Het zogenaamde Amerikaanse volkslied is heilig voor de burgers in de VS en als ze het horen dienen ze stil te staan met de hand op het hart of te luisteren dan wel mee te zingen….. (volkomen belachelijk en dat voor een land dat is gebouwd op het bloed van de in een genocide bijna uitgemoorde bevolking die oorspronkelijke leefde in wat men Noord-Amerika noemt!)

Nu gaat de ordi-trut Lady Gaga dus het volkslied zingen voor inauguratie van de corrupte oorlogsmisdadiger Joe Biden en oorlogshitser Kamala Harris……
Terwijl
de wereld hysterisch reageert op de gebeurtenissen die gisteren
plaatsvonden op Capital Hill, misbruiken meerdere politici en
reguliere mediaorganen deze om te pleiten voor censuur op het net en de
sociale media. Zo ook D66 kwaadaardigheid Sigrid Kaag die als was ze
al premier van Nederland de gebeurtenissen in Washington veroordeelde
en vanmorgen in bedekte termen op BNR na 8.00 u. pleitte voor censuur
toen ze stelde dat we op moeten passen voor het woordgebruik op de
sociale media……. Vergeet niet dat haar minister en partijcollega
Ollongren, de gesel van de Nederlandse huurders, meermaals naar
(echt) linkse mensen in ons land, dus niet van PvdA, GL of SP, heeft
gewezen als zijnde Russische trollen, die niet de kans zouden moeten hebben de mening van het publiek te beïnvloeden, zo waarschuwde deze oplichter en grootlobbyist voor het neoliberalisme en het bedrijfsleven ook voor manipulatie van verkiezingen in ons land door Russische trollen……
Zoals
gezegd misplaatste hysterie over de gebeurtenissen in Washington,
immers als je een beetje het nieuws in de gaten hebt gehouden al van
voor de presidentsverkiezingen en zeker daarna, heeft Trump meermaals
aangegeven dat hij zich het presidentschap niet af zou laten nemen
door gestoken en daarmee gestolen verkiezingen, geen woord Spaans in te ontdekken…..
Het voorgaande zeker als je weet dat zijn aanhangers voor een flink
deel lid zijn van bewapende milities, die maar een paar woorden nodig
hebben om in opstand te komen….. Neem de gewelddadige fascistische
groep die zich Proud Boys noemt en die Trump maande waakzaam te
zijn nadat de leden in Washington en elders geweld gebruikten tegen vreedzame
demonstranten van Black Lives Matter (BLM)…… Vooral de reguliere media moeten zich schamen als
ze zeggen totaal verrast te zijn door de gebeurtenissen van
gisteren……
Gisteravond
werd het Oog op Morgen op Radio1 verlengd vanwege de gebeurtenissen
en donderde bijna van m’n stoel toen ik een correspondent in de VS
hoorde zeggen dat hij niets begreep van de ontstane situatie daar
‘hij normaal CNN maar aan hoefde te zetten om te weten wat er
gebeurt in Washington…..’ Inderdaad dat is het niveau van de
zogenaamde journalistiek in ons land en ver daarbuiten…… Een
andere correspondent, volgens mij Lucas Waagmeester, correspondent
van de zogenaamde onafhankelijke zendgemachtigde NOS, ‘moest’ nog even melden dat er ook linkse groepen geweld gebruikten
in Washington…. Geen beeld dat dit bevestigt, maar dat interesseert Waagmeester blijkbaar niet…….
Nog
even terug naar Kaag, o.a. minister Buitenlandse Handel, zij stelde
bij BNR tevens dat ze Biden feliciteerde met zijn presidentschap en
hoopt zaken te kunnen doen met hem…. ha! ha! ha! ha! Kaag hoopt
gewoon dat Biden als de bliksem het TTIP akkoord tekent, zodat ze een
meerderheid van het Nederlandse volk dat tegen dit vrijhandelsverdrag is, een reuzenoor kan aannaaien, immers dit verdrag
is in het belang van de grote bedrijven en niet van de burgers….. Eén en ander door
de ISDS clausule in dit verdrag, daarmee zullen landen als Nederland niet
langer producten uit de VS kunnen weigeren als deze een gevaar zijn voor de
volksgezondheid, vergeet niet dat dit nu al is toegestaan: er worden
hier levensmiddelen als groente en fruit verkocht die behandeld zijn
met een gif dat hier al lang en breed is verboden…… ISDS staat voor een geheime rechtbank waar bedrijven landen kunnen aanklagen voor het weigeren van hun producten….. Bestaande handelsverdragen met zo’n rechtbank laten zien dat de bedrijven in 99% van de gevallen in het gelijk worden gesteld…. Geheime rechtbanken daar het publiek niet mag weten welk bedrijf zo smerig bezig is, immers daarop zou dat publiek kunnen besluiten die producten te boycotten……
‘Terug naar Washington’: Paul
Bril, die volgens eigen zeggen jaren in de VS heeft gewoond stelde vanmorgen op
BNR na 8.00 u. dat Capitol Hill gewijde grond is….. ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja ‘gewijde grond’ waar beslissing werden en worden genomen die miljoenen
mensen het leven hebben gekost en kosten, in de eerste plaats de levens van de
oorspronkelijke bevolking van het VS gebied in Noord-Amerika die met een genocide bijna werden
uitgeroeid…. ‘Gewijde grond……’
Onbegrijpelijk
dat e.e.a. heeft kunnen gebeuren in Washington zeker daar Trump
zoals gezegd, al in december zijn aanhang opriep om 6 januari naar
Washington te komen (de dag dat het congres Biden zou aanwijzen als
opvolger van hem)… Hoe is het mogelijk dat deze gewelddadige
demonstranten zelfs het Capitol konden binnendringen??? Heeft dit
wellicht te maken met politie en troepen van de Nationale Garde die
een machtsoverdracht onmogelijk willen maken?? Het ziet er niet
naar uit dat politie en leger pal achter Trump staan en het mogelijk
zouden maken dat Biden niet kan aantreden als president, maar je
weet maar nooit, pas de 20ste van deze maand is de officiële
machtsoverdracht…. Een burgeroorlog zou lullig genoeg een zegen
zijn voor een groot aantal landen waar de VS de beest uithangt, immers
er zullen dan echt veel troepen terug worden geroepen naar de VS,
zoals Trump beloofde bij zijn aantreden, maar waar weinig van
terecht is gekomen. Eén ding is zeker: een burgeroorlog in de VS dichterbij dan ooit sinds de laatste 155 jaar……..
Overigens dient nog opgemerkt worden dat in het hieronder opgenomen bericht van Caitlin Johnstone een video is opgenomen waarin te zien is hoe de politie de hekken opent voor de gewelddadige demonstranten……..
Misschien
wel de meest belachelijke uitspraak kwam van Boris Johnson, de
uiterst kwaadaardige Britse premier, deze stelde dat de
gebeurtenissen in Washington beschamend zijn, terwijl de VS staat
voor het brengen van democratie over de wereld…. ha! ha! ha! ha!
ha! ha! ha! Democratie brengen middels bommen en granaten, waarna een democratie
zelfs verder weg is dan ooit tevoren!! Niet voor niets dat de VS het
zo goed kan vinden met dictators, neem Saoedi-Arabië dat met hulp
van de VS een genocide uitvoert in Jemen en dat bijna alle moslim
terreurgroepen steunt, inclusief ISIS….. Iets waar de VS overigens volledig
aan meewerkt, zo beschermt de VS diverse terreurgroepen in het gebied
dat het in Syrië illegaal bezet houdt, een belangrijk gebied voor dat land omdat
er veel olie wordt gewonnen (het land moet heropgebouwd worden vanwege de door de VS georganiseerde oorlog, dus elke cent is nodig), naast Al Qaida en minder bekende
terreurgroepen zijn daar ook een groot aantal ISIS strijders die
(nogmaals) worden beschermd door de VS…….
George W. Bush stelde in een reactie dat het gebeuren in Washington thuishoort in een bananenrepubliek…. Een bananenrepubliek waarvoor o.a. hijzelf de fundamenten heeft gelegd!!
In
het volgende artikel merkt Caitlin Johnstone o.a. volkomen terecht op
dat de VS nu een koek van eigen deeg krijgt, ook al is de
machtsoverdracht bijna niet te voorkomen door Trump en zijn misdadige
administratie, die overigens deels tegen de gewelddadige
demonstranten is…… (heb de meeste foto’s en de video in het bericht niet overgenomen zie daarvoor het origineel op de site van Caitlin Johnstone)

