29 ‘opdringerige’ konikpaarden geslacht: NOS censureerde in eerste instantie de eigen berichtgeving

Afgelopen vrijdag in het NOS Radio1 nieuws van 9.30 u. een bericht over 29 paarden uit de Oostvaardersplassen die geslacht  (lees: vermoord) zouden worden vanwege het overlast geven aan bezoekers van dit natuurgebied…… (wie zijn de grootste overlastgevers op onze aarde??)

Volgens het bericht zouden de paarden te mak zijn doordat dagjesmensen en toeristen (en omwonenden waarschijnlijk) de dieren voeren…… Daardoor vallen de paarden andere bezoekers lastig, immers ze denken elke keer dat ze mensen zien dat ze wat lekkers krijgen…..

Ik heb me afgelopen zaterdag rot gezocht op het net en op de Radio1 site, maar geen enkel bericht dat e.e.a. bevestigde…… De bewuste nieuwsuitzending op Radio1 is vreemd genoeg geheel uit de ‘gemiste’ uitzendingen verwijderd, vanaf ‘s morgens 6 uur en ieder half uur daarna, zijn de nieuwsuitzendingen na te luisteren, behalve die van 9.30 u. en opvallend in alle andere nieuwsuitzendingen (ook nadat tijdstip) werd dit bericht niet herhaald….. (al heb ik van de uitzendingen daarna alleen de NOS nieuwsuitzendingen beluisterd van 10.00 u., 10.30 u. en 11.00 u.)

Een foto van het ANP op de NOS site van de kudde van 29 paarden, een bericht dat al van afgelopen donderdag zou zijn >> hoe vreemd dan dat dit bericht afgelopen zaterdag niet was te vinden, terwijl ik deze gisteren bijna onmiddellijk in beeld kreeg door een simpele zoekopdracht…..

Je kan er donder op zeggen dat de NOS een pissig telefoontje van Staatsbosbeheer of zelfs de politie heeft gehad over de uitzending van 9.30 u. en het daarna niet meer heeft genoemd en men met opzet de nieuwsuitzending van 9.30 u. heeft gecensureerd, want zo noemt men dat in een dictatuur!!! 

Eerder was er al veel te doen over de burgers die zich boos maakten dat tijdens een koude periode in de winter de paarden niet werden bijgevoerd, waarschijnlijk (je weet ‘t niet) heeft men dergelijke problemen willen voorkomen met deze censuur……

De hoogste tijd dat de grote natuurgebieden met de grote grazers eindelijk worden verbonden (dat dit niet is gebeurd hebben we te danken aan de corrupte CDA paardenhandelaar Bleker, die de verbinding van natuurgebieden voor Natura 2000 gebieden afschoot….)….. 

Welke gek bedenkt het ook zulke grote dieren in een afgesloten gebied neer te zetten…… Het is ook mogelijk dat één van de vele psychopathische jagers die Nederland rijk is zijn invloed heeft aangewend om dit te bereiken, zodat deze na een aantal jaren paarden kon schieten, immers het is niet de eerste keer dat er grote grazers ‘worden geruimd’ (lees: vermoord)…… Schandelijk genoeg zijn er ‘all in reizen’ voor buitenlandse jagers die hiertegen een vergoeding dieren mogen kapotschieten……. Eén van de jagers met invloed op de politiek is onze ‘koning’ (ha! ha!) Willem Alexander, je weet wel die fraudeerde met subsidie voor Kroondomein Het Loo, zodat hij 3 maanden per jaar kon jagen op wilde zwijnen en herten, terwijl de subsidie was gebonden aan het het jaarrond openhouden van dat natuurgebied voor het publiek, ‘zijn onderdanen’ en er dus niet gejaagd kon worden…….

Trouwens te gek dat men deze dieren vermoordt omdat ze overlast zouden geven, mensen die de dieren daar voeren zijn de grote overlastgevers en moeten een fikse boete krijgen (tenzij er sneeuw ligt)…. Ook moet op duidelijke wijze worden gewaarschuwd geen dieren te voeren, te gek voor woorden dat men tamme dieren ‘overlastgevend’ noemt, nogmaals wie is verreweg de grootste overlastveroorzaker op onze aardkloot?? Juist de mens!!! 

Over jagers gesproken: meer dan belachelijk dat deze figuren hun wapen thuis mogen bewaren, het verschil tussen een dier doodschieten of een mens is uiterst klein en vergeet hierbij niet dat het hier om psychopaten gaat die behagen scheppen in het vermoorden van dieren…….

Zaak van VS tegen Assange gestrand op de belangrijkste getuige, westerse media aandacht: nul komma nada

Ongelofelijk maar desalniettemin maar al te waar: het bericht dat de belangrijkste getuige die de VS had voor de uitlevering van Julian Assange, alle getuigenissen heeft verzonnen*, heeft geen van de westerse reguliere (massa-) media gehaald, niet dat men niet op de hoogte is, maar dit bericht komt de reguliere pers niet goed uit, immers ‘zij zijn er om de westerse waarden te verdedigen’, je weet wel de waarden van de wereld zo snel mogelijk naar de kloten te helpen en daarbij zoveel mogelijk slachtoffers maken, o.a. door het oorlogvoeren van de VS en haar NAVO-partners in landen waar het westen niets te zoeken heeft……. (bovendien is oorlogsvoering een belangrijke aanjager van de klimaatverandering, terwijl deze aanjager niet eens wordt genoemd in de meer dan lamme klimaattoppen van de laatste 20 jaar….)

De reguliere media hebben 2 manieren om nieuws wat hen niet welgevallig is te tackelen: ofwel door het niet te noemen, zoals het voorbeeld in de hierboven beschreven zaak Assange, of door figuren die een rol spelen in een bericht de grond in te schrijven, één van de bekendste van de laatste walgelijke manier van berichtgeving is alweer Julian Assange…… 

Op het moment dat Assange Wikileaks op poten zette en een ongelofelijk aantal officiële VS documenten openbaar maakte, die hij middels klokkenluider Edward Snowden heeft verkregen openbaar maakte, wilden een paar onderdelen van de reguliere media nog meewerken aan het openbaren van die stukken, door de documenten te controleren op namen of situaties die naar een bepaalde persoon konden leiden en die deze in gevaar zouden kunnen brengen……. Echter van die samenwerking kwam niet veel terecht, niet in de laatste plaats daar de VS dreigde dat iedereen die daar aan meewerkte zich schuldig maakte aan een vorm van spionage en als zodanig zou worden vervolgd….. 

Daarop kwam er een gehele ommezwaai en de grote westerse mediaorganen, gevolgd door de rest van de westerse reguliere media begonnen Assange te demoniseren als zou hij werkelijk mensen in gevaar hebben gebracht, zonder ook maar één steekhoudend bewijs te leveren……. Assange werd verder uitgemaakt voor charlatan, terwijl juist hij deed wat echte journalisten doen: oorlogsmisdaden aan de kaak stellen en middels documenten aantonen dat de VS wereldwijd een heel smerig spel speelt: imperium opbouwen en daarbij alles en iedereen die dit in de weg staat op te ruimen, dan wel te demoniseren en vleugellam te maken, hetzij door sancties tegen ‘ongehoorzame landen’ dan wel door personen op zwarte lijsten te zetten, waarmee deze mensen hun leven niet meer zeker waren en zijn……… (op zo’n lijst loop je de grote kans om middels een VS drone te worden vermoord…..)

