Vandaag
is het VN anti-kernwapenverdrag van kracht geworden, een
verdrag getekend door meer dan 50 landen en hoewel Nederland niets te
zeggen heeft over de hier door de VS gestationeerde kernwapens, is
Nederland als andere NAVO-lidstaten tegen het verbod op kernwapens…..
Hoe kan je tegen wapens zijn die bij gebruik onherroepelijk de hele
wereld zullen vernietigen??? Wat voor vreselijk onmens moet je zijn
om een dergelijk standpunt te verdedigen? Met de kernwapens op onze
bodem zijn we, mocht het tot een kernoorlog komen, onmiddellijk doel
voor de wereldmacht die zich tegen de agressie van de VS zal
verzetten en dat kunnen geen andere landen zijn dan Rusland en
China…….
Het
standpunt van de Nederlandse regering is nog zotter dan van andere
staten die geen kernwapens op hun grondgebied hebben en desondanks
niet tekenen, juist daar Nederland geen zeggenschap heeft over deze
wapens, daarvoor heeft Nederland zelfs de waardeloze JSF gekocht*,
daar we deze kernwapens wel mogen afwerpen voor de VS (de VS kan de
JSF naar behoeven zelfs aan de grond houden, mocht het gebruik van
dit peperdure onding het Pentagon niet aanstaan……).
Geloof oorlogshitsers als Rob de Wijk en de zware oorlogsmisdadiger de Hoop Scheffer** niet dat we deze wapens nodig hebben vanwege ‘de agressie van Rusland en China’, zeker als je ziet dat de VS en haar oorlogshond NAVO (altijd onder militair opperbevel van de VS) alleen deze eeuw alweer meer dan 5 miljoen mensen hebben vermoord in illegale oorlogen, geheime militaire acties en standrechtelijke executies middels drones, waarbij meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd verdacht…….

On January 22, 2021, the UN nuclear
weapons ban, which was adopted by 122 countries at a United Nations
conference in 2017, comes into force.
To date, 86 states have signed the
treaty and more than 50 countries have ratified it. The treaty

* De JSF of F-35 kan zich niet meten met hedendaagse straaljagers daar
het onding te traag rent, klimt en wendt, het kan zich nog net meten
met de A-10 Thunderbolt uit de 70er jaren….. Vandaar ook dat de JSF
eigenlijk de aanduiding straaljager niet eens zou mogen dragen……. Voorts is het stealth systeem (het onzichtbaar zijn voor de radar van de vijand) van de JSF al gekraakt door de Russen en heeft China zelfs een blauwdruk bemachtigd van deze flopjager….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ** De Hoop Scheffer was vanmorgen te gast in het suffe Radio1 programma Spraakmakers, waar men niet de stelling had dat Nederland de VS kernwapens naar de VS moet sturen, nee veronderstel dat er slimme mensen bellen die de Hoop Scheffer onderuit lullen, men had een stelling die erop neerkomt dat de ‘sportzomer moet doorgaan’, vanwege het wellicht weer niet kunnen doorgaan van de Olympische Spelen door het Coronavirus…… Hetzelfde geldt voor het START-verdrag voor de vermindering van kernwapens, waarvoor de westerse media ook Rusland durven te beschuldigen dat deze het verdrag wilde opzeggen, echter het was de VS onder Trump die van dit verdrag af wilde…… Ook dat had men als onderwerp kunnen kiezen voor Standpunt NL……. (het zou me niet eens verbazen als de Hoop Scheffer heeft geëist deze onderwerpen niet te kiezen voor Standpunt NL daar hij anders niet zou komen…….) CDA oorlogsmisdadiger de Hoop Scheffer mag zelfs les geven aan de hoge school in Den Haag, onderdeel van de Leidse universiteit, waar oorlogshitser de Wijk les geeft……. Wat een niveau en dat voor zo’n universiteit, meer dan belachelijk!! (de Hoop Scheffer zou gevangen moeten zitten in Scheveningen na een veroordeling door het Internationaal Strafhof [ICC] tot levenslange gevangenisstraf wegens begane oorlogsmisdaden, dat heeft hij meer dan verdiend!!)

Oorlogshitser
Victoria Nuland, wordt hoogstwaarschijnlijk door Biden genomineerd
als zijn staatssecretaris politieke zaken….* Volgens World Beyond
War was Nuland adviseur van vicepresident Dick Cheney (onder George W.
Bush), later was zij van 2005 tot 2008 VS ambassadeur bij de NAVO,
waar ze eigenlijk meer te zeggen had dan de secretaris generaal, in
dat geval CDA oplichter de Hoop Scheffer, die dan ook na één
termijn kon opzouten daar hij zwaar ondermaats presteerde, o.a. volgens Nuland**. (de NAVO staat al vanaf de oprichting onder militair opperbevel van de VS en fungeert daarom in feite als de oorlogshond van de groootste terreurentiteit ter wereld: de VS…..)
Nuland
is ook één van de hoofdverantwoordelijken voor de oorlog in
Oekraïne (waarvoor Hillary Clinton als minister van BuZa onder Obama
de fundamenten legde en e.e.a. betaalde met 5 miljard dollar >> zelf hield ik het altijd op 4 miljard, maar steeds meer bronnen stellen dat
het 5 miljard moet zijn)…… Nuland zat o.a.achter het installeren van
fascist Arseniy Yatsenyuk als juntaleider en opvolger van de verjaagde democratisch
gekozen Oekraïense president Janoekovytsj, een duidelijke staatsgreep die het westen nog steeds zo weigert te noemen……
Op het
Maidanplein in Kiev deelde Nuland koekjes uit (tja weer ‘s wat anders
dan kogels en bommen), hetzelfde plein waarvoor de CIA
scherpschutters had ingehuurd die de politie en het publiek onder
vuur hebben genomen, om dit als false flag operatie in de schoenen
van Janoekovytsj te schuiven……. Terwijl Duitsland Polen en
Frankrijk overleg voerden met de regering Janoekovytsj over
vervroegde verkiezingen, namen neonazi’s het heft in eigen handen en
hebben de regering verjaagd, waarbij ze de eerder genoemde Arseniy
Yatsenyuk aanstelden als president….Ten overvloede bewees de VS
toen nogmaals een terreurentiteit te zijn, daar ze de neonazi
regering onmiddellijk erkenden….. (en reken maar dat Nuland ook in deze zaak een belangrijke rol speelde….)
Nuland
werkte openlijk met de neonazi partij Svoboda, voorts heeft zij zich
ingezet om Oekraïne het modernste oorlogstuig te geven en als kers
op de taart heeft zij zich ingezet voor Joe Biden, destijds de vicepresident
van de VS, om de zittende Oekraïense junta onder druk te zetten, de openbaar aanklager te vervangen, daar deze
de misdadige handel en wandel van Hunter Biden onderzocht….. (Biden
gaf zelfs toe dat hij de regering in Oekraïne onder druk had gezet
deze aanklager te ontslaan daar Oekraïne anders geen wapens zou
krijgen van de VS…..) Ofwel oorlogshoer Nuland kan wel een potje
breken bij Biden….
Uiteraard
heeft ze Rusland voortdurend gedemoniseerd met leugens en andere
achterklap, pleitte ze voor NAVO bases aan de grens met Rusland en
zoveel mogelijk ook voor de Russen zichtbare militaire oefeningen
langs de grens met hun land…… Ze wil de oude wapenrace tussen de VS en Rusland nieuw leven inblazen en zo Rusland failliet te laten gaan, echter ze vergeet dat de VS staatsschuld vergeleken met de 80er jaren van de vorige eeuw nu zo gigantisch groot is, dat elk ander land al lang failliet zou zijn verklaard en het wachten is dan ook niet of de dollarkoers zal inklappen maar wanneer dat zal gebeuren en die dag kan dichterbij zijn dan deskundigen denken……. (op die dag zal ook ons geld geen fluit meer waard zijn)
Ach ja,
World Beyond War maakt zich druk maar wat wil je met een president
die al voor zijn aantreden tot de nek in het bloed van ontelbare
slachtoffers staat…… Nogmaals geeft ook dit geheel overbodig nog
eens aan dat er met Biden alleen maar meer (illegale) oorlogsvoering is te verwachten……..
Victoria Nuland, former foreign
policy adviser to vice president Dick Cheney, should not be nominated
for Undersecretary of State, and if nominated should be rejected by
the Senate.
Nuland played a key role in
facilitating a coup in Ukraine that created a civil war costing
10,000 lives and displacing over a million people. She played a key
role in arming Ukraine as well. She advocates radically increased
military spending, NATO expansion, hostility toward Russia, and
efforts to overthrow the Russian government.
The United States invested $5
billion in shaping Ukrainian politics, including overthrowing a
democratically elected president who had refused to join NATO.
Then-Assistant Secretary of State Nuland is on video
talking about the U.S. investment and on audiotape
planning to install Ukraine’s next leader, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who
was subsequently installed.
The Maidan protests, at which
Nuland handed out cookies to protesters, were violently escalated by
neo-Nazis and by snipers who opened fire on police. When Poland,
Germany, and France negotiated a deal for the Maidan demands and an
early election, neo-Nazis instead attacked the government and took
over. The U.S. State Department immediately recognized the coup
government, and Arseniy Yatsenyuk was installed as Prime Minister.
Nuland has worked
with the openly pro-Nazi Svoboda Party in Ukraine. She was long a
leading proponent
of arming Ukraine. She was also an advocate for removing from office
the prosecutor general of Ukraine, whom then-Vice President Joe Biden
pushed the president to remove.
Nuland wrote
this past year that “The challenge for the United States in 2021
will be to lead the democracies of the world in crafting a more
effective approach to Russia—one that builds on their strengths and
puts stress on Putin where he is vulnerable, including among his own
citizens.”
She added: “…Moscow should also
see that Washington and its allies are taking concrete steps to shore
up their security and raise the cost of Russian confrontation and
militarization. That includes maintaining robust defense budgets,
continuing to modernize U.S. and allied nuclear weapons systems, and
deploying new conventional missiles and missile defenses, . . .
establish permanent bases along NATO’s eastern border, and increase
the pace and visibility of joint training exercises.”
The United States walked out of the
ABM Treaty and later the INF Treaty, began putting missiles into
Romania and Poland, expanded NATO to Russia’s border, facilitated a
coup in Ukraine, began arming Ukraine, and started holding massive
war rehearsal exercises in Eastern Europe. But to read Victoria
Nuland’s account, Russia is simply an irrationally evil and
aggressive force that must be countered by yet more military
spending, bases, and hostility. Some U.S. military
officials say this demonizing of Russia is all about weapons
profits and bureaucratic power, no more fact-based than the Steele
Dossier that was given
to the FBI by Victoria Nuland.

