Op WDR 5 berichtte men rond 13.40 u. vanmiddag over de zaak Skripal, de ex-spion die samen met zijn dochter vergiftigd zou zijn met novitsjok.
De Duitse regering Merkel schaarde zich achter de Britten, ging mee in de beschuldiging aan het adres van Rusland en zette daarop ook daadwerkelijk Russische diplomaten het land uit….. Echter diezelfde Duitse regering heeft tot op de dag van vandaag geen enkel bewijs van de Britten gekregen voor die beschuldigingen aan het adres van Rusland……..
Geen bewijs voor de beschuldigingen dat de gebruikte novitsjok werd gefabriceerd in Rusland, noch voor de beschuldiging dat Rusland verantwoordelijk is voor ‘de aanslag’ op Skripal………
Oh wonder: ook vader Skripal heeft het ziekenhuis verlaten en is zo gezond als een vis…… Terwijl deskundigen na bekend worden van de ‘aanslag’ bij hoog en laag beweerden dat novitsjok dodelijk is en de Skripals de aanslag hooguit als plant zouden kunnen overleven, dus voorgoed in coma……
Kortom de false flag operatie tegen Rusland is mislukt, hoewel ook de reguliere media en opiniemakers in hun doorlopende anti-Russische propaganda rustig volhouden dat Rusland schuldig is aan deze ‘aanslag….’ Als er inderdaad een aanslag is gepleegd op de Skripals middels novitsjok, zullen de daders ofwel gezocht moeten worden in Groot-Brittannië, de VS of in voormalige Sovjetstaten, zoals Polen of Oekraïne, die destijds novitsjok zouden hebben gehad, of deze kankerzooi alsnog hebben gefabriceerd (dat zou niet zo ingewikkeld zijn)…….
Al de bovengenoemde landen hebben er baat bij als Rusland wordt gedemoniseerd, terwijl Rusland daar op geen manier van kan profiteren, zeker niet aan de vooravond van het WK voetbal en op een moment dat het westen zo ongeveer alles wat misgaat in de schoenen van de Russen probeert te schuiven…..
Nadat
Facebook aankondigde haar ‘trending nieuws’ onderdeel te laten vallen, vanwege
het ‘hoge gehalte aan fake news’ (nepnieuws) en deze te vervangen voor een
‘breaking news’ programmering*, heeft dit frauderende mediaorgaan
besloten nieuws shows te gaan brengen.
Ter verduidelijking van het ‘breaking news’ platform: dit ‘breaking news’ onderdeel wordt samengesteld door 80 regulaire mediaorganen, je weet wel media die zich keer op keer juist schuldig maken aan het brengen van fake news……. (neem de berichtgeving voorafgaand, tijdens en zelfs na de illegale oorlogen die de VS is begonnen in bijvoorbeeld Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië……)

to Fund Original News Shows From “Trustworthy” Outlets Like
CNN and Fox News
In
an effort to improve its credibility, Facebook is launching original
news shows with mainstream networks like ABC, Fox
News,
and CNN.
Amid ongoing controversies and
widespread public distrust of the platform — as well as widespread
public apprehension toward the political, media, and corporate
establishment at large — it is unclear how Facebook intends to
leverage these outlets to build trust.
Variety,
an entertainment industry outlet, reported Wednesday
that the new effort “is
partly aimed at driving up viewing on its Facebook
Watchplatform
— but it also is supposed to demonstrate the social-media giant’s
commitment to funding trustworthy journalism.”
The
initiative, to be introduced this summer, is led by a mainstream
reporter-turned-Facebook employee. Campbell Brown, Facebook’s head
of global news partnerships, was previously a host for CNN and
worked as a reporter for NBC
News.
“Given
this is our first step into this, we wanted to have a diverse slate
of shows that could deliver different things,” she
said of the new program. Other participants include Univision, Mic,
and ATTN.
“Earlier
this year we made a commitment to
show news that is trustworthy, informative, and local on Facebook. As
a part of that commitment, we are creating a dedicated section within
Watch for news shows produced exclusively for Facebook by news
publishers. With this effort, we are testing a destination for high
quality and timely news content on the platform.”
The
move comes as Facebook moves to discontinue its “trending news”
service, which has been accused of spreading fake information (the
platform will instead implement a “breaking news” feature,
working with 80 different outlets around the world in a project
separate from it’s mainstream Watch programming).
To
be sure, Facebook has served as a breeding ground for wildly
inaccurate “news” stories from highly questionable outlets.
However,
despite Facebook’s stated intention to combat this type of fake
news, it is no secret that outlets like CNN and Fox
News have disingenuously helped
perpetuate society-wide submission to corrupt, exploitative agendas
by baiting the public with divide and conquer tactics
and distractions.
CNN,
which dubs itself “the
most trusted name in news,” spends
much of its airtime obsessing over Russia, the Mueller investigation,
Stormy Daniels, and other topics that are comparatively superficial
in light of bipartisan policies that destroy the world and infringe
upon people’s basic rights. They have been caught on multiple
instances pushing incorrect
information and
selectively reporting stories. For example, one “exclusive report”
on Libya’s burgeoning human slave trade failed to acknowledge that
a major catalyzing force for the trade’s growth was the Obama
administration’s toppling of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
Fox
News,
too, is an egregious perpetuator of manipulative narratives, and the
outlet’s hosts spend much of their time covering petty issues. In
one instance, earlier this year, Fox
and Friends pundits
had a meltdown over
the NFL’s decision to broadcast potential national anthem protests
at the Super Bowl (they did not actually occur). Fox was
also a major contributor to
the push for the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
Both outlets,
along with MSNBC, ABC, NBC,
and CBS have
been found to
spread falsehoods on a regular basis as pundits prattle on, peddling
establishment viewpoints.
These
mainstream outlets also push emotionally charged, vitriolic opinions,
and to a large extent, these divides are evident in the comment
sections of political Facebook posts.
Despite
Facebook’s cozying up to mainstream outlets, Variety reports
that both Fox
News and CNN previously complained about
Facebook’s approach to news. “It
was important to us that there was a fair value exchange, which there
hasn’t always been,” said
Andrew Morse, CNN’s
EVP and GM of CNN Digital
Worldwide, while speaking about the new programming deal. Anderson
Cooper will host CNN’s
Facebook show while Shep Smith will helm Fox’s.
The
move follows not only claims of Facebook spreading dis- and
mis-information but also suppressing reach
for many large pages not deemed “trustworthy.” Independent news
organizations, in particular, have complained that their followers
now rarely see their posts.
Regardless
of this new program, public trust in mainstream news sources at large
continues to drop.
While this seems promising, unfortunately, much of this distrust is
also associated with part of the population’s unquestioning trust
in President Donald Trump as many of his supporters tend to reject
news that discredits or criticizes him.
As
Facebook continues to serve as a mouthpiece for the establishment —
and as it continues to work with
the government to police the internet — the need for decentralized
alternatives like Steemit, Minds, and othersthat
do not censor their users or promote propaganda is increasingly
apparent.

