Afgelopen zaterdag op WDR 5 rond 12.50 u. het bericht dat Stephen O’Brian die als Vice-Secretaris-Generaal van de VN over humanitaire zaken en noodhulp gaat, heeft gesteld dat Saoedi-Arabië verantwoordelijk is voor de helft van de dodelijke kinderslachtoffers in Jemen………
Waar de VN precies vanuit gaat is onduidelijk, daar de VS niet wil dat het rapport openbaar wordt gemaakt. Volgens Jason Ditz op ANTIWAR zou het gaan om in totaal 502 kinderen waarvan 349 kinderen zijn omgekomen bij bombardementen (op scholen, ziekenhuizen en woonwijken, Ap)……
Daar Saoedi-Arabië en haar coalitiegenoten die mee bombarderen (VAE, Egypte en volgens zeggen Marokko) niet bekend maken wie er heeft gebombardeerd, zou de helft van die kinderen dus zijn vermoord door de coalitiegenoten………
Het rapport spreekt o.a. over het bombarderen van scholen, 28 stuks en wil dat de Saoedische coalitie daarom op de zwarte lijst van landen wordt gezet, die kinderen in oorlog vermoorden, dan wel zwaar verwonden. U begrijpt dat dit niet zal gebeuren, daar steekt de VS met de rest van het westen op sleeptouw, een dikke stok voor…….
Ook in Nederland kijken de media en het grootste deel van de politici (als PvdA hufter Koenders) weg van alle ellende in Jemen en wordt S-A en haar fascistische moorddadige coalitie voluit gesteund door de VS en GB en wordt dit land geen strobreed in de weg gelegd bij het uitvoeren van een genocide in Jemen……..
Overigens vermoed ik, dat het werkelijke aantal vermoorde kinderen in Jemen veel hoger ligt dan 502……… Neem alleen al de cholera uitbraak en de hongersnood in dit land, de eerste slachtoffers daarvan zijn altijd kinderen en de zwakkere volwassenen, zoals ouderen…….. Beide, dus hongersnood en cholera zijn één op één te danken aan de agressie van Saoedi-Arabië (en de VS dat S-A op zee helpt bij de blokkade voor humanitaire hulp t.b.v. Jemen…)…….
Nogmaals: Saoedi-Arabië en haar coalitie voltrekken een genocide op de sjiitische bevolking van Jemen….. Waar de VS en GB Saoedi-Arabië voorzien van munitie (waaronder clusterbommen), wapens, wapensystemen, helikopters enz. enz,, uiteraard aangevuld met militaire training. De VS vecht intussen openlijk mee op Jemenitisch grondgebied, dit aan de zijde van S-A, zogenaamd tegen Al Qaida, terwijl de (sjiitische) Houthi’s, tegen wie S-A vecht, juist succesvol waren in de bestrijding van Al Qaida en IS………..

UN Report: Saudi Arabia Killed 502 Children in Yemen in Past Year
(ANTIWAR.COM) A draft version of a new UN Security Council report on the Saudi War in Yemen has been obtained by Foreign Policy, who are reportingthat it accuses the Saudi coalition of “grave violations” of human rights, particularly against children in Yemen.
The report covered the past year, and counted 502 children killed by the Saudis, including 349 killed in airstrikes. It also noted that the Saudi coalition had bombing at least 28 schools over the time. It encourages the inclusion of the coalition on the blacklist of nations that kill and maim children in war.
The Saudi coalition was included on that blacklist in 2016, at least originally, though after Saudi Arabia demanded changes, on the grounds that the UN had endorsed their 2015 invasion, the UN quietly removed them from the blacklist.
Whether this leads to a similar exchange this year is unclear, though reports suggest the US is keen to keep the UN report from being officially released, and is demanding that the UN remove the coalition as a whole, and instead only mention specific nations involved in specific strikes. Since the coalition never provides information about whose country’s planes are conducting attacks, this effectively would preclude mentioning any of the airstrikes at all.
Al eerder schonk ik op deze plek aandacht aan de cholera uitbraak in Jemen en wees ik op de direct verantwoordelijken: Saoedi-Arabië, de VS en Groot-Brittannië……..
Alle berichtgeving die ik hierover heb gehoord op de Nederlandse, Duitse, Britse, Belgische en Franse radio nieuwszenders melden wel de cholera uitbraak, die ze vervolgens wijten aan de ‘burgeroorlog…’
Ten eerste is het geen burgeroorlog, maar een door Saoedi-Arabië gestarte oorlog, dit daar dit land de zelf opgestapte voormalig Jemenitische president Al-Hadi (die na zijn aftreden naar S-A vertrok) onder druk heeft gezet zijn ambt weer op te nemen, zodat hij het soennitische S-A te hulp kon roepen in de strijd tegen de sjiitische Houthi rebellen……. (rebellen die uiterst succesvol waren in de strijd tegen Al Qaida en IS, beiden terreurgroepen die door S-A worden gesteund en die van de voormalige president Al-Hadi onderdak kregen in Jemen…)
Intussen kan je in Jemen, niet anders concluderen, dan dat S-A een genocide uitvoert op de sjiitische bevolking. Saoedi-Arabië en de VS hebben het gebied in handen van de Houthi rebellen geblokkeerd voor humanitaire hulp over land en zee……
Men liegt keihard dat Iran wapens heeft gestuurd naar de Houthi rebellen, men heeft daar zelfs schepen voor aangewezen, schepen waarop geen wapen werd gevonden bij de illegale controle’s door S-A en de VS………
Saoedi-Arabië heeft allerlei nutsvoorzieningen gebombardeerd, zoals de watervoorziening, waterzuivering en energiecentrales. Daardoor zijn ook sanitaire voorzieningen niet meer te gebruiken, gevolg: een enorme cholera uitbraak….