CDA kloot de Hoop Scheffer, tegenwoordig gvd ook leraar aan een hoge
school, kreeg de functie bij de NAVO als beloning voor het meedoen van Nederland
aan de illegale oorlog tegen Irak, steun en militaire deelname zowel
voorafgaand aan die oorlog als daarna, dus niet alleen politieke
steun zoals vreemd genoeg een flink aantal mensen denkt…….
Ondanks dat die oorlog was gebaseerd op leugens, heeft de Hoop
Scheffer nog steeds geen spijt van de Nederlandse deelname aan deze
oorlog die gezien moet worden als één van de ergste vormen van
terreur!! In die oorlog zijn meer dan 2,5 miljoen mensen
vermoord……… Ofwel een oorlogsmisdadiger mag in dit land gewoon
les geven (en dan is hij ook nog eens prominent CDA lid….)……
Hier een bericht dat al te lang op de berg concepten heeft gelegen, een artikel van Philip Giraldi op Information Clearing House (ICH), waarin hij terecht betoogt dat er vanwege meerdere crises geen aandacht is in de media voor de militaire agressie en plannen van de VS op het gebied van oorlogsvoering (crises als de Coronacrisis, onrust vanwege het racisme van de politie in de VS, waar deze politie de ene na de andere gekleurde onterecht vermoord en dan zijn er natuurlijk nog de schandalen waarin politici verwikkeld zijn…… Een voormalige adviseur van president Clinton en later nog van Obama, zei eens dat je een ‘goede crisis’ niet verloren moet laten gaan. Daarmee bedoelde deze figuur dat je een crisis kan gebruiken om stiekem andere zaken door te drukken, daar niemand op zo’n moment oplet…….
Een van de zaken waar niemand naar keek is de doorgaande verspreiding van het VS militairisme over de wereld, zelfs geen zaak voor het laatste debat tussen Trump en Biden……. In de week voorafgaand aan het ICH artikel maakte Elon Musk bekend dat hij en het Pentagon een nieuwe raket ontwikkelen, waarmee met de snelheid van 7,500 mph, ofwel met meer dan 12.000 kilometer per uur een vracht oorlogstuig van 80 ton (1 ton is 1.000 kilo) kan vervoeren naar een gewenste plek over de wereld……. Een militair vrachtvliegtuig met bestemming Afghanistan, doet daar 15 uur over, terwijl dat met deze raket in een uur tijd kan worden uitgevoerd…… (‘lekker bezig’ die Musk, jezus op een lek houtvlot!)
Intussen heeft de VS zich al teruggetrokken uit het INF-verdrag dat de Russen zouden hebben geschonden, terwijl het juist de VS is die dit verdrag schendt met haar ‘raketschild tegen Iraanse raketten’ dat in Polen en Roemenië staat…… Deze raketten staan op de drempel van Rusland en kunnen binnen een mum van tijd van meerdere kernkoppen worden voorzien, waarmee grote steden als Moskou, Sint-Petersburg (het eerdere Leningrad) en Wolgograd (in de Sovjet tijd Stalingrad) kunnen worden vernietigd……. Volgens de VS zou de nieuwste Russische raket het INF-verdrag schenden, wat Rusland ontkent, waar Moskou bij herhaling de VS heeft uitgenodigd om deze raket te inspecteren, een inspectie die de VS categorisch afwijst……..
Verder heeft de VS bekend gemaakt alleen een hernieuwd START-verdrag te willen tekenen als ook China tekent en dat land vindt terecht dat de VS haar chanteert……. In dat verdrag zou de verspreiding van hypersonische wapens aan banden worden gelegd….. De VS, of beter gezegd Trump, stelt dat China voor alle Coronaschade in de VS moet betalen, daar het virus uit China zou komen, terwijl China stelt dit virus niet gemaakt te hebben en als je nagaat dat men in Frankrijk eerder dit jaar bloedmonsters uit november 2019 opnieuw heeft geanalyseerd, waaruit bleek dat COVID-19 al in die maand in Frankrijk aanwezig was…..
Musk verder op het militaire pad……….
Het voorgaande geeft nog eens aan dat China en Rusland door de VS (en de rest van het westen) als kwaadaardige entiteiten worden gezien….. Een week voor publicatie van het ICH artikel gooide oorlogsmisdadiger en psychopaat Pompeo extra olie op het vuur van de anti-Russische en Chinese propaganda leugen met de mededeling dat China en Rusland middels denktanks, lobby-organen en externe experts de VS buitenlandpolitiek willen beïnvloeden…… Dit terwijl deze landen amper geld uitgeven aan dit soort zaken (de VS des te meer!!), op de lijsten van landen die zich wel met deze zaken bezighouden zijn deze 2 landen amper te vinden. Waarom Pompeo deze leugen lanceerde zo vlak voor de verkiezingen is volgens Giraldi niet duidelijk, al vermoedde hij dat de Trump administratie in aanloop van de presidentsverkiezingen in de VS al vast ‘schuldigen’ zocht als deze verkiezing niet de juiste uitkomst zou geven…… (winst voor Trump)
Twee andere landen die op de verlanglijst staan van landen waar de VS een ander regime wenst zijn Iran en Venezuela, waar de VS zelfs het gore lef had om augustus dit jaar 4 Griekse tankers met brandstof uit Iran op te brengen, tankers die vanuit Iran Venezuela als bestemming hadden, daarvoor was geen aandacht in de Nederlandse media, terwijl dit zonder meer als een oorlogsdaad moet worden gezien!!! (ach het bewijst nog eens de stelling van Giraldi dat je ongemoeid smerige streken kan leveren in tijden van crises….) Eén en ander geeft nog eens aan wat een enorme ploert VVD minister van BuZa Blok werkelijk is, immers hij moet zeker op de hoogte zijn van deze terreurdaad, zonder de VS de wacht aan te zeggen….. Terwijl dezelfde Blok mensen als de Russische president Putin nog de wacht aan durft te zeggen als een foute journalist zegt dat Putin een scheet heeft gelaten….. De brandstof uit die tankers heeft de VS overgebracht in andere tankers, ofwel de VS heeft botweg de brandstof gestolen…… Maar ja wat wil je? Immers de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde is de VS!! En dat beste bezoeker zal niet veranderen met de half demente Biden aan het roer en de vinger op de atoomknop……..

Militarism Marches On: No Discussion or Media Coverage of
Washington’s War Against the World

“Information
Clearing House”
– Nearly everyone has heard the comment attributed for former
Clinton consigliere Rahm Emanuel that one should never let a good
crisis go to waste. The implication of the comment is that if there
is a major crisis going on the cover it provides permits one to do
all sorts of things under the radar that would otherwise be
unacceptable. That aphorism is particularly true in the current
context as there are multiple crises taking place simultaneously, all
of which are being exploited to various degrees by interested
parties.
One of the more
interesting stories carefully hidden by the smoke being generate by
civil unrest, plague and personal scandals is the continued march of
American militarism. The story is particularly compelling as neither
main party candidate is bothering to talk about it and there is no
discussion of foreign policy even planned for the final presidential
debate. Last week eccentric multi billionaire Elon Musk announced
that he and the Pentagon are developing a new 7,500 m.p.h.
missile capable of delivering 80 tons of military cargo nearly
anywhere in the world in under an hour. It would undoubtedly be a
major advanced capability catering to those military planners who
envision continued U.S. intervention worldwide for the foreseeable
future.
Meanwhile, agreement
on a new START treaty that would limit the proliferation of some
hypersonic weapon systems is stalled because the White House wants to
include China in any deal. Beijing is not interested, particularly as
Donald Trump is also claiming that Beijing will pay for the
multi-trillion dollar stimulus
packages that the United States will ultimately require to combat
the coronavirus “… because this was not caused by our workers and
our people, this was caused by China and China will pay us back in
one form or another. We’re gonna take it from China. I tell you
now, it’s coming out of China. They’re the ones that caused this
problem.”
Indeed, China and
Russia continue to be the boogeymen trotted out regularly to scare
Americans. Last week Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s State
Department issued a statement
warning that “some foreign governments, such as those of the
People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the Russian Federation, seek
to exert influence over U.S. foreign policy through lobbyists,
external experts, and think tanks.” Why the statement was issued at
this time, so close to elections is unclear, though it is possibly an
attempt to line up possible scapegoats if the electoral process does
not produce results acceptable to whomever loses. In fact, Russia and
China hardly find a place on the list of those who fund lobbyists and
think tanks.
Also of interest is
another story about how Washington has chosen to interact with the
world, one involving both enemy du jour Iran and Venezuela. Readers
will undoubtedly recall how the United States seized
in international waters four Greek owned but Liberian flagged
tankers loaded with gasoline that were bound for Venezuela. The
tankers were transporting more than a million gallons of fuel to
economic basket case Venezuela, a country which is in its sad
condition due to sanctions and other “maximum pressure” imposed
by Washington, which has also sanctioned Venezuela’s own oil
industry. The fuel was seized based on unilaterally imposed U.S.
sanctions on Iranian sale or export of its own petroleum products, a
move intended to strangle the Iranian economy and bring about an
uprising of the Iranian people. As the sanctions imposed by
Washington are not supported by the United Nations or by any other
legal authority, the seizure is little more than exercise of a bit of
force majeure that used
to be called piracy.
Even though foreign
and national security policy has not really been discussed in either
the Biden or Trump campaign, there is general agreement in both
parties that Venezuela is a rogue regime that must be replaced while
Iran is an actual, tangible threat due to its alleged misbehavior in
the Middle East. It has been dubbed by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
the “number one state sponsor of terrorism in the world.” Saner
voices have observed that neither Venezuela nor Iran threaten the
United States in any way and that the U.S. and Israel continue to
kill many more civilians than Iran ever has, but they have been
drowned out by the media talking heads who constantly spout the
established narrative.
Well, the alleged
Iranian fuel has arrived in New Jersey and a legal battle for custody
of it has
begun. The fuel had been removed from the Greek tankers and
transferred to other tankers for removal to the United States but the
complication is that the Trump administration must now prove its case
for forfeiture before the oil can be sold. The U.S. justification
for seizing the cargoes is the claim that the fuel was an asset of
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which the
Treasury, Justice and State Departments have conveniently designated
a foreign terrorist organization. But that contention is disputed by
the cargoes’ owners, who claim to have nothing to do with the IRGC.
They include other energy exporters and shippers in the Middle East,
namely Mobin International Limited, Oman Fuel Trading Ltd and Sohar
Fuel Trading LLC FZ. They have filed a motion for dismissal and are
seeking return of the fuel plus additional compensation for the
losses they have suffered. One has to hope they win as it is the
United States that is in the wrong in this case.
The entire saga of the
tankers and the fuel is symptomatic of the undeclared economic
warfare that the United States now prefers to use when dealing with
adversaries. And there is considerable evidence to suggest that
Washington is trying to goad Iran into responding with force,
providing the U.S. government with a plausible rationale for
responding in kind. President Trump has directly threatened Iran
in an October
9th public statement in which he promised the Iranians that “If
you fuck around with us, if you do something bad to us, we are gonna
do things to you that have never been done before.”
So, Washington’s
aggression directed against much of the world continues with a
national election less than two weeks away but no one is talking
about it. That would seem odd in and of itself, but the sad part is
that it is deliberate collusion on the part of government and media
to make sure the voting public remains unaware the extent to which
the United States has in reality become a pariah, a full-time bully
in its foreign relations.

