VS overheden behandelden demonstranten tegen de DAPL als terroristen, zo blijkt uit gelekte documenten…..

Anti-Media bracht afgelopen zaterdag het bericht, dat gelekte documenten het bewijs hebben geleverd, voor het labelen van demonstranten als terrorist door de overheid in de VS…….

Dat de VS een politiestaat is, zal voor velen geen geheim meer zijn en keer op keer komen daarvoor de bewijzen op tafel, zoals afgelopen zaterdag……

Bij de protesten tegen de Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL), die ongeveer een jaar duurden, gebruikte de overheid zwaar geweld tegen de demonstranten en werden de vreedzame demonstranten door de verschillende overheidsdiensten aangemerkt als terroristen, letterlijk: ‘jihadist fighters’ (dit geweld in samenwerking met de oliemaatschappij die de pijpleiding ‘nodig had’ en het bedrijf dat deze aanlegde)………

Overigens zijn de eerste lekken al geconstateerd in de intussen werkende pijpleiding, precies daarvoor waarschuwden de demonstranten, bestaande uit de oorspronkelijke bewoners van de VS en medestanders…………

Eerder pasten een paar staten van de VS regelgeving aan, waarbij werd gesteld dat automobilisten die demonstranten aanrijden (demonstranten die zich op autowegen ophouden), niet vervolgd zullen worden……..

Leaked
docs reveal the collusion between local police forces, pipeline
company, and defense contractors as they executed ‘military-style
counterterrorism measures’ to suppress DAPL protesters.

COMMONDREAMS) The
years-long, Indigenous-led fight against the Dakota
Access Pipeline (DAPL)
briefly captured the nation’s attention last fall as images of
peaceful protesters being sprayed with water canons and
surrounded by police in tanks and other military-grade equipment were
spread widely, fueling global outrage and a fierce protest movement
against the oil pipeline.

Now
that the pipeline is operational and already
leaking,
internal documents obtained by The
Intercept and reported on
Saturday reveal the deep collusion between local police forces, the
pipeline company, and defense contractors as they executed
“military-style counterterrorism measures” to suppress the water
protectors.

TigerSwan,
described as a “shadowy international mercenary and security firm”
that “originated as a U.S. military and State Department contractor
helping to execute the global war on terror,” was hired by Energy
Transfer Partners to spearhead “a multifaceted private security
operation characterized by sweeping and invasive surveillance of
protesters,” The
Intercept wrote.

Reportedly,
one of TigerSwan’s contractors leaked 100 internal documents to
reporters Alleen Brown, Will Parrish, and Alice Speri, who were able
to assemble roughly 1,000 more via public records requests.


The
trove paints a damning picture of the police response to the
Indigenous-led effort to block construction of the pipeline on
sacred, treaty land and is a shocking example of how anti-terrorist
rhetoric and tactics could be applied to any uprising the government
would like to suppress.

According
to the reporting:

“Internal
TigerSwan communications describe the movement as ‘an ideologically
driven insurgency with a strong religious component’ and compare
the anti-pipeline water protectors to jihadist fighters. One report,
dated February 27, 2017, states that since the movement ‘generally
followed the jihadist insurgency model while active, we can expect
the individuals who fought for and supported it to follow a
post-insurgency model after its collapse.’ Drawing comparisons with
post-Soviet Afghanistan, the report warns, ‘While we can expect to
see the continued spread of the anti-DAPL diaspora…aggressive
intelligence preparation of the battlefield and active coordination
between intelligence and security elements are now a proven method of
defeating pipeline insurgencies.’”

“As
policing continues to be militarized and state legislatures around
the country pass laws criminalizing protest,” Brown, Parrish, and
Speri write, “the fact that a private security firm retained by a
Fortune 500 oil and gas company coordinated its efforts with local,
state, and federal law enforcement to undermine the protest movement
has profoundly anti-democratic implications.”


Indeed,
in the wake of the 2016 election, Republican
legislatures in
at least 19 states introduced
various anti-protest
laws, many with a deliberate nod to the uprising in North Dakota.

Not
only that, but Morton County Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier, who oversaw the
police response to the DAPL resistance, has been advising other
law enforcement on how to deal with protests and demonstrations.

Indeed,
the documents reportedly show that Energy Transfer Partners has
“continued to retain TigerSwan,” despite the fact that the
anti-DAPL camps have disbanded. The security firm continues to
produce so-called situation
reports that
document “the threat of growing activism around other pipeline
projects across the country.” These reports include “intelligence
on upcoming protests,” information gleaned from social media, and
“extensive evidence of aerial surveillance and radio eavesdropping,
as well as infiltration of camps and activist circles.”

In
some cases, persons “of interest” were even tracked when they
crossed over state lines.

What’s
more, the documents obtained via open records requests include
“communications among agents from the FBI, the Department of
Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Justice Department, the Marshals Service,
and the Bureau of Indian Affairs, as well as state and local police,”
that reveals interagency collusion and information sharing on the
anti-DAPL protesters.

Aanslag Manchester: Roy Heerkens, ‘journalist’ lag er wakker van…… Roos Schlikker, ‘journalist’: “Mijn moederhart brak in 1.000 stukken…….”

