Om nog eens aan te geven hoe inhumaan, ijskoud de neoliberale VS werkelijk is, worden daklozen massaal gedeporteerd, weg uit de steden…….. Dit staat in scherp contrast tot wat het grootste deel van de andere westerse politici en de reguliere westerse media je vertellen, sterker nog die de VS meestal voorstellen als lichtend voorbeeld……
Meer dan 50 miljoen mensen in de VS zijn afhankelijk van voedselbonnen (dat zijn overigens geen daklozen). Dan is er nog een enorm aantal mensen, die leven in tentsteden, nadat ze hun huis uit moesten (ten gevolge van de 2008 bankencrisis)…….. Deze mensen worden door de VS overheden niet tot daklozen gerekend……. Echter met deze mensen, die uiteraard wel dakloos zijn, opgeteld bij ‘het normale aantal daklozen’, zou het totaal aantal daklozen in de VS boven de 3,5 miljoen liggen….. De landelijke overheid in de VS spreekt over rond de 500.000 daklozen…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!
‘Logisch’ dat men dit doet in de VS, armoede en dakloosheid ‘moet je immers zoveel mogelijk buiten het zicht houden’, ‘leve het ijskoude, inhumane en fascistische neoliberalisme…..!’

Gisteren was het 37 jaar geleden dat Ronald Reagan een ‘c-acteur’ en d-politicus president werd van de VS. Diezelfde dag liet Iran de VS gijzelaars vrij die 444 dagen vast hadden gezeten in de VS ambassade van Teheran.
Nog steeds spreekt men over het succes dat Reagan boekte met de vrijlating van de gijzelaars. Zoals veel ‘gekozen-presidenten’ bemoeide het team van Reagan zich na de verkiezingsoverwinning, maar voor de inauguratie van Reagan (als president), met de gaande politiek en in dit geval o.a. met de onderhandelingen die president Carters administratie voerde met de Iraniërs. Dat is te zeggen, buiten medeweten van die administratie (en reken maar met de hulp van de CIA…)…….
Met wapens in ruil voor het vasthouden van de gijzelaars tot na de verkiezingen, stal opperploert Reagan de verkiezingen. Deze schoft liet de gijzelaars zelfs vastzitten tot zijn inauguratie op 20 januari, waar zijn administratie later bij verzon, dat de Iraniërs Carter een softie vonden en bang waren voor Reagan en daarom de gijzelaars vrij hebben gelaten op de dag dat hij werkelijk president werd……….
Echter de waarheid is heel anders: Iran was de hele gijzelingskwestie meer dan zat en begon de onderhandelingen met het team van president Carter.
Over manipulaties van verkiezingen gesproken: daar heeft men in de VS de Russen in het geheel niet voor nodig……….

De eilandstaatjes die zich laten chanteren zijn staten die in de toekomst vanwege de zeespiegelstijging zullen moeten verkassen, let wel een zeespiegelstijging die mede door de VS is veroorzaakt en verder werd en wordt aangejaagd onder de administratie van Obama en nu weer onder Trump……..
Deze staten worden gechanteerd, terwijl ze eerder NB al enorm hebben geleden onder de bovengrondse kernproeven van de VS, Groot-Brittannië en Frankrijk…….. De levensverwachting is in deze staten sterk teruggelopen, na de bevrijding van de Japanse overheersing tijdens WOII, zo vertelde een pater, waar deze aan toevoegde dat dit geen communistische propaganda is, maar werd vastgesteld door het VS ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken!!
Het is zelfs zo zot, dat deze staten onder druk van de VS tegen het Kyoto klimaatverdrag stemden, terwijl deze staten juist door de klimaatverandering langzaam maar zeker onder water verdwijnen!!
Met andere woorden: deze staten zouden zich uitstekend kunnen identificeren met de Palestijnse bevolking die zo enorm te lijden heeft onder de Israëlische terreur, terreur die door de VS wordt gesteund……. (en door de rest van de westerse landen, ja men durft wel eens wat commentaar te leveren op Israël, maar als de VS en Israël daarna tegen hen tekeer gaan, is het snel afgelopen met de kritiek, hetzelfde geldt ook voor de reguliere westerse [massa-] media…….)

