Nederlandse F-16 missie Baltische Staten: thuisblijvers lastiggevallen door mensen met ‘Russisch accent…’

De Telegraaf is al decennia op ramkoers met Rusland, maar afgelopen vrijdag zetten de oorlogshitsers van dit lobbyorgaan voor de VS, de NAVO en het militair-industrieel complex een extra stap in haar haat- en angstzaaicampagne tegen resp. voor Rusland.

Men stelde dat de partners van F-16 piloten, die in 2017 het luchtruim van de Baltische staten bewaakten*, thuis werden lastiggevallen door mensen met een ‘Russisch accent…..’ ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Een Slavisch accent bedoelen de Telegrof oorlogshitsers, maar ja dat klinkt een stuk minder sensationeel, bovendien zouden het dan ook nog eens false flag operaties kunnen zijn, bijvoorbeeld in opdracht van de VS of Oekraïne, die beiden continu bezig zijn met het demoniseren van Rusland….. In de telefoontjes werd ‘het thuisfront’ voorgehouden dat de missie waar hun partners aan deelnamen niet zo verstandig was……

Uitermate vreemd dat dit pas meer dan een jaar later bekend wordt gemaakt, waar de MIVD dit verhaal niet wil bevestigen, anders dan te stellen dat dit wel vaker gebeurt……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Blijkbaar mogen militairen in zogenaamd oorlogsgebied met de smartphone naar huis bellen, waar de ‘vijand’ de gebruikte smartphone kan hacken en zo het ‘thuisfront’ kan bellen….. Let wel: waar de MIVD dit weet en er blijkbaar niets tegen doet….. Hoe ongeloofwaardig wil en kan je een flutverhaal publiceren..??!!!

Het zal me niet verbazen als de MIVD dit bericht zelf anoniem heeft gelekt naar de Telegraaf, immers je kan Rusland nooit genoeg demoniseren en liegen over zaken kunnen de geheime diensten als geen ander…… (hoewel de reguliere media er ook weinig moeite mee hebben, zie de leugens en stemmingmakerij voorafgaand en tijdens de illegale oorlogen die de VS met de NAVO aan de hand, voerde tegen Afghanistan Irak, Libië en Syrië…. (en wat betreft Afghanistan, Irak en Syrië nog steeds voert)

* Die F-16 missie was vooral bedoeld om de Russen te tarten met voortdurende oefeningen langs het Russische luchtruim, waar men niet zelden even het Russische luchtruim invloog om de reactie van de Russen te testen……. Deze missie was ingegeven door de gigantische leugen dat Rusland De Krim was binnengevallen, terwijl het volk van Oekraïne, inclusief de oorspronkelijke bevolking, in een referendum massaal kozen voor aansluiting bij Rusland. Een referendum dat door internationale waarnemers als eerlijk en goed verlopen werd beoordeeld…… Niet vreemd dat men zich op De Krim wilde aansluiten bij Rusland als je bedenkt dat de door hen democratisch gekozen president Janoekovytsj, in een door de VS georganiseerde opstand werd verjaagd en vervangen door de zwaar corrupte neonazi en VS marionet Porosjenko……. Hillary Clinton, destijds minister van BuZa onder ‘vredesduif’ Obama, gaf voor deze machinaties maar liefst 4 miljard dollar uit….. Die zogenaamde annexatie door Rusland blijft men keihard volhouden ondanks het bewijs van het tegendeel…. Bijna dagelijks herhalen de reguliere westerse media deze smerige leugen, vanmorgen nog op BBC World Service, n.a.v. een bezoek van Putin aan De Krim……. (deze leugens zijn overigens ook te horen en te zien in/op Nederlandse media, waaronder totaal afhankelijke mediaorganen als de NOS, de Telegraaf en de NRC) Het kan je bijna niet ontgaan zijn dat ook het grootste deel van de westerse politici deze leugen blijven herhalen……..

Ongelofelijk maar wel geheel en al waar: de Britse regering die door de VN wordt beschuldigd van het martelen van journalist Julian Assange, heeft RT en Sputnik niet uitgenodigd voor een internationale conferentie over persvrijheid >> de ‘Global Conference on Media Freedom………’

Volgens de Britse regering is dit vanwege de voorliefde van deze 2 mediaorganen voor het verspreiden van desinformatie…… Uiteraard worden er geen voorbeelden gegeven, terwijl de wel uitgenodigde reguliere mediaorganen al jaren bol staan van nepnieuws (fake news), leugens en andere desinformatie, neem alleen al de verslaggeving over de illegale VS oorlogen tegen Afghanistan, Irak, Libië en Syrië…….
Trouwens het feit dat een regering een conferentie belegt over persvrijheid is wat mij betreft een gotspe. Dezelfde regering die de BBC subsidieert en daarvoor wordt beloond door de BBC met inhumane neoliberale propaganda voor de zittende regering, waar men alle leugens van overheid en geheime diensten overneemt als was het ‘de weg de waarheid en het leven…’ Uiteraard zal de BBC een prominente rol spelen in de conferentie, waar deze afhankelijke zendgemachtigde bewezen hele bergen fake news en desinformatie heeft gebracht…..

 Gisteravond werd in het BBC programma Panorama Labour afgeschilderd als een antisemitisme partij….. Terwijl de paar klagende Joodse Labourleden vooral zijn gevallen over de kritiek van Labour op het uiterst bloedige, fascistische apartheidsbeleid van Israël, waar deze Labour leden deze kritiek eerder afschilderden als antisemitisme en daarop terecht werden aangesproken door de top van Labour…….

Ook in series en andere documentaires brengt de BBC onvervalste propaganda voor de illegale oorlogen van de VS en voor het smerige moorddadige Israëlische beleid tegen het verdrukte Palestijnse volk, zaken die politiek* worden gesteund door de Britse regering….. Werkelijk de grofste leugens worden als waarheid gebracht in deze walgelijke propaganda…….

De hele antisemitische Labour leugen is ingegeven om de huidige leider van Labour, Jeremy Corbyn onderuit te halen als een socialistische politicus en socialisme is in GB een heel vies woord….. Veronderstel dat een ‘socialistische regering’ eens wat gaat doen voor de enorme grote arme onderlaag in GB, waar dagelijks meer dan 4 miljoen kinderen met honger naar school moeten……

 De BBC had het gore lef te stellen dat het nieuws brengt vanuit alle hoeken bezien en aarzelt niet om kritiek te leveren op de Britse regering……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja, zo af en toe geeft de BBC wat kritiek op de regering, echter dat is vooral om aan te tonen dat men ‘onafhankelijk is….’ Het gros van de artikelen zijn zonder meer steun voor eerder genoemd smerig beleid…..

Het gaat bij het weren van media als RT dan ook niet over het brengen van nepnieuws, nee deze mediaorganen en alternatieve mediaorganen worden juist geweigerd daar ze de waarheid brengen en dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling als je als land en mediaorgaan de burgers dag in dag uit besodemietert…….

