Het kan niet veel zotter: CBC Radio1 meldde vanmorgen in het nieuws van 6.00 u. (CET) dat een groot aantal vliegtuigen leeg of bijna leeg rondvliegt zodat de luchtvaartmaatschappijen hun slots niet verliezen, daar verlies van een slot voor landen en opstijgen het aantal vliegbewegingen van een luchtvaartmaatschappij kan beperken. Men noemt dit soort vluchten ‘ghost flights’ (‘spook vluchten’).

Ongelofelijk dat een dienst die zo slecht is voor het milieu en de luchtkwaliteit van luchthaven omwonenden, plus de bijkomende herrie, mag worden uitgevoerd met lege dan wel bijna lege vliegtuigen…… En dan te bedenken dat de luchtvaartmaatschappijen geen belasting hoeven te betalen voor de gebruikte kerosine die zoveel luchtvervuiling en het uiterst kankerverwekkende ultrafijnstof produceert…….
Het op deze manier behouden van slots is als de ‘heilige’, ook door de opvolgende kabinetten Rutte in stand gehouden, hubfunctie van Schiphol >> het vervoeren van passagiers uit een flink aantal EU landen naar Schiphol om ze vandaar verder te vervoeren op lange afstanden….. Daarvoor betaalt Schiphol de landende vliegtuigen een bedrag van € 80,–….. Geld om de luchtkwaliteit en de herrie voor omwonenden in stand te houden, overlast die hen geestelijk en lichamelijke klachten bezorgt, aandoeningen als kanker die hun leven met jaren kunnen bekorten, net naargelang de tijd dat ze in de buurt van Schiphol wonen…. Bovendien is deze in feite belachelijke hubfunctie mede verantwoordelijk voor het aanjagen van de klimaatverandering en de weergerelateerde rampen die het gevolg zijn van die wereld temperatuurstijging en ook dat kost weer vele mensenlevens…..