am being generous when I say that America was given a very small

am also being generous when I say the rioters “forced their way”
in; DC chose
not to increase its police presence
in preparation for the protests despite knowing that they were
planned, and there’s footage
of what appears to be cops actively letting them through a police
barricade. There was some
fighting
between police and protesters, but contrasted with the militarized
squadron
which greeted Black Lives Matter demonstrators at the same building a
few months prior it’s fair to say the police response today was
relatively gentle.

In
the former, NYT’s Sheera Frenkel writes “the violence Wednesday
was the result of online movements operating in closed social media
networks where people believed the claims of voter fraud and of the
election being stolen from Mr. Trump,” citing the expert
analysis of think tank spinmeister Renee DiResta of “Tulsi
Gabbard is a Russian asset”
fame. As usual no mention is made of DiResta’s involvement
in the New Knowledge scandal
in which a Russian interference “false flag” was staged for
an Alabama Senate race.
“These
people are acting because they are convinced an election was stolen,”
DiResta said. “This is a demonstration of the very real-world
impact of echo chambers.”
“This
has been a striking repudiation of the idea that there is an online
and an offline world and that what is said online is in some way kept
online,” DiResta adds.
The

This
narrative which seeds the idea that unregulated communication on the
internet will lead to violent uprisings is funny coming from Frankel,
who, as a Twitter follower recently
observed,
wrote a
piece in 2018
condemning the Iranian government for restricting protesters’ social
media access during the demonstrations at that time.
“Social
media and messaging apps have become crucial to antigovernment
demonstrators around the world, as a means of both organizing and
delivering messages to other citizens,” Frankel wrote. “Not
surprisingly, restricting access to such technology has become as
important to government crackdowns as the physical presence of the
police.”
In the
other article,
co-authored by Frankel, Mike Isaac and Kate Conger, the message is
driven home even less subtly.
“As pro-Trump
protesters stormed the Capitol building on Wednesday and halted
the certification of Electoral College votes, the role of social
media companies such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube in spreading
misinformation and being a megaphone for Mr. Trump came under renewed
criticism,” reads the article, adding, “So when
violence broke out in Washington on Wednesday, it was, in the minds
of longtime critics, the day the chickens came home to roost for the
social media companies.”
The
article reports on the US president’s temporary suspension of social
media privileges for allegedly inciting violence with his posts, then
discusses the various kinds of disinformation and violent ideation
being circulated in Trump discussion forums.
“Those
alternative social media sites were rife with Trump supporters
organizing and communicating on Wednesday,” NYT tells us. “On
Parler, one trending hashtag was #stormthecapitol. Many Trump
supporters on the sites also appeared to believe a false rumor that
Antifa, a left-wing movement, was responsible for committing violence
at the protests.”
“We
know the social media companies have been lackadaisical at best” at
stopping extremism from growing on their platforms, Jonathan
Greenblatt, director of the Anti-Defamation League, told NYT.
“Freedom of expression is not the freedom to incite violence. That
is not protected speech.”
We
will likely see many more such articles in the coming days, arguing
for increased regulation of internet communication to prevent future
incidents like today.
In
and of itself this won’t sound terribly concerning to the average
citizen. Nothing wrong with taking steps to prevent people from
plotting violence and terrorism on social media, right?
But
how do you predict what protests are going to be “violent”?
How do you decide which protests and what political dissent need to
be censored and which ones should be permitted to communicate freely?
Do you just leave it up to Silicon Valley oligarchs to make the call?
Or do you have them consult with the government like they’ve
been doing?
Are either of these institutions you’d trust to regulate what
protests are worthy of being permitted to organize online?
Because
the actual power structures in the United States seem to be
interested in simply censoring the internet to eliminate political
dissent altogether.
In
2017 top officials from Facebook, Twitter and Google were brought
before the Senate Judiciary Committee
and admonished to come up with policies that will “prevent the
fomenting of discord” in the United States.

reminder that last year representatives of Google/Youtube, Facebook
and Twitter were instructed on the floor of the US Senate that it is
their responsibility to “quell information rebellions” so