artikel van Caitlin Johnstone begint met de rel die in de VS ontstond
rond de presentator van MSNBC Joy (-Ann) Reid. Deze presentator
fantaseert er af en toe graag op los en heeft in het verleden al heel
wat zeer foute uitspraken gedaan. Johnstone is daar verder niet zo in
geïnteresseerd, maar wel in het feit dat de top van MSNBC deze presentator keer op keer de handen boven het hoofd houdt…………
Het
is niet moeilijk teksten op te lezen voor tv, wel is het moeilijk om
dag in dag de boel te belazeren en te manipuleren ten gunste van een
kleine groep geprivilegieerden, aldus verwoordt Johnstone ‘het werk’ van Reid……. (al moet ik zeggen dat het niet zo moeilijk is om te liegen en bedriegen, zeker als je ziet hoeveel reguliere mediaorganen zich hier schuldig aan maken…) Dezelfde Reid maakt iedereen af
in de media die ter linkerzijde van Hillary Clinton staat en noemt
zichzelf desondanks ‘links…’ ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! (Reid zou zo bij de PvdA aan kunnen sluiten!)
Voorts
stelt Reid dat niemand heeft geprofiteerd van Wikileaks, behalve
Rusland dan….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja ik lach wel, maar dergelijke onzinverhalen vindt je overal in de reguliere westerse (massa-) media, ook in ons
land. De grootste kul wordt met een serieus gezicht keer op keer
opgelepeld en lullig genoeg heeft dit een grote invloed op de
westerse bevolkingen dat hoor je pas goed als je de reacties onder
krantenberichten leest of inbellers op een actualiteitenprogramma
hoort praten. Negen van de tien redeneren vanuit de valse
informatie die hen dag in dag uit wordt voorgeschoteld (op een manier die vergeleken kan worden met hersenspoelen)…….
Bovendien is het wel erg wrang om te stellen dat Rusland baat heeft bij Wikileaks, als je ziet hoe Rusland wordt gedemoniseerd vanwege vermeende manipulaties van o.a. de presidentsverkiezingen in de VS, waar Rusland zelfs werd beschuldigd van het lekken van VS overheidsdocumenten naar Wikileaks……. Wat een idioot moet je zijn om te denken dat Rusland profiteert van de hysterische anti-Russische propaganda in het westen, neem alleen al de sancties die op valse gronden zijn genomen tegen dit land……
In feite zou een groot deel van de wereld moeten profiteren van Wikileaks, immers in de documenten van Wikileaks valt te lezen hoe smerig de spelletjes van de VS op het wereldtoneel zijn. Jammer genoeg doet bijna niemand iets met deze documenten en blijft men de meer dan valse, fascistische en uiterst gewelddadige VS buitenlandpolitiek door dik en dun steunen……
Terug naar de claim dat wie het nieuws controleert, de wereld controleert: echter voor het controleren van de wereld is ‘iets’ meer nodig dan de reguliere (massa-) media, zoals het militair-industrieel complex, de geheime diensten (aan wie de hiervoor aangehaalde media lippendiensten bewijzen) en de financiële wereld (beter gezegd: financiële maffia), ofwel deep state…..
En
dan durft men in die reguliere media, bijna zonder uitzondering in
handen van miljonairs/multimiljonairs en investeringsgroepen, te
spreken over fake news (nepnieuws) en manipulatie door sociale media…….

