VS trekt troepen terug uit Syrië zodat Turkije een massale aanval kan lanceren op de Koerden……

Het
beest Trump heeft in een Twitterbericht aangekondigd dat IS (ISIS) in Syrië
is verslagen (ha! ha!) en wil daarom de aanwezige troepen (officieel meer dan 2.000 militairen) onmiddellijk terugroepen uit Syrië, dit i.t.t.
eerdere beloften dat de VS voorlopig op Syrische bodem zou
blijven…..

Het
is dan ook meer dan duidelijk waarom Trump plotseling met deze
mededeling komt: Turkije is al een paar weken bezig een enorme inval
op Syrisch-Koerdisch gebied voor te bereiden, daarmee zouden de VS
troepen in de vuurlinie komen van NAVO-bondgenoot Turkije……

Kortom
weer laat de VS de Koerden barsten, zoals de VS dit ook heeft gedaan
na de Golfoorlog van 1990 – 1991.

Al
moet ik zeggen dat het een hele geruststelling is dat de VS zich
terugtrekt uit Syrië (althans als dat echt gebeurt), immers de VS
zaait overal waar het komt dood en verderf en heeft met haar acties
in Syrië een groot deel van het land in puin gelegd, dit gebeurde door: het organiseren van de opstand die tot het afzetten van
Assad had moeten leiden en het directe gevolg daarvan, de oorlog in
Syrië…… (waarmee de VS ook hoofdverantwoordelijke is voor die oorlog….)

Deze
oorlog, begonnen door ‘gematigde rebellen’ (lees: psychopathische
moordenaars, verkrachters en martelbeulen) die voor een groot deel
door de VS en Saoedi-Arabië richting Syrië werden vervoerd,
inclusief wapens en zelfs training……. Veel van deze terroristen
kwamen uit Libië, waar ze de VS (onder bewind van Obama en zijn minister van BuZa, Hillary Clinton) en haar oorlogshond de NAVO
assisteerden bij het volledig naar de kloten helpen van dit eens
rijkste en welvarendste land van Afrika…… 

Libië een land waar voor het volk
het leven bijna gratis was: gratis scholing (en latere studie die
zelfs in het buitenland werd betaald, inclusief huisvesting,
collegegeld en leefgeld, voor jongens en meisjes), gratis
gezondheidszorg, zo goed als gratis energie en idem huisvesting. Libië, nu in puin gebombardeerd en gedompeld in chaos, waar zelfs openbare slavenmarkten worden gehouden, met ‘dank’ aan de VS en haar NAVO-partners……

Onder
deze terreurgroepen die voor een deel werden samengesteld door de VS
bevonden zich ook leden van IS, ook deze terreurgroep die volgens
Trump nu verslagen is, kreeg meermaals wapens en ander militair
oorlogstuig van de VS…….

Terug
dus bij het begin, het verslaan van IS zoals Trump dat aankondigde:
IS is in het geheel niet verslagen en is zelfs onder VS bescherming
aanwezig in door VS illegaal gecontroleerd Syrisch gebied…….

De
Koerden kunnen hun borst natmaken, het is te hopen dat Assad en de
Russen hen te hulp zullen schieten, echter de kans daarop is erg
klein, gezien de banden tussen Rusland en de reli-fascistsche Erdogan
dictatuur in Turkije……

Als
e.e.a. wel doorgaat is dit alvast een verlichting voor Iran, daar de
VS niet alleen vanwege Assad in Syrië oorlog voerde, maar ook om een
springplank te hebben naar Iran, een land dat al jaren op de VS verlanglijst voor een illegale oorlog staat.

have defeated ISIS in Syria” and
in reference to reports of a planned US troop withdrawal from Syria
which unnamed officials say is to be initiated “immediately,” he
added that the terror group’s defeat was “my only reason for
being there.”

after the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) first broke the story, The
Washington Post confirmed
the following through a defense
official:

The
official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a
decision that has not yet been announced, said the
decision would include the entire force of more than 2,000 U.S.
service members.
It was made on Tuesday, the official said.

President
Trump has long promised to conclude the campaign against the Islamic
State and has questioned the value of costly and dangerous military
missions overseas.

The
WSJ just reported a monumental and historic reversal in White House
policy on Syria, revealing Wednesday morning the Pentagon
is preparing to withdraw
all forces from northeastern Syria “immediately”:

In
an abrupt reversal, the
U.S. military is preparing to withdraw its forces from northeastern
Syria, people familiar with the matter said Wednesday,
a move that throws the American strategy in the Middle East into
turmoil.

U.S.
officials began informing partners in northeastern Syria of their
plans to
begin immediately pulling American forces out of the region where
they have been trying to wrap up the campaign against Islamic State,
the people said.

The
WSJ notes the complete
180 reversal in policy,
which just days ago was reiterated
by officials as an
“indefinite” American presence in Syria in order to “counter
Iran” while bolstering Kurdish and Arab SDF forces in the East (the
YPG-dominated Syrian Democratic Forces), comes following
a phone call last week between President Trump and Turkish
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

For
the past week Erdogan has threatened to launch a full-scale cross
border assault on US-backed Kurdish forces in Syria, which Turkey has
long considered an terrorist extension of the outlawed PKK. This
would potentially
bring American troops and advisers under fire,
who’ve found themselves in the awkward position since entering
Syria of training Syrian Kurdish militias on the one hand, and
coordinating broadly with a NATO ally on the other.

Perhaps
Trump finally took full stock of the fact that the prior planned
“indefinite” presence of some 4000 American troops was recipe for
a quagmire sure to be Washington’s next Afghan or Iraq
style “endless war”?

As
one recent intelligence
study put it: “The
prospect of US being militarily involved in Syria, caught in middle
of one of most complex conflicts in recent memory, with shifting
objectives & ambiguous endgame, has been met with congressional
indifference and public apathy.” 

Will
America finally exit Syria? Is Trump belatedly making good on some of
his campaign promises?

Je
ziet pas goed waar aandeelhouders voor staan als het gaat om het
ontslaan van arbeiders, de aandelenkoers van een bepaald bedrijf waar
men flink snijdt in het aantal banen, gaan als een speer de lucht
in…….

De
CEO van General Motors (GM), Mary Barra, heeft 15.000 banen geschrapt,
waarbij uiteraard een groot aantal arbeiders op straat komt te staan
en er 5 fabrieken in Noord-Amerika worden gesloten, terwijl de fabrieken in Mexico en China ongemoeid blijven…..

Alsof
Barra prestaties van niveau heeft neergezet, werd ze in 2017 beloond
met het meer dan achterlijk hoge inkomen van 22 miljoen dollar……
Reken maar gerust dat Barra, ondanks haar belachelijk hoge salaris,
zal worden beloond voor het schrappen van banen en fabrieken….

