Komende week zal Joe Biden de EU bezoeken o.a. om de banden aan te halen met deze bondgenoten van de VS, echter dit bezoek heeft al een fikse dreun gekregen door nieuwe onthullingen die aangeven dat de VS onder Obama (en Biden als vicepresident) grootschalig deze bondgenoten heeft bespioneerd en dat gegarandeerd nog doet…….
De eerste onthullingen over het bespioneren door de VS van haar bondgenoten kwamen van klokkenluider Edward Snowden, die in 2013 o.a. aan het licht bracht dat de VS zelfs de smartphone van de Duitse premier Merkel heeft gehackt…… Weinig ophef destijds over deze schandelijke zaak en ook nu zijn de EU lidstaten en hun media opvallend stil over de nieuwe onthullingen, vergelijk dat eens met de fake news (nepnieuws) berichten over Russische en Chinese spionage, bij elk nieuw bericht daarover staat de boel op de kop, ook al kan er geen flinter aan bewijs worden geleverd voor de beschuldigingen…..* De openbaringen van klokkenluiders als Snowden worden weggezet als landverraad daar deze mensenlevens in gevaar zouden hebben gebracht……. Totaal belachelijk en ook hiervoor worden geen bewijzen gegeven dit onder het mom dat daardoor bepaalde mensen gevaar zouden lopen….. ha! ha! ha! ha! Hoe krom wil je het hebben??!!! Ondanks dat onderschrijven de westerse media en politiek deze beschuldigingen keer op keer……
Dezelfde leugen die ook tegen de gelauwerde onderzoeksjournalist Julian Assange werd en wordt gebruikt, de man die schandalig genoeg al meer dan 2 jaar in isolatiefolter zit en dan durft men zich in het westen druk te maken over de misdadige neonazi Navalny……. (het ergst is wel dat ‘collega journalisten’ het gore lef hebben om Assange weg te zetten als een onverantwoordelijke charlatan…..)
Vorig jaar nog was er ophef daar Rusland door spionage de onderzoeken naar een vaccin tegen COVID-19 zou hebben gestolen, deze aanklacht was dermate belachelijk dat die binnen een paar dagen verdween uit de media…….
ASML stelt dat China haar bedrijfsgeheimen voor chipmachines heeft gestolen, echter iedereen die een dergelijke machine in het bezit heeft kan uitzoeken hoe e.e.a in elkaar steekt en dan zelf zo’n machine namaken. Uiteraard gaat het hier om de nieuwste chipmachines en gezien de westerse agressie tegen China kan ik me er wel iets bij voorstellen als men daar probeert alvast de nieuwste technologieën binnen te slepen, immers men wil China meer en meer buitensluiten van nieuwe technologieën…. Voorts moet je niet vergeten dat bij de spionage door de VS van haar bondgenoten op zeker ook informatie over innovatieve producten en uitvindingen op gebied van informatietechnologie en defensie worden toegespeeld aan de grote bedrijven in de VS, denken dat dit niet gebeurt is uiterst naïef, maar omdat het om de VS gaat maakt men zich er amper druk om……
Wat betreft het voorgaande: figuren als de ex-chef van de AIVD, Rob Bertholee, stellen zelfs dat de VS nu eenmaal een bondgenoot is waarbij men China nog net geen vijand noemt, dus waarom zou je je druk maken over spionage door ‘onze bondgenoot VS…??’ Trouwens over de AIVD gesproken: deze dienst heeft in het recente verleden samen met de MIVD Nederlandse metadata doorgespeeld aan de VS, daarvoor was Denemarken niet eens nodig (de Deense geheime dienst werkte samen met de NSA in het nu hernieuwd opgelaaide spionageschandaal uit 2013 en nogmaals >> reken maar dat dit nog steeds gebeurt!!) Terecht merkt Finian Cunningham op, hij is de schrijver van het hieronder opgenomen artikel, dat er niets nieuws onder de zon is, daar het bijvoorbeeld al heel lang bekend is dat de Britse geheime dienst Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) de ogen en oren zijn van geheime diensten in de VS, iets waarover men zich ook al niet druk heeft gemaakt en maakt in de EU en haar lidstaten…….. (zoals de AIVD en MIVD gegevens hebben doorgespeeld aan de geheime diensten in de VS, een schandaal van enorme proporties, waar men zich belachelijk genoeg ook amper druk om maakte en maakt; ‘maakt’ daar het vrijwel zeker is dat ook de AIVD en MIVD nog steeds samenwerken met de geheime diensten van de EU lidstaten en die in de VS [en de NAVO]….)
Nee, Rusland en China worden in het westen gedemoniseerd en dat zoals gezegd voor het overgrote deel zonder enig bewijs, terwijl de VS de grootste spion en agressor is op onze kleine planeet >> zie de illegale oorlogen die dit land alleen deze eeuw al is begonnen en waarbij met hulp van andere NAVO-partners meer dan 5 miljoen mensen zijn vermoord…. Voorts legt de VS ieder land dat niet gewillig aan haar hand loopt illegaal sancties op (zonder VN resolutie) waardoor grote aantallen mensen omkomen (alleen in Venezuela al meer dan 50.000 mensen!!!)…… Om nog maar te zwijgen over door de VS: -gevoerde geheime militaire operaties, -op grote schaal vermoorden van verdachten met drones (waarbij meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers niet eens werd verdacht), plus door de VS opgezette opstanden en staatsgrepen in landen waar de VS niets te zoeken heeft…… (vooral ingegeven door de zucht naar grondstoffen als olie, gas en diverse mijnbouwproducten, verder kan ook de strategische ligging van een land een grote rol spelen in deze agressie door het VS imperium, dat intussen meer dan 800 militiarie bases heeft over de wereld…..)
Finian Cunningham stelt dat de EU in feite niet onafhankelijk is, maar danst naar de pijpen van de VS (en dat met grote graagte omarmt door de westerse politiek en media…..)….. Volkomen terecht dan ook dat Cunningham zegt dat de EU en haar lidstaten geen bondgenoten zijn van de VS, maar haar lakeien!!

President Biden is due to arrive in Europe next week for two major summits with so-called allies. It will be his first in-person meeting with European leaders since becoming president. But it’s going to be awkward given new revelations about the Americans tapping private communications among senior European Union politicians.
What’s more, Biden is personally implicated in the scandal. The latest media reports found that the Danish intelligence services colluded with the American National Security Agency (NSA) to hack into phone calls and emails of other European governments. This was said to be during the previous Obama administration in which Biden was vice president. There is no reason to believe that the illicit surveillance has stopped despite Washington’s claims to the contrary.
The latest reports have added credibility because the same kind of spying by US intelligence on European leaders was revealed earlier by American whistleblower Edward Snowden. Among Snowden’s bombshell disclosures back then was that the Obama administration was implicated in spying on German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Biden is well-prepared to answer for this when he soon visits Europe since, of course, he was deeply involved in this scandal the first time around. There should be an explicit requirement for full public disclosure not only from Denmark, but their senior partner as well.

Now it emerges that the Americans were collaborating with Denmark to spy on other European leaders, including those of Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, and no doubt others. This is hardly new. The British intel agency, GCHQ, has long been known to act as America’s eyes and ears over Europe.
It’s all cringingly embarrassing as can be gleaned from the shameful silence among the EU governments over the scandal. As when the US spying on Merkel was reported back in 2013, there is the same pathetic European response: silent acceptance of what is outrageous transgression by the Americans.