host Joy Reid still has a job. Despite blatantly lying
about time-traveling hackers bearing
responsibility for bigoted posts a decade ago in her
then-barely-known blog, despite her reportedly sparking
an FBI investigation on
false pretenses, despite her colleagues at MSNBC being completely
fed up with
how the network is handling the controversy surrounding her, her
career just keeps trundling forward like a bullet-riddled zombie.
To
be clear, I do not particularly care that Joy Reid has done any of
these things. I write about war, nuclear escalations and the
sociopathy of US government agencies which kill millions of people; I
don’t care that Joy Reid is or was a homophobe, and I don’t care
that she lied to cover it up. The war agendas that MSNBC
itself promotes
on a daily basis are
infinitely worse than either of these things, and if that isn’t
obvious to you it’s because military propaganda has caused you
to compartmentalize yourself
out of an intellectually honest understanding of what war is.
What
is interesting to me, however, is the fact that Reid’s bosses
are protecting
her career so
adamantly. Both by refusing to fire her, and by steering
the conversation into
being about her controversial blog posts rather than the fact that
she told a spectacular lie in an attempt to cover them up, Reid is
being propped up despite this story constantly re-emerging and making
new headlines with new embarrassing details, and despite her lack of
any discernible talent or redeeming personal characteristics. This
tells us something important about what is going on in the world.
It
is not difficult to find someone to read from a teleprompter for
large amounts of money.
What
absolutely is difficult
is finding someone who is willing to deceive and manipulate to
advance the agendas of the privileged few day after day. Who else
would be willing to spend all day on Twitter smearing everyone to the
left of Hillary Clinton while still claiming to stand on the
political left? Who else would advance the point-blank
lie about
“17 intelligence agencies” having declared Russia guilty in US
election meddling months after that claim had been famously and
virally debunked?
Who else would
publicly claim that
Edward Snowden’s NSA leaks did not benefit anyone besides Russia?
Who else could oligarchs
like Comcast CEO Brian L Roberts,
whose company controls
MSNBC,
count on to consistently advance his agendas?
While
it’s easy to find someone you can count on to advance one
particular lie at one particular time, it is difficult to find
someone you can be absolutely certain will lie for you day after day,
year after year, through election cycles and administration changes
and new war agendas and changing political climates. A lot of the
people who used to advance perspectives which ran against the grain
of the political orthodoxy at MSNBC like Phil
Donahue, Ed
Schultz and Dylan
Ratigan have
vanished from the airwaves never to return, while reporters who
consistently keep their heads down and toe the line for the
Democratic establishment like Chris Hayes, Rachel Maddow and Joy Reid
are richly rewarded and encouraged to remain.
The
disempowered want change; those in power want predictability and
consistency. The more you can guarantee predictability and
consistency to those in power, the more those in power will reward
you.
Those
who report the news and shape public narratives are of particular
interest to US oligarchs, who bought up the old media long ago and
are doing everything in their power to secure influence over the new
media as well. Pundits like Joy Reid are some of their most valuable
assets, and they protect those assets accordingly. Because whoever
controls the narrative controls the world.

The Council on Foreign Relations is a massively influential think tank with members in the leadership of pretty much every significant media outlet in America. In late April it held a conference titled Political Disruptions: Combating Disinformation and Fake Newsin which a man named Richard Stengel told the audience that it is necessary for the US government to propagandize its citizens. Stengel is the former managing editor of Time Magazine, a position he vacated to go and work for the US State Department. Yes, really.
“Basically,
every country creates their own narrative story and, you know, my old
job at the State Department was what people used to joke as the
‘chief propagandist’ job,” Stengel told
the CFR audience.
“We haven’t talked about propaganda… I’m not against
propaganda. Every country does it, and they have to do it to their
own population, and I don’t necessarily think it’s that awful.”
You
can cringe all you like, but he’s right. Not about propaganda being
a legitimate weapon for an ostensibly free democracy to inflict upon
its citizens of course; manipulating the way your citizenry thinks is
manipulating the way they vote and organize and what they consent to,
and is plainly sociopathic. But he is right that all the shrieking
the US does about Russian propaganda applies fully to its own
behavior.
As
we’ve discussed
previously,
the only real power in this world is the power to control the public
narrative about what is going on. The only reason governments operate
the way they operate, the only reason money works the way it works,
the only reason power exists where it exists, is that we’ve all
agreed to play along with some made-up mental stories about those
things and pretend that they are true and real. The only thing
stopping the populace from collectively deciding to change the way
money works, from deciding that the assholes on Capitol Hill aren’t
in charge anymore, or from deciding that every billionaire in America
should be butchered like a hog and turned into Slim Jims is the fact
that those ideas have not become the dominant narrative. If you can
control the stories that the masses tell themselves about what is in
their best interests, you control everything.

is why the alliance between Silicon Valley and US intelligence

The
good news about all this is that we know exactly where our shackles
are. Our shackles are made of narrative, and the oligarchs’ ability
to control it. A populist movement to disrupt establishment
narratives and wake people up to what’s going on is all it will
take to break our rulers’ ability to control the way the citizens
of the world think and vote. From there we can make our own
narratives and create a world which benefits us all and not just a
few ruling elites. Right now there is a mad rush by those same elites
to scale back our ability to network and share information via new
media, so one of the most revolutionary things we can do at this time
is prevent them from doing so and outpace them in that race.
It
isn’t the west versus Russia. It isn’t left versus right. At this
time the real conflict in our society is a few ruling elites and
their cronies versus humanity’s natural impulse to act in a way
that is beneficial to humanity. All we need to do is help that
impulse flourish, get out of our oligarchy-imposed brain boxes, and
build a new world.