Door die blokkades is ook een hongersnood uitgebroken, voorts ontbreekt het aan de benodigde medicijnen en brandstof voor generatoren in ziekenhuizen. Althans als die ziekenhuizen al niet zijn gebombardeerd dor de Saoedische reli-fascisten……..
Hoe is het in godsnaam mogelijk, dat zelfs de mediaorganen die zich vooruitstrevend durven te noemen, S-A , de VS en GB niet al lang aan de paal hebben genageld…….. Groot-Brittannië, dat militaire training geeft aan Saoedische militairen, wapens, wapensystemen, hardware zoals pantservoertuigen en munitie (waaronder clusterbommen) levert aan S-A…….* Hetzelfde doet de VS, al gaat dat ‘land’ (de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde) nog een fikse stap verder: middels bombardementen, standrechtelijke executies van verdachten met drones (waarbij meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens verdacht is) en zelfs zo nu en dan met speciale (moord-) commando’s op Jemenitische grondgebied terreur uitoefenen……..
300.000 was het aantal cholera gevallen, dat het Rode Kruis aan het begin van deze week doorgaf, waar er dagelijks 7.000 aan worden toegevoegd………
Waar is de immer door zogenaamd Syrisch en/of Russisch optreden verontwaardigde PvdA flapdrol Koenders nu met zijn commentaar en grote bek….????? De ploert moet van e.e.a. op de hoogte zijn, dat kan niet anders………
* De Britse rechter oordeelde afgelopen week nog, dat de wapenleveranties van May aan Saoedi-Arabië volkomen legaal zijn, ‘immers’ het is niet aan te tonen of die wapens bijvoorbeeld met opzet worden ingezet tegen o.a. de bevolking van Jemen………. Alsof dit niet al uit en te na is bewezen…….. Ach ja, waar recht krom is, kan geen recht worden gesproken……
BBC World Service radio, kwam afgelopen donderdag weer met een ‘mooi staaltje’ Saoedische propaganda, waar zelfs de eenden geen droog brood van lusten…….
‘s Middags rond 15.40 u. stemde ik af op de BBC waar ene Al Shahibi ongehinderd zijn vuile praatjes kon lozen. Al Shahibi is directeur van The Arabian Foundation, een Saoedische ‘denktank’ in New York, waar deze organisatie de belangen van de reli-fascistische dictatuur Saoedi-Arabië behartigt, het geboorteland van Al Shahibi………
Saoedi-Arabië heeft geen ziekenhuizen gebombardeerd in Jemen, zo stelde ploert Al Shahibi…… Daar is volgens hem nooit bewijs voor geleverd, elke keer als er ‘een onafhankelijk onderzoek’ wordt ingesteld (onder toeziend oog van S-A), is de plaats gecorrumpeerd…….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ‘Het was Al Shahibi nooit opgevallen’, dat na instorting van een ziekenhuis, men als de donder probeert mensen te redden en ja, daarmee wordt een plaats delict ‘gecorrumpeerd……….’
Maakt het uit, dat men bewijzen heeft van het tegengestelde, dus voor het begaan door Saoedi–Arabië van dit soort gruwelijke oorlogsmisdaden >> als Saoedi–Arabië zegt dat iets niet is gebeurd, is het ook niet gebeurd. Het is jammer voor S-A dat het in het overgrote deel van de buitenlanden niet zo kan omgaan met critici as in S-A: voor onbepaalde tijd vastzetten, martelen, of zelfs onthoofden……..
Schoft Shahibi legde wel tien keer uit wat collateral damage is, dat heb je nu eenmaal met oorlogsvoering, aldus zijne intense kwaadaardigheid………. De VS werd er door Al Shahibi een aantal keer bijgesleept als voorbeeld van ‘collateral damage’ veroorzakers, ofwel moord op een groot aantal burgerslachtoffers, als bijkomende schade……..