Joe
Biden de presidentskandidaat voor de Democraten vindt het nodig om
nog harder te blaffen tegen landen als Rusland, China, Iran en
Venezuela, dan Trump heeft gedaan de afgelopen jaren….. Zo stelt hij
dat Rusland bondgenootschappen uit elkaar trekt….. Met
bondgenootschappen bedoelt Biden eufemistisch het baas spelen over
andere NAVO-lidstaten (waar de VS al sinds de oprichting van dit
bondgenootschap de militaire leider is van de NAVO, Ap). Rusland zou
de kwaadaardige partij zijn die chaos zaait en de VS macht
ondermijnt…….. Eén en ander is onderdeel van de analyse die
Finian Cunningham geeft in het artikel dat hieronder is opgenomen.
Cunningham
stelt dat Rusland allesbehalve nodig is om het trans-Atlantische
bondgenootschap op te blazen, dat kan dit bondgenootschap zelf
uitstekend, gezien de ontwikkelingen van het laatste jaar…..
Sterker nog: het is Rusland die probeert de boel te sussen in het
gebied van de Middellandse Zee wat betreft Cyprus, waar NAVO-partners
Griekenland en Turkije tegenover elkaar staan, het land heeft zelfs
aangeboden te bemiddelen tussen de partijen……..
Gezien
het voorgaande is het duidelijk dat Rusland de NAVO helpt, terwijl
dit agressieve bondgenootschap, beter gezegd de op één na grootste
terreurorganisaties ter wereld (de VS is verreweg de grootste), Rusland continu tart aan haar
westgrenzen met militaire oefeningen waarbij haar straaljagers en
marineschepen met grote regelmaat het Russische luchtruim resp. de
territoriale wateren van Rusland schendt…….
Het
voorgaande, terwijl Frankrijk en Italië Griekenland steunen in haar
eis dat Turkije moet stoppen met het zoeken en eventueel exploreren
van een groot gasveld voor de kust van Cyprus. De boel is intussen zoals
je ongetwijfeld weet verder aan het escaleren door de moord van een
radicale moslim die zijn docent ombracht en onthoofde, waarbij de
Franse president Macron en de reli-fascistische Turkse president
Erdogan elkaar in de haren vliegen en Erdogan Macron beschuldigt van
het stimuleren van ‘islamofobie…..’
Cunningham
noemt als andere zaken die het NAVO-bondgenootschap ondermijnen de
stationering in Turkije van het Russische S-400
luchtdoelraketsysteem, de strijd in Libië, waar Turkije en Italië
een andere ‘warlord’ steunen dan Griekenland en Frankrijk….. Ook het conflict in Nagorno-Karabach verdeelt
het bondgenootschap, waar Turkije de kant heeft gekozen van
Azerbeidzjan en daar daadwerkelijk mee heeft geholpen aan de
strijd, terwijl de VS, Frankrijk en Rusland daar de toestand rustig
hebben proberen te houden met een OVSE Minsk ‘team……’ (OVSE: Organisatie voor Veiligheid en Samenwerking in Europa >> internationaal:OSCE)
Finian
stelt verder nog dat Duitsland pissig zou zijn over het verplaatsen van VS troepen vanuit Duitsland naar Polen en de Baltische Staten,
echter daar twijfel ik aan, oké het kost wat werkgelegenheid maar er
zijn meer dan voldoende burgers die de VS op Duits grondgebied meer
dan zat zijn….. Daar dit onderdeel is van de eis van Trump dat de
NAVO-partners meer zouden moeten bijdragen aan het bondgenootschap,
is dit veel meer van belang, immers daardoor zou bij de andere NAVO partners
de idee zijn ontstaan dat de de Trump administratie niet meer hecht aan het
bondgenootschap. (wat feitelijk ook zo is)
Biden
heeft beloofd het bondgenootschap te repareren als hij tot president
wordt verkozen en dat betekent volgens Cunningham dat Biden meer
troepen naar Europa zal sturen en de agressie tegen Rusland verder
zal opvoeren…… Biden heeft dan ook gesteld dat Rusland het
grootste gevaar vormt voor de VS en haar allianties…….
Met
Rusland en China als aangewezen vijanden van de VS zou Biden de
tegenstrijdigheden binnen de NAVO en die met de onderlinge ‘bondgenootschappen’ (dus met afzonderlijke NAVO-lidstaten) willen
gladstrijken, daarbij zou de VS conflicten en zelfs oorlog nastreven
(‘niets beter dan oorlog om verstoorde vriendschappen te
herstellen’), al heeft de VS daar de NAVO niet voor nodig, zoals ook de recente geschiedenis uitwijst….. (echter wel als zo’n oorlog eenmaal gaande is, terwijl de VS zonder meer kan rekenen op militaire steun van NAVO-partner Groot-Brittannië, zelfs al bij de illegale aanval op een zogenaamde vijand…..)
Volgens
Cunningham zal dit een zware dobber worden voor Biden, zeker gezien
de deplorabele toestand van de wereldeconomie door het Coronavirus,
deze verscherpt de tegenstand tussen de partners binnen de NAVO en
zal de poging van Biden om Rusland de schuld te geven van het uit
elkaar trekken van de NAVO (‘en bondgenootschappen’) en zijn
poging de boel te pamperen gedoemd te zijn te mislukken……
(althans als hij de verkiezingen wint……)
Natuurlijk
zou Rusland graag zien dat de NAVO zich terugtrekt van haar grenzen, waar dit bondgenootschap Rusland keer op keer provoceert en waar de VS een zogenaamd
anti-raketsysteem heeft geïnstalleerd in Polen en Roemenië (een
systeem waarvan de raketten in een mum van tijd kunnen worden uitgerust met meerdere
kernkoppen, zodat de VS de grote steden in Rusland kan treffen en waarmee de VS het door haarzelf opgezegde INF-verdrag
schendt…)…. Waar het terugtrekken van de VS uit andere akkoorden
alleen de NAVO dreiging voor Rusland heeft vergroot…. Echter
Rusland heeft niets van doen met het gekrakeel binnen de NAVO, dit
heeft alles te maken met rivaliteit binnen de NAVO lidstaten en het
verlies van de VS grip op dit bondgenootschap, zo eindigt Cunningham
zijn artikel en ik kan hem daarin alleen maar gelijk geven!! (en
laten we hopen dat de NAVO geheel uit elkaar valt, deze
terreurorganisatie had al begin 90er jaren opgedoekt moeten worden,
tegelijk met het Warschaupact!!)
Kortom
je zou bijna hopen dat Trump wint, immers hij speelt de NAVO uit
elkaar, waar Biden de VS terreur over de wereld verder zal
vergroten…… Eén ding is zeker, als Bernie Sanders i.p.v.
oorlogsmisdadiger Joe Biden de Democratische voorverkiezingen had
gewonnen zou de situatie er heel anders uitzien…….

“Information
Clearing House”
– Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden has blamed Russia
for “tearing up our alliances”. By “alliances”, he means
euphemistically the US empire lording it over vassals among the NATO
military bloc.
It’s a tedious
charge repeatedly made against Moscow by Washington which views
Russia as an ever-present bogeyman, masterminding chaos and
undermining US power. If it were not for those damn Ruskies, so the
reasoning goes, how happy and harmonious the “free
world”
and its American patron would be.
What Biden fails to
notice or admit is the US-led transatlantic alliance is doing a
pretty good job at blowing itself up without any help from Russia
whatsoever. And a big factor has been the open contempt and bullying
by the Trump administration over the past four years which serves to
starkly show how subservient the European “allies”
really are.
Ironically, just as
Russia is accused yet again of sowing division, Moscow has in recent
days
called for the calming of tensions between NATO members Turkey
and Greece in their dispute over East Mediterranean energy resources.
Russia offered to mediate in the crisis. So much for trying to tear
up alliances.
That’s not the only
fracture line in the 30-nation military club. For months now, France
and Italy are backing Greece in its long-running territorial conflict
with Turkey over Cyprus and surrounding maritime areas. French
President Emmanuel Macron has
warned of “red lines” against Ankara.
Macron and Turkish
leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan are but the two lightning-rod figures for
current tensions within NATO. Their jousting has taken on explosive
heat this week over the controversy about French secularism and
“Islamist
separatism”
after the beheading of a schoolteacher near Paris for displaying
caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed.
Erdogan has slammed
Macron for “encouraging
Islamophobia”
and being mentally retarded, a verbal onslaught which has prompted
leaders from Germany and Netherlands to express solidarity with the
French president. There are musings on whether Turkey should be
allowed to remain part of NATO given the divergence in “shared
values”.
The bad blood is
oozing over other theaters of conflict where NATO members are in
effect waging proxy wars. In Libya’s civil war, Italy has at times
lined up with Turkey to back the Government of National Accord in
Tripoli, while France and Greece are on the opposing side of
strongman Khalifa Haftar and his Libyan National Army.
That stand-off has
even seen
reports of Turkey’s navy targeting French warships in the
Mediterranean. Paris reacted furiously to “extreme
aggression”
by Turkey and withdrew from the NATO mission Operation Sea Guardian
in protest. Macron said the clash underlined his earlier statement
about NATO being “brain
dead”.
Then there are other
NATO tensions: Turkey’s purchase of Russia’s S-400 air-defense
system; and European disapproval of Turkey’s incursion into
northern Syria against Kurdish militia, while the Trump
administration was out of step with Europe by acquiescing to the
Turkish operation.
The flare-up in war
between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave has
elicited more turmoil within NATO with Turkey’s support for
Azerbaijan challenging the mediatory role of the US and France –
along with Russia – as part of the OSCE Minsk Group supposedly
overseeing peacekeeping in that three-decade frozen conflict.
Germany is at odds
with Poland and the Baltic states over the planned redeployment of
American troops from the former to the latter. US President Trump has
ordered the relocation of forces as a form of chastisement of Berlin
for not meeting its spending commitments to NATO. That has been part
of a wider drive by Trump to berate European allies for not pulling
their weight on military budgets. This has, in turn, led European
allies to doubt Washington’s strategic commitments to joint
defense.
Presidential rival Joe
Biden says he will repair the tattered NATO alliance if he is elected
and thereby restore confidence in America’s leadership. That
implies a Biden administration will increase US forces across Europe
and take a more belligerent tone towards Russia. Could Washington’s
tone get any more belligerent, one may ask? Biden last weekend called
Russia the “biggest
threat”
to “our
security and alliances”.
More than 70 years
after its founding in 1949 and nearly three decades since the fall of
the Soviet Union, it is evident that NATO is an unwieldy military
behemoth that is desperately in need of a unifying purpose. It’s a
floundering relic of the Cold War.
Russia, as usual, is
being targeted as an enemy, as well as China, with the desired
objective of galvanizing NATO members and US “alliances”, which
provide Washington’s traditional position of dominance over
assorted minions. The logic implies the pursuit of conflict, even
war, with either Russia or China in order to shore up the US position
and its NATO facade.
However, in a time of
diverging national interests, severe global economic downturn, and
social turmoil over the coronavirus pandemic, the NATO fractures are
growing ever sharper – and Russia’s alleged malign ambitions have
nothing to do with the inherent dynamic of disunity. Biden’s latest
bid to scapegoat Russia for undermining US alliances is tantamount to
papering over the cracks within.
Russia no doubt would
like to see the back of NATO given the relentless provocations on its
borders from increasing maneuvers by warplanes and the installation
of missile systems. The US withdrawal from arms control treaties with
Russia adds to the NATO threat. Nevertheless, the root problem of US
alliances tearing at the seams is an intrinsic part of emerging
Western rivalries and the loss of American grip over its vassals.