Facebook just announced they’re removing trending topics and replacing it with news from publishers in your city, updates from local officials and organizations. The obvious takeaway here is that Facebook wants to control the conversation. Who believes that the news orgs they choose will be fair and balanced? No one. Instead of seeing what is naturally igniting dialogue around issues you’re going to get Facebook approved propaganda.
To recap – you’re going from user controlled trends that honestly represent the conversation, views and dialogue of users to Facebook approved outlets TELLING you what you need to hear. They will only share the most sanitized positions that suit their biases.
Make no mistake: This is entirely driven by political aims. Facebook is VERY unhappy with how their platform drove conversation during the 2016 election. This is their attempt to slow the spread of information and political views they don’t like on their platform.
Who’s curating the approved local publishers, news orgs, local officials and organizations? Certainly not a politically neutral or unbiased team and certainly not representative of our country. This is a propaganda op to control and do the work of their preferred political party.

gericht, i.p.v. de aandacht te verleggen naar de meest waarschijnlijke daders: Oekraïense
speciale troepen die onder regie stonden van de VS…….
Daarover gesproken: waarom vraagt niemand
zich af, hoe onwaarschijnlijk het is dat Rusland MH17 zou hebben neergehaald,
immers Rusland werd al ten onrechte beschuldigd van het annexeren van
De Krim en hulp aan de separatisten in Oekraïne, zaken die zonder
meer waren gebaseerd op leugens en waar geen flinter bewijs voor was en is…… Welk weldenkend land zou op dat moment een passagiersvliegtuig neerhalen???
Met
het neerhalen van MH17 zou Rusland in feite de eerdere westerse leugens over haar agressie bevestigen en als die agressie niet zo ver ging, zoals ‘de annexatie van De
Krim’***, zou in ieder geval Rusland in een uiterst slecht daglicht komen
te staan…. Waar is in godsnaam de logica??? Dit nog naast het
totaal rammelende bewijs, waarbij zelfs ‘deskundigen’ niet meer
twijfelen aan de Russische schuld…..

Ondanks dat deze moord in scene werd gezet, hebben de Oekraïense junta en haar
geheime dienst alsnog de schuld in Russische schoenen geschoven, ofwel alweer een Oekraïense false flag operatie en dat op basis van een heel slecht toneelstuk:

41-year-old former Russian soldier-turned-journalist reported to have
been assassinated on Tuesday, faked his own death as part
of an elaborate sting operation by Ukraine to bust an actual hit
planned by Russia, according to the head of the SBU, Ukraine’s
national security service.
Babčenko is nogal blij met zichzelf……
According
to Tuesday’s media “reports”, the Journalist, Arkady
Babachenko, was
shot three times in the back in his apartment building in the
Ukrainian capital of Kiev last Tuesday after going out to buy bread –
his wife finding him in a pool of blood after she came out of the
bathroom following the “murder.” He was pronounced dead in an
ambulance on the way to the hospital.
A
photo of Babachenko taken by his wife, which was staged, was posted
online.
Then,
in a remarkable “recovery”, on Wednesday, Babachenko showed up to
a press conference, reporting that the SBU had intelligence
about the actual assassination scheme and that he helped them to
derail the plot. The assassin who received the real order to kill
Babachenko along with the person who organized the hit, have
reportedly been detained.

Babachenko
fled to Ukraine in February 2017 after he says he received threats
and could be arrested following his work as a presenter for Ukraine’s
ATR TV. He has been one of Russia’s most recognizable war
correspondents, and has spoken out about Russia’s actions in Syria
and Ukraine in recent years.
Following
his “death,” Ukrainian officials confirmed Babachenko had been
shot and said it was believed he had been targeted due to his work as
an anti-Putin journalist.
Ukrainian
lawmaker Anton Gerashchneko told
the BBC that
the killer waited for Babachenkon near his Kiev apartment and then
shot him from behind.
“When
Arkady opened the door of his flat, the killer cowardly shot him in
the back,
firing several shots,” wrote Gerashchneko on Facebook – however
it is unclear if he knew about the ruse. He added that investigators
were looking into “Russian spy agencies” as “Putin’s regime
takes aim at people whom it’s impossible to break or intimidate.”
A
neighbor told local
media that
the assassin had probably used a silencer, since they didn’t hear
any shots.
The
reaction to Babachenko’s assassination was to condemn Russia. The
Guardian described
it “as the most recent murder of a high-profile dissident in
Kiev, a city that has become a refuge for some of Moscow’s most
vehement critics, as well as the scene of targeted assassinations
that have remained unsolved for years.”
As
a result of the brilliant special operation carried out by Ukrainian
law enforcers, the
killer who received the order for the murder of Arkady and the
organizer of the murder were detained.
Gerashchenko
went on to describe the sting operation – which he likened to
Sherlock Holmes faking his own death (Google translated):
In
order to better document the customers and organizers of the crime –
representatives of the Russian special services, they had to be
assured that the hired killer had successfully completed the order.
The
fact that in fact the murder of Arkady Babchenko is a dramatization,
he knew a very limited circle of people.

