In 2004
werd VN vredesmacht MINUSTAH op poten gezet om de situatie in het
chaotisch turbulente Haïti te stabiliseren, deze missie duurde voort tot 2017 en
werd verder ingezet voor hulp na de grote aardbeving in 2010, waarbij een groot
deel van het bebouwde gebied in Haïti werd vernield.
Al in
2011 sprak de zwakke regering van Haïti over blauwhelmen die
kinderen (zelfs van 11 jaar…) en vrouwen verkrachtten en daarmee ook nog eens een groot
aantal kinderen verwekten……
Toen na onderzoek bleek dat veel blauwhelmen verantwoordelijk waren voor de vreselijke misdaad die verkrachting heet en dat een groot aantal slachtoffers daardoor zwanger was geraakt, werden deze militairen met spoed naar huis gestuurd (veelal Brazilië)…..
De VN
die een zogenaamd ‘zero tolerance’ beleid voert als het om verkrachting en kindermisbruik gaat, heeft keer op keer beterschap beloofd maar is dat niet nagekomen en
weigert nu groepen die de slachtoffers in Haïti bijstaan te helpen bij onderzoek naar wie verantwoordelijk is voor verkrachtingen en voor de kinderen die meestal uit die verkrachtingen zijn voortgekomen…. Dat laatste is vooral in Haïti belangrijk, daar de meeste van deze moeders in diepe armoede leven, zoals het grootste deel van de bevolking ervoor staat in dat onfortuinlijke land……
Het

peacekeepers deployed by the U.N., by definition, “protect the
most vulnerable and provide
support to countries in transition from conflict to peace.”
That’s what makes a new
report from researchers all the more outrageous, which revealed
that peacekeepers
stationed in Haiti took advantage of countless women there, fathered
hundreds of children, and then abandoned the women and offspring to
fend for themselves.Sign the
petition today and demand that the U.N. hold these peacekeepers
accountable, and provide these mothers and children with the support
they need!
Launched
in 2004, the U.N. Stabilization Mission in Haiti, or MINUSTAH, was
the U.N.’s longest mission in a politically tumultuous and
impoverished Haiti. The mission brought almost 5,000 personnel to the
country, mainly from Brazil. The same year that the mission was
officially halted, 2017, researchers interviewed locals to get a
better idea of the experiences of young women and girls in the areas
where U.N. personnel were stationed. Their
discoveries were shocking.
10%
of locals interviewed about the presence of the U.N. peacekeepers
spoke of children fathered by the forces. Many
of these children were products of rape or purchased sexual
encounters; the report notes that some of the girls taken advantage
of were as young as 11 years old.
When
the pregnancies were discovered, the men responsible were not
encouraged to support the expecting mothers who were already in a
vulnerable situation. Instead, officials spirited them back to their
home countries, leaving the
new mothers to fend for themselves.
The
U.N. has shown a shameful lack of support for these cases. While the
organization claims to have a zero-tolerance policy relating to
sexual misconduct, they
have protected the peacekeepers responsible for these pregnancies and
abandoned the women and children in need.
Haitian-based organizations have lobbied for the U.N. to provide
information and cooperation in cases of paternity suits, but have
been left high and dry.
This
is unacceptable. These
women and children deserve support and justice but have received
nothing but the cold shoulder from the men responsible for the
situation and the organization that brought them there.
Sign
the petition today and demand that the U.N. cooperate with the
Haitian judicial system so that these women may receive the support
they need!

Afgelopen donderdag heeft de rechter, zeer tegen de zin van de Jehova’s Getuigen, bepaald dat het rapport over het kindermisbruik door Jehova’s Getuigen mag worden geopenbaard. Protest daar de Jehova’s dit rapport onder de tafel wilden houden en niet voor niets, een elektronisch meldpunt ontving 751 klachten over kindermisbruik en driekwart van de klagers is zwaar ontevreden over de afhandeling van de klachten……. (reken gerust dat die 751 slachtoffers de spreekwoordelijke punt van de ijsberg vormen……)
Het onderzoek werd uitgevoerd o.a. met de hulp van de Universiteit van Utrecht, vandaar de opmerking van de Jehova’s Getuigen dat het rapport ‘wetenschappelijk’ en feitelijk onjuist is, m.a.w. de Jehova’s stellen simpelweg dat de klagers liegen, anders kan je deze reactie niet opvatten en dat men wat zegt over het wetenschappelijk gehalte van het rapport is al helemaal te zot voor woorden…….
De aanbevelingen komen erop neer dat de Jehova’s een meldpunt misbruik moeten instellen…. Beetje vreemd daar er al een meldpunt was, maar dat dit volgens de slachtoffers, zoals gezegd, een zwaar onvoldoende werking heeft….. De samenstellers van het rapport stellen voorts dat de politiek moet overwegen een wet in te voeren waarbij het organisaties als de Jehova’s Getuigen verplicht om aangifte te doen bij de politie als er sprake is van kindermisbruik……… ‘Overwegen?’ Te zot voor woorden dat die wet nog niet bestaat, zeker nadat we hebben gezien hoe men in de rk kerk omging met kindermisbruik!!
Dan te bedenken dat onder druk van de ChristenUnie en de SGP (hoogstwaarschijnlijk gesteund door het CDA) het orgaan ‘Sektesignaal’ is opgeheven, een organisatie waar slachtoffers van sektes hun beklag konden doen en ja bij al die sektes kan je er donder op zeggen dat daar sprake is van seksueel misbruik, zowel van kinderen als volwassenen….. Met het opheffen van deze organisatie is er weer een kanaal voor slachtoffers afgesloten waar zij hun beklag over o.a. seksueel misbruik konden melden…… Meer dan schunnig!!
De volgende keer dat er weer Jehova’s Getuigen ongevraagd voor de deur staan, weten we wel wat we ze kunnen toevoegen!!
Al het voorgaande nog naast het uit de ‘Jehova gemeenschap’ stoten van zelfs hele oude mensen als zij een verkeerde stap maken….. Zo ben ik er eens getuige van geweest dat een oude vrouw een paar dagen voor de koninkrijkszaal van de Jehova’s in Den Haag zat te huilen omdat ze uitgestoten was, de ‘Jehova beheerders’ van die zaal, die daarboven wonen en die een camera hebben gericht op de deur van die zaal, hebben deze vrouw gewoon laten zitten (ik schatte haar leeftijd op rond de 80 jaar…)…..
Vergeet niet dat deze mensen volkomen gehersenspoeld deel uitmaken van de Jehova’s gemeenschap (vaak al vanaf hun kinderjaren…) en dat ze na uitstoting totaal zijn afgesloten van de contacten die ze tot dan hadden, daar ze buiten die gemeenschap geen contact hadden met niet Jehova’s….. (het is zelfs zo zot dat een ‘verdwaald’ familielid dat door de Jehova’s wordt uitgestoten, niet meer welkom is bij de rest van de familie als die Jehova’s zijn……)
Sektesignaal dient zo snel mogelijk weer te worden geïnstalleerd!!
Gistermorgen donderde ik weer eens uit m’n
stoel toen ik een nieuwe petitietekst van het Care2 team las: meisjes en
vrouwen die door hun ouders tijdens de vakantie worden gedwongen te
trouwen en die met hulp van het Britse ministerie van BuZa weten te
ontsnappen, worden gedwongen hun verblijfkosten, kosten voor
huisvesting en voeding, plus de ticket voor de terugreis naar GB te
betalen……
Zoals in de tekst hieronder volkomen
terecht wordt opgemerkt, is het gedwongen huwelijk een zeer kwalijke
vorm van slavernij, waarbij een groot aantal verkrachtingen
plaatsvindt en dat zijn bepaald niet zelden verkrachtingen van kinderen, gezien de
leeftijd van de slachtoffers……
Je zal begrijpen dat de meeste van deze meisjes en jonge vrouwen niet terug gaan naar het ouderlijk huis en het zal je tevens niet verbazen dat er aanzienlijke bedragen worden gevraagd voor de verschafte hulp, ofwel: deze al getraumatiseerde slachtoffers moeten een zelfstandig onderdak zien te vinden en komen dan meteen met een fikse schuld te zitten……..
Hoe totaal onethisch en wars van elke
vorm van humaniteit moet je zijn om alleen al iets dergelijke te
verzinnen en het dan ook nog eens door te voeren…… Uiteraard is daar niet
alleen de minister van BuZa, maar de hele Britse regering verantwoordelijk voor, immers hoe kan je deel uitmaken van een regering
die een dergelijk walgelijk beleid uitvoert?? (zet nog eens extra vraagtekens bij het afscheid van premier May, waar men in de reguliere media begrip toonde voor haar situatie en haar daarbij nog een veer in de vieze bips stak, dit terwijl ook zij verantwoordelijk is voor deze schunnige behandeling van getraumatiseerde slachtoffers……)