Dat
de koers van GM na dit nieuws niet fiks de hoogte inging, heeft van
alles te maken met de ‘niet zo florissante positie’ van GM.

Motors CEO Mary Barra might be the most unpopular CEO in the United
States right now after GM announced it is slashing
up to 15,000 jobs and
closing up to five plants in North America.

Barra
has been shredded from all sides for the decision, including from
President Donald Trump.

disappointed with General Motors and their CEO, Mary Barra, for
closing plants in Ohio, Michigan and Maryland. Nothing being closed
in Mexico & China. The U.S. saved General Motors, and this is the
THANKS we get! We are now looking at cutting all @GMsubsidies,
including… for electric cars. General Motors made a big China bet
years ago when they built plants there (and in Mexico) – don’t
think that bet is going to pay off. I am here to protect America’s
Workers!”

On
Tuesday, West Virginia Democrat Richard Ojeda, who is considering a
presidential run in 2020, blasted Barra on Twitter for her $22
million salary, a number that was confirmed
by Politifact.
Barra’s salary is in fact 295 times higher than the average GM
salaried worker’s $74,000.

“At
General Motors, CEO Mary Barra ‘took home almost 22 MILLION DOLLARS
last year alone (295x your company’s average employee).” he
tweeted.

He
then slammed Barra and GM in another tweet, lambasting the company
and its CEO for their corporate greed for cutting jobs and closing
plants after receiving a bailout and tax breaks that kept the company
afloat during the Great Recession.

While
mourners gathered at the Washington National Cathedral to pay their
respects to President George H.W. Bush on Wednesday, Barra met with
members of Congress whose constituencies will be most impacted by the
layoffs and plant closings.

GM
surpassed Ford in 1927 to become the world’s largest automaker and
the company soared for decades. Things began to slow in the 1980s and
1990s before falling apart during the great recession that began in
2008.

GM
abandoned four of its North American brands in exchange for a federal
bailout, and in that bailout is where much of the bad blood toward
Barra and GM now resides.

Per Ozy:

Now,
after a resurgent decade, GM again finds itself in a precarious
position, and so does Barra. GM “has to be the most thoroughly
disliked company in Washington right now,” Rep. Debbie Dingell, a
Michigan Democrat, told CNN. In the past week, Barra has been
publicly scolded by President Donald Trump and now privately
confronted by congressional delegations from each of the three states
where the plants targeted for closure are located — Michigan, Ohio
and Maryland. GM’s shake-up is the result of a variety of factors,
including the massive market shift from sedans to sport utility
vehicles, not to mention the tariffs on imported steel imposed by the
Trump administration earlier this year, which GM claims have cost it
around $1 billion.

The
56-year-old Barra, who Forbes recently ranked as the fifth
most powerful woman in the world, has faced such fire before. Just
days into her new job as GM’s CEO in January 2014, a crisis
involving an ignition switch malfunction in older vehicles resulting
in 124 deaths threatened to upend the company’s post-bailout
success, and Barra was called to publicly testify before Congress on
the matter. But the stark remarks that Barra, a GM lifer who earned a
Stanford MBA on a GM fellowship and spent 33 years with the company
before becoming its CEO, made at an internal town hall meeting at the
time were perhaps more significant. “I never want to put this
behind us,” she told her company. “I want to put this painful
experience permanently in our collective memories.”

The
Michigan native’s subsequent bold actions matched her words as she
used the crisis as an opportunity to fire underperforming executives,
redirect the company’s culture and streamline a bloated
organization the way she had once reduced a 10-page dress code policy
as the company’s head of HR to two words: “Dress appropriately.”

“Mary
is as strong as they come,” the legendary investor Warren Buffett
once observed of Barra. “She is as good as I’ve seen.”

Barra,
the first female CEO at a major automaker, has continued to act
decisively to run a smaller, more profitable company, even when that
has meant closing GM’s struggling European operation, abandoning
markets in places like South Africa and Russia, and selling its
Germany subsidiary Opel-Vauxhall. She has also steered the company in
some risky but promising directions, from the $1 billion purchase of
Cruise Automation in 2016 to help the company cement its position in
the autonomous driving market to the recent narrowing
of its manufacturing to SUVs and trucks. “The reality is that in
the sedan market, the Camrys and the Accords and the Civics of the
world have dominated that space forever,” says Kelley Blue Book
executive analyst Akshay Anand. “And that was not something that
was going to change overnight.”

Such
moves, however, can require some ruthlessness. The recent layoffs
blindsided many workers — right before the Thanksgiving holiday.
“These were very difficult decisions,” Barra said in a statement
released Wednesday after meeting with members of Congress, where she
claimed that many hourly employees at the impacted U.S. plants would
have the chance to work at other GM plants. Still, as GM employees
brace for the future after the company endures yet another
cataclysmic event, this particular “painful experience” may be
one that Barra and remaining GM employees want to put behind them and
not commit to their “collective memories.”

communication open. As long as you do as I command, your pee pee tape

Trump:
One thing I’m curious about though my lord, if you don’t mind my
asking. If you already had an army of hackers targeting Democratic
Party emails, why did you need my help? Couldn’t you just have
hacked the emails and published them on your own? Why did you need me
to interact with them at all?

Putin:
Moral support, mainly. We don’t need to get into specifics.

Trump:
Oh okay.

Begin introducing racism and division to the United States. America
has never experienced these things before, and it will shock and

That’s a really tall order! America has always been a harmonious

Yes, make them distrust your nation’s large media outlets and

That will be really hard because those institutions have always been
trusted for their unparalleled integrity. But your wish is my

Gisternacht
werd bekend gemaakt dat Canada op 1 december de topvrouw van o.a.
smartphone fabrikant Huawei, Meng Wanzhou (ook de dochter van de Huawei oprichter) heeft gearresteerd op
verzoek van de grootste terreurentiteit op aarde, de VS…….

Huawei
zou de sancties van de VS tegen Iran hebben overtreden……..

Wat is
dit voor kul, alsof de VS een verantwoordelijk wereldheerser is en
niet een psychopathische massamoordenaar?!! Als de VS het bedrijven
moeilijk maakt om zaken te doen in de VS, wanneer ze de door haar opgelegde
sancties overtreden, is dat al te zot voor woorden, maar dit slaat werkelijk alles!!  