Lullig genoeg haalt Shahibi daar zijn gelijk, immers als de VS een ongelofelijk aantal mensen afslacht, is daar amper commentaar op te lezen in de westerse reguliere pers, noch zijn er westerse politici die eisen dat de VS berecht wordt voor het internationaal gerechtshof……. Lullig genoeg geldt dit ook voor de enorme oorlogsmisdaden die S-A in buurland Jemen begaat: amper of geen belangstelling van de westerse reguliere media (hetzelfde geldt voor het overgrote deel van de westerse politici….)……
Zoals gezegd, geen letter kritiek van de interviewer, al is dat dan weer logisch, immers de BBC bijt niet in de hand van de broodheer, de Britse regering, die wapens, munitie en training levert aan de fascisten in Saoedi-Arabië (inclusief clusterbommen, die de VS overigens ook levert aan het fascistische bewind in Riyad………..)……..
Hufter Al Shahibi durfde eerder al eens te zeggen, dat de VS 3 wapenleveringen uit Iran voor de Houthi rebellen heeft onderschept. Een heel vieze leugen >> de afgelopen jaren bestonden de enige onderschepte Iraanse goederen voor Jemen uit hulpgoederen als medicijnen, voedsel en water voor de bevolking…… Een bevolking die door Saoedi-Arabië met de hulp van de VS werd en wordt uitgehongerd, dit middels blokkades op land en zee……..
Saoedi-Arabië wil Jemen zuiveren van sjiieten, dat mag intussen wel als algemeen bekend worden geacht, ofwel S-A is bezig met een genocide en dat gesteund door een groot deel van het westen…………… Alweer kijkt de wereld toe hoe zich een genocide voltrekt………
Het kan u niet ontgaan zijn: vandaag is de landelijke actie voor noodhulp aan hongerende mensen in o.a Somalië, Noordoost-Nigeria, Zuid-Soedan en Jemen.
Veel gelul op de radio over de oorzaken van deze hongersnood, waar terecht wordt gewezen op strijd in die landen, dit in combinatie met klimatologische omstandigheden als droogte.
Lullig toch, dat men wat betreft Jemen keer op keer stelt, dat daar een burgeroorlog gaande is, terwijl de strijd voor het overgrote deel wordt gevoerd door Saoedi-Arabië tegen de Houthi’s, puur en alleen daar de Houthi’s sjiieten zijn en de Saoediërs soennieten…….
De Houthi’s gooiden pas echt hun kont tegen de krib, toen terroristen van Al Qaida en IS aanslagen pleegden tegen vooral moskeeën van de sjiieten. Deze 2 terreurgroepen kregen onderdak in Jemen van de intussen (zelf) opgestapte president Al-Hadi. Lange tijd waren de Houthi’s, naast de Koerden in Irak en Syrië, de enige groepen die de terreurgroepen IS en Al Qaida met succes bevochten…… Overigens heeft oud-president Saleh zich aangesloten bij de Houthi’s en een groot deel van het Jemenitische leger vecht aan diezelfde kant.
Al-Hadi trad af en zocht onderdak in Saoedi-Arabië. Onder druk van de reli-fascistische Saoedische dictatuur, riep al-Hadi de hulp in van de Saoediërs en stelde zich daarmee weer aan als rechtmatig president van Jemen……….
Intussen hebben de Saoediërs een enorm aantal oorlogsmisdaden gepleegd in Jemen, waarvan het uithongeren van de bevolking er niet één van de minste is……. ook andere hulpgoederen als medicijnen, water en brandstof zijn door Saoedische en VS blokkades, mondjesmaat voorradig in Jemen.
De aandacht voor de oorlog in Jemen ontbreekt zo ongeveer helemaal in de westerse reguliere massamedia. De reden daarvoor: de goede banden van het westen met de reli-fascistische dictatuur in Saoedi-Arabië…….. Men probeerde overigens de hongersnood in Jemen al zeker een half jaar geleden wereldkundig te maken, maar ja zoals gezegd: men wilde Saoedi-Arabië niet aan de paal nagelen……. Wat dat betreft is er niets veranderd………
De VS voert al jaren standrechtelijke executies middels drones uit in Jemen, voert luchtaanvallen uit op ‘Houthi posities’ (waarbij veel burgerslachtoffers vallen) en heeft sinds een aantal maanden speciale troepen af en aan op Jemenitisch grondgebied. U had waarschijnlijk al begrepen, dat de VS aan de kant van S-A vecht. Voorts leveren de VS en Groot-Brittannië wapens (inclusief clusterbommen van GB…) aan Saoedi-Arabië, dit aangevuld met militaire training………
Waar blijft de waanzinnig disfunctionerende PvdA sufferd Koenders met openlijk commentaar op de enorme oorlogsmisdaden van Saoedi-Arabië, de VS en GB tegen het Jemenitische volk???
De VS aanvallen met drones, onder president Obama verworden tot bijna dagelijkse praktijk, zijn onder, de korte tijd dat het beest Trump aan het bewind is, met 432% gestegen, zo berichtte Anti-Media gisteren.
Nobelprijs voor de Vrede winnaar Obama voerde al 10 keer meer drone aanvallen uit, dan onder president George W. Bush werden uitgevoerd, dezelfde Bush die e.e.a. introduceerde……..