Het label ‘volksgezondheid en economie’ direct onder dit bericht is bedoeld als ‘volksgezondheid versus economie’, ofwel hoe westerse regeringen als de onze, keer op keer economische belangen voor laten gaan op de gezondheid van het volk, terwijl een regering in een zogenaamde democratie onderdeel van de volksvertegenwoordiging zou moeten zijn…….. De teller voor het aantal moorden begaan door de politie in de VS stond afgelopen 29 december op 900, een vermindering vergeleken met 2020, maar alsnog een schandalig hoog aantal moorden….. Er zullen er best een paar tussen zitten die zijn doodgeschoten doordat ze zelf vuurwapengeweld hebben gebruikt tegen de politie of tijdens schieten op publiek (en in scholen), echter verreweg het merendeel van de doden is volkomen onnodig en dus zinloos vermoord door ‘trigger happy’ agenten en/of agenten die vooral een gekleurde niet zien als een volwaardig mens en daarbij denken het recht te hebben deze mensen te kunnen vermoorden….. Niet vreemd dat ze dit denken immers de vervolging van deze moordenaars is op z’n zachtst gezegd waardeloos…… Sterker nog: niet zelden hebben deze politiemoordenaars eerder al zwaar geweld gebruikt tegen mensen die zij als verdacht zagen…… (zo meer daarover)
Op 30 november jl. schoot een veiligheidsagent in de stad Tucson (Arizona) een
invalide man dood in diens scootmobiel, door deze 61 jarige man 9 keer
in de rug te schieten, de man zou gereedschap hebben gestolen….. De
dader is in het dagelijkse leven politieagent maar was op de avond van de
moord in dienst bij een supermarkt als veiligheidsagent……. Volgens
mij was het slachtoffer hier een witte man. (meld het ajb als ik me
vergis)
De kans dat een agent voor moord wordt veroordeeld in de VS is percentueel gezien dan ook bijzonder laag, niet voor niets ook de grote demonstraties van gekleurden tegen politiemoorden……. Deze demonstranten gebruiken pas sinds een paar jaar de term Black Lives Matter >> BLM (let wel: dit is geen officiële [linkse] organisatie zoals rechtse VS politici en de reguliere media daar durven te stellen). Ik vermeld het e.e.a. daar velen denken dat deze politiemoorden een verschijnsel zijn van de laatste jaren, maar dat is helaas niet het geval….
Wel is het aantal gedode mensen door de politie van 1980 tot 2018 met ruim 38% toegenomen en zoals te verwachten: de gekleurden zijn relatief gezien oververtegenwoordigd in het aantal dodelijke slachtoffers……. Eerder werd al eens gesteld dat gekleurden meer kans lopen doodgeschoten te worden door de politie dan witte mensen die met hun auto staande worden gehouden………
Geen wonder ook gezien het voorgaande dat de gekleurde bevolking in verhouding (een minderheid t.o.v. de witte bevolking) oververtegenwoordigd is in het schandalige gevangenissysteem in de VS, naast federale gevangenissen vooral veel aan de beurs genoteerde commerciële gevangenissen, die dan ook belang hebben bij een grote toevloed van gevangenen en daar helpt de politie maar wat graag aan mee…
Per jaar worden in de VS zo’n 10 miljoen mensen aangehouden, waarvan er 600.000 voor langere tijd in de gevangenis belanden….. De ‘privé gevangenissen’ verdienen zich scheel aan het werk dat gevangenen in hun instellingen in feite gedwongen werk, ofwel slavenarbeid verrichten, als ze dat weigeren worden hen allerlei privileges onthouden, de manier om zoveel mogelijk gevangenen slavenwerk te laten verrichten voor houd je vast één of een paar dollar per dag…… Deze gevangenispopulatie is veel groter dan de gelogen 1 miljoen Oeigoeren die volgens de geheime diensten van de VS in concentratiekampen zitten en daar slavenarbeid verrichten….. (trouwens de leugen dat China de Oeigoeren zou steriliseren worden gelogenstraft door de geboorte cijfers, die zijn bij hen veel hoger dan bij de Han Chinezen die in de provincie Xinjiang wonen!! En dan heb ik hier slechts een paar van de leugens over de Oeigoeren genoemd….)
‘Three Strikes Out’ is een wet die onder oorlogsmisdadiger en president Bill Clinton werd ingevoerd in 1994 (o.a. gesteund door Joe Biden!!), een schandalige wet die er onder andere voor heeft gezorgd dat een man voor het stelen van een broodje 70 jaar gevangenisstraf kreeg opgelegd…. Schande ook dat de reguliere media in de VS dit soort wetgeving hebben gesteund en populair gemaakt door met belachelijke voorbeelden en andere berichtgeving t.a.v. misdaad aan te komen….. Zie wat dat betreft ook wat Trump als zittend president durfde te zeggen over vluchtelingen uit Midden- en Zuid-Amerika, het zouden allemaal moordenaars, verkrachters en drugsdealers zijn, deze leugens komen regelrecht uit de rechtse media die het merendeel van de reguliere media in de VS vormen…..
Nog zo’n punt waar de VS andere landen uiterst hypocriet van beschuldigd: mensenrechtenschendingen, echter als er één land is op onze aardkloot waar de mensenrechten op gigantische manieren worden geschonden is het wel de VS >> ‘maar liefst’ 80.000 gevangenen zitten in isolatiefolter en dat voor een fiks aantal gevallen meer dan 10 jaar!!! Isolatiefolter is een smerige vorm van marteling die mensen letterlijk knettergek kunnen maken, niet alleen zorgt deze vorm van marteling voor aanzienlijke psychische schade, maar leidt daardoor ook tot fysieke schade…… Dan was het voorgaande nog maar één voorbeeld van zware mensenrechtenschending in de VS…… Dat figuren als Trump en Biden nog hun vuilbek open durven te doen over mensenrechtenschendingen elders is voor een flink deel te danken aan de reguliere (massa-) media in dat land, die amper of niet berichten over de enorme mensenrechtenschendingen in de VS en elders, zoals in de geheime CIA gevangenissen in het buitenland…. Het andere deel van die media is alles behalve veel beter, maar wat wil
je, alle reguliere massamedia in de VS (en de rest van het westen) zijn
in handen van spuugrijke figuren en die willen dat hun belangen
behartigd worden*, zoals het belang van de waarde die hun
aandelenportefeuilles vertegenwoordigen en het bewaren van de huidige
neoliberale status quo die hen zoveel goeds brengt, zo zijn de
miljardairs sinds het begin van de Coronacrisis er met dubbele
percentages wat betreft hun vermogen op vooruitgegaan en is hun aantal
ook al met een dubbelcijferig percentage toegenomen……. Terwijl de
eigenaren van bedrijven onder hen zoals Musk en Bezos (de laatste is
sinds 5 juli vorig jaar teruggetreden als CEO van Amazon) enorme
kapitalen hebben verdiend, moeten hun arbeiders sappelen en weigeren ze
vakbonden toe te laten tot hun bedrijf, wat betekent dat werknemers van
Tesla respectievelijk Amazon geen lid kunnen zijn van een vakbond,
terwijl ze amper arbeidsrechten hebben en veelal zwaar worden uitgebuit
(bij Amazon is de zaak nog een stuk schunniger dan bij Tesla…..)
Nog even terug naar mensenrechtenschendingen door de VS: een aparte vermelding ‘verdienen’ de grote VS bedrijven die in het buitenland werk laten verrichten tegen een appel en ei, zonder dat de arbeiders rechten hebben op arbeidsrechtelijk gebied, ook dat is een schending van mensenrechten en als een buitenland daar een eind aan wil maken door zo’n bedrijf te nationaliseren, komt de hele VS oorlogsmachine in beweging…… Eén en ander wordt voorafgegaan door CIA operaties als het organiseren van demonstraties en opstanden, als dat niet leidt tot terugdraaien van nationalisaties, legt de VS zo’n land illegaal sancties op in de hoop dat de bevolking die altijd het zwaarst wordt getroffen door die sancties, de kont tegen de krib zal gooien (sancties waaronder de VS zelfs voedsel, medicijnen en medische apparaten laat vallen, ook al liegt men in de VS dat dit niet het geval is, zijn de bewijzen van het tegenovergestelde overweldigend…..) Als ook dat niet lukt ligt de weg nog open naar het omkopen van de militaire top en als zelfs dat niet lukt verzint de VS een reden om zo’n land aan te vallen…….. (of men laat bijvoorbeeld de president van zo’n land vermoorden in een geheime militaire CIA operatie……)
De CIA heeft en paar jaar geleden toegegeven dat het mensenrechtenschendingen verzint om een land in een kwaad daglicht te stellen**, een bericht dat de reguliere westerse media amper of niet haalde, terwijl diezelfde media en politici de geheime diensten keer op keer geloven als ze weer met een fantastisch verhaal op de proppen komen……
Waar je nooit iets over hoort is het feit dat velen in de VS gevangenissen onschuldig vastzitten, ik heb het niet over ter dood veroordeelden of levenslang veroordeelden, maar over de mensen die hebben meegewerkt aan ‘plea bargain’, daarbij stel je dat je schuldig bent, ook al heb je geen misdaad begaan, daar je anders een veel hogere straf krijgt opgelegd……
Aan dat land levert Nederland zelfs eigen burgers uit…… Een land waar bovendien nog steeds de barbaarse doodstraf wordt opgelegd en uitgevoerd, een land dat meerdere geheime gevangenissen heeft in het buitenland, waar gevangenen op vreselijke manier worden gemarteld, ook al is wetenschappelijk meermaals bewezen dat martelen niet helpt, men geeft alles toe en lapt er desnoods de dode moeder bij…… Ook daarbij helpt een groot deel van de media in de VS, door sensatie te brengen als er een moord is gepleegd en het publiek voor te leggen dat er maar één straf passend is: de doodstraf…. Hollywood doet trouwens ook een aardige duit in de smerige zak middels tv series en documentaires waar men alles bij elkaar fantaseert om een verdachte zo slecht mogelijk uit de verf te laten komen en dit gebeurt zelfs met films….. Als Trump zijn er miljoenen mensen die werkelijk denken dat de VS keer op keer wordt aangevallen en dat alleen op basis van de films die ze hebben gezien…..