De VS heeft volkomen onterecht het nucleaire verdrag met Iran, de P5+1 nucleaire deal, ofwel het Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) opgezegd. Ondanks dat de andere partijen in die deal het niet eens zijn met de Trump administratie, denkt de VS haar terreurwetgeving internationaal op te kunnen leggen……. In plaats van te demonstreren tegen de arrestatie van Huawei, deden de politici van andere landen die de deal sloten, er het zwijgen toe, om na korte tijd mee te gaan blèren in het valse VS koor dat Huawei niet alleen sancties overtrad, maar ook spioneert voor de Chinese overheid…… Men wilde in de rest van de westerse politiek geen commentaar geven op de arrestatie, daar dit behoorlijk vreemd zou zijn, gezien het eerder genoemde verdrag, vandaar ook dat men blij was met het lamme spionageverhaal waarmee men China kan bestoken……..

Zoals te verwachten was steunen ook de reguliere westerse (massa-) media de VS bij de arrestatie van Wanzhou, waar ze meteen even de nieuwste demonisering van China meenemen: het zojuist al aangehaalde spionageverhaal over o.a. de toestellen van Huawei, waarmee de Chinese overheid het westen zou kunnen bespioneren…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Zo de waard is vertrouwt deze de gasten! Immers als er nu één land is dat alles en iedereen bespioneert is het de VS wel, zelfs de smartphone van Merkel, die het met de VS bevriende Duitsland politiek leidt, was niet veilig voor deze vereniging van terreurstaten…… Kortom deze media brengen ‘onvervalste’ anti-Chinese propaganda……

Zie verder de ambassades van de VS over de wereld, de grootste spionage bolwerken, zelfs die in ons Den Haag! Voorts bespioneert de VS grote bedrijven in het buitenland, om zo voordelen ten behoeve van grote VS bedrijven te vinden…… Als de Chinezen belangrijke politici of leiders van grote bedrijven willen bespioneren, doen ze dat echt niet via de telefoons van Huawei, ze hacken dan simpelweg de telefoon of (andere) computer van die personen, of die nu van Huawei, Samsung, Apple* of welk merk dan ook zijn…….. Wat een kul! 

Het is duidelijk dat de VS met deze arrestatie, waarvan Trudeau en Trump keihard logen dat ze daarvan niet vooraf op de hoogte waren, grote Chinese bedrijven wil treffen en de truc schijnt gelukt te zijn als je de volkomen ten onrechte gezaaide haat en angst tegen/voor Chinese smartphone fabrikanten in alleen al de Nederlandse reguliere media ziet………

Hoe is het in godsnaam mogelijk dat de reguliere media zo keihard durven te liegen en onrust durven te zaaien, terwijl de valsheid van de claims er dik bovenop liggen, waarschijnlijk schat men het grootste deel van haar gebruikers in als niet nadenkende imbecielen, die men werkelijk alles kan voorkauwen en kan hersenspoelen met smerige sprookjes……. Ach ja, dom van mij, immers de reguliere westerse media zijn er vooral om de huidige inhumane neoliberale status quo te beschermen, bescherming van alles wat fout is, zoals het goedpraten van de illegale oorlogen die de VS her en der voert…… Alles in het belang van de eigenaren van die media, de westerse politiek,  het militair-industrieel complex, de oliemaffia, de financiële maffia en de aandeelhouders van grote bedrijven…….

Nogmaals
we moeten als de donder af van het internationaal betalingssysteem
SWIFT, dat in feite een door de VS gestuurd mechanisme is en waar de
dollar als enig internationaal betaalmiddel wordt gezien…..
Gelukkig zijn Rusland en China al bezig met een eigen internationaal
betalingssysteem.

Vergeleken
met de VS is Iran een vredelievende staat, iedereen die het
interesseert kan dit controleren, de VS is de werkelijke terreurstaat
en richt vooral in het Midden-Oosten de ene massamoord na de andere aan, waarbij het de wereldstabiliteit steeds verder aantast…….

Het is
dan ook de hoogste tijd voor sancties tegen de VS, een
psychopathische oorlogsvoerder, die alleen deze eeuw al meer dan 2,5
miljoen mensen heeft vermoord……. Kan de wereld meteen alle bases
van de VS buiten haar grondgebied sluiten en de militairen naar huis
sturen!! (Yankee go home!)

(MEE) — Canada
arrested China’s Huawei Technology’s chief financial officer for
allegedly violating US sanctions on Iran, the Wall Street Journal
reported on Wednesday.

Meng
Wanzhou faces possible extradition to the US, WSJ added. A Canadian
justice department spokesperson said she was arrested on 1 December.

A
Huawei spokesman said the arrest happened as Meng was transferring
flights.

“The
company has been provided very little information regarding the
charges and is not aware of any wrongdoing by Ms Meng,” he said.

“The
company believes the Canadian and US legal systems will ultimately
reach a just conclusion.”

Canada has arrested Huawei’s global chief financial officer in Vancouver

Wanzhou Meng is facing extradition to the United States on suspicion she violated U.S. trade sanctions against Iran.

Meng’s
bail hearing is set for Friday, according to a Globe and Mail report,
citing Canada’s Justice Department spokesman Ian McLeod.

Meng’s
arrest follows a strict set of US sanctions on Iranian oil and
banking that was implemented in November but allowed a number of
countries, including China, temporary waivers.

According
to a Wall Street Journal report in April, the US Department of
Justice had launched a criminal probe into Huawei for its alleged
trade with Iran, and both the Commerce Department and Treasury
Department had issued subpoenas for a potential violation of US
sanctions.

Huawei
is the world’s largest manufacturer of cellular-tower electronics
and the third-biggest smart phone producer.

Meng’s
arrest happened on the same day that US President Donald Trump and
Chinese leader Xi Jinping met to discuss a possible truce to their
ongoing trade war.

US
Senator Ben Sasse, a Republican, said the arrest was made to protect
American interests.

“Americans
are grateful that our Canadian partners have arrested the chief
financial officer of a giant Chinese telecom company for breaking US
sanctions against Iran,” he said.

This
isn’t the first time that the US has penalised Chinese
telecommunication companies for potential sanctions violations.

In
2017, Chinese telecommunications rival ZTE paid the US almost $900m
in fines for alleged business deals with Iran.

Bij zijn
bezoek aan Israël vorige week, opende de Tsjechische president Miloš Zeman, net buiten de oude stadsmuren van Jeruzalem, een cultureel centrum dat tevens fungeert als handelscentrum….. Bij de opening stelde Zeman dat hij
hoopte dat dit de voorloper is van een Tsjechische ambassade in
Jeruzalem, daarmee zou Tsjechië het eerste Europese land zijn dat een
ambassade in Jeruzalem heeft……..

Intussen
is Israël niet alleen bezig met de voorbereiding van een inval in
Libanon, of met de oorlog tegen de ongewapende Palestijnse
demonstranten in de Gazastrook, waar het dodental de 220 intussen is
gepasseerd (naast rond de 20.000 gewonden….), maar is het ook met
een zuiveringsoorlog bezig in Oost-Jeruzalem……

Zo heeft
het Israëlische hooggerechtshof* 700
Palestijnen opgedragen de dichtbevolkte buurt Silwan te verlaten,
ofwel hun huis te verlaten en elders hun ‘heil’ te zoeken……. Deze
buurt in het Oosten van Jeruzalem, ligt op een heuvel naast die waar
de Al-Aqsamoskee staat.