Uit onderzoek is duidelijk geworden dat meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers die bij deze aanvallen worden vermoord, omstanders zijn, die niet eens verdacht worden door de VS!! U snapt het al, inclusief vrouwen en kinderen……. Dat ‘verdacht’ gaf ik in vet weer, daar de doelen nog altijd verdachten zijn, dus niet door een rechter veroordeelde personen……. Deze vorm van terreur wordt dan ook ‘standrechtelijke executie’ genoemd……….
Overigens uitermate vreemd en schandalig, dat politici als Koenders deze standrechtelijke executies, zoals gezegd een ernstige vorm van terreur, nooit veroordelen. Kijk als Rusland hetzelfde zou doen, waren Koenders rapen allang gaar geweest……..

U.S. Drone Strikes Have Gone Up 432% Since Trump Took Office
(ANTIMEDIA) When he was in office, former President Barack Obama earned the ire of anti-war activists for his expansion of Bush’s drone wars. The Nobel Peace Prize-winning head of state ordered ten times more drone strikes than the previous president, and estimates late in Obama’s presidency showed 49 out of 50 victims were civilians. In 2015, it was reported that up to 90% of drone casualties were not the intended targets.
Current President Donald Trump campaigned on a less interventionist foreign policy, claiming to be opposed to nation-building and misguided invasions. But less than two months into his presidency, Trump has expanded the drone strikes that plagued Obama’s “peaceful” presidency.
According to an analysis from Micah Zenko, an analyst with the Council on Foreign Relations, Trump has markedly increased U.S. drone strikes since taking office. Zenko, who reported earlier this year on the over 26,000 bombs Obama dropped in 2016, summarized the increase:
“During President Obama’s two terms in office, he approved 542such targeted strikes in 2,920 days—one every 5.4 days. From his inauguration through today, President Trump had approved at least 36 drone strikes or raids in 45 days—one every 1.25 days.”
The Trump administration has provided little acknowledgment of the human toll these strikes are taking. As journalist Glenn Greenwald noted in the Intercept, the Trump administration hastily brushed off recent civilian casualties in favor of honoring the life of a single U.S. soldier who died during one of the Yemen raids just days after Trump took office:
“The raid inYemen that cost Owens his life also killed 30 other people, including ‘many civilians,’ at least nine of whom were children. None of them were mentioned by Trump in last night’s speech, let alone honored with applause and the presence of grieving relatives. That’s because they were Yemenis, not Americans; therefore, their deaths, and lives, must be ignored (the only exception was some fleeting media mention of the 8-year-old daughter of Anwar al-Awlaki, but only because she was a U.S. citizen and because of the irony that Obama killed her 16-year-old American brotherwith a drone strike).”
Greenwald notes this is typical of not just Trump, but the American war machine in general:
“We fixate on the Americans killed, learning their names and life stories and the plight of their spouses and parents, but steadfastly ignore the innocent people the U.S. government kills, whose numbers are always far greater.”
Though some Trump supporters sang his praises as a peace candidate before he took office, the president’s militarism was apparent on many occasions. He openly advocated increasing the size and scope of the military, a promise he is now moving to keep. And as Zenko highlights, Trump was disingenuous with his rhetoric against interventionism:
“He claimed to have opposed the 2003 Iraq War when he actually backed it, and to have opposed the 2011 Libya interventionwhen he actually strongly endorsed it, including with U.S. ground troops. Yet, Trump and his loyalists consistently implied that he would be less supportive of costly and bloody foreign wars, especially when compared to President Obama, and by extension, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.”
As Trump continues to dig his heels into decades-old policies he has criticized himself — reportedly mulling over sending ground troops into Syria — he is increasingly proving to be yet another establishment warmonger implementing policies that spawn the creation of more terrorists. As Zenko concludes:
“We are now on our third post-9/11 administration pursuing many of the same policies that have failed to meaningfully reduce the number of jihadist extremist fighters, or their attractiveness among potential recruits or self-directed terrorists. The Global War on Terrorism remains broadly unquestioned within Washington, no matter who is in the White House.”

Gisteren meldde Information Clearing House dat de terreurgroep Nour al-Din al Zenki, gesteund en gefinancierd door de CIA, een Palestijnse jongen, van een jaar of twaalf (gezien de foto), heeft onthoofd in de achterbak van een ‘pick-up truck…….’
De Palestijnse jongen, met een duidelijk zichtbare infuusslang nog in de arm, werd door dit psychopathische geteisem beschuldigd van spionage………
Het laffe geteisem was zo trots op hun ‘werk’, dat ze alles filmden, even na bovenstaand beeld, werd de jongen vermoord en onthoofd……..
De VS zegt het recht te hebben mensen te beschermen (R2P) en dat wordt zelfs mede gebruikt als excuus voor het voeren van een oorlog….. Terwijl datzelfde VS niet alleen deze smerige terreurgroep steunt, maar nog een aantal anderen, die al net zo barbaars tekeer gaan……
Onthoudt dit, mocht u ooit door VS worden gebombardeerd tot onderwerp van bescherming: benen maken, voor dat de echte bommen vallen!!