The British Foreign Office has banned Russian outlets RT and Sputnik from attending the upcoming Global Conference on Media Freedom in London, citing their predilection for “disinformation”.
“We have not accredited RT or Sputnik because of their active role in spreading disinformation,” said a Foreign Office spokeswoman.

 “It takes a particular brand of hypocrisy to advocate for freedom of press while banning inconvenient voices and slandering alternative media; sadly, the world has learned to expect just that from the UK Foreign Office,” RT said in a statement in response.

 “It amounts to direct politically motivated discrimination of the Russian channel,” said the Russian embassy in London. “The refusal of accreditation comes on top of the months-long smear campaign against RT by British political figures, governmental bodies, including media regulator Ofcom, and even fellow journalists.”

 “Now a leading Russian international TV channel is denied access to the forum, despite being officially registered and working in the UK, on legal grounds,” the embassy added. “What better illustration of the real situation with media freedom in the UK does one need? Yet the organizers of the Conference, as far as we understand, wish to discuss the situation with media freedom anywhere in the world, but not in this country.”

Russia’s RT banned from UK media freedom conference

The UK Foreign Office bans two Russian news agencies, accusing them of spreading misinformation.

The BBC’s report on this story hilariously contains a brazenly propagandistic video titled “What’s
so different about Russia Today?” which carefully explains why it’s very important for the BBC’s audience to understand that RT is propaganda.

 “They want to be an alternative view, which in fact is the propaganda machine of, and is paid for by, the Kremlin,” says the video by the BBC, a government-funded news station with an established history of collaboration with British intelligence to deplatform dissenting voices.

 “The BBC tries to cover all the angles of the story, including those that wouldn’t be pleasant to the UK government,” the BBC video claims. “RT always picks up pundits, questions, issues, angles that show the Kremlin and the Russian government in a positive way.”

 In reality, the BBC is very much guilty of enforcing what British journalist Jonathan Cook recently described as the “narrow manufactured consensus of supposedly rational policy – neoliberal orthodoxy at home, and neoconservative warmongering abroad.” Like all other mainstream British media, the BBC works to shrink the Overton window of acceptable debate and propagandize British citizens into arguing over how existing power structures should be aided and maintained instead of whether those power structures should exist at all. For the BBC to pretend that it is in any way superior to RT on any level is laughable.

 But the BBC will certainly be in attendance at the Global Conference on Media Freedom, welcomed with open arms by the British government it only half-pretends to have an oppositional relationship with.’

This would be the same British government that is currently holding journalist Julian Assange behind bars pending a US extradition hearing for exposing American war crimes. The same British government who UN Special Rapporteur on Torture Nils Melzer found guilty of participating in the psychological torture of that same journalist. The same Foreign Office whose head, Jeremy Hunt, told Face the Nation last month that he will allow Assange to be extradited to the US if he succeeds in his bid to become the next Prime Minister, after explicitly and repeatedly condemning the persecution of dissident journalists in other nations.

 You won’t see any of this ridiculous, jaw-dropping hypocrisy called out by the BBC, nor by any other mainstream outlet in the uniquely spineless and sycophantic British media. Do you know where you will see this hypocrisy being criticized? RT.

 The only reason RT and Sputnik exist with any degree of popularity in the west is because, contrary to what the BBC claims, people are unable to hear any voices that are critical of real power from western mainstream media. If the BBC or any other British outlet were to begin platforming actual anti-war, leftist and anti-establishment voices with any degree of regularity, I can guarantee you with 100 percent certainty that RT and Sputnik would immediately lose their UK audiences.

 But that never happens, because British mass media does not “cover all the angles of the story, including those that wouldn’t be pleasant to the UK government” as the BBC claims, it publishes propaganda which directly benefits the underlying power structures of the UK government. Their job isn’t to tell the truth and hold power to account, their job is to normalize the status quo, manufacture consent for endless war, and tell you day in and day out that Jeremy Corbyn is a cross between Adolf Hitler and a werewolf.

Jeremy Hunt longs for the days when a country could peacefully propagandize its citizens without this pesky problem of propaganda from other countries seeping into the mix and forcing everyone to think for themselves. We have been experiencing a brief but wonderful period where the internet has opened up rivers of information from all sorts of perspectives, but we will need to fight to keep those rivers flowing. Invisible censorship has already begun in earnest, and it’s at these conferences where they dream up even more insidious ways to throttle dissident voices.

Be vigilant. Fight them.

Twee olietankers aangevallen in Golf van Oman: VS oorlogsbodem in de buurt

In het radionieuws van 11.00 u. (CET) op BBC World Service, het bericht dat twee olietankers zin aangevallen in de buurt van de Iraanse kust (in de Golf van Oman)…..

Op dezelfde zender vertelde de presentator rond 12.07 u. dat de VS een oorlogsbodem die in de buurt is, naar de plek van de aanslagen heeft gestuurd…… De presentator vervolgde met te zeggen dat hoewel het niet bekend is wie de dader is, deze aanslagen de spanningen in het gebied verhogen…… In het nieuws van 12.30 u. op de BBC was het nieuws plotseling dat de tankers al zouden zijn weggesleept…… (je zou bijna denken dat er helemaal niets is gebeurd……)

Eerdere aanslagen werden door de reli-fascistische terreurstaat Saoedi-Arabië toegeschreven aan Iran, ook die claims werden een paar weken geleden breed uitgemeten gebracht op de BBC, als was het de waarheid, terwijl daar geen enkel bewijs voor was……

Gezien het voorgaande en de uitspraak van de presentator over ‘oplopende spanningen’, is het wel duidelijk wie de BBC als dader ziet voor deze laatste aanslag…. Juist, Iran!!

Het is meer dan duidelijk dat de VS een stok zoekt om Iran mee te slaan en gezien de geschiedenis van de VS tot nu toe, zal ook nu weer een false flag operatie worden gebruikt om een oorlog tegen Iran te kunnen beginnen, een operatie waarvan de ‘aanslagen’ op de twee olietankers een voorbeeld kunnen zijn………. Zie: ‘‘False flag terror’ bestaat wel degelijk: bekentenissen en feiten over heel smerige zaken……….‘

Toevoeging na 14.00 u.: WDR meldt dat de bemanning van de schepen is gehaald en dat deze schepen momenteel stuurloos zijn. Om 13.30 u. wist de nieuwslezer te melden dat Iran hoogstwaarschijnlijk de dader is, niet dat men daar ook maar enig bewijs voor kon geven…….

Je zou wellicht denken dat onze reguliere media bij tijd en wijle knettergek zijn met het herhalen van bijvoorbeeld aantoonbare VS leugens, maar zelfs dat kan men bij de makers van die leugens, dus de VS, altijd nog veel beter.