+ Systemic racism inside the Capitol Hill police has been evident for
decades, even against its own black officers. Since 2001, over 250
Black cops have sued the department for discrimination. Some of those
former officers told Pro Publica that they weren’t surprised when they saw how easily white nationalists were able to storm the Capitol building.
+ One of the federal charging documents against a group of men who
stormed the Capitol during the riot says a Capitol Police officer shook
their hands and said, ‘It’s your House now.’
+ Meanwhile, the Chief of Maine’s Capitol Police
spread election fraud conspiracies, pushed anti-mask misinformation,
and liked the idea of using napalm on BLM activists before deleting his
Facebook page yesterday…
+ Sean Reyes, the Attorney General of Utah, expressed “surprise”
this week at the number of people shot by police this year in the
Beehive State: 30, tying the record set two years ago. He didn’t note
whether or not this was a “happy” surprise…
+ Traffic stops are the way most people come into contact with the police. In 2015, more 11% of fatal police shootings
happened during traffic stops. As a result, some cities are moving to
shift traffic enforcement from the jurisdiction of police departments.
+ Prosecutors in Kenosha County, Wisconsin prosecutors are seeking to modify shooter Kyle Rittenhouse’s bond
after he apparently flashed white-power signs as he posed for photos,
drank several beers in violation of his bail agreement and was “loudly

to use force against “leftwing” protesters, which seems, to those of us
who have been out on the streets since at least the Seattle uprisings, a
gross underestimation.
+ An internal review by the NYPD found that James Kobel, a
deputy who headed the department’s Equal Employment Opportunity
Division, wrote dozens of venomously racist posts about Black, Jewish
and Hispanic people under a pseudonym on an online chat board frequented
by cops….

+ The US already deploys the most oppressive domestic police forces
in the world who have surveilled & infiltrated nearly every domestic
dissident group in the country from the KKK to the Quakers and they
couldn’t (or didn’t) prevent the sacking of the Capitol, in part because
many of those same police supported and abetted the rioters. More
“capability” isn’t the cure, but it will almost certainly be used to
harass and crackdown on Antifa and BLM.
+ Yet that’s exactly what’s happening, as Biden’s Justice Department
rushes to print a new “domestic terrorism” law and 14 states have moved
to enact new “anti-protest” laws.
+ On the very night of the inauguration, a federal strike force
was gassing and clubbing anti-fascist protesters in Portland with no
evidence that they were swinging their truncheons any less savagely than