Weer een aanslag in Engeland, dit keer in de Manchester Arena, zoals u ongetwijfeld heeft meegekregen. De superlatieven zijn niet van de lucht, waar de nadruk wordt gelegd op de leeftijd van de bezoekers voor een concert van Ariana Grande, hoofdzakelijk jonge tieners (12, 13 en 14 jaar). Met zoveel mogelijk verwijzingen naar de leeftijd in combinatie met de vreselijke aanslag, slaan de sensatiemedia alweer hun (zogenaamde emotionele) slag……… Begrijp me goed, ook ik vind deze aanslag vreselijk, maar de manier waarop de reguliere media er mee omgaan, stinkt een uur in de wind naar winstbejag…… Winstbejag, waar de emotionele factor altijd beperkt blijft tot westerse slachtoffers, tenzij men Rusland, Syrië of Iran durft aan te wijzen als moordenaars van kinderen elders……

Politici buitelen over elkaar heen met hun emotionele steunbetuigingen aan de slachtoffers. Ook Willem Alexander, de grofgraaier die koninkje mag spelen, moest laten weten dat hij intens meeleeft met de nabestaanden van de tot nu toe 22 slachtoffers……. Ik vrees dat dit ‘intens’ vooral beperkt is gebleven tot de verklaring die hij deed uitgaan, of gaat hij de hele dag bellen met de nabestaanden en bidden tot god…??? Rutte liet ook weten geschokt te zijn, alles voluit gebracht in de reguliere media….. Het zou eerder nieuws zijn, als Rutte zou zeggen dat Groot-Brittannië er om heeft gevraagd…..

Roy Heerkens, één van De Nieuwsgieren (Radio1 in ‘De Ochtend’), liet weten dat hij vannacht wakker had gelegen, daar hij een paar jaar geleden met zijn 15 jarige dochter naar de Ziggo Dome was geweest voor een concert……… Heerkens had zijn dochter vanmorgen vertelt, dat de kans dat je van een stoel zou vallen, veel groter is dan omkomen bij zo’n aanslag. Kijk en dat past ‘weer mooi’ bij de zaak die De Nieuwsgieren deze week brengen: goed nieuws brengen, dus in dit geval wel melden dat er een aanslag is gepleegd, maar dat de kans bijzonder klein is dat jou iets dergelijks zal overkomen…….

In het megasuffe Mediaforum (alweer Radio1 ‘De Ochtend’) was Roos Schlikker te gast en zij stelde ‘dat haar moederhart in 1.000 stukken was gebroken’, bij het horen van de aanslag in Manchester. Roos durfde keihard te zeggen, dat dit soort nieuws haar normaal gesproken niet meer zoveel doet, maar ja het gaat hier om kinderen………. Ondanks haar ‘gebroken moederhart’ zat Schlikker het grootste deel van het mediaforum te lachen en te giechelen…….. Jezus wat een enorme domme en vervelende trut!!!

Kockelman had zijn programma onderdeel in ‘De Ochtend’ ook gewijd aan deze aanslag. Daarvoor had hij kapitein krentenkoek Pieter Cobelens uitgenodigd, de ex-topgraaier van de MIVD, tegenwoordig grootlobbyist van de veiligheidsindustrie en het militair-industrieel complex (dat laatste is hij overigens al decennia…). U had het natuurlijk al begrepen bij het noemen van de naam Cobelens: veel meer geld, middelen en toegang tot achter de voordeur t.b.v. de geheime diensten, waar hij als lobbyist keer op keer stelde, dat de overheid moet samenwerken met het bedrijfsleven (veiligheidsindustrie) in de strijd tegen terreur…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

Zoals gezegd: ‘de islam terreur’ in Europa is één op één te danken aan de westerse grootschalige terreur in het Midden-Oosten en Afrika, dit o.l.v. de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS!! Daarnaast blijkt telkens weer, dat de westerse geheime diensten de daders van alle tot nu toe gepleegde aanslagen, van na het jaar 2000 op de korrel hadden, maar geen actie hebben ondernomen. Cobelens wil het recht op privacy volledig afschaffen, om aanslagen te voorkomen. M.a.w. onze vrijheid moet volledig worden opgeofferd, daar Nederland zo nodig illegale oorlogen moet steunen en vanwege het broddelwerk van geheime diensten en politie………

Cobelens zat lekker op de praatstoel en de dwaas stelde dat er een extra veiligheidsring rond bijvoorbeeld een stadion moet worden gecreëerd, één waar biometrische gegevens moeten worden gecontroleerd….. Dat is nog eens wat anders dan ‘Ausweis bitte!’ Kortom Cobelens wil een volledige politiestaat optuigen, uiteraard het liefst met bewapende militairen op straat……. En daar wil Cobelens niet mee wachten tot het kalf verdronken is…….

Terwijl de AIVD en de MIVD hun werk niet doen, het westen zelf terroristen kweekt met alle illegale oorlogen die het voert, misbruikt schoft Cobelens een vreselijke aanslag om z’n smerige praatjes te verkondigen…..

Overigens: de stelling in Standpunt NL: ‘Het is onmogelijk om ons te beschermen tegen terreur….’ Hoe kan je het daarmee oneens zijn?? Zo kunnen en konden ook de burgers in Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië zich niet beschermen tegen de grootschalige westerse terreur……… Daar zouden wij wel wat aan kunnen doen, door te eisen dat we ons land niet langer willen zien vechten in landen waar we geen bliksem te zoeken hebben!! Uiteraard werd er in Standpunt NL met geen woord over de illegale oorlogen gesproken waar Nederland aan deelnam en deelneemt…….

Nogmaals: dat met de grootschalige VS terreur in Irak, Syrië, Afghanistan dagelijks tieners en kinderen die nog jonger zijn (tot baby’s aan toe), om het leven komen, interesseert de reguliere media en politiek niet. Zelden hoor of lees je in deze media iets over het feit dat die VS terreuraanslagen zoals in Manchester creëert middels ongebreidelde, grootschalige terreur in landen waar het niets te zoeken heeft……. Trump sprak vanmorgen alweer over ‘beautiful’ young people, die door een duivelse loser zijn vermoord, terwijl hij en zijn voorgangers de echte moordenaars zijn…… Over beautiful young people gesproken: de VS en Groot-Brittannië leveren clusterbommen aan Saoedi-Arabië, bommen waar vooral veel ‘beautiful’ kinderen mee worden vermoord in Jemen……… Dit nog naast het enorme aantal kinderen dat de VS deze jonge eeuw al heeft vermoord, nogmaals in landen waar het niets te zoeken heeft. Trump zelf moet vergeleken met de aanslag in Manchester, intussen al minstens het tienvoudige aan jonge slachtoffers hebben gemaakt, sinds hij in januari jl. aan het bewind kwam…… Slachtoffers waar de reguliere sensatiemedia geen woord aan vuil maken….. Nee, alleen als de VS liegt dat Syrië een gifgasaanval heeft uitgevoerd, slaan het westerse medialand en de politiek op tilt!!

