Gistermiddag meldde WDR dat Israël van zins is een raket naar de maan te sturen en zelfs te landen op de maan. Uiteindelijk blijkt het niet om een grote raket te gaan en gebruikt men de baan van de aarde en de maan om de laatste te bereiken, waarbij de duur van het geheel (de raket zou ook terug moeten komen naar de aarde) in totaal een paar jaar zal duren*.
Mel Brooks ‘had duidelijk een vooruitziende blik’ met zijn film ‘The History of the World part I’, waarin hij tegen het eind een volgende film aankondigt: ‘Jews in Space’:

Gisteren meldde WDR 5 dat WhatsApp het besluit heeft genomen om in het vervolg een beperking op de verspreiding van WhatsApp berichten in te voeren. In het vervolg mag je nog een WhatsApp bericht naar nog maar maximaal 5 mensen doorsturen……
Volgens de WDR nieuwsredactie is deze beperking noodzakelijk tegen de verspreiding van ‘fake news’ (nepnieuws) en om op deze manier bijvoorbeeld ‘lynchpartijen’ in India te voorkomen. Volgens de Indiase autoriteiten en de top van WhatsApp is dit platform misbruikt voor een lynchpartij na het brengen van een wijdverbreid nepnieuwsbericht…….
Alsof men WhatsApp daarvoor nodig heeft in India, waar politici niet zelden openlijk geweld preken tegen ‘de vijanden van het volk’, het land waar men ongegeneerd inspeelt op onderbuikgevoelens bij die bevolking (zoals dit in het westen vooral wordt gedaan door fascistische partijen of een fascistische beweging als de PVV..)…. Geruchten, waaronder leugens over bepaalde figuren, verspreiden zich ook zonder WhatsApp razendsnel in India en dat is al tientallen jaren zo…….
Het is dan ook duidelijk dat WhatsApp Facebook en Twitter volgt in de censuur van (beter gezegd: tegen) de alternatieve media, media waar wel eerlijk wordt bericht en waar die media terecht kritisch zijn op zaken als oorlog, politiek en bedrijfsleven……. In tegenstelling tot de reguliere massamedia, waar de mening wordt gevolgd van de steenrijke figuren die in feite de reguliere massamedia in handen hebben, dit nog aangevuld met propaganda voor de huidige inhumane, fascistische neoliberale status quo en voor het illegaal oorlogvoeren door de VS en haar terreurorganisatie NAVO, in landen waar het westen niets te zoeken heeft…….

Vreemd

Terry Turchie, die in een gesprek op Fox zijn gram uitsprak over
progressieve en linkse mensen geplaatst op functies in de VS
regering, terwijl hij zich (‘oh ironie’) kan herinneren dat de FBI
succesvol dit soort figuren uit de regering wist te houden……
Als reden daarvoor gaf Turchie het antwoord dat daarmee de regering
disfunctioneel zou worden gemaakt en deze regering het volk zou misleiden met expres gemaakte misinformatie* en desinformatie (en fake news = nepnieuws)……. Terwijl we nu weten dat juist een VS regering zonder ‘progressieven’ en linkse mensen een garantie is voor enorme misleiding van het volk, waar men zelfs (meervoudige) moord niet schuwt om het misselijkmakend doel te bereiken……. FBI
headquarters still
wears the name of
this childish pig, a brazen admission by the Bureau that it remains
very much the same institution which tried to end Martin Luther King
Jr.’s life, the same institution which assassinated Black
Panthers leader Fred Hampton***, the same institution which for years
ran the unconstitutional COINTELPRO
campaign to
infiltrate and sabotage dissident political groups, and which
has continued
to infiltrate dissident
political groups, including
Black civil rights groups,
to this very day.
We
received yet another reminder of the FBI’s true face the other day
in an interview with its former Deputy Assistant Director Terry
Turchie on Fox’s Tucker
Carlson Tonight.
In a passing tangent largely unrelated to the rest of the interview,
Turchie made
the following shocking statement in
relation to the ongoing Russiagate saga:
“And
I think we can expect more of this, because quite honestly the
electorate in some places is putting more and more progressives and
self-described socialists in positions. And ironically, years ago,
when I first got into the FBI, one of the missions of the FBI in its
counterintelligence efforts was to try and keep these people out of
government. Why? Because we would end up with massive dysfunction and
massive disinformation and massive misinformation, and it seems to me
that’s where we’re at today.”
Wow.