Clearing House” – Here it goes again! Several
countries of Oceania (also known as South Pacific Nations), or
however you want to call that vast, beautiful but thoroughly
devastated part of the world, have voted “for Israel”, “for the
United States’ proposed resolution at the United Nations”, and
therefore, “against Palestine”.
As
reported on December 22, 2017 by Al Jazeera:
“The
United Nations General Assembly has voted by a huge majority to
declare a unilateral US recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital
“null and void”.
At
an emergency session of the General Assembly on Thursday, 128
countries voted in favour of a resolution rejecting US President
Donald Trump’s controversial decision on December 6.
Nine
countries voted against, while 35 abstained.
Trump
had earlier threatened to cut aid to UN members who would
vote against his decision.”
Did
scarcely inhabited island-nations that are lost in the middle of a
tremendous body of water, go crazy?
After
all those horrific nuclear experiments committed there, against their
people, by the United States, France and the UK; could local people
sincerely believe that the truth as seen from Washington is the only
legitimate truth on Earth?
After
the naked modern-day colonialism, which is being implemented by
Australia, New Zealand, and France, and, of course, by the United
States, have the people of Polynesia, Melanesia and Micronesia become
blind?
After
total dependency, after decades of humiliation and virtual slavery,
do the inhabitants of Oceania believe that their fellow victims in
Palestine do not have the right to live in their own state, without
barbed wire; that they shouldn’t have their own historical capital?
The
answer to all these question is, actually: “No”.
They
do what they are doing simply and only because they have no choice.
When
working on my book. Oceania,
travelling all over the South Pacific, I visited a Jesuit priest and
the region’s prominent intellectual, Francis X. Hezel. Our
encounter took place in the capital of the Federated States of
Micronesia (FSM) – Pohnpei.
Father
Hezel has been amassing important materials and documents in his
private archive, proving beyond any doubts that the US occupation of
Micronesia after WWII led to a dramatic decrease of life expectancy
and the standard of living of the islanders. He explained:
“Life
here became shorter, and much worse than under the Japanese imperial
rule. And this was not some ‘Communist propaganda’. It is written
right here, in the report produced during that period by the US
Department of State.”
But
back to ‘voting’, or what is often called “vote selling”.
Father Hezel offered a very explicit story to illustrate the reality:
“One
day I had an entire television crew from Israel parked at my office.
I had no idea what they were doing here. Why would they travel so
far, to such a small and insignificant country? Finally I understood:
the Israeli public was fascinated with this place; they wanted to
know who are those people who keep voting in the U.N. against most of
Security Council resolutions, in this way supporting Israel and the
United States against the entire world…”
In
my book Oceania, I later wrote:
“Pacific
Island votes at the UN are openly for sale, especially when peace in
the Middle East is at stake. To illustrate the absurdity of the game:
at a time when several countries in the region are becoming
uninhabitable as a result of global warming, both Nauru and Kiribati,
itself one of the sinking nations and therefore a victim, voted
against the Kyoto Protocol.
But
it is not only profit that propels tiny nations in Oceania to sell
their votes; it is also the fear of retribution.
“In
the late 90’s our government voted at the UN against the US on the
issue of landmines, recalled the then Foreign Minister of Marshall
Islands (RMI), Tony deBrum. “As a result, our party lost the
elections.””
In
December 2017, out of the nine countries that voted against the UN
resolution, one was the United States itself, while the other eight
were: Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Marshall Islands, FSM, Nauru,
Palau, and Togo. Two were de factoUS semi-colonies in
Latin America, ruled by brutal pro-Washington cliques, one a tiny and
dependent African nation, while four were the Micronesian and
Polynesian nations and of course, Israel.
The
Pacific Island nations are selling their votes, for profit or out of
fear.
The
West is also using them in an attempt to isolate China.
Presently,
six countries of Oceania, have fully established diplomatic relations
with Taiwan, after being, as was described to me by the former
Foreign Minister of RMI, Tony deBrum, “encouraged” by the West.
These
countries are: Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Solomon
Islands, and Tuvalu.
At
least three of them – Tuvalu, Marshall Islands and Kiribati – are
at the frontline of the climate change disaster: they are becoming
uninhabitable due to the global warming and consequent rising of sea
level.
China
is the only country that has been willing to, altruistically, help
the countries of Oceania: by building anti-tsunami walls, by planting
mangroves, by elevating schools, hospitals and government buildings,
or by building sports facilities in places where around 90% of adults
is suffering from diabetes, often due to dumping there some of the
most unhealthy food from the US, Australia and elsewhere.
The
more successful China got in helping South Pacific nations, the more
‘encouragement’ Taiwan received from the West; an ‘encouragement’
to come, to corrupt local ‘elites’, and to push China away. Any
country that recognizes Taiwan as an independent nation gets
diplomatic relations with China (PRC) broken immediately. Everyone
knows it. And there is not one Western country that would take such
an insane step.
After
China leaves, the countries of Oceania can only rely on the pathetic,
cynical and hypocritical “foreign aid” offered by the West, while
their corrupt leaders negotiate with New Zealand and Australia the
final ‘evacuation project’. Entire countries like Tuvalu may soon
be forced to move abroad.
The
selling of votes by South Pacific Island nations appears to be
shameful, but in fact it is nothing else than an act of total
desperation.
The
Empire has reached great mastery in implementing the “divide and
rule” strategy.
The
victims, often defenseless and robbed of everything, are forced to
vote against those who are suffering similar fate at the opposite
side of the world.
Palestinians
are involuntarily living in a cage.
People
of Oceania, who used to be the greatest seamen, are surrounded by the
vastest expanse of water on Earth, but in the same time they are
confined to tiny specks of land, often scarred by Western military
bases. Trash and decay are everywhere. Hopelessness rules.
Oceania
knows almost nothing about ‘modern Palestine’. Palestinians know
almost nothing about Oceania.
Empire
looks dumb but it is not. It is ‘only’ evil. It knows everything
about both parts of the world. And it is torturing them relentlessly
and with perverse sadistic delight.