CounterPunch en verbaas je net als ik over het feit dat Israël
ongestraft massamoorden en etnische zuiveringen kan uitvoeren,
zonder dat de wereld ingrijpt…….. Daarover gesproken: logisch
dat veel moslimjongeren zich het grote onrecht (gepaard gaand met de ene na de andere massamoord) dat de Palestijnen wordt aangedaan wel aantrekken (zich over

dat men ingrijpt met blauwhelmen…..

Als
Assad, of een andere niet VS vriendelijke regering, de helft had
geflikt van wat Israël flikt, waren de rapen al lang gaar geweest in
het westen……….

Israel’s
New War of Attrition on Jerusalem’s Palestinians

Czech
president Milos Zeman offered Benjamin Netanyahu’s
ultra-nationalist government a fillip during his visit to Israel last
week. He inaugurated a cultural and trade centre, Czech House, just
outside Jerusalem’s Old City walls.

At
the opening, he expressed hope it would serve as a precursor to his
country relocating its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. If so, the
Czech Republic would become the first European state to follow US
President Donald Trump’s lead in moving the US embassy in May.

It
is this kind of endorsement that, of late, has emboldened Mr
Netanyahu’s government, the Israeli courts, Jerusalem officials and
settler organisations to step up their combined assault on
Palestinians in the Old City and its surrounding neighbourhoods.

Israel
has never hidden its ambition to seize control of East Jerusalem,
Palestinian territory it occupied in 1967 and then annexed, as a way
of preventing a viable Palestinian state from emerging.

Israel
immediately began building an arc of Jewish settlements on
Jerusalem’s eastern flank to seal off its Palestinian residents
from their political hinterland, the West Bank.

More
than a decade ago, it consolidated its domination with a mammoth
concrete wall that cut through East Jerusalem. The aim was to seal
off densely populated Palestinian neighbourhoods on the far side,
ensuring the most prized and vulnerable areas – the Old City and
its environs – could be more easily colonised, or “Judaised”,
as Israel terms it.

This
area, the heart of Jerusalem, is where magnificent holy places such
as the Al Aqsa mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre are to be
found.

Under
cover of the 1967 war, Israel ethnically cleansed many hundreds of
Palestinians living near the Western Wall, a retaining wall of the
elevated Al Aqsa compound that is venerated in Judaism. Since then,
Israeli leaders have grown ever hungrier for control of the compound
itself, which they believe is built over two long-lost Jewish
temples.

Israel
has forced the compound’s Muslim authorities to allow Jews to visit
in record numbers, even though most wish to see the mosque replaced
with a third Jewish temple. Meanwhile, Israel has severely limited
the numbers of Palestinians who can reach the holy site.

Until
now, Israel had mostly moved with stealth, making changes gradually
so they rarely risked inflaming the Arab world or provoking western
reaction. But after Mr Trump’s embassy move, a new Israeli
confidence is tangible.

On
four fronts, Israel has demonstrated its assertive new mood. First,
with the help of ever-more compliant Israeli courts, it has
intensified efforts to evict Palestinians from their homes in the Old
City and just outside its historic walls.

Last
month, the supreme court handed down a ruling that sanctions the
eviction of 700 Palestinians from Silwan, a dense neighbourhood on a
hillside below Al Aqsa. Ateret Cohanim, a settler organisation backed
by government-subsidised armed guards, is now poised to take over the
centre of Silwan.

It
will mean more Israeli security and police protecting the settler
population and more city officials enforcing prejudicial planning
rules against Palestinians. The inevitable protests will justify more
arrests of Palestinians, including children. This is how bureacratic
ethnic cleansing works.

The
supreme court also rejected an appeal against a Palestinian family’s
eviction from Sheikh Jarrah, another key neighbourhood near the Old
City. The decision opens the way to expelling dozens more families.

B’Tselem,
an Israeli rights group, characterised these rulings as “sanctioning
the broadest move to dispossess Palestinians since 1967”.

At
the same time, Israel’s parliament approved a law to accelerate the
settler takeover.

Over
many years, Israel created a series of national parks around the Old
City on the pretext of preserving “green areas”. Some hem in
Palestinian neighbourhoods to stop their expansion while others were
declared on the land of existing Palestinian homes to justify
expelling the occupants.

Now
the parliament has reversed course. The new law, drafted by another
settler group, Elad, will allow house-building in national parks, but
only for Jews.

Elad’s
immediate aim is to bolster the settler presence in Silwan, where it
has overseen a national park next to Al Aqsa. Archaeology has been
co-opted to supposedly prove the area was once ruled by King David
while thousands of years of subsequent history, most especially the
current Palestinian presence, are erased.

Elad’s
activities include excavating under Palestinian homes, weakening
their foundations.

A
massive new Jewish history-themed visitor centre will dominate
Silwan’s entrance. Completing the project is a $55 million cable
car, designed to carry thousands of tourists an hour over Silwan and
other neighbourhoods, rendering the Palestinian inhabitants invisible
as visitors are delivered effortlessly to the Western Wall without
ever having to encounter them.

The
settlers have their own underhand methods. With the authorities’
connivance, they have forged documents to seize Palestinian homes
closest to Al Aqsa. In other cases, the settlers have recruited Arab
collaborators to dupe other Palestinians into selling their homes.

Once
they gain a foothold, the settlers typically turn the appropriated
home into an armed compound. Noise blares out into the early hours,
Palestinian neighbours are subjected to regular police raids and
excrement is left in their doorways.

After
the recent sale to settlers of a home strategically located in the
Old City’s Muslim quarter, the Palestinian Authority set up a
commission of inquiry to investigate. But the PA is near-powerless to
stop this looting after Israel passed a law in 1995 denying it any
role in Jerusalem.

The
same measure is now being vigorously enforced against the few
residents trying to stop the settler banditry.

Adnan
Ghaith, Jerusalem’s governor and a Silwan resident, was arrested
last week for a second time and banned from entering the West Bank
and meeting PA officials. Adnan Husseini, the Palestinian minister
for Jerusalem, is under a six-month travel ban by Israel.

Last
week dozens of Palestinians were arrested in Jerusalem, accused of
working for the PA to stop house sales to the settlers.

It
is a quiet campaign of attrition, designed to wear down Jerusalem’s
Palestinian residents. The hope is that they will eventually despair
and relocate to the city’s distant suburbs outside the wall or into
the West Bank.