dat Duitsland met het Nord Stream 2 (NS2) project moest stoppen (al zijn flink wat ‘westerse’ landen daar ook tegen..)…. NS2: de aanleg van een gaspijpleiding van Rusland naar Duitsland
dwars door de Oostzee. Merkel die wat betreft Trump de boosaardige
heks is die weigert het NS2 project af te blazen, heeft Trump
gisteren bijzonder snel beterschap gewenst….. (en ze was bepaald
niet alleen)
Dezelfde
Trump die de Koude Oorlog 2.0 heeft opgetuigd, die de wereld tot een
veel gevaarlijker plek heeft gemaakt met zijn sancties tegen Rusland
en China en die wat betreft China afgelopen week in de VN in feite een oorlogsverklaring tegen dat land heeft
opgelepeld….* Dit nog met voortdurende militaire oefeningen langs de Russische grens en het met opzet provoceren van China in de Zuid-Chinese Zee…..
De
situatie is nu veel gevaarlijker dan ten tijde van de Hollanditis eind 70er en 80er jaren van de vorige eeuw >>
het grote verzet tegen kernraketten in wat nu de EU wordt genoemd….
Het raketschild in Polen en Roemenie is een camouflage voor
kernraketten die op de drempel van Rusland staan en die in zeer korte
tijd grote Russische steden kunnen opblazen, waarmee de VS ook nog
eens het INF verdrag op grove wijze heeft geschonden……**

in aanloop van de komende verkiezingen werd en wordt Trump zelfs als een nog groter gevaar voor de VS neergezet, een figuur die koste
wat kost verslagen moet worden….. En wat doet Biden nu blijkt dat
Trump het Coronavirus onder de leden heeft? Juist hij wenst hem
beterschap en alle negatieve verkiezingesspotjes tegen Trump worden
voorlopig niet meer uitgezonden…..

would be the same Donald Trump that Democratic politicians and
pundits have been confidently assuring us is both a Russian agent who
is trying to destroy America on orders of Vladimir Putin, and a white
nationalist who is trying to eliminate minorities from the United
States to create a white ethnostate. This same man who they’ve been
saying poses a unique existential threat to human lives will receive
no attacks from his only viable political opponent.

Biden’s running mate Kamala Harris. “We’re keeping them and

this is after years
of Maddow staring at the camera and weaving ridiculous narratives
about Russia having taken over the highest levels of the US
government. Night after night after night after night.

turns out all that unprecedented hysterical shrieking about a Russian
Nazi in the White House was just political hyperbole. It was an act.
They’ve never seen Trump as a uniquely menacing threat, they see him
as what
he is:
a garden variety corrupt American president who is evil in more or
less the same ways the other corrupt American presidents are evil.
They see him as a part of the establishment they serve, advancing
more or less the same agendas. They see him as a part of the club,
just covered by a thin layer of narrative to the contrary.
If
you ever had any doubt that Democrats will one day regard Trump the
way they
now regard George W Bush,
you can set that doubt aside.
As

The
responses to Trump’s diagnosis from the liberal political/media class
show that they’ve never actually been afraid of Trump. In fact, what
they have been afraid of is you.
All
these admonishments toward civility we’re hearing today, from the
subtle like Maddow’s heartfelt prayers to the overt like
Tribe’s “This is no time for cruelty, schadenfreude, or any
other form of small-mindedness,” are the result of an
establishment that is secretly terrified of the rank-and-file public.
The ruling class and its lackeys are secretly terrified that one day
the ordinary people they despise will awaken from their propaganda
trance and realize the power of their numbers, and any incivility and
impoliteness directed at the ruling class reminds them of just how
ugly that could get for them.
These
admonishments toward civility are always anti-populist in nature, and
are always the result of nervousness about the public turning toward
their rulers with hostility. They are nervous for the same reason
you’d get nervous if your dog suddenly remembered its wolf heritage
and started killing trespassing deer. They know they are outnumbered.
They know our teeth are sharp.
This
sudden pivot from portraying the US president as a unique and
unprecedented threat to finger-wagging about politeness exposes
what’s really going on here. Contrary to what his Democratic
detractors and
Republican supporters believe, Trump has never been anything other
than a servant of the ruling power establishment, serving its agendas
in the ways to which his political base is best-suited
to support
and his opposition is best-suited
to allow.

establishment narrative managers know this, which is why their
alarmism about Trump has only ever been an act. There are plenty of

it is so, so vital to understand that his ostensible opposition does
not see him this way, and never has.
Their

van Clintons verkiezingsteam, Seth Rich was zo pissig over de
handelswijze van Clinton en de top van dat team, dat hij een enorme
stapel mails van Clinton doorspeelde naar Wikileaks…… Een paar weken later
werd Rich vermoord op straat gevonden, volgens de politie een
roofmoord, hoe vreemd dan dat er werkelijk niets was gestolen van
Rich, terwijl hij ook opzichtig dure sieraden droeg……. (bovendien waarom zou je iemand 2 maal in de rug schieten als je deze wilt ontdoen van diens kostbaarheden en geld??)
Nee,
i.p.v. een Russische agent, bleek Trump de figuur die een enorme
legermacht heeft samengetrokken langs delen van de Russische
westgrens, waarbij hij nu ook nog de beschikking heeft over een
raketschild ‘tegen Iran’ maar waarvan de raketten in een mum van tijd
kunnen worden voorzien van meerdere kernkoppen en dat op raketten die
tot 5.000 kilometer kunnen vliegen, waardoor steden als Moskou en
Sint-Petersburg vanaf de voordeur van Rusland kunnen worden geraakt met kernraketten….
Met dat schild heeft de Trump administratie het INF-verdrag
geschonden, iets waarvan de VS en haar oorlogshond NAVO Rusland volkomen ten onrechte
beschuldigden……. (Rusland zou nieuwe raketten hebben die volgens
de VS onder dat verdrag vallen, echter op meerdere uitnodigingen van
het Kremlin om te komen inspecteren ging de VS niet in, daar de
duivelse Trump administratie dondersgoed wist en weet dat Rusland de waarheid
sprak……)

The
only interesting thing about either of the conventions held by
America’s two mainstream political parties this month was not
anything that was said by the interminable parade of vapid speakers,
but rather what those speakers did not say.
Despite
their dominating mainstream news cycles for years on end, at no time
during the four-day Democratic National Convention was the word
“impeachment” ever uttered, nor was any mention made of the
Mueller investigation into allegations of collusion between Trump and
the Russian government.
Eight
months after Democrats mounted a historic effort to remove Donald
Trump from office, not a single speaker uttered the word
“impeachment” during their four-day convention.

For
Democrats to completely omit impeachment from their convention was
once unthinkable. Democrats had mounted a case that Trump had abused
his power to blackmail Ukraine into investigating his political
adversaries, including Biden. And they made an existential argument
that without removing him from office, Trump’s behavior would get
worse and democracy itself would be at risk.

Special
counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation of the Trump campaign’s
ties to Russia — which Democrats once thought could topple Trump
for obstruction of justice — also went unmentioned, even as it was
a defining feature of Trump’s nearly four years in office.

fact that Democrats couldn’t bring themselves to even mention
Russiagate or Ukrainegate (the first-ever sequel to a flop?) at their
convention should maybe hasten some reflection for those who made
these issues the ‘defining feature of Trump’s nearly four years in
office,'” quipped
incisive Russiagate skeptic Aaron Maté of the omission on Twitter.
“Next
on Unsolved Mysteries: Democrats and media allies accused Donald
Trump of being a Russian agent for four years,” Maté added.
“They chanted ‘All Roads Lead to Putin’ and ‘The Walls Are
Closing In.’ But at their political convention, they forgot all about
it. Did Russia give them amnesia?”
“I
personally feel like if the President of the US seeking re-election
is beholden to and controlled by an adversarial foreign power, the
opposition party should find a few seconds to squeeze in a mention of
it if, you know, it wasn’t utter bullshit,” tweetedThe
Intercept‘s
Glenn Greenwald.
And,
of course, it was utter bullshit. And that is indeed why the
Democrats saw no need to mention it at their own four-day convention
despite dominating news cycles with it for years. Russiagate and
Ukrainegate were never the cataclysmic scandals that the Democrats
and their allied media factions portrayed them as. They weren’t even
actually about getting rid of Trump.
In an extremely strange and confounding development, the Democrats *never once* mentioned what this NYT columnist calls “the biggest lie in American politics” at their Convention.
Anyone
with an ear to the ground knew that Russiagate would fizzle, and
anyone capable of counting Senate seats knew impeachment would fail
to remove Trump. The drivers of these attention-monopolizing
narratives knew this also.
If
there’d been any solid evidence to find that the Kremlin was
blackmailing Trump, or that his campaign had conspired with the
Russian government to steal the 2016 election, the US intelligence
community would have found some of it and leaked it to The
Washington Post
long before Trump took office. The Russiagate narrative has been
completely dismantled from the very beginning by journalists like the
late Robert Parry,
and then Maté after Parry’s death. There was never any real
evidence for it, and the people pushing Russiagate from the beginning
knew there was never any real evidence for it.
All
you really need to know about Russiagate was that it was started by
unsubstantiated claims by the US intelligence community, and in the
end it facilitated pre-existing plans by the US intelligence
community. Everything else in between those two points is just empty
narrative fluff.
In
2017 Parry
documented
how the original assessment that Russia meddled in the US election in
the first place was put forward without proof by just a couple dozen
officers from three intelligence agencies hand-picked by the notoriously
Russophobic
then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Maté
has documented
that this allegation remains just as suspicious
and porous
as the day it was first made. Despite having sweeping investigative
powers Mueller indicted not one single American for conspiracy with
the Russian government. The recent evidence-free Senate Select
Committee on Intelligence report did
nothing to change the
flimsy nature of the entire Russiagate narrative.
So
the whole thing has been plainly bogus from the beginning, with the
foundation laid by secretive and unaccountable intelligence agencies
who have an
extensive history of lying
about exactly this sort of thing. And it just so happens to have
paved the way for operations against a longtime geostrategic foe that
were being unfolded well before Trump’s arrival in
the White House.

