VS ziet nu zelfs een gefantaseerde ‘gifgasaanval van Assad’ in de toekomst, nadat het zelf witte fosfor inzette tegen de bevolking van Mosul en Raqqa……

Met de dag wordt het gekker, de berichten uit de VS en dan m.n. die uit Washington. Zo meldden Radio1 en BNR vanmorgen, dat de VS heeft gezien, dat Syrië bezig is met de voorbereiding van een gifgasaanval, te vergelijken met die op Khan Sheikhoun in april dit jaar……..

Die aanval met gifgas is niet door Syrië gedaan, dat is intussen overduidelijk, toevallig bracht Anti-Media daar gisteren weer een artikel over, een artikel dat u verderop terugvindt en dat uit en te na wijst op de belachelijkheid van de VS aanname dat Syrië dit zou hebben gedaan, er bestaat zelfs grote twijfel of er wel een gifgasaanval plaatsvond (zie het artikel….)…..

Wel is intussen duidelijk dat de VS (deels toegegeven door de VS) witte fosfor heeft gebruikt bij bombardementen van dichtbevolkt stedelijk gebied namelijk in Mosul en Raqqa, respectievelijk in Irak en Syrië…… Ongelofelijk trouwens, dat de reguliere ‘onafhankelijke’ mediaorganen hier amper of geen aandacht aan hebben besteed, terwijl ze op de kop stonden door de zogenaamde Syrische gifgasaanval op Khan Sheikhoun…..

De laatste leugen van de VS, dat Syrië bezig is een gifgasaanval voor te bereiden, is een teken dat de VS weer bezig is een enorme oorlogsmisdaad te begaan, tegen het reguliere Syrische leger en daarmee zal testen of Rusland nu wel in zal grijpen (iets dat de VS op de plek van Rusland al lang had gedaan…..)….

Hoe is het mogelijk dat het westen de VS laat begaan, zeker in de EU zou men keihard aan de VS bel moeten trekken, immers wij zijn het eerste doel van Rusland, als er een kernoorlog uitbreekt tussen de VS en Rusland. Logisch daar wij zo ongelofelijk dom zijn, dat we de VS hebben toegestaan hier kernraketten/bommen op te slaan en zelfs lanceerinstallaties hebben laten inrichten………. Uiteraard is de houding van de reguliere westerse (massa-) media helemaal een onbegrijpelijke, het lijkt godverdomme wel of men daar blij zal zijn, als er morgen een kernoorlog uitbreekt…….

Hersh: US Lied About Syrian Chemical Attack Then Bombed Them Anyway

(ANTIMEDIA) — Never
one to accept the U.S. government’s official
explanation of events without
question, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh has
investigated Donald Trump’s decision to strike the al-Shayat
Airbase in Syria in April of this year, which the president launched
amid widespread allegations that the Syrian government committed a
chemical weapons attack.

In
a report entitled “Trump’s
Red Line,” published Sunday in the daily German newspaper Die
Welt,
Hersh asserts that President Donald Trump ignored important
intelligence reports when he made the decision to attack Syria after
pictures emerged of dying children in the war-torn country.

For
those of us without goldfish memories, Hersh’s recent investigation
is reminiscent of his previous examination of the alleged chemical
weapons attacks in 2013, detailed in an article entitled “Whose
Sarin?” That article was published in
the London
Review of Books.

The
official White House explanation for the events in April of this year
was that Donald Trump was moved
by the suffering of
“beautiful” Syrian babies – the same Syrian babies he doesn’t
want to set foot in the United States – and decided to punish the
Syrian government for the attack two days after it allegedly
occurred. This punishment came in the form of an airstrike despite
the lack of a thorough investigation regarding what took place that
fateful day in April and who was ultimately culpable (though the
Trump administration insisted they
were certain that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad was to blame).

In
that context, it should come as no surprise that Trump acted rashly
without consideration of the facts on the ground. However, what is
most disturbing about Hersh’s account is the fact that, according
to his source, Trump was well aware that the U.S. had no solid
intelligence linking the Syrian government to a chemical weapons
attack — and that’s because, according to Hersh’s article, it’s
doubtful a chemical weapons attack occurred at all.

Hersh
reports:

“The
available intelligence made clear that the Syrians had targeted a
jihadist meeting site on April 4 using a Russian-supplied guided bomb
equipped with conventional explosives. Details of the attack, including information on its so-called high-value targets, had
been provided by the Russians days in advance to American and allied
military officials in Doha, whose mission is to coordinate all U.S.,
allied, Syrian and Russian Air Force operations in the region.”

“None
of this makes any sense,” one
officer reportedly told colleagues upon learning of the decision to
bomb Syria, according to Hersh. “We
KNOW that there was no chemical attack … the Russians are furious.
Claiming we have the real intel and know the truth … I guess it
didn’t matter whether we elected Clinton or Trump.”

According
to Hersh, Trump “could not be swayed” by 48 hours worth of
intense briefings and decision-making following the initial reports
of the alleged chemical weapons attack. Hersh, who reportedly
reviewed transcripts of real-time communications, explains that there
is a “total disconnect” between the president and his military
advisers and intelligence officials.

As
is the case with Syrian military operations, Russia gave the U.S.
details of the carefully planned attack on a meeting in Khan
Sheikhoun, according to Hersh’s  admittedly anonymous sources.
The Russians had employed a drone to the area days before the attack
to develop the intelligence necessary to coordinate it.

According
to Hersh’s sources, the United States and its Russian counterpart
routinely share information regarding planned attacks in order to
avoid collisions. However, they also permit “coordination,”  a
practice that involves giving the other side a “hot tip about a
command and control facility,” which then helps the other side
carry out their attack.

Therefore,
there was no surprise chemical weapons attack, as the Trump
administration alleged. In fact, Russia had actually warned its
American counterpart on the off-chance that there were any CIA assets
on the ground who should have been forewarned of an impending attack.

“They
[the Russians] were playing the game right,” a
senior adviser told Hersh.

Hersh
continues:

“Russian
and Syrian intelligence officials, who coordinate operations closely
with the American command posts, made it clear that the planned
strike on Khan Sheikhoun was special because of the high-value
target. ‘It was a red-hot change. The mission was out of the
ordinary – scrub the sked,’ the senior adviser told me. ‘Every
operations officer in the region’ – in the Army, Marine Corps,
Air Force, CIA and NSA – ‘had to know there was something going
on. The Russians gave the Syrian Air Force a guided bomb and that was
a rarity. They’re skimpy with their guided bombs and rarely share
them with the Syrian Air Force. And the Syrians assigned their best
pilot to the mission, with the best wingman.’ The advance
intelligence on the target, as supplied by the Russians, was given
the highest possible score inside the American community.”