Democratic
Senator Mazie Hirono of Hawaii demanded, for her part, that the
companies adopt a “mission statement” expressing their commitment
“to prevent the fomenting of discord.”
The
most substantial portion of the testimony took place in the second
part of the hearing, during which most of the Senators had left and
two representatives of the US intelligence agencies testified before
a room of mostly empty chairs.
Clint
Watts, a former U.S. Army officer, former FBI agent, and member of
the Alliance for Securing Democracy, made the following apocalyptic
proclamation: “Civil wars don’t start with gunshots, they start
with words. America’s war with itself has already begun. We all
must act now on the social media battlefield to quell information
rebellions that can quickly lead to violent confrontations and easily
transform us into the Divided States of America.”
He
added, “Stopping the false information artillery barrage landing on
social media users comes only when those outlets distributing bogus
stories are silenced—silence the guns and the barrage will end.”
That
sounds an awful like government officials and operatives telling
social media corporations that it’s their job to censor communication
which could facilitate any kind of unrest, no matter how justified.
Do
you trust these monopolistic megacorporations to decide whether or
not people’s dissident speech is acceptable? I don’t.

Whitehead heeft een artikel geschreven waarin hij betoogt dat 2020
het jaar is waarin de overheid (beter: overheden) de definitieve stap
heeft gezet om onze vrijheid af te nemen. Hij begint met een mooie
uitspraak van John Lennon waarin deze betoogt dat mensen niet bewust
leven, niet opgeleid zijn om te beseffen dat ze macht hebben. Het
systeem werkt zo dat iedereen gelooft dat de overheid alles zal
oplossen. Eindigend met : “Wij zijn de regering” (als we dat willen,
Ap).
Nog even
het volgende : vergeet niet dat de situatie in de VS, waarover
Whitehead spreekt, in feite nog een stuk erger is dan hier, hoewel we
in sneltreinvaart achter de VS aangaan en en paar zaken die Whitehead
aanhaalt zal je ongetwijfeld zelf al hebben bemerkt in ons land, of
welk land dan ook waar je woont, waar je leeft.
Volkomen
terecht merkt Whitehead op dat 2020 ‘een vreselijk, verschrikkelijk
slecht jaar was voor vrijheid’, waar dit jaar ‘een optelsom was van het
laatste vreselijke, verschrikkelijk slechte decennium voor
ons aller vrijheid…….’
Corruptie
op regeringsniveau (hier beter verborgen, maar aanwijsbaar bestaand), tirannie en misbruik, gemixt met een Big Brother weet
alles mentaliteit, samen met de COVID-19 ‘pandemie’ hebben deze zaken ons op
‘warpsnelheid’* gebracht in de richting van een politiestaat, aldus
Whitehead. Daarna noemt hij een aantal zaken die nu al als normaal
worden gezien in de VS: hele staten die op slot zijn gegaan middels
een lockdown, enorm uitgebreide bewaking (van alles en iedereen),
veel fouilleringen langs de kant van de weg, politiemoorden op
meerdere ongewapende burgers, censuur, arrestaties als vergelding,
het criminaliseren van tot nu toe gewoon geoorloofde zaken,
oorlogshitserij, het ‘oneindig vasthouden’ van mensen (bijvoorbeeld
ook in Nederland als het gaat om vluchtelingen), overvallen door arrestatieteams, het in beslag
nemen van zaken (door de politie en/of deurwaarder ), politiegeweld,
winstmakende privé gevangenissen (die in de VS zelfs aan de beurs
zijn genoteerd….) en alom aanwezige corruptie, zelfs in het Witte Huis……
Terecht
is volgens Whitehead het voorgaande een waslijst aan vergrijpen >>
die wreed, brutaal, immoreel, ongrondwettig en onacceptabel zijn.
Zaken waarmee de regering de laatste 2 decennia en zeker het laatste
jaar het volk heeft belast……
Door
de Coronacrisis zijn een aantal van onze burgerrechten gesneuveld, we zouden die terugkrijgen zo werd beloofd, echter de geschiedenis laat zien dat
regeringen, ook in ons land, zaken van dergelijke omvang (ook qua
lengte in tijd) niet snel of helemaal niet terugdraaien. Immers zaken
als ons recht op privacy waren we al bijna kwijt voor de Coronacrisis
en daar blijft nu bijna helemaal niets van over en uiteraard is dat
een geschenk voor
diezelfde overheid, politie en geheime diensten waarmee de schending van ook andere burgerrechten heel makkelijk wordt gemaakt**.
Verder
is het ons een stuk moeilijker gemaakt om ons voor één doel te
verenigen, niet alleen dat: zelfs als zou je daadwerkelijk
verzetsdaden willen verrichten is dat door de enorme controle en de
meer dan schandelijke spoedwet een heel stuk moeilijker geworden en
voor velen zelfs onmogelijk…….
Whitehead
gaat uitvoerig in op een aantal onderwerpen, zoals het onvermogen van
de overheid om ons leven, onze vrijheid en ons geluk te beschermen.
Ook schenkt hij aandacht aan het feit dat de opvolgende presidenten in de VS zich meer en
meer gedragen als een keizer van een imperium (nu moet ik zeggen dat
dit al heel lang het geval is in het hysterische VS, het geschreeuw,
gefluit en applaus alsof de president van de VS een beroemde popster
is, hier zie je dat trouwens ook bij een figuur als de GroenLinks
oplichter Jessias Klaver……). En vergeet niet dat de VS in feite als het Vierde Rijk kan worden gezien…… Verder noemt Whitehead de
gemilitariseerde politie in de VS, een macht op zich, die de bevolking terroriseert en beschikt over wapentuig dat op het
slagveld thuishoort…… Ook lijkt het wel of de politie in de VS
willekeurig mensen neerschiet, willekeurige arrestaties uitvoert en mensen fouilleert waarbij ‘de zoektocht’ zelfs doorgaat tot in
het lichaam……..

