waarin hij ten overvloede (maar volkomen terecht) stelt dat de VS, met hulp van
NAVO lidstaten Groot-Brittannië en Frankrijk, dood en verderf zaait
in landen waar het niets te zoeken heeft…… (landen in het Midden-Oosten, waar ik in dit geval ook Libië en Afghanistan toe reken) Door deze grootschalige
terreur zijn enorme stromen vluchtelingen op gang gekomen,
vluchtelingen die hun heil zoeken in Europa en dan m.n. in de EU,
niet alleen omdat dit de meest dichtstbijzijnde plek is waar men de
oorlog definitief achter zich kan laten, maar ook omdat de VS botweg
weigert vluchtelingen uit het Midden-Oosten op te nemen….. Dit was overigens in iets mindere mate al zo onder de Obama regering…..


Zuesse
wijst op de leugens die het westerse publiek (inclusief het Nederlandse) dagelijks op haar bord
geserveerd krijgt, zoals de leugens dat landen als Afghanistan, Irak,
Libië en Syrië, een gevaar vormen voor hun veiligheid…… Een
leugen zo doortrapt, dat ze zelfs een volkomen omdraaiing van feiten
is, immers de grootschalige westerse terreur in het Midden-Oosten
zorgt juist voor terreur op de straten van vooral de EU…….

De
hiervoor genoemde landen, vier landen kunnen zelfs amper worden gezien als
een gevaar voor de hen omringende landen, waar alleen Irak
als agressor kan worden aangewezen, dan wijs ik vooral op de oorlog
van Irak tegen Iran in de 80er jaren, waar deze vooral de VS goed
uitkwam, sterker nog: de VS heeft destijds Saddam Hoessein opgejut
Iran aan te vallen….. 


Nederland onderhield ook goede banden met Saddam Hoessein, zo kon VVD plork Bolkestein een exportvergunning afgeven voor de levering van onderdelen tot het bereiden van gifgas, iets waarvoor hij destijds uit en te na werd gewaarschuwd door deskundigen, daarmee is deze Bolkestein een enorme oorlogsmisdadiger!

America Bombs, Europe Gets the Refugees. That’s Evil

The
US Government (with France and a few other US allies) bombs Libya,
Syria, etc.; and the US regime refuses to accept any of the resulting
refugees — the burdens from which are now breaking the EU, and the
EU is sinking in economic competition against America’s
international corporations.
America’s corporations remain blithely unscathed by not only the
refugees that
are breaking up the EU, but also by the EU’s economic sanctions
against Russia, Iran, and other allies of governments that the US
regime is trying to overthrow in its constant invasions and coups.
The US Government makes proclamations such as “Assad must go!” —
but by what right is the US Government involved, at all, in
determining whom the leaders in Syria will be? Syria never invaded
the US In fact, Syria never invaded anywhere (except, maybe, Israel,
in order to respond against Israel’s invasions). Furthermore, all
polling, even by Western pollsters, shows that Bashar al-Assad would
easily win any free and fair election in Syria. The
US Government claims to support democracy, but it does the exact
opposite whenever they want to get rid of a Government that is
determined to protect that nation’s sovereignty over its own
national territory, instead of to yield it to the US regime, or to
any other foreigners. The US regime has virtually
destroyed the United Nations.

The
US regime even refuses
to provide restitution to Syria for its bombings, and for its arming
and training of the jihadists — the fundamentalist Sunni
mercenaries recruited from around the world — who are the US
regime’s “boots on the ground” trying to overthrow Syria’s
Government.
Al Qaeda has
led the
dozens of jihadist
groups that have served as the US regime’s “boots on the ground”
to overthrow Assad,
but Al Qaeda is good
enough to serve the purpose,
in the US regime’s view of things. The US regime says that there
will be no
restitution to Syria unless
Syria accepts being ruled by ‘rebels’
whose leadership is actually
being chosen by the US regime’s chief ally, the
fundamentalist-Sunni Saud family,
who already own Saudi Arabia, and who (along
with the CIA) have been unsuccessfully trying, ever since 1949, to
take over the committedly secular, non-sectarian, nation of Syria.
In fact, the CIA perpetrated two
of the three Syrian coups that
were carried out in 1949. 

The
US regime, and its allies, have used the Muslim Brotherhood, in order
to recruit into Syria the 100,000+ jihadists from around the world to
fight to overthrow Syria’s secular Government. Even the BBC’s 13
December 2013 detailed report, “Guide
to the Syrian rebels”,
made clear that the “Syrian Rebels” were, in fact, overwhelmingly
jihadist and largely recruited from abroad. These were hardly
democrats. Even a Tony-Blair-founded anti-Assad NGO’s study
concluded that “Sixty
per cent of major Syrian rebel groups are Islamist extremists” (not
just “Islamists” but “Islamist extremists”) and yet the
Blair outfit still supported the overthrow of the committed
secularist Assad (just as Blair had earlier participated himself in
the US regime’s destruction
of Iraq). 

The
fundamentalist-Sunni royal Thani family own Qatar and have been the
top international funders of the Muslim Brotherhood, just as the
fundamentalist-Sunni royal Saud family, who own
Saudi Arabia,
have been the
top funders of Al Qaeda.
The main difference between the Sauds and the Thanis has been that
whereas the
Sauds hate Shia (and
that means especially
Iran),
the Thanis don’t. Thus, for the Sauds, this is a war against the
Shia center, Iran, and not only against Syria. This war
against Syria was a coordinated US-Saud-Thani operation, in which the
fundamentalist-Sunni group, Al Qaeda, provided the leadership but the
(pan-Islamic) fundamentalist Muslim Brotherhood provided the largest
recruiting website.
This entire hyper-aggressive operation was internationally
coordinated. The
Obama Administration started planning this operation, under Hillary
Clinton, in 2010. As
even the neoconservative (i.e., US-empire advocating) Washington
Post reported,
on 17 April 2011, from Wikileaks, “It
is unclear whether the State Department is still funding Syrian
opposition groups, but the cables indicate money was set aside [by
the Obama Administration] at least through September 2010.” That
article mentioned only “former members of the Muslim
Brotherhood,” not the Muslim Brotherhood itself; and no mention was
made in it to Al Qaeda, in any form. 

Then,
in 2013, the neoconservative Foreign
Policy magazine
headlined “How
the Muslim Brotherhood Hijacked Syria’s Revolution” and
was oblivious regarding the neoconservative Obama Administration’s
having planned that “hijacking,” starting in 2010 (but going
back even as far as Obama’s inauguration;
this operation was a key part of his
secret anti-Russia agenda,
which preceded even his coming into office). But if Obama wasn’t
neocon-enough to suit that magazine’s editors, then Trump certainly
should be, because Trump
continues Obama’s foreign policies but with an even more hostile
thrust against the Sauds’ chief
target, which is Iran. Above
all, the
US alliance’s goal has been for the Saud family’s selected
(rabidly anti-Shiite) people to take over and run the Syrian
Government.
As Global Security has
phrased this matter,
“The High Negotiations Committee [which is the group who are
negotiating against Assad’s government at the US-sponsored ‘peace’
talks] is a Saudi-backed coalition of Syrian opposition groups. The
High Negotiations Committee (HNC) was created in Saudi Arabia in
December 2015.” 

So,
this war in Syria has actually been the Sauds’ war to take over
Syria. And it actually started
in 1949,
but the US-backed
Muslim-Brotherhood-led “Arab Spring” in 2011 gave
the US and its allies the opportunity to culminate it, finally. 

And
Europe receives the fall-out from it. This
fall-out has been hurting European corporations, in international
competition against US corporations. It’s not only
political.

The
US regime has continued
this thrust, under Obama’s successor.
US President Donald Trump demands European corporations to end their
business with Shiite Iran (which the Saud family is determined to
take over), and to end their business with Russia, which
America’s own billionaires themselves are determined to take over,
just like the Sauds are determined to take over both Syria and Iran.

And
Europe receives refugees not only from places where the US and some
of its NATO allies have recently been bombing, but even from Kosovo,
Iraq, Afghanistan, and other places where NATO has bombed in the
past,
and even from Ukraine,
where the US regime perpetrated a bloody coup in February 2014,
followed there by an ethnic-cleansing campaign to kill the residents
in areas which had voted the heaviest for the overthrown President.

America
is no actual ally of Europe. The Marshall Plan is long-since
finished,
and America has been taken over by psychopaths
who are Europe’s main enemies,
not Europe’s friends, at all. (They’re friends of some European
aristocracies, but not of any European
public, not of even merely one public.)

Iran
and Russia should be Europe’s allies — they
didn’t cause any of Europe’s problems.
America did. America’s intelligence agencies tapped (and probably
still tap)
the phones of Germany’s Chancellor and practically everybody else,
and yet the US regime has the gall to blame Russia for interfering in
the political affairs of European countries. If that isn’t the pot
calling the kettle ‘black’, then what is? If anything, the EU’s
sanctions should be against doing business with American firms
— not against
doing business with Russian firms, or with Iranian firms. European
politicians who support the US support Europe’s top enemy.

Russia
is, itself, a European country, which additionally traverses much of
Asia, but America is no European country, at
all,
and yet now is so brazen as to demand that Europe must do America’s
bidding — not only against Russia, but also against the
Sauds’ main target,
which is Iran (the same main target as Israel’s).

Why
are Europeans not asking themselves: Who is
Europe’s enemy in all of this — what causes this
refugee-crisis? The refugees certainly didn’t.

It’s
not Russia, and it’s not Iran, and it’s not China; it
is America — which is the true enemy of them all, and of us all —
including even of the American people ourselves,
because the
US Government no longer actually represents the American people.
These invasions, and military occupations, and coups, do not serve
America’s public; they serve America’s aristocracy. The US is no
longer (if
it ever was)
a democracy. The US Government now is the US aristocracy
— not the
US public. It’s a dictatorship.
And, it has the
type of ‘news’media that any dictatorship has.

On
June 30th, the US aristocracy’s New
York Times headlined “Bavaria:
Affluent, Picturesque — and Angry”,
and reported “the new angry center of Europe, the latest
battleground for populists eager to bring down both Chancellor Angela
Merkel of Germany and the idea of a liberal Europe itself.” Their
elitist (pro-US-aristocracy) ‘reporter’ (actually propagandist)
interviewed ‘experts’ who condemn Europe’s politicians that are
trying to assuage their own public’s anger against the EU’s
open-door policy regarding this flood of refugees from what
is actually, for the most part, the US regime’s (and its allies’)
bombings — air-support of the boots-on-the-ground jihadist
mercenaries. The
combination of this air-support, and of the jihadists, has been the
backbone of the US-Saudi-Israeli effort to overthrow and replace
Syria’s Government.

Libya
was a similar case, but was only friendly toward Russia,
not allied with
Russia, as both Syria and Iran are.

The
US aristocracy funds an enormous international PR campaign for all
this. These
are ‘humanitarian’
bombings in
order to replace a
‘barbaric’ Government —
but replace it with what? With one that would be chosen by the Sauds.
And this propaganda-campaign is also funded by the
US-allied aristocracies. All
of the major ‘news’media, in US and allies, receive their
‘expert’ ‘information’ from these privately-funded and
government-funded propagandists, who are treated by ‘journalists’ as
being objective and experts (which they’re not).

