Goed nieuws beste bezoeker, een paar brandweercommandanten uit New York eisen een nieuw onderzoek naar de aanslag op het World Trade Center (WTC) in New York, gisteren 18 jaar geleden……
Er is intussen zo ongelofelijk veel meer bekend over wat er wel of niet is gebeurd op 11 september 2001, dat een onderzoek van het hoogste belang is, zeker daar een enorm aantal VS burgers (en andere wereldburgers) de officiële lezing al lang niet meer geloven……
Zo waren er eerst explosies te horen, voordat de vliegtuigen de Twin Towers invlogen….. Voorts is het onmogelijk voor mensen met weinig vliegervaring en al helemaal met zulke grote vliegtuigen zo de torens in te vliegen, als de beelden ons doen geloven…… De Twin Towers en gebouw 7 van het WTC kunnen onmogelijk zijn ingestort door het invliegen van de 2 vliegtuigen (voor gebouw 7 geldt dat des te meer…….. En dan is het voorgaande maar een kleine greep uit ongelofelijk groot archief aan feitenmateriaal, voor een groot deel samengesteld uit verklaringen van echte deskundigen en dat is opgebouwd na 11 september 2001…… Een archief dat aangeeft dat de officiële lezing van de gebeurtenissen op 9/11 niets, maar dan ook helemaal niets met de waarheid te maken hebben!!
Vergeet niet dat voor deze ‘aanslagen’ waarbij 3.000 mensen om het leven zouden zijn gekomen, intussen meer dan 2,5 miljoen mensen zijn vermoord door de VS met hulp van andere NAVO-lidstaten in het Midden-Oosten, Afrika en Afghanistan (o.a. door Nederland en dus met ons belastinggeld…)….. Door deze VS/NAVO terreur in illegaal begonnen oorlogen werd er ‘islamterreur’ op de straten van West-Europa gecreëerd en ontstonden er enorme vluchtelingenstromen richting datzelfde Europa….. Tot slot: deze ‘aanslagen’ hebben ertoe geleid dat we onze privacyrechten zo goed als kwijt zijn en de geheime diensten, die zoveel vuile spelletjes hebben gespeeld, kregen er een enorme bak geld bij en hebben nu bevoegdheden waar men daar eerder alleen van kon dromen……

New York Area Fire Commissioners Call for New 9/11 Investigation
(TT) — September 11, 2001, was nearly 20 years ago, and after all this time, so many questions still remain about what exactly happened. It is not socially acceptable to question the official explanation that was given for the collapse of the towers and the other events of that day, but now these questions are being taken more seriously.
However, the rushed and poorly managed 9/11 commission report did not do an adequate job at investigating the crimes, which left experts in a variety of different fields with questions about the official story. Many of these professionals belong to an organization called Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, who have been pushing for a new investigation into the attacks for many years.
This July, they announced a major breakthrough in their fight for a proper investigation.
According to a press release published on the group’s website, New York Fire Commissioners who were closely involved with the events of that day, have called for a new investigation into the 9/11 attacks.
On July 24, the Franklin Square and Munson Fire Districts voted unanimously for a new investigation, citing “overwhelming evidence” that “pre-planted explosives . . . caused the destruction of the three World Trade Center buildings.”
The resolution was written by Commissioner Christopher Gioia, and received overwhelming support from Commissioner Dennis Lyons.
“We have a memorial — a piece of steel from the World Trade Center with 28 holes where the nuts and bolts used to go. Every year on the 11th, we put a rose in each hole for the 24 Nassau County firefighters and four Franklin Square residents who died on 9/11,” Commissioner Lyons said.
When the vote was passed, the families of 9/11 victims showed up in the audience to express their support for the cause and their gratitude to the departments for making this issue a priority.
Commissioner Gioia said that he expects support from other districts throughout the city, and hopes that they will be passing similar resolutions in solidarity.
“We were the first fire district to pass this resolution. We won’t be the last,” Gioia said.
This renewed interest in a proper investigation was sparked last year, when Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, filed a petition on behalf of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry.
The petition highlighted a large body of evidence about the World Trade Center attacks, which was ultimately presented to a grand jury. Berman’s success through the courts gave many New York City firefighters hope that they could finally get to the bottom of what happened on that day, and find justice for the friends and loved ones who were lost.

Sinds die aanvallen, die in de VS vooral de politiek, het militair-industrieel complex, de geheime diensten en de politie (ofwel deep state) erg goed uitkwamen, is het aantal door de VS met haar oorlogshond de NAVO vermoorde mensen in het Midden-Oosten (inclusief Afghanistan en Libië) de 2,5 miljoen fiks overstegen…… Het voorgaande in illegale oorlogen, standrechtelijke executies (een misdaad tegen de menselijkheid, waarbij meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd verdacht…) en geheime militaire acties onder regie van de CIA, ofwel VS terreur op enorme schaal…….