“Information
Clearing House”
– No doubt about it: 2020—a terrible, horrible, no good, very
bad year for freedom—was the culmination of a terrible, horrible,
no good, very bad decade for freedom.
Government corruption,
tyranny, and abuse coupled with a Big Brother-knows-best mindset and
the COVID-19 pandemic propelled us at warp speed towards a full-blown
police state in which nationwide lockdowns, egregious surveillance,
roadside strip searches, police shootings of unarmed citizens,
censorship, retaliatory arrests, the criminalization of lawful
activities, warmongering, indefinite detentions, SWAT team raids,
asset forfeiture, police brutality, profit-driven prisons, and
pay-to-play politicians were accepted as the norm.
Here’s just a small
sampling of the laundry list of abuses—cruel, brutal, immoral,
unconstitutional and unacceptable—that have been heaped upon us by
the government over the past two decades and in the past year, in
particular.
The government
failed to protect our lives, liberty and happiness.
The predators of the police state wreaked havoc on our freedoms, our
communities, and our lives. The government didn’t listen to the
citizenry, refused to abide by the Constitution, and treated the
citizenry as a source of funding and little else. Police officers
shot unarmed citizens and their household pets. Government
agents—including local police—were armed to the teeth and
encouraged to act like soldiers on a battlefield. Bloated government
agencies were allowed to fleece taxpayers. Government technicians
spied on our emails and phone calls. And government contractors made
a killing by waging endless wars abroad.
The American
President became more imperial.
Although the Constitution invests the President with very specific,
limited powers, in recent years, American presidents (Trump, Obama,
Bush, Clinton, etc.) claimed the power to completely and almost
unilaterally alter the landscape of this country for good or for ill.
The powers that have been amassed by each successive president
through the negligence of Congress and the courts—powers which add
up to a toolbox of terror for an imperial ruler—empower whoever
occupies the Oval Office to act as a dictator, above the law and
beyond any real accountability. The presidency itself has become an
imperial one with permanent powers.
Militarized
police became a power unto themselves, 911 calls turned deadly, and
traffic stops took a turn for the worse. Lacking
in transparency and accountability, protected by the courts and
legislators, and rife with misconduct, America’s police forces
continued to be a menace to the citizenry and the rule of law.
Despite concerns about the government’s steady transformation of
local police into a standing military army, local police agencies acquired
even more weaponry, training and equipment suited for the
battlefield. Police officers were also given free range to pull
anyone over for a variety of reasons and subject them to forced
cavity searches, forced colonoscopies, forced blood draws, forced
breath-alcohol tests, forced DNA extractions, forced eye scans,
forced inclusion in biometric databases.
The courts
failed to uphold justice.
With every ruling handed down, it becomes more apparent that we live
in an age of hollow justice, with government courts more concerned
with protecting government agents than upholding the rights of “we
the people.” This is true at all levels of the judiciary, but
especially so in the highest court of the land, the U.S. Supreme
Court, which is seemingly more concerned with establishing order and
protecting government agents than with upholding the rights enshrined
in the Constitution. A review of critical court rulings over the past
two decades, including some ominous ones by the U.S. Supreme Court,
reveals a startling and steady trend towards pro-police state rulings
by an institution concerned more with establishing order and
protecting the ruling class and government agents than with upholding
the rights enshrined in the Constitution.
COVID-19
allowed the Emergency State to expand its powers.
What started out as an apparent effort to prevent a novel coronavirus
from sickening the nation (and the world) became yet another means by
which world governments (including our own) could expand their
powers, abuse their authority, and further oppress their
constituents. While COVID-19 took a significant toll on the nation
emotionally, physically, and economically, it also allowed the
government to trample our rights in the so-called name of national
security, with talk of mass testing for COVID-19 antibodies,
screening checkpoints, contact tracing, immunity passports, forced
vaccinations, snitch tip lines and onerous lockdowns.
The
Surveillance State rendered Americans vulnerable to threats from
government spies, police, hackers and power failures. Thanks
to the government’s ongoing efforts to build massive databases
using emerging surveillance, DNA and biometrics technologies,
Americans have become sitting ducks for hackers and government spies
alike. Billions
of people have been affected by data breaches and cyberattacks.
On a daily basis, Americans have been made to relinquish the most
intimate details of who we are—our biological makeup, our genetic
blueprints, and our biometrics (facial characteristics and structure,
fingerprints, iris scans, etc.)—in order to navigate
an increasingly technologically-enabled world.
America became
a red flag nation.
Red flag laws, specifically, and pre-crime laws generally push us
that much closer towards a suspect society where everyone is
potentially guilty of some crime or another and must be preemptively
rendered harmless. Where many Americans go wrong is in naively
assuming that you have to be doing something illegal or harmful in
order to be flagged and targeted for some form of intervention or
detention. In fact, all you need to do these days to end up on a
government watch list or be subjected to heightened scrutiny is use
certain trigger words (like cloud, pork and pirates), surf the
internet, communicate using a cell phone, limp
or stutter, drive
a car, stay at a hotel, attend a political rally, express
yourself on social media, appear
mentally ill, serve in the military, disagree
with a law enforcement official, call
in sick to work, purchase materials at a hardware store, take
flying or boating lessons, appear
suspicious, appear confused or nervous, fidget or whistle or
smell bad, be seen in public waving a toy gun or anything remotely
resembling a gun (such as a water nozzle or a remote control or a
walking cane), stare
at a police officer, question government authority, appear
to be pro-gun or pro-freedom, or generally live in the United
States. Be warned: once you get on such a government watch
list—whether it’s a terrorist watch list, a mental health watch
list, a dissident watch list, or a red flag gun watch list—there’s
no clear-cut way to get off, whether or not you should actually be on
there.
The cost of
policing the globe drove the nation deeper into debt. America’s
war spending has already bankrupted
the nation to
the tune of more than $20 trillion dollars. Policing the globe and
waging endless wars abroad hasn’t made America—or the rest of the
world—any safer, but it has made the military industrial complex
rich at taxpayer expense. The U.S. military reportedly has more than 1.3
million
men and women on active duty, with more
than 200,000 of them stationed overseas in nearly every country
in the world. Yet America’s military forces aren’t being deployed
abroad to protect our freedoms here at home. Rather, they’re being
used to guard oil fields, build foreign infrastructure and protect
the financial interests of the corporate elite. In fact, the United
States military spends about $81
billion a year just to protect oil supplies around the world.
This is how a military empire occupies the globe. Meanwhile,
America’s infrastructure is falling apart.
Free speech
was dealt one knock-out punch after another. Protest
laws, free speech zones, bubble zones, trespass zones,
anti-bullying legislation, zero tolerance policies, hate crime laws,
shadow banning on the Internet, and a host of other legalistic
maladies dreamed up by politicians and prosecutors (and championed by
those who want to suppress speech with which they might disagree)
conspired to corrode our core freedoms, purportedly for our own good.
On paper—at least according to the U.S. Constitution—we are
technically free to speak. In reality, however, we are only as free
to speak as a government official—or corporate entities such as
Facebook, Google or YouTube—may allow. The reasons for such censorship
varied widely from political correctness, so-called safety concerns
and bullying to national security and hate crimes but the end result
remained the same: the complete eradication of free speech.
The Deep State
took over.
The American system of representative government has been overthrown
by the Deep State—a.k.a. the police state a.k.a. the
military/corporate industrial complex—a profit-driven, militaristic
corporate state bent on total control and global domination through
the imposition of martial law here at home and by fomenting wars
abroad. The “government of the people, by the people, for the
people” has perished. In its place is a shadow government, a
corporatized, militarized, entrenched bureaucracy that is fully
operational and staffed by unelected officials who are, in essence,
running the country and calling the shots in Washington DC, no matter
who sits in the White House. Mind you, by “government,” I’m not
referring to the highly partisan, two-party bureaucracy of the
Republicans and Democrats. Rather, I’m referring to “government”
with a capital “G,” the entrenched Deep State that is unaffected
by elections, unaltered by populist movements, and has set itself
beyond the reach of the law. This is the hidden face of a government
that has no respect for the freedom of its citizenry. This shadow
government, which “operates
according to its own compass heading regardless of who is formally in
power,” makes a mockery of elections and the entire concept of
a representative government.
The takeaway:
Everything the founders of this country feared has come to dominate
in modern America. “We the people” have been saddled with a
government that is no longer friendly to freedom and is working
overtime to trample the Constitution underfoot and render the
citizenry powerless in the face of the government’s power grabs,
corruption and abusive tactics.
So how do you balance
the scales of justice at a time when Americans are being tasered,
tear-gassed, pepper-sprayed, hit with batons, shot with rubber
bullets and real bullets, blasted with sound cannons, detained
in cages and kennels, sicced by police dogs, arrested and jailed
for challenging the government’s excesses, abuses and power-grabs,
and then locked down and stripped of any semblance of personal
freedom?
No matter who sits in
the White House, politics won’t fix a system that is broken beyond
repair.
For that matter,
protests and populist movements also haven’t done much to push back
against an authoritarian regime that is deaf to our cries, dumb to
our troubles, blind to our needs, and accountable to no one.
So how do you not only
push back against the government’s bureaucracy, corruption and
cruelty but also launch a counterrevolution aimed at reclaiming
control over the government using nonviolent means?
You start by changing
the rules and engaging in some (nonviolent) guerilla tactics.
Take your cue from the
Tenth Amendment and nullify everything the government does that flies
in the face of the principles on which this nation was founded. If
there is any means left to us for thwarting the government in its
relentless march towards outright dictatorship, it may rest with the
power of juries and local governments to invalidate governmental
laws, tactics and policies that are illegitimate, egregious or
blatantly unconstitutional.
In an age in which
government officials accused of wrongdoing—police officers, elected
officials, etc.—are treated with general leniency, while the
average citizen is prosecuted to the full extent of the law,
nullification is a powerful reminder that, as the Constitution tells
us, “we the people” are the government.
For too long we’ve
allowed our so-called “representatives” to call the shots. Now
it’s time to restore the citizenry to their rightful place in the
republic: as the masters, not the servants.
Nullification is one
way of doing so.
America was meant to
be primarily a system of local governments, which is a far cry from
the colossal federal bureaucracy we have today. Yet if our freedoms
are to be restored, understanding what is transpiring practically in
your own backyard—in one’s home, neighborhood, school district,
town council—and taking action at that local level must be the
starting point.
Responding to unmet
local needs and reacting to injustices is what grassroots activism is
all about. Attend local city council meetings, speak up at town hall
meetings, organize protests and letter-writing campaigns, employ
“militant nonviolent resistance” and civil disobedience, which
Martin Luther King Jr. used to great effect through the use of
sit-ins, boycotts and marches.
The power to change
things for the better rests with us, not the politicians.
As long as we continue
to allow callousness, cruelty, meanness, immorality, ignorance,
hatred, intolerance, racism, militarism, materialism, meanness and
injustice—magnified by an echo chamber of nasty tweets and
government-sanctioned brutality—to trump justice, fairness and
equality, there can be no hope of prevailing against the police
state.
We could transform
this nation if only Americans would work together to harness the
power of their discontent and push back against the government’s
overreach, excesses and abuse.

