volk hetzelfde is als die voor de Palestijnen in de Gazastrook en op de West Bank, of sterker nog: of deze te vergelijken is met de genocide die de Saoedische terreurcoalitie uitvoert in Jemen (met grote steun van de VS en GB…) en waarbij dagelijks grote aantallen mensen omkomen…. (opvallend is het volgende onderwerp op WDR 5: fake news [nepnieuws] en de betrouwbaarheid van de reguliere media…..)

Prashad, werd op 5 februari jl. gepubliceerd op CounterPunch. Prashad haalt nog een aantal extra punten aan die in het stappenplan
van de VS worden gebruikt om te komen tot een verandering van regime. Prashad doet dit o.a. door zaken uit het verleden aan te halen, zoals de coup van
de VS tegen de socialistische president Allende in Chili op 11
september 1973 (de eerste 9/11, als de tweede, onder regie van de CIA….)

The
12-Step Method of Regime Change

On
15 September 1970, US President Richard Nixon and National Security
Advisor Henry Kissinger authorised the US government to do everything
possible to undermine the incoming government of the socialist
president of Chile, Salvador Allende. Nixon and Kissinger, according
to the notes kept by CIA Director Richard Helms, wanted to ‘make
the economy scream’ in Chile; they were ‘not concerned [about
the] risks involved’. War was acceptable to them as long as
Allende’s government was removed from power. The CIA started
Project FUBELT, with $10 million as a first instalment to begin the
covert destabilisation of the country.

US
business firms, such as the telecommunication giant ITT, the soft
drink maker Pepsi Cola and copper monopolies such as Anaconda and
Kennecott, put pressure on the US government once Allende
nationalised the copper sector on 11 July 1971. Chileans celebrated
this day as the Day of National Dignity (Dia de la Dignidad
Nacional). The CIA began to make contact with sections of the
military seen to be against Allende. Three years later, on 11
September 1973, these military men moved against Allende, who died in
the regime change operation. The US ‘created the conditions’ as
US National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger put it, to which US
President Richard Nixon answered, ‘that is the way it is going to
be played’. Such is the mood of international gangsterism.

Chile
entered the dark night of a military dictatorship that turned over
the country to US monopoly firms. US advisors rushed in to strengthen
the nerve of General Augusto Pinochet’s cabinet.

What
happened to Chile in 1973 is precisely what the United States has
attempted to do in many other countries of the Global South. The most
recent target for the US government – and Western big business –
is Venezuela. But what is happening to Venezuela is nothing unique.
It faces an onslaught from the United States and its allies that is
familiar to countries as far afield as Indonesia and the Democratic
Republic of Congo. The formula is clichéd. It is commonplace, a
twelve-step plan to produce a coup climate, to create a world under
the heel of the West and of Western big business.

Step
One: Colonialism’s Traps.

Most
of the Global South remains trapped by the structures put in place by
colonialism. Colonial boundaries encircled states that had the
misfortune of being single commodity producers – either sugar for
Cuba or oil for Venezuela. The inability to diversify their economies
meant that these countries earned the bulk of their export revenues
from their singular commodities (98% of Venezuela’s export revenues
come from oil). As long as the prices of the commodities remained
high, the export revenues were secure. When the prices fell, revenue
suffered. This was a legacy of colonialism. Oil prices dropped from
$160.72 per barrel (June 2008) to $51.99 per barrel (January 2019).
Venezuela’s export revenues collapsed in this decade.

Step
Two: The Defeat of the New International Economic Order.

In
1974, the countries of the Global South attempted to redo the
architecture of the world economy. They called for the creation of a
New International Economic Order (NIEO) that would allow them to
pivot away from the colonial reliance upon one commodity and
diversify their economies. Cartels of raw materials – such as oil
and bauxite – were to be built so that the one-commodity country
could have some control over prices of the products that they relied
upon. The Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC),
founded in 1960, was a pioneer of these commodity cartels. Others
were not permitted to be formed. With the defeat of OPEC over the
past three decades, its members – such as Venezuela (which has the
world’s largest proven oil reserves) – have not been able to
control oil prices. They are at the mercy of the powerful countries
of the world.

Step
Three: The Death of Southern Agriculture.

In
November 2001, there were about three billion small farmers and
landless peasants in the world. That month, the World Trade
Organisation met in Doha (Qatar) to unleash the productivity of
Northern agri-business against the billions of small farmers and
landless peasants of the Global South. Mechanisation and large,
industrial-scale farms in North America and Europe had raised
productivity to about 1 to 2 million kilogrammes of cereals per
farmer. The small farmers and landless peasants in the rest of the
world struggled to grow 1,000 kilogrammes of cereals per farmer. They
were nowhere near as productive. The Doha decision, as Samir
Amin wrote,
presages the annihilation of the small farmer and landless peasant.
What are these men and women to do? The production per hectare is
higher in the West, but the corporate take-over of agriculture (as
Tricontinental: Institute for Social Research Senior Fellow P.
Sainath shows) leads to increased hunger as it pushes peasants off
their land and leaves them to starve.

Step
Four: Culture of Plunder.

Emboldened
by Western domination, monopoly firms act with disregard for the law.
As Kambale
Musavuli and I write of
the Democratic Republic of Congo, its annual budget of $6 billion is
routinely robbed of at least $500 by monopoly mining firms, mostly
from Canada – the country now leading the charge against Venezuela.
Mispricing and tax avoidance schemes allow these large firms
(Canada’s Agrium, Barrick and Suncor) to routinely steal billions
of dollars from impoverished states.

Step
Five: Debt as a Way of Life.

Unable
to raise money from commodity sales, hemmed in by a broken world
agricultural system and victim of a culture of plunder, countries of
the Global South have been forced to go hat in hand to commercial
lenders for finance. Over the past decade, debt held by the Global
South states has increased, while debt payments have ballooned by
60%. When commodity prices rose between 2000 and 2010, debt in the
Global South decreased. As commodity prices began to fall from 2010,
debts have risen. The IMF points out that of the 67 impoverished
countries that they follow, 30 are in debt distress, a number that
has doubled since 2013. More than 55.4% of Angola’s export revenue
is paid to service its debt. And Angola, like Venezuela, is an oil
exporter. Other oil exporters such as Ghana, Chad, Gabon and
Venezuela suffer high debt to GDP ratios. Two out of five low-income
countries are in deep financial distress.

Step
Six: Public Finances Go to Hell.

With
little incoming revenue and low tax collection rates, public finances
in the Global South has gone into crisis. As the UN Conference on
Trade and Development points out, ‘public finances have continued
to be suffocated’. States simply cannot put together the funds
needed to maintain basic state functions. Balanced budget rules make
borrowing difficult, which is compounded by the fact that banks
charge high rates for money, citing the risks of lending to indebted
countries.

Step
Seven: Deep Cuts in Social Spending.

Impossible
to raise funds, trapped by the fickleness of international finance,
governments are forced to make deep cuts in social spending.
Education and health, food sovereignty and economic diversification –
all this goes by the wayside. International agencies such as the IMF
force countries to conduct ‘reforms’, a word that means
extermination of independence. Those countries that hold out face
immense international pressure to submit under pain of extinction, as
the Communist Manifesto (1848) put it.

Step
Eight: Social Distress Leads to Migration.

The
total number of migrants in the world is now at least 68.5 million.
That makes the country called Migration the 21st largest country in
the world after Thailand and ahead of the United Kingdom. Migration
has become a global reaction to the collapse of countries from one
end of the planet to the other. The migration out of Venezuela is not
unique to that country but is now merely the normal reaction to the
global crisis. Migrants from Honduras who go northward to the United
States or migrants from West Africa who go towards Europe through
Libya are part of this global exodus.

Step
Nine: Who Controls the Narrative?