Babachenko
was born in Moscow in 1977. While studying law, he was conscripted
into the Russian army and served during the Chechen wars from 1994 to
2000. Following his service, he became a war correspondent, and
worked for Moskovsky Komsomolets and Zabytiy Polk according to Heavy.
He also wrote a memoir in 2006, “One Soldier’s War,” in which
he chronicled his experiences. He has a degree in international law
from the Modern Humanitarian University.

Daarop werd er een referendum gehouden in De Krim, waarin een grote meerderheid (ook de oorspronkelijke bevolking) koos voor aansluiting bij Rusland, dit referendum werd goedgekeurd door internationale waarnemers……..

Zoals zo velen neemt ook CDA plork van Dam het onderzoek van het Joint Investigation Team (JIT) serieus, aldus oordeelde hij op BNR afgelopen donderdagmiddag na 17.00 u. Het is duidelijk dat Rusland de schuldige is, zo liet CDA volksverlakker van Dam ‘het volk’ parmantig weten……
Alle praatjes van het Joint Investigation Team (JIT) worden uiteraard geloofd door van Dam, die allesbehalve zelfstandig kan nadenken…… Een team dat maar met een opzet werd samengesteld: Rusland en de separatisten moeten de schuld krijgen voor het neerhalen van MH17……. Alles wat je maar kan gebruiken, vooral veel knip en plakwerk uit de sociale media, onzin van de Bellingcat oplichters en ‘bewijzen’ uit andere onbetrouwbare bronnen worden als een puzzel in elkaar gezet, niet op de plaats waar de stukjes horen te zitten, nee men drukt ze er gewoon in als een kind dat boos is dat het niet lukt en zegt vervolgens dat het plaatje bijna compleet is…….
Natuurlijk kwam van Dam met de leugen dat Rusland weigert mee te werken, echter Rusland heeft meermaals aangeboden zitting te willen nemen in het onderzoeksteam, iets dat uit en te na werd geweigerd door Nederland en Australië, terwijl men de grootste verdachte van deze vliegramp, Oekraïne (dat wel een motief had voor het neerhalen van MH17) wel heeft toegelaten tot het team…… Sterker nog: men beweerde na de vliegramp dat Rusland weigerde radarbeelden te overleggen, alweer een grove leugen, VVD plork ten Broeke stelde zelfs dat hij deze beelden niet eens wilde zien…….*
Volgens van Dam had het zo makkelijk kunnen zijn, Rusland had maar één telefoontje met Den Haag hoeven plegen (en moeten zeggen dat het haar schuld was, ook al is dat een grove leugen….)…….
Hoorde afgelopen zaterdagmorgen in Nieuwsweekend van MAX op Radio1 dat Rutte gezegd zou hebben dat de vliegramp met MH17 een zwarte bladzijde in onze geschiedenis is…… Zou dit duiden op een freudiaanse vergissing? Dus weet de Nederlandse regering dat MH17 is neergehaald met medeweten van de Nederlandse overheid?? Immers ‘een zwarte bladzijde in de geschiedenis’ wordt over het algemeen gebruikt voor smerige zaken begaan door het land zelf, zoals de uiterst bloedige neokoloniale oorlog van Nederland tegen Indonesië (waar we als bezetter zaten, precies als Duitsland tijdens WOII in Nederland….)
Trouwens wat was dat voor poppenkast? Rutte die op handelsmissie gaat, terwijl hij had kunnen weten dat het JIT met een nieuwe rapportage zou komen?? Erger: hoe kan hij een handelsmissie plannen op het moment dat MH17 weer ter sprake zou komen, uiterst onbeschoft richting nabestaanden! Of was dit een truc om te laten zien aan de nabestaanden dat het hem ernst is? Walgelijk!
Als ik me niet vergis haalde Bosman ook de vergiftiging van Skripal met novitsjok aan, hetzelfde deed knurft Ben Bot vanmorgen, de oud-CDA minister van BuZa, dit ten teken dat Rusland niet te vertrouwen is…. Echter van dat hele vergiftigingsverhaal hoor je niets meer, beide Skripals zijn aan de beterende hand, wat bij een echte vergiftiging met novitsjok onmogelijk zou zijn volgens de deskundigen…… Kortom ook dat verhaal, waar de reguliere media en westerse politici zo hysterisch op reageerden is één grote leugen!!
Daarover gesproken: onbegrijpelijk dat de reguliere media blindelings het uitermate rammelende JIT rapport voor waar aannemen en dit ongegeneerd uitventen, zonder er ook maar één vraagteken bij te zetten……