In hetzelfde artikel werd ook bericht over de stad Manbij, die door The Syrian Democratic Force (SDF), hoofdzakelijk Syrische Koerden, met hulp van de VS is omsingeld. De stad zou in handen zijn van IS, in de stad zitten 70.000 mensen opgesloten in een intense hitte, terwijl het hen na dagen belegering aan alles ontbreekt, inclusief schoon drinkwater……..
Intussen heeft de VS de stad gebombardeerd, waarbij 56 doden vielen, waaronder vrouwen en kinderen………. Het blog van Stan van Houcke meldde gisteren* dat er zelfs meer dan 100 dodelijke burgerslachtoffers zijn gevallen……
Ik moet overigens erkennen, dat de VS niet zo brutaal was, de schuld onmiddellijk in de schoenen van Rusland en/of het Syrische bewind te schuiven, zoals dit al eerder gebeurde, bijvoorbeeld bij de gasaanval, zogenaamd door het Syrische reguliere leger gedaan……. Deze aanval werd gedaan door een ‘gematigde terreurgroep’, die ook al door de VS werd gesteund……
De VS brengt niet alleen grootschalige terreur met haar illegale oorlogen, maar steunt zoals gezegd, ook nog eens grove terreur van anderen…… De grootste barbaarse ‘terreurgroep’ die de VS steunt, draagt de naam ‘Saoedi-Arabië…!!!’ Trouwens ook Nederland steunt die barbaarse reli-fascistische terreurstaat aan alle kanten……
Ach ja, voor het waardeloze kabinet Rutte 2 geldt nu eenmaal, dat geldelijk gewin ver voor gaat op mensenrechten en massamoord!! Moet u nagaan: SA is momenteel één van de leden, die zitting heeft in de VN-Mensenrechtenraad………..
* In dit bericht ook verdere aandacht voor het creëren van terreur, door het brengen van grootschalige westerse terreur in o.a. het Midden-Oosten, o.l.v. de VS……. Gisteren kwamen in een ander gebied, t.w. Noord-Afrika, om precies te zijn in Libië, 3 Franse militairen om, terwijl er officieel geen Fransen in dat land zijn….. Al meer dan een half jaar, is Frankrijk met speciale troepen in Libië, zodat ook daar terroristen worden gekweekt voor de aanslagen in thuisland Frankrijk, zodat daar de staat van beleg gehandhaafd kan worden……

Het volgende artikel over de twee ziekenhuizen in Aleppo, die onlangs werden gebombardeerd, vond ik 6 mei jl. op Information Clearing House. Het eerste ziekenhuis zou door het reguliere Syrische leger, dan wel de Russische luchtmacht zijn gebombardeerd.
Dit verhaal werd heel even in de reguliere Nederlandse media gebracht, met het commentaar, dat dit het werk van Assad en Rusland was……. Niet vreemd, dat dit bericht (overigens zonder correctie) uit het nieuws verdween, daar het ziekenhuis, niet eens bekend bleek te zijn. Wie het provisorische ziekenhuis, dat in woonhuis was gevestigd, heeft gebombardeerd is nog steeds niet bekend, zowel Rusland, Syrie, plus de VS en haar hielenlikkers, ontkennen. Overigens wordt het hele bestaan van dit ziekenhuis betwist, ook door artsen uit Aleppo………
Lees het verhaal en ook dat over het tweede ziekenhuis. Dit ziekenhuis werd door de door het westen gesteunde ‘gematigde’ terreur oppositie bestookt met raketten, die ze via Saoedi-Arabië, dan wel Turkije geleverd kreeg, uiteraard onder (welwillend) toeziend oog van….. de VS!!
Voorts een fikse bak kritiek op MSF, ofwel Artsen Zonder Grenzen, dat zich blijkbaar voor een groot deel laat financieren door de financiële maffia en zich laat gebruiken door de ‘gematigde terroristische oppositie’, waarbij MSF zelfs akkoord ging eerst gewonde terroristen op te lappen en daarna pas de burgers………

The bombing being attributed to the Syrian military is the destruction of the “al-Quds” hospital, an alleged Medicines Sans Frontieres hospital located in Aleppo. Even officially, however, it is important to note that the alleged “hospital” was not an MSF facility but one which was “supported” by MSF. This might seem like a small technicality but it is actually an important difference since MSF (aka Doctors Without Borders) is well known to be anything but an impartial observer in the Syrian crisis. As Tony Cartalucci wrote in his article, “’Doctors’ Behind Syrian Chemical Weapons Claim Are Aiding Terrorists,” in 2013,
While it is often described by the Western media as “independent,” nothing could be further from the truth.
To begin with, Doctors Without Borders is fully funded by the very same corporate financier interests behind Wall Street and London’s collective foreign policy, including regime change in Syria and neighboring Iran. Doctors Without Borders’ own annual report (2010 report can be accessed here), includes as financial donors, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Citigroup, Google, Microsoft, Bloomberg, Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital, and a myriad of other corporate-financier interests. Doctors Without Borders also features bankers upon its Board of Advisers including Elizabeth Beshel Robinson of Goldman Sachs.