Weer een nieuw hoofdstuk in het drama Epstein, de eerder al veroordeelde kindermisbruiker en beheerder van een pedonetwerk, die op 10 auguistus dood in zijn cel werd aagetroffen. Volgens de autoriteiten suïcide, echter het is meer dan duidelijk dat Epstein is ‘gesuïcideerd’ (lees: vermoord), zodat machtige vip’s buitenschot konden blijven, figuren als Bill Clinton, Donald Trump en prins Andrew (het Britse koningshuis)…… Ongeveer een maand geleden lekte uit dat de reguliere media al langer op de hoogte waren van dit kindermisbruik schandaal……
Fairness bracht een artikel over ABC ‘nieuwsanker’ Amy Robach, die al 3 jaar geleden een onderzoek had gedaan naar Epstein en zijn machtige pedovrienden, waar de massamedia in de VS al lang wisten van zijn pedonetwerk….. (vergeet niet dat Epstein daar eerder al voor werd veroordeeld!) Robach had o.a. een interview gedaan met Virginia Roberts, één van de vrouwen die Epstein aanklaagde voor meervoudige verkrachting door hemzelf en vrienden van Epstein…… Robach werd ter verantwoording geroepen en daar gaf men haar te verstaan, dat niemand Epstein kent en dat het een dom verhaal was, kortom niet publiceer waardig. ‘Vreemd genoeg’ bemoeide ook het paleis, ofwel het Britse koningshuis zich met de zaak en was men bij ABC als de dood dat hen een interview met kroonprins William (dus de beoogd Brits troonopvolger) en Kate Middleton zou worden ontzegd…. (‘lekker belangrijk ook, een interview met deze groot-uitkeringstrekkers….’)
Robach is zoals verwacht flink pissig over de gang van zaken, volgens haar hebben zij en haar collega’s Virginia Roberts overgehaald de openbaarheid in te gaan, nadat ze 12 jaar lang ‘ondergedoken’ had gezeten. Volgens Robach had Roberts foto’s en andere bewijzen voor haar aantijgingen aan het adres van Epstein en prins Andrew…. Robach verzuchtte dat ze alles had, zelfs dat Bill Clinton gebruik had gemaakt van het pedoseksnetwerk……
In het boek van Edward Herman en Noam Chomsky, ‘Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media’, stellen zij dat er vijf voorwaarden zijn voor hetr publiceren van artikelen, waarvan er twee in het onderstaande artikel worden genoemd: sourcing en flak. Met sourcing wordt bedoeld de afhankelijkheid van de reguliere (massa) media van bronnen waarover ze als een soort subsidie berichten mogen publiceren, dus over machtige figuren als politici, beroemdheden en (grote) bedrijven, maar wel met een ‘nette berichtgeving…..’ Hetzelfde wat we hier zien met de ‘fotoshoot’ van het koningshuis, een beloning voor het niet ‘journalistiek’ lastigvallen van het meer dan belachelijke koningshuis (dat thuishoort in de middeleeuwen)……
Met ‘flak’ bedoelen Herman en Chomsky, negatieve reacties op media berichten die bijvooebeeld slecht uitpakken voor beroemdheden en politici. Iets dat kan uitmonden in het boycotten van media, of agressieve telefoontjes, aanklachten bij justitie, smaadcampagnes tegen journalisten of het medium waar ze voor werken, tot zelfs aanvallen van boze bewonderaars van een beroemdheid die de oren (meestal terecht) in het openbaar zijn gewassen…..
Door deze zaken zullen veel mediaorganen liever geen ruzie krijgen met machtige figuren, daar dit hen geld kan kosten en precies daar draait hem om in medialand, maakt niet uit wat je schrijft als het maar gelezen wordt, zoals het overnemen van alle leugens die de CIA, NSA en andere geheime diensten in de VS en daarbuiten brengen, als de VS weer eens een land illegaal wil binnenvallen…… Je zou zelfs kunnen stellen dat men uit angst deze leugens overneemt, echter dat is pure nonsens, immers de eigenaren van de reguliere (massa-) media, plutoicraten en onvesteringsmaatschappijen hebben belang bij de huidige status quo: zoveel mogelijk oorlogvoeren: goed voor het militair-industrieel complex, waarin aandelen heeft…. Verder totaal vrijbaan voor grote bedrijven waarin men natuurlijk ook aandelen heeft…. (zoals ons koningshuis grootaandeelhouder is van klimaatverkrachter Shell) Bovendien wenst men alleen de in het westen aangehangen neolibarale politiek te steunen, immers altijd goed voor de portemonnee……
Het voorgaande zet nog eens extra vraagtekens bij de leugens van die media en de westerse poltiek over ‘fake news’ (nepnieuws) en andere desinformatie, waarmee men NB de nog overgebleven echte media op het sociale netwerk de mond wil snoeren….. Terwijl diezelfde media, dus de reguliere westerse media, aantoonbaar vele meters aan nepnieuws en andere desinformatie hebben geproduceerd, waarmee het volk wordt bedrogen, bijvoorbeeld om de illegale oorlogen van de VS mee te ‘legitimeren…..’