Door deze VS/NAVO terreur zijn hele stromen vluchtelingen op gang gekomen en hebben we te maken met (door het westen gekweekte) terreur op de straten van Europa…….
Terwijl van het recht op privacy vrijwel niets meer over is en onze vrijheid is verworden tot een farce, precies wat de door de VS terreur gecreëerde islamitische terreurgroepen voor elkaar wilden krijgen…… Waar een aantal terreurgroepen zelfs door de VS werden (en worden) gesteund met wapens, munitie, rollend oorlogstuig en militaire training, groepen als IS en Al Qaida…….
Ondertussen heeft de VS onder toezicht en zelfs met eigen handelen gevangenen gemarteld, ontvoerd en gegijzeld……. In Guantanamo Bay zitten nog steeds velen gevangen die nooit een proces hebben gehad, mensen die op grond van vreselijke martelingen al een enorm aantal jaren vastzitten……
Het uitvoerige 9/11 rapport, n.a.v. de aanslagen in 2001 laat veel vragen open, vragen als waarom werden een fiks aantal zaken niet onderzocht, terwijl ze wel degelijk heel belangrijk waren (en zijn) voor het onderzoek naar die aanslagen. Niet alleen werd Saoedi-Arabië afgeschermd terwijl het grootste deel van de ‘daders’uit dat land kwam, maar ook een groep Israëlische mannen die met de Twin Towers brandend op de achtergrond feest vierden en elkaar ‘high fives gaven’, waarbij het geheel werd gefilmd…….
‘Daders’: dus degenen die de vliegtuigen zouden hebben gevlogen, waar het volgens deskundigen onmogelijk is voor slecht opgeleide piloten om een vliegtuig een gebouw in te vliegen als op de manier die werd gebruikt op 11 september 2001 met de Twin Towers….. Bovendien is het meer dan duidelijk dat de torens en gebouw 7 van het WTC werden ondermijnd met explosieven, vliegtuigen zouden onmogelijk het instorten van deze gebouwen kunnen veroorzaken, zo stelt intussen een heel leger aan deskundigen……
E.e.a. kan maar tot 1 conclusie leiden: de geheime diensten van de VS hebben meegewerkt aan deze aanslagen….. Niet voor niets dat de VS de grootste baat had bij het instorten van de Twin Towers en gebouw 7 van het WTC……. Ten eerste had men weer een vijand nodig voor het militair-industrieel complex, een vijand die er niet meer was met het verdwijnen van de Sovjet-Unie, tien jaar eerder….. Ten tweede dacht men hiermee een excuus te hebben om Irak aan te vallen, de wens van de psychopathische Bush administratie….. Ten derde verdween een groot deel van de schulden van de VS. Ten vierde kon men het instorten van de beurs (die al gaande was voor 9/11) afwentelen op een terreuraanslag. Ten vijfde kwamen met de aanslagen van 9/11 enorme kapitalen vrij voor de geheime diensten van de VS., bovendien werden de bevoegdheden van die diensten fiks uitgebreid ten koste van de privacy van burgers…….. Ook Israël, de ‘grote’ bondgenoot van de VS, had baat bij de aanslagen, zoals Palestijnenslachter Natanyahu zelf opmerkte….. Mensen er zijn nog meer redenen, zoals het oppompen van de populariteit van Bush, die op een dieptepunt was beland, maar de hiervoor genoemde redenen zijn wel de belangrijkste. Echter vergeet niet dat Israël naast het hieraan voorgaande, belang had bij de ‘war on terror’ die begon met de 9/11 aanslagen en waarbij een aantal vijanden van Israël het doelwit werden van VS terreur, want zo moet je de ongebreidelde agressie (o.a. in de vorm van illegale oorlogen) van de VS zien….. Niet voor niets dat de Bush administratie alles op alles zette om Irak, een vijand van Israël, de aanslagen in de schoenen te schuiven (zo zou Saddam Hoessein Al Qaida, NB een terreurgroep die tot zijn grootste vijanden behoorde, hebben ondersteund bij de aanslagen). De Bush administratie begon de illegale oorlog in 2003 uiteindelijk op basis van de leugens over massavernietigingswapens, een oorlog die intussen aan meer dan 1,5 miljoen Irakezen het leven heeft gekost…….