Complicating further Doctors Without Borders so-called “independent” and “aid” claims is the fact that their medical facilities are set up in terrorist held regions of Syria, especially along Syria’s northern border with NATO-member Turkey. In an interview with NPR, Doctors Without Borders’ Stephen Cornish revealed the nature of his organization’s involvement in the Syrian conflict, where he explains that aid is being sent to regions outside of the Syrian government’s control, and that his organization is in fact setting up facilities in these areas. Cornish admits [emphasis added]:
Over the past months, we’ve had a surgery that was opened inside a cave. We’ve had another that was opened in a chicken farm, a third one in a house. And these structures, we’ve tried to outfit them as best as we can with enough modern technology and with full medical teams. They originally were dealing mainly with combatant injuries and people who were – civilians who were directly affected by the conflict.
In other words, the Wall Street-funded organization is providing support for militants armed and funded by the West and its regional allies, most of whom are revealed to be foreign fighters, affiliated with or directly belonging to Al Qaeda and its defacto political wing, the Muslim Brotherhood. This so-called “international aid” organization is in actuality yet another cog in the covert military machine being turned against Syria and serves the role as a medical battalion.
In a telling interview with NPR, which Cartalucci partially quotes in his own article, the Executive Director of DWB, Stephen Cornish, admitted the fact that the organization largely has provided medical aid to the death squads not just as a matter of unbiased Hippocratic Oath-based treatment, but what appears to be a “rebel”-based program.
Again, Cornish revealed,
Over the past months, we’ve had a surgery that was opened inside a cave. We’ve had another that was opened in a chicken farm, a third one in a house. And these structures, we’ve tried to outfit them as best as we can with enough modern technology and with full medical teams. They originally were dealing mainly with combatant injuriesand people who were – civilians who were directly affected by the conflict. [emphasis added]
Even assuming that the “civilians” Cornish mentions are truly civilians, Cornish’s team has also been focused largely on “combatant injuries” which is an interesting focus considering that the teams are mainly located within death squad controlled territory.
Indeed, Cornish removes all doubt about whether or not the death squads are receiving priority care as the interview continues. Cornish states,
So it is very difficult for civilians to find care. And one of the difficulties also is that a number of smaller surgeries that have been set up are either overwhelmed with combatants or primarily taking care of combatants. And what we would certainly urge is that all surgeries and all health posts also are accommodating the civilian population.
BLOCK: You mean, in other words, that the fighters are getting priority for medical care and the civilians are suffering for that.
CORNISH: Unfortunately, that is sometimes the reality on the ground. Some of the surgeries we visited, you could tell that because not only there were no civilians on the wards, but there were also no beds or toilet facilities for women. So it’s kind of a dead giveaway. [emphasis added]
Returning to the question of the al-Quds hospital, however, it should be noted that the facility has been reported to be nothing more than a “field hospital” for terrorists trapped in Aleppo in the past, the bombing of which allegedly killed over 50 death squad fighters, at least according to reports by Ziad Fadel of Syrian Perspective. After all, the hospital was being run in the “rebel”-held area of Sukkari.
Some, however, dispute whether or not the hospital was ever actually bombed. Both the Syrian and Russian governments denied bombing the hospital to begin with. The Russians suggested that the “anti-ISIL coalition” was operating fighter jets in the area around the time of the bombing, implying that the bombing may have been conducted by the American forces, but the U.S. denies the Russian claim.
In addition to the question of whether or not the bombed “hospital” was a civilian operation or a combatant one, there is even question as to whether or not the field hospital that was bombed was actually al-Quds and, strangely enough, whether or not al-Quds ever actually existed.
For instance, Dr. Nabil Antaki, a doctor based in western Aleppo called into question the existence of al-Quds. After viewing the Channel 4 video showing the hospital moment before the attack, he responded that “This hospital [Al Quds] did not exist before the war started. It must have been installed in a building after the war began. I don’t know anyone in the East of Aleppo who could confirm this hospital is Al Quds.”
The Second Hospital: al-Dhabeet
Yet if the pinnacle of war crimes and brutality is the bombing of hospitals, the United States was forced to eat its own words when, after only a few days of propagandizing the Western public with reports of SAA hospital bombing, its very own terrorist pets would begin openly firing missiles at another hospital in Aleppo.
Obviously, the United States made no mention of its own bombing of a MSF hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan earlier this year.
Still, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry was forced to condemn the rocket attacks aimed at the Syrian hospital by Western-backed terrorists, albeit in a manner which would not directly attribute blame to the U.S. proxy forces.
Indeed, on May 3, SANA news agency reported that,
terrorists fired 65 rocket shells on the neighborhoods of al-Neel Street, al-Siryian, al-Khalidyia, al-Mocambo, al-Sabeel and the surroundings of al-Rahman mosque leaving 11 civilians killed and 37 injured. A source at Aleppo Health Directorate said that most of the wounded civilians are children and women and their injuries are severe as the number of the killed civilians might increase.