Camp had in zijn programma ‘Redacted Tonight’ journalist Eva Bartlett middels een videoverbinding vanuit
Beiroet. Bartlett sprak over haar ervaringen in Syrië en m.n. Over de enorme berg
leugens die de reguliere (massa-) media over de strijd in Syrië hebben gebracht. (en nog steeds brengen, zelfs al zijn een aantal leugens meermaals doorgeprikt…..)
Zo
vertelt Bartlett dat er in het ziekenhuis in Douma niemand is
overleden aan de zogenaamde gifgasaanval, ‘gepleegd door het Syrische leger….’ (oké
dat was al bekend, maar nog meer bewijs middels getuigen daarvoor kan geen kwaad,
integendeel als je ziet dat de reguliere media en het overgrote deel
van de westerse politici deze leugen in de lucht houden……)
Niet
alleen in het ziekenhuis van Douma stelde men dat er geen
gifgasaanval slachtoffers werden opgenomen dan wel dood verklaard,
maar ook de burgers van Douma stelden hetzelfde: er heeft geen
gifgasaanval plaatsgevonden in Douma……Trouwens opvallend stil
rond deze zaak, ook al heeft de VS n.a.v. (ook eigen) leugens daarover raketten afgeschoten op doelen in Syrië….. Ach de oorlogsmisdaden
van de VS halen amper of niet de reguliere media, kijk als het om de
Syrische regering of de Russische zou gaan was dit volkomen
omgedraaid en zou de boel op z’n kop staan……. Sterker nog: met grote regelmaat worden de oorlogsmisdaden van de VS goedgesproken in de reguliere westerse media…..
Bartlett
heeft ook Oost-Aleppo bezocht en stelt dat de bevolking dol blij was
met de bevrijding door het reguliere Syrische leger, waar deze
bevolking vertelde over de enorme terreur waaronder ze moesten leven,
terreur van door het westen als ‘gematigde rebellen’ aangeduide
psychopathische moordenaars, verkrachters en martelbeulen…….
Voorts
bevestigde Bartlett de verhalen over de White Helmets in Oost-Aleppo:
volgens haar (en vele anderen) zijn deze White Helmets een verlengde
van Al Qaida en andere terreurgroepen in Syrie.
Wat
betreft ‘de opstand’ die in Syrië in 2011 begon stelde Bartlett dat
niet regeringstroepen op demonstranten schoten, maar juist
demonstranten (uit andere bronnen bleek al dat hier veel
buitenlanders aan meededen) dit om de schuld in de schoenen van Assad
en het Syrische leger te kunnen schuiven, ofwel: een false flag
operatie….. False Flag operaties, ‘toevallig’ een bezigheid waar de VS al meer dan 100 jaar veruit de grote
kampioen is >> dezelfde VS die (samen met GB, Turkije,
Saoedi-Arabië en nog een paar arabische staten) al in 2006
voorbereidingen trof om in Syrië een opstand te organiseren, met het
uiteindelijke doel Assad af te zetten……..

Egyptische mensenrechtenactivist Wael Abbas om 4 uur ‘s ochtends is
gearresteerd en geblinddoekt werd afgevoerd naar een onbekende
bestemming……….
Abbas
is al vaker opgepakt voor het geven van zijn mening over de corruptie
en de zware mensenrechtenschendingen door het leger, volgens hem de
enige machthebber in Egypte.
Abbas
wordt beschuldigd van het brengen van ‘fake news’ (nepnieuws) en het lid zijn van
een verboden organisatie, de standaard redenen die door de Egyptische
junta wordt gegeven na dergelijke arrestaties…… Wel maakt dit
duidelijk waartoe de hysterie rond ‘fake news’ kan leiden…… Overigens de term ‘fake news’ is welbewuste geïntroduceerd door
de machthebbers en de reguliere (vooral westerse) media, de grote verspreiders van