Afgelopen donderdag bracht Nieuwsuur het volgende onderwerp: ‘Het niet melden door Marco Kroon kan strafbaar zijn’. Marco Kroon, je weet wel, de cokewitte ridder die werd gedecoreerd voor o.a. het vermoorden van tegenstanders in geheime militaire operaties (dit buiten enige echte parlementaire controle…..)……
Wat met ‘niet melden’ wordt bedoeld? Het niet melden aan zijn meerderen van het vermoorden door Kroon van een Afghaanse ‘vijand’ in 2007 tijdens een geheime operatie……..
‘Kan strafbaar zijn?’ Dat niet melden aan zijn meerderen is strafbaar, maar de laffe zogenaamd onafhankelijke NOS wil ‘uiteraard’ ridder Kroon niet voor de schenen schoppen, immers een groot deel van Nederland vindt deze psychopathische moordenaar een geweldige vent…..
Kroon voerde een aantal lamme excuses aan voor het 10 jaar lang verzwijgen van deze moord, waar de reden daarvoor al lang niet meer is te achterhalen en te bewijzen…….
Hier de woorden van Kroon zoals genoteerd op de NOS site:
“Ik heb als commandant van mijn eenheid een vijand moeten uitschakelen die een ernstig gevaar vormde voor de operatie en ook een gevaar vormde voor het leven van mijn mannen en mijzelf”, verklaarde Kroon gisteren.
“Gelet op de grote politieke en militaire gevoeligheid en het hoge afbreukrisico heb ik dit incident lange tijd geheim móeten houden. Ik wilde en kon de operatie niet in gevaar brengen.” (en dat 10 jaar lang…. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!)
Natuurlijk was er van alles mis met deze moord, immers waarom meldde Kroon dit niet aan zijn meerderen? Deze geheime operaties mogen niet bekend gemaakt worden, ook niet nadat de meerderen op de hoogte zijn gesteld……. “Gelet op de grote politieke en militaire gevoeligheid en het hoge afbreukrisico” aldus Kroon, echter daar kan geen sprake van zijn. Immers vanwege de aard van deze operatie (geheim) zou deze van meet af aan niet zorgen voor enige ophef in de politiek of de burgerlijke samenleving zorgen (daar komt één van de maffe excuses van deze ploert op neer).
Blijkbaar is er binnen het leger geen algemene goedkeuring voor deze geheime operaties, gezien de uitlatingen van Kroon (‘politieke enmilitaire gevoeligheid‘) en zou dit het enige nog beetje steekhoudend excuus zijn voor het niet melden van deze moord aan zijn meerderen……. Alleen dat is al een reden voor een uitgebreid strafrechtelijk onderzoek, niet alleen naar de moord die Kroon pleegde, maar naar al deze geheime operaties en de meningen daarover binnen het leger en defensie in het groot, geheime operaties waarbij altijd wordt gemoord…….
Ongelofelijk mensen, ongelofelijk en ongeloofwaardig!

PS: dat ‘afbreukrisico’ waar Kroon over sprak, afbreukrisico voor de steun van de bevolking voor de illegale oorlog die de VS met steun van een aantal NAVO landen (ook Nederland) tegen de Taliban in Afghanistan voerde en voert……… Nee, het volk moet voorgelogen worden met verhalen dat we lekker bezig waren en zijn in Afghanistan (ja de F16 missie gaat gewoon door, daar heeft hare VVD hufterigheid Hennis-Plasschaert in augustus van het vorig jaar voor gezorgd, dit gesteund door het grootste deel van de Kamer…)…. Moet je nagaan: keer op keer vertelde deze ex-minister en de militaire top dat die F16’s levensgevaarlijk zijn en bijna uit de lucht vallen, daarom moesten we de waardeloze JSF hebben, een peperduur straalvliegtuig dat de aanduiding jager naar huidige maatstaven, niet mag dragen, o.a. daar het te langzaam klimt, rent en wendt, het kan zich op z’n best meten met de A-10 Thunderbolt uit de 70er jaren……)
Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten bracht gisteren het bericht dat ook de fascistenregering van Oostenrijk gaat jagen op vluchtelingen, zoals het fascistische Hongarije dat al veel langer doet met speciale en ‘met scherp bewapende troepen………’
De nieuwe (fascistische) minister van Binnenlandse Zaken, Herbert Kickl liet trots weten dat het met de nieuwe speciale troepen onmogelijk zal zijn voor vluchtelingen het land binnen te glippen…….. Tja je doet als NAVO land al mee aan illegale oorlogen van de VS, dat is al duur genoeg, dan wil je natuurlijk niet nog eens met één van de negatieve gevolgen van die oorlog, het op de vlucht slaan van mensen, worden geconfronteerd, ‘normaal toch…??’
En dan durven de reguliere media te zeggen dat ‘populistische partijen’ (en een beweging als de PVV), waarmee deze media fascistische partijen* bedoelen, in verschillende verkiezingen niet de grootste partijen zijn geworden en daarmee niet waarmaken waar men bang voor was…….. Echter voorlopig groeien deze partijen met elke volgende verkiezing, zoals de PVV dat ook gestaag doet, alleen UKIP (Groot-Brittannië) is een uitzondering…. De EU is bezig met een fascismisering en reken maar dat deze fascisten, die nu nog tegen de EU zijn, als ze ook in de EU het grootst worden, de EU wet- en regelgeving naar hun hand zullen zetten……
Daarom ten overvloede nog eens: NEXIT NU!!!

richtet Grenzschutz-Truppe gegen Migranten ein
Österreichs Regierung will im Bedarfsfall binnen Stunden in der Lage sein, seine Grenzen dichtzumachen.