VS, Trump sprak er schande van dat de steun voor gezinnen enz.

persoon eiste (Trump is overduidelijk al bezig met de
presidentsverkiezingen van 2024).
Nu
blijkt dat ook Joe Biden, de gekozen president, zich tegen het plan van
Trump heeft verzet….. Terwijl de humane kant van de partij, ofwel
de meer socialistische kant van de Democratische Partij, zich pal
achter het plan van Trump had geschaard.
Nogmaals
heeft Biden hiermee laten zien dat hij niets van de linkse krachten
in de Democratische Partij wil weten, ofwel hij geeft deze krachten
een ferme schop na, nadat hij geen van deze krachten opnam in zijn
administratie voor de komende 4 jaar, hij heeft louter rechtse
rotzakken aangesteld die voor hetzelfde geld in de Republikeinse

– The recent negotiations about a pandemic relief bill are a preview
of Joe Biden’s presidency.
U.S. President Donald
Trump asked for a $2,000 check for every U.S. citizen. ‘Moderates’
rejected to send checks. Some people on the left and right kept
pushing for them.
Trump
has privately indicated a willingness to send another round of
stimulus checks of as much as $2,000,
according to one person in direct communication with the president.
Congress in March approved a round of $1,200 stimulus checks that the
Treasury Department disbursed to more than 100 million American
families in a matter of weeks.
A
second round of stimulus checks was left out of the $908 billion
bipartisan framework unveiled last week by a group of moderate
lawmakers
hoping to break the months-long impasse over stimulus negotiations. Sens.
Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) and Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) have been pushing for
the checks to be included in the final package,
with Sanders going as far as saying he will vote against the relief
legislation unless they are approved.
“While the
amount is yet to be determined, direct payments to American workers
continue to be a high priority of the president’s,” a White House
spokesman said in a statement.
Congress compromised
on a paltry, means tested $600 check.
The measure
contains a $600 direct payment to Americans who earned up to $75,000
in 2019. That is less than the $1,200 checks approved in the
Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act in March.
It provides
$600 per child, up from $500 in the spring. The bill also includes
$1,200 for couples making up to $150,000 a year.
Some lawmakers on the
left and on the right are furious over the meager result.
Democratic
Hawaii Representative Tulsi Gabbard criticized the COVID-19 economic
stimulus bill passed by the U.S. House of Representatives on Monday,
calling the amount of direct assistance payments a “slap in the
face.”