Dit
alles in de strijd tegen de sociale media, waar men tot bijna op het

Prominent
Egyptian activist and blogger, Wael Abbas, was been arrested by
Egyptian authorities in the early hours of the morning.
Abbas
was taken during a 4am raid on his Cairo home and his computer and
mobile phone were seized. Following the raid, Abbas was blindfolded,
transported to an unknown location and prevented from contacting his
lawyer, according to the Arab Network for Human Rights (ANHRI).
Abbas
announced his arrest on his Facebook page
by writing “I am being detained.” His current whereabouts remains
unknown, prompting friends and followers to launch the Arabic hashtag
“where_is_Wael_Abbas”
on Twitter. Egyptian security officials have confirmed his arrest,
adding that Abbas was detained on accusations of disseminating false
news and joining an outlawed group.
Abbas
has long been vocal about the political situation in Egypt both
before and after the uprising of 2011, regularly campaigning against
torture and publishing graphic videos showing torture and police
abuse on his blog, misrdigital.com. In 2006, he was named among
the BBC’s “Most Influential Persons” and he
has previously received awards for his work from Human Rights Watch
and CNN. In 2007, his YouTube account was shut down,
resulting in the removal of hundreds of videos showing protests and
abuses by security forces. He has also been detained on a number of
previous occasions.
Former
managing editor of Daily News Egypt, Rana Allam, told Al
Jazeera: “Wael
writes all the time, and when he doesn’t write, he uses social
media to speak out and provides people with information about what is
happening around them. He doesn’t budge and has been doing what
many of us can no longer do. This is all very scary for the
government.”
Abbas’
arrest has been seen as the latest in a string of enforced
disappearances conducted by the Egyptian authorities. Journalists
have come under particularly stringent crackdowns, as just last month
Egyptian freelancer Ismail Alexandrani was sentenced to ten years in
prison by a military court in Cairo for being a member of a banned
organisation and spreading false news.
Deputy
Executive Director of the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ),
Robert Mahoney, said that “hauling a journalist before a military
court not only violates [Alexandrani’s] rights as a civilian but
sends a chilling message to the media that independent coverage of
political dissent and security threats will not be tolerated by
Egypt’s rulers.”
Enforced
disappearances have been widely used as a tool of repression under
the rule of Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, the current Egyptian president who
came to power my means of a military coup in 2013.
The
Egyptian Commissions for Rights and Freedoms (ECRF) documented 378
cases of
enforced disappearances between August 2016 and August 2017 alone,
though numbers are believed to be higher since many families fear
that reporting disappearances could inadvertently put loved ones in
jeopardy, according to Al-Monitor.
Ongelofelijk hoe de reguliere westerse media hebben gereageerd op de slachting die het terroristische Israëlische leger aanrichtte onder ongewapende Palestijnse demonstranten op de dag dat de VS ambassade in Jeruzalem werd geopend. Bij dat geweld werden 61 mensen vermoord en viel er een enorm aantal (ook zwaar) gewonden…… Als je niet beter wist zou je warempel denken dat Israël het slachtoffer was van Palestijnse terreur, terwijl er aan Israëlische kant slechts 1 lichtgewonde soldaat was ‘te betreuren…..’
De media in de VS gingen wel het meest ver met hun smerige pro-Israël propaganda, nogmaals NB naar aanleiding van een ware slachting onder ongewapende Palestijnen en dat zijn toch echt ook mensen en niet een soort van plaagdieren, zoals Israël ze meer en meer ziet…….
Sinds 30 maart jl., toen de Palestijnen begonnen met de Great Return March zijn er meer dan 100 ongewapende mensen door Israël vermoord, waaronder: -11 kinderen, 2 journalisten en 4 mensen met een handicap….. (ja ja, ‘echte helden’ die Israëlische militaire scherpschutters….)
Nee in de ogen van de reguliere media in de VS zijn de Palestijnen barbaren die de ‘heldhaftige’ soldaten van Israël aanvallen. In een andere mediaorgaan, dat van Bloomberg werd zelfs gemeld dat de afscheiding tussen Israël en de Gazastrook het slachtoffer werd van Palestijnse agressie…. (je gelooft je ogen niet!)
Echter ook in de reguliere media in de rest van het westen, wijst men naar Hamas en de Palestijnen als de schuldigen voor deze slachting, alsof het één groot vakantieoord is in de Gazastrook, i.p.v. een openluchtgevangenis waar het de bewoners aan van alles ontbreekt, in de eerste plaats veiligheid tegen Israëlische terreur…… Een situatie die zo wanhopig is dat men toch gaat demonstreren ook al belooft Israël te zullen schieten op iedereen die een stap zet dichterbij dan 300 meter tot de afscheiding tussen de Gazastrook en Israël…… Ofwel: Israël schiet ongewapende demonstranten neer op het grondgebied van de Gazastrook, een enorme oorlogsmisdaad en een misdaad tegen de menselijkheid….

On
the 70th anniversary of Israel’s so-called “declaration of
independence,” the United States opened its new embassy in
Jerusalem—a city Israel claims as its own, despite what
international law says on
the matter—and Palestinians undertook unarmed protests
in reaction to the move and as part of the Great Return March.
Although to this point, the only Israeli casualty during the entire
cycle of demonstrations has been one “lightly
wounded”
soldier, considerable space in coverage of the massacres is devoted
to blaming Palestinians for their own slaughter.
NBC
(5/14/18) mentions “what Palestinians refer to as their ‘right of
return’”; actually, it’s what international law calls it, based
on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights‘ proclamation that
“everyone has the right…to return to his country.”*
Two
of the first three paragraphs in an NBC report
(5/14/18)
provided Israel’s rationalizations for its killing spree. The
second sentence in the article says that the Israeli military accused
Hamas of “leading a terrorist operation under the cover of masses
of people,” adding that “firebombs and explosive devices” as
well as rocks were being thrown towards the barrier.
A Washington
Post (WaPo) narticle
(5/14/18)
devoted two of its first four sentences to telling readers that
Palestinians are responsible for being murdered by Israel.
Palestinian “organizers urged demonstrators to burst through the
fence, telling them Israeli soldiers were fleeing their positions,
even as they were reinforcing them,” read one sentence. “At the
barrier, young men threw stones and tried to launch kites carrying
flames in hopes of burning crops on the other side,” stated the
next one, as though stones and burning kites released by
a besieged people
is violence remotely equivalent to subjecting people to a military
siege and mowing them down.
The New
York Times (5/14/18)
said that “a mass attempt by Palestinians to cross the border fence
separating Israel from Gaza turned violent, as Israeli soldiers
responded with rifle fire,” painting Israel’s rampage as a
reaction to a Palestinian provocation. Like FAIR (2/21/18)
has previously said of the word “retaliation,” “response”
functions as a justification of Israeli butchery: To characterize
Israeli violence as a “response” is to wrongly imply
that Palestinian actions warranted Israel unleashing its firing
squads.
A Yahoo headline
(5/14/18)
described “Violent Protests in Gaza Ahead of US Embassy
Inauguration in Jerusalem,” a flatly incorrect description
in that it attributes the violence to Palestinian demonstrators