What this clearly demonstrates beyond any equivocation is that the European governments are quislings and vassals under Washington’s control. They are not “allies” as that word implies a mutual partnership of equals. They are abject lackeys to American power who cheat on themselves. Talk about treacherous!
This explains why Russia and China have both seen their relations with Europe deteriorate so badly. Under the prevailing EU governments, it is virtually impossible for Moscow or Beijing to conduct productive relations with Europe. That would require the European Union to have a modicum of independence and autonomy. As it is, however, the Europeans are mere subordinates to Washington’s diktat. And so America’s renewed Cold War hostility towards Russia and China is reflected unquestioningly by the European bloc. Because the Europeans are nothing but satellites of the US imperium.
It follows therefore that Russia and China are wasting their political energy by appealing to the Europeans to improve relations. Maybe sometime in the future relations will make progress but that will be when the EU really has independence from American hegemony. And that will require the present status quo among European politics to be overhauled by popular revolt.
A day of reckoning is long overdue. The people of Europe are sick of the non-stop pandering to Washington by European lackey leaders. Washington’s endless criminal wars are indulged and facilitated by the EU. America’s reckless aggression towards Russia, China, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, and any other independent nations is aided and abetted by Europe’s spineless politicians. And yet the Americans and EU governments have the audacity to accuse Russia and China of hacking and other malign conduct.
Still, even with that servility to American imperialism, the US rulers are not sure about their European flunkies. That’s the sign of a paranoid tyrant who doesn’t even trust his slaves. Spying on European governments really demonstrates the absolute contempt Washington has for them. All the talk about “shared values”, “allies”, “transatlantic alliance”, “rules-based order”, and so on, is seen to be cynical platitudes.
When Biden was placed in the White House his top priority has been to re-engage the Europeans in proper vassalage function after the years of chaotic policy under Trump. That re-engagement is all for the purpose of aligning the EU with American hostility towards Russia and China. Biden and his Secretary of State Antony Blinken keep repeating how important the US “allies” are. What they really mean is how important European subordination is for facilitating American aggression around the globe.
If the latest spying scandal has any benefit, it could be that Biden’s ploy to corral the Europeans just got derailed. The equivalent of a president running up the steps of Air Force One and falling on his face.

* Al moet ik toegeven dat de ophef in de media over zogenaamde Chinese en Russische spionage (en manipulaties) vermindert, iets wat ongetwijfeld te maken heeft met het feit dat er bijna dagelijks nieuwe loze beschuldigingen bijkomen over Russische en Chinese spionage en manipulaties (het laatste van verkiezingen en referenda)…….
Zag nog eens een deel van de in feite ‘vrij slechte film’ The Bombing (ook Air Strike of Unbreakable Spirit genoemd), waarin veel aandacht voor de bombardementen van steden door de luchtmacht van het fascistische Japan en het enorme aantal burgerslachtoffers die dat opleverde in de Chinese stad Chongqing. Het is een misdaad om steden te bombarderen waarmee vooral burgers worden vermoord……..

Eén en ander is onder meer vervat in de Martens Clausule (Martens Clause) en ondanks veel haarkloverij kan je uiteindelijk niet anders concluderen dan dat het moedwillig bombarderen van steden om daarbij zoveel mogelijk burgers te doen omkomen tot één van de ernstigste oorlogsmisdaden behoort, ja zelfs een zware misdaad is tegen de menselijkheid……
Ook in de verdragen van Genève wordt het bombarderen van steden veroordeeld. Trouwens ook al zou de opzet niet per se zijn burgers te vermoorden, kan je op je tenen aanvoelen dat de kans daarop groot is bij het bombarderen van een stad en daarom ten allen tijde moet worden voorkomen… Wat dat betreft is ook Nederland een groot oorlogsmisdadiger o.a. door het bombardement op Hawija in 2015: 70 doden, waaronder 22 vrouwen en 26 kinderen……)*
Hoe vreemd dan te zien in deze film, een samenwerking tussen Chinese en VS filmbedrijven, zo de aandacht wordt gevestigd op deze enorme misdaad, terwijl de VS één van de ergste misdadigers is op dat gebied, neem alleen al de aanval met een atoombom en plutoniumbom op respectievelijk Hiroshima en Nagasaki…..
Trouwens de VS heeft op dat gebied niets geleerd zie het platgooien van Mosul (Irak) en Raqqa (Syrië), ondanks vele smeekbeden van de VN ging de VS gewoon door met haar barbaarse bombardementen waarbij onnoemlijk veel mensen omkwamen (en die amper de levens kostte van de zogenaamd beoogde leden van terreurgroepen, die de VS voor een fiks deel ook nog eens steunde…..)

Mensen wat een enorme ergernis het voorlichtingsspotje van de overheid voor 4 en 5 mei……. We moeten de doden herdenken en de vrijheid vieren, maar wel bewust zijn van de beperkingen die dat op kan leveren (gegarandeerd dat men op de meer dan belachelijke burger- en mensenrechtenschendende Coronamaatregelen doelt, alsof die ook maar iets hebben toegevoegd…..) Neem de avondklok voor het laatst ingevoerd tijdens de bezetting van nazi-Duitsland: terwijl bij de onlangs opgedoekte avondklok, na invoering het aantal besmettingen alleen maar is toegenomen en toch werd deze gehandhaafd…..
In het spotje zie je ook een blauwhelm, maar je ziet niet het Nederlandse leger in actie als onderdeel van een VS bezettingsmacht (NAVO immer onder militair opperbevel van de VS) waarbij ook Nederlandse militairen meerdere grove oorlogsmisdaden hebben gepleegd middels bombardementen op burgerdoelen…… Trouwens ook over die blauwhelmen is nog wel wat op te merken, daar die niet zelden ook worden ingezet na een door de VS gestarte illegale oorlog en dat op basis van enorme leugens >> de blauwhelmen mogen optreden om de door de VS gecreëerde chaos te boven te komen…….

Je zou zo zeggen dat er niets mis is met deze tekst, al geven de door mij in vet weergegeven woorden wel te denken, bovendien vind ik e.e.a. nogal aanmatigend, alsof we precies moeten denken zoals in de tekst is weergegeven…… Vrijheid moet ten allen tijde vanzelfsprekend zijn, we leven immers niet in een dictatuur….. En dan het: vrijheid vraagt om verantwoordelijkheid >> hoe dat zo? Wordt hier zoals zojuist al opgemerkt niet duidelijk gedoeld op het Coronavirus, immers daarmee is zoals gezegd een fiks deel van onze vrijheid ingeperkt en dat nogmaals volledig zinloos, immers er is totaal geen bewijs dat we meer besmettingen zouden hebben gehad zonder avondklok en andere burgerrechten inperkende maatregelen, dat zijn aannames!! Zoals de demonstraties tegen deze maatregelen ook hebben bewezen: geen grote aantallen extra besmettingen…..