The NYT article
says — and I add here key explanatory links:

“This
is not about economics,” said Gerald
Knaus,
the director of the European
Stability Initiative, [and
though unmentioned by the Times, “The
Open Society Institute was a major core funder” of
the ESI, which is] a
Berlin-based think tank. “It is about identity and a very
successful populist P.R. machine that is rewriting recent history.”

So:
the Times was
secretly (and they didn’t include any links to help online readers
know who was actually funding their ‘experts’, at all) pumping
NATO propaganda, as if it were authentic and neutral news-reporting,
instead of craven service to the US aristocracy that controls the US
Government and its NATO military alliance. This is the New
York Times, itself,
that is “rewriting recent history.” That’s how they do it —
constantly (as ‘news’).

And

“rewriting” (by simply omitting to so much as even just suggest,
but which is essential
backgound in
order to understand the real history
behind this important matter):

Security and Defence Policy: Nice and Beyond”

7 February 2001 the Foreign Secretary, Robin Cook, emphasised the
ESDP’s [European Security and Defence Policy’s] tie to NATO
during a press interview, following his meeting in Washington with US
National Security Adviser, Condoleeza Rice. He said:

I
have stressed that the European
Security Initiative will strengthen the capacity of Europe to
contribute to crisis management and therefore is welcome to a
Washington that is interested in fairer burden sharing, and
that Washington can be confident that Britain will insist that
the European Security Initiative is firmly anchored on NATO. We are
both determined to see that happen, we are both determined to make
sure that the European Security Initiative carries out its promise to
strengthen the North Atlantic Alliance.119

Though
the Sauds, and also Israel’s aristocracy, are mainly anti-Iran, the
US aristocracy are obsessed with their goal of conquering Russia.
Since Iran, and Syria, are both allied with Russia, the US regime is
trying to overthrow those Russia-allied Governments, before going
in for the kill, against Russia itself.
That’s what all of these economic sanctions, and the bombings and
the backing of Al Qaeda for overthrowing Syria’s Government, are
really all about. 

Is this what
today’s Europeans want their Governments to be doing — and doing
it for that reason,
the US aristocracy’s reason? Despite the huge harms it is certainly
causing to Europeans?

Here,
then, is a debate between, on the one hand a retired CIA official who
thinks “Our relationship with Israel causes us war with
Muslims,” versus Representatives in the US Congress who are
actually representatives of Israel’s Government and
definitely not
representatives
of the American people. Both sides in that debate are acceptable to
the aristocrats who control the US Government, because neither side
argues that the apartheid theocratic Government of Israel is an enemy
of the American people (as is documented actually to be the
case, here and here),
nor that the
entire problem of Islamic terrorism is fundamentalist-Sunni, and that
only Israel gets hit by terrorism that’s from both Sunnis and
Shiites — that Shiites (the US alliance’s targets) are no terrorist
threat, at all, to Europeans (nor to Americans) —
the “Islamist” threat is actually only from fundamentalist
Sunnis, which are the very same groups that are secretly allied with
America’s aristocracy and the Sauds. Neither side of the ‘debate’
acknowledges that both the Sauds and Israel (and Israel’s
lobbyists represent internationally also the Sauds’ interests)
are enemies both of the American people, and of the peoples of
Europe. 

As
the world’s greatest blogger, the former UK Ambassador (but too
honest to stay in that business) Craig Murray, recently said under
the headline, “No
Trump, No Clinton, No NATO”:
“The destruction of Libya’s government and infrastructure
directly caused the Mediterranean boat migrant crisis, which has
poisoned the politics of much of the European Union.” But, of
course, the US regime and its allies have also destroyed other
countries than that — and thus caused refugees to Europe from many
nations. And, finally, even
the US Government (though as quietly as possible) acknowledges that
it has destroyed Afghanistan.
Ironically, that’s the very nation where America and the Sauds, in
1979,
had started their war against all Governments that won’t
buckle to them.

Furthermore,
the US regime intends to keep it up. In case a reader might happen to
think that, surely, the US regime and its allies are going to quit
this rousing of hornets’ nests; Sharmine Narwani, who is one of the
very few non-“embedded” journalists who reports in The West about
— and (which the mainstream ones don’t) from —
the war in Syria, headlined, on June 25th, “Are
al-Qaeda Affiliates Fighting Alongside US Rebels in Syria’s
South?” and
she found that the answer to this question is a resounding yes:

Despite
its US and UN designation as a terrorist organization, Nusra [Al
Qaeda’s main name in Syria] has been openly fighting alongside
the “Southern Front,” a group of 54 opposition militias funded
and commanded by a US-led war room based in Amman, Jordan called the
Military Operations Center (MOC). …

Sources
inside Syria — both opposition fighters and Syrian military brass
(past and present) — suggest the command center consists of the US,
UK, France, Jordan, Israel, and some Persian Gulf states. … In
practice, the US doesn’t appear to mind the Nusra affiliation —
regardless of the fact that the group is a terror organization — as
long as the job gets done.

These
wars, which pour Middle Eastern (and also Ukrainian*)
refugees into the EU, are inter-aristocratic conflicts reflecting
inter-aristocratic competitions; and the publics everywhere suffer
enormously from them. The gainers
from it are
very few but very rich (and they hire very powerful agents in Europe
and elsewhere). Those billionaire gainers, and their agents, should
be Europe’s targets — not Russia
and Iran. NATO must end now. Europe needs to be freed, at last, from
America’s permanent-war-for permanent-‘peace’ grip. For
Europeans, who are the indirect victims, to be blaming the refugees,
who are the direct victims, won’t solve anything, but will simply
please the victimizers, as is the public’s ancient habit (to please
the powerful). A break must be made, away from that ugly past.
European publics must lead the way, or no one will.

contradict what the US Government and its agents assert, I have
sought out and here linked to the highest-quality, least-contested
and most highly authenticated, sources and also to sources that link
to such sources; all of which, taken together, constitute a

Johnstone heeft op Steemit een artikel gepubliceerd over de anti-Iran
hysterie in de VS, met speciale aandacht voor het feit dat MEK, een
Iraanse terreurgroep, die bejubeld wordt door de Trump-administratie, van de terreurlijst werd gehaald door niemand minder dan Hillary
‘killary’ Clinton!

Johnstone
wordt nogal aangevallen door Trump aanhang over haar Iran publicaties
en kritiek op de Trump administratie, vandaar deze publicatie waarin
ze stelt dat het Trump-‘beleid’ t.a.v. Iran levensgevaarlijk is…..
Johnstone noemt o.a. de sancties van de VS tegen Iran n.a.v. de op geen
legitieme basis gebaseerde terugtrekking van de VS uit de Iran-deal*,
waar deze sancties het volk zullen uithongeren en hen zo tot een opstand
‘dwingen…..’ Waar de CIA ook nog eens met geheime acties bezig is
in Iran…… (eenzelfde scenario voltrekt zich in Venezuela, waar de NAVO intussen een Colombiaanse basis heeft in de buurt van het grensgebied met Venezuela…..)

Johnstone stelt dat het onverantwoord is te denken dat de VS tegelijk
opzettelijk chaos kan veroorzaken in Iran en daarbij zoveel controle
kan uitoefenen dat zaken niet uit de hand lopen, waar het aanneemt dat het Iraanse volk
de controle zal houden over de situatie (in Iran)…….

Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) of Iraanse Volksmoedjahedien: werd in 2012 door Clinton van de lijst met terreurgroepen

schrijft Johnstone over het ‘fenomeen’ QAnon, een psychologische
operatie waarmee men de populistische achterban van Trump in het kamp
van ‘regime change’ voor Iran wil leiden…… Kritiek wordt
afgedaan als Qanon zou juist mensen stimuleren uit te zoeken hoe de Deep State werkt en dus tegenovergesteld zijn aan belangen van de
Trump administratie….. Echter de praktijk laat zien wat Jonhnstone
heeft geconstateerd…..

Zie
hoe een volgend smerig en gewelddadig spel van de VS tot een opstand in Iran moet leiden, een opstand die moet resulteren in een staatsgreep, ongeacht de kosten in menselijke levens….. Vergeet niet dat
eerdere sancties van de VS tegen Irak hebben geleid tot de dood van
500.000 kinderen in dat land……

De
zo door de ‘onafhankelijke’ westerse reguliere pers en politici
gelauwerde oorlogsmisdadiger Madeleine Albright, verantwoordelijk voor die sancties
tegen Irak, die de dood van zoveel kinderen veroorzaakte, durfde een
paar jaar geleden keihard te zeggen dat de tol onder Iraakse kinderen
het doel waard zijn geweest….. Waar de illegale oorlog van de VS
tegen Irak in 2003 intussen al tot de moord op meer dan 1,5 miljoen

I
just wanted to give everyone a quick reminder of the fact that the
MEK, an Iranian
cult of highly
suspicious funding which
is beloved by Trump insiders like John
Bolton and Rudolph
Giuliani for
its extremely vocal pro-regime change agenda, was removed from the US
State Department’s list of designated terrorist organizations by
none other than Hillary Rodham Clinton.

I
point this out because I’ve been butting heads with the pro-Trump
faction of my readership quite a bit lately about this
administration’s dangerous escalations against Iran, including
starvation sanctions explicitly
geared toward provoking unrest following
America’s withdrawal from the Iran deal, as well as escalated
CIA covert ops.
There is no legitimate reason to believe that this administration can
simultaneously (A) deliberately stir up chaos in Iran while also (B)
maintaining so much control of the situation that it can keep things
from getting out of hand, while also (C) making sure control of the
situation remains in the hands of the Iranian people, as many
faithful Trump supporters have confidently assured me. These are
nonsensical, intrinsically contradictory beliefs, and I figure my
best shot at getting people’s skepticism up to a sane level is to
throw a monkey wrench in their partisan loyalties by pointing out
that Hillary Clinton helped advance the same agendas.

So
here it is. In 2012, despite its having actually killed
Americans in
acts of terrorism along with thousands of Kurds and Iranians, the
bloodthirsty Mujahideen-e Khalq (MEK) were removed from the list of
terrorist groups by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton following
the recommendation of
stalwart deep state lackeys like ex-CIA directors James Woolsey and
Porter J Goss, former FBI director Louis J Freeh, former Democratic
presidential candidate Howard Dean, Obama National Security Advisor
James L Jones, and George W Bush’s homeland security secretary Tom
Ridge, as well as current Trump administration employees John Bolton
and Rudolph Giuliani.

Whenever
I say that the pro-Trump, pro-regime
change 8chan phenomenon known
as QAnon is an establishment psyop designed to herd the populist
right into supporting neoconservative establishment agendas, Q
enthusiasts always come at me telling me it’s a purely beneficial and
healthy thing.

“How
can Q be bad, Caitlin?” they ask. “All he does is ask

Well,
normally doing your own research and asking questions is a good
thing, and there’s nothing inherently wrong with digging up
information about the corrupt financial ties of Democrats and
Never-Trumpers. But that’s all the anonymous 8chan user ever directs
followers to look into: Trump’s political enemies and targets. If
they were legitimately interested in exposing the mechanics of the
unelected power alliance known as the deep state, it would be an
entirely bipartisan ordeal since the deep state controls both
parties. And the Trump administration’s ties to the MEK are just the
sort of rabbit hole Q enthusiasts would be exploring.