FBI evidence supports prior knowledge or complicity

June 03, 2019 “Information Clearing House” – The tale of 9/11 will just not go away, largely because it is clear to anyone who reads the lengthy 9/11 Commission Report that many issues that should have been subject to inquiry were ignored for what would appear to be political reasons. The George W. Bush Administration quite obviously did not want to assume any blame for what had happened and that bias also extended to providing cover for U.S. “allies,” most particularly Saudi Arabia and Israel. Those who have sought the truth about 9/11 have been persistent in their attempts to find out information that was suppressed but they have been blocked repeatedly in spite of numerous FOIA requests. Now, eighteen years after the event, there has been something like a breakthrough, penetrating the wall of silence erected by the government. FBI reports on the possible Israeli role in 9/11 were released on May 7th and they serve to support speculation by myself and other former intelligence officers that Israel, at a minimum, had detailed prior knowledge of what was to take place. More than that, Israeli intelligence officers working in the United States might well have enabled certain aspects of the conspiracy. To recount some of what is already known and suspected, one should first examine the 2016 release of a heavily edited and redacted 28 pages long annex to the 9/11 Commission Report that explored the Saudi Arabian role in the terrorist attack . The section concluded that the Saudi government may have played a direct role in 9/11 by assisting two of the hijackers, including a dry run exercise intended to learn how to get into a plane’s cockpit. There was also considerable evidence suggesting that wealthy Saudis and even members of the Royal Family had been supporting and funding al-Qaeda. But far exceeding the Saudi role is the involvement of the Israeli intelligence service Mossad, which was not subject to any serious inquiry or investigation by U.S. intelligence or police agencies. Israel, in spite of obvious involvement in 9/11, was not included in the 9/11 Commission Report despite the existence of an enormous Israeli intelligence operation freely working in the United States that was known to the FBI. Some of those Mossad officers were notably filmed celebrating as the Twin Towers were burning and collapsing.
In the year 2001 Israel was running a massive spying operation through a number of cover companies in New Jersey, Florida and also on the west coast that served as spying mechanisms for Mossad officers. The effort was supported by the Mossad Station in Washington D.C. and included a large number of volunteers, the so-called “art students” who traveled around the U.S. selling various products at malls and outdoor markets. The FBI was aware of the numerous Israeli students who were routinely overstaying their visas and some in the Bureau certainly believed that they were assisting their country’s intelligence service in some way, but it proved difficult to actually link the students to undercover operations, so they were regarded as a minor nuisance and were normally left to the tender mercies of the inspectors at the Bureau of Customs and Immigration. American law enforcement was also painfully aware that the Israelis were running more sophisticated intelligence operations inside the United States, many of which were focused on Washington’s military capabilities and intentions. Some specialized intelligence units concentrated on obtaining military and dual use technology. It was also known that Israeli spies had penetrated the phone systems of the U.S. government, to include those at the White House. In its annual classified counterespionage review, the FBI invariably places Israel at the top for “friendly” countries that spy on the U.S. In fact, the pre-9/11 Bureau did its best to stay on top of the problem, but it rarely received any political support from the Justice Department and White House if an espionage case involved Israelis. By one estimate, more than 100 such cases were not prosecuted for political reasons. Any Israeli caught in flagrante would most often be quietly deported and most Americans who were helping Israel were let off with a slap on the wrist. But the hands-off attitude towards Israel shifted dramatically when, on September 11, 2001, a New Jersey housewife saw something from the window of her apartment building, which overlooked the World Trade Center. She watched as the buildings burned and crumbled but also noted something strange. Three young men were kneeling on the roof of a white transit van parked by the water’s edge, making a movie in which they featured themselves high fiving and laughing in front of the catastrophic scene unfolding behind them. The woman wrote down the license plate number of the van and called the police, who responded quickly and soon both the local force and the FBI began looking for the vehicle, which was subsequently seen by other witnesses in various locations along the New Jersey waterfront, its occupants “celebrating and filming.” The license plate number revealed that the van belonged to a New Jersey registered company called Urban Moving Systems. At 4 p.m. the vehicle was spotted and pulled over. Five men between the ages of 22 and 27 years old emerged and were detained at gunpoint and handcuffed. They were all Israelis. One of them had $4,700 in cash hidden in his sock and another had two foreign passports. Bomb sniffing dogs reacted to the smell of explosives in the van, which had very little actual moving equipment inside. According to the initial police report, the driver identified as Sivan Kurzberg, stated “We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem.” The four other passengers were Sivan’s brother Paul, Yaron Shmuel, Oded Ellner and Omer Marmari. The men were detained at the Bergen County jail in New Jersey before being transferred the FBI’s Foreign Counterintelligence Section, which handles allegations of spying. After the arrest, the FBI obtained a warrant to search Urban Moving System’s Weehawken, N.J., offices. Papers and computers were seized. The company owner Dominick Suter, also an Israeli, answered FBI questions but when a follow-up interview was set up a few days later it was learned that he had fled the country for Israel, putting both his business and home up for sale. The office space and warehouse were abandoned. It was later learned that Suter has been associated with at