Later, SANA’s correspondent in Aleppo reported that three women were killed, 17 other women and children were wounded and extensive material damage was caused by terrorist organizations’ attack with a rocket shell on al-Dhabeet Hospital in al-Mouhafaza neighborhood.”
SANA listed the attacked districts as: al-Midan, al-Furqan, Nile Street, al-Mukambo, al-Khalidiye, Jami’et al-Zahra’a, al-Ameriye, al-Ramousa, al-Masharqa, al-Muhafaza, al-Meridian, al-Serian, al-Sabeel, and al-Jamiliye in Aleppo city.
SANA’s Facebook update included numerous photos of the bombed al-Dhabeet Hospital, noting the number of dead had risen to at least 14, a number which will no doubt rise in the coming hours.
According to SAMA tv, the number of murdered has risen to 28.
Ruptly TV raw footage shows the disastrous impacts of the bombings, and–uncensored–some of the mutilated victims.
A tale of two hospitals indeed, at least from the point of the view of the West and the Anglo-Americans. In the Western media, one hospital bombing (if it actually took place) equals a war crime that warrants the condemnation of the world while the other warrants merely a forced, hesitant, and tepid complaint. Even the painful admission that bombing civilians and civilian hospitals is wrong was barely uttered out of Kerry’s mouth before it was accompanied by the requisite condemnation of the Syrian government and the elected President Bashar al-Assad.Yet the recent bombing of al-Dhabeet is nothing new in Syria. Western-backed terrorists have been launching assaults on hospitals since the beginning of the crisis. As Prof. Tim Anderson pointed out,
Over the past five years the al Qaeda groups have attacked 2/3 of all Syria’s hospitals and clinics, plus pharmaceutical factories, many of which were in Aleppo. [Most recent one should read ‘al Dabit’] Al Razi General Hospital (state) was also hit by the al Nusra coalition, just days ago.”
Anderson also pointed out a number of other attacks on hospitals such as those listed below.

“Unsurprisingly,” Eva Bartlett writes, “instead of reporting on these documented instances of terrorists (filming themselves) attacking Syrian hospitals, corporate media and propagandizing “human rights” groups are instead filling front pages and tv screens with screaming accusations of the Syrian army and/or Russia having bombed a so-called MSF hospital in Aleppo.”
Conclusion
Obviously, the Western indignation over the alleged bombing of the al-Quds non-hospital was never anything more than propaganda aimed at drumming up support for greater U.S. military involvement in Syria and the increased attempt at destroying the secular Syrian government. At best, the information repeated to Western audiences was misconstrued. At worst, it was entirely made up.

US Air Strikes Kill Hundreds of Civilians in Mosul

May 05, 2016 “Information Clearing House” – USA Todayrevealed on April 19th that U.S. air forces have been operating under looser rules of engagement in Iraq and Syria since last fall. The war commander, Lt Gen McFarland, now orders air strikes that are expected to kill up to 10 civilians without prior approval from U.S. Central Command, and U.S. officials acknowledge that air strikes are killing more civilians under the new rules.
U.S. officials previously claimed that air strikes in Iraq and Syria had killed as few as 26 civilians. A senior Pentagon official who is briefed daily on the air war told USA Today that was unrealistic, since air strikes that have destroyed 6,000 buildings with over 40,000 bombs and missiles have inevitably killed much higher numbers of civilians.
As the U.S. escalates its air strikes on Mosul, the largest city occupied by Islamic State, reports of hundreds of civilians killed by air strikes reveal some of the human costs of the U.S. air war and the new rules of engagement.
Award-winning Iraqi environmental scientist and Mosul native Souad Al-Azzawi (Ph.D. Colorado School of Mines) has compiled a partial list of air strikes that have killed civilians and destroyed civilian infrastructure from reports by Mosul Eye, Nineveh Reporters Network, Al Maalomah News Network, other Iraqi media and contacts in Mosul:
– Many government buildings have been destroyed. As U.S. officials told USA Today, attacks are often conducted at night to minimize civilian casualties, but they have killed security guards and civilians in neighboring buildings.
– Two large dairies were bombed, killing about 100 civilians and wounding 200 more.
– Multiple daytime air strikes on Mosul University on March 19th and 20th killed 92 civilians and wounded 135, mostly faculty, staff, families and students. Targets included the main administration building, classroom buildings, a women’s dormitory and a faculty apartment building.
– 50 civilians were killed and 100 wounded by air strikes on 2 apartment buildings, Al Hadbaa and Al Khadraa.
– A mother and 4 children were killed in an air strike on a house in the Hay al Dhubat district of East Mosul on April 20th, next door to a house used by Islamic State that was undamaged.
– 22 civilians were killed in air strikes on houses in front of Mosul Medical College.
– 20 civilians were killed and 70 wounded by air strikes on the Sunni Waqif building and nearby houses and shops.
– U.S. air strikes on April 24th damaged the Rashidiya water treatment plant in West Mosul and the Yarmouk power station in East Mosul.