LinkedIn profile,
Turchie joined the FBI in July of 1972. COINTELPRO, the program in
which leftist groups were actively infiltrated and undermined,
officially ended
in 1971,
and Hoover had died
in May of 1972.
This was after “Hoover’s FBI” stopped being Hoover’s FBI, yet
a “counterintelligence effort” was still very much alive and
thriving to undermine the will of the electorate and prevent them
from electing leftists to office.
This
one admission, by itself, is in my opinion more than enough to
justify the FBI’s total dissolution. Leaving aside any of their
other malfeasance that I mentioned earlier, leaving aside the rest of
their other documented malfeasance that I haven’t mentioned, this
one admission by Turchie shows clearly that America’s secret police
should cease to exist.
Think
about it. How can anyone justify the FBI’s continued existence
after such an admission? There is an extremely powerful branch of the
US government which is known to have been actively undermining the
democratic will of the electorate through covert means. Even if you
very trustingly subscribe to the belief that the FBI no longer
engages in any such practices to any extent (and that would be
extremely naive), how can you justify keeping it in power knowing
that it did? Where precisely in the FBI’s history is a clear,
clean, unequivocal break from what it was doing then declared,
documented and evidenced? For what reason was it not razed to the
ground decades ago and any of its actual necessary functions
transferred elsewhere?
Imagine
if the Ku Klux Klan had successfully cleaned up its image in the ’90s
or something. Now you’re seeing members of the KKK interviewed on
CNN and MSNBC as respectable members of society, holding powerful
political positions, treated like heroes, all under the same banner
it held when it was lynching people of color a few decades prior.
Would that not seem weird? Would you not say something like “Wait,
why are we keeping that organization around? At best they’re
probably just putting a nicer face on their previous toxic agendas,
especially since any good intentions existing within it could simply
be taken somewhere with a less horrific history.”
The
only reason the FBI is being treated any differently is because it’s
got such good PR, namely the entire political/media class.
Journalist
Mark Ames documents a
short-lived push by the Carter administration to “transform the FBI
from an extralegal secret police agency to something legal and
defined.” This feeble proposition to give the Bureau an actual
charter to clearly define what it is, what it does, and where the
confines of its operations are was the closest America ever came to
putting any kind of limitations on the powers of its secret police
force, and by the time Reagan rolled around it was long forgotten.
And
now you’ve got this same evil institution essentially
criminalizing the
act of the executive branch pursuing good relations with a nuclear
superpower, launching a secret counterintelligence investigation into
whether a sitting president is a national security threat for his
Russia policy. This cannot be leading anywhere good.
The
FBI has too much power and far too unforgivable a history to be
permitted to control the reigns of the nation with the most powerful
military force in the history of civilization. Get rid of it and move
in a healthy direction.

De kapitein van het schip, Matthew J. Powel had het gore elf op te merken dat de VS naast haar geallieerde vrienden en partners blijft staan en helpt in zaken van gedeelde regionale belangen en het bewaren van maritieme stabiliteit……. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Overal waar de VS haar agressie toont wordt stabiliteit altijd als eerste het kind van de rekening!!
Opvallend:
de marine van de VS heeft een ‘Naval War College’, waarin ook nog eens
een afdeling is opgenomen met de naam: ‘Russia Maritime Studies Institute…..’ Ofwel men heeft een college waar men oorlog onderwijst en voor het
gemak al afdelingen heeft met de namen van ‘vijanden’ van de VS die
nog ‘afgewerkt moeten worden….’ Hoeveel bewijs wil je nog voor de
kwade bedoelingen van de VS?????

wordt er nog even gerefereerd aan de ‘oorlog’ tussen Rusland en Georgië, waar Rusland wordt genoemd als de kwade pier, terwijl

destroyer arrives in tense Black Sea region as Russia watches closely

The
destroyer USS Donald Cook has arrived for a port visit in the Black
Sea nation of Georgia, as Russia monitors the ship’s movements at a
time of heightened tensions in the region.
The
ship docked Monday at Batumi on the sea’s eastern coast after
transiting the Dardanelles Strait on Saturday, the Navy said in a
statement.
The
destroyer’s visit to Georgia and the Black Sea follows the Russian
seizure of three Ukrainian vessels and arrest of 24 sailors in late
November at the Kerch Strait, a move condemned by U.S. Secretary of
State Mike Pompeo and much of the West.
The USS
Fort McHenry,
a dock-landing ship, conducted a Black Sea operation earlier this
month, which included transporting teams from the 22nd Marine
Expeditionary Unit. The last destroyer to patrol the Black Sea was
the USS Carney in August.
The
Russian state news agency Tass reported that Russia’s Black Sea
Fleet has been monitoring the USS Donald Cook since it entered the
Black Sea on Saturday.