least fourteen businesses in the United States, mostly in New Jersey and New York but also in Florida. Suter and his wife Omit Levinson Suter were the owners of 1 Stop Cleaner located in Wellington Florida and Dominick was also associated with Basia McDonnell, described as a Polish “holocaust survivor,” as a business partner in yet another business called Value Ad. Florida was a main focus for the Israeli intelligence operation in the U.S. that was directed against Arabs. The five Israelis were among 140 Israelis arrested after 9/11, most of whom had military backgrounds, including some who were trained in “intelligence.” The five were held in Brooklyn, initially on charges relating to visa fraud. FBI interrogators questioned them for more than two months. Several were held in solitary confinement so they could not communicate with each other and two of them were given repeated polygraph exams, which they failed when claiming that they were nothing more than students working summer jobs. The two men that the FBI focused on most intensively were believed to be Mossad staff officers and the other three were volunteers helping with surveillance. The Israelis were not exactly cooperative, but the FBI concluded from documents obtained at their office in Weehawken that they were targeting Arabs in New York and New Jersey, most particularly in the Paterson N.J. area, which has the second largest Muslim population in the U.S. They were particularly interested in local groups possibly linked to Hamas and Hezbollah as well as in charities that might be used for fund raising. The FBI also concluded that the Israelis had actually monitored the activities of at least two of the 9/11 hijackers. To be sure, working on an intelligence operation does not necessarily imply participation in either the planning or execution of something like 9/11, but there are Israeli fingerprints all over the place, with cover companies and intelligence personnel often intersecting with locations frequented by the hijackers. Apart from the interrogations of the five men from Weehawken, the U.S. government has apparently never sought to find out what else the Israelis might have known or were up to in September 2011. There are a lot of dots that might well have been connected once upon a time, but the trail has grown cold. Police records in New Jersey and New York where the men were held have disappeared and FBI interrogation reports have been inaccessible. Media coverage of the case also died, though the five were referred to in the press as the “dancing Israelis” and by some, more disparagingly, as the “dancing Shlomos.” Inevitably, the George W. Bush White House intervened. After 71 days in detention, the five Israelis were released from prison by Attorney General John Ashcroft, put on a plane, and deported. Two of the men later spoke about their unpleasant experience in America on an Israeli talk show, one explaining that their filming the fall of the Twin Towers was to “document the event.” In 2004 the five men sued the United States government for damages, alleging “that their detention was illegal and that their civil rights were violated, suffering racial slurs, physical violence, religious discrimination, rough interrogations, deprivation of sleep, and many other offenses.” They were represented by Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, who in the previous year had founded the Shurat HaDin Israel Law Center which seeks to bankrupt groups that Israel considers to be “terrorists.” Shurat HaDin is closely tied to the Israeli government. Now it is just possible that the Urban Moving Israelis were indeed uninvolved in 9/11 but nevertheless working for Mossad, which the Israeli government even subsequently admitted, but the new evidence suggests that the Israelis almost certainly had considerable prior knowledge and were likely involved in what developed. The new information reveals that minutes after the first plane struck the World Trade Center, five Israelis had taken up position in the parking lot of the Doric Apartment Complex in Union City, New Jersey, where they took pictures and filmed the attacks while also celebrating the fall of the towers and “high fiving.” One eyewitnessinterviewed by the Bureau had seen the Israelis’ van circling the building parking at 8:00 a.m. that day, more than 40 minutes prior to the attack, indicating prior knowledge of what was about to happen. The eyewitness testimony is supported by copies of photos taken by the men that the FBI seized. The photo reproductions were obtained via a FOIA request made by a private citizen and are of poor quality, deliberately made so by the FBI to conceal faces and other details. They constitute only 14 of over seventy photos taken by the Israelis. Nevertheless, they clearly demonstrate that a celebration was going on. One photo, intriguingly, shows Sivan Kurzberg holding a lit lighter in front of the Manhattan Skyline on September 10th, one day before 9/11. It was apparently taken at the Doric Complex on a reconnoitering visit made on that day and suggests that Kurzberg was simulating the attack on the towers on the following day. Why would the Israelis do it? Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described 9/11 initially as “a good thing.” He was later quoted as saying somewhat more expansively “We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq.” To be sure, 9/11 was a gift to Israel and it is a gift that keeps on giving. America is at war in a number of Muslim countries and its troops blanket the Middle East, to include a base in Israel dedicated to the defense of that country. It is all a result of the Global War on Terror and the GWOT started with 9/11. And just maybe it was a fire that was ignited by Israel. In de periode van 2004 tot 2018 werden volgens de AIVD dus 112 aanslagen gepleegd door moslim terroristen, waarvan driekwart plaatsvonden in de afgelopen 5 jaar en dat heeft volgens de AIVD alles te maken met de opkomst van IS…….
De AIVD wil met deze cijfers bijdragen aan meer ‘objectieve kennis’ over in het westen gepleegde aanslagen…… Vandaar dat de AIVD stelt dat de aanslagen werden gepleegd vanuit een jihadistisch motief….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja, echt uiterst ‘objectief!!’
Alsof er in die 14 jaar tijd geen aanslagen werden gepleegd door ultra rechts, of beter gezegd door fascisten…… Blijkbaar horen die gegevens niet thuis in ‘een objectieve rapportage’ van de geldverslindende organisatie als de AIVD…….