Vanuit een ander standpunt kan je ook nog zeggen dat het spotje uiterst hypocriet is, zeker gezien de zin dat vrijheid om verantwoordelijkheid van ons allemaal vraagt >> hoe is het dan mogelijk dat de ‘grote regeringspartijen’ een zo inhumaan vluchtelingenbeleid voeren, sterker nog een beleid dat ingaat tegen het ook door Nederland getekende VN Vluchtelingenverdrag en een beleid dat sterk lijkt op het beleid van voor de Tweede Wereldoorlog: vluchtelingen uit Duitsland terugsturen, omdat Nederland zo’n ‘goede band’ had met de Duitse nazi’s (zo feliciteerde Wilhelmina Hitler met het overleven van een aanslag in 1939…….) Nu sturen we zelfs vluchtelingen weg (en laten ze deporteren) terwijl die voor een groot deel op de vlucht zijn geslagen voor VS (en NAVO) terreur, waaraan ook Nederland heeft deelgenomen……
Nederland helpt zelfs mee aan de genocide die in Jemen wordt uitgevoerd door de Saoedische terreurcoalitie, dit door leveringen van wapenonderdelen, uiterst hypocriet: immers wapens mogen niet geleverd worden, maar wel als het onderdelen van wapens zijn die men in Saoedi-Arabië zo in elkaar kan zetten….. Voorts heeft het Nederlandse koningshuis goede banden met de dictators in die reli-fascistische dictatuur……
Vanavond dodenherdenking: tijd dat we dan ook eens stil staan bij het feit dat het leger en de politie een aanzienlijk aantal fascisten in de gelederen hebben…. Sterker nog: dat de grote regeringspartijen in feite fascistische maatregelen steunen en dan heb ik het niet over de fascistische PVV beweging of de Forum voor Democratie fascisten, maar over de VVD, D66, CDA en PvdA…… We herdenken een door de nazi’s begonnen oorlog terwijl we dezelfde fouten maken als voorafgaand aan WOII: haat tegen minderheden (Marokkanen en andere islamitische burgers, de Joden van de 21ste eeuw >> ook in Nederland voor WOII veel antisemitisme!!) en de haat tegen vluchtelingen, zoals die ook voor WOII werden gehaat en daarbij ging het niet alleen om Joden, maar ook om: politieke vluchtelingen, homo’s, Roma en Sinti, zij werden destijds in grote getale door de Nederlandse douane teruggestuurd naar nazi-Duitsland, regelrecht in de handen van de Gestapo…. De zo bejubelde Nederlandse koningin Wilhelmina was zelf een Jodenhater en wilde om haar Paleis Het Loo in een straal van 50 kilometer geen opvang van vluchtelingen (de enkelen die nog wel het land in mochten…..)
En in Indonesië was de NSB voor WOII zelfs de grootste partij……
Hoe kan het dat de ‘grote partijen’: VVD, D66, CDA, en PvdA dat soort maatregelen (zoals die tegen het opnemen van vluchtelingen) hebben doorgevoerd, maatregelen die zo uit de kokers van de PVV en FVD fascisten komen…..
‘Misschien’ moet het Nationaal Comité 4 en 5 mei eens aandacht aan deze zaken schenken en de burgers waarschuwen voor het afglijden naar een steeds rechtser regeringsbeleid……
Hier een artikel geschreven door Brian Terrell, gepubliceerd op CounterPunch, gisteren gepubliceerd. Terrell stelt hierin, dat Joe Biden weliswaar heeft gezegd dat de VS troepen uit Afghanistan worden teruggetrokken*, maar dat hij met z’n gespleten tong** alsnog heeft gezegd dat de VS zich nog steeds gemachtigd ziet om middels drones en kruisraketten in te grijpen in Afghanistan……. Het is als met zijn zalvende woorden over de oorlog in Jemen, een vreselijke oorlog die al snel uitdraaide op een genocide***, een genocide uitgevoerd op de sjiitische inwoners van Jemen door Saoedi-Arabië (S-A) en haar terreurcoalitie, waarbij intussen meer dan 500.000 mensen zijn omgekomen, door oorlogsvoering, honger, cholera en difterie. De 3 laatste zaken als gevolg van een blokkade die de VS op zee helpt handhaven….. (een blokkade waardoor voedsel, water, medicijnen en brandstof de bevolking maar mondjesmaat bereiken)
Ziekenhuizen en medische posten zijn voor een groot deel platgebombardeerd, evenals de infrastructuur, inclusief rioleringssystemen (o.a. de oorzaak voor een enorme cholera uitbraak die nog steeds doorwoedt onder de al verzwakte bevolking), waterzuiveringsinstallaties en watertoevoer systemen…..**** Zelfs de weinige akkers waarmee een deel van de bevolking kan worden gevoed worden voor de oogst gebombardeerd >> als je dit geen genocide kan noemen, weet ik niet wanneer je dat wel mag doen, zeker alleen als er mechanisch mensen worden vermoord zoals de nazi’s dat deden in de dodenkampen…….. (bovendien: opzettelijk honger veroorzaken is een zware oorlogsmisdaad en een misdaad tegen de menselijkheid……)
Biden heeft wel gezegd dat de VS zich zal terugtrekken uit die oorlog in Jemen, maar heeft daarbij tevens gezegd dat de VS de Saoedische terreurstaat zal blijven verdedigen tegen vijanden van buiten en bovendien heeft hij ook gezegd dat de VS zal blijven doorgaan met het uitschakelen middels drones van leden behorend tot terreurgroepen ISIS en Al Qaida Jemen, waar de VS vooral de Houthi rebellen heeft aangevallen en vermoord, terwijl zij de beste strijders tegen ISIS en Al Qaida waren en daarbij voor het ingrijpen van de Saoedische terreurcoalitie grote successen boekten, te vergelijken met die van de Koerden in Syrië…… De huidige ‘president’ van Jemen (niet democratisch gekozen maar aangewezen door S-A en het westen….) gaf deze terreurgroepen toegang tot Jemen, de reden waarom de Houthi’s zich in het verzet hebben gestort (bovendien worden die terreurgroepen gesteund door…. Saoedi-Arabië!!)
Trouwens wat betreft de VS verdediging van Saoedi-Arabië tegen vijanden van buiten: de grote smeerlap Biden doelt uiteraard op Iran, dat nooit is betrapt op militaire hulp aan de Houthi’s en de zogenaamde aanvallen op olie-installaties in S-A werden in werkelijkheid uitgevoerd door de Houthi’s en niet door Iran zoals S-A, De VS en de reguliere westerse media en politici hebben gelogen!! Echter met zijn woorden kan Biden ook de Houthi’s aanvallen daar deze goed georganiseerde rebellen zoals gezegd al hebben laten zien grote doelen in Saoedi-Arabië te kunnen platleggen, dit door met kleine commando’s, drones en zelf gefabriceerde raketten bijvoorbeeld olie-installaties aan te vallen. (Biden heeft overigens gezegd dat de VS zonder meer militairen op de grond kan inzetten als dat ‘nodig mocht zijn…..’)
Terrell gaat in zijn artikel in op het gebruik van drones in oorlogsvoering, waar vooral de drones van de VS dood en vernietiging zaaien en intussen al aan vele duizenden, zo niet tienduizenden mensen het leven hebben gekost en hierbij heeft de VS in meer dan 90% van de gevallen mensen vermoord die niet eens werden verdacht (terwijl het al een smerige misdaad is om verdachten zonder enige vorm van proces te vermoorden…..)