But
they don’t. The only rabbit holes they ever explore are ones which
strengthen their conviction that all of Trump’s warmongering and his
coziness with deep state swamp monsters like John Bolton are actually
brilliant strategic maneuvering against the deep state. I’ve been
sincerely informed many times by Trusting Q enthusiasts that Julian
Assange is no longer at the Ecuadorian embassy, that Trump’s illegal
Syria strikes actually took out a secret Iranian nuclear facility,
that the deep state controls Iran currently, and that it used to
control North Korea and Saudi Arabia as well until Trump liberated
them.

Meanwhile,
in the real world, Trump is advancing longstanding deep state agendas
using longstanding deep state tactics. If I still have any readers
left who are QAnon enthusiasts, I challenge you to put the MEK in
your research crosshairs for a while and see what you find.

One
year ago, the actual,
literal psychopath who
would soon be named Trump’s National Security Advisor appeared
at an MEK rally and
declared that the cult was a “a viable opposition to the rule of
the ayatollahs.”

“I
had said for over 10 years since coming to these events, that the
declared policy of the United States of America should be the
overthrow of the mullahs’ regime in Tehran,” Bolton
proclaimed.
“The behavior and the objectives of the regime are not going to
change, and therefore the only solution is to change the regime
itself. And that’s why, before 2019, we here will celebrate in
Tehran!”

These
sentiments were
echoed with remarkable similarity this
past weekend by Trump’s lawyer Rudolph Giuliani at another MEK event
in Paris.

“The
mullahs must go, the ayatollah must go, and they must be replaced by
a democratic government which Madam Rajavi represents,” Giuliani
said in reference to MEK cult leader Maryam
Rajavi,
adding, “Freedom is right around the corner … Next year I want
to have this convention in Tehran!”

On
the latest protests in Iran, his comments got even creepier:

“Those
protests are not happening spontaneously,” Giuliani said. “They
are happening because of many of our people in Albania and many of
our people here and throughout out the world.”

Again,
the lawyer for the President of the United States was addressing the
MEK terror cult when he said this, and that terror cult has
a training compound in Albania.
If it had come out in a WikiLeaks document that this sort of thing
had been said by an Obama lawyer to an audience of Al Nusra fighters
in Syria, Trump supporters would have shaken the earth about it. But
it was said out in the open by the lawyer for the current sitting
president, and is going mostly ignored for purely partisan reasons.

In
a 12-minute presentation titled “Meet the MEK: Washington’s
Favorite Terror Cult”, the phenomenally lucid conspiracy analyst
James Corbett said
the following:

“Since
the US occupation of Iraq in 2003, the strategic value of an Iranian
group willing and capable of performing attacks and destabilization
efforts has been seen as strategically important to the West, which
has been desperate to curb Iran’s quest for Middle Eastern
predominance in the post-Saddam power vacuum.”

That
about sums it up right there.

As
I’ve been saying
all year,
Plan A for the US-centralized empire is not to do to Iran what was
done to Iraq; Plan A is to do to Iran what was done to Libya and
Syria. It’s important to be clear on this so we know what to watch
for. The modern approach to destroying a noncompliant government is
to use sanctions, propaganda, covert ops and alliances with extremist
factions to plunge the disobedient nation into chaos, all of which
this administration is currently doing. This is far more efficient
and media-friendly than a full-scale ground invasion and the regular
deliveries of flag-draped coffins which necessarily come with it. The
antiwar movement needs to adapt skillfully to opposing a form of
warfare which relies more on drones and CIA ops than the traditional
forms of conventional warfare, because they are just as deadly and
devastating, as a swift glance at Libya and Syria makes evident.

You’d
think for all their perfectly justified hatred of Obama’s
warmongering, the populist right would do a better job of spotting
those exact same patterns re-emerging in the current administration,
especially when some of those patterns involve a group Hillary
Clinton herself took off the US terrorist list.

What’s
up with that, my MAGA** brothers and sisters? You guys love Hillary all
of a sudden? Is she “based” now?

Let’s
get real. The two-headed one-party system has found yet another way
to undermine humanity, and Trump is just as much a part of it as his
predecessors. Look at the whole truth, so you can fight the whole
machine. Half-truths are the same as lies.

‘Christen’Unie (CU) voorzitter in de Tweede Kamer, Gert-Jan Segers heeft een interview gegeven aan de Telegraaf, waarin hij volkomen terecht stelt dat Nederland Turkije niet langer moet verdedigen ‘tegen agressie’ van Syrië.

Een verdediging die Nederland een paar jaar geleden nog deels voor haar rekening nam met de stationering van Patriot-raketten in Turkije…. Lullig genoeg was dezelfde CU destijds wel voor stationering van Patriot-raketten in Turkije, dit vanwege ‘dreigende’ Syrische agressie….. Voordewind, destijds de voorman van de CU, was zelfs blij met de stationering van Patriot-raketten in Turkije en wilde er meteen wat leveren aan Israël…… ha! ha! ha! ha! Terwijl Israël al bomvol stond met dat soort raketten, maar dat terzijde. Van agressie van Syrië tegen Turkije was toen geen sprake, zelfs niet van een dreiging daarmee……

Zoals gezegd, van die dreiging van Syrisch agressie tegen Turkije was geen enkel teken, maar toch stemde Nederland voor stationering van die raketten…… Des te vreemder, daar ook Turkije zich destijds als grote agressor gedroeg en zowel Irak als Syrië binnenviel als het haar zo uitkwam…… Deze feiten zetten ook achteraf nog grote vraagtekens bij het gezeur over artikel 5 van de NAVO: als een NAVO lidstaat wordt aangevallen, springen de andere lidstaten in de aanvalsmodus om dat land te verdedigen…….

Precies dat haalde ook Segers aan in zijn interview en hij stelde dat Turkije de grote agressor is in de regio, zo voert Turkije een smerige oorlog tegen de Koerden op Syrisch grondgebied…….. Vandaar dat Segers tegen verdere bijstand voor Turkije is.

Vreemd dat Segers zich nu hier over uitspreekt, blijkbaar is er weer sprake van een beroep op artikel 5 van de uiterst agressieve terreurorganisatie NAVO, terwijl zoals gezegd Turkije volkomen illegaal op Syrisch grondgebied een smerige oorlog uitvecht tegen de Koerden….. Dezelfde Koerden die NB met succes tegen IS hebben gevochten in Syrië, terwijl Turkije aangetoond olie heeft afgenomen van IS en deze terreurorganisatie van wapens en training heeft voorzien……. 

Blijkbaar overweegt Nederland weer patriot-raketten in Turkije te stationeren, dat zou zonder meer op een schandelijke en ronduit valse voorstelling van zaken gebeuren, precies zoals Nederland dit een paar jaar geleden heeft gedaan (met ons belastinggeld en dan durven te zeuren dat we te weinig uitgeven aan defensie, terwijl volgens mij de eerdere stationering van raketten niet uit het defensie budget werd bekostigd, maar ik kan me vergissen, daar hier niets over te vinden is op het net…)…..

Segers sprak zich verder terecht uit tegen de verkeersborden in Nederland, die Turken de weg wezen naar de Turkse stembus in Nederland. Borden voor een verkiezing die niets meer met eerlijke democratische verkiezingen te maken hebben, daar de oppositie geen kans had om op radio, tv en andere media haar standpunten bekend te maken en de Turkse pers monddood is gemaakt door de zwaar corrupte regering Erdogan……

Volgens het meer dan waardeloze kabinet Rutte 3 is dat wat ‘we doen bij verkiezingen’, waar Segers (nogmaals) terecht stelde dat dit alleen het geval zou moeten zijn bij democratische verkiezingen, waar in dit geval geen sprake van was…… Ach ja, Nederland is de grootste EU handelspartner van de reli-fascistische Erdogan dictatuur…….

Het meest belachelijke wat Segers te berde bracht was wel dat hij niet wil dat Turkije uit de NAVO wordt gezet……. Dit terwijl hij, zoals hiervoor al gesteld, Turkije ziet als een dictatuur, die agressief (en illegaal) tekeer gaat in buurland Syrië…….. Ongelofelijk, al ziet Segers de NAVO ‘uiteraard’ niet als een agressieve organisatie, is de NAVO dat wel, alleen al door de deelname van Turkije aan dit bondgenootschap, om nog maar te zwijgen over de feitelijke baas van de NAVO, de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS (alleen deze eeuw begon de VS al 4 illegale oorlogen en intussen, heeft de VS, sinds het jaar 2000, al dik meer dan 2 miljoen mensen vermoord…)……

Caitlin Johnstone vertelt in het hieronder opgenomen artikel over de beschuldigingen van de democraten aan haar adres vanwege haar berichtgeving over Rusland en Syrië, waar ze wordt beschuldigd propaganda te maken voor Putin en Assad, om enige tijd later door pro-Trump aanhangers te worden beschuldigd voor het maken van propaganda voor het bewind in Iran, daar ze commentaar heeft op de regime veranderingsretoriek gebezigd door de Trump administratie…….

Terwijl Johnstone juist de Iraanse e Russische anti-propaganda, die wordt gebezigd door democraten en pro-Trump aanhangers, feilloos weet door te prikken met feiten…… Johnstone stelt dan ook dat ze altijd propaganda zal maken voor het land waarop de VS oorlogsmachine haar vizier heeft gericht. Een oorlogsmachine die keer op keer het publiek weet te bespelen met rechtvaardiging voor VS ingrijpen, terwijl de geheime diensten (‘inlichtingendiensten’), die de massamedia en politiek bespelen, keer op keer liegen over de reden voor ingrijpen, zie de illegale oorlogen van de VS tegen Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië* 

De huidige protesten in Iran worden door het westen geduid als ontevredenheid van Iraniërs over de Iraanse bemoeienis met de oorlog in Syrië, Jemen en met de raketleveringen aan Hezbollah en Hamas in respectievelijk Libanon en de Gazastrook……. In Jemen wordt NB een genocide uitgevoerd op het sjiitische deel van het volk, dit met hulp en onder regie van de VS!! De enige assistentie van Iran ‘voor de Houthi rebellen’ (lees: voor het Jemenitische volk) bestaat uit humanitaire hulp, voor de beschuldigingen van wapenleveringen of training van troepen door Iran is geen schijn van bewijs…… 

Wat betreft de raketten van Hamas: dit zijn veredelde vuurpijlen die op goed geluk worden afgeschoten, terwijl Iran raketten in de ruimte kan brengen en daar ook satellieten heeft draaien, ofwel met echte raketten uit Iran, zou de schade in Israël aanzienlijk zijn…..