Telkens weer wijst de AIVD naar IS als de grote promotor van terreuraanslagen, waar de AIVD stekeblind is voor de onder aanvoering van de VS gepleegde grootschalige westerse terreur in moslimlanden, waar het westen niets, maar dan ook helemaal niets te zoeken heeft…….
Dick Schoof, de topgraaier van de AIVD kan het zich blijkbaar niet voorstellen dat terreur andere terreur oproept, ondanks dat de VS met behulp van een aantal NAVO-lidstaten, waaronder Nederland, vanaf 2001 meer dan 2,5 miljoen mensen in massamoorden om het leven heeft gebracht in met name moslimlanden….. Vergelijk dat eens met het aantal doden dat door moslimaanslagen is gevallen, en stop maar met het noemen van 9/11, daar het meer dan duidelijk is dat de Twin Towers en gebouw 7 van het WTC werden neergehaald middels explosieven….*
Massamoorden gepleegd in de illegale oorlogen die de VS is aangegaan tegen meerdere moslimlanden, een grotere vorm van terreur is bijna niet te bedenken…… Ook vindt Schoof het normaal dat de VS middels drones al duizenden mensen heeft vermoord, waar meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd verdacht, terwijl alleen het vermoorden van verdachten al zonder meer als een ernstige vorm van terreur moet worden gezien……
Blijkbaar vonden Schoof en zijn AIVD het niet nodig om uit te zoeken, hoeveel van de 112 aanslagen werden gepleegd door daders die zich al in het vizier van geheime diensten als de AIVD bevonden, je kan er donder op zeggen dat dit in alle 112 aanslagen het geval was…… Ondanks dat schreeuwen dit soort waardeloze diensten om meer geld……
Nogmaals: Schoof en zijn AIVD zorgen alleen voor meer haat tegen en angst voor moslims, waardoor moslimjongeren nog moeilijker aan een baan zullen komen en dan durft Schoof te stellen ‘objectief’ te zijn……
Kortom dat hele AIVD onderzoek rammelt aan alle kanten en is bovendien uitermate gekleurd…… Weg met de waardeloze geldverslindende flutorganisatie AIVD!!
* Je moet je bij dat soort aanslagen afvragen wie daar het meest belang bij had en dat is het militair-industrieel complex van de VS, dat door de politiek in de VS op haar wenken wordt bediend…. Het complex dat een nieuwe oorlog nodig had, na het uiteenvallen van de Sovjet-Unie begin 90er jaren van de vorige eeuw…… Bovendien zouden er servers hebben gestaan in de Twin Towers, die bij vernieling een fiks deel van de VS schulden deed ‘verdampen….’ Het is bepaald niet alleen daarom dat geheime diensten uit de VS, waaronder de de CIA en de NSA, verantwoordelijk waren voor de planning en (gedeeltelijke) uitvoering van deze aanslagen…..
Gisteren was het 49 jaar gelden dat de 21 jarige Fred Hampton werd vermoord door de FBI en de politie van Chicago……. Hampton was een mensenrechtenactivist die jong en oud, wit en gekleurd, middenklasse en de armen wist te verenigen……
Voldoende ‘gevaarlijk’ in de ogen van misdadiger Hoover (en de corrupte en zeer foute regering Nixon), die destijds de topgraaier van de FBI was, om de moord op Hampton te organiseren……
Op 4 december 1969 verschafte de politie van Chicago op aanwijzing van de FBI zich toegang tot de woning van Hampton en schoten op het bed waarin Hampton en zijn 8,5 maand zwangere vrouw lagen te slapen, waarbij men de twee mistte. Daarop schoten ze van dichtbij twee kogels in het hoofd van Hampton……..
Nooit werd er iemand veroordeeld voor de moord op Hampton, hoewel er nog steeds verantwoordelijken rondlopen, zowel van de politie als de FBI…… Nog steeds is het mogelijk dat de verantwoordelijken worden gestraft, echter dat zal niet gebeuren, daar de VS in feite geen rechtsstaat is, onrecht viert hoogtij in deze zieke vereniging van staten, die men Amerika durft te noemen en dat al vele decennia lang……

Fred Hampton was well spoken, he was out spoken, and he was a real community leader.
And he was young. Just 21. He had a life of social and political action in front of him.
Then, with intelligence provided by the FBI, Chicago Police raided his apartment in the early morning, shooting directly at the bed he was known to sleep in. They missed his eight and a half month pregnant girlfriend – and him.
Then they cleared the room and finished him off with two close range shots to the head.
The police report said that Hampton shot at them and refused to surrender.
The evidence shows nothing of the kind happened. He was murdered in cold blood.
No one has gone to jail for this yet – but there is no statute of limitations on murder and many of the people involved in the killing involved are still alive so we can hope. The law says they’re as guilty as the person who pulled the trigger.

Brasscheck TV bracht gisteren weer een video over de 9/11 aanslagen in 2001.