Overigens kan je wat mij betreft al lang van het Vierde Rijk spreken als je het over de VS hebt ook al pakt dit rijk de zaken anders aan dan de eerste drie: zo heeft de VS meer dan 800 militaire bases over de wereld, waarmee het o.a. denkt China en Rusland onder de duim te kunnen houden…. Verder kan de VS verkiezingen elders sterk beïnvloeden als men ook maar denkt dat de belangen van de VS kunnen worden geschaad door een partij die te groot dreigt te worden, dan wel demonstraties organiseren in dergelijke landen, tot en met het organiseren van opstanden en het trainen, bewapenen van gewelddadige ‘oppositiegroepen…….’ (dit veelal met gebruikmaking van illegale sancties tegen zo’n land [illegaal: zonder een VN resolutie], zodat het volk ontevreden wordt als men te maken heeft met lege schappen in de supermarkten >> in Venezuela heeft dit al aan meer dan 50.000 mensen het leven gekost…….) Als dat allemaal niet lukt kan men nog een staatsgreep organiseren bijvoorbeeld door de top van het leger van een betreffend land om te kopen en als ook dat niet lukt is er altijd nog de weg naar een illegale oorlog, het liefst ‘gelegitimeerd’ door een false flag operatie, die men dan in de schoenen schuift van zo’n land….. (bijvoorbeeld door te liegen dat zo’n land VS militairen heeft aangevallen)

Caitlin Johnstone schreef een artikel n.a.v. de media stilte rond het nieuws dat een IJslandse fraudeur en veroordeelde pedofiel als getuige voor de VS in de zaak tegen Assange door de mand was gevallen. Hoewel door de mand gevallen: de man, Sigurdur ‘Sigi’ Thordarson, gaf het gewoon toe in een interview…… Ook zij spreekt er schande van dat dit nieuws wordt genegeerd, hoe overduidelijk ook dat de reguliere westerse (massa-) media met hun steenrijke eigenaren al lang elke onafhankelijkheid hebben verloren….. Ondanks dat is die boosheid volkomen terecht, zeker als je bedenkt dat de media vol zitten, of beter gezegd: vol zouden moeten zitten met journalisten als Assange i.p.v. suffe lakeien die braaf doen wat de grote baas wel of niet wil zien in of op die media…… Dezelfde figuren die hun collega Assange zo hebben gedemoniseerd en nu net doen of ze doof en blind zijn voor het uitermate grote nieuws dat de zaak van de VS tegen Assange in het water is gevallen…… Benieuwd trouwens hoe die zogenaamde journalisten ‘s avonds naar huis gaan, met een ‘lekker voldaan gevoel’, over wat ze nu juist wel of niet hebben mogen brengen…… Ach het geld is de grootste lokker voor deze walgelijke figuren…… (die voorts niet zelden een hoge hypotheek hebben waardoor ze aan handen en voeten zijn gebonden, echter dat hadden ze van te voren kunnen bedenken, immers met koophuizen maak je de moderne slaaf en houd je deze in het gareel >> vandaar ook dat men de huren zo hard omhoog heeft gejaagd, een schande van enorme proporties……)

As of this writing, it has been three days since the Icelandic newspaper Stundin broke the story that a key witness in the US government’s case against Julian Assange had fabricated allegations against the WikiLeaks founder. And yet, somehow, Assange is still in prison.

Weirder
still, not one major western media outlet outside of Iceland has
reported on this massive and entirely legitimate news story. A search
brings up coverage by Icelandic media, by Russian media, and by smaller western outlets like Democracy Now, World Socialist Website, Consortium News, Zero Hedge
and some others, but as of this writing this story has been completely
ignored by all major outlets who are ostensibly responsible for
informing the public in the western world.

It’s not that those outlets have been ignoring Assange altogether these last few days either. Reuters recently published an interview with Assange’s fiance Stella Moris. Evening Standard has a recent article out on Assange’s plans to marry Moris in Belmarsh, as does Deutsche Welle. It’s just this one story in particular that they’ve been blacking out completely.

And
it’s not that the mainstream press are unaware of this story.
Mainstream western reporters spend a lot of time on Twitter, and
Assange’s name was trending in the United States after the Stundin story broke. Tweets about the article by high-profile accounts like WikiLeaks and Edward Snowden
have many thousands of shares each. They’ve all seen the article. They
all know it’s newsworthy. They’re just choosing not to report on it.

It reminds me of the blanket media blackout that occurred while the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons was hemorrhaging leaks
revealing a US government-tied coverup in the alleged chlorine gas
incident in Douma, Syria. Immensely newsworthy stories were breaking
every few days on a major international scandal, yet not a peep was made
about it by the mainstream press.

We got some insight into what happens in mainstream newsrooms during such bizarre circumstances when journalist Tareq Haddad leaked the emails from his editors at Newsweek refusing
him permission to write about the unfolding OPCW scandal. Haddad’s
pitch was rejected by editor Dimi Reider on the basis that other bigger
outlets hadn’t written about it.

“Leak
has been out since weekend,” Reider wrote. “It’s certainly no scoop.
Yet despite the days that passed, not a single respected media outlet –
many of whom boast far greater regional expertise, resources on the
ground and in newsroom than Newsweek does – have taken the leak remotely
seriously. Which already yesterday made my wonder how we could or why
we should.”

Reider was supported by Newsweek‘s
digital director Laura Davis, who told Haddad his pitch was being
rejected because “the leak found zero to no traction among publications
which are highly resourced and experienced on Syria.”

And
that’s just pretty darn convenient for the powerful, is it not?
Assuming other mainstream news outlets feel the same, this means they’re
all generally following the lead of just a handful of top-tier
publications like The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and The Guardian.
If just those few outlets decide to ignore a major news story that’s
inconvenient for the powerful (either by persuasion, infiltration or by
their own initiative), then no one else will either. As far as the
media-consuming public is concerned, it’s like the major news story
never happened at all.

And that’s really, really creepy.

Western mass media outlets are propaganda. They are owned and controlled by wealthy people in coordination with the secretive government agencies
tasked with preserving the world order upon which the media-owning
plutocrats have built their kingdoms, and their purpose is to manipulate
the way the mainstream public thinks, acts and votes into alignment
with the agendas of the ruling class.

You see this propaganda in the way things are reported, but you also see it in the way things are not
reported. Entire news stories can be completely redacted from
mainstream attention if they are sufficiently inconvenient for the
mechanisms of empire, or only allowed in via platforms like Tucker Carlson Tonight and thereby tainted and spun as ridiculous right-wing conspiracy theories.

If
newsworthiness and significance were what governed mainstream news
media reporting, instead of the agendas of profit and power, we’d
constantly be hearing about the people dying in Yemen and the brutal
income inequality in the United States. And the fact that the most
powerful government in the world is persecuting a journalist for telling the truth would be at the forefront of everyone’s awareness, instead of the mountain of smears they have heaped upon Julian Assange.

sometimes get people telling me that some news stories are meant to
“distract” us from other, bigger news stories, like this is something
the imperial narrative managers do especially on some occasions but not
all the time. In reality, distraction is never not happening,
because every single day the plutocratic media pull people’s attention
away from the pressing issues of the moment like ecocide, poverty,
oppression and mass military slaughter to get them talking about Cardi
B’s baby bump and Marjorie Taylor Greene’s latest doofy publicity stunt.

We
are being lied to. Constantly, and in more ways than we realize. By
omission, by distortion, by half-truths and by outright deception. Our
minds are being actively messed with by powerful people with limitless
resources to ensure their continued domination of the planet at any
cost. Our very perception of reality is being assaulted on myriad
fronts. Until humanity finds a way to wake itself up from its
propaganda-induced coma, the abuses of the powerful will continue.