destroyer patrolling the Black Sea would make Moscow uneasy because
of its missile defense and strike capabilities, said Michael
Petersen, director of the Naval
War College’s Russia Maritime Studies Institute.
“The
Russians place great stock in both of these American capabilities and
view them as inherently destabilizing,” Petersen said.
Moscow
is also wary of Georgia’s relationship with the West. In 2008,
Russia and Georgia — whose president at the time wanted to join
NATO — fought a weeklong war over two Georgian territories claimed
by Russian-backed separatists. Georgia
lost control over about 20 percent of its territory as a result and
Moscow continues to protect and recognize the regions of South
Ossetia and Abkhazia as independent nations, despite international
condemnation.
A
Navy statement said the destroyer visit is part of an ongoing mission
to “demonstrate the collective resolve to Black Sea security.”
“The
United States and the U.S. Navy continue to stand alongside our
allies and partners in support of shared regional interests and
maritime stability,” Cmdr. Matthew J. Powel, the Donald Cook’s
commanding officer, said in a statement.

suïcide aanslag in het Syrische Manbij waarbij 2 militairen van de VS en 2 VS ‘burgers’ die samenwerken met het VS leger (ofwel
huursoldaten) omkwamen, was het sein voor de reguliere media in de VS
om hysterisch te gillen dat IS niet is verslagen en de VS moet
doorgaan met haar illegale oorlog in Syrië….. IS heeft inderdaad de

heeft zich goed pissig gemaakt over de reactie van de reguliere media
in de VS, terwijl deze reactie volledig voorspelbaar was en is….
Maakt verder niet uit, de meer dan belachelijke reacties van de verschillende
media-oorlogshitsers zijn het lezen meer dan de moeite waard.

suicide bombing in Manbij, Syria has
reportedly killed 19 people including
four Americans, two of whom were US soldiers and two of whom worked
with the US military. ISIS, which has
an extensive history of
falsely claiming responsibility for attacks it had nothing to do
with, has
claimed responsibility
for the attack. Despite the fact that ISIS would claim responsibility
for a housewife stepping on a Lego block, and despite the complete
absence of evidence that it had anything to do with the deadly
explosion, all the usual cheerleaders of endless war are pointing to
the Manbij suicide bombing and shrieking “See?? Trump said ISIS is
defeated and it’s not!”
“ISIS
is still a very real threat here,” CNN international corespondent
Clarissa Ward told
Jake Tapper from
northern Syria. “And the real concern that we are hearing over and
over again on the ground, Jake, is that when US troops withdraw, a
power vacuum is created, and that only gives them more strength.”
Virulent
Syria war pundit Charles Lister, who is notorious for praising
Al Qaeda and
is a senior
fellow at
the Gulf
state-funded neoconservative
think tank Middle East Institute, told AFP that this attack
invalidates Donald Trump’s order last month to withdraw troops from
Syria.
“Trump’s
order was reckless and driven far more by domestic political concerns
than it was by facts on the ground,” Lister said, adding, “To
suggest ISIS is ‘defeated’ because it no longer controls
territory is to fundamentally misunderstand how ISIS and similar
organizations seek to operate.”
Former
John McCain ventriloquism dummy Lindsey Graham pounced like a rat on
a cheese doodle on the opportunity to call for continued US troop
presence within hours of the attack, interrupting the confirmation
hearing of Attorney General nominee William Barr with an ejaculation
about Trump’s Syria withdrawal.
Senator @LindseyGrahamSC this morning spoke about the attacks on American service members in Manbij, Syria.
“I
would hope the President would look long and hard at where he’s
headed in Syria,” Graham said after repeating the baseless claim
that the attack was perpetrated by ISIS. “I know people are
frustrated, but we’re never going to be safe here unless we’re
willing to help people over there who will stand up against this
radical ideology.”
Not
to be left out when there are moronic war agendas to be sold, Fox
News leapt
into the fray with
a quote from an anonymous foreign diplomat saying “This attack
today is a direct result of the announcement made by President Trump
that U.S. forces are pulling out. These troops had a bullseye on them
when the president telegraphed that he was ordering a pullout.”
“ISIS
has already claimed responsibility for today’s suicide attack, a
reminder that the group is not defeated,” added Fox’s Jennifer
Griffin.
MSNBC’s
deranged intelligence analyst Malcolm Nance topped everyone as usual
with a babbling nonsensical post about how US troops were killed in
Manbij because there were no US troops in Manbij, proving that Assad
and Putin may have allowed the attack to happen, which proves Trump
is a Russian asset.
“The
moment Russia and Assad took over patrolling Manbij on Trumps go
ahead we get hit with suicide bombers for the first time. It’s
possible Russia/Assad let the attack happen. Trump’s treachery on
this matter now kills our special operators. #RussianAsset,”
Nance tweeted between
huffs of paint thinner.