Wat je niet wordt verteld is het feit dat de CIA al langere tijd bezig is om de ‘boel op te schudden’ in Iran, iets wat de VS ook deed in Libië, Syrië en Oekraïne…… Terwijl het weer ingang zetten van de VS sancties tegen Iran niet anders gezien kan worden dan (illegale) economische oorlogsvoering, waardoor de Iraanse munt devalueerde en het leven behoorlijk duurder is geworden >> middels deze vorm van oorlogsvoering bespeelt de VS de bevolking van landen als Venezuela en Iran…..**

Daarnaast heeft de Trump administratie toegegeven dat het bezig is met het bespelen van de oppositie in Iran, ofwel er werden en worden kapitalen aan VS belastinggeld geïnvesteerd in het organiseren van opstanden in Iran, zowel in het verleden (neem de demonstraties in Iran van afgelopen januari) als het heden……………

Lees het artikel van Caitlin en geeft het door, de leugens over Iran zijn ook hier niet van de lucht. En dat heeft niets te maken met hoe je denkt over het Iraanse bewind, het zegt echter alles over het handelen van de VS dat bepaald niet is gericht op het brengen van democratie en vrede, maar over het veiligstellen van VS belangen (en die van de fascistische apartheidsstaat Israël), of het nu om olie, gas of andere grondstoffen gaat, dan wel om de strategische ligging van een land….. 

Dit ‘veiligstellen’ van VS belangen gaat altijd gepaard met het grotendeels vernietigen van een land, waarna de opbouw voor een fiks deel wordt toebedeeld aan bedrijven uit de VS, zie Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië….. Nee Azijnpisser in Libië is amper of geen sprake van wederopbouw, daar de VS en NAVO in samenwerking met terreurgroepen dit land voor een groot deel naar god hebben geholpen…… Libië, een land waar nu het recht van de sterkste terreurgroep tot wet is verheven…….. (na ingrijpen van de VS en de NAVO is Libië in chaos gedompeld en is het land verworden van het rijkste in Afrika tot bijna het armste op dat continent…)

(CJ Opinion) — Every few weeks I switch from being accused by pro-establishment Democrats of writing propaganda for Putin and Assad to being accused by pro-Trump Republicans of writing propaganda for the Iranian government, all because I am opposed to US-led regime change intervention in both Syria or Iran. Whichever country the US war machine is roaring loudest at on a given day, that’s the country I’m writing propaganda for, because somehow the social engineers have succeeded in turning regime change interventionism in Iran vs. regime change interventionism in Syria into a partisan wedge issue.

Couldn’t possibly just be that I know the US intelligence community lies constantly about such things.

Today there are reports being triumphantly bandied about by neoconservative pundits everywhere (often hilariously using pictures of the MEK terror cult) that some Iranian protesters have been recorded chanting “Death to Palestine” and “Death to the dictator” and carrying signs which admonish the Iranian government to pull its troops out of Syria. All of which just so happen to play nicely into the pro-regime change narratives of America’s defense and intelligence agencies.

“To reporters everywhere: Please pay attention to what is happening in Iran now,” said the Bush administration’s Press Secretary Ari Fleischer in a viral tweet about the new reports. “I know foreign bureaus are almost non-existent these days, but keep a close eye on this story — and report it.”

So naturally I am being accused by Trump supporters on social media of being a paid propagandist for the leaders of the Iranian government. This is primarily because I’ve been using my platform to circulate an article I wrote way back in January, which begins as follows:

Back in June the Wall Street Journal published a report saying that America’s Central Intelligence Agency had set up a new organization whose sole task would be to focus on Iran under the direction of “Ayatollah Mike” D’andrea, an aggressive Iran hawk.

“The Iran Mission Center will bring together analysts, operations personnel and specialists from across the CIA to bring to bear the range of the agency’s capabilities, including covert action,” says the report.

This alone is reason enough to be intensely skeptical of every single thing you hear about Iran. The CIA has been a consistent utilizer and developer of the science of psyops — psychological operations in which large groups of people are deceived and manipulated into thinking and feeling a certain way to advance a preferred agenda during war and during peacetime. Relatedly, the CIA also has an extensive and well-documented history of staging regime change coups to topple rival governments all around the world, including Iran. These are not conspiracy theories. These are conspiracy facts.

Reminder: The Lying, Coup-Staging CIA Recently Escalated Operations In Iran

The CIA recently escalated its involvement in Iran, and they ain’t there for the baba ghanoush.

It has now been a year since that Wall Street Journal report. Since that time, the Iran deal has been cancelled, sanctions have been implemented, and an effective regime change policy has been put into place. And now, lo and behold, there are Iranians being recorded chanting slogans that according to a New York Post headline “prove Trump is getting it right”.

There is no doubt that approval of the Iranian government is far from unanimous among Iranians. There is no doubt that there is an authentic element of legitimate discontent to the current protests. There is also no doubt that the exact same thing could have been said about Libya and Syria, two countries which have been devastated by uprisings artificially provoked by psyops and manipulations from the US intelligence community.

Is it technically possible that these protests in Iran are completely, one hundred percent organic and not in any way the product of manipulations by America’s Central Intelligence Agency or any of its allied agencies? Sure. It’s technically possible the whole thing is exactly what neoconservative pundits like George W Bush’s press secretary want us to believe it is, and since ramping up covert operations in Iran the CIA has just been sitting there twiddling its thumbs the entire time wondering what all the fuss is about. But it’s not bloody likely, is it?

Of all the groups in the world who deserve the benefit of the doubt, the depraved, lying, torturing, propagandizing, drug trafficking, coup-staging, warmongering CIA ranks dead last, especially when it comes to issues of regime change. There is no reason whatsoever for any thinking person to assume the best of that malignant agency, nor that what we’re being told to believe about Iran is true.

It’s so goddamn stupid that regime change interventionism in Iran has become a partisan issue. The fact that establishment liberals are arguing for interventionism in Syria and blind faith Trump loyalists are arguing for interventionism in Iran is the most perfect illustration you could ask for of what Noam Chomsky was talking about when he said that “The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum.”

It’s so degrading. Like the oligarchs who run the whole bipartisan scam were sitting around one day and decided to have the riff raff fight each other over which country the war machine will steamroll next.

We’re better than this. I don’t care who you are, you’re better than this. When pundits and politicians on either side of the aisle begin explaining to you why it’s good and desirable for the government of a rival nation to be overthrown, they are lying. Always. This isn’t the one time they’re telling you the truth after all those other times. Lucy’s never gonna let you kick that damn football, Charlie Brown.

It is the US intelligence community’s job to lie to you. I will say it again: it is the US intelligence community’s job to lie to you. The Trump supporters I’ve been arguing with about this on social media are swept up in the propaganda, apparently believing that every single person in Iran wants to overthrow their government, which is the only way a people’s uprising could possibly be peaceful. They don’t seem to think the government has any loyalists. They don’t seem to understand what happens in a country when one part of the population wants to force the overthrow their government and the rest of the population wants the government to stay, especially after the CIA gets involved. They don’t seem to understand the CIA’s extensive history of funneling arms to groups of mutual interest, who then go on to tear apart countries like Libya and Syria. It’s just “Yay CIA! Yay neocons! Free Iran!”

This should not be a partisan issue. We are all being lied to to advance a policy which will inflict an immense amount of death, destruction, destabilization, displacement, terror, rape and slavery upon a massive region, just like always happens with these interventions. This is not different. They are lying. Turn around. Go back. Wrong way.

Ben
Rhodes, adviseur van Obama tijdens diens presidentschap, gaf in een
interview schoorvoetend toe dat Obama en hijzelf wisten dat
terreurgroepen als IS door de VS werden bewapend en ondersteund en
zelfs vochten onder leiding van de VS……

Niets
nieuws zou je zeggen, immers dat de VS de zogenaamde gematigde
rebellen (psychopathische moordenaars, verkrachters en martelbeulen)
steunden met o.a. wapens en transportmiddelen was al lang geen geheim
meer, althans voor mensen die verder kijken dan wat de reguliere westerse
(massa-) media aan ‘nieuws’ brengen.

Het
nieuwe is wel het toegegeven van deze zaken door de rechterhand van
Obama, ten tijde van diens presidentschap, al moet daar onmiddellijk
aan toegevoegd worden dat zoals gezegd een aantal zaken al lang bekend waren,
zoals het onder leiding van de VS vechten van het Vrije Syrische Leger (FSA) in combinatie met IS…. Zaken die door de reguliere westerse
media en het grootste deel van de westerse politici worden afgedaan
als samenzweringstheorieën en ‘fake news….’ (nogmaals dit wordt gezegd over feitelijke berichtgeving in de sociale media en Wikileaks, terwijl wat betreft op de laatste site, die van Wikileaks, officiële documenten van de VS overheid zijn te vinden die e.e.a. bevestigen….)

In
2013 werkte VS ambassadeur in Syrië, Robert Ford, nauw samen met een
bekende IS commandant, zo heeft Ford zelf toegegeven……

(ZHE Op-ed) — Someone
finally asked Obama administration officials to own up to the
rise of ISIS and
arming jihadists in Syria.

In
a wide ranging interview titled “Confronting
the Consequences of Obama’s Foreign Policy” The
Intercept’s Mehdi
Hasan put the question to Ben Rhodes,
who served as longtime deputy national security adviser at the White
House under Obama and is now promoting his newly published book, The
World As It Is: Inside the Obama White House.

Rhodes
has been described as being so trusted and close to Obama that
he was “in
the room” for almost every foreign policy decision of
significance that
Obama made during his eight years in office. While
the Intercept interview
is worth listening to in full, it’s the segment on Syria that
caught our attention.

In
spite of Rhodes trying to dance around the issue, he sheepishly
answers in the affirmative when Mehdi Hasan asks the
following question about supporting jihadists in Syria:

Did
you intervene too much in Syria? Because
the CIA spent hundreds of millions of dollars funding and arming
anti-Assad rebels, a
lot of those arms, as you know, ended up in the hands of jihadist
groups, some even in the hands of ISIS.

Your
critics would say you exacerbated that proxy war in Syria; you
prolonged the conflict in Syria; you
ended up bolstering jihadists.

Rhodes
initially rambles about his book and “second guessing” Syria
policy in avoidance of the question. But Hasan pulls him back with
the following: “Oh,
come on, but you were coordinating a lot of their arms.” 

The
two spar over Hasan’s charge of “bolstering jihadists” in the
following key
section of the interview,
at the end of which Rhodes reluctantly answers “yeah…” — but
while trying to pass ultimate blame onto US allies Turkey, Qatar, and
Saudi Arabia (similar to what Vice President Biden did in
a 2014 speech):

MH: Oh,
come on, but you were coordinating a lot of their arms. You
know, the U.S. was heavily involved in that war with the Saudis and
the Qataris and the Turks.

BR: Well,
I was going to say:Turkey, Qatar, Saudi.

MH: You
were in there as well.

BR: Yeah,
but, the fact of the matter is that
once it kind of devolved into kind of a sectarian-based civil war
with different sides fighting for their perceived survival, I think
we, the ability to bring that type of situation to close, and part of
what I wrestled with in the book is the limits of our ability to pull
a lever and make killing like that stop once it’s underway.

To
our knowledge this is the
only time a major media organization has directly asked a
high ranking foreign policy adviser from the Obama administration to
own up to the years long White
House support to jihadists in Syria.

Though
the interview was published Friday, its significance went without
notice or comment in the mainstream media over the weekend (perhaps
predictably). Instead, what did circulate was a Newsweek article
mocking “conspiracy theories” surrounding the rapid rise of
ISIS, including
the following:

President
Donald Trump has done little to dispel the myth of direct American
support for ISIS since he took office. On the campaign trail in
2016, Trump
claimed—without
providing any evidence—that President Obama and then-Secretary of
State Hillary Clinton co-founded the group and that ISIS “honors”
the former president.