Julian Asssange: belangrijkste getuigenis voor uitlevering aan VS en berechting is vals

Ongelofelijk maar de getuige die de VS heeft opgevoerd en die haar zaak tegen Julian Assange sterk moest maken, is een veroordeelde fraudeur, pedofiel en een gediagnosticeerde sociopaat, niet alleen dat, deze getuige heeft toegegeven aan de IJslandse krant Stundin dat hij belangrijke delen van zijn getuigenis tegen Assange heeft verzonnen…….. Bovendien heeft deze getuige, Sigurdur ‘Sigi’ Thordarson, toegegeven dat hij een betaalde FBI informant is en dat hij door kon gaan met zijn misdadige praktijken, daar hem werd beloofd dat hij niet zou worden vervolgd (immuniteit voor vervolging)…… Ofwel deze figuur mocht niet alleen doorgaan met het plegen van fraude, maar ook met het misbruiken van kinderen, zonder dat hem een strobreed in de weg werd gelegd…….. Oké niets nieuws: de VS heeft schijt aan alle zaken die een normaal land niet zou doen, maar kindermisbruik tolereren gaat wel heel erg ver……

Om het laatste nog eens extra te benadrukken: de VS wist al met wie men te maken had, wat betreft de hiervoor genoemde zaken, toen men Thordarson inzette als getuige tegen Assange…….. Het is uit het artikel van Caitlin Johnstone dat hieronder is opgenomen niet duidelijk, maar het zou me niet verbazen als de FBI deze zaken bij Thordarson heeft ingefluisterd, immers de door Thordarson genoemde zaken zijn ‘toevallig’ heel belangrijk in de door de VS bij Groot-Brittannië aangespannen zaak om Assange uitgeleverd te krijgen, de VS gebruikt daarvoor de meer dan vervloekte Patriot Act……..

In de zaak om Assange uitgeleverd te krijgen en waarvoor de VS werd teruggefloten door rechter Vanessa Baraitser, voerde de VS aan dat Assange wordt vervolgd voor: ‘journalistic
activity which exposed US war crimes’, ofwel journalistieke activiteiten
die oorlogsmisdaden openbaren begaan door de VS….. Me dunkt een taak die elke journalist zou moeten uitvoeren als deze dergelijke zaken onder ogen
krijgt…… De grote leugen achter het geheel was dat Assange bestaande personen in gevaar zou hebben gebracht, ja zelfs in levensgevaar, iets wat zijn ‘collega journalisten’ hem ook voor de voeten hebben geworpen, zonder dat deze zogenaamde journalisten van de reguliere westerse (massa-) media dit hebben onderzocht, immers dan hadden ze gezien dat Assange dat op geen moment heeft gedaan…….

Thordarson is kort werkzaam geweest voor Wikileaks, de site die Assange heeft opgezet nadat hem officiële documenten van de VS werden toegespeeld door o.a. Edward Snowden. De valse getuigenis van Thordarson bevat o.a. de leugen dat Assange aan Thordarson zou hebben gevraagd om de telefoons van parlementsleden en de regering van een nummer één NAVO land (code voor IJsland) af te luisteren of desnoods te hacken en computers te hacken om dergelijke gesprekken terug te vinden >> een dergelijke opdracht heeft hij nooit gehad zo heeft Thordarson toegegeven aan de IJslandse krant Stundin……. 

Rechter Baraitser heeft in de uitzettingszaak nog gewezen op de aanname dat Assange en Thordarson tevergeefs een poging hebben ondernomen (nadat Assange Thordarson daarom zou hebben gevraagd) om gestolen gecodeerde geheime informatie te ontcijferen. In werkelijkheid ging het echter om bekende informatie, die door klokkenluiders, waarschijnlijk van de IJslandse Landsbanki (bank), in de openbaarheid werd gegooid, ofwel van stelen en geheim was al lang geen sprake meer…….. Weer werd hier verwezen naar het nummer één NAVO land (IJsland)……. Met de informatie zou men politievoertuigen kunnen volgen, en ook hierover verklaarde Thordarson dat Assange hem nooit iets dergelijks heeft gevraagd……

Edward Snowden stuurde na deze info een Twitterbericht de wereld in met de opmerking dat dit het eind is van de zaak tegen Assange en mocht Biden doorgaan met pogingen om Assange uitgeleverd te krijgen, de schade voor de reputatie op het gebied van de persvrijheid van de VS voor minstens één generatie onherstelbaar zal zijn…… Beetje vreemd, immers hoewel de VS een grote bek heeft over de persvrijheid in landen waarmee het op z’n zachtst gezegd slechte banden heeft, is al lang duidelijk dat de zittende administraties in de VS lak hebben aan persvrijheid*, zeker als de pers zware kritiek uit op een administratie….. Sterker nog: de VS zet al jaren de grote techbedrijven onder druk om censuur uit te oefenen op de verschillende platforms, als die van Facebook, Google, Apple, YouTube en Twitter…… Voorts is het grootste deel van de reguliere (massa-) media over het algemeen op de hand van de zittende administratie (waar de Trump administratie een uitzondering was), dit daar de eigenaren van die media daar belang bij hebben……. Kortom de zittende administratie zoals die van Joe Biden nu, heeft geen censuur nodig op de reguliere media, die wordt al uitgevoerd door die media…..**

Tot slot nogmaals: Julian Assange wordt in isolatie gevangengehouden en dat al ruim 2 jaar: deskundigen hebben meermaals vastgesteld (al in de vorige eeuw) dat isolatie van gevangenen een ernstige vorm is van geestelijke marteling, die men isolatiefolter noemt >> moet je nagaan: dit terwijl Assange volkomen onterecht gevangen zit……..

The Icelandic newspaper Stundin reports
that a key witness in the US prosecution of Julian Assange has admitted
in an interview with the outlet that he fabricated critical accusations
in the indictment against the WikiLeaks founder.

“A major
witness in the United States’ Department of Justice case against Julian

who has a documented history with sociopathy and has received several
convictions for sexual abuse of minors and wide-ranging financial fraud,
made the admission in a newly published interview in Stundin where he
also confessed to having continued his crime spree whilst working with
the Department of Justice and FBI and receiving a promise of immunity
from prosecution.”

A
major witness in the United States’ Department of Justice case against
Julian Assange has admitted to fabricating key accusations in the
indictment against the Wikileaks founder in stundin.is

This major witness would be Iceland’s Sigurdur “Sigi” Thordarson, a paid FBI informant who after his short-lived association with WikiLeaks has been found guilty of sexually abusing nine boys as well as embezzlement, fraud, and theft in his home country. A court-appointed psychologist has found him to be a sociopath.

“The
court found that Sigurður is by all definitions a sociopath, suffering
from a severe anti-social personality disorder. However, the court found
that he did know the difference between right and wrong and could not
be considered insane and could therefore stand trial,” Iceland Magazine reported in 2015 during Thordarson’s child abuse case.

This
was all public knowledge when the US government was building its case
to extradite Julian Assange to America and try him under the Patriot Act
for journalistic activity which exposed US war crimes,
a prosecution for which Assange is still locked up in Belmarsh Prison
pending Washington’s appeal of a UK court’s denial of the extradition
request. And now we know for a fact that the odious person whose
testimony formed the basis for much of that prosecution was lying.

“US officials presented an updated version of an indictment against him to a Magistrate court in London last summer,” Stundin
says. “The veracity of the information contained therein is now
directly contradicted by the main witness, whose testimony it is based
on.”

What this means is that the US decided to add more accusations to its previous indictment because charging a journalist for standard journalistic practices was too weak on its own, and now this decision has bitten them in the ass.

The
article’s authors explain that contrary to the claims in that
indictment, “Thordarson now admits to Stundin that Assange never asked
him to hack or access phone recordings of MPs” and “further admits the
claim, that Assange had instructed or asked him to access computers in
order to find any such recordings, is false.”

information including audio recordings of phone conversations between
high-ranking officials, including members of the Parliament, of the

Thordarson’s
testimony was cited extensively by British Magistrate Vanessa Baraitser
when she was providing her ruling on the extradition request which is
currently under appeal, and it looks pretty silly now that we know it
was bogus. Her ruling
repeats the prosecution’s claim that Assange “asked Teenager to hack
into computers to obtain information including audio recordings of phone
conversations between high-ranking officials, including members of the
Parliament,” but Thordarson has now recanted this claim.