The
monopoly corporate media takes its orders from the elite. There is no
sympathy for the structural crisis faced by governments from
Afghanistan to Venezuela. Those leaders who cave to Western pressure
are given a free pass by the media. As long as they conduct
‘reforms’, they are safe. Those countries that argue against the
‘reforms’ are vulnerable to being attacked. Their leaders become
‘dictators’, their people hostages. A contested election in
Bangladesh or in the Democratic Republic of Congo or in the United
States is not cause for regime change. That special treatment is left
for Venezuela.

Step
Ten: Who’s the Real President?

Regime
change operations begin when the imperialists question the legitimacy
of the government in power: by putting the weight of the United
States behind an unelected person, calling him the new president and
creating a situation where the elected leader’s authority is
undermined. The coup takes place when a powerful country decides –
without an election – to anoint its own proxy. That person – in
Venezuela’s case Juan Guaidó – rapidly has to make it clear that
he will bend to the authority of the United States. His kitchen
cabinet – made up of former government officials with intimate ties
to the US (such as Harvard University’s Ricardo Hausmann and
Carnegie’s Moisés Naím) – will make it clear that they want to
privatise everything and sell out the Venezuelan people in the name
of the Venezuelan people.

Step
Eleven: Make the Economy Scream.

Venezuela
has faced harsh US sanctions since 2014, when the US Congress started
down this road. The next year, US President Barack Obama declared
Venezuela a ‘threat to national security’. The economy started to
scream. In recent days, the United States and the United Kingdom
brazenly stole billions of dollars of Venezuelan money, placed the
shackles of sanctions on its only revenue generating sector (oil) and
watched the pain flood through the country. This is what the US did
to Iran and this is what they did to Cuba. The UN says that the US
sanctions on Cuba have cost the small island $130 billion. Venezuela
lost $6 billion for the first year of Trump’s sanctions, since they
began in August 2017. More is to be lost as the days unfold. No
wonder that the United Nations Special Rapporteur Idriss Jazairy says
that ‘sanctions which can lead to starvation and medical shortages
are not the answer to the crisis in Venezuela’. He said that
sanctions are ‘not a foundation for the peaceful settlement of
disputes’. Further, Jazairy said, ‘I am especially concerned to
hear reports that these sanctions are aimed at changing the
government of Venezuela’. He called for ‘compassion’ for the
people of Venezuela.

Step
Twelve: Go to War.

US
National Security Advisor John Bolton held a yellow pad with the
words 5,000 troops in Colombia written on it. These are US troops,
already deployed in Venezuela’s neighbour. The US Southern Command
is ready. They are egging on Colombia and Brazil to do their bit. As
the coup climate is created, a nudge will be necessary. They will go
to war.

None
of this is inevitable. It was not inevitable to Titina Silá, a
commander of the Partido Africano para a Independència da Guiné e
Cabo Verde (PAIGC) who was murdered on 30 January 1973. She fought to
free her country. It is not inevitable to the people of Venezuela,
who continue to fight to defend their revolution. It is not
inevitable to our friends at CodePink: Women for Peace, whose Medea
Benjamin walked into a meeting of the Organisation of American States
and said – No!

It
is time to say No to regime change intervention. There is no middle
ground.

Canadese ambassadeur in China ontslagen vanwege kritiek op arrestatie topvrouw Huawei

John McCallum, de ambassadeur van Canada in China, is afgelopen vrijdagavond ontslagen door de fascistoïde premier Trudeau……..

McCallum had het lef te zeggen dat het fout was van Canada om de topvrouw van Huawei, Meng Wanzhou te arresteren op verzoek van de VS…… Wat McCallum stelde is overigens ook de mening van een groot aantal internationale juristen…….

Volgens Trudeau zou McCallum zich door deze uitspraak met de politiek hebben bemoeid en dat is blijkbaar onvergeeflijk in Canada…… Terwijl het de taak is van een ambassadeur de verhoudingen goed te houden tussen diens vader/moederland en het land waar de ambassade van dat moeder/vaderland is gevestigd (gaat overigens niet altijd op, zo kan het gebeuren dat een ambassadeur meer dan één land vertegenwoordigt)…….. Ofwel: uit het voorgaande kan je concluderen dat een ambassadeur zich juist heel vaak met politieke zaken zal moeten bemoeien…..

Beste bezoeker, weet je wat nu het leukst van dit al is: oplichter Trudeau en z’n misselijke maten hebben keer op keer de pers laten weten dat het bevel tot arrestatie van Wanzhou in Canada, geen politieke beslissing was……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

De coup
die de VS tegen de regering van Maduro in Venezuela al jaren geleden
heeft opgezet, middels een economische oorlogsvoering, bevindt zich
in het laatste stadium……. Althans dat lijkt er zwaar op als je de
gebeurtenissen in Venezuela aan je oog en oor voorbij ziet dan wel
hoort gaan……..

Middels
de economische oorlog van de VS die al vele jaren duurt en waarbij de
VS levensmiddelen winkelketens van VS origine onder druk heeft gezet
hun voorraden in Venezuela niet meer aan te vullen, hetzelfde geldt
voor medicijnen van VS makelij, dan wel de belastingontduikers onder
hen die bijvoorbeeld in Europa een ‘hoofdkantoor’ hebben
(brievenbusfirma’s)……..

Uiteraard
wordt sinds een paar jaar door waarschijnlijk het VS ministerie van buitenlandse en binnenlandse zaken in samenwerking met andere overheidsorganen van de VS, druk op
alle bedrijven uitgeoefend die zaken deden en doen met Venezuela, zo
van: ‘als je hiermee doorgaat kan je op een zwarte lijst belanden,
zodat je elk zakendoen met de VS kan vergeten’ en als dat niet helpt
dreigt de VS gewoon zo’n bedrijf als misdadig af te schilderen,
waarna de leiding zelfs kan worden gearresteerd in een ander land,
zoals onlangs de topvrouw van Huawei is overkomen, waar het wel een
gotspe is dat de Canadese regering aan deze ontvoering heeft
meegeholpen…….. Voorts zullen banken niet graag geld lenen aan dergelijke bedrijven, daar zij anders ook op de zwarte lijst komen….. Zo chanteert de VS terreurentiteit een fiks deel van de wereld, waartegen niemand actie onderneemt, alsof dit een normale gang van zaken is……

De
zoveelste keer dat de VS grote mensenmassa’s op straat heeft weten te
krijgen in Venezuela, waar voorafgaand aan de voorlaatste protesten zelfs
terroristen Venezuela werden binnengesmokkeld, terroristen die tijdens de demonstraties uiterst gewelddadig optraden tegen de politie….. Opvallend
genoeg vonden deze gewelddadige demonstraties plaats in de welgestelde delen van Venezolaanse steden…..

De
nieuwste truc van de CIA: laat een oppositieleider zichzelf uitroepen
tot interim president, inclusief de hele mikmak die erbij hoort, ik
durf te wedden dat dit de VS een enorme bak belastinggeld heeft
gekost, zoals de 4 miljard die Hillary Clinton (onder Obama minister
van BuZa) uittrok voor de opstand en daaropvolgende coup in
Oekraïne……

Niet
vreemd ook dat andere fascistische, of bijna fascistische
Latijns-Amerikaanse staten, in navolging van de VS en Canada, de interim regering van Juan Guaidó
erkenden als officiële regering van Venezuela……. 