for the ladies.”
Epstein’s
crimes shocked the public, and his arrest, trial and mysterious death
were major stories for much of 2019. But last month, leaked footage
emerged showing that corporate media knew much about these crimes
years previously. Discussing one of his accusers, ABC
News anchor
Amy Robach was caught
on camera lambasting
executives at her network for killing her investigations into the sex
offender because of Epstein’s connections. The clip was originally
leaked to infamous right-wing troll James O’Keefe, who has a long
history of producing bogus stories
(FAIR.org, 4/1/10, 3/14/11, 12/12/15, 10/21/16),
but ABC employees,
including Robach
herself,
have confirmed its authenticity.
Amy
Robach: “I’ve had the [Epstein] story for three years.”
In
the video, Robach complains:
“I’ve
had the story for three years. I’ve had this interview with
[Epstein complainant] Virginia Roberts. We would not put it on the
air. First of all I was told, “Who is Jeffrey Epstein? No one knows
who that is. This is a stupid story.” Then the palace found out
that we had her whole allegations about Prince Andrew, and threatened
us in a million different ways. We were so afraid we wouldn’t be
able to interview Kate and Will that it also quashed the story. And
then Alan Dershowitz was also implicated in it because of the
planes.”
“The
planes” is a reference to the celebrity attorney’s frequent trips
on Epstein’s infamous
private jet,
which he used for trafficking. A visibly exasperated Robach
continued, revealing the level of detail of her investigation:
She
told me everything, she had pictures, everything. She was in hiding
for 12 years. We convinced her to come out. We convinced her to talk
to us. It was unbelievable what we had; Clinton, we had everything. I
tried for three years to get it on to no avail, and now it’s all
coming out and it’s like these new revelations, and I freaking had
all of it!… What we had was unreal.
Robach’s
comments about being pressured into killing the story by powerful
people ABC relied upon are a perfect example of the
perils of access journalism. In their influential book Manufacturing
Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media, Edward Herman
and Noam Chomsky identified “sourcing” and “flak” as two of
the five key filters that dictate what makes the news and what does
not.
By
sourcing, Herman and Chomsky are referring to corporate media’s
reliance on powerful official sources (like politicians, celebrities
and corporations) to essentially subsidize them by providing them
with free content, such as interviews, soundbites, statistics and
pictures. Journalists are therefore caught up in a symbiotic
relationship with the powerful, where elite sources grant “scoops”
in exchange for preferential treatment. The royal family, Robach
claims, successfully used the influence it had, quashing the story by
threatening to cut off access.
It
is also particularly easy for the powerful to generate flak—negative
responses to media content. Flak can take the form of boycotts, angry
phone calls, lawsuits, smear campaigns and more. One particularly
alarming form of “flak” was the 2018
US mail bombing attempt,
where a Trump supporter sent a bomb to CNN headquarters
in response to its negative coverage of the president.
Robach
brought up Dershowitz, a famously
litigious lawyer,
as a reason for her silencing. But ABC could
reasonably expect great resistance from many of those connected to
Epstein, one more example of how stories scrutinizing the powerful
are discouraged in the modern media landscape.
ABC
Newswould
later claim that
they never nixed the story, stating that at the time of Robach’s
comments,
“not
all of our reporting met our standards to air, but we have never
stopped investigating the story. Ever since we’ve had a team
on this investigation and substantial resources dedicated to it. That
work has led to a two-hour documentary and six-part podcast that will
air in the new year.”
After
the video went viral, CBS
Newsfired
its producer Ashley
Bianco after ABC contacted
them, asserting (possibly
incorrectly)
that she had leaked the tape during her time working on Robach’s
show. Top executives at ABC are
reportedly “freaking
out”
over the anonymous employee’s identity, spending far more energy
and resources trying to find the leaker than in investigating why it
enabled a serial sexual predator to continue offending.

who denies sharing the Robach tape with anyone outside ABC News.
Perhaps
even more worryingly, corporate media rivals have largely not touched
the story. Neither Robach’s revelation nor Bianco’s termination
have been reported on by MSNBC, CNN, CBS or
the New
York Times,
nearly a month after the video first leaked. Thus the story of a
major media outlet covering up the crimes of a monster, with the only
person to face any sanction being the alleged whistleblower,
whom two outlets combined to punish, appears not to qualify as a
newsworthy event to much of the press.
Indeed,
Epstein’s team managed to convince many supposedly reputable
outlets, including the Huffington
Post (11/17/17), Forbes (10/2/13)
and the National
Review (7/10/13)
to publish puff pieces about him (New
York Times, 7/21/19).
(Epstein pled
guilty to
charges connected to sexual abuse of minors in 2008.) Forbes
described him as “one of the largest backers of cutting-edge
science around the world,” making no mention of his criminal past.
The stated writer was paid $600 by a PR firm to attach his name to
the pre-fab article and run it on the site, perhaps the most
blatantly unethical sponsorship practice there could be.
ABC’s
decision to spike the Epstein exposé in order not to embarrass or
implicate his powerful associates, thereby effectively enabling his
crimes, is a perfect example of the danger of access journalism.
Robach predicted, “There will come a day where we will realize
Jeffrey Epstein was the most prolific pedophile this country has ever
known.” Thanks to our corporate media system, that day was delayed
by at least three years.