Terrell stelt volkomen terecht dat men in het westen niet moet denken dat westerse terreur onbeantwoord zal blijven…… Hij haalt daarvoor ook 9/11 aan, de aanval op de Twin Towers ‘en het Pentagon’, volgens hem een gevolg van VS oorlogsvoering elders, echter hij vergeet dat de 9/11 aanslagen zijn bedacht en georganiseerd in de VS, juist om een legitimering te hebben voor het voeren van oorlog, (‘war on terror’), daar de wapenindustrie (in de breedste zin van het woord) de winsten zagen slinken, doordat de Sovjet-Unie ‘geen dreiging meer was’ (dat was het al niet, juist de VS en de NAVO onder militair opperbevel van de VS waren een dreiging voor de Sovjet-Unie, niet voor niets ook dat het Warschaupact een antwoord was op de destijds al bestaande NAVO….)
Terrell haalt terecht de woorden van president Eisenhower en George Orwelll aan die waarschuwden voor oneindige oorlogen, alleen om de wapenindustrie haar megawinsten te laten behouden…… Wat ongelofelijk jammer dat deze 2 hun gelijk hebben gehaald…… De oorlogen in Afghanistan, Irak en Syrië plus de genocide in Jemen zijn nog lang niet voorbij!!
On Thursday, April 15, the New York Times posted an article headed, “How the U.S. Plans to Fight From Afar After Troops Exit Afghanistan,” just in case anyone misunderstood the previous day’s headline, “Biden, Setting Afghanistan Withdrawal, Says ‘It Is Time to End the Forever War’” as indicating the U.S. war in Afghanistan might actually come to an end on September 11, 2021, almost 20 years after it started.
We saw this bait and switch tactic before in President Biden’s earlier announcement about ending U.S support for the long, miserable war in Yemen. In his first major foreign policy address, on February 4, President Biden announced “we are ending all American support for offensive operations in the war in Yemen,” the war waged by Saudi Arabia and its allies since 2015, the war he called “a humanitarian and strategic catastrophe.” Biden declared “This war has to end.”
As with last week’s announcement that the U.S. war in Afghanistan would end, “clarification” came the following day. On February 5th, the Biden administration dispelled the impression that the U.S. was getting out of the business of killing Yemenis completely and the State Department issued a statement, saying “Importantly, this does not apply to offensive operations against either ISIS or AQAP.” In other words, whatever happens in regard to the war waged by the Saudis, the war that the U.S. has been waging in Yemen since 2002, under the guise of the Authorization for Use of Military Force passed by congress authorizing the use of the U.S. Armed Forces against those responsible for the September 11 attacks, will continue indefinitely, despite the fact that neither ISIS nor Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula existed in 2001. These other “offensive operations” by the U.S. that will continue unabated in Yemen include drone strikes, cruise missile attacks and special forces raids.
While what President Biden actually said regarding the war in Afghanistan last week was “We will not take our eye off the terrorist threat,” and “We will reorganize our counterterrorism capabilities and the substantial assets in the region to prevent re-emergence of terrorist threat to our homeland,” the New York Times could not be far off as they interpreted those words to mean, “Drones, long-range bombers and spy networks will be used in an effort to prevent Afghanistan from re-emerging as a terrorist base to threaten the United States.”
It appears from his statements and actions regarding the war in Yemen in February and regarding the war in Afghanistan in April, that Biden is not so much concerned with ending the “forever wars” as he is with handing these wars over to drones armed with 500 pound bombs and Hellfire missiles operated by remote control from thousands of miles away.
In 2013, when President Obama promoted drone wars claiming that “by narrowly targeting our action against those who want to kill us and not the people they hide among, we are choosing the course of action least likely to result in the loss of innocent life” it was already known that this was not true. By far, most victims of drone attacks are civilians, few are combatants by any definition and even those targeted as suspected terrorists are victims of assassination and extrajudicial executions.
The validity of Biden’s claim that U.S. “counter terrorism capabilities” such as drones and special forces can effectively “prevent re-emergence of terrorist threat to our homeland” is taken for granted by the New York Times– “Drones, long-range bombers and spy networks will be used in an effort to prevent Afghanistan from re-emerging as a terrorist base to threaten the United States.”
After the Ban Killer Drones “international grassroots campaign working to ban aerial weaponized drones and military and police drone surveillance,” was launched on April 9, I was asked in an interview if there is anyone in the government, military, diplomatic or intelligence communities who supports our position that drones are no deterrent to terrorism. I do not think that there is, but there are many people formerly holding those positions who agree with us. One example of many is retired General Michael Flynn, who was President Obama’s top military intelligence officer before he joined the Trump administration (and was subsequently convicted and pardoned). He said in 2015, “When you drop a bomb from a drone… you are going to cause more damage than you are going to cause good,” and “The more weapons we give, the more bombs we drop, that just… fuels the conflict.” Internal CIA documents published by WikiLeaks document that the agency had similar doubts about its own drone program- “The potential negative effect of HVT (high value targets) operations,” the report states, “include increasing the level of insurgent support […], strengthening an armed group’s bonds with the population, radicalizing an insurgent group’s remaining leaders, creating a vacuum into which more radical groups can enter, and escalating or de-escalating a conflict in ways that favor the insurgents.”
Speaking of the effect of drone attacks in Yemen, the young Yemeni writer Ibrahim Mothana told Congress in 2013, “Drone strikes are causing more and more Yemenis to hate America and join radical militants.” The drone wars the Biden administration seems hell bent on expanding clearly damage and set back security and stability in the countries being attacked and increase the danger of attacks on Americans at home and abroad.
Long ago, both George Orwell and President Eisenhower foresaw today’s “forever wars” and warned of nations’ industries, economies and politics becoming so dependent on the production and consumption of armaments that wars would no longer be fought with an intention of winning them but to ensure that they never end, that they are continuous. Whatever his intentions, Joe Biden’s calls for peace, in Afghanistan as in Yemen, while pursuing war by drone, ring hollow.
For a politician, “war by drone” has obvious advantages to waging war by ordering “boots on the ground.” “They do keep the body bag count down,” writes Conn Hallinan in his essay, Day of the Drone, “but that raises an uncomfortable moral dilemma: If war doesn’t produce casualties, except among the targeted, isn’t it more tempting to fight them? Drone pilots in their air-conditioned trailers in southern Nevada will never go down with their aircraft, but the people on the receiving end will eventually figure out some way to strike back. As the attack on the World Trade towers and recent terrorist attacks in France demonstrate, that is not all that hard to do, and it is almost inevitable that the targets will be civilians. Bloodless war is a dangerous illusion.”
The war is never the way to peace, the war always comes home. With the exception of four known “friendly fire” casualties, every one of the many thousands of drone attack victims has been a person of color and drones are becoming another military weapon passed on from war zones to urban police departments. Technical advances and proliferation of drones as a cheaper, more politically safe way for many countries to make war on their neighbors or across the globe make forever wars more intractable.
Talk of peace in Afghanistan, Yemen, the streets of the U.S., is not coherent while waging wars with drones. We must urgently demand a ban on the production, trade and use of weaponized drones and an end to military and police drone surveillance.”