What
Palestinians in Jerusalem urgently need is a reason for hope – and
a clear signal that other countries will not join the US in
abandoning them.

Als
een kleuter gaat psychopaat Trump tekeer tegen de democraten die niet
meer dan 1,6 miljard dollar beschikbaar willen stellen voor Trumps ‘big,
very big en beautiful wall’ aan de grens met Mexico.

Trump
dreigt een deel van de regering lam te leggen, zodat
overheidsinstellingen geen geld krijgen voor salarissen en deze
instanties de deuren zullen moeten sluiten…

Totaal
idioot Trump stelt dat 3 grenswachten, volgens Trump heel dappere mannen, die met stenen werden
geraakt, aantonen dat de muur nodig is…… Echter er is niets aan de hand met deze 3
ambtenaren, ze liepen zelfs geen schram op, maar Trump doet net of ze zijn neergeschoten en daarna
gemarteld, maar ja liegen en schreeuwen is dan ook datgene wat hij het best
beheerst…..

In
feite chanteert de machtigste man ter wereld de VS oppositie (al is
die in de vorm van de Democratische Partij amper verschillend van de
Republikeinse Partij van Trump)….. Hogan Gidley, Witte Huis
woordvoerder, stookte het (kolen-) vuur verder op, door te stellen dat
tegenstand van de democraten zal leiden tot een streep door plannen
van die partij……

Kortom
met Trump aan het roer zullen we nog veel zot en uiterst misdadig
gedrag te zien krijgen van de volgens de VS zelf beste democratie ter
wereld is (ha! ha! ha!)…….

Trump: Give Me Border Wall Money or I’ll Shut Down the Government

With
a partial government shutdown possible on Dec. 7, President Donald
Trump has met with Republican leaders to hash out a spending plan
that includes money for Trump’s proposed border wall with Mexico.

Trump is seeking $5 billion for the border wall,
which he made a centerpiece of his 2016 campaign and said Mexico
would pay for, and he is stepping up pressure on Congress to provide
it. Trump said he would “totally be willing” to shut down the
government if he doesn’t receive the wall money he wants.

House
Republicans approved $5 billion for Trump’s wall in a key
committee, but a bipartisan bill in the Senate allocates just $1.6
billion for the border.

House
Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., called Tuesday’s White
House meeting “very productive” and said Trump “is very solid
with where he wants to go and what he needs to have a secure border.”

House
Majority Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., took a hard line on the
negotiations, saying Democrats will soon face a crucial question:
“Are they going to shut down the government because they don’t
want to keep America safe?”

Trump
said he is considering a backup plan if Congress rejects his demand
for the $5 billion, possibly including the continued use of troops
and razor wire to prevent migrants from entering the country. He told
The Washington Post that if he doesn’t get the money, there are
other ways he could get it done.

But
he has expressed impatience. “I am firm,” he said in an interview
published Wednesday in Politico.

“I
don’t do anything … just for political gain,” Trump said. “But
I will tell you, politically speaking, that issue is a total winner.
People look at the border, they look at the rush to the police, they
look at the rock throwers and really hurting three people, three very
brave border patrol folks — I think that it’s a tremendous issue,
but much more importantly, is really needed. So, we have to have
border security.”

Senate
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said the Trump administration
hasn’t even spent the $1.6 billion Congress approved in the current
budget for the border wall.

With
Republicans in control of the presidency, the House and the Senate,
“a shutdown is on their back,” Schumer said Tuesday. “Stick to
the $1.6 billion.”

Democrats
and GOP leaders struck a deal earlier this year to fund nearly
three-fourths of the government into next year. Left undone, however,
is funding for the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees
the border, and a few other agencies. They’re now running on
stopgap funds set to expire Dec. 7.

Complicating
border negotiations, Democrats also want to protect special counsel
Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian election interference
and any possible coordination with Trump associates.

“I
didn’t know Robert Mueller needed protection,” McCarthy told
reporters, adding that there’s “nothing out there” for Mueller
or Democrats to fear from Trump or his administration. “But I do
know the southern end of our country needs protection.”

McCarthy,
whose party lost more than three dozen House seats in the midterm
elections earlier this month, urged Democrats to work with
Republicans on the border wall and other legislation, including a
long-stalled farm bill, a new tax cut package and criminal justice
reform.

“The
election is over. Let’s put people before politics,” McCarthy
said. “We’ve got a problem before us. Let’s solve that
problem.”

Schumer
said Democrats support strong border security and believe that $1.6
billion for border security, including physical barriers and
technology along the U.S. southern border, “is the right way to
go.”

White
House spokesman Hogan Gidley said Trump and
GOP leaders discussed a range of legislative priorities, including
the California wildfires, the farm bill and “the great need for
border security at this crucial time,” as well as prison reform and
the budget. The group also talked about Monday’s announcement by
General Motors (GM) that it will
shutter five plants and slash 14,000 jobs in
North America, Gidley said.

Oorlogsmisdadiger
en superpsychopaat Bolton, de ‘national security adviser’ van Trump,
die hem o.a. adviseert op het gebied van buitenlandse en militaire
zaken, zei tegen reporters die hem ernaar vroegen, dat hij niet zal
luisteren naar de Khashoggi tapes, die werden gemaakt tijdens de gruwelijke moord op Khashoggi in het Saoedische consulaat in Istanbul, daar hij de arabische taal niet machtig is.* 


Ofwel
de adviseur van Trump wil alleen over zaken spreken en handelen, als men in het betreffende buitenland minimaal
in het buitenland Engels spreekt…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Wat een
dolgedraaide gek, jezus! Was het maar waar dat de VS alleen haar
illegale oorlogen voerde tegen Engelstalige landen, dan waren na 1945 miljoenen levens gespaard gebleven!

Kortom
de VS zal geen maatregelen nemen tegen de reli-fascistische staat
Saoedi-Arabië of haar werkelijke (bloedige) heerser, Mohammad bin Salman (MBS)….. Eigenlijk niet eens vreemd, als je ziet dat de VS de
Saoedische terreurcoalitie helpt bij de genocide in Jemen, waarmee intussen al een enorm aantal mensen feitelijk is vermoord…….. (zo sterft er elke 10 minuten een Jemenitisch kind door toedoen van de Saoedische terreurcoalitie…..) Dat gaat
wel even wat verder dan de (verschrikkelijke) moord op Khashoggi, hoe
lullig het ook is om dat vast te stellen……

Opperschoft
MBS gaat overigens volgende week naar een G20 conferentie in Argentinië**. Human Rights Watch en een speciaal aanklager hebben onder de Argentijnse wet strafvervolging geëist van Saoedi-Arabië, dit vanwege
oorlogsmisdaden. De Argentijnse wet staat dit toe, echter deskundigen hebben al gezegd dat het hoogst
onwaarschijnlijk is dat MBS zal worden gearresteerd, niet in de laatste plaats daar een dergelijke aanklacht onderzocht moet worden, waarbij o.a. het Internationaal Strafhof (ICC) zal worden gevraagd te getuigen…..