Other
voices are treating the reports about the bombing with a little more
skepticism.
“If
ISIS were smart it would hold its fire especially against
Americans,” tweeted professor
and author Max Abrahms. “The main justification for leaving Syria
is the (contested) assessment ISIS is defeated. ISIS attacks convey
the opposite, weakening the strategic rationale of withdrawal while
making it politically harder.”
“Ok,
so Trump announces that the U.S. will begin a phased withdrawal from
Syria, which according to his critics, would only benefit ISIS who
they say is still operational and would welcome a U.S. pull out. But
not waiting for pull out ISIS then targets U.S. troops! Yeah
right,” tweeted former
Green Party vice presidential nominee Ajamu Baraka.
These
are interesting points. If ISIS is indeed responsible for the
bombing, as war pundits are unquestioningly asserting is the case,
then they’re either really, really stupid or they really want US
troops to remain in Syria. Or perhaps the attack was engineered by
someone else who has a vested interest in keeping a US military
presence in Syria, either using ISIS as a patsy or completely
separate from ISIS. Wouldn’t be the first time a suspicious attack
took place in Syria while the Trump administration was working to
withdraw troops.
Of
course, this whole debate ignores the most obvious point of all: that
if there was no US military presence in Syria, there would be no US
military personnel being killed in Syria. The fight against the
terrorist forces who nearly overtook the nation with the help of the
western power alliance’s imperialist support have been beaten to
the brink of total defeat not by the US, but by the Syrian government
and its allies. If US troops were removed Damascus would quickly
restore stability to the region and continue rebuilding the
war-ravaged nation. But this is precisely what these war whores do
not want.
Syria
is a strategically crucial geopolitical nation for reasons having to
do with natural resources and the power
dynamics of Israel, Iran, and
the empire-aligned Gulf states. It is not a coincidence that so much
energy gets poured into this small stretch of land and its
surrounding nations by the western military alliance and its
propaganda machine, and it’s unlikely that the global dominators
will lose interest in Syria any time soon. Stay skeptical.