Of
course, the
truth is a bit more nuanced than that,
as Trump himself elsewhere seemed to acknowledge, and which
ultimately led to the president reportedly shutting down the CIA’s
covert Syrian regime change program in the summer of 2017
while complaining
to aides about the shocking brutality of the CIA-trained “rebels”.

Meanwhile,
mainstream media has been content to float the falsehood that
President Obama’s legacy is that he “stayed
out” of Syria,
instead merely approving some negligible level of aid to
so-called “moderate” rebels who were fighting both Assad and
(supposedly)
the Islamic State. Rhodes
has himself in prior interviews attempted to portray Obama as wisely
staying “on
the sidelines” in Syria.

But
as we’ve pointed
out many
times over the years, this narrative ignores and seeks to
whitewash possibly the
largest CIA covert program in history,
started by Obama, which armed and funded a jihadist insurgency bent
of overthrowing Assad to the tune of $1 billion
a year (one-fifteenth
of the CIA’s publicly
known budget according
to leaked Edward Snowden documents revealed
by the Washington
Post).

It
also ignores the well established fact, documented in both US
intelligence reports and authenticated
battlefield footage,
that ISIS
and the Free Syrian Army (FSA) jointly fought under a
single US-backed command structure during
the early years of the war in Syria, even as late as throughout
2013 — something
confirmed by University of Oklahoma professor Joshua Landis, widely
considered to be the
world’s foremost expert on Syria.

“rebel” leader who exercised operational command over known ISIS
terrorists (Ambassador

latest Ben
Rhodes non-denial-cum-sheepish-affirmation on
the Obama White House’s arming jihadists in Syria follows
previous bombshell reporting by Mehdi Hasan from 2015.

As
host of Al Jazeera’s Head
to Head,
Hasan asked the former head of Pentagon intelligence under Obama,
General Michael Flynn, who
is to blame for the rise of ISIS? (the
August 2015 interview was significantly prior to Flynn joining
Trump’s campaign).

Hasan
presented Flynn with the 2012
Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) declassified memo revealing
Washington support to al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists in Syria in order
to counter both Assad and Iran. Flynn affirmed Hasan’s charge
that it was “a willful
decision to
support an insurgency that had Salafists, Al Qaeda and the Muslim
Brotherhood…”.


Soon
after, The
Intercept’s Glenn
Greenwald appeared on Democracy
Now to
discuss the shocking contents of the Flynn interview:

It
will be interesting to see years from now which “narrative”
concerning Obama’s legacy in the Syrian conflict future historians
choose to emphasize.

…Obama

the rise of the most brutal terrorist organization the world has ever
seen?

Hasan: My
guest today was at President Obama’s side every step of the way
over the course of those two terms in office. Ben Rhodes joined the
Obama election campaign in 2007 as a foreign-policy speechwriter,
when he was just 29, and rose to become a deputy national-security
adviser at the White House, who was so intellectually and
ideologically close to his boss that he was often described as having
a mind-meld with Obama.

Ben,
who currently works at the Obama Foundation, has written a new book,
“The World as It Is: A Memoir of the Obama White House.” And
earlier this week I interviewed him about Obama’s rather
contentious foreign policy record…

MH: But
Ben, here’s what I don’t get, if you’re saying this about
Afghanistan and prolonged conflict, all of which I don’t disagree
with what you’re saying. How
do you, then, explain Syria? Because
you’ve been criticized a lot. I’ve been listening to your
interviews on the book tour; you talk about in the book about how you
were criticized for not doing enough on Syria. I remember being an
event in D.C. a couple years ago where Syrian opposition members were
berating you for not doing enough at an event, and you often were the
public face who came out and defended Obama. I
want to come to the other direction and say: Did you intervene too
much in Syria? Because the CIA spent hundreds of millions of dollars
funding and arming anti-Assad rebels, a
lot of those arms, as you know, ended up in the hands of jihadist
groups, some even in the hands of ISIS. Your
critics would say you exacerbated that proxy war in Syria; you
prolonged the conflict in Syria; you
ended up bolstering jihadists.

Ben
Rhodes: Well,
what I try to do in the book is, you know, essentially raise — all
the second guessing on Syria tends to be not what you expressed,
Mehdi, but the notion that we should’ve taken military action.

MH: Yes.

BR: What
I do in the book is I try to look back at 2011 and 2012, was there a
diplomatic window that we missed or that we, in some ways, escalated
its closure by pivoting to the call for Assad to go — which
obviously I believe should happen, I believe Assad has been a
terrible leader for Syria and has brutalized his people — but,
you know, was there a diplomatic initiative that could have been
taken to try to avert or at least minimize the extent of the civil
war. Because, you know, what ended up happening essentially there is,
you know, we were probably too optimistic that, you know, after
Mubarak went and Ben Ali and eventually Saleh and Gaddafi, that you
would have a situation where Assad would go. And, you know, not
factoring in enough the assistance he was going to get from Russia
and Iran, combined with his own nihilism, and how that could lead him
to survive. So I do look back at that potentially missed diplomatic
opportunity.

On
the support of the opposition, you know, I don’t know that I would
give us that much agency.

There
are a lot of people putting arms into Syria, funding all sorts of —

MH: Oh,
come on, but you were coordinating a lot of their arms. You
know, the
U.S. was heavily involved in that warwith

BR: Well,

So
that’s why I still look to that initial opening window. I also
describe, there was a slight absurdity in the fact that we were
debating options to provide military support to the opposition at the
same time that we were deciding to designate al-Nusra, a big chunk of
that opposition, as a terrorist organization. So
there was kind of a schizophrenia that’s inherent in a lot of U.S.
foreign policy that came to a head in Syria.



MH: That’s
a very good word, especially to describe Syria
policy…

is al tijden duidelijk dat Iran het volgende land na Syrië is, waar
de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, ofwel de VS zal toeslaan om een
verandering van regime door te voeren. Anders gezegd: de VS zal Iran voor een groot deel kapot bombarderen en in stukken opdelen, zodat het in de nabije toekomst
geen kans heeft om ook nog maar enige factor van betekenis te spelen in het Midden-Oosten……..

Israël
is al een paar jaar bezig om de boel in het westen op te hitsen tegen
Iran, zie in de afgelopen tijd de tocht van de psychopathische rotschoft en Israëlische premier Netanyahu, de
Palestijnenslachter, langs de parlementen van EU lidstaten en het
EU parlement……

Terwijl
Netanyahu het ene bloedbad na het andere aanricht onder de
Palestijnen en naar goeddunken Syrische bases aanvalt (zogenaamd
vanwege bevoorrading van Hezbollah in Libanon….), wijst hij met z’n
in bloed gedrenkte armen (beter: poten) naar Iran als
grote agressor…….

Waarschijnlijk
heeft de VS nu al groepen in Iran opgezet tegen de regering en mocht
deze vaak door de VS beproefde methode niet lukken (wat alweer hoogst
waarschijnlijk niet zal gebeuren, zoals dit ook in Syrië niet lukte),
is het zeer waarschijnlijk dat de VS Iran zal aanvallen, gesteund
door de Israëlische terreurluchtmacht….

Als
dit gebeurd zullen op zeker terreurgroepen als IS en Al Qaida op de
grond vechten tegen Iraanse troepen, zij aan zij met VS troepen
gesteund door een paar NAVO landen, als Australië, Groot-Brittannië,
Polen en Hongarije……. (waar je niet hoeft op te kijken als ook Rutte 3 niet minstens haar steun aan de VS zal uitspreken….)

Overigens is dit bepaald niet de eerste vorm van agressie die de VS tegen het Iraanse volk zal gebruiken, neem de door de CIA toegegeven coup tegen de democratisch gekozen regering Mossadegh in 1953 en de smerige economische oorlogsvoering van de VS tegen dit land…….

have been saying
all year that
the 8chan
phenomenon known as “QAnon” is
bogus, and as time has gone on the evidence has become overwhelming
that it is an establishment psyop designed to herd the populist right
into accepting the narratives and agendas of the establishment
orthodoxy. Whether they’re claiming that every capitulation
the Trump administration makes to longstanding neoconservative
agendas is
actually brilliant 4-D chess strategy, or saying that Julian Assange
isn’t really trapped in the Ecuadorian embassy, QAnon enthusiasts
are constantly regurgitating talking points which just so happen to
fit in very conveniently with the interests of America’s defense
and intelligence agencies.

A
recent “Q drop” (a fancy name for an anonymous user posting text
onto a popular internet troll message board with zero
accountability) makes
this more abundantly clear than ever,
with text reading as follows:

Free
Iran!!!
Fight
Fight
Fight
Regime change.
People have
the power.
We stand with you.
Q

Once
you’re cheering for a longtime neoconservative agenda to be
accomplished in one of George W Bush’s “Axis
of Evil”
countries, you are cheering for the establishment. Or, to put it more
clearly to Q followers, you are cheering for the deep state.

               

So
now you have conspiracy-minded populist right wingers being
manipulated into supporting the same standard Bush administration
globalist agendas that Alex Jones built his career on attacking. The
support for regime change interventionism in Iran isn’t limited to
the QAnon crowd, having now gone fully mainstream throughout Trump’s
base, and I’d like to address a few of the arguments here that they
have been bringing to me:

“Iran
is nowhere near the same thing as Iraq, Libya or Syria!”

Please
go look at a globe and think a little harder about your position
here. Iran is a target for regime change for the exact same reasons
its neighbors Iraq and Syria have been; it occupies and extremely
strategically significant location in an oil-rich region that the
US-centralized empire wants full control of. Thinking this one is
different because its government isn’t secular is the product of
many years of Islamophobic propaganda; the plutocrats and their
allied intelligence and defense agencies don’t care what religion
sits on top of their oil, and Saudi Arabia proves it. Any argument
made against Iranian theocracy could be made even more strongly
against KSA theocracy, but you don’t see Sean Hannity advocating
the overthrow of the Saudi royals, do you?

“But
this regime change intervention would be completely different!”

No
it wouldn’t. There has never been a US-led regime change
intervention in the Middle East that wasn’t disastrous. Cheering
for regime change interventionism in Iran is cheering for all the
destabilization, chaos, terror, death, rape and slavery that always
necessarily comes with such interventions. Wanting to inflict that
upon the world is monstrous.

“This
is different, though! This one is led by Trump! Look at all that he’s
accomplished in North Korea!”

Okay,
three things:

  1. All
    that Trump has done with North Korea is take the very first step in
    the most rudimentary beginnings of peace talks. I fully support him
    in taking that step, but you can’t legitimately treat it as an
    “accomplishment” which proves that he is a strategic genius
    capable of facilitating the impossible task of non-disastrous regime
    change in Iran.

  1. Even
    if Trump does help bring abiding peace to the Korean Peninsula, it
    won’t legitimize regime change interventionism in Iran. Hell, even
    if Trump gets North Korea to denuclearize (and he won’t), it still
    wouldn’t legitimize regime change interventionism in Iran. US-led
    regime change interventionism is always disastrous, especially in
    the easily destabilized geopolitical region of the Middle East.

  1. Neocons
    are always wrong about foreign policy. Always. There’s no reason
    to believe Trump spearheading a longstanding neocon agenda would
    work out any better than Bush or any other neocon.

“Well
what about the Iranians in Iran who want regime change?”