“This bill dished out hundreds of
billions of dollars going toward special interests, going toward the
military-industrial complex, going towards foreign countries
meanwhile saying, ‘Here’s what’s left for you. You get 600 bucks,'”

In a Sunday floor speech, Missouri
Senator Josh Hawley said the $600 checks were “hardly adequate
and we should not pretend otherwise.” Hawley forced a vote on
Sunday to raise the amount of the direct assistance to payments to
$1,200, the amount of direct payments allocated after the CARES Act
passed in March, but that attempt failed.
Turns out that
President-elect Joe Biden had sided with the ‘moderates’ who favored
not to send any check. He thereby successfully sabotaged those
Democrats who were pressing for a bigger one.

moderates as a new force in a divided Senate and validated
President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr.’s belief that it is still
possible to make deals on Capitol Hill.

who, along with Senator Joe Manchin III, Democrat of West Virginia,
were leaders of a months long effort to break the impasse over
pandemic aid even as the virus exacted a growing economic and health
toll on the country.

Mr. Biden on Sunday applauded the
willingness of lawmakers to “reach across the aisle” and called
the effort a “model for the challenging work ahead for our nation.”
He was also not an idle bystander in the negotiations.
With
Republican and Democratic leaders in the House and Senate far apart
on how much they were willing to accept in new pandemic spending, Mr.
Biden on Dec. 2 threw his support behind the $900 billion plan being
pushed by the centrist group.
The total was less than half of the $2 trillion that Speaker Nancy
Pelosi and Senator Chuck Schumer, Democrat of New York, had been
insisting on.
Mr. Biden’s
move was not without risks. If it had failed to affect the
discussions, the president-elect risked looking powerless to move
Congress before he had taken the oath of office. But
members of both parties said his intervention was constructive and
gave Democrats confidence to pull back on their demands.
Biden and the
Democratic leadership have now settled for half of what they had been
offered three months ago.
In September,
as time wound down toward Election Day, the bipartisan “Problem
Solvers” group released a $1.5 trillion aid plan which they pitched
as a version of that theoretical compromise between Democratic and
Republican positions. Though the group contained some Democrats, it
was dismissed by Party leadership.
President
Donald Trump is demanding lawmakers raise the second round of
stimulus checks to $2,000 per person, from $600.
“I am
asking Congress to amend this bill and increase the ridiculously low
$600 to $2,000, or $4,000 for a couple,” Trump said in a video
posted to Twitter Tuesday night.
While the
president did not outright threaten a veto of the $900 billion Covid
relief bill, he did call it an unsuitable “disgrace.”
Three years ago the
Republicans enacted a $1.5 trillion tax cut for the rich. Now, pushed
from presidential power, they are again becoming deficit hawks.
The ‘moderate’ Joe
Biden and the ‘moderate’ leadership of the Democratic Party will
support them in that.

Ach wat maken die meer dan 100.000 vliegtuigen uit die jaarlijks de lucht vervuilen op hun trip van en naar Australië, de naam van het reisbureau waarvoor deze Morton (als hij echt zo heet) reclame maakt is TravelEssence, waarmee naast de ‘essentie van reizen’, zeker ook noodzaak mee bedoeld wordt, het is immers noodzakelijk dat je de wereld naar de gallemiezen vliegt, ‘ja toch?’ (eerder durfde deze Morton te stellen dat de reizen van TravelEssence duurzaam zijn….)

Gisteren veel aandacht op de nationale radio nieuwszenders in Nederland, Duitsland, België en Groot-Brittannië. Het ging hier om, zoals deze zenders meldden, een barbaarse executie van journalist Ruhollah Zam, die beschuldigd werd een grote demonstratie, die in geweld eindigde, mede te hebben georganiseerd….. Niets mee mis deze aandacht voor inderdaad een barbaarse doodstraf, deze middels ophanging, al is elke doodstraf uiteraard barbaars, zijn er wel gradaties in gewelddadigheid……..
Maar wat een verschil met ‘de aandacht voor’ het grote aantal doodstraffen in Egypte, even barbaars middels ophanging…… Op dezelfde zenders geen woord over het feit dat de Egyptische junta onder leiding van de corrupte schoft al-Sisi de laatste 10 dagen ‘maar liefst’ 49 mensen heeft laten vermoorden…… Dit nog naast het feit dat Egypte in oktober en november (jl.) in totaal al 57 mensen heeft laten vermoorden, het gaat hier om advocaten en politieke activisten (dat laatste ben je in Egypte al als je als burger meedoet aan een demonstratie tegen de junta…)……
Hoe is
het mogelijk dat de westerse media daar geen aandacht aan hebben
geschonken en schenken? Oh simpel: de westerse regeringen hebben
goede banden met de Egyptische junta, alleen al vanwege het feit dat
al-Sisi de democratisch gekozen regering van de Moslim
Broederschap omver heeft geworpen (uiteraard met hulp van de CIA….)……
En je
weet het waarschijnlijk wel: de westerse media in handen van
plutocraten verdedigen hun eigen regeringen, vooral als deze een
neoliberaal beleid voeren en dat is voor de overgrote meerderheid van westerse landen het
geval, waarbij men liever een executie in Iran, China of Syrië
verslaat als barbaars en schending van mensenrechten, terwijl
executies in Saoedi-Arabië, de VS en zoals in dit geval Egypte
liever worden verzwegen, juist daar de westerse regeringen en bedrijven goede
handelsbetrekkingen onderhouden met dat soort bloedige dictaturen, of zoals het
geval in de VS, met deze in feite politiestaat (ook een vorm van
dictatuur)…….Het viel me nog alles mee dat die media wel aandacht hadden voor het grote aantal federale doodstraffen in de VS, al heeft dit alles te maken met het feit dat deze doodstraffen (de meest gruwelijke: middels de elektrische stoel….) werden uitgevaardigd door Trump, die al jaren niet goed ligt bij diezelfde media……….