Ondergetekende,
de Palestijnse vakbond en netwerk van Palestijnse culturele
organisaties, verzoeken de leden van de European
Broadcasting Union (EBU),
deelnemende landen, deelnemers en het publiek om het
Eurovisiesongfestival in 2019, dat georganiseerd wordt door Israël,
te boycotten. Zou het Euroviesiesongfestival toentertijd zijn
doorgegaan in Zuid-Afrika?
Het
regime van Israël, met zijn militaire bezetting,
nederzettingskolonialisme en apartheid gebruikt het
Eurovisiesongfestival schaamteloos als onderdeel van de ‘Brand
Israël’-strategie,
die Israël van zijn mooiste kant laat zien om de aandacht af te
leiden van zijn oorlogsmisdaden tegen de Palestijnen.
Alleen
al op 14 mei, slechts twee dagen na het winnen van het
Eurovisiesongfestival, vermoordde Israël 62
Palestijnen in Gaza, waaronder zes kinderen. Diezelfde avond
organiseerde Neta Barzilai, de vertegenwoordigster van Israël op het
Eurovisiesongfestival van 2018, een overwinningsconcertin
Tel Aviv, georganiseerd door de burgemeester, en stelde dat ze “een
reden hebben om gelukkig te zijn”.
De
Israëlische premier Benjamin Netanyahu onderstreepte de opzet van
zijn extreemrechtse regering om het imago van Israël op te poetsen
door middel van kunst, en noemde Barzilai ‘de
beste ambassadeur van Israël’.
Om
het nog erger te maken, kondigde Israël aan dat het mega-evenement,
Eurovisie 2019, zal plaatsvinden in Jeruzalem, in weerwil van de
Verenigde Naties, die de soevereiniteit van Israël over
Jeruzalem niet
erkent. De VN en de Europese Unie beschouwen Oost-Jeruzalem een
onderdeel van het bezette Palestijnse grondgebied, dat illegaal
geannexeerd is door Israël.
Maar
ongeacht of het Eurovisiesongfestival zal plaatsvinden in Jeruzalem,
Tel Aviv of elders onder controle van het apartheidsregime van
Israël, moet de wedstrijd geboycot worden om medeplichtigheid,
normalisering en een onomkeerbare smet op het Eurovisiesongfestival
door de flagrante mensenrechtenschendingen van Israël, te voorkomen.
Gewetensvolle
mensen wereldwijd komen tot diezelfde conclusie, en hun solidariteit
geeft ons moed.
In
IJsland tekende bijna 8% van de bevolking een petitie om
het Eurovisiesongfestival in 2019 te boycotten. De Israëlische
Consul haastte zich naar IJsland om de schade te beperken.
Als
zijnde organisaties en vakbonden die Palestijnse kunstenaars en
journalisten, inclusief radio- en televisiejournalisten,
vertegenwoordigen, doen wij de oproep aan:
Leden
van de EBU en deelnemers om het Eurovisiesongfestival in 2019 te
boycotten, zolang Israël dit organiseert
Grassroots
bewegingen en kunstenaarsvakbonden in deelnemende landen om te
protesteren tegen Israël als gastland van het Eurovisiesongfestival
in 2019 en het organiseren van vreedzame boycotacties
Onze
collega’s, kunstenaars en journalisten om deze oproep publiekelijk
te ondersteunen en te verspreiden
Net
als in de strijd tegen de apartheid in Zuid-Afrika, zal Israël enkel
door effectieve en aanhoudende internationale druk, zijn
verplichtingen uit hoofde van het internationale recht nakomen en de
mensenrechten van de Palestijnen respecteren.
Het
orgaan dat jaarlijks de Nederlandse inzending naar het
Eurovisiesongfestival selecteert, organiseert, financiert en tevens
de live uitzendingen uitvoert, is AvroTros. Voor 2019 is
nog niet bekendgemaakt wie Nederland zal vertegenwoordigen. Dat is
relatief laat, aangezien dit normaal gesproken voor Nieuwjaar
aangekondigd wordt. Wellicht heeft de late aankondiging te maken met
de controversiële locatie van Eurovisie 2019, te weten Israël.
Het
Eurovisiesongfestival is een apart wereldje van politieke belangen in
een feestelijke setting van diversiteit en LHBTQIA pride. Voor Israël is het winnen en het mogen hosten van het Eurovisiesongfestival
een overwinning
voor artwashing en pinkwashing, oftewel het verbloemen van de
bezetting, het militaire geweld, het nederzettingenbeleid en de
apartheidspolitiek door middel van kunst en cultuur en door de
promotie van Israël als veilige
haven voor de LHBTQIA-gemeenschap. Dat is de strategie van de,
door het Israëlische ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken
Wij
roepen AvroTros, de publieke omroep NPO, de selectiecommissie en
meest genoemde kanshebbers op gehoor te geven aan de
oproep van Palestijnse artiesten en radio- en
televisiejournalisten aan de leden van de European Broadcasting
Union (EBU), deelnemende landen, deelnemers en het publiek om het
Eurovisie Songfestival 2019 in Israël te boycotten door af te zien
van deelname en uitzending.
* Enige tijd gelden nam Israël de natiestaat wet aan, waarmee Israël officieel een fascistische staat is geworden, daarnaast geeft de dagelijkse behandeling van de Palestijnen aan dat Israël een apartheidsstaat is (wat dan weer ‘prima past’ bij een fascistisch staat)
In de VS
spreekt men n.a.v. de Trump administratie over ‘Trump Hypersensitive
Unexplained Disorder’ (THUD), een aandoening die wordt veroorzaakt door het
regeringsbeleid van Trump, uiteraard dik gerelateerd aan de leugen die
men ‘Russiagate’ noemt……. Mensen die aan deze aandoening lijden
hebben last van een groot aantal symptomen, zoals: overeten,
hoofdpijn, flauwvallen, chronische nekpijn, depressie en zelfs
suikerproblemen plus hartklachten…… (voor een volledige lijst, zie het hieronder opgenomen artikel van Caitlin Johnstone)
Aan voorgaande
aandoeningen lijdt men in de VS al decennia lang, niet zo vreemd
als je ziet hoe inhumaan men daar met het grote arme deel van de
bevolking omgaat, -hoe men omgaat met wapenbezit, -hoe men omgaat met
kleurlingen, -hoe men de ene na de andere illegale oorlog voert, -de
enorme prestatiedwang in de VS maatschappij en zaken als -de prijs
voor gezonde voeding (arme gezinnen zijn altijd goedkoper uit als ze
eten halen bij zaken als McDonald’s, i.p.v. gezonde voeding uit de winkel of van de markt)….
Buiten wapenbezit,
zijn deze zaken overigens ook van toepassing op veel andere westerse
bevolkingen, zelfs in Nederland lijden veel mensen aan de hiervoor benoemde gezondheidsklachten……
Johnstone
betoogt terecht dat de reguliere massamedia verantwoordelijk zijn
voor doden, niet alleen met hun onvoorwaardelijke steun aan het
oneindig illegaal oorlogvoeren door de VS, maar ook voor het bewaren (en bewaken) van de ijskoude, inhumane neoliberale status quo, door deze dag in dag uit als zaligmakend te prediken….. Daarmee propageren deze media de klassenmaatschappij die van nooit weggeweest weer massaal wordt omarmt in de VS (en andere westerse landen), ja zelfs door mensen die arm zijn, daar de media hen voorhouden dat ze volgend jaar wel eens schathemelrijk zouden kunnen zijn…. Ofwel het inleveren van de leugen dat het leven na de dood veel beter zou zijn dan het leven zelf, zoals o.a. door christenen gepropageerd, wordt meer en meer ingewisseld voor het gehersenspoelde ‘kansdenken’, waarvoor de reguliere massamedia en veel politici verantwoordelijk zijn…..
Vergeet niet
dat je in de VS aanwijsbaar langer kan leven als je geld hebt, buiten
de (gedwongen) voedselkeuze voor arme burgers, is ook de medische hulpverlening voor de
welgestelden tientallen procenten beter dan die voor de grote
onderlaag van arme mensen in de VS, van wie niet zelden mensen vroegtijdig overlijden aan bijvoorbeeld kanker, daar ze de therapieën niet kunnen betalen……. Buiten de 50 miljoen VS burgers
die afhankelijk zijn van voedselbonnen, zijn er vele miljoenen meer,
die zelfs met 2 banen niet rond kunnen komen (een zaak die hier ook
meer en meer voorkomt, we volgen de VS dan ook in het asociale
neoliberale VS beleid…….)
A new,