Hersh
confirms Russia’s account of
the incident, in which Russian authorities alleged that the Syrian
Air Force bombed a “terrorist warehouse,” and that secondary
bombings dispersed dangerous chemicals into the atmosphere.
Strangely, if Hersh’s reporting is accurate, it is not clear why
Russia didn’t give the detailed account at the time — and why the
Russians didn’t emphasize that they had shared information with the
U.S. military well in advance of the attack, as this would have cast
further doubt on the official U.S. narrative. In that context, Russia
could have provided proof of any prior communications that took place
within the so-called deconfliction channel. It also doesn’t explain
why Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin, appeared to endorse two
competing theories behind
the events at Khan Sheikhoun.

However,
Hersh continues:

“A
team from Médecins Sans Frontières, treating victims from Khan
Sheikhoun at a clinic 60 miles to the north, reported that ‘eight
patients showed symptoms – including constricted pupils, muscle
spasms and involuntary defecation – which are consistent with
exposure to a neurotoxic agent such as sarin gas or similar
compounds.’ MSF also visited other hospitals that had received
victims and found that patients there ‘smelled of bleach,
suggesting that they had been exposed to chlorine.’ In other words,
evidence suggested that there was more than one chemical responsible
for the symptoms observed, which would not have been the case if the
Syrian Air Force – as opposition activists insisted – had dropped
a sarin bomb, which has no percussive or ignition power to trigger
secondary explosions. The range of symptoms is, however, consistent
with the release of a mixture of chemicals, including chlorine and
the organophosphates used in many fertilizers, which can cause
neurotoxic effects similar to those of sarin.”

Hersh
is not the first high-profile investigator to cast major doubts on
the Trump administration’s official narrative regarding the events
at Khan Sheikhoun. MIT professor emeritus Theodore Postol, who
previously worked as a former
scientific advisor to
the U.S. military’s Chief of Naval Operations, poked major holes in
the claims that the Syrian government had launched a chemical weapons
attack at Khan Sheikhoun, noting the “politicization” of
intelligence findings (you can access all of his reports here).

Postol
argued that there was no possible way U.S. government officials could
have been sure Assad was behind the attack before they launched their
strike, even though they claimed to be certain. Postol took the
conversation even further, asserting that the available evidence
pointed to an attack that was executed by individuals on the ground,
not from an aircraft. Former weapons inspector Scott Ritter had
similar concerns regarding
the White House’s conclusions, as did former U.K. ambassador to
Syria Peter
Ford.
The mainstream media paid almost zero attention to these reports, a
slight that exposes the media’s complicity in allowing these acts
of war to go ahead unquestioned.

According
to Hersh’s source, within hours of viewing the footage of the
‘attack’ and its aftermath, Trump ordered his national defense
apparatus to plan for retaliation against the Syrian government.
Hersh explains that despite the CIA and the DIA (Defense Intelligence
Agency) having no evidence that Syria even had sarin, let alone that
they used it on the battlefield, Trump was not easily persuaded once
he had made up his mind.

“Everyone
close to him knows his proclivity for acting
precipitously when he does not know the facts,” the
adviser told Hersh. “He doesn’t read
anything and has no real historical knowledge. He
wants verbal briefings and photographs. He’s a risk-taker. He can
accept the consequences of a bad decision in the business world; he
will just lose money. But in our world, lives will be lost and there
will be long-term damage to our national security if he guesses
wrong. He was told we did not have evidence of
Syrian involvement and yet Trump says: ‘Do it.”’ [emphasis
added]

At
a meeting on April 6, 2017, at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida,
Trump spoke with his national security officials regarding the best
way to move forward. The meeting was not to decide what to do, Hersh
explains, but how best to do it (and how to keep Trump as happy as
possible).

Trump
was given four options. The first one was dismissed at the outset
because it involved doing nothing. The second one was the one that
was decided upon: a minimal show of force (with advance warning to
Russia). The third option was the strike package that Obama was
unable to implement in 2013 in the face of mounting
public opposition and
Russia’s threats
of intervention.
This plan was Hillary Clinton’s ultimate fantasy considering she
was encouraging it
moments before Trump’s lone strike actually took place. However,
this would have involved extensive air strikes on Assad’s airfields
and would have drawn in the Russian military to a point of no return.

The
fourth option involved the direct assassination of the Syrian
president by bombing his palaces, as well as his underground bunkers.
This was not considered, either.

As
we all witnessed in April, the second option was adopted, and the
airbase Trump struck was up
and running again in
less than 24 hours, making it a very symbolic and empty show of
force.

Hersh’s
insight into the way Trump is conducting his foreign policy does not
bode well for the future of the Syrian conflict (or anywhere else in
the world, for that matter). Trump was not interested in the
intelligence or the facts on the ground — if he had been, he would
have waited until an investigation had determined culpability before
ordering a strike.

Missing
from Hersh’s account, however, is the fact that it was newly
appointed national security advisor General H.R. McMaster who laid
out the military strike proposals to
the president at his resort on April 6. McMaster replaced former
national security advisor Michael Flynn after the latter was forced
to resign due
to leaks from
within the intelligence community. Due to Flynn’s alleged ties to
Russia, it seems unlikely he would have proposed such a strike on
Russia’s close ally to begin with.

It
is unclear whether McMaster proposed the strikes in order to appease
Trump or because McMaster ultimately wants Trump to adopt a tougher
stance against Syria and Russia; McMaster has a history
of pro-interventionism and anti-Russian
sentiment.

Those
commentators who can review these startling revelations but still
condone Trump’s actions with a lazy ‘Assad
is still a bad guy and must be overthrown’
mindset argument are being intellectually dishonest, with themselves
and others. As was
the case in 2013,
there is still very
little evidence that
Assad has ever
used chemical weapons — particularly
in the attacks that the U.S. has tried to pin on him — yet this is
the standard by which the corporate media and our respective
governments have instructed us to judge Assad. Even without this
conclusive evidence, shortly after the April events, U.S. ambassador
to the U.N. Nikki Haley stated Assad
will fall from power.

Hersh’s
investigation bolsters many claims that
the U.S. acted rashly without first conducting or ordering an
impartial inquiry regarding what happened in April of this year.
Hersh’s report also serves as a reminder to the world of
the warpath
we are continuing down,
spearheaded by an impulsive and reckless megalomaniac who has no
interest in ascertaining fact from fiction.

Remember
that Donald J. Trump has the nuclear codes; it is hard to
think of a worse candidate to be entrusted with the fate of humanity.

Vliegdekschip GB loopt van stapel, kosten meer dan 3 miljard pond, terwijl dik 20 miljoen Britten in armoede leven…….