pooier van het neoliberalisme…….
Epstein werd na introductie door Robert
Maxwell als agent van de Mossad aangesteld, overigens een weinig
succesvolle, vandaar dat men besloot met de hulp van Epstein politici
en ander bekende figuren te chanteren met foto’s en video’s, gemaakt
tijdens seksfeesten waar zoals gezegd de ‘vip’s’ seks hadden met
minderjarigen…….
De schrijver van het onderstaande
artikel Paul Joseph Watson noemt het niet, maar het kan bijna niet anders dan de CIA en
wellicht nog een andere geheime dienst van de meer dan 25 geheime
diensten die de VS ‘rijk’ is, moet medeplichtig zijn aan deze zaak…… De Israëlische ex-spion die alles in de openbaarheid gooide is Ari Ben-Menashe.
Niet vreemd dus dat Epstein is vermoord en ook dat kan wel eens zijn gedaan middels een samenwerkingsverband van geheime diensten, inclusief de Mossad…… Voorts moet niet vergeten
worden dat een aantal van de genoemde figuren nog steeds een zekere
macht hebben en geld voldoende hebben om iemand te laten vermoorden
in de gevangenis…… Neem Donald Trump, als zou uitkomen dat hij
zonder enige twijfel een minderjarige heeft verkracht, kon het wel
eens over en uit zijn voor hem……. Trouwens de Britse pedo-prins Andrew die zichzelf helemaal in de nesten heeft gewerkt met zijn zogenaamde verdediging, kon ook wel eens
zijn geholpen door MI6….*
Wellicht denk je dat het allemaal onzin
is, echter vergeleken met waartoe geheime diensten als de Mossad en
de CIA in staat zijn, zijn voornoemde zaken het best te vergelijken met een theekransje……. Zo is het wel zeker dat de Mossad de dienst is die achter de beschuldiging zit dat Jeremy Corbyn antisemiet is, alleen daar deze een paar jaar geleden aankondigde een heel andere koers te gaan varen als het om de (fascistische apartheidsstaat, Ap) Israël gaat, ook zou Corbyn als premier het verdrukte Palestijnse volk steunen, zo beloofde hij…. Alsof opkomen tegen de verdrukking van een volk antisemitisch is… Gezien wat nazi-Duitsland o.a. tegen de Joden flikte tijdens WOII, is dit te zot voor woorden!!

Epstein was a Mossad asset who was used by Israeli intelligence to
blackmail American politicians, according to a former Israeli spy.
Ari
Ben-Menashe,a
former Israeli spy and alleged “handler” of Robert Maxwell, told
the authors of a new book, Epstein:
Dead Men Tell No Tales,
that Epstein ran a “complex intelligence operation” at the behest
of Mossad.
Believing
that Epstein planned to marry his daughter, Maxwell introduced him
and Ghislaine Maxwell to Ben-Menashe’s Mossad circle.
“Maxwell
sort of started liking him, and my theory is that Maxwell felt that
this guy is going for his daughter,” Ben-Menashe
said.
“He
felt that he could bless him with some work and help him out in like
a paternal [way].”
Israeli
intelligence bosses gave the green light and Epstein then became a
Mossad asset.
“They
were agents of the Israeli Intelligence Services,” said
Ben-Menashe.
When
it became clear that Epstein wasn’t very competent at doing much
else, his primary role became “blackmailing American and other
political figures.”

Weinstein reportedly hired

truth” about Weinstein’s activity.

van Canada heeft één en ander geconcludeerd na een 3 jarig
onderzoek. Goed dat deze cijfers boven tafel zijn gekomen, al stellen
deskundigen dat er veel meer vrouwen en meisjes moeten zijn vermoord
dan wel ‘verdwenen…….’
Het
rapport maakt onder meer duidelijk dat de oorspronkelijke volkeren
van Canada (‘indianen’) nog steeds te maken hebben met geweld van de
overheid, nadat middels een genocide een enorm aantal van deze mensen
zijn vermoord. Aandacht verder voor de door de Canadese regering
afgedwongen en gelegaliseerde ontvoering van kinderen behorend tot de
oorspronkelijke volkeren, waar deze kinderen op internaten van de
overheid werden misbruikt door het personeel……
Verder werden deze volkeren onderworpen aan seksueel geweld, gedwongen

hoogste tijd dat de oorspronkelijke volkeren eindelijk serieus
worden genomen en dat de witte kolonisator met de vieze poten
afblijft van de te kleine gebieden die deze volkeren werden

investigating the terrifying number of murdered and missing
Indigenous women and girls, and its work culminated in the release of
a damning report. According to the Committee, there

the evidence they could collect, the Committee found that far more
than 4,000 Indigenous people have been murdered or “disappeared”

more than 1,200-page-long report details the horrors still being
inflicted upon the Indigenous community, even today. These include
Canada’s former practice of forcibly sending thousands of Indigenous

top of that, Canada’s First Nation peoples have also endured
abductions, sexual violence, forced sterilizations, lack of medical
access, mass food insecurity, homelessness, and active cultural
erasure.
Thankfully,
the document also includes 231 specific recommendations on how the
Canadian government can both begin to make amends for these heinous
crimes and to stop them once and for all.

in de VS een strafrechtproces te wachten staat kan je een ‘plea
bargain’ worden aangeboden, als je dat accepteert valt je straf veel
lager uit, dan wanneer je blijft ontkennen en dat geldt lullig
genoeg ook als je onschuldig bent (en toch wordt veroordeeld)…. Vandaar ook dat het mij een
raadsel is dat Nederland nog steeds mensen (zelfs eigen onderdanen)
uitlevert aan politie- en terreurstaat VS…… Alleen de barbaarse
doodstraf die nog steeds wordt uitgesproken en uitgevoerd in de VS
(zelfs weer met het ultieme martelwerktuig: de elektrische stoel) zou
voldoende moeten zijn voor een minister, met ook maar enig ethisch
besef, om elk verzoek tot uitlevering aan de VS af te wijzen….. Zo
niet in Nederland en ik dacht dat dit ook geldt voor alle andere westerse landen……
De
bewakers die Epstein in de gaten hadden moeten houden, waar nu
overigens van gezegd wordt dat ze maar om de 30 minuten hoefden te
kijken, hebben een plea deal afgewezen, ten eerste geeft
dat aan dat men deze bewakers wil vervolgen en ten tweede dat men
eigenlijk uitgaat van een schuldig….. Vreemd dat men Epstein van de
suïcide controle heeft gehaald waar men deze instelde nadat hij zich
eerder zogenaamd verwondingen had toegebracht in zijn cel,
verwondingen die hij zichzelf onmogelijk had kunnen toebrengen, aldus
specialisten……
De
camera’s die op de celdeur van Epstein gericht hadden moeten staan,
stonden dat niet ten tijde dat Epstein ‘werd gesuïcideerd……’ (je
moet wel heel naïef zijn om nog te geloven in de zelfdoding van
Epstein, die met zijn getuigenis een groot aantal bekende figuren,
veelal politici, naast Blair, Clinton en Trump ook prins Andrew [GB],
had kunnen meenemen naar de gevangenis…..*) Het is
dan ook duidelijk dat Epstein werd vermoord in zijn cel, echter die
mogelijkheid wordt niet eens onderzocht, althans dat wordt door velen
als feit aangenomen……
De
bekende politici en vips die gebruik maakten van Epsteins seksnetwerk zijn
overigens ‘nog niet van de justitiële haak, daar de vrouw van
Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell ook berecht zal worden als handlanger van
Epsteins pedo seksnetwerk. In de aanklacht zouden honderden namen
staan van onder meer politici…… (ik zal het bericht daarover