Overigens heeft Guaidó eerder om ingrijpen van de VS verzocht….*

Gisteren
op Radio1, BNR, WDR en BBC de hele dag ‘sfeerimpressies’ van de
gebeurtenissen in Venezuela, waarbij Maduro werd afgeschilderd als de grote misdadiger, die de
hand heeft in het geweld tegen demonstranten…… Geweld als bij de hiervoor
beschreven demonstraties met ingehuurde psychopaten, waar de reguliere massamedia rapporteerden dat dit geweld van de overheid kwam, terwijl men op de hoogte was van de waarheid….. Geen wonder dat deze media nooit een rectificatie plaatsten, nee men hield stug
vol dat de Venezolaanse politie en leger op elkaar en op demonstranten hadden geschoten, immers naast gedode demonstranten
werden er o.a. politieagenten doodgeschoten en verwond…….

Volgens
een WDR correspondent (kreeg niet mee hoe ze
heet, haar voornaam is Ulla) heeft Maduro het land naar de afgrond
geleid, alsof de hele VS boycot, beter gezegd economische oorlog, niet bestaat, terwijl ze dat toch
echt zou moeten weten……. Ongelofelijk wat men allemaal durft te
spuien, zo sprak deze ‘correspondent’ op straat met ‘een arme
Venezolaan’, die ook achter de coup van Guaidó zou staan…..

Uiteraard
haalt men zulke trucs uit: terwijl Chavez (waarschijnlijk vermoord door of i.o.v. de CIA) en Maduro de enige presidenten zijn die ooit echt
iets voor de armen in Venezuela hebben gedaan……. Dat feit zal niet
snel vergeten worden door de arme bevolking van Venezuela….. De

zeggen dat de CIA de boel regisseert, immers deze terroristenbende
heeft al zo vaak met deze bijl gehakt………

Het is te hopen dat Rusland het niet over haar kant
laat gaan en haar poot stijf houdt als de VS terreurcoalitie het

a move that many of us saw coming, the US has backed efforts to force
Nicolas Maduro from the Presidency of Venezuela. Earlier today Donald
Trump officially recognised Juan Guaido, the leader of Venezuela’s
defunct National Assembly as “interim President”.

The citizens of Venezuela have suffered for too long at the hands of the illegitimate Maduro regime. Today, I have officially recognized the President of the Venezuelan National Assembly, Juan Guaido, as the Interim President of Venezuela.

This
move was backed by Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador,
Chile and Peru. The EU were also quick to back
regime change,
although leaders of specific EU states are yet to make their
positions know. It is doubtful any of us will be surprised when they
do.


The
noteworthy – and predictable – rebels on American continent were
the leftist governments of Mexico and Bolivia.


This
move has been on the cards for a while, with John Bolton – Trump’s
National Security Advisor – tweeting this just last week:

This
is very clearly a call for open revolution – note the language:
“including the military”.

Obviously
any coup needs the military backing it to be successful. Though there
are reports of large protests on the streets of Caracas – both for
and against the President – the military have not got involved on
the ground so far. Howver, they did release a statement disavowing
Guaido and
the “dark interests” supporting him.

They
went on to declare that they stand by President Maduro in support of
Venezuela’s national sovereignty.

Lacking,
for now, the support of Venezuela’s own military the only way the
coup can succeed is with military help from a foreign power, the
obvious candidates being the US, NATO and Brazil’s new President
Jair Bolsonaro – a cross between Pinochet and a used car salesman.
He has previously said he would back a military invasion
of Venezuela.

In
their story covering the on-going crisis (Venezuela:

The Guardian quotes Eric Farnsworth, a former US diplomat and
vice-president of the Council of the Americas, who says:

“[Maduro
might] turn sharpshooters on crowds and try to scare everybody back
home”

Guardian
reporter Tom Philips then says this:

“If
that happened, the US and the international community would be forced
to react”.

Which
is their way of saying if anyone gets shot, or even injured, in these
protests then the US (and allies?) will move to intervene militarily.
They would be “forced” to, apparently.

Expect
this angle to replayed, a lot, all throughout the mainstream media in
the coming days. Op-eds will remind us of the “cost of inaction”
in Syria. Some people will write that though Trump is a monster, he
is at least elected and we should stand with him in defense of
democracy. Stuff like that.


The
bottom line will be – we NEED to act in Venezuela because Maduro is
“massacring” his own people to hold onto power.

They’ve
tipped their hand with a reference to “sharpshooters” killing
civilians.

This
is, of course, the exact scenario we saw play out in Ukraine in 2014.

“Sharpshooters”
were “turned loose” on the crowd, killing several dozen people
(police and protestors alike). This violence was used to declare
Victor Yanukovych’s government “illegitimate”, and replace him
with a leader more to the US’s liking. Evidence
has since emerged showing
the shots were likely fired by non-government marksmen in a bid to
escalate the violence.

The
same fate awaits Venezuela and Maduro – except Venezuela doesn’t
have a super-power on its borders, so the US won’t have to keep the
gloves on this time. Venezuela could feel the full force of America’s
“humanitarian” armed forces. There are people on the streets –
all it needs is one tiny spark, one slight act of violence, and the
whole situation will explode.


The
US Deep State has shown before that they are more than able to create
a spark when they need one.


Important
questions:

  • Will
    the Venezuelan military continue to stand by Maduro?

  • Will
    there be violence on the streets?

  • If
    so, how long before there are calls for “humanitarian
    intervention”?

  • What
    will the position of the European leaders be?

  • Will
    the US try to get a UN mandate to act in Venezuela? Would they be
    successful if they did?

  • Will
    “The Resistance” criticise Trump for interfering in Venezuela’s
    democracy?

Soedan: troepen van dictator Bashir gaan tekeer tegen demonstranten

In de
strijd tegen demonstranten, begon de regering van dictator Bashir
met het beperken van de toegang tot Facebook en Twitter, twee
platforms die door demonstranten worden gebruikt om de demonstraties
door het land te coördineren. Van de 40 miljoen Soedanezen heeft naar
schatting 28 miljoen de beschikking over een smartphone,
vandaar……..

De
schrijver van het hieronder opgenomen artikel, Joziah Thayer, is zo naïef om te denken dat Bashir het meende toen deze na
gewelddadigheden van het leger tegen demonstranten, het leger
publiekelijk opriep minder geweld te gebruiken, terwijl ze Bashir
even daarvoor vergeleek met een gewonde leeuw die elk moment kan
toeslaan….. Ze stelt dan ook dat het leger ondanks die oproep door
is gegaan met het gebruik van bruut geweld tegen de demonstranten, waar ik aan toe zou willen voegen: zoals Bashir dat heeft verordonneerd……

Niet
voor niets ook dat Bashir, nu 30 jaar aan het bewind na een
staatsgreep van het leger, allerlei politieke tegenstanders en
demonstranten heeft laten arresteren. Waar dezelfde Bashir het advies
van de VN, als gebaar politieke gevangenen vrij te laten, naast zich
heeft neergelegd……

Troepen
van de regering zouden volgens Human Rights Watch ziekenhuizen zijn
binnengedrongen, om daar gewonde demonstranten af te tuigen en te
arresteren…….

De VS,
Groot-Brittannië, Canada en Noorwegen hebben laten weten zwaar
verontrust te zijn en hebben gewaarschuwd dat de zaken die zich nu
afspelen in Soedan nauwlettend worden gevolgd door die landen en dat
e.e.a. gevolgen kan hebben voor de omgang met Soedan in de (nabije)
toekomst….. Anders gezegd: Bashir als je niet oppast vallen wij Soedan binnen…..

Het
lullige van westers ingrijpen in dergelijke
situaties is dat dit niet leidt tot bescherming van de bevolking, integendeel het leidt altijd weer tot groot bloedvergieten onder de bevolking, terecht dan ook de hoop van Thayer
dat de genoemde landen niet ingrijpen en het land in een bloedbad
veranderen……. Wat Thayer niet noemt zijn de bemoeienissen van het
westen met Soedan in het verleden, waar men maar weinig problemen had
met Bashir (immers Soedan had een ‘gezond economisch klimaat’ voor (grote) westerse bedrijven, ofwel uiterst goedkope
werkkrachten zonder enige rechten en geen ‘gezeur’ over milieuvervuiling enz…..)