Trump presidency

I
do not for one second doubt that Americans are feeling more stressed
and suffering more health-degrading symptoms as a result than they
were prior to Trump’s election. But Pacific
Standard and
its “growing body of research” ignore the most obvious and
significant culprit behind this phenomenon which is tearing people’s
health to shreds: the mass media which has been deliberately fanning
the flames of Trump panic.
The
always excellent Moon
of Alabama blog
has just published
a sarcasm-laden piecedocumenting
the many, many aggressive maneuvers that this administration has made
against the interests of Russia, from pushing for more NATO funding
to undermining Russia’s natural gas interests to bombing Syria to
sanctioning Russian oligarchs to dangerous military posturing. And
yet the trending, most high-profile stories about Trump today all
involve painting him as a Putin puppet who is working to destroy
America by taking a weak stance against an alarming geopolitical
threat. This has had the effect of manufacturing demand for even more
dangerous escalations against a nuclear superpower who just so
happens to be a longtime target of US intelligence agencies.
If
the mass media were in the business of reporting facts, there would
be a lot less “Putin’s puppet” talk and a lot more “Hey,
maybe we should avoid senseless escalations which could end all life
on earth” talk among news media consumers. But there isn’t,
because the mass media is not in the business of reporting facts,
it’s in the business of selling narratives. Even if those narratives
are so shrill and stress-inducing that they imperil the health of
their audience.
Trump
is clearly not a Russian asset, he’s a facilitator of America’s
permanent unelected government just like his predecessors, and indeed
as far as actual policies and administration behavior goes he’s not
that much different from
Barrack Obama and George W Bush. Hell, for all his demagogic
anti-immigrant speech Trump hasn’t
even caught up to
Obama’s peak ICE deportation years. If the mass media were in the
business of reporting facts, people would be no more worried about
this administration than they were about the previous ones, because
when it comes to his administration’s actual behavior, he’s just as
reliable an upholder of the establishment-friendly status quo as his
predecessors.

Used
to be that the US mass media only killed people indirectly, by
facilitating establishment war agendas in repeating government agency
propaganda as objective fact and promulgating narratives that
manufacture support for a status quo which won’t even give Americans
health insurance or safe drinking water. Now they’re skipping the
middle man and killing them directly by psychologically brutalizing
them so aggressively that it ruins their health, all to ensure
that Democrats
support war and adore the US intelligence community.
They
do this for a reason, of course. The Yellow Vests protests in France
have continued unabated for their ninth
consecutive week,
a decentralized populist uprising resulting from ordinary French
citizens losing trust in their institutions and the official
narratives which uphold them. The social engineers responsible for
controlling the populace of the greatest military power on the planet
are watching France closely, and understand deeply what is at stake
should they fail to control the narrative and herd ordinary Americans
into supporting US government institutions. Right now they’ve got
Republicans cheering on the White House and Democrats cheering on the
US intelligence community, but that could all change should something
happen which causes them to lose control over the thoughts that
Americans think about their rulers.
Propaganda
is the single most overlooked and under-appreciated aspect of human
society. The ability of those in power to manipulate the ways
ordinary people think, act and vote has allowed for an inverted
totalitarianism which
turns the citizenry into their own prison wardens, allowing those
with real power to continue doing as they please unhindered by the
interests of the common man.
The
only thing that will lead to real change is the people losing trust
in corrupt institutions and rising
like lions against
them. That gets increasingly likely as those institutions lose
control of the narrative, and with trust in the mass media at an
all-time low, populist uprisings restoring power to the people in
France, and media corporations acting
increasingly weird and insecure,
that looks more and more likely by the day.