While the judgement on the extradition
request reads, “It is alleged that Mr. Assange and Teenager failed a
joint attempt to decrypt a file stolen from a ‘NATO country 1’ [ code
for Iceland] bank”, Thordarson told Stundin
that “this actually refers to a well publicised event in which an
encrypted file was leaked from an Icelandic bank and assumed to contain
information about defaulted loans provided by the Icelandic Landsbanki,”
and that “Nothing supports the claim that this file was even ‘stolen’
per se, as it was assumed to have been distributed by whistleblowers
from inside the failed bank.”

While
the ruling repeats the claim that Assange “used the unauthorized access
given to him by a source, to access a government website of NATO
country-1 used to track police vehicles,” Thordarson told Stundin that “Assange never asked for any such access.”

These revelations are entirely damning.

“This is the end of the case against Julian Assange,” tweeted NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, adding,
“If Biden continues to seek the extradition of a publisher under an
indictment poisoned top-to-bottom with false testimony admitted by its
own star witness, the damage to the United States’ reputation on press
freedom would last for a generation. It’s unavoidable.”

“Now
it’s time to have an international inquiry on how Sweden, UK, US,
Ecuador and Australia have handled the Julian Assange case. My FOIA***
provides evidence nothing is normal in this case,” tweeted investigative journalist Stefania Maurizi.

It
just says so much that the most powerful government in the world, with
all its essentially limitless resources, needed to build its case
against Assange on false testimony from a diagnosed sociopath and
convicted child molester. That’s how strong their case was against a
journalist whose only “crime” was telling the truth about the powerful.

This after we learned that Assange and his lawyers were spied on by the CIA, that he is being tortured, that his seven-year de facto imprisonment prior to his two-year stay in Belmarsh was arbitrary detention and unjust from the very beginning, and that the pretext for keeping him there was itself fallacious.

This is a farce. The fact that this man remains behind bars is an outrage.

Censuur in Nederland rukt op: de weg naar een nieuwe fascistische wereldorde

Schande!! De video’s die Brasscheck TV meestuurt in haar
nieuwsbrieven worden ‘weggecensureerd’, een teken dat men bang is dat
de waarheid over veel zaken die bijvoorbeeld met het Coronavirus, of oorlogsmisdaden van de VS te
maken hebben, het grote publiek bereiken…… (dat laatste uiteraard in de VS, hoewel gezien WikiLeaks ook de media in andere westerse landen liever geen melding maken van die oorlogsmisdaden, sterker nog: waar die media Julian Assange die e.e.a openbaarde in WikiLeaks voor verrader uit durfden te maken*)

 

Ja ook Apple doet aan censuur!!

Ook op
dit blog gaat de censuur te keer, zo zijn alle video’s waarop dieren
worden mishandeld verwijderd door Google, dit daar ze niet geschikt voor kinderen
zouden zijn en alleen op YouTube kunnen worden bekeken…….. (alsof kinderen te dom zijn om YouTube te kunnen vinden……) Dat de
psychopathische figuren die zich boer en slachter noemen en die
‘hun’/de dieren mishandelen, middels hun lobbyorganisaties de leugens
over hun doodsindustrie als zouden de dieren een geweldig leven hebben, als lesmateriaal naar scholen sturen, schijnt
men normaal te vinden en nee die informatie wordt niet gecensureerd omdat het gore leugens zijn…….. Nee, ook Google en Facebook vinden blijkbaar dat kinderen te vaak beslissen dat ze
geen vlees meer wensen te eten ‘en dat kan natuurlijk niet…..’

 

Ook zijn honderden zo niet een paar duizend foto’s en een groot aantal andere video’s verwijderd van dit
blog, o.a. beeldmateriaal uit oorlogsgebied……

tekst valt te lezen op de plek waar de video’s horen te staan, samen
met een lullig poppetje:

of de URL juist is en probeer het opnieuw.

Je kan de URL tot in de eeuwigheid controleren, maar dat veranderd niets aan wat je te zien krijgt, de voorgaande tekst is dan ook een smerige leugen, Brasscheck heeft een HTTPS adres, bovendien laat Google per ongeluk wel eens een video staan, of wanneer er meer dan 1 video wordt meegezonden en Google de tweede vergeet te censureren……

Blijkbaar vindt de Nederlandse overheid het prima als Google video’s van Nederlandse burgers censureert, terwijl onze overheid onmiddellijk op de rem zou moeten trappen, ongelooflijk……..

 

Waar
gaan we naar toe op deze manier? Een politiestaat, waar je blog (en de rest van je openbaar handelen) alleen met rust wordt gelaten wanneer je je als een rustige en gehoorzame burger gedraagt?? Wat dat betreft is de Coroncrisis een ‘mooie oefening’ voor het moment waarop men het parlement geheel buiten werking stelt……….

De idee
van internet was een plek te scheppen waar burgers konden
communiceren en zich organiseren zonder controle van overheid en het
grote bedrijfsleven, nu blijkt dat dit idee ver achter ons ligt niet
alleen qua tijd, maar juist ook wat betreft de vrijheid van
communicatie…….

De NSA
rapportage van Edward Snowden uit 2013, die hij als klokkenluider
openbaarde, wordt door velen gezien als een schending van het recht op
privacy, echter de openbaringen gingen over veel meer schendingen van
een aantal andere vrijheden, zoals het recht op vrije meningsuiting,
een vrije pers en de noodzaak van transparantie van
overheidsinstanties en vooral die van de altijd op de loer liggende
veiligheidsstaat, plus de gevaren van het mogelijk maken dat
regeringen belangrijke beslissingen stiekem nemen zonder
democratische overeenstemming of verantwoordelijkheid……. (daar hebben we hier tijdens de Coronacrisis meermaals mee te maken gehad)

Dat het
internet aanvankelijk werd gezien als vrijplaats voor een ieder,
zonder overheidsbemoeienis dan wel bemoeienis van wie dan ook was de
oorzaak dat Snowden de klok luidde, immers hij kwam erachter dat er
nog maar weinig over was van de vrijheden, vrije communicatie, enz,
die hij eerder zag als belangrijk voor het internet…… Kortom de
idee dat het internet de mens zou bevrijden van elke overheids
bemoeienis en die van de grote bedrijven, was een vroege dood
gestorven……

Zie hoe
Facebook, YouTube en Google zaken censureren, als zouden we leven in
de eerste beste dictatuur, een zaak waaraan ook de reguliere media
schuldig zijn, al lang niet meer onafhankelijk schreeuwen de vertegenwoordigers van deze media
(‘journalisten’) dat het internet moet worden gecensureerd……
Niet voor niets daar deze media maar al te vaak aan de paal worden
genageld op het internet vanwege het bewaren en bewaken van de
bestaande status quo (in het belang van de spuugrijke eigenaren van
die media) dit door ronduit fake news (nepnieuws) te brengen en het op andere
manieren manipuleren van de gebruikers….. Neem de illegale oorlogen
die de VS deze eeuw is begonnen, allen gebaseerd op smerige leugens
die deze media maar al te graag hebben overgenomen van geheime diensten en deze hebben uitgedragen, zonder enig

deze media weten dat ze leugens hebben verkondigd, hebben ze niet één
rectificatie geplaatst, nee sterker nog men blijft deze leugens
alsnog herhalen en verdedigen…..

Zeker tijdens
de almaar voortdurende Coronacrisis staan die media aan de kant van
de overheid, ach ja men wijst wel eens op het tegenstrijdige beleid,
maar verder moet je niet proberen ook maar enige kritiek te leveren
op bijvoorbeeld de testen die worden gebruikt, of figuren als Fauci
ter discussie te stellen**, ook al heeft deze figuur een heel duister
verleden…. Nee kritiek wordt neergesabeld als complotdenken, alsof
er alleen maar imbecielen zijn die commentaar hebben op de veel te snel
gemaakte vaccins, waar men bij lange na niet weet wat gevolgen op de
lange duur zijn…..* Deze media gebruiken dezelfde wetenschappers die de overheid gebruikt
als legitimatie van wanbeleid, wetenschappers die maar al te vaak
door de mand vallen als sufferds dan wel als lobbyisten van

–  The NSA reporting of 2013, enabled by the heroic
whistleblowing of Edward Snowden, was widely perceived at the time
time to be about violations of the right to privacy. It was, of
course, about that, but the revelations implicated numerous other

vital liberties, including free speech, a free press, the need for
transparency over state actors and especially the always-lurking
security state, and the dangers of allowing governments to make the
most consequential decisions in the dark, with no democratic consent
or accountability.