BBC World Service meldt de hele dag al vol trots, dat het grootste vliegdekschip dat ooit werd gebouwd in Groot-Brittannië, vandaag ‘van stapel liep’ in Schotland…… Dit schip, met de zéééér originele naam Queen Elizabeth, kost meer dan 3 miljard pond.

Dat was het nog niet, want er is nog zo’n vliegdekschip in aanbouw, de HMS Prince of Wales (zodat het koninklijk stel geen ruzie hoeft te maken), de totale kosten meer dan 6 miljard pond (maar dat had u ongetwijfeld al begrepen).

Dit terwijl 18 miljoen Britten in ronduit slechte levensomstandigheden verkeren en meer dan 4 miljoen kinderen gaan dagelijks met honger naar school……. 1 op de 3 huishoudens heeft regelmatig te weinig geld voor basisbehoeften als voeding, kleding en elektriciteit (koken, verlichting en verwarming)….. 1/3de van de 66 miljoen Britten loopt achter met betalingen…….

12 miljoen Britten hebben zo weinig geld dat ze niet aan sociale activiteiten deel kunnen nemen, 4 miljoen van deze Britten heeft zo’n laag inkomen dat ze zelfs geen gezond eetpatroon kunnen volgen……

Let wel, dit zijn cijfers die als in Nederland zijn gebaseerd op een fictieve armoedegrens, echter mensen, die daar net boven zitten of zelfs op die grens leven worden voor een een paar van de genoemde cijfers niet meegerekend, vandaar dat deze cijfers gegarandeerd hoger zijn…..

‘Gelukkig maar dat de Britten wel geld voor onzinnige schepen als een vliegdekschip hebben….’ Om over de enorme kosten voor deelname aan de illegale oorlogen in Irak en Syrië nog maar te zwijgen

Laatste nieuws: May heeft 1 miljard pond over voor de gedoogsteun van de Noord-Ierse radicale DUP, die haar onzalige, ijskoude, inhumane neoliberale ploertenregering mogelijk moet maken……….

VS is grootste producent van vluchtelingen, aldus VN rapport……….

De VN berekende dat vorig jaar 65 miljoen mensen (!!!) op de vlucht zijn geslagen vanwege een ‘dodelijk conflict’ (‘dodelijk conflict’, lees: illegale oorlog door VS begonnen of door VS veroorzaakte chaos, bijvoorbeeld middels een staatsgreep; waar de VS niet wordt genoemd in het VN rapport…..)………

De UNHCR die e.e.a. uitzocht verduidelijkte het cijfer, door voor te rekenen, dat er elke 3 seconden iemand moet vluchten…….. UNHRC voorzitter Filippo Grandi vindt dit onaanvaardbaar, echter wat hij niet vermeldde is wie er verantwoordelijk is voor de grote vluchtelingenstromen en dat is zowel direct als indirect de VS…….

De landen waarvan de meeste vluchtelingen komen (waar een flink aantal vluchtelingen ook in eigen land bleven, waar ze veelal alsnog niet veilig zijn) zijn Syrië, Afghanistan en Irak met respectievelijk 12, 4,7 en 4,2 miljoen vluchtelingen!! Afghanistan en Irak werden direct illegaal aangevallen door de VS, waar de oorlog in Syrië het gevolg is van manipulaties van de VS (en haar coalitiegenoten), waartoe de eerste stappen al in 2006 werden gezet………

De VS en landen als Saoedi-Arabië en Israël hebben terreurgroepen in Syrië van geld, wapens, voertuigen, training en medische zorg voorzien. Terreurgroepen die de laatste 6 jaar grote misdaden begingen (en nog begaan) tegen de Syrische bevolking, waardoor die op de vlucht zijn geslagen……

Colombia is het tweede land, wat betreft het aantal mensen die zijn gevlucht, maar liefst 7,7 miljoen mensen verlieten daar huis en haard……. Ook in Colombia is de VS voor een groot deel verantwoordelijk voor de reden waarom mensen vluchtten. Dit door de oorlog tegen drugs, waar de VS o.a. rechtse doodseskaders steunt en als het even kan grote delen van het loerwoud vergiftigd, zodat daar geen cocaïne kan worden geteeld en landbouwgrond onbruikbaar is geworden….. Dit nog naast het volproppen van het leger met VS wapens, waar Bill Clinton ‘Plan Columbia’ (Eng.) introduceerde. Hiermee werd het geweld in Colombia verder opgezweept en verdwenen mensenrechten naar de achtergrond, gevolg: vluchtelingen……..

Ook in Soedan heeft de VS enorme ellende veroorzaakt, de afscheiding van Zuid-Soedan is één op één ingegeven door de VS….. De reden daarvoor: Zuid-Soedan bezit grote olievoorraden, waarvoor China tegen de zin van de VS contracten had afgesloten met wat nu Noord-Soedan is…… Intussen zijn 3,3, miljoen Zuid-Soedanezen op de vlucht geslagen……

Grandi roept de wereld op te voorkomen dat mensen op de vlucht moeten slaan en roept op tot het aanpakken van het vluchtelingenprobleem. De schrijver van het hieronder geplaatste artikel, Webb stelt terecht dat Grandi beter eens op de oorzaak kan wijzen:de ‘onlesbare’ zucht naar verovering, macht en winst door het militair-industrieel complex in de VS (waar ter verduidelijking ook het politieke leiderschap toebehoort)….

Report Reveals Nations Producing Most Refugees Were Targets of US
Intervention

A
UN report has shown that more than 65 million people were forced to
leave their home countries last year, becoming refugees due to deadly
conflict. The top nations from which refugees fled have one thing in
common, they were all targets of US intervention.

(MPN) — A
United Nations report has
shed light on the world’s burgeoning crisis of displaced peoples,
finding that a record 65.6 million were forced to vacate their homes
in 2016 alone. More than half of them were minors.

The Office
of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR),
which drafted the report, put the figure into perspective, stating
that increasing conflict and persecution worldwide have led to “one
person being displaced every three seconds – less than the time it
takes to read this sentence.”

UN
High Commissioner Filippo Grandi called the figure “unacceptable”
and called for “solidarity and a common purpose in preventing and
resolving the crisis.”


However,
what the UN report failed to mention was the role of U.S. foreign
intervention, indirect or direct, in fomenting the conflicts
responsible for producing most of the world’s refugees.

According
to the report, three of the nations producing the highest number of
refugees are Syria
(12 million refugees created in 2016), Afghanistan (4.7 million) and
Iraq (4.2 million).

The
conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan are known to be the
direct result of U.S. military invasions in
the early 2000s, as well as the U.S.’ ongoing occupation of those
nations. Decades after invading both countries, the U.S.’
destabilizing military presence in Iraq and Afghanistan has
continued to increase in
recent years, with the Trump administration most recently
announcing plans
to send thousands of
soldiers to Afghanistan in the coming months. It is worth noting
that each U.S.
soldier in Afghanistan costs
U.S. taxpayers $2.1 million.