Hoewel vaker ter sprake gebracht, een video over de honderden getuigen van die aanslagen die door de reguliere (massa-) media en de overheid werden genegeerd. Getuigen die allen precies hetzelfde vertelden: dat ze een flink aantal explosies hoorden tijdens ‘de aanslagen’ op de Twin Towers en WTC gebouw 7…….
Wel geeft dit weer een nieuwe kijk op de zaak, blijkbaar werden de media al heel snel ingeseind geen aandacht aan dergelijke getuigenissen te geven en ‘zoals het fatsoenlijke en onafhankelijke media dan betaamd’, volg je netjes de instructies van de overheid, je bent er immers niet om de waarheid te vertellen, maar ‘de waarheid’ te verkondigen zoals die door de overheid wordt aangeleverd…… De redactie van Brasscheck spreekt over censuur waar men het woord zelfcensuur had moeten gebruiken voor de media, die de officiële leugens als waarheid brachten en nog steeds brengen….. Immers die zogenaamde censuur wordt ook buiten deze zaak veelvuldig gehanteerd door de bedoelde media, waar ook de superrijke eigenaren-plutocraten en aandeelhouders-investeerders van die media belang hebben bij volgzame media, die vooral hun belangen moeten behartigen…..

Ammar al-Baluchi werd in 2003 in Pakistan gevangen genomen, als één van de samenzweerders achter de 911 aanvallen in 2001. Na langdurig te zijn gemarteld werd hij overgebracht naar Guantanomo Bay, de illegale gevangenis van de VS op Cuba.
Al-Baluchi werd lang vastgehouden zonder aanklacht of tussenkomst van de rechter, pas in 2008 werd er een proces gevoerd tegen hem en i.p.v. een eigen advocaat, werd hem een ‘onafhankelijke’ advocaat van het leger toegewezen………
Intussen blijkt het bewijsmateriaal dat in het voordeel van al-Baluchi was, te zijn vernietigd in opdracht van de regering (Obama) iets waar leger ‘rechter’ Pohl van op de hoogte moet zijn geweest…….. Dit bewijsmateriaal zou met toestemming van Pohl aan de verdediging van al-Baluchi ter inzage worden gegeven, echter in het geheim draaide Pohl de opdracht daartoe terug…… (Nogmaals Pohl is ‘rechter…..’)
De VN eist nu eindelijk de vrijlating van al-Baluchi, een goede zaak. Al zou de VN de onmiddellijke vrijlating van al de Guantanomo gevangenen moeten eisen, naast de directe sluiting en afbraak van deze meer dan illegale gevangenis, immers al deze mensen zijn gemarteld, ontvoerd en gegijzeld……. Daarover gesproken: elk van deze gevangenen door marteling verkregen zogenaamd bewijs (tegen henzelf) is van nul en generlei waarde*. Daarnaast zou de redenering van de VS volgend, marteling niet nodig zijn geweest, immers waarom martel je gevangenen (die verdacht zijn) als je overtuigende bewijzen hebt van hun schuld? Naast dit alles is veel ‘bewijs’ tegen de gevangenen in Guantanomo Bay vertrouwelijk en niet in te zien voor echte advocaten of mensenrechtenorganisaties……….. Verder kan je een enorm vraagteken zetten bij het minimaal aantal gevoerde processen tegen verdachten in Guantanomo Bay: hoe onafhankelijk waren en zijn de rechters (zoals Pohl) in deze zaken? De vraag stellen is haar beantwoorden!! Hoe is het mogelijk dat Nederland nog steeds mensen uitzet naar dit ‘land’ waar recht niet of amper bestaat….???
Weet je nog dat Obama liep te leuren met gevangenen van Guantanomo, omdat de VS het gore lef had deze door hen ontvoerde, gemartelde en illegaal vastgehouden mensen in eigen land te weigeren (na hun vasthouding in Guantanomo kunnen de meeste van deze gevangenen niet terug naar hun geboorteland, daar ze ofwel weer gevangen worden gezet, dan wel worden vermoord…..) Na zijn aantreden als president heeft het beest Trump gesteld dat Guantanomo open moet blijven en dat de VS ‘weer gewoon’ mag martelen……..
Waar zijn de landen die gevangenen van de VS uit Guantanomo overnamen met hun protest tegen deze monsterlijke, inhumane besluitvorming? Te laf om de bek open te trekken!! Dit terwijl de VS onder andere t.a.v. Nederland durfde te stellen dat de goede relatie met de VS beschadigd zou worden, als we geen gevangenen overnamen……. Nee, geen commentaar, maar het SOHR hoeft maar te melden dat gevangenen worden gemarteld door het Syrische bewind (zonder enig bewijs daarvoor) en de westerse wereld staat op haar kop……..