But the
overarching cause uniting all of those specific concerns was a belief
in and defense of internet freedom. In one of the earliest interviews
we conducted with Snowden in Hong Kong, he explained that he was
driven in large part by the central, vital role which the early
version of the internet played in his life: one that was free of
corporate and state control, that permitted anonymity and exploration
free of monitoring, and, most of all, fostered unrestrained
communication and dissemination of information by and among citizens
of the world without corporate and state overlords regulating and
controlling what they were saying.

It was that
Wild
West vision of the internet that led so many to herald it at its
inception as one of the greatest and most potent innovations in
modern history for fostering individual freedom, human liberation,
empowerment of ordinary citizens, and the ability of people to
organize and communicate without having to depend on corporate giants
and the governments they fund and control. In many ways, that vision
is a faint memory — submersed in the mass surveillance Snowden
exposed but which still persists, the corporatization of the most
influential online venues and, increasingly, the control over the
flow of speech and information by unseen oligarchical overlords whose
decrees require no identifiable rationale and afford no appeal. The
power of these unseen discourse-regulators is final, arbitrary and
absolute.

It does not have to be
this way. A free internet is still worth fighting for and is still
salvageable. But it faces growing threats: from corporate
media outlets eager to suffocate anything that threatens their
discourse-monopoly by ginning up pressure on Silicon Valley to censor
various dissidents and independent voices even more so than they are
now; from political parties and politicians who wield great influence
with tech giants and know they can exploit
that influence to silence their critics and adversaries; and the
increasing concentration of power over the internet in the hand of a
few monopolies whose power and wealth makes it irresistible for
power centers to try to harness to suffocate dissent.

On Monday I spoke with
Snowden for a special episode of SYSTEM UPDATE, for roughly 40
minutes about the growing dangers of Silicon Valley censorship, why a
tech industry that never wanted the power or responsibility to
regulate discourse has had that obligation foisted upon them by
politicians and journalists, the lurking dangers to press freedoms,
and how a Biden/Harris administration may make all of this worse:

Hoorde vanmorgen dat je ook mondmaskers (of mondkapjes, wat je wilt) moet dragen op de grote tochtbakken die we (trein-) stations noemen en bij de haltes van het openbaar vervoer die allen buiten zijn te vinden……. ha! ha! ha! ha! Het verbieden van het roken van een peuk op het station, aan het eind van het perron, waar verder geen hond komt, is al totaal belachelijk voor woorden en ook deze mondmaskerplicht zal nog meer mensen de auto injagen (althans mensen die tot nu toe nog de trein durfden te nemen..)…. Dan te bedenken dat het openbaar vervoer al geen alternatief was voor de auto……

Dit noemt men grappige mondmaskers, ‘leuk hè?’

Nu ook nog het gebod  dat wanneer je onderweg bent naar een openbaar vervoer halte of het station, je al een mondmasker moet dragen (even ‘zinvol’), of wat dacht je van het verplicht dragen van zo’n onding op de fiets, immers als je een keer hoest op de fiets kan je zomaar 10 voetgangers besmetten die bijvoorbeeld staan te wachten voor het stoplicht……. 

Nogmaals: in de landen waar al lang een mondmaskerplicht bestond voor de openbare binnenruimtes, zoals Frankrijk, België en Duitsland zijn de cijfers van het aantal besmette personen in verhouding even hoog, zo niet hoger…….

Mondmaskers? Pure kul!! (virologen die dit eerder opperden durven de mond niet meer open te doen…..)

Ongelofelijk
maar waar: YouTube zal in aanloop naar de presidentsverkiezingen in
de VS video’s verwijderen als deze informatie bevatten die is
verkregen via hacken (en waarschijnlijk zal YouTube dat ook doen in aanloop
naar verkiezingen in andere delen van de westerse wereld, zoals
Nederland)…….

Het is
alsof je tegen een klokkenluider zegt dat die haar/zijn informatie
niet mag gebruiken op een sociaal platform en al helemaal niet als daarmee een smerige corrupte neoliberale ploert van een politicus wordt besmeurd…. Zoals het inderdaad is geregeld met het meer dan belachelijke Klokkenluidershuis in ons land, als je daarnaar toe gaat als
klokkenluider, moet je als eerste een verklaring ondertekenen dat je de informatie waarmee je naar buiten wilt treden,
niet verder mag verspreiden, sterker nog: je mag er verder met niemand over spreken!! Geen wonder dan ook dat het Klokkenluidershuis is verworden tot een totaal mislukt project, een schande van jewelste!!

Johnstone, die het hieronder opgenomen artikel heeft geschreven,
merkt dan ook volkomen terecht op dat informatie die aantoont dat
iemand bijvoorbeeld corrupt is, juist moet worden geopenbaard, hoe je
ook aan die informatie bent gekomen, immers daar heeft het volk in een echte democratie recht
op!! (zij zegt het met andere woorden, maar daar komt het wel op neer)

YouTube zal dan ook vanaf nu dan alle informatie censureren die van
Wikileaks komt…… Immers ook
over Trump en Biden is het e.e.a. te vinden op Wikileaks…….

Een andere consequentie van deze regelrechte censuur (alleen ‘thuishorend’ in een dictatuur) is dat ook informatie uit een hack, maar die in een ander land wordt geplaatst, zal worden gecensureerd……..


Johnstone stelt verder dat men elke niet welgevallige informatie (althans door de overheid als niet geschikt geacht voor de ogen van het volk) zal worden afgedaan als ‘gehackt’ en dus op die basis onderhevig zal zijn aan censuur…….. Precies wat er in 2016 gebeurde, toen klokkenluider Seth Rich, lid van Clintons campagneteam (DNC), mails van Hillary Clinton doorspeelde naar Wikileaks, dit daar hij woenend was over de smerige manipulaties tegen destijds presidentskandidaat Bernie Sanders……. Het team van Clinton ging in de aanval door te stellen dat de Russen de servers van het DNC hadden gehackt en de gevonden informatie doorspeelden aan Wikileaks, daarmee wisten Clinton en haar team de aandacht af te leiden van het smerige spel dat zij speelde……


Grote techreuzen als Google en  Facebook hebben volgens de New York Times overleg gevoerd met overheidsinstanties hoe de presidentsverkiezingen van a.s. november veilig te stellen, daarvoor hebben ze zelfs een coalitie gevormd…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! En dan te bedenken dat Facebook politici laat liegen op haar platform (dit met persoonlijke toestemming van Zuckerberg), alsof dat niet een heel smerige manipulatie is van deze verkiezingen!!! Meer dan
schandalig, hoe de grote techreuzen als Google en Facebook de valse tanden nog eens
laten zien……. 

Facebook doet zoals gezegd het tegenovergestelde: alle
leugens die politici brengen in aanloop van de presidentsverkiezingen
in de VS worden getolereerd, terwijl Zuckerberg de opperploert van dit concern zo’n grote bek had over het manipuleren van deze verkiezingen in 2016 zogenaamd door Rusland (waarvoor nog
steeds geen flinter aan bewijs is gegeven…..)

Hetzelfde
geldt ook voor het geschreeuw over fake news (nepnieuws) op de
sociale media, terwijl deze schreeuwers, de reguliere media, hele archieven vol hebben geschreven met fake
news, bijvoorbeeld over de zojuist genoemde manipulatie van de
verkiezingen, of wat dacht je van de berichtgeving voorafgaand aan en
tijdens de illegale oorlogen die de VS is begonnen, bewijzen te
over!! 