Thayer
heeft groot gelijk met te stellen dat de bevolking in opstand dient
te komen tegen de corrupte regering Bashir en haar agressieve
leger, waar dit geen taak is voor even agressieve westerse staten, die na ingrijpen landen achterlaten als rokende puinhopen, overladen met lijken… Voorts stelt Thayer dat de protesten in Soedan halverwege afgelopen december begonnen, echter als ik me niet vergis zijn die protesten al veel langer aan de gang, waarschijnlijk doelt Thayer op de grootte van de demonstraties, die inderdaad vanaf december fiks zijn gegroeid.

Late
last month al-Bashir’s government began restricting access
to popular social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter which
have been used by demonstrators to coordinate protest in major cities
across Sudan. President Omar al-Bashir has ruled over Sudan for 30
years after coming to power during a military coup in
1989.

According
to Reuters,
there are 40 million people in Sudan, and 28 million of them have
mobile phones, which has made the Internet a vital tool in combating
media censorship. President Omar al-Bashir’s actions reflect that
of a paranoid lion ready to strike out with brute force against
anyone who threatens his reign. He has arrested political
opponents by the dozens even as the U.N. urged Bashir to release
political foes and protesters imprisoned as a “good faith gesture.”

The
protest began in mid-December, and instead of responding like a
stable-minded leader Bashir publicly urged government forces to use
less force, but his forces didn’t seem to listen as they cracked
down on protesters resulting in dozens being killed. January 9th of
this month, more protest erupted
in the city of Omdurman leading to one protester being killed and six
others injured. On the same day, President Omar al-Bashir held a
rally in Sudan’s capital city of Khartoum, where he pledged to stay
in control, seemingly oblivious to daily protest calls for him to
step down.

According
to a report from
Human Rights Watch’s Associate Director in Africa, Jehanne Henry,
Sudanese government forces entered hospitals terrifying patients and
started to beat and arrest protesters being treated for injuries as
well as the doctors who were treating them. Government forces were
reportedly heard telling the hospital staff “we don’t care if you
are doctors.” Later that same day, doctor organizations across
Sudan condemned the attacks on hospitals by government forces
and announced they
were joining a nationwide general strike.

Norway,
the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada all condemned the
attacks on protesters stating that the actions of Bashir and his
government are being monitored and will dictate how these nations
deal with Sudan in the future. Whenever we have unrest in a region,
Western nations feel as if it is their right to be the policemen of
the world. Why should a nation like the United States that has 25% of
their population in prison be the moral authority of human rights
globally? Sudan does not need the United States or the United Kingdom
– all Sudan needs is a pure rebellion, from the citizens who live
there.

In
recent history when Western powers intervene in unrest in the Middle
East or North African countries it often ends with the citizens who
Western powers are allegedly helping, being displaced from their
homes. The ‘War on Terror’ has killed millions
of Muslims. These interventions rarely help the citizens of the
nations where they intervene. Instead, they are used as pawns for
public acceptance for the very atrocities being committed against
them.

Canada ontneemt vrouw van oorspronkelijk volk haar baby en dat is geen uitzondering…..

Er is in
Canada grote woede ontstaan nadat een video op Facebook werd
geplaatst waarin een politieagent de net geboren baby van haar
moeder afnam met de woorden: “We’re
going to actually physically remove the baby”.

De
reden zou zijn dat de vrouw, een lid van de oorspronkelijke bevolking van wat nu Canada heet, tijdens haar zwangerschap alcohol zou
hebben gedronken en die dronken zou zijn geweest tijdens de
zwangerschap, zaken die door de vrouw en haar familie worden
ontkend……

Als
het drinken tijdens de zwangerschap een reden is om kinderen uit de
ouderlijke macht te zetten, zou Canada eens naar de zwangere vouwen in
de grote arme onderlaag van het land moeten kijken, een groep die
vooral bestaat uit witte Canadezen………….. (waarin het oorspronkelijke volk zelfs een minderheid is)

Misschien
wel het meest wrange in het hieronder opgenomen bericht en via
berichten op o.a. Radio Nova Scotia, is de constatering dat vrouwen
van de oorspronkelijke bevolking (‘indianen’) veelal gelaten achterblijven na zo’n ontvoering van hun pas geboren kinderen, daar het
blijkbaar veelvuldig voorkomt in Canada……

De
vraag van de vrouw of ze haar baby nog een paar minuten bij zich
mocht houden, werd met een simpel “nee” beantwoord…… Voorts werd de
vrouw te verstaan gegeven dat ze haar kind nooit weer terug zou mogen zien……

De baby werd daarna zonder daarvoor beschermende kleding of doeken aan de vrieskou blootgesteld door ambtenaren die haar meenamen…….

De bewuste vrouw heeft in het verleden verslavingsproblemen gehad en was akkoord dat haar kind voorlopig naar haar tante zou gaan, daar was zelfs een notariële akte voor opgesteld, echter dat was blijkbaar niet voldoende voor de autoriteiten……..

Alsof
de genocide op de oorspronkelijke bevolking al niet te zot voor
woorden is, behandelt men deze mensen nog steeds als
‘Untermensch……’

“We’re
going to actually physically remove the baby” – these words,
unthinkable to any mother, were streamed on Facebook Live and have
since prompted angry accusations of state discrimination against
indigenous people in Canada.

The
edict was delivered by a cop as he was taking a newborn girl away
from an indigenous woman at a hospital in the Canadian province of
Manitoba this week. The mother was accused of alcohol consumption
during pregnancy and of being drunk when arriving to give birth –
claims that she and her relatives vigorously deny.

In
the footage, which instantly went viral, the infant’s mother is
seen hugging her baby when social services and police officers
arrive. They tell the woman that “Child
and Family Services (CFS) have the power to apprehend a child” and
that the newborn will be placed into care.

The
mother’s plea to spend at least a few more minutes with her baby is
rejected with a harsh and simple “No.”

The
woman also isn’t told when she’ll be able to see her child again.
The girl is then placed in a baby car seat and taken away. Neither
the mother nor her relatives try to resist the authorities, but cry
and weep in sorrow.

Even
more shocking than the video itself is the fact that apprehensions of
newborns such as this occur, on average, about once every day in
Manitoba, official records show.
More than 10,000 children are currently in CFS care in the province
and around 90 percent have an indigenous parent or parents.

Facebook video has attracted public attention to the sad statistics,
with the mother and her family vowing to fight to bring the child
back. During a press-conference on Friday, the woman, whose name
can’t be revealed under Manitoba law, said she thought that her
little girl would be given to one of her relatives and
was “blindsided” when
told that, in fact, the child services were taking her.

“It’s
just astonishing how far this had to go,” she

The
CEO of General Child and Family Services Authority (GA), Debbie Besant,
said that she was “confident” the
decision to separate the mother and her baby was right. However, she
insisted that apprehending a child is a measure used “only
as a last resort.”

Grand
Chief Garrison Settee, who represents northern Manitoba First
Nations, was by the mother’s side and the leader blasted the
Canadian child service, saying that “the
system that we’re subject to isn’t a system for our people.”

“As
Indigenous people, we have our own ways, we have our own laws that
have sustained us since time immemorial,” he
said. “Those
ways have been taken from us. The authority has been taken from us to
govern ourselves and to govern our people with our own laws, with our
own child welfare systems.”

Lawyer
Cora Morgan suggested that the woman was deprived of her child only
because she was already in the database after seeking help for
addiction and had her other child temporarily in care a few years
ago. She became a victim of the so-called “birth
alert” when
social workers are notified that the expectant mother is ‘high-risk’,
she said.