Dat de VS de laatste decennia is veranderd in een politiestaat zal velen niet verbazen. Echter waar dit mee gepaard gaat, doet je de haren ten berge stijgen.

Het volgende artikel van Information Clearing House ontving ik afgelopen woensdag en hierin een aantal voorbeelden, van wat je als burger in de VS kan overkomen en hoe je daar tegen te verzetten (indien mogelijk). De leeftijden van de mensen in de voorbeelden, lopen uiteen van 3 jaar tot 95 jaar oud……..

Zo kan het kinderen van 4 jaar overkomen, dat ze door de politie of andere overheidsambtenaren worden geboeid (van handen en/of voeten) of getaserd (dat is een grove marteling!), ook kan het voorkomen, dat ze onder schot worden gehouden……… Dit omdat ze niet gehoorzamen en/of kinderachtig gedrag vertonen…….

Een 3 jarige jongen, die nog niet zindelijk was en dus niet in staat was een urine monster af te geven, werd door sociaal werkers tegen de grond gehouden, waarna een ‘verpleger’ hem schreeuwend van de pijn een katheter in de penis aangebracht………

Wat u ervan vindt weet ik niet, maar voor mij is dit alles een heel smerige vorm van overheidsterreur!!.

Zoals al vaak op deze plek gezegd: aan zo’n ‘land’ levert Nederland niet alleen haar burgers uit, maar ook burgers uit andere landen…….. Dezelfde VS waar men het ‘plea bargain’ hanteert: je kan in veel gevallen beter schuld bekennen, zelfs al heb je niet gedaan, waarvan je wordt verdacht, daar je anders grote kans loopt een fiks hogere straf te krijgen (nogmaals: ook al ben je onschuldig…)……

getting drugs off the street… These
tactics are instead about degrading and humiliating a class of people
that politicians and law enforcement have deemed the enemy.” – Radley

19, 2017 “Information
Clearing House” –  Daily, all across America,
individuals who dare to resist—or even question—a police order
are being subjected to all sorts of government-sanctioned abuse
ranging from forced catheterization, forced blood draws, roadside
strip searches and cavity searches, and other foul and debasing acts
that degrade their bodily integrity and leave them bloodied and
bruised.

Americans
as young as 4 years old are being leg
shackled, handcuffed, tasered and held
at gun point for
not being quiet, not being orderly and just being childlike—i.e.,
not being compliant enough.

Government
social workers actually subjected
a 3-year-old boy to a forced catheterization after
he was unable to provide them with a urine sample on demand (the boy
still wasn’t potty trained). The boy was held down, screaming
in pain,
while nurses forcibly inserted a tube into his penis to drain his
bladder—all of this done because the boy’s mother’s boyfriend
had failed a urine analysis for drugs.

Americans
as old as 95 are being beaten, shot and killed for questioning an
order, hesitating
in the face of a directive,
and mistaking
a policeman crashing through their door for a criminal breaking
into their home—i.e., not being submissive enough.

Consider
what happened to David Dao, the United Airlines passenger who was
accosted by three police, forcibly wrenched from his seat across the
armrest, bloodying his face in the process, and dragged down the
aisle by the arms merely
for refusing to relinquish his paid seat after
the airline chose him randomly to be bumped from the flight—after
being checked in and allowed to board—so that airline workers could
make a connecting flight.

Those
with ADHD, autism, hearing impairments, dementia or some other
disability that can hinder communication in the slightest way are in
even greater danger of having their actions misconstrued by police.
Police shot
a 73-year-old-man with dementia seven times after
he allegedly failed to respond to orders to stop approaching and
remove his hands from his jacket. The man was unarmed and had been
holding a crucifix.

Clearly,
it no longer matters where you live.

Big
city or small town: it’s the same scenario being played out over
and over again in which government agents, hyped up on their own
authority and the power of their uniform, ride roughshod over the
citizenry who—in the eyes of the government—are viewed as having
no rights.

Our
freedoms—especially the Fourth Amendment—continue to be torn
asunder by the prevailing view among government bureaucrats that they
have the right to search, seize, strip, scan, spy on, probe, pat
down, taser, and arrest any individual
at any time
and for the slightest provocation.

Forced
cavity searches, forced colonoscopies, forced blood draws, forced
breath-alcohol tests, forced DNA extractions, forced eye scans,
forced inclusion in biometric databases—these are just a few ways
in which Americans continue to be reminded that we have no control
over what happens to our bodies during an encounter with government
officials.

For
instance, during a “routine” traffic stop for allegedly “rolling”
through a stop sign, Charnesia Corley was thrown to the ground,
stripped of her clothes, and forced to spread her legs while Texas
police officers subjected her to a roadside
cavity probe,
all because they claimed to have smelled marijuana in her car.

Angel
Dobbs and her 24-year-old niece, Ashley, were pulled over by a Texas
state trooper for allegedly flicking cigarette butts out of the car
window. Insisting that he smelled marijuana, the trooper proceeded to
interrogate them and search the car. Despite the fact that both women
denied smoking or possessing any marijuana, the police officer then
called in a female trooper, who carried out a roadside cavity
search, sticking
her fingers into the older woman’s anus and vagina,
then performing the same procedure on the younger woman, wearing the
same pair of gloves. No marijuana was found.

Leila
Tarantino was subjected to two roadside strip searches in plain view
of passing traffic during a routine traffic stop, while her two
children—ages 1 and 4—waited inside her car. During the second
strip search, presumably in an effort to ferret out drugs, a female
officer “forcibly removed” a tampon from Tarantino.
Nothing illegal was found.