Het volgende uiterst humoristische en sarcastische artikel, geschreven door Caitlin Johnstone en afgelopen donderdag gepubliceerd, moet je lezen, maar let op: het gevaar bestaat dat je in een lachstuip blijft!

Headlines were blaring the word “Russian” again the other day because the mass media narrative managers found yet another reason for westerners to feel terrified of the icy potato patch that we’d barely ever thought about prior to 2016. I’d like to talk about the Kremlin’s latest horrifying horrific addition to its fearsome doomsday artillery, and recap a few of the other incredibly frightening and terrifying tactics that those strange Cyrillic-scribbling demons of the East are employing to undermine truth, justice, and the American way. Just to make sure we’re all good and scared like we’re supposed to be.
Gather the kids, clutch your pearls and sign off on hundreds of billions of dollars of extra military spending, my patriotic brethren! Here are five super scary ways the Red Menace is trying to destroy you and everything you hold dear:

1. Whales

Headlines and TV news segments from virtually all mainstream outlets were falling all over themselves the other day to report the fact that some Norwegians found a tame beluga whale with a harness on it, and “experts” attest that the animal may have been part of a covert espionage program for the Russian navy.
While there is no indication that this spying cetacean has been trained in the arts of sonar election meddling or shooting novichok from its blowhole, the Guardian helpfully informs us that the harness was labeled “Equipment of St. Petersburg”, and was equipped to hold “a camera or weapon”.

“Marine experts in Norway believe they have stumbled upon a white whale that was trained by the Russian navy as part of a programme to use underwater mammals as a special ops force,” the Guardian reports.
The Norwegian tabloid Verdens Gang, which picked up on the discovery well before the breathless English headlines began gracing us with their presence, is a teensy bit less Ian Flemingesque in its reporting on the matter: the harness is equipped for a GoPro camera. The words “Equipment of St. Petersburg” are written in English.
Why is the Russian military writing “Equipment of St. Petersburg” in English on the garments of its aquatic special ops forces, you may ask? If there were indeed a secret beluga espionage squad assembled by Russian intelligence services, would they not perhaps avoid writing the home address of the whales on their harnesses altogether, and maybe, you know, not let them run free in the wild?

And to that I would say, stop asking so many questions. That’s just what Putin wants.

A report seeded throughout the mainstream media by anonymous intelligence officials last September claimed that US government workers in Cuba had suffered concussion-like brain damage after hearing strange noises in homes and hotels with the most likely culprit being “sophisticated microwaves or another type of electromagnetic weapon” from Russia. A recording of one such highly sophisticated attack was analyzed by scientists and turned out to be the mating call of the male indies short-tailed cricket. Neurologists and other brain specialists have challenged the claim that any US government workers suffered any neurological damage of any kind, saying test results on the alleged victims were
misinterpreted.
The actual story, when stripped of hyperventilating Russia panic, is that some government workers once heard some horny crickets in Cuba.

3. Puppies

Ye gads, is is nothing sacred? Is there any weapon these monsters won’t use to transform the west into a giant, globe-spanning Mordor?
That’s right, in 2017 puppies became one of the many, many things we’ve been instructed to fear in the hands of our vodka-swilling enemy to the east, with mass media outlets reporting that a Facebook group for animal lovers was one of the sinister, diabolical tactics employed by St. Petersburg’s notorious Internet Research Agency. As the Moon of Alabama blog has explained, the only evidence we’ve seen so far actually indicates that the Internet Research Agency’s operations in America served no purpose other than to attract eyeballs for money. As journalist Aaron Maté wrote of the highly publicized Russian Facebook meddling, “Far from being a sophisticated propaganda campaign, it was small, amateurish, and mostly unrelated to the 2016 election.”
The late, great Robert Parry, one of the earliest and most outspoken critics of the Russiagate narrative, covered this one for Consortium News in an article he authored a few months before his untimely passing:

“As Mike Isaac and Scott Shane of The New York Times reported in Tuesday’s editions, “The Russians who posed as Americans on Facebook last year tried on quite an array of disguises. … There was even a Facebook group for animal lovers with memes of adorable puppies that spread across the site with the help of paid ads.”

Now, there are a lot of controversial issues in America, but I don’t think any of us would put puppies near the top of the list. Isaac and Shane reported that there were also supposedly Russia-linked groups advocating gay rights, gun rights and black civil rights, although precisely how these divergent groups were “linked” to Russia or the Kremlin was never fully explained. (Facebook declined to offer details.)

At this point, a professional journalist might begin to pose some very hard questions to the sources, who presumably include many partisan Democrats and their political allies hyping the evil-Russia narrative. It would be time for some lectures to the sources about the consequences for taking reporters on a wild ride in conspiracy land.

Yet, instead of starting to question the overall premise of this “scandal,” journalists at The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, etc. keep making excuses for the nuttiness. The explanation for the puppy ads was that the nefarious Russians might be probing to discover Americans who might later be susceptible to propaganda.

“The goal of the dog lovers’ page was more obscure,” Isaac and Shane acknowledged. “But some analysts suggested a possible motive: to build a large following before gradually introducing political content. Without viewing the entire feed from the page, now closed by Facebook, it is impossible to say whether the Russian operators tried such tactics.”

4. Pokémon

Yes, Pokémon.
This Russia hysteria has been a long, wild ride, and sometimes it’s honestly felt like they’re just experimenting on us. Like they’ve been testing the limits of how ridiculous they can make this thing and still get mainstream Americans to swallow it. Like the establishment propagandists are all sitting around in a room smoking blunts and making bets with each other all,
“I’m telling you, we can sell a Pokémon Go Kremlin conspiracy.”
“Do it!”
“No way. There’s no way they’ll go for it.”
“Yeah well you said that about the puppy dogs!”
And then they release their latest experiment in social manipulation and place bets on how many disgruntled Hillary voters they can get retweeting it saying “God dammit, I knew that jigglypuff looked suspicious!”
The October 2017 CNN report which sparked off a full day of shrieking “OMG THEY’RE EVEN USING PIKACHU TO ATTACK OUR DEMOCRACY” headlines was titled “Exclusive: Even Pokémon Go used by extensive Russian-linked meddling effort”, and it reported that Russia had extended its “tentacles” into the popular video game for the purpose of election meddling. Apparently the Internet Research Agency attempted to hold a contest using the game to highlight police brutality against unarmed Black men, which of course is something that only an evil autocracy would ever do.

Not until the fifteenth paragraph of the article did we see the information which undercut all the frantic arm flailing about Russians destroying democracy and warping our children’s fragile little minds:

“CNN has not found any evidence that any Pokémon Go users attempted to enter the contest, or whether any of the Amazon Gift Cards that were promised were ever awarded — or, indeed, whether the people who designed the contest ever had any intention of awarding the prizes.”


Mmm hmm.

Russia’s government wants people to have a laugh – as long as it’s at its opponents’ expense, and not Mr Putin’s.