Jammer voor Johnston, maar ‘het nieuws’ dat hij bracht, letterlijk overgenomen van een woordvoerder van het psychopathisch gewelddadige Israëlische leger, is een ‘nieuwtje’ van een aantal weken geleden, waar toen al van werd gezegd, dat dit bericht onbetrouwbaar was…. Onbetrouwbaar daar Hezbollah in het grensgebied wel tunnels heeft gegraven, maar dat deze dienen als bescherming voor burgers en Hezbollah leden, dit tegen de agressie van dat Israëlische leger, men stelde destijds dat de tunnels niet onder grens door in Israëlisch grondgebied eindigden……
Ofwel: Johnson laat zich door de fascistische apartheidsstaat Israël gebruiken, om propaganda tegen Libanon en Hezbollah in het bijzonder te maken…….. Het voorgaande, terwijl Israël de laatste maanden al troepen en militair materieel aan de grens met Libanon heeft samengetrokken (en dat nog schijnt te doen, overigens nu ook op de Golanhoogten)…….. de VS zou besluiten te stoppen met zich te bemoeien met het buitenland

Ook in ons land werken de meeste politici en de volledige reguliere media daaraan mee (o.a. door het brengen van fake news [nepnieuws] en andere desinformatie), zoals door de NRC en haar volkomen ten onrechte de hemel in geprezen journalist en ‘schrijver’ Henk Hofland,
die in 2016 overleed. Hofland, volgens de reguliere media ‘Nederlands beste journalist’ van de 20ste eeuw… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! (bovendien: in het land van de blinden is zelfs iemand met 10% zicht koning….) Met de VS als politieagent heb je geen inbrekers of moordenaars nodig……. De
VS verwoest de wereld met haar: -illegale oorlogen, -geheime
militaire acties, -duizenden standrechtelijke executies van
verdachten middels drones, waarbij meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd
verdacht, dus veelal vrouwen en kinderen…. -het organiseren van
opstanden en staatsgrepen, vaak in het verlengde van elkaar,
-economische oorlogsvoering, met als opzet een VS niet welgevallig
bewind weg te krijgen door onvrede over de economie onder een
bevolking, onvrede die moeten leiden tot demonstraties, die dan weer
tot een opstand moeten leiden….. -het manipuleren van verkiezingen
elders en tot slot: -het steunen van dictaturen, zoals die van de reli-fascistische staat Saoedi-Arabië, een zaak die
volkomen ingaat tegen de door de VS zelf gepropageerde redenen voor
ingrijpen elders: het bevorderen van democratie en vrijheid over de
wereld……..
Naast het voorgaande kan je nog stellen dat de VS de hele wereld bespioneert, zelfs haar bondgenoten zijn daar niet veilig voor, spionage ook t.b.v. grote bedrijven in de VS…..
Niet
alleen laat de VS na haar oorlogsvoering elders landen in puin
achter, maar begaat met die oorlogsvoering een enorm aantallen massamoorden, zo heeft de VS
vanaf het eind van WOII tot nu toe, o.a. met een enorm aantal grote oorlogsmisdaden en andere misdaden zoals hierboven vermeld, meer dan 22,5 miljoen mensen vermoord……. Niet vreemd dus dat de VS verantwoordelijk is voor miljoenen vluchtelingen en alle problemen die dat oplevert…….
Wat
totaal belachelijk dan, zoals ook door Johnstone verwoord, dat landen als Rusland, Syrië,
Iran en Noord-Korea volkomen onterecht en zonder enig bewijs de schuld krijgen voor de hierboven opgesomde
zaken, misdaden die de VS op grote schaal uitvoert, waar wel bewijzen voor zijn, alles mede gevoed door pro-VS
propaganda in de reguliere westerse (massa-) media en door het
overgrote deel van de westerse politici…….
De VS de goede kracht op onze wereld? Gezien de feiten kan je niet anders concluderen dan dat de VS de grootste terreurentiteit is op onze kleine aarde…..*