David
Eckert was forced to undergo an
anal cavity search, three enemas, and a colonoscopy after
allegedly failing to yield to a stop sign at a Wal-Mart parking lot.
Cops justified the searches on the grounds that they suspected Eckert
was carrying drugs because his “posture [was] erect” and “he
kept his legs together.” No drugs were found.

Meanwhile,
four Milwaukee police officers were charged with carrying out rectal
searches of suspects on the street and in police district stations
over the course of several years. One of the officers was accused of
conducting searches of men’s anal and scrotal areas,
often inserting
his fingers into their rectums and
leaving some of his victims with bleeding rectums.

Incidents
like these—sanctioned by the courts and conveniently overlooked by
the legislatures—teach Americans of every age and skin color the
painful lesson that there are no limits to what the government can do
in its so-called “pursuit” of law and order.

If
this is a war, then “we the people” are the enemy.

As
Radley Balko notes in The
Washington Post,
“When you’re at war, it’s important to dehumanize your enemy.
And there’s nothing more dehumanizing than forcibly and painfully
invading someone’s body — all
the better if you can involve the sex organs.”

The
message being beaten, shot, tasered, probed and slammed into our
collective consciousness is simply this: it doesn’t matter if
you’re in the right, it doesn’t matter if a cop is in the wrong,
it doesn’t matter if you’re being treated with less than the
respect you deserve or the law demands.

The
only thing that matters to the American police state is that you
comply, submit, respect authority and generally obey without question
whatever a government official (anyone who wears a government
uniform, be it a police officer, social worker, petty bureaucrat or
zoning official) tells you to do.

This
is what happens when you allow the government to call the shots: it
becomes a bully.

As
history shows, this recipe for disaster works every time: take police
officers hyped up on their own authority and the power of the badge,
throw in a few court rulings suggesting that security takes
precedence over individual rights, set it against a backdrop of
endless wars and militarized law enforcement, and then add to the mix
a populace distracted by entertainment, out of touch with the
workings of their government, and more inclined to let a few sorry
souls suffer injustice than to challenge the status quo.

“It
is not only under Nazi rule that police
excesses are inimical to freedom,”
warned former Supreme Court justice Felix Frankfurter in a 1946
ruling in Davis
v. United States:
“It is easy to make light of insistence on scrupulous regard for
the safeguards of civil liberties when invoked on behalf of the
unworthy. It is too easy. History bears testimony that by such
disregard are the rights of liberty extinguished, heedlessly at
first, then stealthily, and brazenly in the end.”

In
other words, if it could happen in Nazi Germany, it can just as
easily happen here.

It is happening
here.

Unfortunately,
we’ve been marching in lockstep with the police state for so long
that we’ve forgotten how to march to the tune of our own
revolutionary drummer. In fact, we’ve even forgotten the words to
the tune.

We’ve
learned the lessons of compliance too well.

For
too long, “we the people” have allowed the government to ride
roughshod over the Constitution, equating patriotism with blind
obedience to the government’s dictates, no matter how
unconstitutional or immoral those actions might be.

As
historian Howard Zinn recognized:

Our
problem is civil obedience. Our problem is the numbers of people all
over the world who have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their
government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed
because of this obedience… Our problem is that people are obedient
all over the world, in the face of poverty and starvation and
stupidity, and war and cruelty. Our problem is that people are
obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves, and all the while
the grand thieves are running the country. That’s our problem…
people are obedient, all these herdlike people.

What
can you do?

It’s
simple but as I detail in my book Battlefield
America: The War on the American People,
the consequences may be deadly.

Stop
being so obedient. Stop being so compliant and herdlike. Stop
kowtowing to anyone and everyone in uniform. Stop perpetuating the
false notion that those who work for the government—the president,
Congress, the courts, the military, the police—are in any way
superior to the rest of the citizenry. Stop playing politics with
your principles. Stop making excuses for the government’s growing
list of human rights abuses and crimes. Stop turning a blind eye to
the government’s corruption and wrongdoing and theft and murder.
Stop tolerating ineptitude and incompetence by government workers.
Stop allowing the government to treat you like a second-class
citizen. Stop censoring what you say and do for fear that you might
be labeled an extremist or worse, unpatriotic. Stop sitting silently
on the sidelines while the police state kills, plunders and maims
your fellow citizens.

Stop
being a slave.

As
anti-war activist Rosa Luxemburg concluded, “Those who do not move,
do not notice their chains.”

You
may not realize it yet, but you are not free.

If
you believe otherwise, it is only because you have made no real
attempt to exercise your freedoms.

Had
you attempted to exercise your freedoms before now by questioning a
police officer’s authority, challenging an unjust tax or fine,
protesting the government’s endless wars, defending your right to
privacy against the intrusion of surveillance cameras, or any other
effort that challenges the government’s power grabs and the
generally lopsided status quo, you would have already learned the
hard way that the police state has no appetite for freedom and it
does not tolerate resistance.

This
is called authoritarianism, a.k.a. totalitarianism, a.k.a.
oppression.

As
Glenn Greenwald notes for
the Guardian:

Oppression
is designed to compel obedience and submission to authority. Those
who voluntarily put themselves in that state – by believing that
their institutions of authority are just and good and should be
followed rather than subverted – render oppression redundant,
unnecessary. Of course people who think and behave this way encounter
no oppression. That’s their reward for good, submissive behavior.
They are left alone by institutions of power because they comport
with the desired behavior of complacency and obedience without
further compulsion. But the fact that good, obedient citizens do not
themselves perceive oppression does not mean that oppression does not
exist.

Get
ready to stand your ground or run for your life, because the American
police state is coming to get you.

Nog één opmerking: mensen we moeten oppassen, dat we hier niet dezelfde kant opgaan….. Zat gisteren met ‘een half oor’ te luisteren naar het nieuws van 15.00 u. op BNR, toen ik plotsklaps van m’n stoel donderde. De nieuwslezer lepelde zonder blikken of blozen (al kan je dat niet horen) op, dat de Gülenbeweging wordt gezien als de aanstichter van de coup vorig jaar in Turkije…….