While
the U.S. has yet to directly invade Syria, the
U.S. role in the conflict is clear and
Syria’s destabilization and the overthrow of its current
regime have
long been planned by
the U.S. government.

The
U.S. and its allies, particularly Israel and Saudi
Arabia,
have consistently funded “rebel” groups that have not only
perpetuated the Syrian conflict for six long years, but have
also committed
atrocity after atrocity targeting
civilians in Syrian cities, towns, and communities – a
major factor in
convincing Syrians to leave their homes.

The
report ranks Colombia as the world’s second-largest producer of
refugees, with 7.7 million Colombians displaced in 2016. Like Syria,
the U.S. has not directly invaded Colombia, but is known
to have extensively funded paramilitary groups,
also known as “death squads,” in the country since the 1980s,
when then-U.S. President Ronald Reagan declared a “war on drugs”
in Colombia.

U.S.
efforts have
long helped fuel the
civil war between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC)
and pro-government, U.S.-funded paramilitary groups. This conflict
has lasted for more than half a century.


In
2000, then-President Bill Clinton’s administration funded the
disastrous “Plan Colombia” with
$4 billion in U.S. taxpayer funds, ostensibly to fight drug
trafficking and insurgents. Almost all of this money was used to fund
the Colombian military and its weapon purchases. “Plan Colombia”
ultimately intensified armed violence, military deployments, human
rights abuses by the Colombian military, and – of course – the
internal displacement of Colombians. The legacy of U.S. policy in
Colombia and its continuing support of the nation’s right-wing,
neo-liberal regime have ensured that the chaos continues into the
present.

This week Hillary Clinton again revealed a blind spot for the drug war and a

huffingtonpost.com

In
addition to the above, U.S foreign policy is also to blame for the
conflict in South Sudan, where the UN report found was home to the
fastest-growing displacement of people in the world. In 2011, the

U.S.
pushed South Sudan to secede from Sudan, as South Sudan holds the
vast majority of Sudan’s oil reserves — the largest oil reserves
in all of Africa. The U.S.’ push for the creation of an independent
South Sudan dislodged
Chinese claims to
Sudanese oil, as the Chinese had previously signed oil contracts with
the (now Northern) Sudanese government.

But
when nation-building efforts went awry and civil war broke out just
two years later, some
analysts suggested that
the conflict only started when South Sudan’s president began to
cozy up to China. According to the UN report, approximately 3.3
million people in South Sudan have fled their homes since the war
began.

Grandi
has called on the world’s nations to help prevent and resolve the
global refugee crisis. But he would also do well to point out the
common cause uniting many of the world’s worst conflicts – the
U.S. military-industrial complex’s insatiable lust for conquest,
power and profit.

Een ongelofelijk staaltje berichtgeving in de westerse reguliere media, toen afgelopen woensdag de monumentale al-Nuri moskee in het Iraakse West-Mosul werd vernietigd.

Al maanden bombardeert de VS het westelijk deel van Mosul, waar de laatste IS troepen nog weerstand bieden. Al maanden vermoordde/vermoordt de VS daarmee een groot aantal bewoners van die stad en vernietigde/vernietigt daarmee dit al even monumentale stadsdeel…….

Toen het westen volkomen hysterisch de plaat uitging vanwege de bevrijding van Oost-Aleppo door het Syrische leger en de Russen en alle leugens van de daar aanwezige psychopathische terreurgroepen oplepelden als zijnde de waarheid, hadden de Syrische regering en de Russen al een paar maanden voor de uiteindelijke bevrijding besloten te stoppen met luchtbombardementen, dit om zoveel mogelijk burgerslachtoffers te voorkomen…….

IS krijgt in de reguliere westerse media de schuld voor de vernietiging van de al-Nuri moskee, echter gezien de enorme vernietiging die de VS op Mosul heeft laten neerdalen, is het bepaald niet ondenkbaar (en dan druk ik me voorzichtig uit), dat de VS de ware schuldige is……. Echter dat gaat de eerder genoemde media te ver, immers alles wat de VS uitvreet in het buitenland, grootschalige terreur, wordt gezien als onontkoombaar en noodzakelijk, sterker nog: veel van de door de VS begane oorlogsmisdaden worden niet eens gemeld in die (veelal nep-) media………………..

Media die zelfs geen vragen stellen bij de VS bombardementen op een monumentaal stadsdeel, dat propvol burgers zit………. Een oorlogsmisdaad van enorme proporties……

Nogmaals: ongelofelijk dat een vernielde moskee voorgaat op de duizenden vermoorde Mosul burgers……

Hoorde zojuist, rond 14.45 u. BNR’s oliebol Hammelburg (‘buitenlanddeskundige’) zijn programma aankondigen. Hierbij stelde de zakkenwasser trots, dat hij een uur lang uitzendt vanuit de Haagse afdeling van de Leidse universiteit.

Als gast noemde Hammelburg o.a. de Hoop Scheffer, die hij o.a. terrorisme deskundige noemde…….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja, deskundig in het creëren van terreur, zo stond deze lapzwans achter de illegale oorlogen van de VS tegen Afghanistan en Irak en wist Nederland mee te trekken in die oorlogen. Oorlogen met als gevolg een ongelofelijk aantal vermoordde slachtoffers, voor Irak staat de teller nu al op meer dan 1,5 miljoen vermoordde Irakezen……..

Tja, daarmee krijg je vanzelf terreur op de straten in EU landen, waar een aantal van die landen als NAVO partner (o.a.Nederland) hebben meegewerkt aan de grootschalige terreur die de VS over o.a. de voornoemde landen heeft gebracht…….

De  Hoop Scheffer is deskundig in het uitlokken van terreur, door grootschalige terreuruitoefening in landen waar Nederland niets te zoeken had….. Als dank voor het meetrekken van Nederland in het brengen van ongekende terreur, werd de Hoop Scheffer ook nog eens beloond door de VS met het voorzitterschap (‘secretaris-generaal’ ha! ha!) van de NAVO (als zetbaas van de VS, zoals u had begrepen)……..

Hoe is het mogelijk dat nitwit en oorlogshitser de Hoop Scheffer, grootlobbyist van het militair-industrieel complex en de NAVO (een uiterst agressieve terreurorganisatie), les mag geven aan een universiteit??? Ongelofelijk en ongeloofwaardig……….

Rex Tillerson (VS BuZA) geeft toe dat de VS een staatsgreep wil uitvoeren in Iran…….. Het is nog ‘iets te rustig’ in dat gebied……..