What
about them? The fact that some Iranians want their government changed
has nothing to do with you or your government. The Fox News
and Washington
Post pundits
who keep pointing out the fact that Iran, like America, contains
people who are unhappy with its current system of government are only
ever trying to galvanize the west against Tehran. There’s no good
reason for you to be acting as a pro bono CIA propagandist running
around telling westerners how great it would be if the Mullahs were
gone.

“Well
I don’t want the US to intervene, I just want the Iranians to free
themselves!”

Two
things:

  1. This
    administration is already currently engaged in regime change
    interventionism in Iran in the form of     escalated
    CIA covert operations     and
    harsh economic sanctions, and its     involvement
    with Iranian terror cult MEK    suggests
    it may run far deeper than that in a similar way to US involvement
    with extremist groups in Syria, Libya and Ukraine.

  1. Why
    say anything, then? Ever stop to ask yourself why you’re always
    cheering for Iranians to overthrow their government? Why constantly
    cheerlead for something which requires zero western involvement?
    Whom does that help? Do you think Iranians don’t already know that
    America hates their government?

All
you’re doing is helping to signal boost the pro-regime change
propaganda that US defense and intelligence agencies have been
seeding into American public consciousness for many years. Your “Yay,
free Iran!” sentiments aren’t helping Iranians, they’re helping
the western propagandists target western audiences. You’re just
helping the public get more okay with any actions taken against the
Iranian government, in exactly the same way Russiagaters help
manufacture support for escalations against Russia.

Iran is Next!

Come
on, people. Think harder. This one isn’t difficult. It’s not a
random coincidence that you’re all being paced into supporting
regime change in the final target named seventeen years ago in
General Wesley Clark’s famous “seven
countries in five years”
list of neocon regime change agendas. The only thing that has changed
is the face on the agenda.

Iran
is not different from the other regime change targets of Iraq, Libya
or Syria. Barack Obama served George W Bush’s third and fourth
terms, and Donald Trump is serving his fifth. They were strong-armed
in different ways by America’s unelected power establishment into
advancing different regime change agendas depending on where their
political support came from and public sentiment at the time, but
it’s all been pointed at the exact same region for the exact same
reasons.

Leave
Iran alone. Leave the Iranian people alone. There is no legitimate
reason for you to be cheering for regime change in Iran, and anyone
who tells you otherwise is an evil piece of shit. Reject them.

De
grootste terreurentiteit op onze kleine aarde, de VS, heeft niet
alleen West-Mosul in Irak zo goed als platgebombardeerd, wat bij Angelina Jolie de uitspraak ontlokte dat ze nimmer een dergelijke
vernietiging zag*, maar ook het Syrische Raqqa werd voor een heel groot deel door VS bombardementen vernietigd…….

In
beide gevallen smeekte de VN en een paar landen die wel menselijke
regeringen hebben, de VS te stoppen met die bombardementen, daar
vooral de burgers van die steden werden getroffen…. De VS deed
niets op die smeekbedes en ging gewoon door met willens en wetens vermoorden van vooral burgers…… 

In West-Mosul is
een enorm aantal burgers vermoord met die bombardementen van vooral
de VS…. Hun aantal was zo groot dat de terreurregering van Irak
besloot de slachtoffers niet te bergen, maar hen te bulldozeren
onder het puin van de huizenblokken, dit om het ‘officiële’ aantal dodelijke burgerslachtoffers
zo laag mogelijk te houden…….

Volgens deskundigen zijn in West-Mosul meer dan 20.000 burgers vermoord, echter dit natrekken is zoals je begrijpt onmogelijk, het werkelijke aantal vermoorde burgers zullen we dan ook nooit weten……

Vreemd
genoeg mochten destijds tijdens die bombardementen IS strijders de
stad verlaten, waarna ze onder begeleiding van de Irak coalitie naar
de grens met Syrië werden gebracht…… (om in dat land tegen Assad te vechten) Ofwel men bombardeerde een stad met het doel terroristen uit te schakelen, laat vervolgens een groot deel van hen
vertrekken en bombardeert vervolgens vrolijk door tot de stad geheel
in handen was van die moorddadige Irak coalitie (onder regie van vooral de VS)………

Hetzelfde
heeft zich afgespeeld in Raqqa, waar men eerder sprak over honderden
IS strijders en hun familie die mochten vertrekken, blijkt het na onderzoek om
duizenden te gaan…… Ook daar ging de VS door met bombardementen
op de stad, terwijl het overgrote deel van de strijders al was
vertrokken, ofwel de VS bombardeerde vooral de bewoners die niets te
maken hadden met IS of andere terreurgroepen……

Gelukkig
haalt de schrijver van het hieronder opgenomen artikel, Darius
Shahtahmasebi, Aleppo aan en dan m.n. de bevrijding van Oost-Aleppo. Het
Syrische leger en de Russen hebben destijds besloten, 2 maanden voor
de uiteindelijke bevrijding, te stoppen met bombardementen, juist om
zoveel mogelijk burgerslachtoffers te voorkomen….. 

De reguliere
westerse media en het grootste deel van de westerse politici
schreeuwden destijds echter moord en brand over de bevrijding va, die men in het westen liefkozend ‘gematigde rebellen’ noemt…… De hysterische reacties van die media en politici waren vooral gebaseerd op berichtgeving die door
de terreurgroepen naar buiten werd gebracht, ofwel een dik pak
leugens, veelal ‘geserveerd’ door het SOHR (Syrische Observatorium voor
Mensenrechten), geleid door een gevluchte Syrische misdadiger die
met de leugen dat hij een politiek vluchteling was, asiel verkreeg in
Groot-Brittannië….

Zoals
bij alle steden die het reguliere Syrische leger bevrijdde van
islam-terreur, was de bevolking van Oost-Aleppo dolblij met hun
bevrijders, na deze bevrijding keerde een groot deel van de gevluchte burgers
terug naar hun stad…… Het voorgaande volkomen in tegenstelling tot West-Mosul en Raqqa, daar er niets is om naar terug te keren……..

The
US Annihilated Raqqa While Allowing Thousands of Terrorists to Escape
— Why?

(ET) — Amnesty
International released an explosive report last
week, which described the US-led coalition’s disproportionate and
indiscriminate war in Raqqa as the US-led “war of annihilation”.

The
report confirmed what some people have suspected for a while but few
have dared to even talk about. Namely, that the United States and its
allies have completely
destroyed a
Syrian city, and left almost nothing but death and destruction in
their wake.

In
coming to its conclusion, Amnesty researchers visited 42 coalition
air strike sites across the city and interviewed 112 civilian
residents who had survived the ordeal. The results of their
investigation shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who has been paying
attention, as approximately a year ago, Reuters described the
plight of one resident in Raqqa who found several of his neighbours
lying dead on the street, with cats eating the corpses.

The
report even details four cases of civilian families who, between
them, lost 90 relatives and neighbours. One family lost 39 in total,
all of them allegedly killed by coalition air strikes. This would
also not be a surprise to anyone who cared enough to follow this
story closely, particularly with the Intercept’s
shocking article last year titled,
‘Entire families are being killed by US airstrikes in Raqqa,
Syria’.

To
be fair, US President Donald Trump did once
say he
would “take out” the families of Islamic
State (IS)
fighters. He also once
asked the
CIA why they delayed an air strike on a terrorist target so as to
avoid hitting the house with his family inside it. In other words,
the Commander-in-Chief of the world’s military superpower doesn’t
have a clue how international humanitarian law works.

“When
so many civilians are killed in attack after attack, something is
clearly wrong, and to make this tragedy worse, so many months later
the incidents have not been investigated. The victims deserve
justice. The Coalition’s claims that its precision air campaign
allowed it to bomb IS out of Raqqa while causing very few civilian
casualties do not stand up to scrutiny. On the ground in Raqqa, we
witnessed a level of destruction comparable to anything we’ve seen
in decades of covering the impact of wars,” said Donatella
Rovera, Senior Crisis Response Adviser at Amnesty International.

Most credible
estimates of
the assessment of the damage done to Raqqa are that a whopping 80% of
Raqqa was uninhabitable after the US had supposedly “liberated”
its population. This isn’t something the American media even took
on with a conscience, or even felt the need to apologise for; this
was something they actively bragged about.

“Looking
at photographs of the ruined, desolate streets of what was once the
Islamic State’s capital of Raqqa is a reminder of the overwhelming,
pitilessly effective military power of the United
States,” bragged the Washington
Post’s David Ignatius in an op-ed last year. “The heaps
of rubble in Raqqa that once housed terrorists and torturers convey a
bedrock lesson, as valid now as in 1945: It’s a mistake to
provoke the United States. It may take the country a while to
respond to a threat, but once the machine of US power is engaged,
it’s relentless – so long as the political will exists to sustain
it,”Ignatius
continued.

For
all of Bashar al Assad’s flaws, and despite all of the mounting
allegations of war crimes against him, after Russia and Syria retook
the city of Aleppo in 2016, hundreds of thousands of
refugees returned back
to live in the city. An Aleppo cathedral even reopened last
year with a classical concert (the US-backed rebels occupying Aleppo
previously were not big on religious diversity). I don’t know about
you, but I haven’t heard of any concerts taking place in Raqqa thus
far.

But
here is where things get even more disturbing. On November 13, 2017,
the BBC dropped
a bombshell report exposing
how the US cut a secret deal with “hundreds” of IS fighters and
their families to leave the Syrian city of Raqqa under the “gaze of
the US and British-led coalition and Kurdish-led forces who control
the city”. The
US even
allegedly allowed the escape of some of IS’ “most notorious”
members, as well as its foreign fighters and tonnes of weapons and
ammunition.

Almost
a month later, Reuters took
the story even further and reported that
a high-level defector from the Kurdish-led forces in Syria had
revealed that the number of IS fighters given safe passage was
actually in the thousands, not hundreds. This account was then
seconded by a security official in Turkey.

So,
on the one hand, you have the US exacting all of its military might
and power to completely raze Raqqa to the ground, while on the other,
they were doing all of this while allowing their alleged targets to
escape safely. This ultimately begs the question: who were they
trying to kill that entire time? What crime did the residents of
Raqqa commit that they had to suffer and endure this criminal
behaviour?

It
also cannot be overlooked that the US did all of this without
any discernible
legal basis.
For those of you who need this spelt out: the US does not have any
legal mandate to conduct military operations in Syria. This is not
some secret or mere mistake or accident, the US government’s own
lawyers have been advising them of this, even under the Obama
administration.

But
don’t take my word for it. Speaking to Syrian opposition members at
a meeting that took place at the Dutch mission to the United Nations
(UN), then Secretary of State John Kerry stated,

“The
problem is that the Russians don’t care about international law,
but we do. And we don’t have the basis – our lawyers tell us –
unless we have the UN Security Council Resolution, which the Russians
can veto, and the
Chinese,
or unless we are under attack from the folks there, or unless we are
invited in. Russia is
invited in by the legitimate regime – well it’s illegitimate in
our mind – but by the regime. And so they were invited in and we
are not invited in.

We’re
flying in an airspace there where they can turn on the air defences
and we would have a very different scene. The only reason they are
letting us fly is because we are going after IS. If we were going
after Assad, those air defences, we would have to take out all the
air defences, and we don’t have the legal justification, frankly,
unless we stretch it way beyond the law.”