Der neue österreichische Innenminister Herbert Kickl von der FPÖ hat die Bildung einer eigenen Grenzschutz-Einheit angekündigt. Diese solle in der Lage sein, innerhalb weniger Stunden Sperren und Kontrollen an Österreichs Grenzübergängen einzurichten, sagte Kickl am Donnerstag der „Tiroler Tageszeitung“.
„Ein Durchwinken wird es nicht mehr geben“, sagte der Minister mit Blick auf die Flüchtlingskrise im Jahr 2015, als Hunderttausende über Österreich nach Deutschland und in andere EU-Länder gereist waren. Ziel sei es, binnen weniger Stunden „an den Grenzen ein geordnetes Grenzmanagement gewährleisten zu können“. Bei der Grenzschutz-Einheit werde es sich um eine Bereitschaftstruppe der Polizei handeln, die „im Bedarfsfall“ Grenzübergänge sichern und dort Identitäten feststellen werde, sagte Kickl.
Die im Dezember angetretene und vom konservativen ÖVP-Chef Sebastian Kurz geführte österreichische Regierung hat angekündigt, einen harten Kurs gegenüber Asylbewerbern und Flüchtlingen einzuschlagen. Die FPÖ stellt sechs Minister. Unter anderem hat sie die Schlüsselressorts Inneres, Äußeres und Verteidigung inne.
Bei einem Besuch des neuen österreichische Bundeskanzlers Sebastian Kurz bei Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel in Berlin waren zuvor deutliche Unterschiede in der Migrationspolitik der beiden Staaten zu Tage getreten.

* Waar de PVV een fascistische beweging is, echter het woord ‘beweging’ wordt door de reguliere media niet genoemd als men het over de PVV heeft, terwijl elke echte onafhankelijke journalist moet weten, dat de naam ‘Partij voor de Vrijheid’ al een enorme leugen is, immers de PVV is geen partij! De PVV aanduiden als fascistisch is al helemaal taboe voor de zogenaamde onafhankelijke massamedia en dat geldt ook voor de andere populistische (wel) partijen in de verschillende EU landen…….
Om nog eens aan te geven dat we van de hele EU af moeten en gewoon terug moeten naar de eerdere EEG, blijkt wel uit het feit dat de president van de Europese Centrale Bank (ECB) Draghi lid is van een bankenlobbygroep, aangeduid als G30-Bankenlobbygroep………. De ECB zou de banken moeten controleren op hun doen en laten, zoals de ECB en de centrale banken van de afzonderlijke EU landen (als De Nederlandse Bank) dat hadden moeten doen voor de bankencrisis die in 2008 ‘tot volle bloei kwam……’ Een crisis die zoals de naam al zegt werd veroorzaakt door ondoorzichtige smerige handelingen en financiële ‘oplichters producten’ van banken……..
Deze centrale banken hebben hun werk niet gedaan, waardoor de crisis kon ontstaan* en je kan er donder op zeggen dat dit lag aan de ‘iets te nauwe banden’ van die centrale banken met de bankenmaffia…….. Wat betreft de ECB is dit wel duidelijk gemaakt middels de banden die Draghi heeft met deze maffia, zoals intussen bekend is geworden………
Waar haalt topgraaier Draghi het gore lef vandaan? Deze ploert moet opkomen voor het belang van de EU bevolking, maar is in tegendeel onderdeel van de bankenmaffia….. Het feit dat de ECB de rente laag houdt was al een enorm teken dat de ECB niets opheeft met de gewone burgers, immers van die lage rente profiteren aandeelhouders en banken**. Met andere woorden: de ECB lobbyt middels de lage rente ook nog eens voor de aandeelhouders (voor het grootste deel welgestelden)……
Door die lage rente draaien de aandelenbeurzen wereldwijd op volle toeren, de koersen zeggen al lang niets meer over de werkelijke waarde van bedrijven en er is dan ook al een paar jaar sprake van een aandelen- of beursbubbel……. Als die bubbel barst (zoals de huizenbubbel in 2008) en dat zal op enig moment gebeuren, zijn wij de klos en zullen net als na 2008 moeten bloeden voor de verliezen bij financiële instellingen als pensioenfondsen (die onder PvdA en later CDA kabinetten toestemming kregen om meer en meer geld op de beurs te vergokken, i.p.v. geld te steken in zaken voor het algemeen nut, zoals duurzame energie en huizenbouw en te zorgen voor voldoende buffers…)…….
Terug naar Draghi, mensen ik sloeg bijna achterover van dit nieuws, terwijl dit toch al geruime tijd bekend is (een beetje schaamrood is niet misplaatst, maar beter laat dan nooit geweten). Het valt me nog alleszins mee, dat men in de EU van Draghi eist dat hij die lobbybaan opgeeft……. Natuurlijk is het een enorme schande dat deze kwast niet onmiddellijk aan de straat wordt gezet, immers zijn handelen in deze is zonder meer misdadig en een strafrechtelijk onderzoek naar het handelen van deze misdadiger, zou meer dan op z’n plaats zijn……. (wat niet zal gebeuren zoals je begrijpt…..)