In
the last eighteen months, the greatest build-up of military forces
since World War Two — led by the United States — is taking place
along Russia’s western frontier. Not since Hitler invaded the
Soviet Union have foreign troops presented such a demonstrable threat
to Russia.
Ukraine
– once part of the Soviet Union – has become a CIA theme park.
Having orchestrated a coup in Kiev, Washington effectively controls a
regime that is next door and hostile to Russia: a regime rotten with
Nazis, literally. Prominent parliamentary figures in Ukraine are the
political descendants of the notorious OUN and UPA fascists. They
openly praise Hitler and call for the persecution and expulsion of
the Russian speaking minority.
This
is seldom news in the West, or it is inverted to suppress the truth.
In
Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia — next door to Russia – the US
military is deploying combat troops, tanks, heavy weapons. This
extreme provocation of the world’s second nuclear power is met with
silence in the West.
This
was all happening during the Obama administration. But he was still
more doveish than the spooks and cold warriors who drive US foreign
policy would prefer, resisting for example loud calls from the
warmongers to arm
Ukraine against
Moscow and forcibly
install a no-fly zone
in Russia’s ally Syria.
We
suddenly found ourselves bombarded with narratives from the US
intelligence community and its mass media stenographers about Russian
election meddling and Trump playing some mysterious role in it. These
narratives were pushed with steadily increasing frequency and
shrillness, with the help of a humiliated Democratic Party that stood
everything to gain by participating, until those of us who expressed
any skepticism of them at all were being accused on a daily basis by
MSM-brainwashed dupes of running psyops for the Russian government.
We
were never at any time presented with any proof of these claims which
rose anywhere near the level required in a post-Iraq invasion world,
but we were hammered with them anyway, day in and day out, year after
year.
This
ended up putting a lot of political pressure on Trump to keep
existing sanctions and military tensions with Russia, and he ended
up adding dozens more new
cold war escalations including further sanctions, shredded nuclear
treaties, NATO expansionism and more. He even armed
Ukraine due
to these pressures, just like the anointed queen was scheduled to do.
The
cold warriors wanted their escalations, and they got them. From
beginning to the end, that’s all this was ever about. They pushed the
narratives, the media joined in because it was great
for ratings,
and the Democrats joined in because it took the focus off their 2016
scandals
and gave them a kayfabe phantom to punch instead of pushing
for actual progressive changes.
And
now the slow
motion third world war
between the US-centralized power alliance and the loose collective of
unabsorbed governments is right on schedule, with Biden all set and
ready to carry the omnicidal torch forward. The 2016 scandals are
well enough forgotten, no progressive changes have been made, and
there is no need to talk about Russiagate or impeachment at the
Democratic National Convention.
Because
everyone already got what they wanted. Everyone except ordinary
people, of course.

zal hoogstwaarschijnlijk weigeren het START-verdrag met Rusland te
verlengen. Eerder, al bijna 2 jaar geleden, beschuldigde de VS Rusland zonder
enig bewijs het INF-verdrag voor
middellangeafstandsraketten te hebben geschonden met haar nieuwste
kernraketten…. Rusland heeft de VS meermaals uitgenodigd deze
nieuwe raketten te komen inspecteren en zo te kunnen zien dat deze
raketten het INF-verdrag niet schenden, echter de VS weigerde keer op
keer en bleef domweg stellen dat deze raketten het INF-verdrag schenden…… Daarna heeft de VS zich vorig jaar op 2 augustus
teruggetrokken uit dit verdrag……
Wel is
zeker dat het raketschild dat de VS heeft gebouwd in Polen en
Roemenië, NB aan de ‘westelijke voordeur’ van Rusland, raketten
bevat die wel waren verboden door het INF-verdrag…… Middels
smerige opzet van de VS, immers het bewuste raketschild zou Europa
beschermen tegen raketten uit Iran, dook de VS met dat schild onder het
INF-verdrag……
Alsof
Iran de behoefte heeft om andere landen aan te vallen, laat staan de
EU landen van Europa…… De schandalige truc is dat de VS deze
raketten, die een bereik hebben tot 5.000 kilometer, letterlijk binnen een mum van tijd kan voorzien van meerdere kernkoppen (per raket) en daarmee grote
Russische steden als Moskou en Sint Petersburg kan aanvallen…… Ga maar na wat de VS zou zeggen en doen als
Rusland een dergelijk raketschild in Mexico zou bouwen…… Zie de
Cubacrisis van oktober 1962, ofwel Rusland zou gedwongen worden te
stoppen met de bouw daar de VS anders een kernoorlog zou beginnen
tegen Rusland, zoals dit bijna het geval was tijdens die
Cubacrisis……
Over het
beginnen van een kernoorlog gesproken: al onder Nobelprijs voor de
Vrede winnaar Obama, liet de VS weten dat het zich het recht voorbehoudt gebruik te maken van
kernwapens bij een eerste aanval op een ander land.,….. Dit terwijl na het eerst
gebruik van atoombommen door de VS op de Japanse steden Hiroshima en Nagasaki, augustus 1945 (een oorlogsmisdaad van een schandalig formaat), kernwapens werden gezien als
afschrikkingswapen, ofwel alleen te gebruiken als de VS (en andere kernwapenstaten), zelf werd
aangevallen met kernwapens…… De Trump administratie heeft deze
verandering ‘van inzicht’ door ‘vredesduif Obama’ ingevoerd herhaald en ook Groot-Brittannië, nog
onder hare kwaadaardigheid en premier May, stelde zich op deze lijn……. Toen
Rusland een aantal maanden later hetzelfde liet weten waren de
westerse politici en de reguliere westerse media woedend, zonder ook maar met één
woord te reppen over de stappen van Obama en May………
Zoals
gezegd het is zeker dat de VS het START-verdrag niet zal verlengen en
daarmee zal het budget van de VS voor kernwapenvernieuwing
waarschijnlijk zelfs verdriedubbelen……
Het
volgende artikel werd vandaag gepubliceerd op RT Duitsland en gaat
verder in op de gevolgen van het niet nakomen van het
START-verdrag voor de VS en haar ‘schatkist’ (gevuld met lucht,
Ap)…… Hierin o.a. ook aandacht voor China dat zich niet wenst te
verbinden aan kernwapenverdragen en stelt dat de VS en Rusland eerst hun
kernwapenvoorraad sterk terug moeten brengen.
Falls
New START ausläuft: US-Atomwaffenbudget könnte sich verdreifachen

Moskau
möchte den New-START-Vertrag verlängern, aber nicht, wenn die USA
unangemessene Forderungen stellen. Sollte der Vertrag im Februar
auslaufen, wären damit auch für die USA zusätzlich zu den bereits
geplanten 1,2 Billionen für Atomwaffen enorme Kosten verbunden.
Falls das New-START-Abkommen zur
Begrenzung strategischer Atomwaffen im Februar 2021 ausläuft, könnte
sich das Atomwaffenbudget der USA verdreifachen. Das ergab eine Kalkulation
des Congressional Budget Office (CBO), dem Haushaltsbüro des
Kongresses.
Dieses untersuchte die Kosten, die dem
US-Verteidigungsministerium bei einer Aufstockung der strategischen
Nuklearstreitkräfte auf ein Niveau entstehen könnten, das in etwa
den Grenzen der drei früheren Rüstungskontrollverträge entspricht.
Zwar könnten auch keine oder kaum
zusätzlichen Kosten über die ohnehin vom
US-Verteidigungsministerium eingeplanten Modernisierungsausgaben
entstehen, so die Studie.
Doch wäre die Größe der
Atomwaffenarsenale der Vereinigten Staaten und Russlands zum ersten
Mal seit Jahrzehnten unbegrenzt, wenn der New-START-Vertrag im
Februar 2021 auslaufen würde. Somit werden in der Studie auch die
Aufrüstungsszenarien auf die Niveaus des Vertrags von Moskau (dem
Vorgänger des New-START-Abkommens, auch SORT genannt, Strategic
Offensive Reductions Treaty), START II und START I überschlagen,
wobei jeweils verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Aufrüstung gegeben
wären.
Wenn die Vereinigten
Staaten sich dafür entscheiden würden, ihr Militär als Reaktion
auf das Auslaufen des Vertrags aufzustocken, könnten bescheidene
Erweiterungen relativ kostengünstig und schnell durchgeführt
werden. Größere Erweiterungen könnten jedoch recht kostspielig
sein und mehrere Jahrzehnte in Anspruch nehmen.
Die erste Variante, eine Ausweitung
von derzeit 1.550 Sprengköpfe und 800 Trägersysteme (gemäß New
START) auf die im Moskauer Abrüstungsvertrag festgelegten
Obergrenzen (1.700 bis 2.200 Sprengköpfe), würde die eingeplanten
Kosten laut dem CBO nicht weiter erhöhen, da das
US-Verteidigungsministerium bereits den Einsatz einer neuen
Generation strategischer nuklearer Trägersysteme vorsieht. Die
reinen Produktionskosten der Umsetzung dieser Pläne werden sich
demnach in den nächsten Jahrzehnten auf 240 Milliarden US-Dollar
belaufen.
Eine Ausweitung auf die früheren
START-II- oder START-I-Grenzwerte kann entweder durch die Erhöhung
der Anzahl der Sprengköpfe pro Trägersystem oder durch eine
Erhöhung der Anzahl der Trägersysteme erfolgen, daher gibt das CBO
eine Preisspanne für die jeweiligen Aufrüstungsszenarien an.
Eine Ausweitung der Streitkräfte
auf die START-II-Grenzwerte von bis zu 3.500 Sprengköpfen würde
einmalig 100 bis 172 Milliarden Dollar an Beschaffungskosten und drei
bis acht Milliarden Dollar an jährlichen Kosten verursachen. Eine
Ausweitung auf die START-I-Grenzwerte von 1991 würde noch mehr
Trägersysteme und Sprengköpfe (6.000 Sprengköpfe und 1.600
Trägersysteme) erfordern. Laut dem CBO würde das in der
“Spar-Variante” einmalig mindestens 88 bis 149 Milliarden
Dollar kosten, bei der flexibleren Aufrüstungsvariante (mehr
Trägersysteme) fielen Kosten in Höhe von einmalig bis zu 439
Milliarden Dollar plus zusätzliche jährliche Betriebs- und
Unterhaltungskosten von 24 bis 28 Milliarden US-Dollar an.