+ In the week since Biden was sworn in, at least 10 people have been
killed by police in the US. How long until the next killing sparks
nationwide protests and Biden is forced to show his true commitment to
the airy rhetoric he preached Tuesday on racial inequities?
+ A former Baltimore Police detective was sentenced to 14 months for
lying to the FBI about stealing and selling cocaine back in 2009. By the
time he was interviewed, the statute of limitations had passed and he
couldn’t be charged with the actual crime itself. The detective could’ve
told the truth and walked. Instead, he lied and got charged with lying
to the FBI. His defense attorney blamed the “blue code of silence.”
+ We should applaud Biden’s move to end Justice Department contracts
with private prison companies and urge him to do the same for ICE
prisons. But don’t expect that move alone to decarcerate the federal
prison population. In fact when five states ended their ties with
private prison contractors a decade ago, the number of incarcerated
people in those states actually increase, while the national prison
population fell by 2 percent….

pandemic, it was clear that our country’s prisons were uniquely
vulnerable to the transmission and spread of the virus,” Judge Stacie Beckerman wrote. “Oregon prisons have not been spared from this reality.”
+ That’s not the case in Texas, where the state has begun vaccinating prison guards and health care workers but not prisoners.
+ At least half of the people shot by Vancouver (WA) police in the last decade suffered from mental health issues…
+ When your protocols allow you to slam a 9-year-old girl’s face in
the snow and pepper spray her in the back of your police car, there’s
something seriously wrong with your protocols…“The head of Rochester’s police union says protocols were not broken by the officers during the incident in question.”

+ Here’s Lindsey Graham blaming Capitol Hill police for not shooting
enough people, instead of Trump for sending his horde of vandals there…
Sen Graham: “The legal theory they have is absurd. That
somehow that Trump’s a secret member of the Proud Boys. I just can’t
believe that we could lose the Capitol like that. I got mad. I mean
these police officers had every right to use deadly force, they should
have used it.”
+ If there was an “intelligence failure” regarding the raid on the Capitol, it was an entirely predictable one. The bigger the intelligence budgets get,
the more the intelligence agencies look for phantoms in the dark and
the less likely they are to detect the threat staring them in the face.
+ According to an analysis by the Washington Post, nearly 60% of the
people facing charges related to the Capitol riot showed signs of prior
money troubles, including bankruptcies, notices of eviction or
foreclosure, bad debts, or unpaid taxes over the past two decades.”
+ Texas death row inmate Jorge Villanueva died this weekend after
testing positive for Covid. He had been on the row 25 years, was blind,
and had cancer. He was 66. (Like many long-term prisoners, Villanueva
was toothless, but for years had been denied dentures by the Texas
prison system.)
+ Five of the 10 people who died in Oregon jails last year had a mental health condition. Six of them died by suicide…
+ After spending a few hours drinking at a Fraternal Order of Police
lounge, an intoxicated Philly cop named Gregory Campbell got into his
car to drive home. A quarter of a mile away, while driving at 70 mph, he
crashed into the living room a house, where a 53-year-old woman was “dragged and pinned” under the car, breaking her leg and collapsing her lung. He killed her dog.

+ ICE has been using utility bills to track down undocumented migrants.
+ Riots Pay!…Capitol police today requested a budget increase of
$103.7 million, a 20% increase from the $515 million they just got for
2021, a figure that is already 10 more than the entire budget for the
operations of Congress itself.
+ So it seems perfectly clear to me that keeping the National Guard
in DC and adding 100s of new positions to the Capitol Police will only
serve to increase the threat of another violent insurrection mounted by militia groups…
+ Cities have shelled out more than $3 billion in police misconduct settlements. So effectively, the police are defunding
other city programs in order to compensate for their own lawlessness.
Wouldn’t it be better for all concerned to simply defund the police?
+ I was editing a story yesterday which stated flatly that the
Patriot Act should be abolished because there have been no terrorist
attacks since its passage. It’s a common argument on the Left. But one
that’s simply not true and, in fact, counter-productive to those wanting
to dismantle the mechanisms of the surveillance state we’ve been living
under for the last 20 years. There have been quite a few attacks in the
US since 2001: (Boston Marathon bombing, Orlando nightclub shooting, Ft
Hood shooting, Chattanooga shootings, San Bernardino splatter-fest, NYC
truck attack…to mention only the ones which grabbed headlines), which
the Patriot Act, and associated repressive measures did nothing to
prevent, which is probably a better argument against it than saying,
incorrectly, that there haven’t been any attacks since it was enacted,
which might, in fact, be an argument for its utility. It seems clear to
me that repressive laws like the Patriot Act make terrorism more not
less likely. Something to keep in mind as Congress gears up to impose
even more laws in response to the sacking of the Capitol. So repeal the
Patriot Act and don’t pass anything like it again, because not only
don’t these kinds of laws work they actually make what they are aiming
to suppress worse.

who joined the raid on the Capitol, a staffer named Freddie Klein.
Klein is a veteran of Trump 2016 campaign, who was later rewarded with a
‘special assistant’ position at the State Department. According to his