United Nations Calls for Accused 9/11 Plotter to Be Released Immediately
(AP) — A new report from the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Definition UN WGAD) condemns the illegal detention and torture of a man who was once accused of assisting the plotters of the September 11, 2001 attacks on New York City, the Pentagon, and other planned attacks. The UN WGAD issued the new report outlining the detainment and torture of Ammar al Baluchi and calling for his immediate release and financial compensation. Al Baluchi was captured in Pakistan in April 2003 before being turned over to U.S. authorities. He has been held at a secret military prison in Cuba since 2006 after being accused of assisting the alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM).
“Mr al Baluchi has been subject to prolonged detention on discriminatory grounds and has not been afforded equality of arms in terms of having adequate facilities for the preparation of his defense under the same conditions as the prosecution,”the report states. The report indicates a source close to the situation has stated that al Baluchi was held without charge or access to a lawyer until at least April 2008, at which point he was unable to choose his own representation and instead given a military lawyer. “He has been deprived of due process and the fair trial guarantees that would ordinarily apply within the judicial system of the United States.”
The 2014 US Senate Intelligence Committee report on torture found that al Baluchi was taken to the CIA black site known as the Salt Pit, where he faced torture in the form of waterboarding and other simulated drowning techniques as well as physical beatings. The UN Working Group said this “widespread or systematic imprisonment or other severe deprivation of liberty” is in violation of the rules of international law which “may constitute crimes against humanity.”
In response to the report, Cmdr Sarah Higgins, a Department of Defense spokesperson, told the Independent,“The U.S. government has the legal authority to detain al Baluchi. Until we have time to analyse the basis of their claim, we will delay further comment.”
At the same time as the UN is seeking the release of al Baluchi, the trial of KSM may face yet another delay after nearly 15 years of dead-end hearings. Military.com reports:
The judge in the Sept. 11 terror case said in court Monday that he would order Defense Secretary Jim Mattis to explain in writing why he suddenly fired the top official overseeing the war court.
Defense attorneys in the case are calling the dismissal foul play, in part because some had been hopeful of negotiating a deal in the death penalty case with Harvey Rishikof, a Mattis appointee who until Feb. 5 served as Convening Authority for Military Commissions.
Judge Army Col. James L. Pohl stated that the court needs to know why the dismissal took place. Pohl has been overseeing the case of the five men accused of directing or funding the 19 hijackers accused of crashing planes in New York City, the Pentagon, and the Pennsylvania field on September 11, 2001.
According to Military.com, Pohl will issue an order in writing this week and give Mattis a deadline of March 17 for a written response explaining the reasons for the firings.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time the 9/11 trial has dealt with funny business from the government. On May 11, 2016, defense lawyers for KSM asked for judge Col. James Pohl and the prosecution team to be recused from the trial, and for the case to be shut down. Defense lawyers David Nevin and Maj. Derek Poteet say that the U.S. government destroyed evidence related to the case, according to the New York Times. The two men are unable to provide further details because the issue is classified, but Mr. Nevin said the evidence was “favorable” to the defendants.
Major Poteet also told the Times that the defense was first informed in February that Colonel Pohl would provide them with a “summary of a substitute” for the original, classified evidence. The defense requested Colonel Pohl to preserve the evidence for the record and Pohl complied. Or so they thought.
“But they learned in February, they said, that about 20 months earlier, and without their knowledge, prosecutors had obtained from Colonel Pohl a secret order that reversed his previous decision,”the Times writes. “By the time they found out, the government had already destroyed the evidence, giving them no opportunity to challenge the move.”
Major Poteet said the situation created the appearance that Colonel Pohl was “colluding with the government.” The Times reports that the original, now destroyed evidence, may have been related to one of several foreign black site prisons operated by the Central Intelligence Agency in Thailand, Poland, Romania, Lithuania and Afghanistan, and at a secret site at the Guantánamo base. KSM was tortured for several years at one of these sites before being transferred to the military prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba in 2006.
It is unlikely that the public will ever get the truth about the 9/11 attacks or the trials. These men will likely rot away in secret prisons for the rest of their lives.
Onlangs vrijgegeven documenten, gepubliceerd door ‘The Electronic Border Foundation’ (EFF) en verkregen van de in opspraak geraakte Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), bewiijzen dat de VS wel degelijk gewone burgers bespioneert, mensen die niets onwettigs hebben gedaan…..
Vooral de NSA en FBI maken zich schuldig aan het afluisteren van gesprekken tussen mensen die op geen manier een bedreiging vormen…… Ook aan het publiek in de VS is meermaals voorgehouden dat met metadata verzameling hun privacy niet geschonden zou worden, wel dus…….
Overigens bleek eerder al, dat de geheime diensten in de VS (waartoe ik in deze ook de FBI reken) foto’s en filmpjes uit internet bestanden van mensen plukken en bekijken……..
‘Onafhankelijke’ rechters besluiten achter gesloten deuren wat wel of niet is toegestaan en daarover is geen enkele openheid…… In Nederland wil de regering met de Sleepwet die stap zelfs achterwege laten bij het verzamelen van data en reken maar dat men wel degelijk telefoongesprekken zal beluisteren, ook al is daar geen enkele reden toe…… De toestemming mag met de Sleepwet in werking, ook achteraf worden gevraagd en gegeven >> de dood in de pot voor ons recht op privacy, onze privacy waar al niet teveel meer van over is……..