Brandon Smith heeft een artikel geschreven op Alt-Market.us, door mij overgenomen van Zero Hedge, waarin hij stelt dat de VS het grote obstakel is voor de ‘Great Reset’, het plan om het ‘dodelijke COVID-19’ virus te gebruiken om de wereld definitief anders in te richten, dit met gebruik van verplichte vaccinaties en medische tirannie om de massa in de hand te houden….. Daartegen is ‘verzet’ te zien in Europese landen, terwijl men een groot deel van Azië en Australië al onder controle heeft, is het onwaarschijnlijk dat deze ‘reset’ naar totalitarisme wereldwijd zal kunnen worden doorgevoerd, waar Smith over Afrika zegt dat dit een bijzaak is daar juist op dat continent ‘verdachte vaccins’ worden getest……
Volgens Smith is de VS het grootste obstakel voor die wereldwijde reset, daar vooral het conservatieve deel in dat gestolen land zich al jaren verzet tegen globalisering, waarvoor hij een simpele verklaring heeft: een ‘open globale maatschappij’ en conservatieve idealen kunnen niet naast elkaar bestaan, daar het tegengestelde begrippen zijn, volgens Smith is dat zelfs onmogelijk.
Vervolgens legt Smith uit waar de conservatieve idealen uit bestaan: een kleine regering, echte vrije markten, individuele vrijheid, leven op ‘waarde’ weergegeven (zoals ze tegen abortus en euthanasie zijn, maar er geen probleem mee hebben om in feite kinderen als militairen aan de andere kant van de wereld illegaal oorlog te laten voeren, daarbij om het leven kunnen komen en daarbij een groot aantal slachtoffers maken, waaronder ook weer veel kinderen……), vrijheid van meningsuiting, het recht op zelfverdediging, het recht op zelfbeschikking (maar weer niet als het om abortus en dergelijke zaken gaat), vrijheid van geloof en het niet agressieve principe (we zullen je niets doen tenzij je ons probeert te schaden). Geen van deze idealen kan bestaan in een globalistische wereld, daar globalisme in de kern het nastreven is van een volledig gecentraliseerde tirannie.
Moet zeggen dat ik behoorlijk heb zitten lachen om die ‘conservatieve idealen’ van Smith, immers de conservatieven in de VS laten in werkelijkheid vooral vaak het tegenovergestelde zien, hier een paar voorbeelden: een kleine regering? De VS regering is juist een uiterst uitgebreide regering en is dat al heel lang, mede ‘met dank’ aan de conservatieven. Echte vrije markten? De VS dumpt op grote schaal zwaar gesubsidieerde landbouwproducten op de markten van andere landen en ook op de markten van arme landen waardoor de boeren in die landen geen stuiver meer kunnen verdienen….. Daarnaast zijn het vooral de conservatieven die zich achter de door Trump gestarte handelsoorlog tegen China schaarden, al moet ik toegeven dat de Democratische Partij in de VS zich daar ook achter heeft gesteld…… Verder kan je nog wijzen op het feit dat conservatieven en neoliberalen pal achter de vrijhandels als TTIP en CETA verdragen staan, verdragen die zonder meer in het nadeel van de consument werken en die de voedselveiligheid nog verder geweld zullen aandoen*, maar die goed zijn vooir de winsten van grote bedrijven en hun aandelhouders, waaronder veel plutocraten…… Vrijheid van geloof? Ja vooral als het gaat om het christelijk geloof…… ‘Het ‘niet agressieve principe’ is al helemaal een lachertje, zeker als het om de conservatieven gaat (die je met hetzelfde gemak neoliberalen kan noemen), men durfde in de VS zelfs te stellen dat een land als Irak een gevaar was voor de VS, waarbij men een hoop leugens bij elkaar verzon, inclusief zogenaamd bewijs, bijvoorbeeld dat Saddam Hoessein raketten had waarmee hij Groot-Brittannië en zelfs de VS zou kunnen raken, terwijl de geheime diensten dondersgoed wisten dat dit een leugen was, die ze NB zelf in elkaar flansten (samen met de top van het Pentagon).
Het is simpelweg niet anders dan wanneer de grondstof- en handelsbelangen dan wel strategische belangen van de VS in de ogen van het zittende bestuur (of dat nu conservatief of ronduit neoliberaal is) worden geschaad, zal de VS (illegale) oorlogen beginnen, zo simpel als wat, zie de geschiedenis……
Globalisten zijn in de ogen van Smith de kanker van de wereld (daarin ben ik het wel eens met hem), ze doen zich voor als filantropen en stellen dat ze beter weten wat goed is voor de rest van de mensheid, ze zien zich als superieur boven de rest van de wereld, echter als je ziet waar ze echt voor staan wordt het duidelijk dat ze geen nobele bedoelingen hebben, ze hebben geen empathie en hebben lak aan: -de gemiddelde wereldburger, -het milieu (inclusief de klimaatverandering), -de economie of de -maatschappij in haar geheel…… Deze figuren zijn als crack verslaafden, ze kunnen in eigen ogen nooit genoeg macht vergaren, er is altijd meer macht te vergaren, aldus een vergelijking die Smith maakt.
Echte filantropen zouden er geen moeite mee hebben als sommigen hun liefdadigheid niet accepteren, maar psychopaten kunnen niet leven met een groep mensen die hen en hun ideologie afwijzen….. Het wordt niet toegestaan om bij hen weg te gaan, of zaken op je eigen manier te doen….. Je wordt gedwongen je te onderwerpen aan hun wil, daar de agenda van deze plutocraten alleen werkt als iedereen zich daaraan onderwerpt……
Moet nog opmerken dat in mijn ogen de ware globalisten de mensen zijn die een eerlijke wereld nastreven, een wereld waarin geen plaats is voor plutocraten die door hun misdadig handelen het grootste deel van de financiën in handen hebben en die regeringen kunnen dwingen een voor hen gunstig beleid te voeren (doordat zij de politieke machthebbers hebben omgekocht, zie de enorme bedragen die ze geven aan de 2 grootste politieke partijen in de VS), met echt eerlijke handel die vooral de arme landen zou moeten bevoordelen, een wereld die zich inzet voor die arme landen en eindelijk de grote bedrijven echt wil aanpakken die de wereld naar de gallemiezen helpen, bedrijven als oliemaatschappijen, de bankenmaffia, de wapenindustrie en de voedselbedrijven (waar de laatsten lak hebben aan de gezondheid van de gebruikers zoals het schoftenbedrijf Unilever…..) Brandon Smith is ronduit een schoft als hij spreekt over de Black Lives Matter (BLM) demonstraties, waar hij deze niet zo noemt maar als alleen rellen neerzet, terwijl de rellen het gevolg zijn van hard politie-ingrijpen tegen in eerste instantie vreedzame demonstraties, nee volgens Smith zijn de slachtoffers van politiegeweld zware misdadigers……. Globalists Will Need Another Crisis In America As Their Reset Agenda Fails
It might sound like “US exceptionalism” to point this out (…and how very dare I), but even if the globalist Reset is successful in every other nation on Earth, the globalists are still failures if they can’t secure and subjugate the American people. As I’ve noted many times in the past, most of the world has been sufficiently disarmed, and even though we are seeing resistance in multiple European nations against forced vaccination legislation and medical tyranny, it is unlikely that they will have the ability to actually repel a full on march into totalitarianism. Most of Asia, India and Australia are already well under control. Africa is almost an afterthought , considering Africa is where many suspect vaccines are tested.
America represents the only significant obstacle to the agenda.
Conservative Americans in particular have been a thorn in the side of the globalists for generations, and it really comes down to a simple matter of mutual exclusion: You cannot have an openly globalist society and conservative ideals at the same time in the same place. It is impossible.