National Security Adviser John Bolton has said he doesn’t need to
listen to the audio recording of Jamal Khashoggi’s murder because
he doesn’t understand Arabic.

Speaking
to reporters in a confrontational manner on Tuesday, Bolton asked:
“Why do you think I should? What do you think I’ll learn from
it?”

“I’m
just trying to make the point that everybody who says ‘why don’t
you listen to the tape’ – unless you speak Arabic, what are you
going to get from it?” he said.

Bolton’s
comments come as US President Donald Trump is under pressure from
members of his own Republican party, as well as US intelligence
officials and Democrats, to take decisive action to hold Saudi
leaders accountable for Khashoggi’s murder.

Trump’s
administration has defended Saudi Arabia and its crown prince,
Mohammed bin Salman, since the killing of Khashoggi, a Saudi
journalist and prominent columnist for the Washington Post who was
murdered inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on 2 October.

As
national security adviser, Bolton reports directly to Trump on
matters relating to foreign policy and military affairs and leads the
National Security Council, which dictates the White House’s
national security policy to other branches of the federal government.

Last
week, in a
meandering written statement,
Trump vowed to remain a “steadfast partner” of Saudi Arabia
despite the murder, saying both Saudi King Salman and bin Salman, the
country’s de facto ruler, deny having any knowledge of the
journalist’s killing.

The
US president has also repeatedly cast doubts on the
CIA’s assertion that
bin Salman, also known as MBS, ordered Khashoggi’s murder.

Saudi
officials have repeatedly denied that the crown prince had any
knowledge of the plan to murder Khashoggi or cover up the crime, but
human rights groups, journalists, UN experts and others have pointed
the finger at MBS, saying it’s impossible he was not involved.

The
case has caused a split between Trump and some prominent politicians
within his own Republican party.

On
Sunday, several US senators rejected the president’s attempts to
discredit the CIA’s conclusion that MBS ordered Khashoggi’s
murder.

“I
disagree with the president’s assessment. It’s inconsistent with
the intelligence I’ve seen” implicating the crown prince,
Republican Senator Mike Lee said on NBC’s Meet the Press television
show.

Other
Republican senators, including Lindsey Graham, Rand Paul and Bob
Corker, have been unsparing in their assessments of Saudi Arabia’s
involvement in Khashoggi’s killing, saying MBS must have been
involved.

“I
never thought I’d see the day a White House would moonlight as a
public relations firm for the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia,”
Corker, the current chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations
Committee, who is set to retire next year, wrote on Twitter.

No
confirmed Trump-MBS meeting in Argentina

Amid
the controversy over the US’s response to Khashoggi’s killing,
the White House said Trump has no plans to meet with bin Salman when
the two leaders are in Argentina next week for a G-20 summit.

Trump
spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Tuesday that an informal
meeting may happen, however.

“I
wouldn’t say we’ve ruled out any interaction,” she said,
although she stressed that “the president’s schedule is pretty
packed”.

Earlier
this week, Argentina announced it
was examining whether to file criminal charges against MBS over his
role in the Saudi-led war in Yemen.

Human
Rights Watch said the inquiry was opened after the group and an
Argentine federal prosecutor lodged a complaint against the Gulf
kingdom for violating international war crimes laws, according to
a New
York Times report.

Still,
officials in Argentina have said bin Salman’s arrest, while he is
in the South American country next week for the G-20 summit, is
“extremely unlikely”, the Times reported.

MI6,
de Britse geheime dienst doet er alles aan om te voorkomen dat Trump
geheime documenten vrijgeeft, documenten verkregen via een FBI ‘app’
(waarmee één van Trumps campagne adviseurs werd ‘afgeluisterd en afgekeken’)……
MI6 stelt dat elke openbaarmaking het verder vergaren van
inlichtingen zal ondermijnen….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Tja, een andere reactie was dan ook niet te verwachten van dit gespuis.

Trumps
bondgenoten eisen terecht openbaarmaking en stellen dat
Groot-Brittannië ‘iets’ te verbergen heeft met het pleidooi de
documenten niet vrij te geven. Een hoge beambte van de VS
inlichtingendiensten stelt dat MI6 terecht bezorgd is, mochten
bronnen worden geopenbaard als geheime delen van het afluisteren (en
ik neem aan door meekijken op computers) worden vrijgegeven…..

Aanvankelijk eiste ook Trump openbaarmaking, maar de geheime diensten hebben hem weten om te praten……..

is vooral bezorgd over de link met Steele, de voormalige MI6 agent
die één van de hoofdrolspelers is in het ‘Russiagate’ sprookje, met het ‘Steele dossier’*,
dat al volkomen is doorgeprikt als flauwe kul…..

Eén
ding is zeker, al stelt Tyler Durden, schrijver van het hieronder
opgenomen artikel dat op Zero Hedge werd gepubliceerd, het een stuk
voorzichtiger: Groot-Brittannië heeft zich op grote schaal bemoeit
met de presidentsverkiezingen in 2016, dit in samenwerking met de
Obama administratie…… Dat laatste blijkt wel uit het feit dat één
van de andere hoofdrolspelers, ene Halper in totaal 1 miljoen dollar
ontving van het Pentagon onder die administratie, waarvan
400.000 dollar tijdens de laatste maanden voor (en tijdens) de
presidentsverkiezingen van 2016……

Kortom
mocht je nog steeds zijn overtuigd van Russiagate, waarvoor al zoveel
bewijs is geleverd dat het om een ‘hoax’ gaat, wordt het nu toch echt
de hoogste tijd dat je gaat spreken over Britaingate i.p.v.

Scrambling To Stop Trump From Releasing Classified Docs In Russia

The
UK’s Secret Intelligence Service, otherwise known as MI6, has been
scrambling to prevent President Trump from publishing classified
materials linked to the Russian election meddling investigation,
according to The Telegraph, stating
that any disclosure would “undermine intelligence gathering if
he releases pages of an FBI application to wiretap one of his former
campaign advisers.” 

Trump’s
allies, however, are
fighting back –
demanding transparency and suggesting that the UK wouldn’t want the
documents withheld unless it had something to hide. 

The
Telegraph has talked to more than a dozen UK and US officials,
including in American intelligence, who have revealed details about
the row. 

British
spy chiefs have “genuine concern” about sources being exposed if
classified parts of the wiretap request were made public, according
to figures familiar with discussions.