Shell positief over gasontwikkelingen, productie valt wel lager uit
ABM FN-Dow Jones) Shell is positief gestemd over de gasontwikkelingen, maar de gasproductie stond wel onder druk door onverwacht onderhoud. Dit maakte het energieconcern vrijdag voorbeurs bekend in een update over het vierde kwartaal.
De resultaten bij de tak Integrated Gas zullen in het afgelopen kwartaal naar verwachting aanzienlijk hoger uitvallen in vergelijking met het derde kwartaal van 2021, doordat Shell onder meer leveringsproblemen wist op te lossen. Wel stond de gasproductie wat onder druk door een onverwachts onderhoud.
De productie zal uitkomen in de range van het equivalent van 910.000 tot 950.000 vaten olie per dag. Shell mikte eerder nog op 940.000 tot 980.000.
Bij de Upstream divisie rekent de onderneming op een productie in de range van het equivalent van 2,15 en 2,25 miljoen vaten olie per dag. Deze raming valt wel binnen de eerder afgegeven outlook.
De resultaten bij olieproducten zullen naar verwachting significant zijn verslechterd ten opzichte van het derde kwartaal. De verkoopvolumes zouden volgens Shell tussen de 4 en 5 miljoen vaten per dag kunnen zijn in het vierde kwartaal, hetgeen minder is dan de 4,2 tot 5,2 miljoen waar Shell eerder op mikte.
De marges bij Chemie stonden volgens Shell ook onder druk in de laatste drie maanden van 2021. De verkoopvolumes zijn vermoedelijk uitgekomen tussen 3,3 tot 3,6 miljoen metrische ton tegen 3,5 tot 3,9 miljoen uit een eerdere raming.

Neem Daniel Hale, die in juli vorig jaar werd veroordeeld tot 4 jaar onvoorwaardelijke gevangenisstraf en dat als Julian Assange alleen omdat hij misdaden heeft geopenbaard en het is ook in de VS een plicht een misdaad te melden als je daarvan op de hoogte bent!! Vergeet hierbij niet dat deze mensen veel in de waagschaal stellen als ze de klok luiden en dat terwijl ze al aan PTSS lijden vanwege het moorddadige werk dat ze hebben verricht……… Het is ook maar de vraag of Hale zijn gevangenschap zal overleven, de man is zonder meer depressief en dat is maar één van de psychische aandoeningen die hij heeft…. (ofwel de kans dat hij zich het leven zal benemen is levensgroot, zoals dat ook het geval is bij Julian Assange, zeker als hij wordt uitgeleverd aan de VS…….)

Operators (drone piloten) en hun leiding hadden het, wanneer er sprake was van de moord op kinderen met zo’n drone, over ‘terroristen in opleiding’, fun-sized terrorists (terroristen van een leuke grootte), dan wel stelden ze dat het niet om een kind maar een hond ging…….
Zoals zo vaak op deze plek verzucht: Rusland, Iran of China zouden hetzelfde als de VS moeten flikken in het buitenland: duizenden mensen ombrengen middels drones, de rapen zouden overgaar zijn geweest in het westen…… Al liegt men ook in de VS keihard dat Iran terreurgroepen zou steunen, zelfs de terechte strijders tegen de waanzinnige terreur van S-A in Jemen, de Houthi’s, krijgen geen militaire steun van Iran, alleen humanitaire hulp en die komt maar mondjesmaat door vanwege de zeeblokkade van door Houthi’s bestuurde gebieden in Jemen, een blokkade in stand wordt gehouden door Saoedi-Arabië (S-A) met actieve hulp van VS marineschepen……
Voorts stopt de VS de reli-fascistische staat S-A vol met wapens en is af en aan met troepen op Jemenitisch grondgebied om de Saoedische terreurcoalitie te helpen bij de genocide op sjiitische bewoners van dat land en het bestrijden van de Houthi’s de enige groep in Jemen die de sjiitische burgers ter zijde staat…… Alleen het aantal kinderen dat in Jemen is omgekomen door die terreur was begin vorig jaar al meer dan 100.000, het is dan ook wel zeker dat er intussen meer dan 500.000 mensen zijn omgekomen bij deze door de VS gesteunde gruwelijke terreur…. Als VS militairen optreden op Jemenitisch grondgebied is dat volgens de VS voor het bestrijden van ISIS en Al Qaida, terwijl die terreurgroepen NB het land zijn binnengehaald door de huidige (illegale door de VS en S-A aangewezen) president van Jemen, juist daardoor zijn de Houthi’s op oorlogspad gegaan omdat de soennitische terroristen van die groepen op grote schaal sjiieten vermoordden, zelfs in moskeeën…… In werkelijkheid bestrijden VS militairen dan ook de Houthi rebellen…… Moet je nagaan: schandelijk genoeg wordt Daniel Hale er door de openbaar aanklager tevens van beschuldigd met het klokkenluiden ISIS geholpen te hebben……
Klokkenluiders zijn hoogst noodzakelijk, zeker in een land als de VS, daar men de bevolking voorliegt als het gaat om redenen te geven voor ingrijpen elders, eigenlijk een taak die de reguliere media moeten uitvoeren, maar dat gebeurt zoals gezegd niet, sterker nog die media doen hun best om de oorlogsvoering van de VS uit en te na te verdedigen, tot het moment komt dat ze niet anders kunnen dan oorlogsmisdaden te melden, zoals met de video die Julian Assange had gekregen en waarop was te zien hoe VS militairen uit een helikopter burgers doodschoten waaronder 2 journalisten van Reuters…… Ondanks dat dit een feit was, probeerden een aantal journalisten hun lezers, kijkers, gehoor te overtuigen dat deze video was gemanipuleerd, in Nederland probeert de enorme hufter, oorlogshitser en namaak journalist Jan Kuitenbrouwer deze leugen nog overeind te houden…….* Schande!!!