“In
the system – as a mother, as a father, as a grandparent – they’re
always deemed guilty of something, and there’s no mechanism to ever
prove you’re innocent,” Morgan
explained, adding claims of her client being intoxicated when
arriving to hospital were false. She criticized the authorities for
ignoring a notarized custody agreement that would have the baby’s
aunt take care of her niece. Morgan added that officials that took
the baby carried it outside in freezing temperatures without proper
clothing.

“They
say the family is incapable of taking care of the baby and they take
her away,” she
said. “This
is how they treat a new life.”

In
Groot-Brittannië (GB) gaat nog steeds het verhaal rond, dat GB nooit iets
heeft verdiend aan de kolonisatie van India en daarom was het een
gunst dat GB zo lang als kolonisator in India bleef….. Uit onderzoek zou blijken dat 50%
van de Britten deze smerige leugen gelooft……

Wie een
klein beetje de economie van kolonisators in het verleden onder de
loep heeft genomen, weet dat men nooit een kolonie had behouden, als
daar niet dik geld aan te verdienen was, met uitzondering van strategisch belangrijke gebieden voor die kolonisators, neem Gibraltar….

Onderzoek
van Utsa Patnaik, gepubliceerd op Columbia University Press, toont
dan ook het tegendeel aan van het sprookje dat India de Britse
kolonisator alleen maar geld heeft gekost. Integendeel: GB heeft bij
elkaar 45 biljoen dollar gestolen van de Indiase bevolking, dit in
de periode van 1765 tot 1938. Die 45 biljoen is overigens 17 keer het
huidige Bruto Binnenlands Product van GB……

Via een
smerige systeem wist GB haar winsten zo groot mogelijk te maken: in
1765 nam de East India Company (EIC) de handel over in India, tot die
tijd betaalde GB netjes in zilver voor de producten, echter kort na
die overname van de handel door de EIC, voerde men belastingen in en
van één derde van die belastingopbrengsten uit India, werden de goederen gekocht in
India, ofwel GB kreeg de producten vanaf die tijd gratis, immers de
bevolking betaalde zelf voor die producten via de belastingen…….. 

Na import in GB, exporteerde GB een deel van die goederen naar de rest van Europa, daarmee kon GB de benodigde goederen betalen die nodig waren voor de industrialisatie, zoals staal…. Ofwel GB verkocht in feite gestolen goederen en dat voor een fikse prijs, anders gezegd: dubbele winsten van elk 100%…..

Middels de
belastingen die in India werden geroofd, bekostigde GB ook haar
koloniale oorlogen, zoals die tegen China, bovendien werd uit die belasting zoals gezegd de
industrialisatie van GB en haar kolonies Canada en Australië
betaald….. Niet de stoommachine maakte GB groot maar het gestolen
geld van de Indiase bevolking!

Van 1870
tot 1920 heeft GB met opzet een hongersnood veroorzaakt in India* die aan
tientallen miljoenen Indiërs het leven heeft gekost, ofwel deze
mensen werden vermoord middels één van de ergste oorlogsmisdaden, om
niet te zeggen een grove misdaad tegen de menselijkheid: het uithongeren van een bevolking………. (zie de foto in het hieronder opgenomen artikel)

Uiteraard
heeft ook GB als Nederland voor het Indonesische volk, niet haar excuses aangeboden aan het volk
van India voor de vreselijke misdaden en uitbuiting, laat staan dat
het herstelbetalingen heeft gedaan……..

British
colonizers turned a scam for defrauding peasants into a parasitical
relationship that made England rich and impoverished a
subcontinent.

“$45
trillion is 17 times more than the total annual gross domestic
product of the United Kingdom today.”

There
is a story that is commonly told in Britain that the colonization
of India —
as horrible as it may have been — was not of any major economic
benefit to Britain itself. If anything, the administration of India
was a cost to Britain. So the fact that the empire was sustained for
so long — the story goes — was a gesture of Britain’s benevolence.

New
research by the renowned economist Utsa Patnaik — just published by
Columbia University Press — deals a crushing blow to this narrative.
Drawing on nearly two centuries of detailed data on tax and trade,
Patnaik calculated that Britain drained a total of nearly $45
trillion from India during the period 1765 to 1938.

It’s
a staggering sum. For perspective, $45 trillion is 17 times more than
the total annual gross domestic product of the United
Kingdom today.

How
did this come about?

It
happened through the trade system. Prior to the colonial period,
Britain bought goods like textiles and rice from Indian producers and
paid for them in the normal way — mostly with silver — as they did
with any other country. But something changed in 1765, shortly after
the East India Company took control of the subcontinent and
established a monopoly over Indian trade.

“The
re-export system allowed Britain to finance a flow of imports from
Europe which were essential to Britain’s industrialization.”

Here’s
how it worked. The East India Company began collecting taxes in
India, and then cleverly used a portion of those revenues (about a
third) to
fund the purchase of Indian goods for British use. In other words,
instead of paying for Indian goods out of their own pocket, British
traders acquired them for free, “buying” from peasants and
weavers using money that had just been taken from them.

It
was a scam — theft on a grand scale. Yet most Indians were unaware
of what was going on because the agent who collected the taxes was
not the same as the one who showed up to buy their goods. Had it been
the same person, they surely would have smelled a rat.

Some
of the stolen goods were consumed in Britain, and the rest were
re-exported elsewhere. The re-export system allowed Britain to
finance a flow of imports from Europe, including strategic materials
like iron, tar and timber, which were essential to Britain’s
industrialization. Indeed, the Industrial Revolution depended in
large part on this systematic theft from India.

On
top of this, the British were able to sell the stolen goods to other
countries for much more than they “bought” them for in the
first place, pocketing not only 100 percent of the original value of
the goods but also the markup.

After
the British Raj took over in 1847, colonizers added a special new
twist to the tax-and-buy system. As the East India Company’s monopoly
broke down, Indian producers were allowed to export their goods
directly to other countries. But Britain made sure that the payments
for those goods nonetheless ended up in London.

“The
Industrial Revolution depended in large part on this systematic theft
from India.”

How
did this work? Basically, anyone who wanted to buy goods from India
would do so using special Council Bills — a unique paper currency
issued only by the British Crown. And the only way to get those bills
was to buy them from London with gold or silver. So traders would pay
London in gold to get the bills, and then use the bills to pay Indian
producers. When Indians cashed the bills in at the local colonial
office, they were “paid” in rupees out of tax revenues —
money that had just been collected from them. So, once again, they
were not in fact paid at all; they were defrauded.

Meanwhile,
London ended up with all of the gold and silver that should have gone
directly to the Indians in exchange for their exports.

This
corrupt system meant that even while India was running an impressive
trade surplus with the rest of the world — a surplus that lasted for
three decades in the early 20th century — it showed up as a deficit
in the national accounts because the real income from India’s exports
was appropriated in
its entirety by Britain.

Some
point to this fictional “deficit” as evidence that India
was a liability to Britain. But exactly the opposite is true. Britain
intercepted enormous quantities of income that rightly belonged to
Indian producers. India was the goose that laid the golden egg.
Meanwhile, the “deficit” meant that India had no option but
to borrow from Britain to finance its imports. So the entire Indian
population was forced into completely unnecessary debt to their
colonial overlords, further cementing British control.

“London
ended up with all of the gold and silver that should have gone
directly to the Indians.”

Britain
used the windfall from this fraudulent system to fuel the engines of
imperial violence — funding the invasion of China in
the 1840s and the suppression of the Indian Rebellion in 1857. And
this was on top of what the Crown took directly from Indian taxpayers
to pay for its wars. As Patnaik points out, “the cost of all
Britain’s wars of conquest outside Indian borders were charged always
wholly or mainly to Indian revenues.”