Hoe is het mogelijk dat men zo openlijk spreekt over censuur en de reguliere westerse media en poltici hierover zwijgen als het graf?? Blijkbaar staat men achter deze volgende stap richting een smerige fascistische dictatuur……..

for election-related news and information,” YouTube has
announced
 that it will be removing “content that contains hacked
information, the disclosure of which may interfere with democratic
processes, such as elections and censuses.”

“For
example, videos that contain hacked information about a political
candidate shared with the intent to interfere in an election,”
adds the Google-owned video sharing platform.

This
by itself is an alarming assault on human communication and press
freedom. If there is authentic information out there about either of
the candidates who are up for the most powerful elected position on
the planet, the world is entitled to know about it, regardless of how
that information was acquired. Monopolistic tech oligarchs have no
business barring us from learning about and discussing that
information.

Immensely
powerful people should not be permitted to have secrets from the
public anyway. The amount of power one has should be directly inverse
to the amount of secrecy they are permitted to have. If you’re
anywhere near the presidency of the United States of America, the
secrecy you are entitled to should be zero.

If
a hacker is able to get ahold of accurate information about Donald
Trump or Joe Biden, that information is ours. We’re entitled to it.
Anyone who tries to obstruct our access to that information is
stealing from us. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we have a society
where people are permitted to both rule over us and keep secrets from
us as it is without government-aligned
tech plutocrats silencing our attempts to learn what those secrets
might be.

Moreover,
no YouTube moderator will be in any position to definitively say
whether most information that comes out is hacked. They’d only be
able to do what the mass media did with the 2016 WikiLeaks drops and
cite unproven assertions by opaque intelligence agencies who have a
proven track record of lying, assertions which turned
out to be far more dubious
than most Americans realize. Documents or video could be leaked about
a candidate and US intelligence agencies could just declare it a
“hack” and have any YouTube videos about it immediately
censored.

this in and of itself is an outrage. But the way things are playing
out it could wind up being a lot worse if damning information about a
candidate surfaces prior to the November election.

We
already know from experience that social media giants tend to follow
in each other’s footsteps whenever there’s a significant step in the
direction of censorship, like their coordinated cross-platform
removals of alternative
media outlets,
accounts
from US-targeted nations,
and people
who have been labeled “conspiracy
theorists“.

So
there’s already reason to be concerned that YouTube’s new attack on
press freedoms will spread to social media outlets like Twitter and
Facebook. Add in the fact that these platforms are openly
coordinating with each other and with the US government to silence
speech deemed “online meddling” and “election
interference” and it looks a lot more likely.

The
New York Timespublished
an article
on Wednesday titled “Google, Facebook and Others Form Tech
Coalition to Secure U.S. Election”, later
changed
to “Google, Facebook and Others Broaden Group to Secure U.S.
Election”.

“Facebook,
Google and other major tech companies said on Wednesday that they had
added new partners and met with government agencies in their efforts
to secure the November election,” NYT reports. “The group,
which is seeking to prevent the kind of online meddling and foreign
interference that sullied the 2016 presidential election, previously
consisted of some of the large social media firms, including Twitter
and Microsoft in addition to Facebook and Google. Among the new
participants is the Wikimedia Foundation.”

So
if information emerges about a candidate in an “October
surprise” in a way that can be credibly spun as a “hack”
like the 2016 WikiLeaks drops were, it’s entirely likely that we will
see some interference in people’s ability to communicate about it on
not just one but multiple social media platforms. How much
communication interference we’d be subjected to is unknown at this
time, but it certainly looks like there are measures in place to at
least implement some under certain circumstances.

Imagine
if documents or video footage were posted online somewhere and we’d
get blocked from sharing its URLs on Facebook or suspended for
posting screenshots of it on Twitter. The way iron-fisted censorship
practices are already unfolding, it’s a possibility that looks not at
all remote.

Anyway,
something to be on alert for.

Mark Zuckerberg, de topgraaier van Facebook, was gisteren te horen op BBC World Service (radio). Hier vertelde deze hufter dat hij Coronaberichten die nepnieuws blijken te zijn, van zijn platform (Facebook) haalt. ‘Mooie lulpraatjes’ waarmee hij de verslaggever bestookte als was hij de goedheid zelve en hoe hij het wel niet te doen heeft met de Coronaslachtoffers (alsof dat wereldvreemd zou zijn….)

Zuckerberg vond zo te horen wel het meest opmerkelijke dat hij ook posts van de Braziliaanse psychopathische fascist Bolsonaro van Facebook heeft laten halen….. Benieuwd of Zuckerberg ook een post van Donald Trump (als deze via Facebook, i.p.v. Twitter zou communiceren) zou verwijderen, ‘reken maar van niet’, immers dan zou hij een groot aantal Facebookgebruikers schofferen en dat zijn er in de VS met gemak vele miljoenen, bovendien zou hij dan op heel veel plekken in de VS zijn kop niet meer kunnen vertonen, zonder te worden uitgemaakt voor alles wat rot en vuil is………..

Moet je nagaan wat een smerige oplichter, immers hij liet vorig najaar nog weten dat politici in de VS in aanloop van de verkiezingen de grootste leugens mogen ventileren, zonder dat Facebook zal ingrijpen………. Let wel: het gaat dan om politici die eenmaal op de machtigste plek, die van VS president, de ene na de andere illegale oorlog kunnen beginnen, zonder voor zo’n enorme oorlogmisdaad te worden berecht, laat staan te worden bestraft, zelfs als ze een miljoen slachtoffers maken……

Uiteraard moest Zuckerberg nog even over de presidentsverkiezingen in de VS van 2016 spreken en ja hoor, die zijn gewonnen door de Russen…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Wat een meer dan achterlijke oplichter die Zuckerberg, die NB met zijn giga-giften deels bepaalt wie de volgende president van de VS zal zijn!!!

Zuckerberg zou een uitstekend christen zijn: de grootste en smerigste liegende hypocrieten die op de aarde rondlopen, jezus wat een enorme rotzak!!

VS massamedia krijgen van jetje na demoniseren Bernie Sanders (democratisch presidentskandidaat VS)

Nadat
Bernie Sanders de Washington Post (WaPo) volkomen terecht verweet een haatcampagne tegen hem te voeren, hebben de massamedia in de VS
belachelijk en hysterisch gereageerd op deze beschuldiging…….. Lullig voor die media, maar belangrijke
ex-vertegenwoordigers van die media zijn het helemaal zat en hebben
‘een dik boek opengetrokken’ over hun ex-werkgevers en hun voormalige
collega’s.

Met
voorbeelden geeft men aan dat deze massamedia, zonder uitzondering
in handen van plutocraten of investeringsgroepen, zich onderwerpen
aan zelfcensuur, men weet prima welke onderwerpen wel of niet genoemd
kunnen worden, censuur die de eigenaren verwachten van hun
werknemers…… Caitlin Johnstone, de schrijver van het hieronderopgenomen artikel zegt niets over de zelfcensuur die zogenaamde
onafhankelijke journalisten zich opleggen, over berichten die
regeringen wel of niet kunnen schaden, ook die zijn er voldoende……*

Zo is er
zelden of nooit commentaar in de reguliere westerse media op ingrepen
van de VS elders, of het nu gaat om illegale oorlogen, staatsgrepen
of ronduit massamoorden begaan middels drones, aanvallen op verdachte
mensen, die minstens recht hebben op een eerlijk proces…….
Ronduit VS terreur waarbij bovendien meer dan 90% van de vermoorden
niet eens werden verdacht, dus veelal vrouwen en kinderen…….

Gelukkig
ziet ook Caitlin Johnstone, de schrijver van het hieronder opgenomen
artikel, dat langzaam maar zeker een kentering van zaken,
plaatsvindt. Zo gelooft het grootste deel van de VS bevolking terecht
niet dat de uitbater van een kindermisbruiknetwerk, Jeffrey Epstein,
zichzelf het leven heeft benomen (voor berichten over Epstein, klik
op het label met zijn naam direct onder dit bericht).