The Other Drone Casualties: The Whistleblowers Who Tried to Stop It
The United States continues to play prosecutor, judge, jury, and executioner of anyone on the planet. Despite a decade of air carnage, the only person in prison is the man who exposed it.
The New York Times’ investigation into the Pentagon’s civilian casualty files is some of the most important journalism in the War on Terror. It methodically and thoroughly picks apart the layers of lies around drone warfare and proves that the few examples of civilian casualties that have been investigated previously were not one-off mistakes. Unfortunately, this reporting comes too late for the civilians in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria who bore the brunt of the brutal air campaigns.
Over the years, a number of veterans have been sounding the alarm about precisely these issues, trying to blow the whistle while it could still save lives. We have represented more than a dozen such veterans who, despite being vindicated in their concerns, have suffered dire and ongoing consequences for their whistleblowing, on top of crippling moral injury from participating in a global assassination program.
They began to come forward in 2012 and 2013 Nothing. Some of them participated in the award-winning documentary ‘National Bird‘ in 2014. Several more risked their freedom and came forward publicly in 2015. They all bore witness to what had become essentially common knowledge among drone pilots, sensor operators, and imagery analysts: civilian casualties were not an aberration and the much-touted policy safeguards and precision technology were little more than a facade in terms of actually protecting innocents. Operators or their supervisors would minimize concerns of children spotted in a strike with dehumanizing terms such as “fun-sized terrorists” or “terrorits in training,” or by simply insisting the child had been a dog. People fleeing a bombed building were referred to as “squirters.”
These whistleblowers have had to navigate abnormally high rates of PTSD, anxiety, depression, alcoholism, drug abuse, and suicide. They have been berated by anti-war groups, denied veterans’ benefits because they were not “boots on the ground,” and subject to pretextual government investigations targeting them and their families. One former service member described to NY Times Magazine the lasting effects of moral injury, PTSD, and anxiety he suffered after leaving the drone program as well as the threats and harassment he endured after speaking out. When another client was in Germany to testify before the German Bundestag about drone warfare, Air Force officials showed up on his mother’s doorstep in Missoula, Montana and told her she was being targeted by ISIS because her son was speaking out.
The most severe consequences have been borne by Afghanistan war veteran Daniel Hale, who was prosecuted under the draconian Espionage Act and is serving a nearly four-year prison sentence because he was the source for a ground-breaking reporting series and book on drone assassinations. Hale had started like other dissenters, speaking out in public forums about his experiences in the drone program after having left the military. But his conscience continued to plague him, and he had started to think of himself as a war criminal. He described his tipping point after he had unexpectedly regained access to classified drone documents at his next job as a military contractor, where his colleagues would watch “drone porn”—raw footage of drone strikes—as a form of entertainment. The documents he later gave to journalists were concrete evidence of what he and other whistleblowers had been saying (and what the Times’ investigation would later confirm): the claims of accuracy touted by the military and political leaders were grossly untrue, and they knew it. The military’s own studies showed that up to 90% of strike victims were not the intended target. Yet they almost never bothered to investigate the civilian deaths they claimed to work so hard to avoid. Instead, those deaths were deemed “enemies killed in action.” And that inflated number of “enemy” casualties formed the basis for awards and promotions.
When Hale attempted to explain the motivation for his actions at sentencing, prosecutors protested that he had “helped ISIS,” and compared him to a heroin dealer who insisted that his crimes were good for the community.
Hale spent the holidays isolated from friends and supporters by the contact restrictions and intense surveillance of a “Communications Management Unit”, where he was placed by the Bureau of Prisons under the absurd rationale that he might commit another “communications-based crime” from prison, despite having had no access to classified material for almost a decade. He was unable to comment on recent news that yet again, the military absolved itself of any wrongdoing in the horrifically botched but not atypical August drone strike in Kabul—the parting shot of the American withdrawal from Afghanistan.