Zoals
gezegd: het is duidelijk dat Epstein is vermoord, echter of we dat
ooit uit de mond van een rechter zullen horen is maar zeer de vraag,
de rechtspraak in de VS is door en door verrot (zoals je zo even al

Watching Epstein During Mysterious Suicide Reject Plea Deal
Federal
prosecutors offered a plea deal to two correctional officers
responsible for guarding disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein on the
night of his death, but the officers have declined the offer, people
familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.
The
existence of the plea offer signals the Justice Department is
considering criminal charges in connection with the
wealthy financier’s death at
the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York in August. The
city’s medical examiner ruled Epstein’s death a suicide.
The
guards on Epstein’s unit are suspected of failing to check on him
every half hour, as required, and of fabricating log entries to show
they had. As part of the proposed plea deal, prosecutors wanted the
guards to admit they falsified the prison records, according to the
people familiar with the matter. They spoke on the condition of
anonymity because they were not permitted to publicly discuss the
investigation.
The
U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan had no comment on the plea
offer.
Both
guards were working overtime because of staffing shortages. They have
been placed on administrative leave while the FBI and
the Justice Department’s inspector general investigate the
circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death. The 66-year-old had been
awaiting trial on charges of sexually abusing teenage girls.
Epstein
was placed on suicide watch after he was found on his cell floor July
23 with bruises on his neck. Multiple people familiar with operations
at the jail have said Epstein was then taken off suicide watch about
a week before his death, meaning he was less closely monitored but
still supposed to be checked on every 30 minutes.
Epstein’s
death exposed mounting evidence that the chronically understaffed
Metropolitan Correctional Center may have bungled its responsibility
to keep him alive. Guards often work overtime day after day, and
other employees are pressed into service as correctional officers.
Falsification
of records has been a problem throughout the federal prison system.
Kathleen Hawk Sawyer, who was named director of the Bureau of Prisons
after Epstein’s death, disclosed in a Nov. 4 internal memo that a
review of operations across the agency found some staff members
failed to perform required rounds and inmate counts but logged that
they had done so anyway.
“Falsification
of information in government systems and documents is also a
violation of policy, and may be subject to criminal prosecution as
well,” Hawk Sawyer wrote in the memo to top prison officials, a
copy of which was obtained by the AP.
The
memo also noted that staff members who are indicted by a grand jury
will be placed on an indefinite, unpaid suspension until the
resolution of the criminal case.
Epstein’s
ability to take his own life while incarcerated at one of the most
secure jails in America ended the possibility
of a trial that
would have involved prominent figures. And it sparked widespread
anger that he wouldn’t have to answer for the allegations. He had
pleaded not guilty and was preparing to argue that he could not be
charged because of a 2008 deal he made to avoid federal prosecution
on similar allegations.
The
Justice Department has vowed to aggressively investigate and bring
charges against anyone who may have helped Epstein. Federal
prosecutors investigating the financier’s death subpoenaed up to 20
staff members at the jail in August.
Attorney
General William Barr — who has said investigators found “serious
irregularities” at the jail — said the FBI’s investigation had
been slowed because some witnesses had been uncooperative.
In
addition to the shakeup at the top of the Bureau of Prisons, the
warden at the Metropolitan Correctional Center had also been
reassigned to a desk post at a regional office.
Secret
court filings related to disgraced financier and convicted pedophile
Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged madame Ghislaine Maxwell could
implicate “hundreds of other people,” her lawyer told the court
at a hearing Wednesday.
Finding
out who the people are will take time as Maxwell’s lawyer, an
attorney representing some women Epstein allegedly abused and a U.S.
District Court judge have not yet agreed on how the documents should
be unsealed.
The
judge, Loretta Preska, was reportedly irritated that the sides
haven’t come to an agreement yet. The documents are part of a
defamation lawsuit one of Epstein’s accusers, Virginia Giuffre,
filed several years ago against Maxwell, a British socialite who
allegedly procured young girls for Epstein.
The
list of “hundreds of other people” that could be implicated
include “numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business
executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister and other
world leaders.”
“Did
you people not talk about this?” Preska barked at the lawyers in a
Manhattan
federal court. A plan was then put in place to figure out a process
to categorize the thousands of pages of sealed documents over the
next two weeks.
The
lawyers would then have another week to figure out which group of
documents should be unsealed first, followed by a week-to-week
process thereafter to evaluate which documents should or should not
be released to the public, according to CNBC.
“There
are hundreds of other people who could be implicated” in the
documents, Maxwell lawyer Jeffrey Pagliuca said. Pagliuca wanted at
least a month to decide which documents go into which of 10
categories, but the judge shot that down.
“You
know we got to get this done,” Preska said.
The
hearing was nearly a month after Epstein
allegedly killed himself in jail while
awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges. Epstein of course
was once friends with both President Donald Trump and former
President Bill Clinton, as well as Britain’s Prince Andrew.
Prosecutors
continue to investigate the Epstein case and it’s possible that
others could be charged.
Giuffre
alleges she was sexually abused by Epstein’s circle of high-profile
politicians and business executives, as well as Harvard Law professor
and staunch Trump defender Alan Dershowitz, who denies the claims.
About
2,000 pages of documents have already been released, including
allegations against former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and former
Democratic Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell, who both denied
the allegations. The documents also showed Trump flew
on Epstein’s private plane in 1997, and that Clinton flew on it
many times.