Bürgerbeauftragte der EU fordert EZB-Präsident Mario Draghi auf,
aus der „Group of Thirty“ auszutreten.
Die
EU-Bürgerbeauftragte Emily O’Reilly hat EZB-Präsident
Mario Draghiaufgefordert,
während seiner verbleibenden Amtszeit die Mitgliedschaft in dem
G30-Banken-Lobbygruppe der Finanzwirtschaft ruhen zu lassen. Seine
weitere Mitgliedschaft in der sogenannten „Group of Thirty“ könne
das Vertrauen der Öffentlichkeit in die Unabhängigkeit der EZB
untergraben, teilte O’Reilly am Mittwoch laut Reuters mit.
Auch
künftige Präsidenten der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB) sollten
keine Mitglieder werden. Es sei wichtig, der Öffentlichkeit zu
zeigen, dass eine klare Trennlinie zwischen der EZB und der
Finanzindustrie bestehe. Zu den Mitgliedern der G30 zählten auch

Ein
EZB-Sprecher erklärte, die Notenbank habe die Empfehlungen der
Ombudsfrau zur Kenntnis genommen und werde zu gegebener Zeit
antworten. Der Brüsseler Think Tank Corporate Europe Observatory
(CEO) hatte der EZB zu große Nähe zur Bankenbranche und mögliche
Interessenskonflikte mit ihrer Funktion als oberste Bankenaufseherin
der Euro-Zone vorgeworfen. Die EZB ist seit Herbst 2014 auch für die
Kontrolle der großen Banken der Euro-Zone zuständig. Inzwischen
überwacht sie direkt 119 Institute.
Die
Banken-Lobby besteht aus führenden Vertretern der Finanzwirtschaft,
der Notenbanken, der Wissenschaft und der Politik. Sie beschäftigt
sich mit Themen
des internationalen Finanzsektors und
politischen Entwicklungen. Von ihren Treffen ist die Öffentlichkeit
ausgeschlossen. Bekannte Mitglieder sind unter anderem Credit
Suisse-Chef Tidjane Thiam, UBS-Verwaltungsratschef und
Ex-Bundesbankpräsident Axel Weber, der Vizepräsident des
US-Vermögensverwalters Black Rock, Philipp Hildebrand, und der
britische Notenbank-Präsident Mark Carney.
Der
Grünen-Europaabgeordnete Sven Giegold unterstützte den Vorstoß.
„Es ist höchste Zeit, dass der EZB-Präsident die G30 verlässt.“
Die Unabhängigkeit der EZB sei in Gefahr, wenn er „weiter festes
Mitglied intransparenter Foren mit den Spitzen der globalen
Finanzwirtschaft ist.“
Draghi
soll dem Guardian zufolge mindestens vier Treffen der Gruppe in den
Jahren 2012, 2013 und zweimal im Jahr 2015 als EZB-Präsident besucht
haben.
Die
EZB überwacht seit November 2014 die bedeutendsten Banken im
Euroraum zentral. Derzeit stehen 119 Geldinstitute unter ihrer
direkten Aufsicht. In Deutschland gehören die Deutsche Bank und die
Commerzbank dazu.

Twee
Russisch-Syrische journalisten, die embedded werkten, hebben een
vernietigend rapport samengesteld waarin de ware bedoeling van de
geheime VS operatie in al-Tanf (zuiden van Syrië) wordt uitgelegd. De Russische
generale staf beschuldige de VS vorige maand van het trainen van IS
terroristen in Al-Tanf…….. Aldus een bericht op Information Clearing House van afgelopen maandag, het origineel is van Sputnik en werd een dag eerder gepubliceerd.
Een
Pentagon woordvoerder liet snel weten dat deze beschuldiging vals en
absurd zijn, immers de VS zou juist vechten tegen IS en hen juist uitschakelen….. ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! Er zijn intussen zoveel bewijzen voor VS bemoeienis met IS, dat je de verdediging van het Pentagon als vals en absurd kan noemen!

Journalists Blow Lid Off Alleged US Terrorist Training Network in
Syria
January
15, 2017 “Information
Clearing House” – Two Russian Syria-embedded
journalists have put together a damning firsthand report on the true
purpose of the secrecy-laden US military mission at At-Tanf, southern
Syria.
The
Pentagon was forced to go into full public relations mode
late last month amid fresh allegations by the
Russian General Staff that US instructors were providing training
assistance for some 350 ex-Daesh (ISIS) militants at the US
Army’s al-Tanf garrison in the southern Syrian province of Homs.
Chief of Staff General Valery Gerasimov accused Washington
of intending to use the militants to create a
so-called ‘New Syrian Army’, a military formation aimed at further
destabilizing the war-torn country after Daesh had been
defeated.
A
Pentagon spokesperson soon responded, telling
Sputnik that
Moscow’s allegations were “false and absurd,” and stressing
that the US and its allies engage in capturing and killing
Daesh, not training them.
In
a special investigative report for Russia’s
Federal News Agency, embedded Syria correspondents Igor Petrashevich
and Roman Martynovich made their way south to try to figure
out what was really going on in the US-occupied area
with their own eyes.
Al-Tanf,
a settlement situated near Syria’s border with Iraq and
Jordan, is one of three official border crossings between Syria
and Iraq, and the main border checkpoint along the
Damascus-Baghdad highway. Intense fighting for the area took
place in the spring and summer of 2017, as US-allied
militia attempted to solidify their foothold in southern
Syria. However, a Syrian Army counteroffensive backed by Russian
air power stopped the militants’ advance, prompting them and their
US-led coalition allies to secure a patch of territory
running about 55 km deep into Syria.