Let wel: BNR de zender van Bernard Hammelburg, de levend geworden rookworst van die zender, die durft te stellen, dat BNR het beste buitenlandprogramma in Nederland brengt………

Het is duidelijk dat de nieuwsredactie uit de nek lult, er is immers geen nanometer bewijs voor de stelling, dat de Gülenbeweging achter die staatsgreep zat! Als er echt bewijs voor de schuld van de Gülenbeweging was geweest, hadden Erdogan en zijn kliek dit al lang en breed naar buiten gebracht!

Als er één persoon baat had bij ‘de coup’ was het de reli-fascistische onderknuppel Erdogan zelf wel!! Ga maar na: al z’n tegenstanders zijn ofwel gevangengenomen, of hebben hun baan verloren sinds ‘die coup……’ Voorts kan je nu zonder meer stellen dat politie en leger in handen zijn van Erdogan aanhangers……

De mediaorganen in Turkije waren al voor de coup voor het grootste deel of gesloten, of in handen van Erdogan aanhangers…….

Als Erdogan het referendum in april wint (reken maar dat hij wint, daar heeft Erdogan allang voor gezorgd!) is hij kalief van Ankara tot 2029 en is Turkije tot die tijd een dictatuur…!!!

Gezien het voorgaande, is de AK Partij van Erdogan, een organisatie die in binnen- en buitenland de Turkse zaak behartigt, waarbij deze beweging en niet de Gülenbeweging, Turken en mensen van Turkse komaf indoctrineert, bedreigt en soms zelfs vermoordt!

Het gaat steeds beter met het vervolmaken van politiestaat VS, de politie in een aantal staten is gisteren begonnen met razzia’s. Men is op fascistische mensenjacht naar ‘ongedocumenteerde immigranten’ (immigranten zonder identiteitspapieren en daarmee zonder visum)…….

BBC World Service meldde e.e.a. vanmorgen in het nieuws van 10.00 u. Volgens de nieuwslezer zouden de diverse korpsen hebben gemeld, dat men op zoek is naar misdadige immigranten…….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

Toevallig zijn in de VS alle immigranten zonder papieren misdadig, immers volgens de wet van de VS, ben je als ongedocumenteerde immigrant in (zware) overtreding…….

Lullig genoeg kan men deze mensen, als men ze niet over de grens kan zetten, voor onbepaalde tijd vasthouden, dit vanwege een wet, nog door ‘vredesduif’ Obama getekend………

Clearing House”
– “Antimedia”–  Indiana
passed a bill on
Wednesday that authorizes police officers to shut down highway
protesting “by any means necessary.” S.B.
285, as it is known, obliges a public official to dispatch all
available officers within 15 minutes of discovering any assembly of
10 or more people who are obstructing vehicle traffic.


The
bill then authorizes the responding officers to clear roads “by any
means necessary.”

Critics
are calling
it the “Block Traffic and You Die” bill, an apt name for
a bill that has co-opted the phrase “any means necessary,” used
famously in speech delivered
by Malcolm X during the Civil Rights movement, turning it into a
threat against government dissent (with no apparent awareness of the
irony).

S.B.
285 is among a collection of increasingly hostile ‘anti-obstruction’
laws that have been quietly submitted in states around the nation
over the past few months. A report by The
Intercept published Wednesday
tracked five such anti-protest laws introduced by Republican
lawmakers in different states, four of which are currently pending.

One
of the most disturbing among them is House
Bill N. 1203, a bill introduced earlier this month by North
Dakota lawmaker Keith Kempenich in
response to the Dakota Access Pipeline Protests (DAPL). The bill
would exempt motorists who hit demonstrators with their cars from any
liability in cases where the victims were “obstructing
vehicular traffic on a public road, street, or highway.”
This twisted take on protest criminalization comes short of condoning
manslaughter as a viable means of crowd control.

Also
this month, Minnesota State Representative Kathy Lohmer led the
effort on submitting H.F.
322, a bill that would re-classify obstructing highway traffic
from a misdemeanor to a “gross misdemeanor” and would authorize
government units to sue protesters for “public
safety response costs related to unlawful assemblies.”

The
proposed legislation is strikingly reminiscent of Washington State
Senator Eric Ericksen’s proposal to punish protesters as ‘economic
terrorists,’ which Anti-Media first reported
on in November.

All
of the proposed laws share a common trait in that they were all
adopted in response to a major protest event in that state. H.F. 322
was submitted shortly after a judge
dismissed the riot charges against protesters who took to
the St. Paul Interstate last July in a demonstration against the
police shooting of Philando
Castille. Ericksen’s “economic terrorism” bill announcement
came just days after anti-frackingprotesters blocked
railroad tracks in Olympia, Washington. DAPL protests inspired both
the Indiana and North Dakota bills.

These
retroactive responses on behalf of Republican state lawmakers are
also seen as preemptive strikes against the threat of increased
protests during the Trump presidency.

As
ACLU staff attorney Lee Rowland expressed in an
interview with The
Intercept,
these so-called ‘obstruction bills’ are but thinly disguised
efforts to squash any government dissent.

“A
law that would allow the state to charge a protester $10,000 for
stepping in the wrong place, or encourage a driver to get away with
manslaughter because the victim was protesting, is about one thing:
chilling protest,” Rowland
said.

Growing
tension between government officials and protesters is expected to
come to a culmination on Inauguration Day in D.C., where there will
already be many barriers in place to limit demonstrations.

First
and foremost is the Federal Grounds and Buildings Improvement Act of
2011, known as H.R
347.

H.R.-347
is a revision of a 1971 federal trespassing law that made it a crime
to “willfully and knowingly” remain in an area under Secret
Security protection. H.R. 347 removes the word “willingly,” a
legal technicality that effectively lowers the bar on the mental
state required to be found guilty under the law.