“It
boils down to the exposure of people”,
said one US intelligence official, adding: “We
don’t want to reveal sources and methods.”
US intelligence shares the concerns of the UK. 

Another
said Britain feared setting a dangerous “precedent” which could
make people less likely to share information, knowing that it could
one day become public. –The Telegraph

The Telegraph adds
that the UK’s dispute with the Trump administration is so politically
sensitive that staff within the British Embassy in D.C. haver been
barred from discussing it with journalists. Theresa May has also
“been kept at arms-length and is understood to have not raised
the issue directly with the US president.” 

In
September,
we reported that the British government “expressed grave
concerns” over the material in question after President
Trump issued an order to the DOJ to release a wide swath of
materials,
“immediately” and “without redaction.” 

Trump walked
that order back days
later after
the UK begged him not to release them. 

Mr
Trump wants to declassify 21 pages from one of the applications. He
announced the move in September, then backtracked, then this month
said he was “very seriously” considering it again. Both
Britain and Australia are understood to be opposing the move. 

Memos
detailing alleged ties between Mr Trump and Russia compiled
by Christopher
Steele, a former MI6 officer,
were cited in the application, which could explain some of the
British concern. –The Telegraph

The New
York Times reported
at the time that the UK’s concern was over
material which “includes
direct references to conversations between American law enforcement
officials and Christopher Steele,” the
former MI6 agent who compiled the infamous “Steele Dossier.”
The UK’s objection, according to former US and British officials, was
over revealing Steele’s identity in an official document, “regardless
of whether he had been named in press reports.” 

We
noted in September, however, that Steele’s name was contained
within the Nunes
Memo – the
House Intelligence Committee’s majority opinion in the Trump-Russia
case.

Steele
also had extensive
contacts with
DOJ official Bruce Ohr and his wife Nellie,
who – along with Steele – was paid by opposition research firm Fusion
GPS in the anti-Trump campaign. Trump called for the declassification
of FBI notes of interviews with Ohr, which would ostensibly reveal
more about his relationship with Steele. Ohr was demoted twice within
the Department of Justice for lying
about his contacts with
Fusion GPS. 

Perhaps
the Brits are also concerned since much of the espionage performed on
the Trump campaign was conducted on
UK soil throughout 2016.
Recall that Trump aid George Papadopoulos was lured
to London in
March, 2016, where Maltese professor Joseph Mifsud fed him the rumor
that Russia had dirt on Hillary Clinton. It was later at
a London bar that
Papadopoulos would drunkenly pass the rumor to Australian diplomat
Alexander Downer (who Strzok flew to London to meet with). 

Also
recall that CIA/FBI “informant” (spy) Stefan Halper met
with both Carter Page and
Papadopoulos in
London. 

Halper,
a veteran of four Republican administrations, reached out to Trump
aide George Papadopoulos in September 2016 with an offer to fly to
London to write an academic paper on energy exploration in the
Mediterranean Sea.

Papadopoulos
accepted a flight to London and a $3,000 honorarium. He
claims that during a meeting in London, Halper asked him whether he
knew anything about Russian hacking of Democrats’ emails.

Papadopoulos
had other contacts on British soil that he now believes were part of
a government-sanctioned surveillance operation. –Daily
Caller

In
total, Halper received over
$1 million from the Obama Pentagon for
“research,” over $400,000 of which was granted before and
during the 2016 election season.

Papadopoulos,
who was sentenced to 14 days in prison for lying about his
conversations with a shadowy Maltese professor and self-professed
member of the Clinton
Foundation, has
publicly claimed he was targeted by UK spies, and told The
Telegraph that
he demands transparency. Trump’s allies in Washington, meanwhile,
have suggested that the facts laid out before us mean that the
ongoing Russia investigation was
invalid from the start. 

In
short, it’s understandable that the UK would prefer to hide
their involvement in the “witch hunt” of Donald Trump
since much of the counterintelligence investigation was
conducted on UK soil. And if the Brits had knowledge of the
operation, it will bolster claims that they meddled in the
2016 US election by assisting what appears to have been a set-up
from the start.

Steele’s
ham-handed dossier is a mere embarrassment, as virtually none of the
claims asserted by the former MI6 agent have been proven true. 

Steele,
a former MI6 agent, is the author of the infamous and unverified
anti-Trump dossier. He worked as a confidential human source for the
FBI for years before the relationship was severed just before the
election because of Steele’s unauthorized contacts with the press.

He
shared results of his investigation into Trump’s links to Russia
with the FBI beginning in early July 2016.

The
FBI relied heavily on the unverified Steele dossier to fill out
applications for four FISA warrants against Page. Page has denied the
dossier’s claims, which include that he was the Trump campaign’s
back channel to the Kremlin. –Daily
Caller

That
said, Steele hasn’t worked for the British government since 2009, so

Voor het door de VS geen actie ondernemen op de moord die de Saoedische terreurstaat liet
plegen op journalist Khashoggi, in opdracht van kroonprins Mohammad
bin Salman (MBS), moet Saoedi-Arabië snel een eerder met het fascistische beest
Trump overeengekomen contract tekenen, een contract voor het
achterlijk hoge bedrag van $ 450,000,000,000 ofwel 450 miljard
dollar…….

Trump
weet dat een groot deel van de EU sancties wenst tegen
Saoedi-Arabië, maar dat dit niet zal gebeuren als de VS dit niet ook
doet……. Trump stelt doodleuk dat de belangen van de VS groter zijn dan de misdaden die deze reli-fascistische dictatuur pleegt……. Hij stelde het zo hard dat de echo werd gevoeld in Duitsland en men zich achter de oren begon te krabben over eerder gedane uitspraken…..

Zo kondigde Duitsland in eerste instantie aan dat het net
getekende contract voor wapenleveringen aan Saoedi-Arabië te verscheuren,
echter daar werd na de uitlatingen van Trump bijzonder snel een ‘koelkast-contract’ van gemaakt,
m.a.w.: als de storm over Khashoggi gaat liggen zal Duitsland alsnog gaan
leveren…… (dat dezelfde dictatuur een genocide uitvoert in Jemen is al een paar jaar lang geen probleem voor de hypocriete Duitse Merkel regering; wat dat betreft kan je nog ‘enig begrip’ hebben voor de openlijke uitspraken van het beest Trump….) 

Groot-Brittannië heeft als de VS al helemaal lak aan
zware mensenrechtenschendingen, misdaden tegen de menselijkheid en
uiteraard aan de zojuist genoemde door Saoedi-Arabië in gang gezette genocide in buurland Jemen……….

Hoe is dit allemaal mogelijk anno 2018??!!!

President Donald Trump’s latest statement on
Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi’s murder is an extraordinary
example of political sincerity – although backed by a completely
wrong analysis.