And
that’s not all. Britain used this flow of tribute from India to
finance the expansion of capitalism in Europe and regions of European
settlement, like Canada and Australia. So not only the
industrialization of Britain but also the industrialization of much
of the Western world was facilitated by extraction from the colonies.

Patnaik
identifies four distinct economic periods in colonial India from 1765
to 1938, calculates the extraction for each, and then compounds at a
modest rate of interest (about 5 percent, which is lower than the
market rate) from the middle of each period to the present. Adding it
all up, she finds that the total drain amounts to $44.6 trillion.
This figure is conservative, she says, and does not include the debts
that Britain imposed on India during the Raj.

These
are eye-watering sums. But the true costs of this drain cannot be
calculated. If India had been able to invest its own tax revenues and
foreign exchange earnings in development – as Japan did
– there’s no telling how history might have turned out differently.
India could very well have become an economic powerhouse. Centuries
of poverty and suffering could have been prevented.

“The
cost of all Britain’s wars of conquest outside Indian borders were
charged always wholly or mainly to Indian revenues.”

All
of this is a sobering antidote to the rosy narrative promoted by
certain powerful voices in Britain. The conservative historian Niall
Ferguson has claimed that British rule helped “develop”
India. While he was prime minister, David Cameron asserted that
British rule was a net help to India.

This
narrative has found considerable traction in the popular imagination:
according to a 2014 YouGov poll, 50 percent of people in Britain
believe that colonialism was beneficial to the colonies.

Yet
during the entire 200-year history of British rule in India, there
was almost no increase in per capita income. In fact, during the last
half of the 19th century – the heyday of British intervention —
income in India collapsed by half. The average life expectancy of
Indians dropped by a fifth from 1870 to 1920. Tens of millions died
needlessly of policy-induced famine.

Britain
didn’t develop India. Quite the contrary — as Patnaik’s work makes
clear — India developed Britain.

What
does this require of Britain today? An apology? Absolutely.
Reparations? Perhaps — although there is not enough money in all of
Britain to cover the sums that Patnaik identifies. In the meantime,
we can start by setting the story straight. We need to recognize that
Britain retained control of India not out of benevolence but for the
sake of plunder and that Britain’s industrial rise didn’t emerge sui
generis from the steam engine and strong institutions, as our
schoolbooks would have it, but depended on violent theft from other
lands and other peoples.

Regelmatig
hoor je vooral in het buitenland dat rechters verkrachters beschermen
en hen weg laten komen met belachelijk lage straffen, of zelfs zonder
straf….. De Franse ‘rechtspraak’ is op dit gebied een ‘mooi voorbeeld……’ (dit verandert overigens als de dader moslim is en het tegengestelde als de dader uit een ‘beter gesitueerd’ gezin stamt…)

Echter
ook in de VS kan men er wat van, neem het geval Kavanaugh.

Mensen
heb geen zin om de smerige misdaden tegen vrouwen te herhalen die in het hieronder

Judges Whose Sexual Assault Rulings Land Them in The Hall Of Shame

There
are a lot of decent, fair judges out there, but there are a
lot of terrible ones too,
especially when it comes to sexual assault cases. Far too often,
judges are making headlines for giving rapists shockingly lenient
sentences or blaming victims for their own assaults. Around the
world, judges are letting rapists off the hook and treating victims
with horrible disrespect.

A
Mexican judge cleared a man of rape because he didn’t orgasm
during the assault. In Italy, a judge acquitted a man of sexual
assault because the victim didn’t “betray emotion” during the
assault. In several cases, judges have dismissed cases because they
believed the young victims looked or acted older than they were or
that their bodies were “well-developed.”

There
were a lot of contenders for worst judges on sexual assault cases,
but these are five whose actions should land them in the Hall of
Shame.

1.
JUDGE RALPH STROTHER

Just
last week, Texas Judge
Ralph Strother allowed
accused rapist and 23-year-old former frat boy Jacob
Walter Anderson to plead no contest to
the lesser charge of unlawful restraint.

Anderson
was accused of repeatedly raping his then 19-year-old victim his
fraternity threw in 2016. He then left her outside, unconscious,
face-down in her own vomit. Despite this, Anderson was offered a
plea deal which judge Strother then accepted, ignoring pleas from
the victim.

Strother
has been lenient toward rapists in at least two other cases. Earlier
this year, Strother sentenced a rapist to 30 days of jail but said he
could leave on the weekends. Another time, he allowed a rapist to
avoid jail time altogether, if he payed for his victim’s
counseling.

A Care2
petition is
calling for Strother’s resignation.

2.
JUDGE PAUL MEYERS

A
Canadian teenager sexually
assaulted a girl in a bathroom stall,
injuring her so severely she was rushed to the hospital in critical
condition. The perpetrator was also convicted of sexually assaulting
another girl just a few months earlier. Judge Paul Meyers sentenced
him to two weeks behind bars, saying that the teen already faced
“social ramifications” and will not be able to graduate with his
peers.

A Care2
petition is
demanding Meyers’ resignation.

3.
JUDGE AARON PERSKY

Who
could forget Judge Aaron Persky, who let convicted rapist Brock
Turner serve only three months in jail? 

A
jury found Turner guilty of three felony sexual assault charges, and
as a result the prosecution recommended a sentence of six years in
prison, stating Turner posed a “continued threat to the community.”
Instead, Judge Persky sentenced him to only six months in county jail
because “a prison sentence would have a severe impact on him.”
Perksy has since
been removed from the bench following
a recall vote.

4.
JUDGE BRETT KAVANAUGH

In
this case, the Hall of Shame nominee is both the judge and the
predator.

As
Kavanaugh was nominated for the Supreme Court, Dr.
Christine Blasey Ford came forward with
allegations of sexual misconduct. Ford claimed Kavanaugh assaulted
her when they were teenagers. Following this news, several
other women came forward with
allegations against Kavanaugh. Despite decent people (and many
others) all agreeing that Ford was credible, Kavanaugh was still
confirmed as a Supreme Court justice.

5.
JUDGE ROBIN CAMP

Last
year Canadian judge
Robin Camp submitted
his resignation because of a 2014 case in which he asked a
19-year-old rape victim, “Why couldn’t you just keep your knees
together?” He also later told her “sex and pain sometimes go
together.” When the victim told the court that the assault occurred
in a bathroom sink, the judge asked her why she hadn’t put her
“bottom down into the basin so he couldn’t penetrate you.”

VS laat Canada volkomen onterecht de topvrouw van Huawei arresteren voor overtreden van VS sancties tegen Iran en de introductie van een ‘nieuw’ kul spionageverhaal

Gisternacht
werd bekend gemaakt dat Canada op 1 december de topvrouw van o.a.
smartphone fabrikant Huawei, Meng Wanzhou (ook de dochter van de Huawei oprichter) heeft gearresteerd op
verzoek van de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS…….

Huawei
zou de sancties van de VS tegen Iran hebben overtreden……..

Wat is
dit voor kul, alsof de VS een verantwoordelijk wereldheerser is en
niet een psychopathische massamoordenaar?!! Als de VS het bedrijven
moeilijk maakt om zaken te doen in de VS, wanneer ze de door haar opgelegde
sancties overtreden, is dat al te zot voor woorden, maar dit slaat werkelijk alles!!  

De VS heeft volkomen onterecht het nucleaire verdrag met Iran, de P5+1 nucleaire deal, ofwel het Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) opgezegd. Ondanks dat de andere partijen in die deal het niet eens zijn met de Trump administratie, denkt de VS haar terreurwetgeving internationaal op te kunnen leggen……. In plaats van te demonstreren tegen de arrestatie van Huawei, deden de politici van andere landen die de deal sloten, er het zwijgen toe, om na korte tijd mee te gaan blèren in het valse VS koor dat Huawei niet alleen sancties overtrad, maar ook spioneert voor de Chinese overheid…… Men wilde in de rest van de westerse politiek geen commentaar geven op de arrestatie, daar dit behoorlijk vreemd zou zijn, gezien het eerder genoemde verdrag, vandaar ook dat men blij was met het lamme spionageverhaal waarmee men China kan bestoken……..