Egypt
is rounding up activists and lawyers and killing them in record
numbers
Amnesty International is calling it
an “execution spree.” In the past few months, the
organization has witnessed a terrifying uptick in government
executions carried out by Egyptian authorities, with no signs of
abating. In two months — October and November 2020 — state
officials hanged 57 individuals, more than double the number of
people who were officially executed in the entire preceding year. Of
these, 49 were killed in mass executions held over a period of just
10 days. Many
of the prisoners who were rounded up and put to death during this
reign of terror were citizens who dared to voice their own opinions.
Despite the fact that the President
of Egypt, Abdul Fattah al-Sisi, claims there are “no political
prisoners” in the country, that is simply a lie. Scores of
activists and lawyers have been detained in recent years, including
three employees at a civil rights NGO who were jailed in November.
Once in custody, they are typically tortured into issuing false,
pre-written confessions. We need powerful voices to speak out if we
are to have any hope of changing this tide. Money
talks, and that’s why we’re calling on BP to use its position of
influence to speak out now.
As the largest and most powerful foreign corporation operating in
Egypt, it must utilize its leverage to end this horror show. Sign
the petition to demand that major foreign investors, including BP,
pressure the Egyptian government to halt these executions now!

Intussen is het oorlogsbudget van de VS zo belachelijk groot als deze nooit eerder is geweest, een budget om illegale oorlogen te voeren en de meer dan 800 militaire bases van de VS op de been te houden, om over de kosten voor het massaal vermoorden van mensen met drones nog maar te zwijgen……. (waarbij meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd verdacht >> over terreuraanslagen gesproken……)
Tegelijkertijd
heeft de Trump administratie honderden miljarden Coronasteun gegeven aan
vooral grote bedrijven, waaronder een fiks aantal die dit niet eens
nodig hebben…… Om over de vele miljarden voor het ontwikkelen van een
Coronavaccin nog meer te zwijgen, miljarden voor een steenrijke
farmaceutische industrie, die voldoende middelen had om zelfstandig
een vaccin te ontwikkelen en zelfs als die farmaceuten deze vaccins zouden weggeven,
hebben die bedrijven nog voldoende liquide middelen over!!!

Vanmorgen werd bekend gemaakt dat ook AstraZeneca (in samenwerking met de Universiteit van Oxford) een vaccin klaar heeft voor productie. Het werkingspercentage zou op 70% liggen, wat kan worden opgepompt tot 90% door eerst de helft van een dosis te geven en na een maand nog eens een volledige dosis…… ha! ha! ha! ha! En dan maar hopen dat je in die maand tijd niet het virus oploopt!!
Iedereen roept halleluja jutteperen over dit intussen derde vaccin, terwijl de bijwerkingen op de lange duur niet bekend zijn, sterker nog: de farmaceuten die hun vaccin aanbieden hebben al bedisseld dat hen geen claim kan worden opgelegd, mochten er onverhoopt op de langere duur ernstige bijwerkingen ontstaan, dat risico is voor de regeringen die een vaccin hebben besteld (en voor degenen die zich laten vaccineren….)….. Vorige week hoorde ik meerdere virologen op de nationale radiozenders van Nederland, Duitsland, Engeland en Schotland, die allen stelden dat er geen ernstige bijwerkingen verwacht hoeven te worden van een vaccin tegen COVID-19; vreemd dan dat de grote farmaceuten bij voorbaat claims voor bijwerkingen afwijzen in de contracten voor levering van de vaccins, blijkbaar zien zij wel degelijk ‘echte beren’ op de weg………. De beweringen van die virologen stinken op z’n zachtst gezegd naar volksverlakkerij……..
Veel roem voor AstraZeneca en de hoop dat met dat vaccin, samen met de andere voorliggende vaccins, een eind aan de Corona-ellende kunnen maken, echter vergetend dat de VS een contract heeft gesloten met AstraZeneca voor de eerst geproduceerde vaccins en voor de in de eerste drie maanden geproduceerde vaccins…… Ofwel de Jonge heeft tot groot verdriet van de EU wel een contract gesloten met AstraZeneca, maar zal de eerste vaccins op z’n vroegst half februari kunnen verwachten en dat had de Jonge al kunnen weten toen hij een contract voor vaccins afsloot met dat bedrijf……. (‘geweldige vent’ hè, die zo door de media geprezen CDA sufferd en godbetert minister de Jonge……)
Ben zelf niet van plan me te laten injecteren*, maar voor degenen die erop vertrouwen is het wel een gotspe dat men nu halleluja roept terwijl China al een paar maanden geleden heeft aangegeven dat de wereld gratis de recepten kan krijgen van 5 vaccins die daar al op grote schaal worden geïnjecteerd, terwijl de grote steenrijke westerse farmaceuten vooralsnog weigeren om de receptuur vrij te geven en dus naast de miljarden die zij aan subsidie kregen voor de ontwikkeling van een vaccin, ook nog eens kapitalen willen verdienen aan een ‘werkend vaccin…..’
* CDA kwezel de Jonge stelde eerder dat er geen vaccinatieplicht zal komen, echter dat heeft hij vorige week herroepen en gesteld dat het waarschijnlijk niet anders kan dan dat iedereen verplicht een vaccin in z’n donder krijgt….. Daarvoor heeft Bill Gates, grootaandeelhouder van de farmaceuten, al een paspoort laten ontwikkelen, niet alleen op plastic, maar ook via een onder de huid aan te brengen chip, zodat je winkels, andere openbare gebouwen en gelegenheden, plus het openbaar vervoer mag betreden…… Benieuwd hoe men een dergelijke grove inbreuk op de lichamelijke integriteit van burgers wil doordrukken, immers daarvoor zal men de wet moeten veranderen, terwijl injecties tegen polio niet eens verplicht kunnen worden gegeven aan kinderen van fundamentalistische gereformeerden op de biblebelt (of bijbelbelt)…… En dat die polio-vaccinaties wel helpen en weinig bijwerkingen zouden hebben, is uit en en te na bewezen, althans als je berichten als ‘Poliomyelitis (kinderverlamming)‘ buiten beschouwing laat………