Late last year the BBC published an article titled “How Putin’s Russia turned humour into a weapon” about yet another addition to the Kremlin’s horrifying deadly hybrid warfare arsenal: comedy. The article’s author, ironically titled “Senior Journalist (Disinformation)” by the BBC, argues that Russia has suddenly discovered laughter as a way to “deliberately lower the level of discussion”.
“Russia’s move towards using humour to influence its campaigns is a relatively recent phenomenon,” the article explained, without speculating as to why Russians might have suddenly begun laughing at their western accusers.
Is it perhaps possible that Russian media have begun mocking the west a lot more because westerners have made themselves much easier to make fun of? Could it perhaps be the fact that western mass media have been doing absolutely insane things like constantly selling us the idea that the Kremlin could be lurking behind anything in our world, even really innocuous-looking things like puppy dogs, Pokémon and whales? Could we perhaps be finding ourselves at the butt end of jokes now because in 2016 our society went bat shit, pants-on-head, screaming-at-passing-motor-vehicles insane?

Nahhh. Couldn’t be. It’s the Russians who’ve gone mad.

Venezuela: ultieme couppoging van Guaidó mislukt

Gisteren heeft VS marionet en fascist Guaidó een ultieme couppoging tegen de democratisch gekozen president van Venezuela verloren. Nadat Guaidó wat legerofficieren wist over te halen, dacht hij te maken te hebben met een gelopen race, de plork was echter vergeten dat verreweg het grootste deel van het Venezolaanse leger en het volk achter Maduro staan en zullen blijven staan…..

Guaidó van wie bijna niemand in januari jl. nog wist wie dit was, werd door de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS als interim-president aangewezen, waarbij de VS de leugen de wereld inhielp dat Guaidó de oppositie leider was in Venezuela…….

Vanmorgen op BNR na 8.30 u. verslaggever Arjan Meesterburrie, tevens verslaggever van NRC, die nog even wat leugens moest brengen over Maduro en de situatie in Venezuela…….

Meesterburrie stelde dat Guaidó vandaag heeft opgeroepen tot de grootste demonstratie ooit….. Waar Meesterburrie niet over maalde, is het rekenen van Guaidó op de massale 1 mei viering in Venezuela, waarbij gewoonlijk meer dan een miljoen mensen meelopen in marsen ter viering van de dag van de arbeid….. Je laat wat foto’s en video’s zien waarop een handjevol Guaidó aanhangers voor of achter een grote mars lopen en doet net of al die mensen voor deze fascist op de been zijn gekomen……

Het viel me nog mee dat Meesterburrie opmerkte dat de meeste instituties achter Maduro staan…… Het aantal demonstranten dat Guadó weet te mobiliseren is al tijden aan de bijzonder lage kant, waar Meesterburrie stelde dat velen de straat niet meer op durven te gaan…… Niets uit zijn mond over de zwaar gewelddadige ‘demonstranten’ die met veel geweld tegen Maduro tekeergaan in de meer welgestelde buurten van o.a. Caracas, daar ze zich niet moeten proberen te vertonen in de grote arme wijken van die stad……..

VVD hufter Blok was gisteren toevallig op de Antillen en op de site van NU.nl staat dat Blok heeft laten weten ‘bezorgd’ te zijn voor de situatie in Venezuela, maar dat hij tegen militair ingrijpen is…… Benieuwd hoelang Blok dat volhoudt, zeker als de VS toch een illegale inval zal doen in Venezuela, ik gok dat hij dan binnen een uur om is en zal stellen achter die illegale inval te staan…..

Blok zei voor een vreedzame oplossing te zijn, die de vorm moeten krijgen in ‘vrije en transparante verkiezingen…..’ Alsof Maduro niet met grote meerderheid is gekozen tot president en dat in door internationale waarnemers als eerlijk en goed beoordeelde verkiezingen……..

De redactie van NU.nl liet voorts fijntjes weten dat onder het bewind van Maduro, sinds hij in 2013 werd verkozen tot president van Venezuela, het land in een economische en politieke crisis verkeert…… Alsof de VS niet al onder Chavez een economische oorlog heeft gevoerd tegen het Venezolaanse volk, waar levensmiddelenketens uit de VS met winkels in Venezuela onder druk van George W. Bush, en later onder druk van Obama en Trump, steeds minder de voorraden hebben aangevuld, hetzelfde geldt voor de grote farmaceuten in de VS….. (de opzet was een opstand uit te lokken uit ontevredenheid over de economische situatie, een beproefde vorm van VS terreur….)

Trump heeft de geheime economische oorlog tegen het volk van Venezuela ‘officieel’ verandert in een sanctie regime, waarbij godbetert de EU en Canada zich hebben aangesloten, ofwel uit naam van de EU zijn wij daar in feite ook verantwoordelijk voor…… (weg met de EU, richt de oude EEG maar weer op!)

Dit nog naast het stoken van de CIA in Venezuela, waar de VS de ‘oppositie’ zelfs bewapende en trainde hoe een opstand succesvol af te kunnen ronden…… Na een wapenvondst in ‘humanitaire goederen’ uit de VS, op het vliegveld van Caracas, verbood Maduro verdere import van hulpgoederen uit de VS……

De westerse reguliere media herhaalden en herhalen maar al te graag de leugens over Venezuela leugens van de opvolgende administraties in de VS….. Leugens als die waarin wordt gesteld dat de Venezolaanse bevolking honger lijdt en dat Maduro weigert de mensen voedsel en medicatie te geven…..

De voorgaande leugen werd herhaald toen de VS met 4 vrachtwagens ‘gevuld met humanitaire hulpgoederen en medicijnen’ voor de grens met Venezuela stond…. (dat zich medicijnen tussen de goederen zouden bevinden was een zo grove leugen dat USAID dit ontkende, USAID de organisatie die de zending NB had samengesteld….) Daarop reageerden de VN en het Rode Kruis als door een slang gebeten en stelden dat de VS humanitaire hulp politiseerde, niet alleen dat, maar deze organisaties verspreidden al lang humanitaire hulpgoederen in Venezuela, inclusief medicijnen, dit met hulp van het Venezolaanse leger……

10 jarige herdenking van de ‘aanslag op het koningshuis’

Vanmorgen in het NOS Journaal op Radio1 zoals gewoonlijk het kleutertje luister onderdeel ‘1, 2, 3 voor de dag’ (vlak voor 9.30 u.), waarin één van de domste en slechtste presentatoren aankondigde dat men op Radio1 vandaag aandacht heeft voor herdenking van ‘de aanslag op het koningshuis’, waarbij 8 mensen om het leven kwamen….. ‘De aanslag’ tijdens koninginnedag 2009 in Apeldoorn…..