This headline is a nuclear truth bomb masquerading as an insurance agent’s dry manila envelope full of actuarial tables.
People frequently write to Jill and myself. People we have never met. They call, they arrive at the farm by appointment or unannounced, they fill our email in boxes with their inquiries. They all want something; time, attention, an interview. Many want to tell us about their fear, illness, nightmares, or (what often seems like) outright paranoid conspiracies. And then, over time, these fears and “conspiracies” keep getting confirmed. As Jan Jekielek (a senior editor with The Epoch Times) recently said to me, it is getting harder and harder to tell which ones are mere conspiracy theories and which are true reality.
One farm visitor told me of his foreshadowing massive numbers of deaths within three years consequent to the genetic vaccines, and that this was all about the “Great Reset” and the depopulation agenda of the World Economic Forum (WEF). I tried to reassure him that, in my opinion, this was highly unlikely- while privately thinking about how easily people fall into this type of conspiracy ideation, and how I need to be careful to avoid going there when confronting so many public health decisions that appear either incompetent or nefarious. At the time, I only knew of the WEF as the host of a big annual party in Davos Switzerland where the uber rich and the hoi oligoi of the Western nations went to watch Ted talks, drink the best wine, see and be seen. Silly me. What a long, strange trip this has been. I doubt that even Hunter S. Thompson could have imagined it in his most drug and booze addled state. Suffice to say, I nominate Ralph Steadman as official illustrator of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Or a resurrected Hieronymus Bosch.
But I am wandering from a point that I am afraid to clearly state.
It is starting to look to me like the largest experiment on human beings in recorded history has failed. And, if this rather dry report from a senior Indiana life insurance executive holds true, then Reiner Fuellmich’s “Crimes against Humanity” push for convening new Nuremberg trials starts to look a lot less quixotic and a lot more prophetic.
Here is what lit me up in this report from The Center Square contributor Margaret Menge.
“The head of Indianapolis-based insurance company OneAmerica said the death rate is up a stunning 40% from pre-pandemic levels among working-age people.
“We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business – not just at OneAmerica,” the company’s CEO Scott Davison said during an online news conference this week. “The data is consistent across every player in that business.”
OneAmerica is a $100 billion insurance company that has had its headquarters in Indianapolis since 1877. The company has approximately 2,400 employees and sells life insurance, including group life insurance to employers in the state.
Davison said the increase in deaths represents “huge, huge numbers,” and that’s it’s not elderly people who are dying, but “primarily working-age people 18 to 64” who are the employees of companies that have group life insurance plans through OneAmerica.
“And what we saw just in third quarter, we’re seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic,” he said.
“Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic,” he said. “So 40% is just unheard of.””
So, what is driving this unprecedented surge in all-cause mortality?
“Most of the claims for deaths being filed are not classified as COVID-19 deaths,
Davison said.“What the data is showing to us is that the deaths that are being reported as COVID deaths greatly understate the actual death losses among working-age people from the pandemic. It may not all be COVID on their death certificate, but deaths are up just huge, huge numbers.””
AT A MINIMUM, based on my reading, one has to conclude that if this report holds and is confirmed by others in the dry world of life insurance actuaries, we have both a huge human tragedy and a profound public policy failure of the US Government and US HHS system to serve and protect the citizens that pay for this “service”.
IF this holds true, then the genetic vaccines so aggressively promoted have failed, and the clear federal campaign to prevent early treatment with lifesaving drugs has contributed to a massive, avoidable loss of life.
AT WORST, this report implies that the federal workplace vaccine mandates have driven what appear to be a true crime against humanity. Massive loss of life in (presumably) workers that have been forced to accept a toxic vaccine at higher frequency relative to the general population of Indiana.
FURTHERMORE, we have also been living through the most massive, globally coordinated propaganda and censorship campaign in the history of the human race. All major mass media and the social media technology companies have coordinated to stifle and suppress any discussion of the risks of the genetic vaccines AND/OR alternative early treatments.
IF this report holds true, there must be accountability. We are not just talking about running over the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States and grinding it into the mud with an army of artificial intelligence-powered heavy infantry. This article reads like a dry description of an avoidable mass casualty event caused by a mandated experimental medical procedure. Vergeet niet dat hier geen sprake is van zelfcensuur, immers Facebook, Twitter zijn platforms die informatie doorgeven en niet maken (althans nog niet)….. Overigens ook in de EU en Nederland klinkt de roep om censuur steeds harder en de EU zal daar hoogstwaarschijnlijk verder op inzetten, hoewel er ook nu al sprake is van censuur op de genoemde en andere platforms…….
Neem wat betreft het voorgaande dictaturen als die van Saoedi-Arabië en zelfs van voormalig nazi-Duitsland, die voor een fiks aantal onderwerpen censuur hebben ingesteld, in feite hetzelfde wat de Trump en Biden administraties hebben gedaan en wat de laatste nog steeds doet, zie ook weer de aanleiding van dit bericht en het hieronder opgenomen bericht van Caitlin Johnstone……
Instagram censureert nu in opdracht van de Biden administratie zelfs berichten die betrekking hebben op de Iraanse generaal Soleimani, die samen met Abu Mahdi al Muhandis, een lid van de Iraakse oppositie, twee jaar geleden werd vermoord door de VS….. Soleimani was volgens de VS een terrorist en als zodanig ‘rijp voor een laffe moord….’ Terwijl de echte terrorist in het Midden-Oosten uiteraard de VS is dat op basis van leugens een illegale oorlog was gestart tegen Irak en Syrië >> een grotere terreurdaad is bijna niet te bedenken….. (alleen de oorlog tegen Irak heeft daar aan meer dan 2,5 miljoen mensen het leven gekost, ofwel die 2,5 miljoen mensen zijn vermoord door de VS en haar NAVO-lakeien, waaronder Nederland!!) Verder zijn ook Israël en Saoedi-Arabië aan te merken als terreurstaten……
Niet voor niets dan ook dat men geen berichten wil zien die Soleimani weergeven voor wat hij werkelijk was: één van de grootste strategen tegen de terreur van ISIS en Al Qaida, die zonder hem heel veel meer terreur hadden kunnen uitoefenen in Irak en Syrië, waar de VS deze terreurgroepen steunde en nog steunt (in het geniep met o.a. wapenleveringen en militaire training….)
Het was Trump ook die liet weten dat het Pentagon niet over alles hoefde te berichten wat betreft militaire operaties in het buitenland…… Overigens, Julian Assange is wel het voorbeeld dat men ook onder Obama berichten over oorlogsvoering onder de pet wilde houden en al helemaal als het oorlogsmisdaden betrof……. Het is dan ook schandalig dat de reguliere westerse media Julian Assange zo hebben gedemoniseerd en door het slijk gehaald, terwijl hij NB ook oorlogsmisdaden tegen collega journalisten bekendmaakte….. Bovendien is het juist de taak van media om onafhankelijk te berichten over oorlog en niet embedded te gaan bij legers die oorlog voeren in landen waar ze niets te zoeken hebben….. Het hoort ook tot de taak van media om oorlogsmisdaden aan de kaak te stellen!!!