Late
last month, General Gerasimov pointed to al-Tanf as being
one of two staging areas for the continuation of an
armed struggle against the Syrian government by the
jihadists, with the other located at Shaddadi camp,
under the control of Kurdish forces operating in Syria’s
north. According to the general, the al-Tanf militants, many
former members of Daesh, were brought into the area by US
special forces from Deir ez-Zor province, where Daesh had
suffered total defeat.
According
to Petrashevich and Martynovich, the presence of these
former Daesh fighters made local residents wary of helping them
to make their way into the US military-administered
enclave. “A young man named Marshod warned our correspondents
about this and said that two of his own attempts to make
his way to a nearby village beyond the line of demarcation
led to threats against his life from militants
guarding the enclave’s inner perimeter.”
Undeterred,
the journalists continued their investigation via interviews
with eyewitnesses and representatives of the Syrian
military stationed in the region.
There
May Be Close to Four Times as Many Militants as Previously
Estimated
Although
the Russian military conservatively estimated the presence of roughly
350 Daesh militants at al-Tanf, Syrian military sources speaking
to Patrashevich and Martynovich explained that the number may,
in fact, be upwards of 1,200 fighters, some 200 of them
Daesh jihadis brought to the area by US special forces,
mostly from Deir ez-Zor province. Other forces include the
so-called ‘New Syrian Army’, the Forces of Martyr Ahmad al-Abdo
(formally part of the Free Syrian Army), and the Martyrs
of Islam Brigade (an Islamist group). According to the
Syrian military, these forces’ armament includes large-caliber
mortars, anti-tank missiles, tanks and other heavy weaponry.
The
New Syrian Army, commanded by one Mekhenda Talla, reportedly has
a strained relationship with the other formations, who cooperate
with his forces only on a for cash basis.
“In
general, the relationship between the militants from the
individual groups is quite tense, as civilian testimony makes
clear,” Patrashevich and Martynovich wrote. “One local, a
man named Amjad Sahim, who managed to escape the US-controlled
territory to neighboring Damascus Governate, told us that he and
his brothers witnessed clashes between the NSA forces moving
toward the border and former Daesh fighters attempting to leave
the area into Jordanian territory. As a result of the
clashes, the small group of Daesh terrorists was completely
wiped out.”
Furthermore,
the journalists’ Syrian Army source said that other members of the
US-led coalition were also deployed in the area, with about
400 mercenaries, intelligence operatives and members of the
special forces of the UK, France, Jordan, and possibly other
countries, operating in the region. These forces’ arsenal
includes HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems, as well
as anti-aircraft artillery, tasked with defending the US
base.
‘Passive
Reserve’ of 5,000 More Jihadists
Local
freelance journalists told Patrashevich and Martynovich that
in addition to the so-called ‘active reserve’ of militants,
the US and its allies also has a passive one.
“While
the main jihadists are based at the US Armed Forces base and
receive a monthly allowance, another 5,000 Islamists reside at the
Rukban refugee camp, some still armed and in contact with their
field commanders. Last November, militants began voicing their
dissatisfaction with the noticeable decline in US funding.
As a result, the al-Tanf base’s command, fearing military
insurrection, decided to pay out a severance payment
of several thousand dollars to each fighter, and gave them
the right to remain inside the enclave in the tent
camp zone.”
As
for the New Syrian Army, their job, according to a Syrian
Army serviceman stationed near the front line, includes guard
duty at checkpoints along the makeshift border, and defense
of the perimeter of the al-Tanf base and the Rukban camp.
Talla’s troops maintain discipline over the other units
via payments the performance of various duties.
Life
in Region a Living Hell for Civilians
Speaking
to locals, Patrashevich and Martynovich were told that the
jihadists’ presence in the region has had a severe impact
on civilian life. In the town of Al-Qaryatayn, the
correspondents met with Farah Alhamsih, a young woman who had
lived outside al-Tanf before managing to escape the
area once it fell under US and jihadist control.
According
to Alhamsih, while some militants engaged in “building
homes or carried out shooting practice, most of them, left
almost without a livelihood, robbed local houses, or trucks
passing along the Damascus-Baghdad highway.” According
to the eyewitness, while US forces first tried to exert
pressure on the radicals or even evict them from the Rukban
camp, they eventually gave up, closing their eyes to their
criminal activities.
Last
fall, a group of some 300 Daesh militants carried
out an offensive toward Al-Qaryatayn,
successfully avoiding the Syrian Army’s hidden outposts using
coordinates Moscow and Damascus later alleged were obtained
through aerial reconnaissance provided by the US. Although
the offensive was stopped, the Syrian military has concerns that new
attacks may be in the offing. Furthermore, US and jihadi
occupation of the area put important roads, including the
Homs-Deir ez-Zor and Damascus-Palmyra highways, as well
as strategically important oil and gas fields, under threat.
Russian
officials have also voiced concerns about the state of the
Rukban refugee camp, the Russian Center for Reconciliation
describing the situation there as being close to ‘catastrophic,’
and the US military closing access to the camp to the UN
and other humanitarian organizations. Thus far, Patrashevich and
Martynovich recalled, “any attempts by Syrian government
convoys or pro-Russian forces to come close to the enclave
have been met with airstrikes by the US coalition.”
This includes incidents in May
and June 2017.
Sahim,
the local man now living in Damascus Governate, confirmed to the
journalists that the humanitarian situation in the US-occupied
territory is approaching desperate, with basic foodstuffs and
other necessities unavailable, while militants have seized local
wells, selling water to locals at marked up prices.
“When
I was very thirsty, I had to spend a fortune. A bottle of water
which could earlier be bought for 50 lira is sold by the
terrorists for 500. And people buy it. What else could they do?
Many parents tried to save their children. I know several local
families who gave away their girls for marriage just to get
them out of the area,” Sahim recalled.
The
eyewitness added that when locals tried to organize to get
the attention of US military command about arranging the
supply of necessities, their requests fell on deaf ears.
This, combined with the lack of any effort to rein
in the militants, has given rise to anti-American
sentiments, as well as hopes for cooperation with the
Syrian government or even representatives of the Russian
military.
The
Russian Center for Reconciliation has offered to assist
refugees from the Rukban camp. Despite the absence of any
security guarantees from the US side, and the presence
of roaming jihadist militants in the region, last month,
Center representatives assisted in the evacuation of a
small group of refugees from the camp. The reporters
captured the evacuation on video.
For
now, Patrashevich and Martynovich noted, the fate of the
occupied Syrian enclave is in American hands. So long as the
illegal US occupation of the border area continues, Damascus
will not be able to rest easy with regard to the
security of its southern territories.