Het gaat hier om ‘terrorist’ Karst Tates, die failliet was gegaan door smerige streken van Willem Alexander, voor wie hij naar het schijnt een aantal opdrachten uitvoerde. Ten einde raad reed hij zich in het zicht van de ‘koninklijke bus’ te pletter op het monument de Naald in Apeldoorn……

Het ging hier dan ook niet om een aanslag tegen het koningshuis….. Vlak na deze zogenaamde aanslag werd er een video op het internet geplaatst die duidelijk liet zien, dat Tates en de koninklijke bus verschillende kanten opreden, de bus reed rechtdoor, licht draaiend in rechtse richting en niet in de richting van monument de Naald, terwijl Tates zijn auto in linkse richting stuurde, recht op de Naald afrijdend……

Vreemd overigens dat er geen foto’s beschikbaar zijn van een bovenaanzicht van het gebeurde, waarop je e.e.a duidelijk zou moeten kunnen zien, voorts is op de internetfoto’s meestal alleen de auto van Tates te zien……. (met een enkele uitzondering zoals de foto hierboven)

Terug naar de video: deze werd later van het internet gehaald, immers men vond het wel kies om de leugen in leven te houden dat er een aanslag op het koningshuis werd gepleegd, zo kon men de populariteit van het sjoemelende, belasting ontduikende en met vastgoed speculerende koningshuis nog enigszins vergroten (onder het koningshuis versta ik het hele koninklijke muizennest, dus niet alleen W.A., Maxima en Beatrix)…..

Vond zojuist toch nog een video waarop e.e.a. is te zien, echter de andere video gaf een veel beter beeld van de situatie (zo zag je op die video ook dat de leden van het koningshuis zich deels moesten omdraaien om het e.e.a. te zien, zie daarvoor nogmaals de foto hierboven):

Terecht dat de nabestaanden deze vreselijke gebeurtenis herdenken, een gebeurtenis waarbij een zwaar gefrustreerde en verwarde man hun familieleden in feite ombracht (moord kan je het niet noemen, daar we niet weten of Tates die bedoeling had….)… Wat vreselijk dat ook de zogenaamd onafhankelijke NOS nu weer met de belachelijke claim komt dat het om een aanslag op de ‘koninklijke bus’ ging….. Anders gezegd: het leed van deze mensen wordt misbruikt als propagandamiddel voor het koningshuis…… Walgelijk!!

PS: als Tates werkelijk van plan was het koningshuis aan te vallen, had hij wel gezorgd voor bijvoorbeeld een butagasfles in zijn auto, zodat deze had kunnen ontploffen bij de botsing met de bus……

De absolute topman van het regeringsgetrouwe en neoliberalisme dienende ‘onafhankelijke zendgemachtigde’ BBC, Tony Hall heeft ervoor gewaarschuwd dat de BBC haar reputatie verliest (en daarmee haar geloofwaardigheid, Ap)……
De BBC is haar reputatie en geloofwaardigheid vooral verloren na de aanvallen op de Twin Towers in 2001, een terreuraanslag die uitgevoerd werd als false flag operatie, maar dat terzijde…*
Zoals het overgrote deel van de reguliere media ging men mee in de mythe van ‘rechtvaardige vergelding’ door de VS, het aantal slachtoffers dat viel bij de ‘aanslagen’ op de Twin Towers staat dan ook al lang niet meer in verhouding tot het aantal moorden dat de VS met hulp van NAVO lidstaten maakte na die aanslagen: intussen meer dan 2,5 miljoen………. Over ‘rechtvaardige vergelding’ gesproken…..
Directeur Hall komt geheel toevallig met zijn pleidooi nadat duidelijk is geworden dat van het hele Russiagate verhaal geen bliksem waar is, terwijl zijn BBC dit als een gegeven dag in dag uit noemde, dit met alle negatieve klanken die daarbij horen…….
Echter nee, geen rectificatie van Hall, zoals al zijn collega’s onder de commerciële en publieke zendgemachtigden en de rest van de reguliere westerse media er het zwijgen toe doen na alle bergen leugens en fake news die men bracht….. Hooguit sputtert men nog wat na met gelul dat het rapport niet openbaar is, even vergetend dat Mueller het van de daken had geschreeuwd als Trump foute connecties met de Russen had onderhouden tijdens de verkiezingen…..
Hall doet net of hij een natuurverschijnsel in betere banen moet leiden, zoals een rivier intomen die keer op keer veel te grote gebieden onder water zet, terwijl het beleid werd, wordt en zal worden gevoerd vanuit de top van de BBC, waar hij de zoals gezegd absolute topfunctie vervuld, tegen een godsvermogen aan inkomen en nogmaals: ten laste van de Britse belastingbetaler…….

De BBC die haar geloofwaardigheid en reputatie kwijtraakt? ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Die zaken is de BBC al dik meer dan 17 jaar kwijt (en zelfs daarvoor was de BBC behoorlijk regeringsgezind, niet zo gek als je ziet dat de BBC afhankelijk was en is van overheidssubsidie…..)

De BBC is verworden tot een propagandaorgaan tegen Rusland, China, Iran, Cuba, Venezuela en lobbyt voor de regering May, het militair-industrieel complex, de NAVO het uiterst agressieve en bloedige VS buitenlandbeleid en ga nog maar even door……. De middelen die de BBC daarvoor gebruikt zijn: nepnieuws (fake news), desinformatie, ronduit leugens, haatzaaien (zoals tegen Corbyn), angstzaaien (voor Rusland, China en socialisten), of zelfs door zaken in het geheel niet te noemen…….

BBC director general Tony Hall has warned that the publicly funded broadcaster is losing its reputation. Hall, who occupies the most powerful position at the BBC, said that people’s perceptions of BBC impartiality “have weakened in recent years”. He then added that the broadcaster’s leadership needs “to see what we can do to strengthen them”.
“We must stand up for it”
In the BBC‘s annual plan, Hall continued on impartiality:

We must stand up for it and defend our role like never before. It is essential if we are to continue to be the place people know they can trust to get to grips with what is truly happening in the world, and to hear the broadest range of views

The director general echoes political editor Laura Kuenssberg, who in December 2016 said:

I would die in a ditch for the impartiality of the BBC.

Supporting Hall’s claims of a weakened perception of BBC impartiality, Kuenssberg has long faced allegations of bias. In May 2016, a petition to remove her for alleged pro-Conservative reporting gained 35,000 signatures in a handful of days. She also stood accused of biased coverage of the 2016 UK local elections.
There are many other examples of the discontent Hall speaks of. For instance, in August 2018, thousands of people joined an online campaign to switch off the BBC for its alleged smearing of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn.
Earlier in March, Hall also claimed:

The phrase, ‘mainstream media’, is now a term of abuse – used by people of all political persuasions. Traditional journalism is painted as part of the problem rather than the solution. This really worries me.