Enorme Kosten zu bereits
hohen geplanten Ausgaben
Höhere Ausgaben für Atomwaffen
gerieten womöglich in Widerspruch zu anderen US-Rüstungsausgaben.
Laut dem CBO werden die USA in den nächsten drei Jahrzehnten 1,2
Billionen US-Dollar für Atomwaffen ausgeben. Das Pentagon rechnet
bisher nicht mit dem Auslaufen von New START.
Der 2010 vom damaligen
US-Präsidenten Barack Obama und dem damaligen russischen Präsidenten
Dmitri Medwedew unterzeichnete New-START-Vertrag ist das einzige
verbleibende Abkommen zur nuklearen Rüstungskontrolle zwischen den
beiden Ländern und würde am 5. Februar kommenden Jahres auslaufen.
Es enthält jedoch auch die Option auf eine Verlängerung um weitere
fünf Jahre, ohne dass die Zustimmung der Legislative eines der
beiden Länder erforderlich wäre. Russland bot eine Verlängerung
ohne irgendwelche Bedingungen an.
US-Unterhändler Marshall
Billingslea deutete an, dass die USA bereit seien, über eine
Verlängerung zu sprechen, allerdings nur, wenn es einen politisch
verbindlichen Rahmen für Änderungen an New START gebe.
Führende Vertreter der
US-Regierung hatten argumentiert, jeder neue Vertrag zur Begrenzung
der nuklearen Rüstung müsse alle Arten von Sprengköpfen abdecken,
bessere Verifikationsprotokolle und Transparenzmaßnahmen enthalten
und auf China ausgedehnt werden. Billingslea forderte unter anderem
Änderungen beim Austausch von Telemetrie-Informationen der
Raketenflugtests sowie zu der Durchführung von Inspektionen.
Vizeaußenminister Sergei Rjabkow,
der die Verhandlungen in Wien für Russland führte, sagte der
Agentur Interfax
am Sonntag: “Wir sehen nicht, dass hier die Chancen noch steigen
werden. Vielmehr nehmen sie ab.”
Die USA stellten weiter Forderungen
an Russland, die so nicht hinnehmbar seien. Auch der russische
Außenminister Sergei Lawrow betonte russischen Agenturen zufolge,
die Bedingungen der Amerikaner seien einfach “unrealistisch”.
“Die Amerikaner sind besessen von ihrer Einschätzung, dass der
Vertrag unvollständig ist.”
Die USA hatten bislang darauf
bestanden, China mit an den Verhandlungstisch zu holen. Rjabkow
erklärte außerdem, dass dann auch Großbritannien und Frankreich
mit eingebunden werden müssten. Da diese keine Bereitschaft gezeigt
hätten, sollten sich Russland und die USA auf bilaterale Gespräche
konzentrieren.
Beide Länder besitzen zusammen
rund 90 Prozent der weltweiten Atomwaffen. Der Vertrag begrenzt die
russischen und amerikanischen Nukleararsenale auf je 800
Trägersysteme und 1.550 einsatzbereite Atomsprengköpfe. Wird der
Vertrag nicht verlängert oder keine neue Vereinbarung geschlossen,
gäbe es erstmals seit Jahrzehnten kein Abkommen mehr, das den
Bestand an strategischen Atomwaffen begrenzt.
Het
laatste bewijs dat de VS geen vrede wenst in Afghanistan en tegelijkertijd Rusland
demoniseert als agressieve terreurstaat, bestond afgelopen week uit
de nieuwste leugen van geheime diensten in de VS (in totaal heeft die terreurstaat er meer dan
25!!), die zonder enig bewijs claimen dat Russische geheim agenten ofwel spionnen de Taliban betalen voor het aanvallen van VS doelen en die van haar bondgenoten ofwel andere NAVO-lidstaten als Nederland…… Deze leugen werd overgenomen door de
reguliere massamedia in dat gestolen land (en intussen ook in Nederland, zo meer daarover)…… Overigens ook andere westerse geheime diensten hebben de leugens van hun collega’s in de VS overgnomen…..
Niet een flinter aan
bewijs, maar dat is geen probleem voor de belangrijkste geheime diensten van de VS (en de rest van het westen), immers diensten als de CIA en NSA
hebben het met leugens zelfs voor elkaar gekregen dat deze vereniging van terreurstaten meerdere
illegale oorlogen is begonnen, waarbij alleen deze eeuw al meer dan
2,5 miljoen slachtoffers zijn omgekomen, ofwel die mensen
werden vermoord door de VS en de door haar militair geleide terreurorganisatie NAVO……*
Ongelofelijk
dat de VS maar door kan blijven gaan met haar grootschalige terreur,
zonder dat de rest van de (westerse-) wereld op haar kop staat
vanwege deze enorme oorlogsmisdaden en misdaden tegen de
menselijkheid….. Een figuur als Assad zou nog niet wegkomen met een tiende van de
terreur die de VS uitoefent waar het haar uitkomt…..
Het
meest lullig is wel dat de VS zelf heeft gedaan wat het Rusland nu
verwijt en dat ging nog wel heel wat verder dan een fooi geven: toen
de democratisch gekozen communistische regering Afghanistan leidde,
heeft de CIA de Taliban georganiseerd rond één doel: deze regering
te lijf gaan. Rusland werd te hulp geroepen door deze Afghaanse regering,
zonder dat de CIA daarvan op de hoogte was (daar zijn een paar koppen
voor gerold binnen de CIA). Daarop heeft de VS de Taliban volgepropt
met wapens en hen militaire training gegeven……
Anders gezegd: De
VS heeft de Taliban getraind en bewapend, wat zich uiteindelijk tegen
de VS heeft gekeerd nadat deze terreurstaat in 2001 illegaal Afghanistan is binnengevallen en een illegale oorlog ontketende die tot op de dag
van vandaag voortduurt en dat al 19 jaar lang (vergelijk dat met de ellende in
Nederland tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog die 5 jaren ‘lang’ duurde en waar de nazi-Duitse bezetter buiten de vreselijke misdaad van het deporteren en vermoorden van Nederlandse: Joden, Roma, Sinti en homo’s, voorts nog niet de helft aan vernielingen heeft aangericht dan de VS en de NAVO in Afghanistan……)
CaitlinJohnstone die het hieronder opgenomen artikel schreef merkt volkomen
terecht op dat met deze laatste propaganda leugen van de VS de
vredesbesprekingen die zouden plaatsvinden tussen de Taliban en de VS
worden getorpedeerd….. Nogmaals terecht merkt Johnstone op dat de
Taliban geen geld van Rusland nodig heeft om VS doelen aan te
vallen, een bezetter die het land voor een fiks deel heeft
platgegooid en al 19 jaar te lang illegaal op Afghaanse bodem
verblijft……
Zoals te verwachten was de buitenland deskundige van BNR, Bernard Hammelburg geheel in zijn nopjes met de leugens van de geheime diensten uit de VS: gistermorgen op die zender rond 7.51 u. blies deze opgeblazen rollade hoog van de toren alsof het hier de vondst van de eeuw betrof….. Hammelburg heeft herhaald gesteld dat hij het beste buitenlandprogramma in Nederland maakt en dat hij objectief en onpartijdig is….. ha! ha! ha! ha! Deze hansworst heeft meermaals de leugens geloofd die de CIA en NSA naar buiten brachten, waarmee o.a. de illegale oorlogen van de VS werden gerechtvaardigd en ook nu liet deze zakkenwasser weten dat hij het verhaal zonder meer gelooft….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Volgens Hammelburg, die al eens in Afghanistan zou zijn geweest, is de Taliban makkelijk om te kopen en zo noemden hij en zijn collega’s de leden van deze o.a. bevolkingsgroep en verzetsgroep met dezelfde naam: ‘The 10 dollar Taliban…..’ Ofwel voor 10 dollar vermoordde men mensen…. Niets nieuws immers dit gebeurt overal en hoe rijker een land hoe hoger de prijs!!
Nee, heel geloofwaardig Hammelburg, Rusland die zo dom zou zijn om in Afghanistan te gaan stoken terwijl het grootste deel van de huidige bewoners de Russen wel kunnen vreten en al zeker de leden van de verzetsgroep met de naam Taliban…. Een andere bolronde BNR presentator, van Werven vroeg Hammelburg of er ook Nederlandse militairen worden ‘getarget’ (van Werven vervoegt graag Engelse woorden en werkwoorden als Nederlandse werkwoorden….). Volgens Hammelburg lopen inderdaad ook Nederlandse militairen de kans te worden vermoord, Nederlandse militairen die gvd blijkbaar nog steeds deelnemen aan de illegale oorlog in Afghanistan en dat ten koste van ons belastinggeld….. Lachen past hier niet, maar vanaf dat de VS illegaal Afghanistan binnentrok zijn er VS militairen en die van de andere NAVO-lidstaten vermoord in Afghanistan, het is immers oorlog in dat land!!!! New York Timesfirst
reported,
citing zero evidence and naming zero sources, claiming intelligence
says Russia paid out bounties to Taliban-linked fighters in
Afghanistan for attacking the occupying forces of the US and its
allies in Afghanistan. As of this writing, and probably forevermore,
there have still been zero intelligence sources named and zero
evidence provided for this claim.
As
we discussed
yesterday,
the only correct response to unsubstantiated claims by anonymous
spooks in a post-Iraq invasion world is to assume that they are lying
until you’ve been provided with a mountain of hard, independently
verifiable evidence to the contrary. The fact that The
New York Times
instead chose to uncritically parrot these evidence-free claims made
by operatives within intelligence agencies with a known track record
of lying about exactly these things is nothing short of journalistic
malpractice. The fact that western media outlets are now unanimously
regurgitating these still
100 percent baseless assertions is
nothing short of state propaganda.
The
consensus-manufacturing, Overton window-shrinking western propaganda
apparatus has been in full swing with mass media outlets claiming on
literally no basis whatsoever that
they have confirmed one another’s “great reporting” on this
completely unsubstantiated story.

who we have no reason to believe are different people than NYT’s

and “a
person familiar with it said“.
The
fact that both Hudson and Lubold were lying about having confirmed
the New
York Times‘
reporting means that Savage was also lying when he said they did.
When they say the report has been “confirmed”, what they
really mean is that it has been agreed upon. All the three of them
actually did was use their profoundly influential outlets to
uncritically parrot something nameless spooks want the public to
believe, which is the same as just publishing a CIA press release
free of charge. It is unprincipled stenography for opaque and
unaccountable intelligence agencies, and it is disgusting.