Despite
having this knowledge, it didn’t stop the US from doing what it
does best – accounting for at least 90% of the strikes on Raqqa.
Ignatius is wrong: it is not a mistake to provoke the United States.
Raqqa never provoked anyone. Just like Vietnam, Libya,
Korea, Iraq and
everywhere else before it, it joins a long list of territories forced
to pay the highest price for reasons that cannot and will not ever be
justified, let alone investigated by the United States.

‘Het
is (de hoogste) tijd om razend te worden over wat westerse
imperialisten Syrië hebben aangedaan’, zo luidt de kop van het
hieronder opgenomen artikel, geschreven door Caitlin Johnstone.

Johnstone
heeft alles wat betreft de illegale oorlog van de VS (en de rest van
het westen) tegen Syrie nog eens op een rij gezet en dit op basis van
feiten.

Zo
legt Johnstone uit dat de VS en haar coalitie verantwoordelijk zijn
voor de oorlog in Syrië, vanaf ‘de opstand’ die werd georganiseerd en
gefinancierd door de VS (Saoedi-Arabië, Turkije, Groot-Brittannië en nog wat
arabische staten) tot de eerste aanzet die tot een oorlog in Syrië leidde, werd
al in 2006 gedaan….. Generaal Wesley Clark stelde zelfs dat het Pentagon
al in 2001 sprak over het omverwerpen van het Syrische bewind…. De voormalige Franse minister van buitenlandse zaken, Dumas zei over deze zaak dat hij al 2 jaar voordat in 2011 de gewelddadigheden losbarstten, hij informatie kreeg waaruit bleek dat de Britten bezig waren een opstand te organiseren in Syrië…….

Vlak
nadat in 2011 de eerste gewelddadige incidenten plaatsvonden in Syrië, heeft Obama in het geheim toegestemd in het trainen en
bewapenen van extremistische (moslim) groepen, ofwel: islamitische
terreurgroepen werden getraind en bewapend door de VS met
toestemming van Nobelprijs voor de Vrede winnaar Obama (de valse
slang)…..

Het Syrische volk staat weer een gifgasaanval te wachten, zo is de verwachting van o.a. Rusland*, een aanval uitgevoerd door de ‘gematigde rebellen’ (lees: terreurgroepen die zich schuldig maken aan massamoord, verkrachtingen en het op andere manieren terroriseren van in dit geval het Syrische volk….)…. Deze terreurgroepen hebben dit eerder al meermaals gedaan, waarbij men de schuld in de schoenen van het Syrische leger ofwel Assad schoof…. Een ‘false flag’ operatie noemt men een dergelijke aanslag, de meest beruchte is wel de grote gifgasaanval in 2013, waarvoor men onmiddellijk naar Assad wees…. Onder andere een VN commissie o.l.v. Delponte vond echter geen schijn van bewijs voor de schuld van het Syrische leger en verwees naar terreurgroepen waarvan bekend was dat deze voorraden gifgas in het bezit hadden……

Intussen zijn er door westers geweld, dan wel als gevolg van westerse manipulaties dan wel  ander westers optreden, meer dan 600.000 mensen vermoord in Syrië…… 

Johnstone
stelt volkomen terecht dat we niet moeten hopen dat Trump (en zijn
militaire adviseurs) tot zinnen komt en VS troepen zal terugtrekken,
maar van de daken moeten schreeuwen dat het westen haar moorddadige
tentakels uit dit arme, door oorlog vernietigde land moeten halen.
Voorts stelt ze dat we niet bang moeten zijn voor repressie op
openlijke protesten, maar het ware verhaal over Syrië van de daken moeten schreeuwen, zodat ook de reguliere media er niet meer omheen
kunnen…. Johnstone stelt (alweer terecht) dat er geen tijd meer is, het
westen dient zich onmiddellijk terug te trekken uit Syrië!!

(CJ Opinion) — Rumors are
again swirling of
an impending false flag chemical weapons attack in Syria, just
as they did shortly
before the highly
suspicious Douma
case in
April. Warnings from Syrian and Russian intelligence, as well as US
war ship movements and an uptick in US funding for the Al Qaeda
propaganda firm known as the White Helmets, give these warnings a
fair bit of weight. Since the US war machine has both a known regime
change agenda in Syria and an extensive history of
using lies, propaganda and false
flags to
justify military interventionism, there’s no legitimate reason to
give it the benefit of the doubt on this one. These warnings are
worth taking seriously.

So
some people are understandably nervous. The way things are set up
now, it is technically possible for the jihadist factions inside
Syria and their allied imperialist intelligence and defense agencies
to keep targeting civilians with chemical weapons and blaming the
Assad government for them until they pull one off that is so
outrageous that it enables the mass media to manufacture public
support for a full-scale assault on Damascus. This would benefit both
the US-centralized empire which has
been plotting regime change in Syria for decades and
the violent Islamist extremists who seek control of the region. It
also creates the very real probability of a direct military
confrontation with Syria’s allies, including Russia.

But
the appropriate response to the threat of a world war erupting in
Syria is not really fear, if you think about it. The most appropriate
response to this would be unmitigated, howling rage at the western
sociopaths who created this situation in the first place.

Warnings of Coming False-Flag Chemical Attack in Syria Have Ring of Truth

Russia and Syria warn of an impending ‘chemical weapons provocation,’ a possibility compounded by the U.S.’ Truman deployment to Syria.

The
United States and its allies started
the war in Syria.
The narrative that it was an organic uprising brutally attacked by
the Assad government is a lie. There is no reasonable doubt about
this. The former Prime Minister of Qatar said
on television that
the US and its allies were involved in the Syrian conflict from the
very beginning. A WikiLeaks
cable and
a declassified
CIA memo both
show the US government plotting to provoke an uprising in Syria
exactly as it occurred, years before it happened. Former Foreign
Minister of France Roland
Dumas stated that
he was informed that the UK was engineering an uprising in Syria two
years before the violence erupted in 2011, and General
Wesley Clark stated that
there were Pentagon plans to take out the Syrian government in 2001.
Shortly after the violence started President Obama
secretly authorized
the arming and training of
violent extremist factions for the overthrow of Assad in a CIA
program code named Timber Sycamore, which along with Saudi finances
has wound up aiding
some of the most evil terror groups ever
to exist.

Six
hundred thousand Syrians have lost their lives as a result of this
regime change intervention, many of those lives ending in the most
horrific ways imaginable at the hands of depraved jihadists. It was
planned, and the people who planned it have names and addresses. They
deserve to be punished to the fullest extent of the law for what they
did. We should all be loudly demanding war crimes tribunals and life
imprisonment for these vicious criminals.

We
need a major adjustment of our emotional posture on this issue. We
shouldn’t be sitting around nervously hoping Trump pulls US troops
out and western-backed terror groups don’t stage another chemical
attack, we should be screaming at these bastards to get their
murderous tentacles out of that poor war-torn country immediately. We
shouldn’t be meekly trying to justify our skepticism of the
establishment Syria narrative while snide Guardian op-eds
inform us that we are not permitted to think such things. We know
that we are right. We know what these evil monsters did. We should be
shouting the imperialists down, not the other way around.

The
same depraved sociopaths who raped Iraq are presently raping Iraq’s
next-door neighbor Syria for the exact same reasons. They were wrong
then. They are wrong now. We should be much more angry and aggressive
in pushing back on their pernicious pro-interventionism narratives.
There is no excuse for any faction of the western empire to be
anywhere inside of that nation’s borders. Out. Now.

Much
like medicine, anger can do more harm than good when used improperly.
Channeled in a wholesome, conscious direction, however, it can be an
indispensable tool for driving out the toxic influence of
manipulators and exploiters.

The
social engineers who manufacture the narratives which are dispensed
to the mass media and repeated as fact to unsuspecting audiences rely
heavily on the tactic of generating sympathy.

Sympathy
opens people up and allows narratives to be imbued with the power of
belief in a way that bypasses skepticism and critical thinking. This
is why the users and abusers you have known in your personal life are
always telling stories about how much wrong has been done to them, or
even going out of their way to make themselves look helpless and
pathetic; if they can suck you in with sympathy, they can get you to
buy into the other stories they need you to believe about who they
are, who you are, what your relationship to them is, and how much
money/resources/affection/sex/forgiveness you should give them.

The propagandists understand this dynamic all too well. They used people’s emotional reaction to 9/11 to manufacture support for not one but two full-scale ground invasions. They circulate pictures of dead children whenever their deaths can be blamed on a longtime target of western imperialism, but never when their deaths are caused by western imperialism. Today the narratives most prolifically circulated by proponents of regime change interventionism in Syria are almost entirely emotional in nature, consisting of nothing more than constant repetition of nonsensical talking points about civilians being brutalized by a sadistic dictator in various ways for no apparent reason. This is all to generate sympathy in order to bypass people’s skepticism of pro-interventionist narratives.

Anger
is sympathy poison. It kills the sympathy you are feeling toward the
narratives being promoted by those you are angry with, thus allowing
you to see things clearly and eject them like the parasites they are.
This is a very useful tool for dealing with the manipulators and
exploiters in your personal life, and it is equally useful for the
manipulators and exploiters who control western society with money,
media manipulation, intelligence agency operations and brute military
force. Creating momentum for widespread rage at those who unleashed
the horrors inflicted upon the Syrian people immunizes the public
from toxic war propaganda narratives by that much.     

Six
hundred thousand human lives. The chaotic violence which ended them
was planned, orchestrated and overseen by the same multinational
power establishment whose media propaganda machine has been singing
us a seven-year lullaby keeping us from questioning the ongoing
military presence and interventionism in that nation and steering us
away from seeking justice for those responsible for all that death.
If anyone is deserving of our loud, lullaby-shattering howling rage,
it is these people.

And
of course we will be fought tooth and claw on this by the
US-centralized power establishment; no one is going to give us
permission to do this. They will do everything they can to maintain
control of the narrative and the veil of government opacity which
shrouds those responsible for their Syria atrocities. But we will be
attacking, which means that they will be forced to defend against
those attacks. Rather than playing defensive and trying to justify
our right to be skeptical while praying that there isn’t a
devastating false flag attack in the illegally-occupied nation of
Syria, we should be putting them on the back foot with rage and loud
demands for justice. Righteous anger can severely hobble the
propaganda machine they intend to use for further interventionism in
that nation.

You
cannot argue with the rage of someone who is certain that an
unforgivable evil has been perpetrated. You simply cannot manipulate
and narrative-spin your way around that; it plants an unbreakable,
immovable object in the gears of the propaganda machine. By getting
unapologetically furious, loud and aggressive and letting the wisdom
of our anger guide our response to the situation in Syria, we can
shift the zeitgeist of anti-imperialist sentiment from a meek “Oh
gosh darn I sure hope the people who decimated Iraq do the right
thing in Syria” to a thunderous “FUCK YOU. OUT. NOW.”

Which
is where it should be.

A
world in which war crimes tribunals are actually carried out for the
imperialists responsible for the evils inflicted upon the Syrian
people will look very different from the world that we are in now.
But shoving angrily and aggressively against the establishment
structures which made it possible and screaming for justice and
vengeance is the first step toward creating that world.

Let’s
not play defense and reaction anymore. Let’s stop waiting for
something to go wrong and start forcing things to be right. It’s
time to go on the offensive with this thing. Get angry and let it
roar through you.