Trump
departed from the usual empty and generic rhetoric made by former
American presidents about Saudi Arabia. He made it very clear
that the US will condone what Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman
did, i.e ordering the
killing of Khashoggi, because the kingdom is containing Iran,
purchasing American weapons and is helping to control oil prices in
line with American interests.

In
other words, when American values, such as defending human rights and
the rule of law, collide with American interests, Trump will opt for
the latter. In fact, Trump statement confirms indirectly Middle
East Eye’s report on
the US intention to offer a way out to the Saudi crown prince from
the Khashoggi quagmire.


A
dangerous place

The
first sentence of the statement: “The world is a very dangerous
place!” is probably the only one that reflects a correct reading of
the current international situation. Of course, the president of the
United States skips, or does not care about, the fact that his
country carries a significant degree of responsibility for this
situation.

Trump’s Utter Denial About Saudi Arabia and Its Crown Prince

The President has ignored U.S. intelligence findings and given Saudi Arabia a pass on the grisly murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The support provided
– so far – to Saudi Arabia’s war on Yemen, the bias shown
on the Israeli-Palestinian question, the never-ending war in
Afghanistan and before that the US’s toxic
legacy in
Iraq, are just a few examples.

The
reasons provided to explain why the world is dangerous follow the
usual American position, reductive and oversimplified to say the
least: all roads lead to Tehran.

The
reference to the Yemen conflict is quite puzzling, as well as the
proposed solution: “Saudi Arabia would gladly withdraw from Yemen
if the Iranians would agree to leave.” Even more puzzling is
the president’s vision about the responsibilities for terrorism.

He
considers Iran “the world’s leading sponsor of terror” and then
he makes a reference to Saudi kingdom’s efforts in this field:
“Saudi Arabia has agreed to spend billions of dollars in leading
the fight against Radical Islamic Terrorism.” Unfortunately, the
historical and circumstantial evidence, as far as Saudi Arabia is
concerned, point in just the
opposite direction.

$450bn
price tag

Apart
from the flawed analysis, Trump’s statement is an extraordinary
demonstration of realpolitik. Because the world is a very
dangerous place, the United States will continue to support Saudi
Arabia, no matter what. But the real purpose of Trump’s statement
on Saudi last night is actually to fix a price for this support.

The
hidden message that the statement was sending to the Saudi royal
court is that to save himself the Saudi crown prince will be
expected to disburse
$450bn in investments.

astronomical sums discussed during Trump’s visit to Saudi Arabia
last year and Saudi crown prince’s subsequent visit to the US, that
so far had remained at the level of a declaration of intent, have to
be transformed into binding contracts very soon.

And
in case the message coming from Washington was not clear enough for
the Saudis, Trump is even perfidious enough to mention possible
initiatives by the US Congress going in different directions, hinting
at the possibility of examine them: “I will consider whatever ideas
are presented to me.”

Translate:
hurry up in drafting and signing the contracts!

Trump
is aware that the CIA has probably reached different conclusions on
the responsibility of MBS in Khashoggi’s murder: “Our
intelligence agencies continue to assess all information, but it
could very well be that the crown prince had knowledge of this tragic
event – maybe he did and maybe he didn’t!”

Certain
sectors of the CIA still regret losing
the excellent cooperation they had with the former crown prince,
Mohammed bin Nayef, and they could complicate Trump’s plan to save
the current crown prince.

There
is a risk that this affair will also turn into another struggle
between the White House and the intelligence agencies as happened
with the Russiagate. Trump has questioned the analysis of US
intelligence agencies according to which Russian intelligence hacked
the Democratic
party and voting systems during
the US presidential elections in 2016.

To
make matters worse, on Wednesday, a bipartisan group of senators
sent a letter to Trump, triggering an investigation into Khashoggi’s
disappearance.

The
letter, written by Republican Senators Bob Corker and Lindsey Graham,
and Democratic Senators Bob Menendez and Patrick Leahy, called
for Trump to
investigate Khashoggi’s disappearance under the Global Magnitsky
Human Rights Accountability Act (GMHRAA).

The
Magnitsky Act allows the president to impose sanctions on a person or
country that has engaged in a human rights violation. “It is a
delicate situation when we have a longtime ally that we’ve had for
decades, but we have a crown prince that I believe ordered the
killing of a journalist,” Corker said in
an interview.

In
other words, saving Mohammed bin Salman will not be an easy
undertaking, especially if further leaks from Turkey on
Khashoggi’s murder should emerge with the smoking gun trail leading
directly to the Saudi crown prince.


Hence,
the Khashoggi saga is likely to go on.

Afgelopen nacht bracht BBC World Service in het radionieuws van 1.00 u. het al bekende nieuws, dat de vluchtelingenkaravaan die naar de Mexicaanse grens met de VS trok, is aangekomen in Tijuana, de Mexicaanse stad op die grens.

Volgens de nieuwslezer zijn deze mensen uit Honduras getrokken vanwege de slechte economische toestand en het geweld van bendes in dat land…… Letterlijk: “Hondurans are escaping economic hardship and gang violence”.

Terwijl de VS in 2009 een coup tegen de democratisch gekozen regering in Honduras heeft gepleegd (onder hare kwaadaardigheid Hillary Clinton) en een VS marionet als president (junta leider) hebben geïnstalleerd, t.w. de corrupte fascist Hernández……

Deze Hernández voert een desastreus economisch beleid, waardoor de grote onderlaag in nog grotere armoede is gestort….. Daarnaast zijn er meerdere doodseskaders die critici de mond snoeren en laat de junta drugsbendes hun gewelddadige gang gaan….. Kijk dat is toch even een heel ander verhaal dan dat van de BBC!

In hetzelfde bericht werden de woorden van het beest Trump ten gehore gebracht, deze schoft durfde te zeggen dat er 500 zware criminelen de VS binnen willen trekken (die zich in deze karavaan zouden bevinden) en dat deze gewapende militairen tegenover zich zullen zien….. Volgens Trump zullen die militairen niet schieten op de mensen die de grens over willen, maar dat hij er natuurlijk niets aan kan doen als die militairen door criminelen worden aangevallen en dan alsnog zullen schieten………

Eerder had men een zogenaamde vluchteling laten verklaren dat hij één van de zware misdadigers is binnen die karavaan, misdadigers die hun werkterrein naar de VS zouden willen verleggen……… Het voorgaande is intussen al lang en breed doorgeprikt als een leugen van formaat, een leugen om haat tegen en angst voor de vluchtelingenkaravaan te kweken…..

Ook juntaleider Hernandez had het gore lef te zeggen dat de karavaan uit louter Hondurese misdadigers bestaat……… Terwijl deze opperschoft een waar terreurbeleid voert en dat gesteund door de VS…….