Secretary
of State Mike Pompeo told
reporters on Saturday that
the government under Venezuela’s recently re-inaugurated president
Nicolas Maduro is “illegitimate”, and that “the United
States will work diligently to restore a real democracy to that
country.”
Pompeo’s
remarks, which were
echoed by
Trump’s National Security Advisor John Bolton, are interesting for a
couple of reasons. The first is because Venezuela’s presidential
election in May of last year (which incidentally was found
to have been perfectly legitimate by
the international Council of Electoral Experts of Latin America)
was actively
and aggressively meddled in by
the US and its allies. The second is that while the US government is
openly broadcasting its intention to continue interfering in
Venezuela’s political system, it continues to scream bloody murder
about alleged Russian interference in its own democratic process two
years ago.
What
is the difference between the behavior of the United States, which
remains far and away the
single worst offender in foreign election meddling on
the planet, and what Russia is accused of having done in 2016?
According to a
comment made by
former CIA Director James Woolsey last year, it’s that the US
interferes in foreign democracies “for a very good cause.”
And
that’s really the only argument that empire loyalists have going for
them on this subject. The US is different because the US has moral
authority. It’s okay for the US to continue to interfere in the
political affairs of foreign nations while it would be an
unforgivable and outrageous “act
of war”
for a nation like Russia to do the exact same thing, because the US
is countering the interests of the Bad Guys while Russia is
countering the interests of the Good Guys. Who decided who the Good
Guys and Bad Guys are in this argument? The US.
This
“What we do is good because we’re the Good Guys”
faith-based doctrine was regurgitated with full-throated zealotry
in a
recent speech given by
Pompeo in Cairo, in which he cited “America’s innate goodness”
in making the absolutely
ridiculous claim
that “America is a force for good in the Middle East” which
has been “absent too much” from the region previously.
America’s nonstop deadly interventionism in the Middle East is
“good”, because America is “innately good”.
America’s
constant military interventionism, election interference and other
nastiness are painted as Good Things done by Good Guys to fight the
Bad Guys. The argument, when you boil it right down, is that if
America wasn’t constantly starting wars, invading sovereign nations,
staging coups, sponsoring proxy conflicts, arming terrorists, bombing
civilians, torturing people, implementing starvation sanctions on
impoverished populations, pointing nuclear weapons everywhere, spying
on us all with a globe-spanning Orwellian surveillance network,
interfering in foreign elections, and patrolling the skies with
flying death robots, the Bad Guys might win.
Sort
of makes you wonder who the Bad Guys really are, huh?
The
theme of Good Guys fighting Bad Guys resonates with a population that
has been raised for generations on Hollywood films featuring a
handsome action hero emerging victorious after a ninety-minute
struggle and karate kicking an ugly villain off a cliff before
kissing the pretty girl, but it doesn’t accurately reflect the
reality we actually live in. Our world is dominated by extremely
powerful people who are motivated not out of interest in good or evil
but a drive toward power and profit which is completely disinterested
in morality of any kind, and the empires they build for themselves
have their foundations on the backs of ordinary people who are just
trying to get by. The majority of those extremely powerful people
either live in the United States or have formed alliances with US
power structures, and all their agendas in Asia, South America, the
Middle East and elsewhere have nothing to do with “protecting
democracy” or being a “force of good”, and everything
to do with amassing more power.
Even
among those who recognize that the US-centralized empire isn’t a
shining beacon of virtue in our world, the notion remains prevalent
that if American power ceases to be a unipolar dominator then someone
worse will take over the world. This fear-based mindset ultimately
underlies all establishment manipulation and all educated support for
it: the idea that someone needs to rule and dominate the world to
prevent someone else from doing the same. But what are the fruits of
this mindset? A corporatist Orwellian dystopia hurtling toward
climate collapse if nuclear war doesn’t kill us all first.
We
can’t keep doing this. We literally can’t; we’ll evolve beyond this
fear-based dominator paradigm or we’ll all perish beneath its feet
very soon. We are now in a position where our irrational fear of
being invaded by China has pushed us to the brink of extinction, so
it isn’t even a gamble to step off that train and try something else
instead.
It
is entirely possible that the US is capable of functioning like a
normal nation and simply defending its own shores and sustaining
itself without interfering in world affairs. It is entirely possible
that the threat everyone imagines of some foreign power stepping in
as the unipolar dominator should America vacate that role is the
product of fearful imaginings with no bearing on reality and a
fundamental misunderstanding of humanity. It is entirely possible
that we are capable of creating a world where nobody dominates
anybody, and no iron-fisted world leader of any kind is needed.
Either way, the train we’re on is headed for a brick wall, so we’ve
now got nothing to lose by stepping off.
Bedenk voorts dat hierboven niet is gesproken over het vervuilen van met milieu door de VS, niet alleen met al haar oorlogshandelingen, maar o.a. ook door het dumpen van steenkool op de wereldmarkt (tegen afbraakprijzen)……..