* ‘Terzijde’: zie wie er voordeel hadden bij de oorlog tegen terreur die n.a.v. 9/11 werd opgetuigd en in alle hevigheid werd gevoerd door de VS, later met medewerking van NAVO hielenlikkers, die in feite geen keus hadden daar de NAVO immer onder opperbevel staat van de VS, waarbij de VS de truc uithaalde om te wijzen op artikel 5 van het NAVO bondgenootschap: een aanval op één van de partners is een aanval op de gehele NAVO…… Terwijl de VS met haar agressieve buitenlandbeleid al hele hordes ‘terroristen’ hebben gekweekt….. Het meest voordeel haalde het militair-industrieel complex met de ‘aanslagen’ van 9/11, hetzelfde complex dat na de val van de Sovjet-Unie (en daarmee het einde van de Koude Oorlog) te lijden had onder ‘teruglopende winsten’, maar jammer genoeg nooit verliezen…. Voorts hadden en hebben andere bedrijven als oliemaatschappijen belang bij spanningen op de wereld, dat drijft de prijs op……. Wellicht nog belangrijker: de geheime diensten zijn een meer prominente rol gaan spelen en krijgen sinds 2001 aanzienlijk hogere budgetten, daarmee hebben deze diensten vanaf dat jaar ook hun macht fiks uitgebreid, ten koste van onze privacy en zeggenschap….. Het slachtoffertal van de daarop volgende oorlog tegen terreur is qua omvang niet te vergelijken met de naar zeggen 3.000 slachtoffers in de Twin Towers, gebouwen die met explosieven omlaag werden gehaald, niet door de invliegende vliegtuigen, daar bestaat al lang geen twijfel meer over bij echte deskundigen…..

Russiagate kritiek: Tulsi Gabbard (VS democratisch presidentskandidaat) gedemoniseerd door Democratische Partij en de massamedia

Naar aanleiding van een Twitterbericht dat Tulsi Gabbard de wereld instuurde en waarin zij stelt dat kortzichtige politici en hun hulp in de massamedia, de laatste 2 jaar bezig zijn geweest Trump neer te zetten als een marionet van Putin, schreef Caitlin Johnstone het hieronder opgenomen artikel…..

Van Russiagate is intussen geen spaan meer heel, zoveel is wel duidelijk uit de rapportage van Mueller (die nog steeds niet helemaal openbaar is gemaakt), waar de hysterie over ‘Russische manipulaties’ ervoor hebben gezorgd dat de nieuwe koude oorlog verder is opgetuigd, met de daarmee gepaard gaande peperdure wapenrace en inperking van de privacy, plus censuur op het internet…… Let wel die censuur en inperking van de privacy werden en worden doorgevoerd in zogenaamde westerse democratieën, terwijl dat soort maatregelen ‘thuishoren’ in een dictatuur…..

Gabbard voegde aan haar Twitterbericht toe dat Trump er alles aan heeft gedaan niet langer te worden gezien als marionet van Putin, juist door een veel harder beleid tegen Rusland te voeren, waarbij hij zelfs de kans op een kernoorlog niet uit de weg is gegaan en zo’n oorlog nog steeds niet uitsluit……
In het Twitterbericht van Gabbard is ‘geen woord Spaans’ opgenomen, bovendien een waarheid als een koe! Echter de reacties op dit bericht waren niet misselijk. Gabbard wordt figuurlijk afgemaakt door die massamedia, politici en opiniemakers van diverse rechtse denktanks……. (de laatste zijn in de VS altijd rechts, ‘maar goed..’)
Zoals gezegd: Caitlin Johnstone publiceerde op haar site het hieronder opgenomen artikel en als conclusie stelt ze dat de welgestelden niet voor niets zoveel geld steken in het beheren van de media, immers als je de media beheerst, beheers je en regisseer je het denkbeeld dat bij het volk leeft……

Plutocraten beheersen de westerse: -media, -politici en -denktanks, zij hebben belang bij de huidige inhumane neoliberale status quo, ja zelfs bij de nieuwe koude oorlog en alle andere illegale oorlogen die de VS voert, immers dit geteisem heeft veel aandelen in de wapenindustrie, waaronder ik ook de fabrikanten reken die rollend, varend en vliegend oorlogstuig produceren, een industrie die zoals je begrijpt baat heeft bij zoveel mogelijk oorlog en spanningen in de wereld……
Gezien het voorgaande kan je dan ook stellen dat elke claim vals is die de VS maakt als het weer een illegale oorlog voert, of als het een opstand dan wel coup organiseert en regisseert, de claim dat dit is om democratie te brengen en een bloedige dictator af te zetten…… In werkelijkheid heeft VS schijt aan democratie en bloedige dictators, zolang het bewuste land maar de hielen van de VS likt, VS bedrijven toelaat en in de VS grote ‘defensie orders’ plaatst…. Sterker nog: de VS steunt een aantal dictators, niet in de laatste plaats de reli-fascistische dictaturen van het Midden-Oosten…. (Saoedi-Arabië, de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten >> VAE, Egypte en buiten het Midden-Oosten: Marokko)

 Intussen is bekend dat Mueller de hele Russiagate leugen heeft afgeschoten, daar er geen bewijs voor is te vinden….. Met Russiagate werd zoals gezegd niet alleen de vrijheid van meningsuiting zwaar geweld aangedaan middels censuur op het internet, maar werd ook de Koude Oorlog 2.0 opgetuigd…..

Aan het voorgaande hebben de reguliere media grote steun verleend, met een enorme berg aan fake news (nepnieuws), waarvoor deze media niet worden gestraft middels de al eerder genoemde censuur, hoewel de bewijzen daarvoor letterlijk voor het oprapen liggen…… Waar sociale media die aantoonbaar echt nieuws brengen, worden afgemaakt in die reguliere westerse media en door de westerse politiek en ze worden geblokkeerd op Facebook en Twitter……..

Responses To This Tweet Show How People Fixate On Narrative Over Fact

Last month I published an essay about the importance of understanding the difference between fact and narrative, and I just want to quickly highlight a perfect illustration of this importance in a controversy arising from a recent Tulsi Gabbard tweet. The tweet reads as follows:

“Short-sighted politicians & media pundits who’ve spent last 2 years accusing Trump as a Putin puppet have brought us the expensive new Cold War & arms race. How? Because Trump now does everything he can to prove he’s not Putin’s puppet—even if it brings us closer to nuclear war.”