Vanmorgen was Transport en Logistiek Nederland (TLN) plork van Dijk te horen over de storm van gisteren, waarmee 60 vrachtwagens omver werden geblazen.
Van Dijk vertegenwoordigd de ondernemers met vrachtwagens, je weet wel, veelal figuren die Oost-Europeanen met een schandalig laag loon laten rijden en dat ook nog eens met veel te lange rijtijden*. Niet vreemd dus dat hij stelde dat niet de ondernemers schuldig zijn, maar de chauffeurs die hun wagen niet langs de weg hebben gezet…… ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!
Wat een bedrieger die van Dijk! Uiteraard zijn de ondernemers de schuldigen, immers zij willen het liefst dat de vrachtauto’s in hun bezit zo min mogelijk stil staan, om een zo hoog mogelijke winst te behalen, zelfs al kost dit mensenlevens, doordat chauffeurs oververmoeid raken……..
Afgelopen zondag in Nieuwsuur kwam Cora van Nieuwenhuizen, een VVD nitwit die minister van Infrastructuur mag spelen, met een dapper verhaal over het aanpakken van chauffeurs die het weekeinde in en bij hun vrachtwagen moeten doorbrengen (Oost-Europese chauffeurs). Sinds afgelopen december is dit bij wet verboden en de Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport moet dit verbod gaan handhaven, echter zoals bij alle inspectieorganen is ook deze inspectie zwaar onderbemenst……. Nederlandse vrachtwagenchauffeurs lachten zich dan ook een bult over de uitspraken van van Nieuwenhuizen en vragen zich af waar de controleurs vandaan moeten komen……. Zij wijzen erop dat de rijtijdenwet al amper wordt gehandhaafd* en dat heeft nog met directe veiligheid op de weg te maken!!
Het zal erop neerkomen dat mensen moeten gaan klikken als ze een arme donder zien, die noodgedwongen in zijn vrachtwagen het weekeinde moet doorbrengen…. De kans dat zo’n chauffeur onmiddellijk vervangen zal worden door een andere Roemeen of Bulgaar is daarna levensgroot, immers de baas zal niet blij zijn met de boete en met een andere Oost-Europeaan, kunnen deze ondernemers bij een volgende boete in beroep gaan (gesteund door TLN) en stellen dat de nieuwe chauffeur de regels nog niet begrijpt………
Opvallend, dezelfde van Dijk kwam afgelopen maandag, dus de dag nadat Nieuwsuur de ondernemers met vrachtwagens ‘aan de paal nagelde’, met een pleidooi voor het renoveren van alle bruggen en viaducten in ons land, zo hoopte deze plork de aandacht af te leiden van de voornoemde ondernemers…..
Het is als met de eis van van Dijk voor het aanpakken van files (veelal veroorzaakt door defecte vrachtwagens): die bruggen en viaducten worden voor een groot deel juist vernield door te hoge en te zwaar beladen vrachtwagens………
Ik hoef je waarschijnlijk niet te vertellen hoe mijn oordeel over van Dijks is…..
* De kans dat transportbedrijven worden gepakt voor het overtreden van de Rijtijdenwet en voor het zwaar onderbetalen van Oost-Europees personeel, is uiterst klein…… Je snapt waarschijnlijk wel waarom: veel te weinig menskracht, wat we te danken hebben aan het CDA, VVD, PvdA, D66, CU en SGP, die zo min mogelijk regels en controles willen, immers dat is maar lastig voor de ‘hoge heren’ ondernemers…… De straffen voor het ontduiken van de rijtijdenwet zijn totaal onvoldoende, zodat deze ondernemers gewoon doorgaan met het uitbuiten van hun chauffeurs……. Als ik me niet vergis, is de PvdA eindelijk wakker geworden en pleit nu voor veel zwaardere straffen…… De laatste 5 jaar waarin de PvdA in de regering zat, heeft het niets ondernomen tegen deze smerige gang van zaken….. Ach ja, typisch PvdA…….
Ontving gisteren een petitie van het Care2 team. In deze petitie wordt de deelstaatregering van River State (Nigeria) opgeroepen eindelijk wat aan de al een paar jaar voortdurende enorme luchtvervuiling te doen.
Mensen worden ‘s morgens wakker en vinden veel van hun spullen onder een laag roet…… Uiteraard zorgt de luchtvervuiling die dit veroorzaakt, ook nog eens voor een aantal aandoeningen zoals kanker……. Organen als hart, longen, nieren en lever raken beschadigt door deze troep.