The Trump administration has

that the president or the vice president had any knowledge of the
spook report in question, denouncing the central allegation that
liberals who are promoting this story have been fixated on.
Yet
this story is being magically transmuted into an established fact,
despite its being based on literally zero factual evidence.
Western
propagandists are turning this completely empty story into the
mainstream consensus, not with facts, not with evidence, and
certainly not with journalism, but with sheer brute force of
narrative control. And now you’ve got Joe Biden once
again
attacking Trump for being insufficiently warlike, this
time because
“he failed to sanction or impose any kind of consequences on
Russia for this egregious violation of international law”.
You’ve
also got former George W Bush lackey Richard Haas promoting “a
proportionate response” to these baseless allegations.

democracy here at home,” Haas tweeted
with a link to the New
York Times
story. “A proportionate response would increase the costs to
Russia of its military presence in Ukraine and Syria and, using
sanctions and cyber, to challenge Putin at home.”
Haas
is the president of the Council on Foreign Relations, a wildly
influential think tank
with its fingers in most major US news outlets.

story is published just in time to sabotage US-Russia arms control

on Twitter.
“As the US is preparing for a new arms race — and possibly even
live nuclear tests — the New York Times provides a great excuse to

possibly the New START. Any talks or negotiations with Russia are

VS, een land dat zij over de lijken van de oorspronkelijke bewoners hebben gestolen………. Over de grootste aanval ooit gesproken, op wat nu de VS wordt genoemd……
Niet alleen Trump maar ook de militaire
top, die door Trump aanzienlijk aan macht heeft gewonnen, maakt zich
druk om ‘het gevaar China……’* (macht: zo kan het Pentagon
naar eigen inzicht militairen toevoegen aan de militairen in landen
waartegen de VS illegaal oorlog voert….) Admiraal Philip Davidson
eist 20 miljard van de Trump administratie om een cordon met o.a. schepen en raketbases te leggen en
zo illegaal de bewegingsvrijheid van de Chinese marine in te
perken…. Een cordon dat loopt van Californië tot Japan en die
verder gaat tot alle landen en steden die grenzen aan de Grote
Oceaan (exclusief China zoals je begrijpt), ofwel de VS wil de hele Grote of Stille Oceaan tot haar
achtertuin maken (of beter gezegd: weer tot haar achtertuin maken) en
daarmee China terugwerpen op de eigen territoriale wateren……. In
feite is dit bijna een oorlogsverklaring, al wordt deze gedaan door
een hoge marine officier en niet door Trump, het is dan ook de vraag hoe lang het zal duren voor deze zijn mond of smartphone (Twitter) zal
gebruiken om hetzelfde te zeggen…… (neem hierbij zijn woorden nog eens in gedachte over de grootste aanval op de VS ooit…..)
China zou een voordeel op raketgebied
hebben t.o.v. de VS**, vandaar dat Trump zich vorig
jaar terugtrok uit het INF-verdrag voor middellangeafstandsraketten,
zogenaamd daar Rusland zich daar niet aan zou houden (bewezen
lulkoek), echter de ‘werkelijke reden’ was een door het Pentagon
opgeklopte angst voor Chinese raketten…… Echter ook dat is m.i.
een excuus om deze raketten zelf weer te kunnen gebruiken, wat wel
bleek uit het feit dat de VS in augustus 2019 al een test deed met
een dergelijke raket….. (het ontwikkelen van een dergelijke raket
doe je niet in een paar maanden tijd, kortom de VS was al lang bezig
met de illegale ontwikkeling van middellangeafstandsraketten…….
Bovendien heeft de VS een raketschild geïnstalleerd in Polen en Roemenië, zogenaamd tegen inkomende raketten uit Iran, de raketten van dit schild vallen in feite onder het INF-verdrag, maar omdat ze geen kernkoppen hebben, vallen ze er buiten, echter hier zit een hele dikke adder onder het gras: de raketten kunnen in een mum van tijd worden voorzien van meerdere kernkoppen en kunnen dan ingezet worden tegen Rusland en dan vallen deze raketten wel degelijk onder het INF-verdrag……. (en daarmee heeft Rusland kernraketten van de VS op de ‘voordeurmat…’)
Admiraal Davidson wilde al in 2018 kernraketten in alle met de VS bevriende landen plaatsen, zodat China van meerdere kanten in feite zou worden ingesloten door kernraketten van de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS…. Daarnaast heeft de VS al veel bases in de buurt van China, vergeet niet dat dit Noord-Amerikaanse land meer dan 800 militaire bases heeft over een fiks deel van de wereld………
De ‘angst voor China’ is een duidelijk
motief om dat land verder te isoleren, militair kan China niet tippen
aan de VS, ondertussen draait de wapenindustrie in de VS weer op volle
toeren…….

On April 1, Admiral Philip
Davidson—the head of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command—told the U.S.
Congress that he would like $20 billion to create a robust military
cordon that runs from California to Japan and down the Pacific Rim of
Asia. His proposal—titled
“Regain the Advantage”—pointed to the “renewed threat we face
from Great Power Competition. … Without a valid and convincing
conventional deterrent, China and Russia will be emboldened to take
action in the region to supplant U.S. interests.”
The real focus is China. In January
2019, Acting U.S. Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan told
U.S. military officials that the problem is “China, China, China.”
This has been the key focus of all U.S. President Donald Trump’s
nominees for the Defense Department, whether it be Shanahan or the
current chief Mark Esper. Esper cannot open his mouth without blaming
China; he recently told
the Italian paper La Stampa that China is using the coronavirus
emergency to push its advantage through “malign” forces such as
Huawei and by sending aid to Italy. As far as Trump and Esper are
concerned, China and—to a lesser extent—Russia are to be
contained by the United States with armed force.
The Missile Gap?
Senator Tom Cotton (Republican from
Arkansas) has pushed the view that China’s military modernization
program has created a missile gap in China’s favor. In March 2018,
Cotton asked Admiral Harry Harris, commander of the U.S. Pacific
Command (now U.S. ambassador to South Korea) about China’s
missiles. “We are at a disadvantage with regard to China today in
the sense that China has ground-based ballistic missiles that
threaten our basing in the western Pacific and our ships,” Harris told
Congress. To remedy this, Harris suggested that the United States
exit from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF), which
Trump did
in early 2019 (Trump blamed Russian non-compliance, but it was clear
that the real target was this fear of a Chinese missile advantage).
In August 2019, the U.S. tested an intermediate-range missile,
signaling that its intentions long preceded its withdrawal from the
INF.
In March 2019, Cotton went to the
Heritage Foundation to say that the United States should start
production of medium-range ballistic missiles, which should be
deployed on bases at the U.S. territory of Guam and on the
territories of U.S. allies; these missiles should directly threaten
China. “Beijing has stockpiled thousands of missiles that can
target our allies, our bases, our ships, and our citizens throughout
the Pacific,” Cotton said
in characteristic hyperbole. Exaggeration is central to people like
Cotton; for them, fear-mongering is the way to produce policy, and
facts are inconvenient.
The United States has used the
concept of the “missile gap” before. John F. Kennedy used it for
his 1958 presidential campaign, even though it is likely he knew
that it was false to say that the USSR had more missiles than the
United States. Little has changed since then.
In November 2018, before the U.S.
left the INF, Admiral Davidson spoke at a think tank in Washington on
“China’s Power.” In 2015, Davidson said,
his predecessor Harry Harris had joked that the islands off the coast
of the People’s Republic of China were a “Great Wall of Sand”;
now, said Davidson, these had become a “Great Wall of SAMs,”
referring to Surface-to-Air Missiles. Davidson, from the military
side, and Cotton, from the civilian side, began to say over and over
again that China had a military advantage by the “missile gap,” a
concept that required no careful investigation.
The United States has the largest
military force in the world. In April, the Stockholm
International
Peace Research Institute found
that the United States military budget rose by 5.3 percent over the
previous year to total $732 billion; the increase over one year was
by itself the entire military budget of Germany. China, meanwhile,
spent $261 billion on its military, lifting its budget by 5.1
percent. The United States has
6,185 nuclear warheads, while China
has 290 nuclear warheads. Only five
countries in the world have missiles that can strike any country
on the earth: the United States, Russia, China, the United Kingdom,
and France. Whether it be in terms of intercontinental weapons or
through U.S. air power, there is no doubt that China simply does not
possess a military advantage over the United States.
Every known inventory of weapons
shows that the United States has a much greater capacity to wreak
havoc in a military confrontation against anyone—including China;
but the U.S. now understands that while it can bomb a country to
smithereens, it can no longer subordinate all countries.
Withdrawal
The United States Navy is both
overstretched and threatened. The two U.S. Pacific-based carriers—USS Ronald Reagan
and USS Theodore
Roosevelt—are in trouble;
USS Reagan
is in Japan, where it is being repaired, while USS Roosevelt
is in Guam, with its crew devastated by COVID-19. Meanwhile, the U.S.
has sent
an aircraft carrier group to threaten Venezuela using the excuse of
counter-narcotics. Threatening several countries far apart from each
other makes it difficult for the U.S. to focus its superior military
power against any one country.
Missile capacities shown by Iran
and by China have meant that the U.S. continuous bomber presence at
al-Udeid Air Base (Qatar) and at Andersen Air Force Base (Guam) has
been withdrawn. These bombers are now at Minot Air Force Base (North
Dakota) and Barksdale Air Force Base (Louisiana). General Timothy Ray
of the U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command put a brave face on these
withdrawals, saying
that it gives the U.S. greater flexibility. The real reason for the
bombers leaving Qatar and Guam is that the U.S. military fears that
these strategic assets are in harm’s way.
Neither Iran nor China has the
capacity to defeat the U.S. in a military confrontation. But
alongside both of their borders, Iran and China have the capacity to
strike U.S. targets and U.S. allies. This capacity hampers the U.S.
ability to establish the complete subordination of these countries.
It is this local power developed by China and Iran that the United
States wants to extinguish.
Regain the Advantage
Admiral Davidson’s April report
calls for “Forward-based, rotational joint forces” as the “most
credible way to demonstrate U.S. commitment and resolve to potential
adversaries.” What the Indo-Pacific Command means is that rather
than have a fixed base that is vulnerable to attack, the U.S. will
fly its bombers into bases on the soil of its allies in the
Indo-Pacific network (Australia, India, and Japan) as well as others
in the region (South Korea, for instance); the bombers, he suggests,
will be better protected there. China will still be threatened, but
Chinese missiles will—so the theory goes—find it more difficult
to threaten mobile U.S. assets.
Davidson’s report has a stunning
science-fiction quality to it. There is a desire for the creation of “highly
survivable, precision-strike networks” that run along the
Pacific Rim, including missiles of various kinds and radars in Palau,
Hawaii, and in space. He asks for vast amounts of money to develop a
military that is already very powerful.
Furthermore, the U.S. is committed
to the development of anti-space weapons, autonomous weapons, glide
vehicles, hypersonic missiles, and offensive cyber weapons—all
meant to destabilize missile defense techniques and to overpower any
adversary. Such developments presage a new arms race that will be
very expensive and that will further destabilize the world order.
The United States has unilaterally
increased a buildup around China and has ramped up threatening
rhetoric against Beijing. Anxiety about a possible war against China
imposed by the United States is growing
within China; although sober voices are asking the Chinese government
not to get drawn into an arms race with the United States.
Nonetheless, the threats are credible, and the desire to build some
form of deterrence is growing.
The absence of a strong world peace
movement with the capacity to prevent this buildup by the United
States is of considerable concern for the planet. The need for such a movement could not
be greater.