Now, all the facts say that Gabbard’s claim that Trump has been bringing the world closer to nuclear war with Russia is indisputably true. It is perhaps possible to dispute the notion that Trump has escalated tensions with Russia to try and “prove he’s not Putin’s puppet”; maybe an argument could be made that he’s simply reckless and violent or that he’s particularly beholden to cold war profiteers, or that despite all his rhetoric he just really, really hates Russia for some reason. But it is absolutely not disputable that Trump has greatly escalated tensions with a nuclear superpower by implementing a Nuclear Posture

Review with a much more aggressive stance against Russia, withdrawing from the INF treaty, bombing and illegally occupying Syria, arming Ukraine, staging a coup in Venezuela, and many, many other hawkish actions taken against the interests of the Russian Federation which his predecessor Obama never dared to take.
These facts are all well documented in the mainstream press and are entirely beyond dispute. The facts say that Donald Trump has escalated nuclear tensions with Russia more than any other president since the fall of the Berlin Wall. But if you go to Gabbard’s tweet and read the responses right now, you’ll find thousands and thousands of
Democratic establishment loyalists calling her a liar for saying so.
“Gabbard staking out a bold ‘Trump is *too* tough on Putin’ lane in the Democratic primary,” tweeted former NSA attorney Susan Hennessey of CNN and the Brookings Institution. “As predictable as it is absurd.”
“Tulsi Gabbard’s is the only Twitter account other than Trump’s that I routinely have to check to make sure it’s actually hers, because the tweet is so absurdly ridiculous,” tweeted #Resistance pundit John Aravosis. “Now she’s defending Trump on Russia. Why is she a Democrat? And she’s actually using Kremlin talking points (nuclear war!). Unbelievable.”
“Tulsi, you aren’t the first American politician to cozy up to foreign dictators and to serve as a Putin mouthpiece,” tweeted former CIA officer Evan McMullin. “While you, Putin and Trump fear monger about nuclear war, we’ll protect our democracy and hold corrupted politicians accountable.”

 There are many, many more, but you get the picture. The deluge of responses to Gabbard’s undeniably true statement about Trump’s dangerous escalations against a nuclear superpower are largely predicated on two assumptions: (1) that Trump has not in fact made the escalations that he has made, and (2) that the danger of nuclear war is not a real or significant thing. These are both, obviously, bat shit insane.

The primary risk of nuclear war is not that one will be planned out and deliberately started in an attempt to win, but that a warhead will be deployed amid the chaos of escalating tensions as a result of miscommunication, misunderstanding or technical failure, as nearly happened on more than one occasion during the last cold war. Once one nuclear weapon has been deployed in an already tense situation, it’s unlikely that the full arsenals of both sides won’t be unleashed upon each other. As journalist Glenn Greenwald pointed out in response to the uproar over Gabbard’s tweet, “The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists’ doomsday clock is at 2 minutes before midnight. By far its two greatest threats to *humanity’s existence* are climate change & US/Russia nuclear war. Yes, how crazy and treasonous to want to avoid ratcheting up tensions.”
The US and Russia are by an immensely wide margin the two biggest nuclear powers on the planet, which makes for a lot of small, unpredictable moving parts with mounting tensions steadily increasing the probability of something going catastrophically wrong.

Dismissing a congresswoman’s attempt to point at this potentially world-ending risk as a “Kremlin talking point” is about the stupidest, craziest thing that a human brain could possibly come up with.
And yet here we are.

Twenty-nine years after the end of the Cold War, the world’s combined stockpiles of nuclear weapons remain at unacceptably high levels.

 So what’s up with that? Why is an indisputably true claim about an indisputably real danger being treated as a lie by Democratic Party loyalists, even though it attacks the same president they themselves claim to oppose?
The answer is because it doesn’t fit the narrative. A consensus has been built over the last two years that Trump is a Kremlin puppet, so the indisputable fact that his administration is endangering the life of every organism on this planet by escalating tensions with Russia looks like a lie against that backdrop. The facts say one thing, the narrative says another, and they go with the narrative. For most people, narrative takes precedence over fact.
And what’s interesting is that these same facts could have remained exactly as they are and allowed the exact opposite narrative to be constructed. If her plutocratic owners had wished it, Rachel Maddow would have spent every night over the last two years warning everyone that Donald Trump is taking dangerous actions against Russia that threaten to wipe all life off the face of the earth, and it would have worked. If Trump had continued making these escalations in our hypothetical alternate timeline while the mass media was constantly selling the “Trump’s going to get us all killed in a nuclear war with Russia” narrative, all the same blue-checkmarked Twitter pundits you see yelling at Tulsi Gabbard today would be yelling about the dangers of nuclear war in our alternate timeline.
Narrative really is that powerful. You see it in the behavior of social media users, you see it in the behavior of governments, you see it in religions, and you see it in abusive relationships which continue because of the narrative “He’s a good guy underneath it all and he really loves me” even though the facts say “He beats you and cheats on you all the time.” If you can control the stories that people tell themselves about a given situation, then you control those people on all matters pertaining to that situation. Regardless of facts.
Which is why the plutocratic class funnels so much money into buying up media influence, funding think tanks, and other means of narrative control: if you can control the narrative, no amount of facts will deter the mainstream public from going along with your agendas. This is why the behaviors of governments so consistently move in alignment with the interests of this same media-buying, think tank-funding, politician-owning plutocratic class. Whoever controls the narrative controls the world.

Anti-Corbyn boek valt door de mand als valse aanklacht >> schrijver duikt onder…….

In het hieronder door Tracy Keeling geschreven artikel, eerder verschenen op The Canary, vertelt ze over Tom Bower, een bekende anti-Corbyn fantast, die een boek schreef over Corbyn, genaamd ‘Corbyn’s Ruthless Plot For Power’. Colomnist Peter Oborne van The Daily Mail schreef een artikel op Middle East Eye over dit boek, waarin hij o.a. stelt dat het boek diverse onwaarheden bevat, verder dat Bower systematisch belangrijke feiten weglaat en op catastrofale manier de standaard mist voor politieke berichtgeving……..

Oborne stelt voorts dat hij Bowen meermaals heeft gevraagd te reageren op zijn kritiek, alvorens tot publicatie over te gaan, maar dat hij geen antwoord kreeg van Bowen……
Mensen je gelooft je ogen niet als je leest hoe belachelijk Bowen zijn beweringen doet, zoals die over een extreme speech, die in de 80er jaren werd geschreven, maar sindsdien door elke Labour leider werd genegeerd, behalve door Corbyn….. Oborne nam contact op met de schrijver van de speech, Richard Heller en deze bevestigde dat geen Labour-leider contact met hem had opgenomen over deze speech, inclusief Jeremy Corbyn……..
Echt smerig zijn uiteraard de aantijgingen dat Corbyn een antisemiet is, waar een paar Britse mediaorganen hem zelfs al uitmaken voor fascist……*
De reguliere westerse media en het grootste deel van de westerse politiek zijn als de dood dat Corbyn de volgende verkiezingen wint en dan een radicaal ander (socialistisch) politiek beleid zal voeren, een beleid voor de burgers en niet voor oorlogsvoering en het welzijn van de rijke bevolking en de grote bedrijven en banken…. Alleen daarom beschuldigt men Corbyn van antisemitisme!

Bovendien zijn dit soort beschuldigingen door politici en de zogenaamde onafhankelijke massamedia, een trap na voor de slachtoffers van de holocaust*, daar men hun dood misbruikt voor het belasteren van mensen, die niets hebben met antisemitisme, maar wel met de vervolging van het Palestijnse volk door de nu officieel fascistische apartheidsstaat Israël….. Nogmaals: verzet tegen de uiterst bloedige onderdrukking van Palestijnen heeft niets, maar dan ook helemaal niets met antisemitisme te maken!!