Johnstone
concludeert m.i. terecht dat de propaganda-oorlog, gevoerd in de
reguliere massamedia steeds minder effect heeft op de publieke opinie,
al verwacht ik niet dat er daarom snel verandering zal komen in die
propaganda, eerder valt te vrezen wat we nu al zien: de brengers van
het echte nieuws, de alternatieve media worden meer en meer
gedemoniseerd door de reguliere westerse massamedia en westerse
politiek, waarbij steeds meer platforms worden geweerd van het
internet…….. De volgende stap is het strafrechtelijk vervolgen
van de alternatieve media, waarbij het eindelijk duidelijk zal
worden wat een smerig spel media en politiek spelen en dat gesteund
door multinationals, de financiële maffia en het militair-industrieel
complex……..

Mass
Media’s Phony Freakout Over Bernie’s WaPo Criticism Is Backfiring

After
days of ridiculous,
hysterical garment rending by
mass media talking heads in response to Senator Bernie
Sanders’ utterly
undeniable assertion
that The
Washington Post has
displayed unfair bias against his campaign, people with extensive
experience in the mainstream press who are fed up with the lies are
beginning to push back. Hard.

Former
MSNBC producer Jeff Cohen has published
an article in Salon titled
“Memo to mainstream journalists: Can the phony outrage; Bernie is
right about bias”. Cohen details his experience with the way
corporate media outlets keep a uniform pro-establishment narrative
running throughout all their coverage without their staff having to
be directly told to to do this by their supervisors (though sometimes
that happens, too). He writes as follows:

“It
happens because of groupthink. It happens because top editors and
producers know — without being told — which issues and sources
are off limits. No orders need be given, for example, for
rank-and-file journalists to understand that the business of the
corporate boss or top advertisers is off-limits, short of criminal
indictments.

“No
memo is needed to achieve the narrowness of perspective — selecting
all the usual experts from all the usual
think tanks to
say all the usual things. Think Tom
Friedman. Or Barry
McCaffrey.
Or Neera
Tanden.
Or any of the elite club members who’ve been proven to be absurdly
wrong time and again about national or global affairs.”

Cohen’s
exposé follows the
phenomenal segment recently
aired on The
Hill‘s
show Rising,
in which former MSNBC star Krystal Ball and her co-host Saagar Enjati
both detailed their experience with the way access journalism,
financial incentives, prestige incentives and peer pressure were used
to push them each toward protecting establishment narratives in their
respective mainstream media careers. Ball said at one point she was
literally called into the office and forbidden from doing any
critical Hillary Clinton coverage without prior approval in the
lead-up to the 2016 election, saying that in mainstream journalism
jobs “you are aware of what you’re going to be rewarded for and
what you’re going to be punished for, or not rewarded for.”

“It’s
not necessarily that somebody tells you how to do your coverage, it’s
that if you were to do your coverage that way, you would not be hired
at that institution,” Enjati said. “So it’s like if you do not
already fit within this framework, then the system is designed to not
give you a voice. And if you necessarily did do that, all of the
incentive structures around your pay, around your promotion, around
your colleagues that are slapping you on the back, that would all
disappear. So it’s a system of reinforcement, which makes it so
that you wouldn’t go down that path in the first place.”

Rolling
Stone‘s
Matt Taibbi has also jumped in to push back against the absurd
denials of bias from the establishment media, publishing
a new article titled
“The Campaign Press: Members of the 10 Percent, Reporting for the
One Percent–Media companies run by the country’s richest people
can’t help but project the mindset of their owners.” Taibbi, an
award-winning journalist with lots
of experience in
the news media industry, writes that pro-establishment
narratives are advanced in mainstream press not because some explicit
order is handed down by a media-owning oligarch, but because “We
all know what takes will and will not earn attaboys in newsrooms.”

news media is now loathed in the same way banks, tobacco companies,
and health insurance companies are, and it refuses to understand
this. Mistakes like WMDs are a problem, but the media’s biggest
issue is exactly its bubble-ness, and clubby inability to respond to
criticism in any way except to denounce it as misinformation and
error. Equating all criticism of media with Trumpism is pouring
gasoline on the fire.

“The
public is not stupid. It sees that companies like CNN and NBC are
billion-dollar properties, pushing shows anchored by big-city
millionaires. A Vanderbilt like Anderson Cooper or a half-wit legacy
pledge like Chris Cuomo shoveling coal for Comcast, Amazon, AT&T,
or Rupert Murdoch is the standard setup.”

Taibbi
is correct. Trust in the mass media continues
to plummet,
and these stupid, nonsensical hissy fits they throw whenever
criticized are only making it worse.

What
cracks me up most about all this is that the faux outrage over
Sanders’ criticisms of The
Washington Post was
completely unnecessary for everyone involved. They could have just
ignored it and let the news churn bury it, but they’re so insulated
in their little echo chambers that they seriously believed they could
get the public rallying to their defense on this. The general
consensus was something like “Ah ha! Bernie did that
media-criticizing thing that we all agreed nobody’s allowed to do
anymore! We’ve got him this time, boys!”

And
all they accomplished in doing this was giving honest journalists an
opportunity to inform the public about the insider tricks of their
trade. You may be absolutely certain that the information that has
been given to the public by Cohen, Ball, Enjati and Taibbi will
remain in high circulation throughout the Sanders campaign in
response to the increasingly shrill torrent of establishment smears,
breaking the spell of mainstream media trust for all who view it.

these damning insider criticisms of the mainstream American press are
coming out at the same time a
new Rasmussen poll finds
that less than one third of the US population believes the story
they’re being told by the corporate media about the highly
suspicious death of accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
Despite the
mass media’s mad push to
tar anyone questioning the official narrative about Epstein as a
loony “conspiracy theorist”, only 29 percent of those surveyed
reported that they believed Epstein had committed suicide as they’ve
been told, while 42 percent believe he was murdered. Never in my life
have I seen such a widespread and instantaneous rejection of an
establishment-promulgated narrative in the United States.

This
is hugely significant. The entire imperial oppression machine is held
together with aggressive plutocratic propaganda; the ability of the
ruling class to manipulate the way people think, act and vote is the
only thing stopping the public from using the power of their numbers
to force real changes and create a new system that is not built upon
endless war, ecocide and exploitation. The mass media propaganda
engine is now at its weakest and most vulnerable point ever, and the
narrative managers’ attempts to regain control are only exposing
them more severely.

Power
is the ability to control what happens. Absolute power is the ability
to control what people thinkabout
what happens. Our rulers are rapidly losing this absolute power.

People
are waking up.

Victims
of Facebook’s most recent purge should not forget the connections
between the social media giant and the Western Military-Industrial
Complex.

(CR) — On
Thursday, Facebook announced they were unpublishing, or purging, over
500 pages and 200 accounts who are accused of spreading political
spam. Several of these pages and writers were also removed from
Twitter on the same day.

“Today,
we’re removing 559 Pages and 251 accounts that have consistently
broken our rules against spam and coordinated inauthentic
behavior,” Facebook
stated in a blog post. Facebook
states that the people behind this alleged spam “create networks of
Pages using fake accounts or multiple accounts with the same names”
and “post the same clickbait posts in dozens of Facebook Groups”.

Essentially,
Facebook is accusing these pages of writing articles related to
politics and then using the social media platform to…. post the
articles in as many places as possible to reach as many people as
possible. Hardly dangerous or scary stuff. However, these actions are
in violation of Facebook’s Terms of Service. Facebook also accused
the pages and accounts of using their fake accounts to generate fake
likes and shares which may artificially inflate their reach and
mislead people about their popularity. According to Facebook, “This
activity goes against what people expect on Facebook, and it violates
our policies against spam.”