Om zijn woorden kracht bij te zetten zei hij dat hij ‘niet zweet als hij seksuele handelingen verricht’, zoals de vrouw stelt die hem beschuldigt van verkrachting (……. overigens meteen een uiterst seksistische opmerking en waar je uit kan opmaken dat de vrouw waar hij seks mee heeft alleen maar alles moet ondergaan….) Nee, een verkrachting kan Andrew zich niet herinneren, waarschijnlijk daar dit geval niet op zich staat, anders dan zijn bezoek aan een pizzeria……. Wat een leugenaar!!
Eén en ander nadat het seksschandaal rond Epstein bekend werd en Andrew werd aangewezen als één van de ‘vips’ die gebruik maakten van de pooierdiensten van pedo Epstein……
Koningshuizen hebben schijt aan het volk en dat kan zover gaan: -dat men burgers niet betaalt voor bewezen diensten, -dat dit soort figuren blijven jagen terwijl het volk hen daarvoor verfoeit, -dat men ondanks een gigantische berg geld alsnog belasting probeert te ontduiken en nu dus weer -dat men zich schuldig heeft gemaakt aan verkrachting, zelfs van minderjarigen (denk maar niet dat Andrew de uitzondering is….)
Leuk te horen hoe men met deze zaak omgaat bij de BBC daar deze zendgemachtigde altijd en immer propaganda maakt voor het Britse koningshuis, waar men nu niet weet hoe de berichten dienaangaande in te kleden, dus vooral: ‘Andrew zou volgens anderen e.e.a. hebben gedaan’, waar de meerderheid van het Britse volk Andrew terecht al lang niet meer gelooft……..
Een
voormalige ‘hoge’ medewerker van de Israëlische militaire geheime dienst, Ari Ben-Menashe liet
onlangs in een interview weten dat Jeffrey Epstein en Ghislaine
Maxwell werkten voor de Israëlische geheime dienst……. Volgens deze
figuur werd het seksnetwerk van Epstein gebruikt om vooraanstaande
personen, zoals machtige politici (o.a. Bill Clinton en Tony Blair), te chanteren. Deze geheime dienst
heeft de chantage dienst opgezet en….. gebruikt!
Het
was overigens al duidelijk dat het netwerk van Epstein werd gebruikt
om vooraanstaande politici te chanteren daar zij kinderen seksueel
misbruikten, kinderen die hare kwaadaardigheid Ghislaine Maxwell ‘trash’ noemde, ofwel vuilnis waar
je mee kan doen wat je wilt…….. Vreemd genoeg hebben de reguliere
westerse massamedia vooral aandacht aan Epstein besteed, waar ze zijn
zelfmoord als zeker bestempelden, terwijl het meer dan duidelijk is
dat Epstein werd vermoord en dat moet een overheidsinstantie hebben
gedaan, of deze instantie heeft een ander de opdracht gegeven,
Epstein mocht de rechtszaal nooit bereiken, teveel belangrijke en
machtige figuren zouden van hun voedstuk donderen, neem Trump,
Clinton en ga nog maar een tijdje door…….
Ari
Ben-Menashe heeft overigens wel meer te vertellen, bijvoorbeeld dat
hij in de 80er jaren van de vorige eeuw samen met Robert Maxwell
betrokken was bij de Iran-Contra-Affaire…….. Dezelfde Maxwell
introduceerde Ben-Menashe bij Jeffrey Epstein in het midden van die
jaren 80.
Maxwell
had trouwens een heel netwerk in Israël en daar maakte ook Ariel
Sharon deel van uit, Sharon de beestachtige oorlogsmisdadiger die
verantwoordelijk was voor de massamoord in Sabra en
Shatila, het Palestijnse vluchtelingenkamp en de aangrenzende wijk in Beiroet, Libanon……
Voorafgaand aan een interview met Robert Parry in 2012 over Iran Contra en andere smerige geheime acties in de 80er jaren van de vorige eeuw, ging het huis van Ben-Menashe in Montreal in vlammen op, e.e.a. als gevolg van een aanval met een brandbom waarin een vloeistof die alleen door militairen wordt gebruikt, het is dan ook wel duidelijk dat Israël Ben-Menashe de mond wilde snoeren…….

recent interview given by a former high-ranking official in Israeli

interview with
Zev Shalev, former CBS
News executive
producer and award-winning investigative journalist for Narativ,
the former senior executive for Israel’s Directorate of Military
Intelligence, Ari Ben-Menashe, claimed not only to have met Jeffrey
Epstein and his alleged madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, back in the 1980s,
but that both Epstein and Maxwell were already working
with Israeli intelligence during that time period.
“They
found a niche”
In an
interview last
week with the independent outlet Narativ,
Ben-Menashe, who himself was involved in Iran-Contra arms deals, told
his interviewer Zev Shalev that he had been introduced to Jeffrey
Epstein by Robert Maxwell in the mid-1980s while Maxwell’s and
Ben-Menashe’s involvement with Iran-Contra was ongoing. Ben-Menashe
did not specify the year he met Epstein.
Ben-Menashe
told Shalev that “he [Maxwell] wanted us to accept him [Epstein] as
part of our group …. I’m not denying that we were at the time a
group that it was Nick Davies [Foreign Editor of the
Maxwell-Owned Daily
Mirror],
it was Maxwell, it was myself and our team from Israel, we were doing
what we were doing.” Past reporting by Seymour Hersh and
others revealed
that Maxwell,
Davies and Ben-Menashe were involved in the transfer and sale of
military equipment and weapons from Israel to Iran on behalf of
Israeli intelligence during this time period.
He
then added that Maxwell had stated during the introduction that “your
Israeli bosses have already approved” of Epstein. Shalev later
noted that Maxwell “had an extensive network in Israel at the time,
which included the then-Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, according to
Ben-Menashe.”
Ben-Menashe
went on to say that he had “met him [Epstein] a few times in
Maxwell’s office, that was it.” He also said he was not aware of
Epstein being involved in arms deals for anyone else he knew at the
time, but that Maxwell wanted to involve Epstein in the arms transfer
in which he, Davies and Ben-Menashe were engaged on Israel’s
behalf.