De VS minister van Buitenlandse Zaken, Rex Tillerson, heeft toegegeven dat de VS uit is op ‘regime change’ in Iran (ofwel een staatsgreep). Dat het Iraanse volk onlangs nog heeft gekozen voor meer vrijheid en uiteindelijk een echte democratie zal de VS aan de reet roesten, men wil simpelweg een Iraanse regering die onderhorig is aan de VS en daarmee aan Saoedi-Arabië en Israël. De enige mogelijkheid daartoe is het installeren van een dictatoriaal regime, een specialiteit van de VS, dat altijd stelt democratie te willen brengen……….. Overigens voerde de VS (CIA) in 1953 al een staatsgreep uit tegen de democratisch gekozen Iraanse regering van Mossadegh

Tussen de regels door gaf Tillerson toe, dat de CIA al werkzaam is in Iran, toen hij stelde: “Our policy towards Iran is to push back on this hegemony, contain their ability to develop obviously nuclear weapons, and to work toward support of those elements inside of Iran that would lead to a peaceful transition of that government. Those elements are there, certainly as we know.”

In dit zelfde citaat staat te lezen dat Tillerson ondanks alle bewijzen van het tegendeel, stelt dat Iran bezig is een atoomwapen te ontwikkelen……… Een uitspraak die duidelijk een opmaat is naar militair ingrijpen, niet voor niets is de VS bijna continu bezig de Iraanse marine uit te dagen, met manoeuvres voor de Iraanse kust….. Daarnaast is er Israël dat keer op keer stelt, dat Iran een gevaar is voor de regio en dat het land moet worden aangevallen…… Netanyahu, de premier van de fascistische apartheidsstaat Israël, heeft meermaals laten weten, dat Israël zich het recht voorbehoudt Iran aan te vallen.

Onder Obama werd Israël nog enigszins onder controle gehouden, met het beest Trump aan de macht in de VS is de vrees dan ook, dat Israël daadwerkelijk Iran zal aanvallen. Als dit gebeurt zal de VS deze immense terreurdaad verdedigen, als het al niet zal deelnemen aan die Israëlische aanval.

Stuitend dat Tillerson keihard durft te zeggen, dat Iran een destabiliserende factor is in het Midden-Oosten……. Als er één destabiliserende factor is in het Midden-Oosten, is het wel de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde: de VS…… Met haar illegale oorlogen (de ultieme vorm van terreur) tegen Afghanistan, Irak (met intussen meer dan 1,5 miljoen vermoordde Irakezen), Libië (dat wordt door de VS tot het Midden-Oosten gerekend) en nu weer Syrië, heeft de VS het Midden-Oosten in totale chaos gestort. Daarbij moet niet vergeten worden dat de VS verantwoordelijk is voor het ontstaan van IS (dat het zelfs jarenlang heeft gesteund en bovendien van wapens en voertuigen heeft voorzien, al dan niet via een andere grote terreurentiteit in het Midden-Oosten: Saoedi-Arabië…)…..

De VS heeft intussen zelfs toegegeven het chemisch wapen witte fosfor te hebben gebruikt in de strijd om Raqqa…….. Ofwel: hoeveel bewijs heb je nog nodig, om in te zien , dat de VS grootschalige terreur uitoefent

Afgelopen week spraken veel politici in de VS over de aanslagen in Iran, als was het een zegen. De republikeinse vertegenwoordiger voor Californië, Dana Rohrabacher stelde zelfs dat de VS terreuraanslagen tegen Iran moet steunen, waarbij ze zelfs steun wil geven aan IS, als die Iran nog eens aanvalt……. Voor Syrië heeft de VS Al Qaida van de terreurlijst gehaald, waarbij de VS represailles neemt, als het reguliere Syrische leger deze of andere terreurorganisaties (‘gematigde rebellen’) NB op eigen bodem aanvalt…….. (waar de VS volkomen illegaal op Syrische bodem strijd voert…….)

Eén ding is nu wel duidelijk: Iran staat als volgende op de lijst om te worden teruggebombardeerd in de tijd en in chaos te worden gestort door (ingrijpen van) de VS met hulp van Israël, Saoedi-Arabië en een paar van de Golfstaten……

(ANTIMEDIA) — In
case there was any doubt, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has
just confirmed that official U.S. policy towards Iran includes regime
change, Think
Progress reports.

During
a Wednesday hearing before the House Foreign Affairs Committee
regarding the 2018 State Department budget, Tillerson was asked
whether or not the U.S. supports regime change in Iran. He replied
affirmatively, stating that U.S. policy is driven by relying on
“elements inside of Iran” to bring about a “peaceful
transition of that government.”

Rep.
Ted Poe (R-TX) also asked Tillerson if the government would sanction
the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) – a powerful
entity inside
Iran.

“They
are doing bad things throughout the world, on behalf of terrorism and
destroying human rights of many people,” Poe
said, referring to the IRGC.

“I’d
like to know what the policy is of the U.S. toward Iran. Do we
support the current regime? Do we support a philosophy of regime
change, peaceful regime change? There are Iranians in exile all over
the world. Some are here. And then there’s Iranians in Iran who
don’t support the totalitarian state. So is the U.S. position to
leave things as they are or set up a peaceful long-term regime
change?”

“Well
our Iranian policy is under development,” Tillerson
replied.

“It’s
not yet been delivered to the president, but I would tell you that we
certainly recognize Iran’s continued destabilizing presence in the
region, their payment of foreign fighters, their export of militia
forces in Syria, in Iraq, in Yemen, their support for Hezbollah. And
we are taking action to respond to Iran’s hegemony. Additional
sanctions actions have been put in place against individuals and
others.”

Tillerson
also added:

“We
continually review the merits both from the standpoint of diplomatic
but also international consequences of designating the Iranian
Revolutionary Guard in its entirety as a terrorist organization. As
you know, we have designated the Quds [Force]. Our policy towards
Iran is to push back on this hegemony, contain their ability to
develop obviously nuclear weapons, and to work toward support of
those elements inside of Iran that would lead to a peaceful
transition of that government. Those elements are there, certainly as
we know.”

Tillerson’s
reference to Iran’s ability to develop nuclear weapons above
directly contradicts a letter he
sent to Speaker of the House Paul Ryan in April of this year. The New
York Times explained:

“The
letter certified that Iran was complying with the
agreement, negotiated
by five world powers in addition to the United States and Iran. The
International Atomic Energy Agency, which monitors the agreement with
on-site inspectors and advanced technology, reached
the same conclusion in
its most recent report.” [emphasis
added]

This
comes just over a week after Iran suffered an ISIS-inspired terror
attack of its own, after which American
lawmakers immediately proposed
sanctions against the Islamic Republic, further demonstrating that
the U.S. seeks to undermine Iran as much as possible. The sanctions
were approved by
the Senate on Thursday. Further, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.)
appeared to praise
the ISIS attack on
Iran, even suggesting the U.S. should support terrorists who commit
attacks against the Iranian state.