Dit platform heeft 20 afbeeldingen (met tekst) van Medhorst gecensureerd die hij had geplaatst op zijn account…. Daarbij heeft Instragram deze anti-imperialistische commentator gewaarschuwd niet weer ‘over de schreef te gaan’ daar zijn account anders geheel zal worden gewist……….

Anti-imperialist commentator Richard Medhurst reports that Instagram has deleted some 20 images from his account and given him a warning that he could face a permanent ban if he continues making similar posts. The posts in question are screenshots from a Twitter thread Medhurst made to commemorate the two-year anniversary of the Trump administration’s assassination of renowned Iranian military leader Qasem Soleimani.
Go ahead and read the thread; here’s the hyperlink again. There’s nothing in there that comes anywhere remotely close to violating Instagram’s terms of service as they are written; Medhurst condemns the assassination and the bogus justifications provided for it, and discusses Soleimani’s crucial role in the fight against ISIS and Al Qaeda. The reason for Instagram’s censorship of Medhurst’s political speech is that Instagram’s parent company Meta (then called Facebook) determined after Soleimani’s assassination that anything which seems supportive of him constitutes a violation of US sanctions and must therefore be removed.
In 2019 the Trump administration designated Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, which was as hypocritical and arbitrary as any other government designating any other branch of another government’s military a terrorist organization. Despite this completely baseless designation, both the Meta-owned social media platforms Facebook and Instagram have been actively censoring political speech about Soleimani, who was the commander of the IRGC’s Quds force when he was assassinated. Medhurst reports that he has been censored on Instagram under the same justification for posting about Hamas as well.
Instagram just deleted all my posts (around 20 photos) of my tweets on General Soleimani, threatening to ban me. Unsurprising. This is really just Big Tech censorship at the behest of the government.

And the largest social media company on earth is actively censoring discussion about him because the US government said it’s not allowed.
Whenever I talk about the dangers of online censorship I always get a bunch of propagandized automatons bleating “It’s not censorship! Censorship is when the government restricts freedom of speech; this is just a private company enforcing its terms of service!”
This line of argumentation is plainly born of sloppy analysis. All the largest online platforms have been working in conjunction with the US government to censor speech, and doing so with greater and greater degrees of intimacy. A monopolistic Silicon Valley megacorporation censoring political speech about an important historical figure because the US government says he was a terrorist is about as brazen an act of government censorship as you could possibly come up with. The fact that that censorship is outsourced to a putatively private company is irrelevant.
Two years ago today, Donald Trump ordered the assassination of General Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al Muhandis. The US murdered two men engaged in the fight against ISIS, Al Qaeda, and Western imperialism; a provocative act of war and murder declared unlawful by the United Nations.
The outsourcing of censorship to private corporations is just one more iteration of the way neoliberalism privatizes duties that would otherwise be done by the government. That’s all we’re seeing here. In a corporatist system of government, corporate censorship is government censorship.
The US government is the single most tyrannical and oppressive regime on this planet. It terrorizes entire populations and works to destroy any nation which disobeys its dictates, it has spent the 21st century slaughtering people by the millions to preserve its unipolar domination of the planet, it imprisons and tortures journalists for exposing its war crimes, and it aggressively censors political speech around the world.
Every evil the US accuses other nations of perpetrating, it does on a far grander scale itself. It just does it under the pretence of promoting freedom and democracy and fighting terrorism, under cover of outsourcing and narrative management. It inflicts the most psychopathic acts of violence upon human beings around the world, but wraps it in a package of justice and righteousness. The US government is a blood-spattered serial killer wearing a plastic smiley face mask.

Benieuwd hoeveel ongevaccineerden zich door de afbeelding van de schapen hebben laten overhalen dan maar een vaccinatie te halen, ik wed dat het er zachtjes gezegd niet veel zijn…..