Black
Soot in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria: “The Danger that
Lurks” Behind the Black Particles
According
to the Press Release purportedly issued by the Rivers State
government dated December 8, 2016, it has been brought to the
attention of the Rivers State government the “appearance of strange
black soot deposits noticeably seen on cars and rooftops in our
environment especially in Port Harcourt and its environs.” The
Press Release further stated “that it is apparently obvious that
the [Rivers] state government cannot decontaminate the airspace but
it can put a stop to the pollution if the source of the soot is
located.”
Sources
of particulate matter, which can manifest as black soot, include
diesel trucks, plants powered by coal/industrial operations,
wood-burning stoves (USEPA, 1997). Exposure to black soot can
severely impact human health causing premature death, severe asthma,
breathing and other respiratory problems, cancer and birth defects
(USEPA, 2016). Black soot or “black carbon”, a “harmful air
pollutant”, can also contribute to global warming (Sierra Club,
n.d.). According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer,
“there is sufficient evidence in experimental animals for the
carcinogenicity of black carbon”(IARC, 1996), i.e. black carbon can
cause cancer.
Time
is of the essence for the Rivers state government to spare no efforts
to find the source of the black soot pollution in the Port Harcourt
area and to use appropriate technologies to, yes, clean up the soot
contamination and “decontaminate the airspace”.
For
the longer term, “prevention is better than cure”. To ensure a
sustainable environment and foster sustainable development in Rivers
state, the Rivers state government should develop effective laws and
regulations to prevent pollution in any form, including air
pollution, AND enforce such laws and regulations. The polluter pays
principle should be the bedrock of environmental legislation not only
in Rivers State but in Nigeria.
The primary role of government is to
ensure the security and welfare of the people (Constitution of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999). It is not unreasonable to state
that the security of a person may be threatened by poor health. The
Rivers state government must protect every person in Rivers state,
young and old, rich and poor, from the danger that lurks behind the
black soot particles. All breathe the same air as air contaminants do
not distinguish between the rich and the poor, young and old,
government officials and non-government workers. To whom much is
given, much more is required.

People
in Rivers State, Nigeria wake up every morning to find black
soot covering everything from their food and furniture to their cars
and the trees outside. It
seems as though the entire community is coated with a fine dust that
seeps into everything.
Residents
of the state have started a Care2 petition, imploring the global
community to help them stop the pollution that is showering down on
them. Will

soot may look like just a freaky occurrence, but its implications are
deadly real. Air pollution is poisoning the people of the town.
Everyone is affected — the elderly, children, mothers, fathers,

one is immune.
That’s
why the community there is reaching out to us. In order to make sure

Gistermiddag op WDR 5 in het programma ‘Leonardo’ aandacht voor de massamoord op psychiatrisch zieke mensen, geestelijk minder validen enz., in nazi-Duitsland
Deze mensen zouden volgens de nazi wetten een levens onwaardig leven leiden en moesten derhalve uitgeroeid worden (zich vermenigvuldigen mocht uiteraard al helemaal niet, al was dit niet alleen in nazi-Duitsland verboden….).
Psychiaters, professoren in psychiatrie en andere specialisten beoordeelden deze mensen, waarop ze in grote getale werden onderworpen aan vergiftiging, verhongering of vergassing……..
Een aantal van deze professoren en specialisten kregen na de oorlog een dik betaalde baan in de Deutschen Gesellschaft für Psychiatrie Psychotherapie und Nervenheilkunde (DGPPN), anderen konden gewoon doorgaan met hun werk……….
Eén van de psychiatrische patiënten, die de nazi-massamoord overleefde, is Dorothea Buck. In 1936, toen ze 19 jaar oud was, werd bij haar schizofrenie geconstateerd. Dorothea was één van de velen die tegen haar wil werd gesteriliseerd………Zelfs na de oorlog werd Dorothea Buck geconfronteerd met een uiterst inhumane psychiatrie, veelal geleid door voormalige nazi-artsen en psychiaters, maar ook dat heeft ze overleefd. Het heeft tot 2010 geduurd voor de DGPPN haar nazi verleden erkende en daar aandacht aan besteedde……
Dorothea, intussen 100 jaar oud, is beeldhouwer en werd gedecoreerd voor haar inzet op humane psychiatrie.

Precies dat, het wegkijken van het nazi verleden, was één van de redenen waarom de de Baader Meinhof groep ontstond, die later opging in de Rote Armee Fraktion. Zij zagen als student dat de schoften die in WOII voor zoveel ellende en dood hebben gezorgd, als hoge politiefunctionarissen en rechters (de laatsten hebben vanaf 1933 tot mei 1945 ongelofelijk veel doodstraffen al spugend uitgesproken) gewoon in functie konden blijven, sterker nog zelfs hoge functies werden toebedeeld, zoals in het geval van de DGPPN…… Nogmaals: dit ondanks de onbeschrijfelijke barbaarse misdaden die dit geteisem tegen de menselijkheid heeft begaan………