Unsurprisingly,
Iran was quick to respond to Tillerson’s aggressive statements. On
Thursday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram
Qassemi called Tillerson’s
comments “interventionist,
in gross violation of the compelling rules of international law,
unacceptable and strongly condemned.”

“Since
the 1950s, the United States tried to meddle in Iranian affairs by
different strategies such as coup d’état, regime change, and
military intervention,” Qassemi
also stated.

These
efforts have all failed, Qassemi said, adding that
the new U.S. government is “confused”
and could be “easily
manipulated by wrong information.”

As Anti-Media has
previously explained, Iran is one of the most
heavily engaged entities fighting
ISIS (and has been extremely
effective in
doing so). Even if Iran were supporting Houthi rebels in Yemen (the
hard evidence for this claim to date has been woefully
lacking),
the Houthis are the sworn
enemy of
al-Qaeda and ISIS – two terror groups the U.S. is currently
fighting.

This
is not to whitewash Iran for its backing of militias on the ground
who have committed
atrocities —
or Iran’s often heavy-handed
treatment of
its own people. However, the U.N. just claimed that
U.S.-led airstrikes have killed over 300 civilians after barely a
week of fighting in Syria (U.S.-backed forces have
also admitted using white
phosphorous on
these civilian populations). Further, the U.S. also maintains close
ties with other
radical nations that
have exported mass
violence and suffering on an exponential level.

Clearly,
the U.S.’ infatuation
with Iran has
nothing to do with human rights concerns, and apparently, it must be
reiterated that regime change without any official direction from the
U.N. is completely
illegal.

Iran
just elected a reformist for the second time (with a higher
voter turnout than
the U.S. elections in 2016). This reformist, Hassan
Rouhani,
is more than capable of cutting deals with the U.S and its allies.

According
to Tillerson himself, as explained above, the 2015 nuclear deal with
Iran is clearly working effectively,
further reducing any concerns regarding Iran’s capacity to pose a
nuclear threat to anyone.

Why
seek to topple a government elected by its own people? For
“democracy” and “freedom?” Or because Iran sells its
oil in Yuan,
a direct attack on America’s control over the financial markets?

The
U.S. has previously interfered in Iran’s political structure. In
1953, the CIA overthrew Iran’s democratically
elected leader,
Mohammed Mossadegh, and replaced him with a brutal dictator, Shah
Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. As explained by the Guardian,
this interference clearly had little to do with democracy-building or
human rights — and everything to do with oil:

“Britain,
and in particular Sir Anthony Eden, the foreign secretary, regarded
Mosaddeq as a serious threat to its strategic and economic interests
after the Iranian leader nationalised the British Anglo-Iranian Oil
Company, latterly known as BP. But the UK needed US support. The
Eisenhower administration in Washington was easily persuaded.”

As
far as we know, only one country has purposely used
nuclear weapons against
civilian populations and has continually used its stockpile of deadly
weapons to topple a
number of governments across
the globe without facing legal ramifications.

That
country is not Iran. As explained by
intellectual Noam Chomsky:

“Why
is Iran regarded here as the greatest threat to world peace? … They
[the intelligence community] say Iran has very low military spending,
even by the standards of the region, much lower than Saudi Arabia,
Israel, [and] others. Its strategy is defensive. They want to deter
attacks long enough for diplomacy to be entertained. The conclusion,
intelligence conclusion—this is a couple years ago—is: If they
are developing nuclear weapons, which we don’t know, but if they
are, it would be part of their deterrent strategy.”

“Now,
why is the United States and Israel even more so concerned about a
deterrent? Who’s concerned about a deterrent? Those who want to use
force. Those who want to be free to use force are deeply concerned
about a potential deterrent.”

VS terreur middels drones: slechts 1 van de 5 dodelijke aanvallen wordt gemeld………

Dat de VS enorme terreur uitoefent met haar totaal illegale standrechtelijke executies middels aanvallen met drones, is allang geen geheim meer. Hetzelfde geldt  voor het feit dat meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers die daarbij worden vermoord, niet eens verdachten zijn (veelal vrouwen en kinderen)……

De Columbia Law School Human Rights Clinic en de Sanaa Center for Strategic Studies hebben na onderzoek een rapport uitgebracht, waaruit blijkt dat de VS legertop maar 1 van de 5 dodelijke drone aanvallen op verdachten meldt. Met andere woorden, het enorme aantal slachtoffers dat de VS middels deze vreselijke terreuraanvallen heeft gemaakt, ligt nog veel hoger, dan men eerst aannam…………

En dan vindt men het vreemd dat er terreuraanslagen worden gepleegd in het westen……. Moet u nagaan, dan noemde ik hiervoor niet eens de illegale oorlogen die de VS (met steun van andere westerse landen) begint tegen landen die niet de VS kont likken, zoals de illegale oorlogen tegen Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en nu weer Syrië……

Study:
US Only Admits to About One in Five Lethal Drone Strikes

(ANTIWAR.COM) — A new
report compiled by
the Columbia Law School Human Rights Clinic and the Sanaa Center for
Strategic Studies has found that the United States only admits
officially to about one fifth of their drone strikes which end up
killing someone, saying this hurts accountability.

That
the US has been deliberately evasive about its drone program is
hardly news, but this appears to be the first study aimed at
specifically figuring exactly how many lethal drone strikes have been
officially acknowledged.

This
has been a growing problem with US airstrikes in Iraq and Syria as
well, with official Pentagon figures on civilian death tolls
dramatically lower than those recorded by private NGOs, with the
difference often a factor of ten or more as the US downplays the
tolls.

In
the case of the drone strikes, it’s less about covering up civilian
deaths than all deaths and the scope of the drone war, because little
to no effort was ever made to identify who was killed in specific
drone strikes, and the only times names were made public were in the
very unusual cases that someone was killed who had previously been
heard of by the military.

Drone
strikes were limited through the end of President Bush’s second
term, and grew rapidly under President Obama. While the rate of drone
strikes dropped near the end of Obama’s time in office, they appear
to once again have begun growing substantially under President
Trump’s watch, bringing back concerns about how the US has long
mishandled reporting on the operations.

The
Columbia report was particularly concerned with the lack of
transparency in “lethal” operations, irrespective of who they
actually end up killing, noting that it’s impossible to ensure
proper accountability, particularly when those lethal actions end up
killing innocent bystanders, when the government won’t even keep
formal track of how many killings they’re taking part in.