An anti-Corbyn author appears to have gone into hiding after a journalist exposed his book as an utter sham.
Writing in Middle East Eye on 9 March, Peter Oborne dismantled Tom Bower’s Dangerous Hero: Corbyn’s Ruthless Plot For Power. The Daily Mail columnist says the book “contains numerous falsehoods”, “systematically omits relevant facts” and “catastrophically” fails to meet the standards for political reporting.
Oborne also says that, prior to publishing, he made numerous attempts to contact Bower “in order to give him the chance to defend himself”. But his efforts via email, text and phone were to no avail.
Here are a few examples of Oborne’s research into the book’s claims about Jeremy Corbyn. They may help explain why Bower isn’t eagerly stepping up to face the music.
The “extreme” speech
In his book, Bower asserts that Corbyn adopted a speech written by freelance speechwriter Richard Heller for the 2015 party conference. Bower said Heller wrote the speech in the 1980s and that it:

had been repeatedly offered to every Labour leader since Michael Foot, and always rejected as too extreme

Oborne contacted Heller about this claim. He confirmed that he did offer the speech to previous Labour leaders. But, contrary to Bower’s assertion about its rejection, Heller toldOborne:

None of the previous leaders replied to me at all.

So, no Labour leader appears to have branded the speech “extreme”. It’s Bower that does so – and conveniently gives his readers the idea that Corbyn leans towards the “extreme” in the process.
“The enemy of the [Jewish] working class”
Trying to suggest that Corbyn is antisemitic, Bower also writes:

For Corbyn, Jews were automatically assumed to be rich capitalist financiers and bankers backed by Wall Street, and were all undoubted swindlers. They were not victims of racism, but the enemy of the working class.

As Oborne argues, Bower ignores the fact that Corbyn has “a long record of opposing anti-semitism” in his book. But he even disproves his own propaganda on this supposed prejudice. Bower asserts that Corbyn:

conjured a tale of a brave personal fight against exploitative Jewish employers of sweatshop labour. Parochialism and fantasy fed the original source of his anti-Semitism – namely, as he saw it, the malign collective power of Jews. Corbyn was immersed in an unfamiliar world. The union was dealing with struggling, overworked, self-employed Jews

So, he highlights the Labour leader’s time as a trade union official ‘railing’ against largely Jewish employers in the garment industry as an example of antisemitism. But, as Oborne notes, in the next sentence Bower admits that Corbyn was fighting for Jewish workers.
Bower’s own bias
Meanwhile, Bower’s book reveals a lot about his own prejudices and his capacity for hypocrisy. As Oborne explains:

Bower’s concern with anti-semitism is clear. However, he talks of other minority groups with a language which he would be unlikely to tolerate if used about Jews.

One such passage, about Corbyn’s constituents in the 1990s, reads:

By 1998, new arrivals from Somalia, Pakistan and Bangladesh had packed into Islington North. Queues of migrants and asylum seekers at the Red Rose sought Corbyn’s help to obtain homes, welfare benefits, character references for bail, help to reduce their sentences after criminal convictions, and intercession to avoid deportation.

Bower is suggesting that these “new arrivals” to Islington are scroungers and criminals. But, as immigration lawyer Colin Yeo told Oborne:

The casual conflation of immigration with crime is extremely unfortunate. I seriously doubt there was much call for his assistance with bail, benefits, character references or criminal appeals, more like help with family members and refugee claims.

Clearly, Bower’s offensive description of these immigrants speaks much more about him than it does about them.
“Ugly hatchet job”
Through these examples, and many more, Oborne proves that Bower’s book is nothing more than an “ugly hatchet job”. But it’s one which has received rave reviews from the mainstream press. For Oborne, this begs a question:

Are British journalists allowing hostility to Corbyn to get in the way of telling the truth?

The incessant smears against Corbyn – including in Oborne’s Daily Mail – since he put himself up for Labour leader in 2015 provide the answer to that. This “ugly hatchet job” of a book is just the nail in the British media’s reputational coffin. Yes, if UK journalists still feel under any obligation to tell the truth (it’s clearly not a high priority), that completely goes out of the window with Corbyn.

Koen Bender (Mercurius Vermogensbeheer) zwets uit de nek over Chinees 5G netwerk en zonnepanelen….

Vanmiddag rond 12.55 u. was Koen Bender van Mercurius Vermogensbeheer te horen op BNR. De zwetskont sprak op het moment dat ik afstemde over het G5 netwerk.

 Volgens Bender, die alles gelooft wat hij in de reguliere media hoort en leest (en dat voor een vermogensbeheerder… ha! ha! ha!), durfde te stellen dat China via het G5 netwerk kan spioneren en dat netwerk zelfs op afstand kan uitschakelen……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Meerdere deskundigen hebben allang gezegd dat spionage niet mogelijk is via dat netwerk, bovendien kan China daar niet op afstand de elektriciteit vanaf halen…….

 Beste bezoeker dat was het nog niet, Bender had nog een ‘belangrijke waarschuwing’: China kan op afstand de zonnepanelen in ons land onklaar maken…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

 Jezus op een houtvlot, wat een fantast die Bender!

 Als je jouw geld hebt ondergebracht bij Mercurius Vermogensbeheer, kan je het beter elders stallen, fantasten die zich verlaten op de reguliere media zijn over het algemeen niet de beste ondernemers! (om het nog zachtjes uit te drukken)

 Ongelofelijk hoe men zich na de vuilspuierij aan het adres van China, door Trump en de rest van zijn psychopathische administratie, achter de belachelijke claims van die administratie schaart, zonder ook maar één keer een deskundige te raadplegen met de vraag of China inderdaad kan wat er in het Witte Huis wordt gesteld…… Nee, men papegaait elkaar gewoon na en durft daarmee gewoon ‘fake news’ (nepnieuws) uit te storten over de bevolking……..

 Het viel me nog mee dat Bender stelde dat met een boycot van dergelijke Chinese producten, innovatie wordt tegengegaan…….

 Zoals al eerder op deze plek gesteld: China zou wel ongelofelijk dom zijn om spionage te plegen via onzichtbare ingebouwde zaken, zoals wordt gesteld over de smartphones van Huawei, immers iets dergelijks zal altijd uitkomen en zo’n fabriek de definitieve das omdoen…….

 Nog even dit over Mercurius Vermogensbeheer, volgens mij is ook het Mercurius pensioenfonds (Stichting Pensioenfonds Mercurius Amsterdam) van dezelfde eigenaar en dat fonds kwam al eens in opspraak, zie: ‘Mercurius pensioenfonds wordt voor rechter gedaagd, vanwege onverantwoorde beleggingen!!‘ (een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor twee, om maar eens een cliché aan te halen…..)