As
explained by the American
Civil Liberties Union:

“Under
the original language of the law, you had to act ‘willfully and
knowingly’ when committing the crime. In short, you had to know
your conduct was illegal. Under H.R. 347, you will simply need to act
‘knowingly,’ which here would mean that you know you’re in a
restricted area, but not necessarily that you’re committing a
crime.”

Under
current federal law, protesting in proximity to an elected official
under the protection of the Secret Service, which includes President
Trump, is a crime punishable by fine and up to ten years in jail.


Protesting
during Trump’s inauguration comes with additional complications as
the National Park Service reserves
a large portion of the inaugural parade route along
Pennsylvania Ave and in Freedom Plaza for ticket sales under the
exclusive discretion of Trump’s Presidential
Inaugural Committee (PIC). This means the PIC can refuse to
allow protesters along the route.

An
activist group called Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (Answer) has
been engaged in a  legal
battle with the National Park Service since 2005, arguing
the privatization of the Inauguration is an attempt to “sanitize”
the streets of dissent.

While
the National Park Service has been controversially setting aside
tickets for the PIC since
1980, the issue garnered more attention this year when it was
discovered that the sidewalk in front of the Trump International
Hotel, a significant site for protesters, would be a part of PIC’s
ticket-only area.

Adding
another level of bureaucracy, the Washington
Post reported the
hotel and plaza in front are actually under the control of Trump’s
real estate agency, meaning protesters would have to literally ‘ask
permission’ to remain in the space.

As
the week comes to an end, it becomes apparent that dissent is being
criminalized not only nationwide but on multiple fronts. Increased
regulations are appearing that limit the public spaces that can be
lawfully occupied in protest. Meanwhile, legislation is also being
introduced to increase the negative consequences for newly unlawful
protests. Should more states follow suit with Indiana, demonstrators
will soon find themselves paradoxically protesting for their right to
protest at all.

Met Donald Trump in het Witte Huis, heeft de schaduwregering, die de VS al tientallen jaren bestuurt: het grote bedrijfsleven, onder aanvoering van het militair-industrieel complex en de oliemaffia, met steun van de geheime diensten, openlijk en ‘legaal’* de macht in handen gekregen. Waarbij opgemerkt moet worden, dat de situatie voor de geheime diensten onzeker is geworden. Al is de verwachting bij deskundigen, dat bijvoorbeeld de CIA Trump binnen de kortste keren in de zak zal hebben

Mocht u zich afvragen, of de VS in een bananenrepubliek is veranderd, stop maar, de VS gaat nu heel wat verder dan dat…… Onder Obama is de VS veranderd in een politiestaat, één van zijn laatste daden, was het tekenen van een wet, waarmee mensen, die verdacht worden van terrorisme, ‘oneindig’ kunnen worden vastgehouden, zonder vorm van proces………** Weet u nog wat Obama voorafgaand aan zijn eerste verkiezingsoverwinning durfde te zeggen over de ontvoerde gijzelaars in Guantanamo Bay en die ‘gevangenis’ zelf….??

– Before the Inauguration, one was guarded about using the term
“fascist” to describe America, as if slanderous and an
exaggeration. No longer. It is not entirely Trump’s doing; Obama
and his predecessors were creeping up to that point with each
intervention, confrontation, weakening of civil liberties, drone
attack, regime change—a whole catalogue of death, defiance,
destruction. But it is Trump who pulls America over the top, with the
willing agreement of millions of Americans, a self-conscious,
articulate mobocracy contemptuous of all who disagree with, yes, a
fascist agenda.

That
agenda is simple: capitalism and militarism merged, indivisible,
monolithic, holding America in a death grip. Squeezing, choking,
bullying: experience gained abroad, slowly taking effect at home.
Root out the dissident. Empty the social safety net, so that ordinary
people begin to think complicity, for fear of suffering hardship, a
fusion of surveillance and foreclosure or even penury and want of
basics. The Tale of Two Cities? No, two countries, with police-state
attributes riding roughshod over the people.

Through
all of this, Trump poses as the quintessential Nazi-like demagogue,
giving assurances to the people, celebrating their sovereignty, and
meanwhile already—his policies and personality an accurate
preview—turning the screws. Listen to his introduction in his
speech, unashamed playing up to The Folk, to ingratiate himself with
them, as, behind our backs, the Billionaires Club is busily writing
and presenting their wish list: the scrapping of every decent thing a
government, hostile in the first instance to the needs and
aspirations of working people and the poor, has done.

Cut
trillions from the Budget. Pour much of that back into armaments, the
remainder into reduced taxes for America’s wealthiest. Strip away
whatever is deemed superfluous for the realization of Fortress
America, a Behemoth with the obsession of “greatness,” aka,
unilateral global domination behind high protective walls. Only a
complete militarization of political culture and Nation carries
forward that logic: Hitler’s “Strength Through Joy,” a
not-distant cousin. Win the people over, give them bread and circuses
(chiefly rhetorical), crank up the machinery of patriotism, let the
people think it is really their country, when in reality…. (Just
look at the Cabinet appointments, and in the next few weeks and days,
the roll back with a hatchet, not a scalpel, of social legislation.)

Here,
the speech—dishonesty, flattery, a people’s presidency: “rebuild
our country and restore its promise for all of our people.” (The
trickle-down theory, with rouged cheeks.) The “orderly and peaceful
transfer of power,” heard ad nauseum on television, yet why not
peaceful and orderly, given the continuity, my emphasis here on
Obama, of bipartisan policy through administrations from at least
Kennedy forward? More rightwing jive: “we are transferring power
from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the people.”
Again: “Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its
wealth.” A clever projection: demonize the source working
hand-in-glove with plutocracy, the selfsame plutocracy Trump
personifies, represents, and is determined to protect and enrich
further. He speaks of “struggling families all across our land,”
yet is about to gut the programs making their lives bearable. This is
like the Marquis de Sade politically: humiliate (the knife driven
deeper by pseudo-praise) the victims of America’s vast
differentiations in the distribution of wealth, power, and social
respect, and of course play up to those who have already evinced
fascist sympathies (we are probably approaching the population
half-way mark, including—shameful to say—a large number of
working people).