Lavrov beschuldigt de VS verder van het laten vluchten van IS strijders uit Raqqa. Een beschuldiging die hoogstwaarschijnlijk waar is, zo liet de VS en haar Iraakse coalitie een groot aantal IS strijders uit het Iraakse Mosul vertrekken in de richting van het Syrische Aleppo en Raqqa, voordat het begon met haar aanval op Mosul…… Een vrijgeleide dat deels zelfs werd gefaciliteerd door de VS en haar partners (in terreur)……….

Overigens hebben de VS en Saoedi-Arabië (en Israël) IS meermaals geholpen met wapens, munitie en militaire ‘hardware’, waar Israël terroristen uit Syrië (ook van IS) op de Golanhoogten medische hulp biedt, zodat dit geteisem daarna weer aan de strijd tegen de democratisch gekozen regering Assad kan deelnemen…………….

In het westen melden de reguliere (massa-) media, dat Rusland de door de VS aangewezen gebieden erkent, waar niet mag worden gevochten of gebombardeerd, dat is een grove leugen, die wordt gevoed vanuit het Pentagon………

Volkomen terecht stelt Rusland, dat de VS niets te zoeken heeft in Syrië, terwijl alweer de reguliere media en politiek in het westen, daar zelfs geen vraagteken bij zetten en het als volkomen normaal zien, dat de VS grootschalige terreur uitoefent in gebieden, waar het niets te zoeken heeft……. Dat daarmee terreur in o.a. Europa wordt gecreëerd, wordt door diezelfde media en politici afgedaan als nepnieuws………. Behalve dan op het moment waarop Iran vorige week werd getroffen door aanslagen, toen rolde men over elkaar om aan te geven dat Trump wel erg grof was, maar eigenlijk wel gelijk had, met zijn meer dan onbeschofte eigen schuld dikke bult verhaal aan het adres van Iran ……..

Hoor zojuist in het BBC World Service nieuws (van 13.30 u. CET), dat Human Rights Watch, IS beschuldigt van het gebruik van witte fosfor…….. De wereld op z’n kop, juist de VS en haar partners gebruiken witte fosfor tegen ‘IS posities’ in Mosul en Raqqa*, u had het al begrepen: waar hoofdzakelijk burgers het slachtoffer zijn van dit vreselijke chemische wapen………. Zo wordt u dag in dag uit voorgelogen door de reguliere media en politici die lobbyen voor het militair-industrieel complex en de NAVO……..

Zoals al vaker op deze plek gesteld: we mogen blij zijn met Putin in Rusland. Als daar figuren als Obama of Trump op de plek van Putin hadden gezeten, waren we nu al verwikkeld geweest in WOIII…….

(ANTIMEDIA) — According to Reuters,
Russia has warned the U.S. not to attack Syrian-aligned troops again
in the war-torn country. Reuters reports
that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov relayed the message to
U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in a phone call on Saturday  —
a phone call the U.S. reportedly initiated.

“Lavrov
expressed his categorical disagreement with the U.S. strikes on
pro-government forces and called on him to take concrete measures to
prevent similar incidents in future,” the
Russian Foreign Ministry said, as reported by Reuters.The
U.S. has struck pro-Syrian troops numerous
times in
recent weeks and just recently shot down a
Syrian drone — blatant acts of war against a sovereign nation. A
Russian general also claimed that
the U.S. may even be colluding with ISIS, allowing them safe passage
to leave Raqqa as the U.S. military besieges the Syrian city.

The
predicament puts the U.S. in an increasingly precarious and
contradictory position. As noted by Antiwar,
Russia has explicitly stated it does not recognize America’s
self-proclaimed deconfliction zones (zones where the U.S. believes
only their military should
be able to operate),
especially as the Western power does not have the approval of the
Syrian government. Antiwar also noted that
the U.S. originally did not want to recognize Russia’s proposal for
safe zones. Despite opposing
the idea initially,
the U.S. has used it as an excuse to strike Syrian government troops
operating within their own country.

As Anti-Media has
explained countless
times,
the U.S. has no legal justification to be bombing the Syrian
government and its associated forces within Syria’s territory. It
certainly cannot claim the right to self-defense inside another
country — one the United States willingly invaded without
authorization.

Russia
is actually operating within the dimensions of the so-called
international legal framework, and the U.S. is thousands of miles
outside of it. If anyone doubts this claim, just re-read this report
but switch every mention of the U.S. to Iran or North Korea and see
how it reads.

International
law is supposed to apply to all countries that are parties to the
U.N., not a select few adversaries and non-compliant states.

Ron Paul is een rechtse hufter van formaat, maar zo nu en dan kan deze zakkenwasser met uiterst steekhoudende argumenten, smerige zaken aan de kaak stellen, zaken die op z’n zachtst gezegd niet veel steun van zijn Republikeinse partij krijgen.

Lees wat Paul schrijft over de oorlog in Syrië. Oké, e.e.a. was al bekend, echter het is meegenomen, als zelfs een rechtse houwdegen, als Paul, die NB aan de wieg van de Tea Party stond, zaken bevestigt. Al moet gezegd worden dat hij een verkeerde kijk heeft op een aantal zaken, zoals de reden waarom de VS illegaal in Syrië aanwezig is: het afzetten van Assad en zijn regering………..

Verder maakt Paul geen woorden vuil aan hoe en wie ‘de opstand’ in Syrië heeft gecreëerd (met hulp van vooral veel buitenlandse agitators, zoals die uit Saoedi–Arabië en door de VS aangevoerde terroristen uit o.a. Libië) in Syrië heeft gecreëerd. De VS is daarvoor aan te merken als hoofdverantwoordelijke, al in 2006 was deze terreurentiteit bezig met voorbereidingen van een opstand, die moest uitmonden in een staatsgreep tegen Assad…… Assad weigerde pijpleidingen voor gas en olie over zijn grondgebied richting Europa toe te staan, tja dan ga je op heel veel tenen staan….

Bovendien was en is Syrië al decennialang een bondgenoot van de Russen en de Iraniërs, daarmee haal je je de woede van de VS op de hals, de VS dat denkt de wereld te regeren ……

when you thought our Syria policy could not get any worse, last week
it did. The US military twice attacked Syrian government forces from
a military base it illegally occupies inside Syria. According to the
Pentagon, the attacks on Syrian government-backed forces were
“defensive” because the Syrian fighters were approaching a US
self-declared “de-confliction” zone inside Syria. The Syrian
forces were pursuing ISIS in the area, but the US attacked anyway.

The
US is training yet another rebel group fighting from that base,
located near the border of Iraq at al-Tanf, and it claims that Syrian
government forces pose a threat to the US military presence there.
But the Pentagon has forgotten one thing: it has no authority to be
in Syria in the first place! Neither the US Congress nor the UN
Security Council has authorized a US military presence inside Syria.