However,
as MintPress reported
in Part
IV of
the investigative series “Inside
the Jeffrey Epstein Scandal: Too Big to Fail,”
Epstein was involved with several arms dealers during this period of
time, some of whom were directly involved in Iran-Contra arms deals
between Israel and Iran. For instance, after leaving Bear Stearns in
1981, Epstein began
working in
the realms of shadow finance as a self-described “financial bounty
hunter,” where he would both hunt down and hide money for powerful
people. One of these powerful individuals was Adnan Khashoggi, a
Saudi arms dealer with close ties to both Israeli and U.S.
intelligence and one of the main brokers of Iran-Contra arms deals
between Israel and Iran. Epstein would later forge a business
relationship with a CIA front company involved in another aspect of
Iran-Contra, the airline Southern Air Transport, on behalf of Leslie
Wexner’s company, The Limited.
During
this period, it is also known that Epstein became well acquainted
with the British arms dealer Sir Douglas Leese, who collaborated with
Khashoggi on at least one British-Saudi arms deal in the 1980s.
Leese would
later introduce Epstein
to Steven Hoffenberg, calling Epstein a “genius” and describing
his lack of morals during that introduction. Thus, there are
indications that Epstein was involved with Middle Eastern arms deals,
including some related to Iran-Contra, during this period. In
addition, Epstein would later claim (and then subsequently deny)
having worked for the CIA during this period.
After
having been introduced to Epstein, Ben-Menashe claimed that neither
he nor Davies were impressed with Epstein and considered him “not
very competent.” He added that Ghislaine Maxwell had “fallen for”
Epstein and that he believed that the romantic relationship between
his daughter and Epstein led Robert Maxwell to work to bring the
latter into the “family business” — i.e., Maxwell’s dealings
with Israeli intelligence. This information is very revealing, given
that the narrative, until now at least, has been that Ghislaine
Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein did not meet and begin their relationship
until after Robert Maxwell’s death in 1991, after which Ghislaine
moved to New York.
Ben-Menashe
says that well after the introduction, though again he does not
specify what year, Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein began a
sexual blackmail operation with the purpose of extorting U.S.
political and public figures on behalf of Israeli military
intelligence. He stated:
In
this case what really happened, my take on it, in the later thing, is
that these guys were seen as agents. They weren’t really competent
to do very much. And so they found a niche for themselves —
blackmailing American and other political figures.”
He
then confirmed, when prompted, that they were blackmailing Americans
on behalf of Israeli intelligence.
In
response to his statement, Zev Shalev replied, “But, you know,
for most people it’s hard for them to think of Israel as being …
blackmailing their leaders in the United States, it’s a very …”
at which point, Ben-Menashe interrupted and the following exchange
took place:
Ari
Ben-Menashe: You’re kidding? [laughs]…. It was
quite their M.O. Sleeping around is not a crime, it may be
embarrassing, but it’s not a crime, but sleeping with underage
girls is a crime.
Shalev: It
was a crime in 2000 as well, but they let him off that…
Ben-Menashe: And
that it is [why] always so he [Epstein] made sure these girls were
underage.
In
addition, when Shalev asked Ben-Menashe about the
relationship between
Jeffrey Epstein and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak,
Ben-Menashe stated “After a while, you know, what Mr. Epstein was
doing was collecting intelligence on people in the United States. And
so if you want to go to the U.S. if you’re a high-profile
politician you want to know information about people.” Ben-Menashe
subsequently stated that Barak was obtaining compromising information
(i.e., blackmail) that Epstein had acquired on powerful people in the
United States.
PROMIS,
sex, and blackmail
If
Robert Maxwell did recruit Epstein and bring him into the “family
business” and the world of Israeli intelligence, as Ben-Menashe has
claimed, it provides supporting evidence for information provided
to MintPress by a former U.S. intelligence official,
who chose to remain anonymous in light of the sensitivity of the
claim.
This
source, who has direct knowledge of the unauthorized use of PROMIS to
support covert U.S. and Israeli intelligence projects,
told MintPress that
“some of the proceeds from the illicit sales of PROMIS were made
available to Jeffrey Epstein for use in compromising targets of
political blackmail.” As was noted in a Mintpress series
on the Epstein scandal,
much of Epstein’s funding also came from Ohio billionaire Leslie
Wexner, who has documented ties to both organized crime and U.S. and
Israeli intelligence.
After
the PROMIS software was stolen from its rightful owner and developer,
Inslaw Inc., through the collusion of both U.S. and Israeli
officials, it was marketed mainly by two men: Earl Brian, a close
aide to Ronald Reagan, later U.S. envoy to Iran and close friend of
Israeli spymaster Rafi Eitan; and Robert Maxwell. Brian sold the
bugged software through his company, Hadron Inc., while Maxwell sold
it through an Israeli company he acquired called Degem. Before and
following Maxwell’s acquisition of Degem, the company was a
known front for
Mossad operations and Mossad operatives in Latin America often posed
as Degem employees.
With
Maxwell — Epstein’s alleged recruiter and father of Epstein’s
alleged madam — having been one of the main salespeople involved in
selling PROMIS software on behalf of intelligence, he would have been
in a key position to furnish Epstein’s nascent sexual blackmail
operation with the proceeds from the sale of PROMIS.
This
link between Epstein’s sexual blackmail operation and the PROMIS
software scandal is notable given that the illicit use of PROMIS by
U.S. and Israeli intelligence has been for blackmail purposes on U.S.
public figures and politicians, as was described in a
recent MintPress report.
Can
an ex-spy be trusted?
When
dealing in the world of deception and intrigue that defines
intelligence operations, it is often difficult to determine whether
any individual linked to an intelligence agency is telling the truth.
Indeed, in the United States, there are examplesof
elected intelligence officials committing perjury and lying to
Congress on
several occasions with
no consequences, and of intelligence officials feeding politically
motivated and untrue information to agency assets in the media.
So,
are Ari Ben-Menashe’s claims regarding Epstein and the Maxwells
trustworthy? In addition to the aforementioned, corroborating
information for his claims, a review of Ben-Menashe’s
post-intelligence career suggests this is the case.