Facebook
also stated that “sensational political content” from across the
political spectrum is being used to “build an audience and drive
traffic to their websites, earning money for every visitor to the
site”. Again, this does not qualify as dangerous or threatening
activity. This is a standard practice for most media outlets who are
trying to earn revenue to pay writers, editors, social media
managers, etc. It is true that some of the pages on this list (see
below for a current list) have indeed used clickbait headlines or
even posts that are likely untrue. However, the list also includes
legitimate independent news outlets such as The Anti Media, The Free
Thought Project, Cop Block, and Police the Police, which focused on
countering mainstream and establishment narratives related to
politics and police.

Facebook’s
statement that the pages and accounts were “often indistinguishable
from legitimate political debate” begs the question – which pages
and accounts are “legitimate political debate”? And by which
metric does Facebook decide what counts as legitimate? These
questions are yet to be answered. Perhaps with time Facebook will
come clean about their process, but in the meantime it’s important
to reflect on Facebook’s recent partnership with the Atlantic
Council and attempts to stifle the flow of information in the name of
fighting “fake news”.

The
fight against Fake News started immediately following the election of
Donald Trump. In November 2016, Merrimack College associate professor
Melissa Zimdars posted a public Google document titled, “False,
Misleading, Clickbait-y, and/or Satirical ‘News’ Sources” which
went viral after being reported on by most corporate mainstream
outlets. This list lumped in some of the same outlets which fell
victim to Facebook’s most recent purge with actual fake news
websites which are well known among the indie and alt media industry.
Within a matter of weeks, a new list appeared online from an
organization calling itself PropOrNot, an allegedly independent group
of researchers trying to find the truth about the dissemination of
Russian propaganda and fake news. This list also contained names of
prominent independent media outlets like Anti-Media, The Corbett
Report, MintPress News, and many others.

It
was this combination of the Zimdars list and the PropOrNot list which
had the immediate effect of placing a target on the vast majority of
independent journalists and outlets who were now being accused of
directly or indirectly conspiring with the Russians. Websites and
social media pages for these outlets began suffering a drastic
reduction in reach and interaction with their audiences and many
websites lost access to Google advertising money due to these false
associations.

The
problem is that the majority of the mainstream media unquestionably
reported on and repeated the claims made by these two lists without
any attempt at investigative work. For example, PropOrNot claims they
are “completely independent” and “nonpartisan” because they
are not funded by anyone and have no formal institutional
affiliations or political connections.

They
say the must remain anonymous for now because they are a “are
civilian Davids taking on a state-backed adversary Goliath”.
However, a report by Russian news outlet Sputnik (yes, I am aware
many readers will automatically scream, “Fake news!”, but I
encourage you to read on.) challenges the alleged unbiased nature of
PropOrNot.


Sputnik
reports that
George Eliason, a Ukraine-based investigative journalist, authored an
expose of PropOrNot in which he argued the organization was
a “deep-state hitjob on alternative news outlets”.

“So
when you’re looking at PropOrNot, it’s just basic
investigative techniques. Who are they — that’s the first
thing you need to know,” Eliason told Sputnik. “So you look
them up on the web and you find nothing. I went to their
website and did a basic scan, and the
funny thing about PropOrNot is that to get into their
website, you need to be logged into the dashboard of The
Interpreter magazine.”


So
who runs The Interpreter?

Eliason
states that “The Interpreter is also overseen by the the
Broadcasting Board of Governors, who run Voice of America
and half a dozen other US propaganda projects across the globe”.

In
addition, “The Interpreter is a product of the Atlantic
Council committee, who is basically setting our foreign policy right
now in Eastern Europe and Russia,” Eliason stated. “They’re
an NGO, they work outside the government, and they work with the
Ukrainian diaspora. They actually have a signed contract with the
diaspora — you can view them signing it.”


The
important takeaway from this report is that only 4 months later, in
May 2018, Facebook announced
a new partnership with the Atlantic Council – the
same think tank tied to PropOrNot – which officially claims to
provide a forum for international political, business, and
intellectual leaders. Facebook said the partnership is aimed at
preventing  the social media tool from “being abused during
elections.” The
press release promoted
Facebook’s efforts to fight fake news by using artificial
intelligence, as well as working with outside experts and
governments.

The
Atlantic Council of the United States was established in 1961 to
bolster support for international relations. Although not officially
connected to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the Atlantic
Council has spent decades promoting causes and issues which are
beneficial to NATO member states. In addition, The Atlantic Council
is a member of the Atlantic Treaty Organization, an umbrella
organization which “acts as a network facilitator in the
Euro-Atlantic and beyond.” The ATA* works similarly to the Atlantic
Council, bringing together political leaders, academics, military
officials, journalists and diplomats to promote values that are
favorable to the NATO member states. Officially, ATA is independent
of NATO, but the line between the two is razor thin.

Essentially,
the Atlantic Council is a think tank which can offer companies or
nation states access to military officials, politicians, journalists,
diplomats, etc. to help them develop a plan to implement their
strategy or vision. These strategies often involve getting NATO
governments or industry insiders to make decisions they might not
have made without a visit from the Atlantic Council team. This allows
individuals or nations to push forth their ideas under the cover of
hiring what appears to be a public relations agency but is actually
selling access to high-profile individuals with power to affect
public policy. Indeed, everyone from George H.W. Bush to Bill Clinton
to the family of international agent of disorder Zbigniew Brzezinski
have spoken at or attended council events.

The
list of financial supporters reads like a who’s-who of think tanks
and Non-Governmental Organizations. The Atlantic Council receives
funding from the Brookings Institution, Carnegie Endowment, Cato
Institute, Council on Foreign Relations, and the Rand Corporation, to
name a few. In addition, various members of the Military-Industrial
Complex are benefactors of the Atlantic Council, including Huntington
Ingalls, the United States’ sole maker of aircraft carriers;
Airbus, the plane manufacturer; Lockheed Martin, the shipbuilder and
aviation company; and Raytheon, which makes missile systems. All of
the companies have contracts with the U.S.

Department
of Defense and offer financial support to the Atlantic Council. The
Council also receives support from Chevron and the Thomson Reuters
Foundation. Finally, the Atlantic Council receives direct financial
support from the U.S. Departments of the Air Force, Army, Navy and
Energy and from the U.S. Mission to NATO.

Is
it possible Facebook is acting under the direction of their partners
at the Atlantic Council to suppress anti-war, anti-establishment
voices three weeks before the U.S. midterm elections? It is
absolutely possible and likely.

We
should also remember this is not the first time Facebook has deleted
accounts which operate outside the mainstream corporate media. In
August, Facebook
deleted accounts containing
“fringe or holistic medicine”, including Just Natural Medicine (1
million followers), Natural Cures Not Medicine (2.3 million
followers), and People’s Awakening (3.6 million followers). The
same month Facebook and Twitter deleted pages they claimed
were connected
to Iran and Russia.

This
entire ongoing attack of independent media and free thought stemmed
from the establishment media’s nonstop coverage of what has become
known as fake news. Anyone and everyone who has countered the
establishment narrative of endless war, a growing surveillance and
police state, and an allegedly growing divide in American politics,
has been labeled a Russian bot, accomplice, or useful idiot. One way
or another, the message is clear: stand against the establishment and
you will be labeled an enemy of the state.

By
spreading the fake news meme the elitists behind the American power
centers are able to attack  growing independent media icons by
painting them as propagators of false Russian propaganda. The media
is also using this fake news meme and Russian prop to accuse Trump of
being an illegitimate president, further playing into the “Trump is
an outsider” narrative. All of this is being done with the goal of
keeping the domestic front as divided as possible while selling the
brainwashed masses into another war. Coincidentally, all of this
non-sense is taking place while the corporate media spreads lies
about Syria and Russia.

It’s
more important than ever to remain level headed and use critical
thinking. It’s never been more important to follow the pages that
were purged directly from their websites. See the full list below and