So
what gives the Trump Administration the right to set up military
bases on foreign soil without the permission of that government? Why
are we violating the sovereignty of Syria and attacking its military
as they are fighting ISIS? Why does Washington claim that its primary
mission in Syria is to defeat ISIS while taking military actions that
benefit ISIS?

The
Pentagon issued a statement saying its presence in Syria is necessary
because the Syrian government is not strong enough to defeat ISIS on
its own. But the “de-escalation zones” agreed upon by the
Syrians, Russians, Iranians, and Turks have led to a reduction in
fighting and a possible end to the six-year war. Even if true that
the Syrian military is weakened, its weakness is due to six years of
US-sponsored rebels fighting to overthrow it!

What
is this really all about? Why does the US military occupy this base
inside Syria? It’s partly about preventing the Syrians and Iraqis
from working together to fight ISIS, but I think it’s mostly about
Iran. If the Syrians and Iraqis join up to fight ISIS with the help
of Iranian-allied Shia militia, the US believes it will strengthen
Iran’s hand in the region. President Trump has recently returned
from a trip to Saudi Arabia where he swore he would not allow that to
happen.

But
is this policy really in our interest, or are we just doing the
bidding of our Middle East “allies,” who seem desperate for war
with Iran? Saudi Arabia exports its radical form of Islam worldwide,
including recently into moderate Asian Muslim countries like
Indonesia. Iran does not. That is not to say that Iran is perfect,
but does it make any sense to jump into the Sunni/Shia conflict on
either side? The Syrians, along with their Russian and Iranian
allies, are defeating ISIS and al-Qaeda. As candidate Trump said,
what’s so bad about that?

We
were told that if the Syrian government was allowed to liberate
Aleppo from al-Qaeda, Assad would kill thousands who were trapped
there. But the opposite has happened: life is returning to normal in
Aleppo. The Christian minority there celebrated Easter for the first
time in several years. They are rebuilding. Can’t we finally just
leave the Syrians alone?

When
you get to the point where your actions are actually helping ISIS,
whether intended or not, perhaps it’s time to stop. It’s past
time for the US to abandon its dangerous and counterproductive Syria
policy and just bring the troops home.

Al langer wordt er gesteld (inclusief beeldmateriaal) dat de VS en de Iraakse-coalitie (o.l.v. de VS) gebruik maakt van witte fosfor in haar strijd tegen IS en andere terreurgroepen die bij de VS uit de genade zijn gevallen…….

Witte fosfor gebruiken, is in feite een chemische wapen inzetten, waar men bij gebruik in stedelijk gebied bovendien op zeker weet, dat daar een fiks aantal burgers gruwelijk mee zal worden vermoord……….

Vooral de Iraakse stad Mosul en de Syrische stad Raqqa worden bestookt met witte fosfor*…..

Waar blijft nu de verontwaardiging in de reguliere westerse media en kritiek van de westerse politici, die zelfs bij een gerucht over Russische of Syrische wreedheden (die keer op keer op niets berusten), volkomen uit hun dak gaan?? Overigens waren diezelfde media en politiek doodstil over het gebruik van witte fosfor door de ‘gematigde rebellen’ in Aleppo, u hoeft niet te vragen door wie dit wapen destijds werd geleverd: de VS coalitie tegen Assad!!**

De hoogste tijd dat de VS bovenaan de lijst met terreurgroepen komt te staan, de VS is verreweg de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde. Alleen deze eeuw heeft de VS meer dan 2 miljoen mensen vermoord…… De teller voor door de VS vermoordde mensen, staat vanaf WOII tot het jaar 2000 op 20 miljoen (!!!)………

Tijd ook, dat men eindelijk een aanvang maakt met het vervolgen van de VS voor het grootschalige gebruik van terreur en de ontelbare oorlogsmisdaden begaan door deze vereniging van terreurstaten!!

(ANTIWAR.COM) — Iraq claimed
credit for
videos earlier this week showing the use of white phosphorus
munitions in densely populated parts of the Old City in Mosul, but
their use is becoming even more widespread, with new reports
suggesting that the US is also using
such shells in both Iraq and Syria.

Though
white phosphorus shells are not uncommon in the military, and often
used as smokescreens, the high temperature at which it burns, and the
toxic chemicals emitted makes them wholly unsuitable for populated
areas, and their use in any densely populated area or as an
incendiary are widely considered war crimes.

In
the cases where images are emerging, they are definitely in densely
populated areas, with both Mosul and Raqqa apparently facing the use
of white phosphorus. The US would neither confirm nor deny the use,
though officials did insist that if they were using them, it was in
keeping with their ongoing efforts to limit the number of civilians
they killed.

That
assurance is less and less valuable, as US airstrikes killing soaring
numbers of civilians in Mosul and Raqqa at any rate. Rights groups
are warning that the use of the shells in populated areas is an undue
risk, and they are seeking more information on the context in which
they are being deployed.

The
increasingly secretive Pentagon is doubtless not going to comply with
that.

FOSFOR (van: MEDICS4MEDICS)

Witte
fosfor wordt gebruikt in brandbommen, rookbommen en als
doelwitmarkering. Het is een zelfontbrandbare stof; bij contact
branden huid en vlees weg. Bij contact met de huid reageert de stof
met het water in de huid, waardoor zeer diepe en ernstige brandwonden
ontstaan. (Het verbrandingsproduct is fosforpentoxide dat met vocht
verder reageert tot fosforzuur.) Dit effect is vergelijkbaar met dat
van napalm. Naast brandwonden kan de toxiciteit van witte fosfor ook
schade aan belangrijke organen zoals lever, longen en hart
veroorzaken. Fosforbranden kunnen niet met water geblust worden omdat
de stof ook met water reageert, onder andere met de vorming van het
toxische fosfine.
Tijdens de Vietnamoorlog werd witte fosfor
aangeduid met de codenaam Willy Pete (van de Engelse benaming white
phosphorus). Het werd voornamelijk gebruikt voor het leggen van
rookgordijnen.
In januari 2009 gebruikten zowel Israël als de
Palestijnse militanten van Hamas witte fosforbommen in het conflict
in de Gazastrook. (volgens deskundigen klopt de bewering niet, dat Hamas witte fosfor heeft gebruikt…..)
In mei 2009 stelde de internationale
mensenrechtenorganisatie Human Rights Watch het gebruik van witte
fosfor door NAVO-eenheden in Afghanistan aan de orde, naar aanleiding
van een incident op 14 maart 2009, waarbij een 8-jarig meisje in het
Alahsay-district in het oosten van de provincie Kapisa ernstige
brandwonden zou hebben opgelopen door witte fosfor-munitie.
In
november 2011 gebruikte Israël witte fosforbommen op Palestijnen die
op straat kwamen om hun erkenning door de UNESCO te vieren.