Conservatives believe in limited government, true free markets, individual liberty, the value of life, freedom of speech, private property rights, the right to self defense, the right to self determination, freedom of religion, and the non-aggression principle (we won’t harm you unless you try to harm us). None of these ideals can exist in a globalist world because globalism is at it’s core is the pursuit of a fully centralized tyranny.
There are people on this planet that are not satisfied to merely live their lives, take care of their families and make their mark peacefully. They crave power over all else. They desperately want control over you, over me, over everything, and they will use any means at their disposal to get it. I would compare it to a kind of drug addiction; globalists are like crack addicts, they can never get enough power, there is always something more to take.
They tell themselves and others that they are “philanthropists”, that “they know what is best” for the rest of us. They believe themselves superior and therefore it is their “destiny” to dictate and micro-manage society for the “greater good” of us all. But really, when we witness their methods it becomes clear that they have no noble aspirations. They have no empathy or honor. They don’t care about the average human being, or the environment, or the economy or society in general. They only care about themselves and their delusions of grandeur. These people are a cancer on the rest of civilization.
They seem to be particularly obsessed with deconstructing and sabotaging America in the pursuit of their global Reset. Real philanthropists would not have a problem if someone didn’t want to accept their “charity”, but psychopaths cannot abide a group of people rejecting them and their ideology. You are not allowed to walk away from them. You are not allowed to do things your own way. You must be forced to comply. The agenda only works if EVERYONE submits.
Unfortunately for the globalists, the Reset is not working out for them everywhere. In the US, the agenda is failing miserably compared to Asia and parts of Europe.
As the head of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, is so fond of reminding us, the Covid pandemic is the “perfect opportunity” to push forward the globalist plans for a total Reset of human economy and society. To the globalists, the crisis is a panacea, a doorway to their version of a better world. They love the pandemic, they are not distressed by it.
The problem is, it’s not doing enough damage or terrifying enough people.
Consider the Event 201 coronavirus pandemic simulation – It was held by the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation only two months before the real thing “coincidentally” happened in early 2020. The pandemic war game was less about saving lives and more about how the elites planned to keep the public under control. The suppression of alternative media and censorship in social media was discussed at great length. Dissenting voices need to be silenced if the Reset is going to prevail.
One factor within the Event 201 simulation that never played out, though, was the WEF projections on deaths. The war game suggested at least 65 million initial deaths due to the pandemic. Early projections on the death rate suggested 2% to 3% of the population or more. The same projections were repeated by the UN’s World Health Organization when the real pandemic was first revealed to the public.
Instead, Covid-19 has been a letdown for the globalists, with a tiny death rate of around 0.26% outside of nursing homes. Meaning, 99.7% of the population has nothing to worry about from covid. Millions of Americans are becoming savvy to the situation and are refusing to comply with mandates over a virus that is a non-threat.
Instead of backing off of the Reset scheme, the globalists are continuing to double down. Why? Because they have no other choice. They let the cat out of the bag and bloviating big-mouths like Klaus Schwab told the world exactly what the plan is. If they retreat now, they might NEVER get another chance to implement a world centralization plan; a massive grift which requires medical tyranny in order to prevent rebellion.
You see, if the death rate had been dramatically higher than 0.26% and covid represented a legitimate threat, then maybe a larger portion of the US population would have been on board with longer term restrictions and medical passports. Maybe not. The fact remains that 40% of deaths have been in nursing homes among patients with preexisting illnesses, the death rate outside of these facilities is minimal, the mask mandates have been proven completely ineffective and the states that have remained open and removed mask mandates have FALLING death and infection rates when compared to states that are enforcing lockdowns.
The fear narrative is falling apart. States across the US are opening and are refusing to implement useless mandates. In my home state of Montana, legislators and the governor are passing laws that forbid the enforcement of medical passports. Even major corporations are not allowed to demand vaccine passports from customers or employees.
On top of that, 40% to 50% of the US population in polls are refusing to comply with the vaccine rollout or medical passports. Why take a vaccine for a virus that 99.7% of the population is unaffected by anyway?
The jig is up. The globalists are going to need another crisis if they hope to enforce further lockdowns in the US, along with medical passports and disarmament. Do not be surprised if there is more engineered chaos going into the summer months. But what will the next crisis look like? I think we are already seeing the signs…
Covid Mutations
The mainstream media is pushing a non-stop narrative of covid mutation hype. We hear about UK and Brazilian variants on a weekly basis, and the assertion has been that surely, these variants will be more infectious and more deadly that the original virus. There is still no proof whatsoever to confirm this, but the globalists only care about planting the idea in people’s heads. They only care about reigniting the fear.
My feeling is that this strategy is going to fail, at least in the US. Too many Americans are aware of the con game, and a new virus threat is not going to have the same effect as Covid-19 did in the early months of the pandemic. None of us really knew what we were facing back then, and caution was a practical response. Today, we know for a fact that covid is not a concern for the vast majority of the public. Media attempts to amp up the threat will be ineffective, but they will of course still try.
BLM Riots
This is the next obvious tactic on the part of the establishment. Numerous state officials are openly supporting renewed riots across the country due to a recent police shooting in Minnesota. The shooting itself was accidental, with the suspect violently resisting arrest and leaping into his car. A female officer grabbed her pistol in a panic instead of her taser and fired.
This event had nothing to do with racism, and nothing to do with police brutality. But, that’s not stopping Marxist groups like BLM from taking advantage and making it all about “white supremacy”. The real danger of unrest, however, will arrive at the closing of the Derek Chauvin trail.
With the trail coming to an end, evidence has been revealed that George Floyd was involved in heavy drug use and the medical examiner indicated that this along with heart disease were contributing factors to Floyd’s death. A “speed ball” containing Fentanyl was also discovered in the back of the police cruiser in which Floyd was originally restrained. So, even if Derek Chauvin’s knee to the neck tactic helped kill Floyd, it is unlikely that a jury will convict him of 1st or 2nd degree murder based on the evidence. Any lesser charges will undoubtedly trigger more BLM riots.
Conveniently, these powderkeg events are taking place at the onset of the warm spring and summer months, which is prime time for riots.
My concern is that civil unrest will be allowed to spread and fester in the US until regular citizens start taking matters into their own hands. And, of course, any community that tries to defend itself against looting and destruction will be accused of “racist aggression” – At which time the Biden Administration will then try to assert the authority to institute martial law measures in various regions. This combined with renewed attempts at covid lockdowns is a highly likely scenario.
Cyber Polygon
Just as the Event 201 simulation of a coronavirus pandemic preceded the real thing by only two months, there are concerns that the next World Economic Forum simulation event will also be a precursor to another crisis.
Cyber Polygon is a war game being held by the WEF this July which is meant to simulate a major cyber attack on the global supply chain and the economic system. There has been endless discussion int the media the past year building up fears of cyber attacks by Russia, China, Iran and even North Korea.
In terms of supply chain threats, I’m not sure exactly how a cyber attack could do much to disrupt global shipping, unless we are talking about another blockage in a major shipping route like the Suez Canal. But, a successful attack on stock exchanges in places like Wall Street could be devastating. I suggest watching this event carefully as it may be designed to precede a real cyber attack sometime this year.
Global War Tensions
The media and the Biden Administration are very busy trying to create tensions with Russia over Ukraine. There are renewed tensions between Iran and Israel and continued destabilization by the West in Syria. And, a rising danger of confrontation with China over Taiwan.