als Keystone XL, Line 3 en Trans Mountain (TMP) brengen vervuiling,
vernietiging en geweld naar het land behorend tot de oorspronkelijke
bewoners van de VS en Canada, de ‘indianen….’ Erger nog vrouwen en
meisjes van die volkeren of stammen worden door mannen
die pijpleidingen e.d. aanleggen ontvoerd en vermoord (en je begrijpt
wat dat betekent voor die vrouwen en meisjes voor ze worden
vermoord…….)
Ik spreek over het land behoren tot de oorspronkelijke volkeren, echter dat gebied is feitelijk de hele VS en Canada…… De oorspronkelijke volkeren kregen postzegels aan gebied terug voor wat hen werd ontstolen en zelfs over deze gebieden hebben die volkeren niets te zeggen als puntje bij paaltje komt……. Terwijl volgens de verdragen die met deze volkeren werden gesloten, zij alleen zeggenschap zouden hebben over die gebieden…… (totdat de witte onderdrukker vindt dat deze een dergelijk gebied nodig heeft…..)

Het label TMP, direct onder dit bericht staat voor Trans Mountain Pipeline. Kinder Morgan is een bedrijf dat pijpleidingen aanlegt en exploiteert, terwijl DAPL staat voor Dakota Access Pipeline en met Line 3 wordt bedoeld de Line 3 Pipeline, die wordt gebruikt voor transport van teerzandolie.
Beste bezoeker, dit was het voor deze dag, morgen meer berichten. Maak er als het enigszins mogelijk is een mooie dag van.
Bedacht me nog moet ik daar wel over schrijven, de promotie voor de jacht, vorige week zondag in het VPRO programma OVT (onvoltooid verleden tijd), echter het feit alleen al dat het hier om een VPRO programma gaat, waarvan de leden vinden dat dit een progressieve omroep is, is voldoende om er een paar woorden aan de wijden.
Isabella Roozendaal heeft een boek geschreven over de jacht met de zeer verrassende titel: ‘Op jacht’. Roozendaal vertelde dat ze op dit onderwerp kwam door haar belangstelling als fotograaf voor de verhouding tussen mens en dier……… (‘logisch’ dat je dan kijkt naar het vermoorden van dieren door de mens….) Roozendaal verdiepte zich in de jacht en ‘de cultuur daaromheen’, niet alleen in Europa maar ook in Noord- en Zuid-Amerika…..
Roozendaal ging mee op jacht en om serieus te worden genomen door de jagers, heeft ze ook de jacht-cursus gedaan, daar ze er niets van snapte (waarom psychopaten graag jagen, Ap) en om te zien wat eraan voorafgaat (aan de jacht)…..
Vrouwen jagen wel maar in veel mindere mate dan mannen en die vrouwen krijgen een enorme bak bagger over zich heen, zo merkte Roozendaal op….. Waarom vertelde ze niet, maar elke jager die op de foto gaat met het door hem/haar vermoorde dier, zoals de psychopaat op de foto hieronder en dat met een bedreigde diersoort, kan terecht rekenen op een hele grote bak bagger op de sociale media, daar de reguliere media amper of geen belangstelling hebben voor de jacht en de terechte grote verontwaardiging liever niet in reacties terugzien. (bovendien zijn die media voor het overgrote deel in handen van plutocraten, spuugrijke psychopaten die zelf ook graag dieren vermoorden…..)

Zag onlangs een walgelijke foto van een vrouwelijke jager uit de VS, die de door haar vermoorde dieren ook nog eens seksueel misbruikt met dildo’s e.d. en daar trots de foto’s van toont…….. Je zou zo’n wijf……… (zal de zin niet afmaken, daar je niet mag oproepen tot geweld, hoewel oproepen tot geweld tegen dieren als de normaalste zaak van de wereld wordt gezien……)
Van der Gaag, één van de OVT presentators stelde dat jagen gebeurt uit natuurbehoud, zo die kulreden hoefde Roozendaal niet meer te noemen…… Gelukkig dat Roozendaal nog wel vertelde dat de jacht in het verleden door de adel er ook voor bedoeld was om te kunnen doden in de strijd die men wellicht nog eens zou moeten voeren op het slagveld tegen concurrerende adel……. Daarmee maakte ze ongewild duidelijk dat jagers, die plezier beleven aan het vermoorden van dieren, ook makkelijk een mens kunnen vermoorden…… (en dat soort psychopaten mag zelfs wapens thuis hebben)
Niets over het feit dat veel dieren niet goed worden geschoten en daarom uren, ja zelfs dagen moeten lijden voor ze overlijden, pure marteling, alleen dat zou genoeg moeten zijn om de jacht helemaal te verbieden, we leven tenslotte in 2020 niet in jaar nul!!
Palm, de andere presentator vroeg of er ook meer jongeren jagen en of jagen hip is geworden en ja hoor daar was Roozendaal het wel mee eens…… In de VS zijn er te weinig mensen die nog jagen en dat is een probleem aldus Roozendaal….. Echter Roozendaal schijnt de werkelijkheid in de VS niet te kennen: uit de dagelijkse praktijk blijkt dat jagers in de VS met toestemming van Trump op bedreigde diersoorten als beren en wolven jagen en dat op een manier waarbij deze dieren in hoog tempo worden uitgemoord…….
In de VS mogen kinderen van 12 jaar al meedoen aan de jacht (met een groot geweer, aldus van der Gaag), dat mag niet in Nederland, maar de psychopaten die zich jager noemen, nemen wel hun kinderen mee op de jacht, aldus Roozendaal die vervolgde door ‘héééél wijs’ te zeggen: “It takes a hunter to make a hunter…….” Ja, je moet er vroeg bij zijn om psychopaten in de dop warm te maken voor moord…… Kortom: een heel smerige vorm van kindermishandeling……..
Van der Gaag vond het wel kies om de luisteraar aan te raden het boek te kopen, waarin volgens hem ook allemaal gerechten staan voor het meest curieuze wild, zoals het bereiden van een eekhoorn, aldus deze promotor van moord op dieren…… (hoe ziek in je bol moet je zijn om zelfs eekhoorn te willen eten…??!!!)