The
seeds of proto-fascism run deep, a contagion found in all classes, a
shared responsibility in degradation and national shame. This is not
the time to recite American history, present-day actions and
attitudes tell the story, Trump being a useful summary of past and
future. The USA “is your country…. [w]hat matters is…whether
our government is controlled by the people.” He captures the energy
and momentum of the mass-man phenomenon: “You [‘the forgotten men
and women’] came by the tens of millions to become part of an
historic movement, the likes of which the world has never seen
before. At the center of this movement is a crucial conviction that a
nation exists to serve its citizens.” True, indeed, provided it is
understood that some citizens—e.g., Morgan, Chase; Goldman, Sachs;
Halliburton; Boeing, etc. etc.—are more equal than others. For
Trump to have come this far, and not be laughed/booed off the
platform, speaks volumes about where the nation is at: in a moral
sociopolitical void.

“A
righteous people and a righteous public,” collective self-flattery
again, leads to the theme of Solidarity, classic fascist rhetoric,
when he proclaims, “This American carnage [poverty, drugs, poor
education] stops right here and stops right now. We are one nation….
We share one heart, one home, and one glorious destiny.” In other
words, Don’t rock the boat, don’t criticize, stand united against
the Outsider, whether within or without American society. No longer
shall we have “the very sad depletion of our military.” [The New
York Times here interpolates the surprising, for it, comment]: “The
Pentagon spends about $600 billion a year on the American military,
more than is spent on the next six largest world militaries combined.
Hardly a depleted force.”

There
is more, worthy of Brecht’s Arturo Ui, Mel Brooks’s The
Producers, or run-of-the-mill Hitlerian dialogue: “From this day
forward, a new vision will govern our land. From this day forward,
it’s going to be only America first. America first.” Those of my
generation shudder at the phrase (even as a small child on the eve of
World War II), its crystal-clear Nazi overtones and associations
historically realized in practice, and now brought back to life. Then
into an American Paean: We will be self-sufficient. We will rebuild
America. “We will shine for everyone to follow.” The city on a
hill has never had a greater champion, oozing with ethnocentrism and
xenophobia, not to say, organized within an authoritarian framework.
The best he can do, and we can turn now from the speech, is: “We
must speak our minds openly, debate our disagreements honestly [in
both cases, not only massive surveillance, but also the Espionage Act
to be used against whistleblowers], but always pursue solidarity.”
Promises are meant to be fulfilled, or broken, but there is no
getting around the last thought, “the pursuit of solidarity,” no
fudging the fascist mindset.

My
title mentions the banana republic (Webster’s, “a small dependent
country; esp. one run despotically”), the last part square on the
mark, but this is more serious: concentrated power to antisocial,
antihuman ends, led by the unscrupulous and wealth- and power-hungry,
a matrix of nihilism given a touch of glamor. Trump is for real.
Militarism is for real, given special meaning and intensity by virtue
of being inscribed within a fortress-like structure and mentality.
Heaven help any who dare cross the United States of America.

Het volgende bericht ontving ik gisteren van theCanary. Hierin beschreven hoe men in Groot-Brittannië bezig is een leger van ‘snoopers’ op te zetten (snoopers: mensen die stiekem je zaken en leven onderzoeken). In de eerste tien jaar van deze eeuw, werden er al 40.000 ‘snoopers’, gerecruteerd, o.a. in de gezondheidssector…….. Intussen zijn er een half miljoen mensen in de publieke sector (waaronder het onderwijs) opgeleid tot snooper, waarvan 150.000 werkzaam in de gezondheidszorg……

The government is training an army of snoopers, right across British society

An
army of spies is being trained across the British Isles. They
are not ‘fifth columnists’ but the man in the pub, the woman on
the bus, and even your fellow worker. A series of training modules,
examined by The
Canary,
aims to recruit snoopers in communities and industry sectors
across British society.

Also
seen by The
Canary is
a document that provides guidance to police on the recruitment of
informers, as well as a presentation currently in use by Merseyside
Police that lists anti-capitalists as ‘extremists’.

An

The Prevent
programme [pdf] claims
to combat terrorism and “radicalisation“.
It has featured the heavy hand of government at every stage of its
development. It has also attracted criticism from across the
political spectrum, including The
BBC, The
Telegraph, The
Guardian and The
New Statesman.

The
Canary can
now reveal that an ‘army’ of snoopers is being trained via a
series of Prevent
learning modules. These
form part of the government’s wider counter-terrorism strategy
(CONTEST
[pdf]).
The modules are a joint initiative of the College of Policing and the
Metropolitan Police and available via the NCALT e-learning
platform.

Prevent
training users can customise the modules by both geographic
area and industry sector.
Currently, the content is geared to the education and local authority
sectors. The introduction to the modules states that the health
sector is the next target. The police, fire service, voluntary
services, offender management, employment services, prisons,
community and youth justice sectors will also be targeted.

Behaviour
managers

In
the training modules, users – referred to as “behaviour managers”
– are asked to
look out for staff “becoming disrespectful”, “asking
inappropriate questions”, or displaying an “unhealthy use of the
internet”.

A catalogue
of resources [pdf] provides
behaviour managers with information on the Channel service
– a programme which “focuses on providing support at an early
stage to people who are identified as being vulnerable to being drawn
into terrorism” – and the opportunity to refer targets to
the appropriate authorities.

The
Canary asked
the College
of Policing and the Metropolitan Police for more information about
the Prevent learning modules and the number of people they aim to
train, but received no response.