Zoals te verwachten was steunen ook de reguliere westerse (massa-) media de VS bij de arrestatie van Wanzhou, waar ze meteen even de nieuwste demonisering van China meenemen: het zojuist al aangehaalde spionageverhaal over o.a. de toestellen van Huawei, waarmee de Chinese overheid het westen zou kunnen bespioneren…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Zo de waard is vertrouwt deze de gasten! Immers als er nu één land is dat alles en iedereen bespioneert is het de VS wel, zelfs de smartphone van Merkel, die het met de VS bevriende Duitsland politiek leidt, was niet veilig voor deze vereniging van terreurstaten…… Kortom deze media brengen ‘onvervalste’ anti-Chinese propaganda……

Zie verder de ambassades van de VS over de wereld, de grootste spionage bolwerken, zelfs die in ons Den Haag! Voorts bespioneert de VS grote bedrijven in het buitenland, om zo voordelen ten behoeve van grote VS bedrijven te vinden…… Als de Chinezen belangrijke politici of leiders van grote bedrijven willen bespioneren, doen ze dat echt niet via de telefoons van Huawei, ze hacken dan simpelweg de telefoon of (andere) computer van die personen, of die nu van Huawei, Samsung, Apple* of welk merk dan ook zijn…….. Wat een kul! 

Het is duidelijk dat de VS met deze arrestatie, waarvan Trudeau en Trump keihard logen dat ze daarvan niet vooraf op de hoogte waren, grote Chinese bedrijven wil treffen en de truc schijnt gelukt te zijn als je de volkomen ten onrechte gezaaide haat en angst tegen/voor Chinese smartphone fabrikanten in alleen al de Nederlandse reguliere media ziet………

Hoe is het in godsnaam mogelijk dat de reguliere media zo keihard durven te liegen en onrust durven te zaaien, terwijl de valsheid van de claims er dik bovenop liggen, waarschijnlijk schat men het grootste deel van haar gebruikers in als niet nadenkende imbecielen, die men werkelijk alles kan voorkauwen en kan hersenspoelen met smerige sprookjes……. Ach ja, dom van mij, immers de reguliere westerse media zijn er vooral om de huidige inhumane neoliberale status quo te beschermen, bescherming van alles wat fout is, zoals het goedpraten van de illegale oorlogen die de VS her en der voert…… Alles in het belang van de eigenaren van die media, de westerse politiek,  het militair-industrieel complex, de oliemaffia, de financiële maffia en de aandeelhouders van grote bedrijven…….

Nogmaals
we moeten als de donder af van het internationaal betalingssysteem
SWIFT, dat in feite een door de VS gestuurd mechanisme is en waar de
dollar als enig internationaal betaalmiddel wordt gezien…..
Gelukkig zijn Rusland en China al bezig met een eigen internationaal
betalingssysteem.

Vergeleken
met de VS is Iran een vredelievende staat, iedereen die het
interesseert kan dit controleren, de VS is de werkelijke terreurstaat
en richt vooral in het Midden-Oosten de ene massamoord na de andere aan, waarbij het de wereldstabiliteit steeds verder aantast…….

Het is
dan ook de hoogste tijd voor sancties tegen de VS, een
psychopathische oorlogsvoerder, die alleen deze eeuw al meer dan 2,5
miljoen mensen heeft vermoord……. Kan de wereld meteen alle bases
van de VS buiten haar grondgebied sluiten en de militairen naar huis

(MEE) — Canada
arrested China’s Huawei Technology’s chief financial officer for
allegedly violating US sanctions on Iran, the Wall Street Journal
reported on Wednesday.

Meng
Wanzhou faces possible extradition to the US, WSJ added. A Canadian
justice department spokesperson said she was arrested on 1 December.

A
Huawei spokesman said the arrest happened as Meng was transferring
flights.

“The
company has been provided very little information regarding the
charges and is not aware of any wrongdoing by Ms Meng,” he said.

“The
company believes the Canadian and US legal systems will ultimately
reach a just conclusion.”

Canada has arrested Huawei’s global chief financial officer in Vancouver

Wanzhou Meng is facing extradition to the United States on suspicion she violated U.S. trade sanctions against Iran.

Meng’s
bail hearing is set for Friday, according to a Globe and Mail report,
citing Canada’s Justice Department spokesman Ian McLeod.

Meng’s
arrest follows a strict set of US sanctions on Iranian oil and
banking that was implemented in November but allowed a number of
countries, including China, temporary waivers.

According
to a Wall Street Journal report in April, the US Department of
Justice had launched a criminal probe into Huawei for its alleged
trade with Iran, and both the Commerce Department and Treasury
Department had issued subpoenas for a potential violation of US
sanctions.

Huawei
is the world’s largest manufacturer of cellular-tower electronics
and the third-biggest smart phone producer.

Meng’s
arrest happened on the same day that US President Donald Trump and
Chinese leader Xi Jinping met to discuss a possible truce to their
ongoing trade war.

US
Senator Ben Sasse, a Republican, said the arrest was made to protect
American interests.

“Americans
are grateful that our Canadian partners have arrested the chief
financial officer of a giant Chinese telecom company for breaking US
sanctions against Iran,” he said.

This
isn’t the first time that the US has penalised Chinese
telecommunication companies for potential sanctions violations.

In
2017, Chinese telecommunications rival ZTE paid the US almost $900m
in fines for alleged business deals with Iran.

Rutte houdt in Canada een onzin verhaal over cannabis en zet Nederland alweer voor schut

Godbetert ‘onze’ VVD premier Rutte (premier voor de welgestelden en het grote bedrijfsleven) is in Canada om daar de handelsbelangen nog verder aan te halen.

In Canada is het gebruik van cannabis onlangs vrijgegeven als één van de weinige landen van onze wereld. Precies dat stak Rutte blijkbaar, want als de volleerde leugenaar die hij is, stelde deze onderknuppel voor een gehoor van studenten dat hij ‘vrienden met kinderen heeft’ die serieuze geestelijke klachten opliepen door het gebruik van cannabis…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

Het zou toch wel bijzonder toevallig zijn als Rutte in zijn vriendenkring mensen heeft, van wie de kinderen geestelijke schade opliepen door het gebruik van de softdrug cannabis…. De enkele keer dat jongeren problemen hebben door het gebruik van cannabis, was dit ofwel het gevolg van eerdere geestelijke ziekten waarvoor ze ook nog eens medicatie slikten, dan wel door het gebruik van hele sloten alcohol naast het gebruik van cannabis……

De harddrug alcohol richt wel schade aan in de hersenen, bovendien het woord ‘harddrug’ toont al aan dat het om een zeer verslavende en gevaarlijke drug gaat, die dagelijks gemiddeld 12 doden eist in ons land, doden door langdurig alcoholgebruik…… Naast de gebruikers die overlijden aan die harddrug (o.a. door kanker), zorgt het gebruik van alcohol ook nog eens voor: -extra verkeersdoden, -het stranden van relaties, -huiselijk geweld en geweld in het uitgaansleven plus de voetballerij, daarnaast veroorzaakt het -een enorme berg materiële schade!! Toch hoor je Rutte daar niet over……. Nee, Rutte vindt het nog steeds normaal dat er reclame mag worden gemaakt voor alcohol……..