Het
VS ministerie van buitenlandse zaken heeft Syrië gewaarschuwd niet de gebieden in het zuidwesten van Syrië te bevrijden van terreurgroepen…… De VS is NB illegaal aanwezig in de soevereine,
democratische staat Syrië en beschermt het bewuste gebied dat ‘oh
wonder’ in de buurt ligt van voor het westen belangrijke olie- en
gasvelden……..

Ofwel: de VS verbiedt Syrië op eigen bodem, haar door terreur getroffen bevolking te bevrijden van psychopathische moordenaars, verkrachters en martelbeulen……. Deze terreurgroepen zijn dan ook nog eens voor een groot deel vanuit Libië naar Syrië vervoerd door de VS dan wel in opdracht van de VS……

Eerder
veegde het reguliere Syrische leger al gebieden schoon van deze psychopathische terreurgroepen (hier aangeduid als ‘gematigde
rebellen…’), een verdere ‘grote schoonmaak’ kan Syrië wel vergeten,
zo heeft de uiterst agressieve VS dus laten weten en zoals bekend: als er olie en/of gas in het spel is, laat
de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS, niet met zich sollen…..

De VS had het gore lef te wijzen op eerder gesloten akkoorden over de-escalatie zones tussen de VS, Rusland en Turkije….. Terwijl het hier om zoals gezegd een soeverein democratisch land gaat, waar zowel de VS als Turkije volkomen illegaal verblijven en dood en ellende zaaien…… Bovendien: alsof de VS zich aan dergelijke bestanden houdt, als het deze terreurentiteit niet uitkomt……

With
the Syrian government saying that any more failures to take back the
country’s southwest diplomatically would lead them to launch an
offensive, the US State Department is threatening
“firm and appropriate measures” to punish Syria for any such
attempt.

            

Syria
has been expected to launch such an offensive for awhile. Russia
negotiated with Israel to get them to agree to keep out of the
fighting, in return for Russia urging Iran and Hezbollah to remain
out of the border region. The assumption has been for some time this
cleared room for the push.

US
officials, however, say that Syria would be violating the previous
de-escalation deal made between the US, Russia, and Turkey, as some
of the offensive would take place in that area. Other de-escalation
zones have effectively been erased by government gains, or the wiping
out of certain rebels by others.

The
southwest zone protects some rebel factions along the border with
Jordan, though some of the rebels in the area are also tied to
al-Qaeda. Syria has isolated the rebels into only a handful of areas,
and the southwest is likely a priority because of the region’s
proximity to the western oil and gas sites.

Nu
de aandacht voor Trump en Kim wegebt en men er algemeen vanuit gaat
dat Assad niet zal aftreden als president, sterker nog: dat hij bij
nu te houden verkiezingen zelfs met nog meer stemmen verkozen zal
worden, is de kans levensgroot dat er weer een gebeurtenis staat te
wachten, die in het westen tot hysterische reacties zal leiden……

Volgens
het Russische ministerie van defensie, in de persoon van Lavrov’s
(minister van defensie) woordvoerder en officier Igor Konashenkov, staat de
‘gematigde rebellen’ groep het vrije Syrische leger (psychopathische
moordenaars) op het punt een voor de wereld in elkaar gedraaid scenario
uit voeren, waar (alweer) een gifgasaanval aan het reguliere Syrische
leger (‘en dus’ Assad..) zal worden toegeschreven…… Een dergelijke gang van zaken noemt men een ‘false flag’ operatie, operaties die vooral goed door de VS worden beheerst.

Men kan het eenvoudigweg niet verkroppen dat Assad in feite de oorlog in Syrië voor zijn volk heeft gewonnen dat was immers niet de opzet van de o.a. door de VS georganiseerde opstand in Syrië (de eerste voorbereidingen daartoe werden al in 2006 onder Bush genomen)…..

De
grote westerse radiostations (inclusief Radio1, al is dat niet groot, en de ‘onafhankelijke’
zendgemachtigden op die zender) citeren 9 van de 10 keer als het over
Syrië gaat, het Syrische Observatorium voor Mensenrechten (SOHR), een
vertegenwoordiger van de terreurgroepen in Syrië, die zoals gezegd
door het westen worden aangeduid als gematigde rebellen……. 

Het SOHR wordt geleid door een gewezen Syrische misdadiger die o.a. bekend staat als Osama Suleiman (tot voor kort was hij ook het enige personeelslid), die terechte gevangenisstraf in Syrië jammer
genoeg heeft weten te voorkomen door te vluchten en zich bij de
Britten te melden als ‘politiek vluchteling…’ Deze SOHR is er elke
keer als de kippen bij om een gifgasaanval aan Assad toe te
schrijven, zelfs als andere nieuwsmedia (wat SOHR niet is) nog bezig
zijn berichten te controleren (als deze reguliere media dat al
doen….), weet SOHR te melden dat het bij wijze van spreken Assad
zelf was……..

Het SOHR is dan ook niets anders dan een verlengstuk van een aantal terreurgroepen in Syrië….

Gezien
het verleden valt het me nog mee dat er niet al eerder een
gifgasaanval werd uitgevoerd (na Douma, maar nu echt met gifgas dat
deze terreurgroepen met toestemming van het westen in bezit mogen
houden…)……

Waarschijnlijk
was men te verbaasd dat de zogenaamde gifgasanval op Douma zo makkelijk als waar werd
geslikt door de een groot deel van de wereld……. De OPCW, een organisatie die nauw samenwerkt met de VN (een organisatie voor het verbod op kernwapens), heeft zonder opdracht onderzoek uitgevoerd in Douma* en vond net als eerdere deskundigen
geen sporen van gifgas, sporen die na een echte aanval zeker zouden zijn achtergebleven…… In het hoofdkwartier van de OPCW te Den Haag hebben getuigen van deze zogenaamde
gifgasaanval verklaringen afgegeven waarin wordt gesteld dat er geen sprake was van een
gifgasaanval in Douma…….

‘die fout’ maken de terreurgroepen in Syrië niet nog een keer >>
de volgende keer zal er een groot aantal doden te betreuren zijn,
deze zogenaamde gematigde rebellen hebben schijt aan mensenlevens,
precies als de White Helmets, een steungroep van deze rebellen die de
handen zelf ook vuilmaken aan oorlogsmisdaden……. (het beest Trump heeft de White Helmets een subsidie van 6 miljoen dollar toegekend, zo werd vanmorgen bekend gemaakt……)

Warns of Impending Staged Chemical Attack in Syria

(ZHE Op-ed) — As
the world’s attention was focused on Singapore and the historic
Trump-Kim summit this week, and with broad media acknowledgement
that Assad
has won the war for Syria, the
time could be ripe for some kind of major event to jolt the globe’s
focus back to the war, now in its seventh year, which could be slowly
winding down.

It
seems to occur every time the Syrian Army is on a trajectory of
overwhelming victory: an
ill-timed and strategically nonsensical mass chemical attack on
civilians supposedly ordered by Assad —
inevitably giving the West an open door for military intervention,
new rounds of crippling sanctions, and yet more international media
condemnation heaped on Damascus.

And
this week the Russian Defense Ministry has warned of just such a
scenario. Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Igor Konashenkov
said early in the week that US-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) forces
are planning a
“serious provocation” aimed at justifying a new round of Western
coalition missile attacks against Syrian government bases and
facilities.

Konashenkov,
in a statement carried by Russian
state-run TASS and
subsequently featured in a One
America News report,
said “According to the information confirmed through three
independent channels in Syria, the command of the so-called ‘Free
Syrian Army’ aided by the forces of the US special ops units
are preparing
a serious provocation involving chemical warfare agents in the Deir
ez-Zor province.”

The
TASS media release explained
further:

According
to Konashenkov, FSA
militants have delivered chlorine cylinders to the Syrian Deir ez-Zor
province to simulate another “chemical attack against civilians.”

“After
being published in western media a
staged video is set to initiate a missile strike on Syria’s state
facilities by the US-led coalition and justify an offensive operation
by militants against Syrian governmental forces on the eastern bank
of the Euphrates River,” he
said, adding that Russia’s Defense Ministry warns that the use of
such provocations for destabilization of the environment on the
Syrian territory is unacceptable.

Though
there’s currently no way to verify if such claims are true, and no
“staged video” has yet to surface on the internet, the Russian
Defense Ministry appears to be painting
a potential future scenario much like last April’s chemical attack
incident: it was video
of mass civilian death which
directly led to Western airstrikes on Syria. 

A
new One America News report features the Russian Defense Ministry
claims:

After
the Saudi-backed
jihadist group Jaish al-Islam,
working in tandem with the US/UK sponsored White Helmets, claimed a
Syrian Army chemical attack against civilians in Douma on April 7,
the US-led coalition launched
over a hundred missiles on
government facilities primarily in and around Damascus. This was done
even as the UN and global chemical watchdog organization, the OPCW,
said there were no independent observers on the ground to confirm
whether or not a chemical attack even took place, much less who was
to blame.

Some
among the first group of journalists to gain entry inside Douma,
located just outside Damascus, such as the UK Independent’s Robert
Fisk and One
America News Network’s Pearson
Sharp, found
no evidence that a chemical attack took place in Douma,
contrary to what was widely reported in international media. A formal
OPCW investigation is
still ongoing.

Notably,
Russia as well as some mainstream
Western counter-terror experts have consistently
pointed the finger at Jaish al Islam (JAI)
for staging
the Douma “chemical attack” in
order to provoke the US military response. And
prior reporting emerged in the aftermath that JAI
itself had used chemical weapons against Kurdish militias in Aleppo’s
Sheikh Maqsoud district in 2016 (and it appears that the
Saudi-backed group openly
admitted to carrying out prior chemical attacks according
to The
Daily Beast).

Russia
further hosted a press briefing at OPCW headquarters in The Hague
where witnesses
came forward to say there was no chemical attack,
but that respiratory problems from conventional weapons bombarding
the town were made to look like chemical symptoms once Jaish al Islam
and the White Helmets took over a local hospital and began filming.

The
testimony was consistent with well-known Syrian opposition group
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), which
initially reported based on its own pro-rebel sourcing that
heavy government bombardment of Douma city resulted in the
collapse of homes and underground shelters, causing civilians in
hiding to suffocate.

According
to SOHR,
which has long been a key go-to source for mainstream media over the
course of the war, “70
of them [women and children] have suffered suffocation as a result of
the demolition of home basements over them due to the heavy and
intense shelling.”

Crucially,
all of this occurred just days after President Trump declared he
planned to order a complete US military pullout from Syria.
And predictably, the April chemical provocation was just
the thing that brought Trump’s planned pullout to a grinding halt,
with Secretary of Defense James Mattis telling
NATO leaders at the start of this week that
he remains against a US withdrawal “before progress was made” —
whatever that means.Assad
is “here to stay”

Recently, the Washington Post issued
a surprising admission, reluctantly declaring that that  —“The
writing is now indisputably on the wall: The Syrian regime
is going nowhere,” according
to widely circulated op-ed.

But
if recent history provides a pattern for the future, once the media
establishment and political leaders in the West begin acknowledging
“Assad is here to stay,” this portends that a
major regime change precipitating event is just around the corner.