War could be the goal, or, the goal could merely be economic conflict. After all, China has already been dumping dollars and US treasuries the past year, and it would not take much to cause damage to the dollar’s world reserve status if China and Russia both diversified into a basket of currencies for global trade.
Beyond that, there are many advantages for globalists in creating regional wars and drawing Americans into pointless conflicts. For example, the threat of war could be used to institute a new draft. What better way to keep American men in particular busy and stop them from rebellion against the Reset than to draft them so they can die in a meaningless war overseas?
There is also a narrative advantage to global tensions; when presented with a foreign threat, are Americans more likely to reject notions of rebellion against government trespasses? I have no doubt that the establishment will try to claim the liberty movement is not a movement for freedom, but an “astro-turf” movement created by the Russians to destabilize America. This has been the leftist media propaganda strategy for years now; so why would they stop?
The bottom line is this: America is the primary target of the globalists because we are one of the only countries with the means and the numbers to stop them and the Reset. Until they are removed from the equation they will continue to throw crisis after crisis at us in order to wear us down and force us to accept totalitarianism. Do not get too comfortable in the fact that the pandemic agenda is failing here; stay alert and continue to organize your communities.

Gisternacht op BBC World Service radio het bericht dat zowel president Biden als zijn minister van BuZa Blinken Rusland de wacht hebben aangezegd te stoppen met de troepenverplaatsing naar de grens met Oekraïne, waarbij psychopaat Blinken zelfs durfde te dreigen…… Alsof Rusland aan de Canadese en Mexicaanse grens staat met de VS, terwijl dat omgekeerd wel het geval is >> de VS en haar oorlogshond NAVO staan langs een groot deel van de Russische westgrens, wat Lavrov Biden eerder al onder de neus wreef en daarbij vinden er bijna het jaarrond militaire oefeningen plaats van de VS en haar NAVO-terreurpartners langs de Russische grens…..
Daarover gesproken: er staat nu een heel grote oefening van de VS en NAVO op til langs die grens….. Alsof Rusland op eigen grondgebied geen troepen mag samentrekken…….. Buiten dat: de VS is NB de grootste agressor ter wereld, je kan daarbij gerust spreken van de grootste terreurentiteit ter wereld……. Vergeet verder niet dat de Russen terecht ongerust worden van die grote NAVO oefening, zeker nadat de Oekraïense neonazi-bataljons daaraan vlak voorafgaand de wapenstilstand in Oost-Oekraïne hebben geschonden en steden en dorpen van de zich van Oekraïne afgescheiden gebieden met zware artillerie bestoken (een ernstige oorlogsmisdaad en dat met wapens die daar volgens de wapenstilstand niet eens mogen zijn…..)…..

Volgens nieuwe ‘richtlijnen’ van de totaal losgeslagen geheime diensten van de VS (meer dan 25!!) is het grootste gevaar dat ‘haar’ burgers te vrezen hebben de volgende landen zijn (in de volgorde): China, Rusland, Iran en Noord-Korea……. ha! ha! ha! ha! Ja, ‘stuk voor stuk landen die de VS al meermaals hebben aangevallen, logisch dus….’ Onbegrijpelijk dat deze diensten vooral de CIA en NSA dergelijke berichtgeving nog durven te brengen, gezien het feit dat ze al zo vaak op leugens zijn betrapt dat je wel blind moet zijn om niet door te hebben dat juist de VS het land is dat op veel plaatsen de stabiliteit letterlijk zwaar geweld heeft aangedaan, geweld? Zeg maar gerust vreselijke terreur, waarbij alleen deze eeuw al meer dan 5 miljoen mensen (inclusief vrouwen en kinderen) zijn vermoord door de VS of in opdracht van de VS door haar NAVO-partners (zoals Nederland) dan wel door heel foute regimes die de VS steunt, neem het bloedige reli-fascistische Saoedi-Arabië…….. (al worden de slachtoffers van de genocide in Jemen niet meegeteld, een genocide die de Saoedische terreurcoalitie met hulp van de VS uitvoert in Jemen: daardoor hebben minstens 500.000 mensen het leven verloren [in feite vermoord], waaronder meer dan 100.000 kinderen…….)
Lullig, maar de meeste VS burgers hebben geen idee en hebben ook niet de tijd dan wel de energie om zich te verdiepen in wat de VS werkelijk uitvreet over de wereld, i.p.v. de leugen die hen continu wordt voorgehouden: ‘democratie en vrede brengen’ en als ze de energie wel hebben lezen de meesten van hen de reguliere (massa-) media en tja die brengen voor zeker 80% regeringsgetrouwe berichten zoals die van de CIA en NSA, ondanks alle bewezen leugens van deze geheime diensten, sterker nog de media nemen de berichten van die geheime diensten nog steeds met grote graagte over, voor veruit het overgrote deel zonder ook maar één letter aan kritiek te leveren, laat staan te controleren of e.e.a. klopt…….. En dan te bedenken dat die media nooit rectificaties hebben geplaatst als achteraf bleek dat ze voor de zoveelste keer het volk hebben voorgelogen……. De reguliere media ind e VS zorgen ervoor dat men werkelijk gelooft dat de VS alleen oorlog voert om gevaar voor de eigen bevolking af te wenden en daarvoor oorlog voert en dat maar al te vaak duizenden kilometers vanaf eigen bodem…….. Angst is dan ook een geweldig instrument om de bevolking eronder te houden, zie de meer dan belachelijke maatregelen tegen het Coronavirus…….
Het voorgaande is dan ook precies de bedoeling van de VS ‘regering’: de bevolking moet zich achter de troepen en de vervloekte vlag scharen en verder braaf belasting betalen…….. Het VS imperium heeft baat bij onwetendheid en armoede, immers dat zorgt voor een continue stroom van mensen die het leger ingaan, daar dit voor evenzo velen de enige mogelijkheid is om een vak te leren………. Wat betreft die armoede: terwijl Joe Biden 750 miljard dollar (nog meer dan Trump!!) wil uitgeven aan oorlogsvoering, lijden in de VS nu al meer dan 14 miljoen kinderen honger…….
De genoemde landen vormen uiteraard totaal geen gevaar voor de VS, maar vrezen op hun beurt volkomen terecht de ongebreidelde agressie van de VS, dat alleen al met sancties verschillende bevolkingen vreselijk geweld aandoet, zo zijn in Venezuela al minstens 50.000 mensen overleden aan de gevolgen die de illegale sancties (dus zonder VN resolutie) die de VS het land heeft opgelegd en in Iran moet het aantal slachtoffers de 10.000 ook al lang zijn gepasseerd….. Gebrek aan voedsel maar vooral aan medicijnen, zaken die de VS zogenaamd nooit sanctioneert, echter ook dat is een leugen van formaat!! Je kan wel zeggen dan haalt men bijvoorbeeld de medicijnen toch elders? Echter de VS chanteert regeringen en bedrijven wereldwijd door te dreigen dat het ofwel het land ook onder sancties zal plaatsen, dan wel bedrijven te verstaan geeft dat wanneer men niet onmiddellijk stopt, de VS hen verder zakendoen onmogelijk zal maken en dat kan de VS daar het bijvoorbeeld het grootste deel van de banken kan dwingen geen zaken meeer te doen met zo’n bedrijf…….. Vergeet niet dat de VS met de dollar, een internationaal betaalmiddel in handen heeft (in feite is de dollar net zo veel waard als de rijksmark in het Duitsland van eind 20er jaren vorige eeuw*)…… De dollar is (nog steeds) leidend in de wereld en het SWIFT betalingssysteem, een systeem voor het internationaal betalingsverkeer, wordt ook door de VS beheert…… (vandaar ook dat de geldmachines in de VS dag en nacht kunnen doordraaien….)