Prior
to his arrest in November 1989, Ben-Menashe was a high-ranking
officer in a special unit of Israeli military intelligence. He
would later
claim that
his arrest for attempting to sell American-made weapons to Iran was
politically motivated, as he had threatened to expose what the U.S.
government had done with the stolen PROMIS software if the U.S. did
not cease providing Saddam Hussein’s Iraq with chemical weapons.
Ben-Menashe was later
acquitted when
a U.S. court determined that his involvement in the attempted sale of
military equipment to Iran was done on behalf of the Israeli state.
After
his arrest, Ben-Menashe was visited in prison by Robert Parry, the
former Newsweek contributor
and Associated
Press reporter
who would later found and run Consortium
News until
his recent passing last year. Parry remembered
that,
during that interview, “Ben-Menashe offered me startling new
information about the Iran-Contra scandal, which I thought that I
knew quite well.”
Israel’s
government immediately began to attack Ben-Menashe’s credibility
following his interview with Parry, and claimed that Ben-Menashe had
never worked for Israeli intelligence. When Parry soon found
evidence that
Ben-Menashe had indeed served in Israeli military intelligence,
Israel’s government was then forced to admit that he had worked for
military intelligence, but only as a “low-level translator.”
Yet, the
documentation Parry
had uncovered described Ben-Menashe as having served in “key
positions” and performed “complex and sensitive assignments.”
A
year later, Ben-Menashe would be interviewed by another journalist,
Seymour Hersh. It would be Ben-Menashe who first revealed to Hersh
secrets about Israel’s nuclear program and the fact that British
media mogul Robert Maxwell was an Israeli spy, revelations that Hersh
would not only independently corroborate but include in his book The
Samson Option: Israel’s Nuclear Arsenal and American Foreign
Policy.
Hersh was then sued by Robert Maxwell and the Maxwell-owned Mirror
Group for libel. The case was later
settled in
Hersh’s favor, as the claims Hersh had made were true and not
libelous. As a result, the Mirror Group paid Hersh for damages,
covered his legal costs, and issued him a formal apology.
After
Ben-Menashe’s interviews by Hersh and Parry, Israel’s government
was apparently concerned enough about what Ben-Menashe would tell
congressional investigators that it attempted
to kidnap him and
bring him back to Israel to face state charges, much like Israeli
intelligence had done to Israel’s nuclear-weapons whistleblower
Mordechai Vanunu. The plan was foiled largely thanks to Parry.
Parry,
who broke many key stories related to the Iran-Contra scandal in the
1980s and beyond, was tipped off by a U.S. intelligence source about
a joint U.S.-Israel plan to have Ben-Menashe first be denied entry to
the United States on his planned trip to give congressional
testimony. Per the plan, Ben-Menashe would be denied entry to the
U.S. in Los Angeles and then be deported to Israel, where he would
have stood trial for “exposing state secrets.” Parry called
Ben-Menashe and convinced him to delay his flight until he secured a
guarantee for safe passage from the U.S. government.
Ben-Menashe
subsequently gave a
sworn statement to
the House Judiciary Committee that mostly focused on U.S.-Israel
collusion regarding the theft and creation of a “backdoor” into
the PROMIS software. Ben-Menashe offered to name names and provide
corroborating evidence for several of his claims if he was offered
immunity by the committee, which, for whatever reason. declined that
request.
Prior
to the conclusion of the Hersh “libel” trial, which would later
uphold Ben-Menashe’s claims regarding Robert Maxwell’s Mossad
activities as true, there was a concerted effort in the U.S. press to
downplay Ben-Menashe’s credibility. For instance, Newsweek —
in an article on Ben-Menashe entitled “One
Man, Many Tales”
— claimed that “inconsistencies may undermine Ben-Menashe’s
testimony in the British courtroom proceedings,” citing
inconsistencies from sources in Israel’s government and Israeli
intelligence as well as Ben-Menashe’s
ex-wife and
Israeli journalist Shmuel (or Samuel) Segev, a former
IDF colonel.
It goes without saying that such sources had much to gain from any
effort to discredit Ben-Menashe’s claims.
According
to Parry, this media campaign, which employed American journalists
with close
ties to
Israel’s government and intelligence agencies, was very successful
“in marginalizing Ben-Menashe by 1993, at least in the eyes of the
Washington Establishment.” After a years-long media campaign to
discredit Ben-Menashe, “the Israelis seemed to view him as a
declining threat, best left alone. He was able to pick up the pieces
of his life, creating a second act as an international political
consultant and businessman arranging sales of grain.” The effort to
marginalize Ben-Menashe has continued well into recent years, with
mainstream news outlets still referring to him as a “self-described
ex-Israeli spy”
— despite the well-documented fact that Ben-Menashe worked for
Israeli intelligence — as a means of downplaying his claims
regarding his time in Israel’s intelligence service.
After
the conclusion of the Hersh libel trial, Ben-Menashe became an
international political consultant who “surrounded his far-flung
business activities in secrecy and got involved with some
controversial international figures, such as Zimbabwe’s leader
Robert Mugabe,” and “conducted
his international consulting business … in a wide variety of global
hotspots, including conflict zones,” according to Parry. In
addition to Mugabe, Ben-Menashe has
also recently come underfirefor
his consulting work on behalf of Sudan’s military junta and
Venezuelan opposition politician Henri Falcón.
Ben-Menashe
has also maintained ties to several different intelligence services
and eventually
became a
controversial whistleblower whose information led
to the arrest of
the former head of Canada’s Security Intelligence Review Committee,
Arthur Porter.
As
far as his character is concerned, Parry
noted that
Ben-Menashe could often be “his own worst enemy” and that, even
though Parry considered his information regarding Iran-Contra and
PROMIS reliable and noted that much of it was later corroborated, he
“often compound[ed] his media problem by treating journalists in a
high-handed manner, either due to his suspicions of them or his
arrogance.”
Bill
Hamilton, the original developer of the PROMIS software and head of
Inslaw Inc., also found Ben-Menashe’s claims regarding the illicit
use of PROMIS by U.S. and Israeli intelligence agencies to be
credible, though he expressed doubts about Ben-Menashe’s
character.
Hamilton
told MintPress the following about Ben-Menashe:
Ari
Ben Menashe was the first source to tell us reliable information
about the role of Rafi Eitan and Israeli intelligence vis-a-vis
PROMIS but, in the end, of course, he was a clandestine services-type
guy whose official duties include the ability and willingness to lie,
cheat, and steal.”
A
threat revived
While
Ben-Menashe may have been viewed as a “declining threat” after
the early 1990s, his plans to meet with Robert Parry of Consortium
News years
later in 2012 to discuss Iran-Contra and other covert dealings of the
1980s appeared to change that. Right before he planned to travel from
Canada to the United States to meet with Parry and “finally prove”
the truthfulness of his past claims, a
fire-bomb was thrown into
his Montreal home, destroying it.

Though
Canadian media referred
to the
incendiary device as a “molotov cocktail,” Consortium
News reported that
“the arson squad’s initial assessment is said to be that the
flammable agent was beyond the sort of accelerant used by common
criminals,” leading to speculation that the accelerant was
military-grade.
Had
it not been for the bomb, the origins of which Canadian police failed
to determine, Ben-Menashe would have traveled to the U.S. alongside a
“senior Israeli intelligence figure” to be interviewed by Parry.
The other intelligence-linked individual, according
to Parry,
“concluded that the attack was meant as a message from Israeli
authorities to stay silent about the historical events that he was
expected to discuss.”
Though
neither Ben-Menashe nor Parry directly blamed Israel’s government
for the destruction of Ben-Menashe’s home, Parry
noted that
the bombing did succeed in “intimidating Ben-Menashe, shutting down
possible new disclosures of Israeli misconduct from the other
intelligence veteran, and destroying records that would have helped
Ben-Menashe prove whatever statements he might make.”
While
Ben-Menashe’s post-intelligence associations with controversial
governments and individuals have given plenty of fodder to the still
thriving media campaign to discredit his claims about covert
U.S.-Israel operations in the 1980s, there remain troubling
indications that the Israeli government sees his information on
decades-old events as a threat.
Now,
with the major efforts by powerful Americans and Israelis to distance
themselves from Jeffrey Epstein and other figures associated with his
depraved sex trafficking operation, Ben-Menashe may soon again find
his reputation — and perhaps more — under fire.