did the same with a segment called “Gaza Braced for Further Violent
Protests.”
In
Bloomberg‘s account (5/14/18), the fence seemed to be the real
victim.
One Bloomberg article

by Saud Abu Ramadan and Amy Teibel had the same problem, referring to
“a protest marred by violence,” while another one (5/14/18)
attributed only to Ramadan is headlined “Hamas Targets Fence as
Gaza Bloodshed Clouds Embassy Move,” as though the fence were
Monday’s most tragic casualty. Ascribing this phantom violence to
Palestinians provides Israel an alibi: Many readers will likely
conclude that Israel’s lethal violence is reasonable if it is cast
as a way of coping with “violent protests.”
The
second paragraph of the Bloomberg article solely
written by Ramadan says that
Gaza
protesters, egged on by loudspeakers and transported in buses,
streamed to the border, where some threw rocks, burned tires, and
flew kites and balloons outfitted with firebombs into Israeli
territory.
This
author—like the rest in the “Palestinians were asking for it”
chorus—failed to note that Israel’s fence runs deep into
Palestinian territory and creates a 300-meter “buffer
zone”
between Palestinians and Israeli forces, which makes it highly
unlikely that the kites and balloons of the colonized will have an
effect on their drone-operating, rifle-wielding colonizers, let alone
on people further afield in Israeli-held territory.
The New
York Times editorial
board (5/14/18)
wrote as though Palestinians are barbarians against whom Israel has
no choice but to unleash terror:
Led
too long by men who were corrupt or violent or both, the Palestinians
have failed and failed again to make their own best efforts toward
peace. Even now, Gazans are undermining their own cause by resorting
to violence, rather than keeping their protests strictly peaceful.
The
board claimed that “Israel has every right to defend its borders,
including the boundary with Gaza,” incorrectly suggesting that
Palestinians were aggressors rather than on the receiving end of 100
years of settler-colonialism.
Moreover,
like the Times and Bloomberg articles
discussed above, the editorial attempts to legitimize Israel’s
deadly violence by saying that it is defending a border that
Palestinians are attempting to breach, but there is no border between
Gaza and Israel. There is, as Maureen Murphy of Electronic
Intifada(4/6/18)
pointed out, “an armistice line between an occupying power and the
population living under its military rule” that Palestinians are
trying to cross in order to exercise their right
to return to their land.
The
Washington Post (5/15/18) condemned the “cruel, cynical tactic”
of trying to exercise the internationally guaranteed right of return.**
A Washington
Post editorial

called the Palestinians hunted by Israel “nominal civilians.”
Apart from being a logical impossibility (one either is or isn’t a
civilian), the phrase illuminates how too much of media think about
Palestinians: They are inherently threatening, intrinsically
killable, always suspect, never innocent, permanently guilty of
existing.

by columnist Daniella Greenbaum described “Palestinian protesters
who ramped up their activities along the Gaza strip and, as a result,
were targeted by the Israeli army with increasing intensity.”
Greenbaum’s use of the phrase “as a result” implies that it was
inevitable and perhaps just that Palestinians’ “ramped up
activities” led to Israel mowing down a population it occupies, 70
percent of whom are
refugees Israel refuses to allow to return to their homes.
Greenbaum
then climbs into the intellectual and moral gutter, claiming that
absent
from the commentary that children have unfortunately been among the
injured and dead are questions about how they ended up at the border.
On that question, it is important to recognize and acknowledge the
extent to which Palestinians have glorified violence and martyrdom —
and the extent to which the terrorist organization Hamas has
organized the “protests.”
In
her view, dozens of Palestinians died because they are primitive
savages who take pleasure in sacrificing their own children, not
because Israel maintains the right to gun down refugees in
the name of maintaining an ethnostate.
In
a rare instance of a resident of Gaza allowed to participate directly
in the media conversation, Fadi Abu Shammalah wrote an op-ed for
the New
York Times (4/27/18)
that offered an explanation of why Palestinians are putting their
lives on the line to march. Life for the people of Gaza, including
for his three young sons, has been “one tragedy after another:
waves of mass displacement, life in squalid refugee camps, a captured
economy, restricted access to fishing waters, a strangling siege and
three wars in the past nine years. ” Recalling the concern for his
safety expressed by his seven-year-old child, Shammalah concludes:
If
Ali asks me why I’m returning to the Great Return March despite the
danger, I will tell him this: I love my life. But more than that, I
love you, Karam and Adam. If risking my life means you and your
brothers will have a chance to thrive, to have a future with dignity,
to live in peace with all your neighbors, in your free country, then
this is a risk I must take.
Palestinians
have a right to liberate themselves that extends to the right to the
use of armed struggle,
yet as Shammalah wrote, the Great Return March signifies a “nearly
unanimous acceptance of peaceful methods to call for our rights and
insist on our humanity.” Nevertheless, based on media coverage,
readers could be forgiven for concluding that it was Palestinians,
not Israel, who carried out what Doctors Without Borders called
“unacceptable
and inhuman”
violence.