Newly Released Documents Prove the US Gov’t Is Spying on Innocent Americans
(AP) — The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has acquired formerly classified court orders from the controversial Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) which detail how the court violates the privacy of innocent Americans caught in the crossfire of federal surveillance. The documents are the result of Freedom of Information Act requests filed by the EFF as part of an effort to shine light on the inner workings of the secret court.
These documents raise larger questions about whether the government can meaningfully protect people’s privacy and free expression rights under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), which permits officials to engage in warrantless mass surveillance with far less court oversight than is required under the “traditional” FISA warrant process.[…]
Although many of the 13 opinions are heavily redacted — and the government withheld another 26 in full — the readable portions show several instances of the court blocking government efforts to expand its surveillance or ordering the destruction of information obtained improperly as a result of its spying.
The documents provided to the EFF detail several cases where conversations of people not targeted by federal authorities were swept up in the course of surveillance investigations. Specifically, the documents show the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) spying on innocent people and attempting to conceal the practice. A 40-page court opinion from 2004 or 2005 details how FISC Judge Harold Baker declined a proposal from FBI to save these conversations, often known as incidental collection. “The opinion demonstrates both the risks of over-collection as part of targeted surveillance as well as the benefits of engaged, detailed court oversight,” The EFF notes.
Under the standards set by section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), the FISC approves digital surveillance for federal agencies who are supposed to follow certain procedures to prevent the accidental interception of innocent people’s communications. The new documents highlight how the FBI used incidental collection to capture the communications of a number of innocent people.
The FBI attempted to argue to Judge Baker that the practice has “minimal, if any” impact on the Fourth Amendment protections against invasions of privacy. The FISC apparently actually did their job by attempting to prevent this practice from continuing and becoming normalized. The surveillance court appeared to admonish the FBI for expanding the use of incidental communications, rather than deleting the communications of individuals unrelated to ongoing investigations.
The EFF notes that the court “faulted the FBI for failing to account ‘the possibility that overzealous or ill-intentioned personnel might be inclined to misuse information, if given the opportunity.’ As the court put it, ‘the advantage of minimization at the acquisition stage is clear. Information that is never acquired in the first place cannot be misused.’”
The surveillance court was originally created under the the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (FISA) in response to reports produced by the 1975 Church Committee. The Senate panel was tasked with investigating the foreign and domestic surveillance operations by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), NSA, and FBI during the 1970s. The Church Committee also released detailed reports on the governments Counter Intelligence Programs (COINTELPRO) that were used against activists and influential voices of opposition during the 1950s and ’60s.
These newly released documents offer the latest example of how the secret surveillance court is ripe for abuse. Although this example shows one judge working to maintain some level of accountability, the vast majority of the documents were redacted so there is no way to see if this case is the exception or the norm. Further, this court order is thirteen to fourteen years old. Take a moment to consider the massive growth of the U.S. surveillance state and the FISC specifically. There is simply no way to trust that this single judges effort to hold the federal government accountable represent the status quo.
Much of the issues surrounding the secret surveillance court related to Section 702 of the FISA bill. According the EFF, Section 702 “allows the NSA to collect emails, browser history and chat logs of Americans. Section 702 also allows other agencies, like the FBI, to search through that data without a warrant. Those searches are called ‘backdoor searches.’” As revealed by whistleblower Edward Snowden in 2013, Section 702 also authorizes two Internet surveillance programs known as PRISM and Upstream.
PRISM gathers messaging data sent via Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, and other tech companies, while Upstream taps into the so-called backbone of the Internet to gather data on targets. The NSA began collecting Americans’ international phone calls and emails without a warrant immediately after the 9/11 attacks as part of the Stellar Wind program. Once the public became aware of the program in 2008, Congress codified the program into law by passing section 702 of FISA.
The FISA Court is a glaring example of The Deep State. A secret court run by secret judges who interpret the law behind closed doors and who refuse to publicly release their findings or their interpretation.

Deze stelde met grote zekerheid dat er nooit eerder een president zo laag in de peiling stond als Trump wat betreft zijn populariteit, namelijk 35%…….
Ik weet niet wat jij ervan vindt, maar 35% van de stemmen, voor een psychopathische imbeciel, lijkt me ‘wel wat teveel’ van het ‘goede….’ Een plork die de onderlaag (vooral ook aanwezig in zijn achterban) nog verder uitknijpt dan ooit voor mogelijk gehouden. Bovendien zou ik me wel sterk moeten vergissen, als George W. Bush voor de aanslagen van 9/11 (911, wat je wilt) op een percentage van rond de 25 zat……. Niet alleen daarom werden de aanslagen op het juiste moment gepleegd……