Struggling
to get it right

Under
the Prevent programme, over half
a million public sector workers have
received separate training, of which at least 150,000 are NHS
‘safeguarding’ staff. Prevent
guidance also
places a duty on schools and other agencies to “have due regard to
the need to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism”.

The
programme has identified more
than 400 children aged 10 and under as “at risk” of ‘extremism’,
with a further 1,424 youngsters aged 11 to 15 as “at risk” of
‘radicalisation’.

But
Rights Watch UK continues to provide cases of
children wrongly reported via Prevent. And in March 2016, the
National Union of Teachers voted
overwhelmingly to
reject the programme.

According
to to
Maina Kiai, the UN’s special rapporteur on the right to freedom of
assembly, Prevent has:

“created
unease and uncertainty around what can be legitimately discussed in
public.

           He
added that Prevent “could end up promoting extremism, rather than
countering it”.

Is
Prevent counter-productive?

Conflating
political protest –
like anti-fracking and anti-capitalism movements
– with terrorism is one example of how Prevent sows the seeds of
distrust. The Home Office has been forced
to admit that
anti-fracking campaigners should not be labelled as extremists.

But
on 29 December 2016, The
Liverpool Echo ran a
story exposing
how official documents classed anti-fracking campaigners
alongside terrorist groups. It refers to a Merseyside Police
presentation given to schools, governors, colleges and childcare
providers, which listed anti-fracking activities as a “type of
extremism”.

In
response, DCI Sarah Kenwright of that constabulary denied neither the
currency nor validity of the presentation, saying:

“[The]
presentation [was] personally delivered by specialist Prevent
officers to partners and local businesses, to raise awareness and
improve understanding of the potential threats to the UK.”

Not
forgetting the army of informers

Complementing
Prevent (and GCHQ
mass surveillance)
is the everyday investigative work of the police. A redacted document
[pdf] authorised
by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) outlines the importance
of social media as a source for intelligence. The document, marked as
‘restricted’, also summarises (p6) the role of a ‘Covert Human
Intelligence Source’ (CHIS).

The
Intelligence Services Commissioner defines a
CHIS as (our emphasis):

“A
person who is a member of, or acting on behalf of, one of the
intelligence services or armed services who is authorised to obtain
information from people who do not know that this information will
reach the intelligence or armed services. A CHIS may be a member of
the public or an
undercover officer [UCO].”

According
to [pdf] a
Justice report, just under 40,000 CHISs were recruited in the first
decade of the 21st century alone.

What
about undercover officers?

A
2014 Network for Police Monitoring (Netpol) submission
[pdf, p2] argued
that:

“The
[CHIS] code fails to recognise the compelling allegations of
inappropriate intimate and sexual relationships entered into by
undercover police. There is no guidance on whether such relationships
are permitted, or the circumstances in which they may be considered
proportionate”.

In
the same year, Police Spies Out of Our Lives submitted that
police officers are “expressly forbidden from entering into
intimate or sexual relationships whilst in their undercover persona”.

In
November 2015, the police issued an apology:

“The
Metropolitan Police recognizes that this should never happen again
and the necessary steps must be taken to ensure that it does not”

But
the NPCC document – updated as recently as April 2016 and
authorised for adoption by all police forces – takes no account of
the Met’s statement. Nor does it reject infiltration by UCOs of
political groups.

The Investigatory
Powers Act [pdf] does
not address these issues either. (Meanwhile, the European Court of
Justice has declared the
Act’s indiscriminate retention of data unlawful.)

Clearly,
more updates are needed.

De BBC, de Britse nationale omroep en via BBC World Service, wat betreft de radio, een grote speler op de wereld ‘mediamarkt’, heeft een standbeeld van George Orwell (echte naam: Eric Blair) voor het hoofdgebouw geplaatst………. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

Laat de BBC een flink aantal jaren geleden al zijn omgevormd, tot een staatsgetrouwe omroep, die niet alleen het ijskoude, inhumane neoliberalisme als het nieuwe evangelie verkondigt, maar die ook in zake oorlog en oorlog (tja, vrede bestaat al lang niet meer) de kant van de westerse propaganda ‘heeft gekozen’. Ofwel het steunen van het uiterst agressieve, om niet te zeggen: zwaar terroristische karakter van het VS buitenlandbeleid, dat slaafs wordt gevolgd door de meeste andere westerse landen………..

George Orwell beschreef in zijn roman 1984 o.a. nu juist die propaganda berichtgeving over oorlogvoering, door de reguliere (massa) media, in het verhaal geheel in handen van de overheid, als een middel om de bevolking tot eenheid te dwingen, in de angst voor de ‘vijand….’

Die vijand is, zoals in 1984, heden ten dage (en dat al behoorlijk lang) nu juist het westen zelf, dat onder het mom van ‘democratie brengen’, onder leiding van de VS, enorme massamoorden aanricht in landen waar het niets te zoeken heeft. Men deinst er niet voor terug een half miljoen kinderen te laten sterven, als een dictator, of een democratisch gekozen president ( en/of regering) niet precies doet wat de VS wil dat er gebeurt, zoals onder (Bill) Clinton door Albright voor elkaar gekregen in Irak……….. Een smerige zaak waarmee Albright desgevraagd, nog steeds geen probleem heeft, ‘het was het waard’, aldus hare kwaadaardigheid………

Alle westerse agressie wordt door de reguliere (massa) media uitgelegd als onoverkomelijk en nodig om andere volkeren ook ‘de heilige neoliberale democratie’ te brengen. Waarbij landen in soms een paar maanden tijd geheel naar de kloten worden geholpen, neem de uiterst misdadige en gewelddadige illegale oorlog tegen Libië in 2011. Dit land werd door het westen terug gebombardeerd van het meest welvarende land van Afrika, naar zo ongeveer het armste land van dat continent……. Dit onder groot applaus van de reguliere media……..

George Orwell voor het BBC gebouw, de beste man zou zich omdraaien in z’n graf als hij dit zou horen, schande!!