– The Central Bank of Mosul in Ghazi Street and several branches of Rafidain and Rasheed banks were bombed, with heavy civilian casualties, despite all cash reportedly being removed after the first bank was struck.
– An air strike on a fuel depot in an industrial area ignited an inferno with 150 casualties on April 18th.
– Bombs have damaged a food warehouse, power stations and sub-stations in West Mosul, and flour mills, a pharmaceutical factory, auto repair shops and other workshops across Mosul.
At the very least, U.S. air strikes have killed hundreds of civilians in Mosul and destroyed much of the civilian infrastructure that people depend on for their lives in already dire conditions. And yet by all accounts, this is only the beginning of the U.S.-Iraqi campaign to retake Mosul. One and one-half million civilians are trapped in the city, 30 times the UN’s estimate of the number of civilians in Fallujah before the November 2004 assault that killed 4,000 to 6,000 people, mostly civilians. Meanwhile ISIL prevents civilians from evacuating the city, believing that their presence protects its forces from even heavier bombardment.
International humanitarian law strictly prohibits military attacks on civilians, civilian areas and civilian infrastructure. The presence of several thousand ISIL militants in a city of 1.5 million people does not justify indiscriminate bombing or attacks on civilian targets. As the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq warned U.S. officials in aHuman Rights Report in 2007, “The presence of individual combatants among a great number of civilians does not alter the civilian nature of an area.” UNICEF protestedthe bombing of a water treatment plant in Syria last December as “a particularly alarming example” of how “the rules of war, including those meant to protect vital civilian infrastructure, continue to be broken on a daily basis.”
The fundamental contradiction of the militarized “war on terror” has always been that U.S. aggression and other war crimes only reinforce the narratives of jihadis who see themselves as a bulwark against foreign aggression and neocolonialism in the Muslim world. Meanwhile U.S. wars and covert operations against secular enemies like Hussein, Gaddafi and Assad create new zones of chaos where jihadis can thrive.
President Obama has acknowledged publicly that there is therefore “no military solution” to jihadism. But successive U.S. administrations have proven unable to resist the lure of military escalation at each new stage of this crisis, unleashing wars that have killed about two million people, plunged a dozen countries into chaos and exploded Wahhabi jihadism from its original safe havens in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Pakistan to countries across the world.
If the U.S. and its Iraqi allies follow through with their threatened assault on Mosul, the resulting massacre will join Fallujah, Guantanamo and U.S. drone wars as a powerful catalyst for the next mutation of Wahhabi jihadism, which is likely to be more globalized and unified.
But although Al Qaeda and Islamic State have proven adept at manipulating U.S. leaders into ever-escalating cycles of violence, the jihadis cannot directly order American pilots to bomb civilians. Only our leaders can do that, making them morally and legally responsible for these crimes, just as Islamic State’s leaders are responsible for theirs.

Te gek voor woorden natuurlijk, ten eerste daar een land niet zou mogen beslissen wat er gebeurd met tegoeden van een ander land. Ten tweede, als de VS alle terreurslachtoffers en nabestaanden, die de VS zelf heeft gemaakt, schadeloos zou moeten stellen, blijft dat ‘land’ failliet tot in de eeuwigheid!!! Alleen in Irak zijn er door de illegale oorlog van de VS tegen dat land, al 1,5 miljoen dodelijke slachtoffers te betreuren. Waar je nog bijna een miljoen kinderen bij op kan tellen die al voor deze oorlog, die de VS illegaal begon in 2003, stierven door de boycot van de VS tegen Irak……… Iets waarop Madeleine Albright, destijds VS minister van BuZa, nog steeds trots is……….

Afgelopen zondag werd in Servië (en onder de paar overgebleven, nog niet weggezuiverde Serviërs in Kosovo) herdacht, dat de NAVO 17 jaar geleden m.n. burgerdoelen bombardeerde, doelen waaronder eeuwenoude monumenten, bombardementen waarbij een flink aantal burgerslachtoffers vielen…….. U weet wel, toen de NAVO middels een ‘precisiebombardement’* de Chinese ambassade deels in puin legde……. Dit alles om toenmalige Servische regering te dwingen, te stoppen met het verzet tegen o.a. terreur in NB hun eigen provincie Kosovo………. Later bleek, dat m.n. het UÇK, de etnisch Albanese ‘guerrilla-organisatie’ (lees: terreurgroep) zich te buiten was gegaan aan heftige terreur……
Overigens kan je die NAVO bombardementen zonder meer oorlogsmisdaden noemen, over terreur gesproken……
Bovendien werd er afgelopen zondag in Servië gedemonstreerd tegen het voornemen van de zittende regering, een akkoord te tekenen met de NAVO, waarbij de NAVO het recht krijgt op Servisch grondgebied te opereren……… ‘Alweer een teken’ dat de NAVO ‘zit te slapen…’ ha! ha! ha! ha!
* Tegenwoordig bombardeert de VS liever ziekenhuizen……..