Hammelburg, je weet wel de bolronde zogenaamde buitenlanddeskundige van BNR die al meermaals het gore lef had om zich zorgvuldig en objectief te noemen, althans zo heeft hij meermaals zijn lobbyprogramma ‘De Wereld’ op BNR aangekondigd in spotjes, die de argeloze luisteraar moet overhalen naar hem te luisteren……. Lobby voor de illegale oorlogen van de VS, het militair-industrieel complex en voor de NAVO dat dan weer onder militair opperbevel staat van de VS, iets dat Hammelburg nooit is opgevallen….. Hij is dan ook een enorme nitwit en zo subjectief dat zijn praatjes niets anders zijn dan slechte propaganda als hij Rusland, China, Iran, Cuba of Noord-Korea weer eens demoniseert…….
Toen ik afstemde op BNR was Derk Sauer aan het woord, Sauer de nepsocialist die zich nu scheel verdient door uitgifte van het flutblad de Moscow Times (‘t is maar dat je het weet)

Kijk daar herken je de ‘echte journalist’ aan…… Alsof Sauer niet weet dat de bevolking van De Krim zich na een door internationale waarnemers als eerlijk en goed verlopen referendum aansloot bij Rusland, daar het volk daar, inclusief een overweldigende meerderheid van de oorspronkelijke bevolking van De Krim, niet wenste te leven onder de junta van de zwaar corrupte neonazi Porosjenko, die middels een door Hillary Clinton (destijds minister van buitenlandse zaken) en de CIA georganiseerde opstand, in het zadel werd geholpen……. Door die opstand moest de door o.a. de bevolking van De Krim en de bevolking in het oosten van Oekraïne democratisch gekozen president Janoekovytsj vluchten naar Rusland…… (overigens ook de scherpschutters die de ‘demonstranten’ op het Maidanplein in Kiev beschoten, werden ‘ingevlogen’ door de VS) Maar nee, ‘journalist’ Sauer stelt gewoon dat Rusland in feite De Krim annexeerde, zoals zo ongeveer de hele westerse reguliere media en de meeste westerse politici deze leugen blijven herhalen……..
Sauer is zo vervuld van zijn nieuwe rol* dat hij de hulp die Rusland aan de VS heeft geboden pure propaganda noemt, terwijl Sauer overduidelijk anti-Putin en daarmee anti-Russische propaganda maakt….. Nee, alles wat Rusland doet en al heeft gedaan voor andere landen n.a.v. het Coronavirus, is simpelweg propaganda in de ogen van Sauer, propaganda en pogingen om het westen uit elkaar te spelen…… Als Sauer dat dwars zit kan hij beter eens naar de rol van de VS kijken, dat sinds Trump aan het bewind is, niet anders doet dan EU landen tegen elkaar uitspelen……
Ook zou Sauer eens naar de rol van Nederland moeten kijken, waar CDA hufter Hoekstra en VVD rasleugenaar Rutte niet anders hebben gedaan dan Spanje en Italië te besmeuren in een poging om hulp aan die landen tijdens de Coronacrisis te voorkomen….. Al meer dan een maand geleden kreeg Italië een groot aantal hulpgoederen, plus de diensten van verplegend personeel en artsen uit Rusland, Cuba en China!! Waar de rest van de EU met een grote boog om Italië heen ging (figuurlijk gesproken) en het land liet barsten, terwijl men niet op kon houden de eigen bevolking voor te houden saamhorigheid te betrachten en solidair te zijn, zoals Rutte, Hoekstra en CDA knuppel Grapperhaus lieten weten, Rutte kan zelfs niet meer ophouden dit aan te halen, als een kapotte grammofoonplaat…..
Volgens Sauer is er in Rusland veel aandacht voor de Coronacrisis elders maar wordt er amper bericht over de toestand in eigen land….. Kortom weer kritiek op Rusland terwijl in Nederland in feite hetzelfde gebeurt: in de nieuwsberichten op Radio1 en BNR veel aandacht voor de doden in andere landen, waar er zelden wordt gesproken over het aantal doden in ons land……. De situatie in de VS is nog veel erger dan die in Rusland, dit door uiterst laks optreden van de Trump administratie, maar ja dat is ‘het beloofde land’ VS en daar kritiek op leveren vindt Sauer blijkbaar ‘not done…..’
Putin wou de verkiezingen in Rusland door laten gaan, dat zou de oppositie op achterstand zetten, aldus Sauer, nu zijn die verkiezingen wel degelijk verplaatst, alsof Putin nu schijt heeft aan de oppositie…… Terwijl Sauer dondersgoed weet, dat Putin elke verkiezing met groot gemak wint, niet zo gek als je ziet dat hij Rusland uit het riool heeft getrokken, het riool dat het westen in feite maakte voor Rusland door steun aan oligarchen die het land hebben leeggestolen onder de psychopathische alcoholist Jeltsin…..
Sauer doet zich nu ook plots voor als VS deskundige, jammer dan dat hij niet ziet, dat in de VS verkiezingen wel door zijn gegaan daar dit gunstig was voor de Republikeinse Partij (in gebieden waar veel op de Democratische Partij wordt gestemd), daar de mensen vanwege het Coronavirus continu werden en worden opgeroepen thuis te blijven, hadden ze de keus ‘het Coronavirus op te lopen’, of niet te gaan stemmen…… Blijkbaar vindt Sauer dat wel een normale zaak, zoals hij het blijkbaar ook normaal vindt dat presidentskandidaat Sanders zo werd gedemoniseerd door de westerse politici en de reguliere westerse (massa-) media, dat hij de Democratische voorverkiezingen verloor…..
Als je Sauer moet geloven heeft de VS de grootste olievoorraad** ter wereld en is de prijsverlaging door handelen van Rusland erop gericht de VS te pakken, Rusland dat in de strijd met Saoedi-Arabië aanvankelijk weigerde om minder olie te winnen, zodat de prijs in vrije val kwam…. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Waar haalt de fantast het vandaan?? Kan Rusland er wat aan doen dat de zwaar gesubsidieerde schalie-oliewinning ervoor zorgt dat de VS minstens $ 40.– per vat moet ontvangen om nog enigszins rendabel te zijn…… Dan spreek ik niet eens over het mogen laten lopen in rivieren en zeeën van zwaar vervuild water dat overblijft door het fracken, in feite is ook dat subsidie, daar dit ten koste gaan van het leven onder water. Voorts laat dit fracken grote gebieden achter die zwaar zijn vervuild en eruitzien als een kaal maandlandschap….. Trouwens als het de opzet was van Rusland om VS olie onverkoopbaar te maken, waarom zou dit land dan wel akkoord gaan met een olie productieverlaging, zoals dat een paar dagen geleden bekend werd gemaakt???
Sauer zei over het voorgaande verder nog dat Rusland het zich kan veroorloven om tegen lage opbrengsten olie te winnen door het devalueren van de roebel, de Russische munt…. ha! ha! ha! ha! Hé Sauer, hoe zit het dan met de VS waar bij wijze van spreken de geldpersen 24 uur per dag doordraaien en dat 365 dagen per jaar….. Als de dollar niet een internationaal betaalmiddel was geweest was de VS al lang failliet gegaan, de schulden van de VS zijn bijna niet meer in getallen achter elkaar uit te drukken, in een normaal land had men met kruiwagens vol dollars brood moeten kopen, daar het geld niets meer waard zou zijn……
Tot slot: het westen dat afspraken maakte met Rusland en dan m.n. met de laatste president van de Sovjet Unie, Michail Gorbatsjov, de NAVO niet uit te breiden richting Moskou (nogmaals: de NAVO onder militair opperbevel van de VS)….. Terwijl het westen o.l.v. de VS nu bijna 365 dagen lang agressieve militaire oefeningen houdt langs de grenzen en territoriale wateren van Rusland….. Terwijl de VS een ‘raketschild’ heeft geplaatst in Polen en Roemenië, bijna op de stoep van Rusland, een schild zogenaamd tegen raketten uit Iran…. Een schild waarvan de raketten in een mum van tijd van meerdere kernkoppen kunnen worden voorzien, waarmee de VS ook nog eens het INF-verdrag heeft geschonden!! (en dat al ver voor de VS leugen dat Rusland raketten zou hebben die onder dit verdrag vallen en waarop de VS dit verdrag nietig heeft verklaard….)
Sauer? Een smerige neoliberale topgraaier en leugenaar die zich beter kan terugtrekken in een bejaardentehuis!!