Terug naar cannabisgebruik: het is zelfs bewezen dat mensen die geblowd hebben beter autorijden dan mensen die dit niet doen……. Ondanks dat is de politie al bezig om wietgebruikers in het verkeer op de bon te slingeren en op de koop toe is de jacht op cannabis zelfs in Den Haag nu één van de hoofdtaken van de politie……. Terwijl het aantal alcoholcontroles drastisch is teruggebracht de laatste 15 jaar……

Voorts worden producten op basis van cannabis ingezet voor een aantal ziekten zoals kanker en kan het zelfs bepaalde ziekten tot stilstand brengen, zoals staar.

Rutte dacht nog slimmer te zijn toen hij zijn gehoor voorhield dat het gebruik van cannabis leidt tot het gebruik van zware harddrugs….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Deze mythe is jaren gelden al uit de wereld geholpen, je reinste kul! Alcohol is wel een echte ‘stepping stone’ zoals ze dit in het Engels uitdrukken, echter zoals gezegd: daar hoor je Rutte niet over……. Het door ons eertijds jarenlang gevoerde liberale drugsbeleid, heeft er zelfs voor gezorgd dat wij, in vergelijking met andere landen, veel minder verslaafden aan harddrugs als heroïne hadden….. Destijds waren we nog een voorbeeld voor de wereld…..

Kortom Rutte leeft nog in de 60er jaren als het over het gebruik van cannabis gaat, zonder enige kennis zwatelen en liegen dat het gedrukt staat, maar dat laatste is dan ook een specialiteit van deze oplichter….

PS: bijna vergeten, volgens Rutte heeft het CETA verdrag al gezorgd voor een enorme toename van de handel tussen Canada en Nederland……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Je snapt het al: alweer een leugen van formaat! (ook gedaan om de mensen in Nederland straks een verdrag met Trump door de strot te kunnen duwen en dat op basis van leugens, zoals die hiervoor beschreven…..)

Warm weer? De hoeveelheid CO2 in onze atmosfeer ligt op een niveau van voor 800.000 jaar geleden….

wetenschappers hebben geconstateerd dat de hoeveelheid CO2 in de
atmosfeer de hoogste is, sinds de moderne meting en dat die teruggaat tot een
niveau van waarop deze 800.000 jaar geleden lag, zoals men dit uit ijskernen heeft kunnen ‘aflezen……..’

Zoals
hier al vaker gesteld, zelfs als we nu zouden stoppen met de uitstoot
van CO2 en andere broeikasgassen, zal de temperatuur tegen het eind van deze eeuw alsnog veel hoger liggen, dan in het klimaatakkoord
van Parijs als doelstelling is vastgelegd, volgens veel
wetenschappers zal die zelfs de 3 graden Celsius nog te boven
gaan……..

Gezien
de huidige gebeurtenissen op onze planeet, bosbranden, orkaangeweld
(en alle ellende van dien zoals overstromingen) en temperaturen
waaronder de mens niet meer kan functioneren, zal die hoge temperatuur
ervoor zorgen dat er steeds meer ijs afsmelt, zowel van gletsjers als
van de ijsmassa’s op de poolkappen. Verder zal ook de permafrost steeds
sneller ontdooien, waarbij enorme hoeveelheden methaangas vrijkomen,
zo ongeveer het sterkste broeikasgas op aarde*, dit zal de temperatuur nog
verder doen stijgen, waardoor er nog meer ijs zal wegsmelten enz. enz….. (de ijsmassa
weerkaatst zonlicht, als die ijsmassa steeds verder wordt verkleind, wordt er
steeds meer warmte opgenomen door de oceanen, waardoor het nog
warmer wordt enz. enz…). 

Deze cumulatieve effecten zullen voor een verdere versnelling van de klimaatverandering zorgen, vandaar ook dat veel wetenschappers verwachten dat de opwarming van de aarde met zelfs meer dan 3 graden zal stijgen….. Waarbij je nog moet optellen dat er veel te weinig maatregelen worden genomen om die stijging zelfs maar te vertragen, zie o.a. de wankele klimaattafels en het klimaatakkoord van Parijs, waar bij de laatste niet eens mocht worden gesproken over de beprijzing van de CO2……. In Nederland mogen de laatste kolencentrales doorgaan met hun enorme vervuiling en dan noemt men de einddatum, waarop die centrales moeten worden gesloten in 2030 een succes….. (nog in 2017 gaf VVD opperhufter Kamp 4 miljard aan subsidie voor die centrales, zodat hele bossen in de VS worden gesloopt om houtpellets voor die centrales te maken, dit t.b.v. de zogenaamde biomassa bijstook…… ha! ha! ha! ha! Nee, echt uiterst ‘duurzaam!’)

Afgelopen
zaterdag meldde radio Nova Scotia dat er in Canada maar liefst 470
bosbranden woeden, al die bosbranden wereldwijd zorgen voor een verdere opwarming van de aarde… Temperatuurrecords, zelfs op de Noordpool
(zo’n week geleden nog werd bekend gemaakt dat de temperatuur aan de
Scandinavische kant van de Poolcirkel op 30 graden Celsius lag……) Ook in Scandinavië zijn als in Canada (en andere landen) bosbranden, wat
zeer uitzonderlijk is….

Warm weer? Helaas zullen de huidige hoge temperaturen steeds vaker terugkomen……

As
temperatures bust
heat records across
the globe and wildfires
rage from
California to the Arctic, a new report produced annually by more than
500 scientists worldwide found that last year, the carbon dioxide
concentrations in the Earth’s atmosphere reached the highest levels
“in the modern atmospheric measurement record and in ice core
records dating back as far as 800,000 years.”


While
the most significant jump was the global average for carbon dioxide
(CO2)—which, at 405.0 parts per million (ppm), saw a 2.2 ppm
increase from the previous year—concentrations
of other dominant planet-warming greenhouse gases, methane (CH4) and
nitrous oxide (N2O), also hit “record highs,” according
to State
of the Climate in 2017(pdf)
released Wednesday.

Considering
those rates, Greg Johnson, an oceanographer at the National Oceanic
and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Pacific Marine Environmental
Laboratory in Seattle, warned that
even if humanity “stopped the greenhouse gases at their current
concentrations today, the atmosphere would still continue to warm for
next couple decades to maybe a century.”


The
332-page report—which was overseen by NOAA and published as a
special supplement to the Bulletin
of the American Meteorological Society—also
notes that 2017 is among the three hottest years ever, taking the top
spot for warmest non-El Niño year since scientists began measuring
in the 1800s. However, NOAA data released last
weekend shows that 2018 is on track to set a new record.


The
report details how “much-warmer-than-average conditions”
across much of the world’s lands and oceans has meant three years of
“unprecedented” coral
bleaching,
Arctic air temperatures that are “warming at a pace that was
twice the rate of the rest of the world,” rapidly melting
glaciers and ice sheets, and devastating tropical storms—such as
Hurricanes Irma and Maria—that
reflect “the very active state of the Atlantic basin.”


In
its regional analyses, the report notes that “the United States
was impacted by 16 weather and climate events that each caused over
$1 billion (U.S. dollars) in damages. Since records began in 1980,
2017 is tied with 2011 for the greatest number of billion-dollar
disasters. Included in this total are the western U.S. wildfire
season and Hurricanes Harvey, Maria, and Irma. Tornado activity in
the United States in 2017 was above average for the first time since
2011, with 1,400 confirmed tornadoes.”

It
also features a map that highlights notable climate anomalies and
events across the globe during 2017. The graphic points out that both
Argentina and Uruguay experienced their warmest years on record while
Russia experienced its second wettest, and five of six observatories
in Alaska documented record high permafrost temperatures.


Permafrost
is a layer of soil, rock, or sediment that remains frozen and
contains massive amounts of carbon dioxide and methane. Climate
scientists are growing increasingly concerned
that “as
the global thermostat rises, permafrost, rather than storing carbon,
could become a significant source of planet-heating emissions.”