Voorts wordt de dollar nog steeds gebruikt om de olieprijs weer te geven, iets wat de voormalige president van Libië probeerde te ondergraven met de gouden dinar, een munt gedekt door goud en niet als de dollar met lucht….. Het kostte Khadaffi op een vreselijke manier de kop en maakte van het eens rijkste land van Afrika het bijna armste land van dat continent…….. Ofwel de VS oefent op meerdere manieren terreur uit, waarbij de ergste vorm natuurlijk het illegaal oorlog voeren is, één van de grootste oorlogsmisdaden….. Verder heeft de VS middels drones al vele duizenden verdachten zonder enige vorm van proces vermoord en naast die verdachten bestaat meer dan 90% van de slachtoffers door deze terreur uit vooral vrouwen en kinderen, zoals je begrijpt niet eens verdacht van een misdaad……
Caitlin Johnstone heeft een bron bij één van de geheime diensten en die stelt onomwonden dat juist de VS zelfs het grootste gevaar is voor de VS burgers, niet zo vreemd als je het voorgaande hebt gelezen, immers geen land is instaat de VS aan te vallen……
Caitlin schrijft over de gevangenissen van de VS waar 1 op de 5 gevangenen van over de wereld gevangen zit en noemt dat geheel sarcastisch ‘het sociaal opvangnet…….’ (wat het leger daadwerkelijk is!!)
Lees het artikel en geeft het door, tijd dat de wereldbevolking wakker wordt en als de VS een basis heeft op de bodem van een ander land, de bevolking eist dat hier een eind aan wordt gemaakt en de VS militairen het land uit knikkert; de VS heeft ‘maar liefst’ 800 militaire bases over de wereld, waarvan een groot deel rond China en Rusland…….. De VS beschikt nu zelfs over een ‘raketschild’ in Polen en Roemenië, zogenaamd om raketten uit Iran tegen te houden, maar de leugenachtige vereniging van terreurstaten heeft daar raketten die in een mum van tijd kunnen worden uitgerust met meerdere kernkoppen waarmee de VS Russische steden kan aanvallen die gezien de afstand een schending is van het INF-verdrag (dat Rusland zou hebben geschonden aldus de VS, terwijl het haar beschuldiging, een nieuwe Russische raket zou dat verdrag schenden, meermaals heeft geweigerd te controleren en te inspecteren op verzoek van Rusland…..)…..
A new “threat assessment” by the US intelligence cartel has named China the number one threat to the United States today, followed by Russia, Iran, and North Korea. This has of course led to blaring news headlines like “China poses the biggest threat to the U.S., a new intelligence report says” from The New York Times, instead of something a little less propagandistic like “Here’s who the CIA wants you to be afraid of in order to advance its geostrategic power agendas.”
The report makes a bunch of evidence-free assertions which serve no purpose other than to help manufacture consent for the movement of expensive weaponry around the globe at the facilitation of unscrupulous war propaganda firms like The New York Times. Not only that, but I can now report that this US intelligence threat assessment is squarely contradicted by my own intelligence source.
Far from being threatened in any meaningful way by Beijing, Moscow, Tehran or Pyongyang, my intelligence source tells me that the greatest threat facing the United States today is actually the policy and behavior of the US itself.
My source informs me that infinitely more threatening to Americans than China is their own government’s policy of maintaining more and more severe domestic austerity measures and relying on a racist, violent and increasingly militarized police force to bash its most impoverished populations into line instead of simply helping them. The fact that America’s primary system of care for those who fall through the cracks is its immense prison-industrial complex poses a far greater threat to America than Moscow, Iran or North Korea ever will.
“When prison has become your country’s social safety net and you’re incarcerating at a rate unseen anywhere else in the world, it is not the time for you to worry about Kim Jong Un,” the intelligence source tells me.
But this crushing poverty and authoritarianism is necessary when a nation is the hub of a globe-spanning empire and its rulers need to make sure the populace remains too poor, busy and propagandized to begin interfering in the mechanics of the war machine. If Americans began using the power of their numbers to force their political system to cease hemorrhaging money and resources into interminable occupations and ever more expensive acts of military expansionism so that people could be cared for at home, the empire would fall. And that would make the imperialists sad.
According to my source, the real threat to America today is the standing policy of overextending US military commitments in a futile effort to maintain unrivaled unipolar planetary hegemony on a world that is forever out of control while impoverishing and oppressing Americans at home, all to preserve a failed competition-based model of mass-scale human behavior that our species needs to evolve beyond anyway.
Anyone with a brain can see that there is no real threat to the United States from outside US borders. US unipolar domination might be under threat from an ever-changing world in which empires are always temporary. Imperialism’s days might be numbered. Capitalism may be on the way out. But the US itself is not being threatened on the world stage by any foreign actor.
The US government is the one threatening nations with obliteration if they do not obey its dictates, not the other way around. Nobody is threatening America.
Your own intelligence sources will, with some rigorous usage, tell you that the real threat to America comes from oligarchs, imperialists and war profiteers who see the US government and its historically unprecedented military force as a tool for expanding power and wealth no matter what the human cost might be.

Onderzoek van anti-oorlog platform CODEPINK heeft uitgewezen dat de VS en de aan haar gelieerde landen (dus ook NAVO landen waaronder Nederland) sinds 2001 het belachelijk grote aantal van 326.000 bommen en raketten heeft afgeworpen resp. afgevuurd in het Midden-Oosten, Libië en Afghanistan….. En dan durft men met droge ogen te beweren dat de terreur op onze straten niets met die illegale oorlogen te maken heeft, want dat zijn deze oorlogen stuk voor stuk….. Een (illegale) oorlog beginnen is één van de ernstigste oorlogsmisdaden en misdaad tegen de menselijkheid, daarmee kan je zonder meer stellen dat de oorlogen die de VS alleen deze eeuw al is aangegaan niet anders moeten worden beoordeeld als grootschalige terreur!! (waarmee niet alleen terreur werd en wordt gekweekt in het westen, maar ook nog eens enorme stromen vluchtelingen op gang werden gebracht…..)
De genoemde landen zijn overigens niet de enige, ook Jemen (waar de VS helpt met een genocide op de sjiitische bevolking, uitgevoerd door de Saoedische terreurcoalitie), Pakistan en Somalië werden getroffen door grootschalige westerse terreur onder leiding van of alleen door de VS…….
Verder moet nog opgemerkt worden dat de bommen en raketten die werden gebruikt bij bombardementen door helikopters (inclusief z.g. gunships) niet zijn meegeteld, ofwel het aantal van 326.000 bommen en raketten ligt waarschijnlijk ver boven de 375.000…….
Als je dacht dat met het voorgaande alles wel gezegd is (alsof dat niet al te schunnig is voor woorden) heb je het mis: de bommen en raketten die de laatste 2 jaar in Irak, Afghanistan en Syrië zijn gebruikt zijn niet meegeteld, omdat die gegevens expres niet meer werden bijgehouden……. Dit met toestemming van Trump en dan durven figuren als zijne BNR lulligheid Bernard Hammelburg te zeggen dat Trump geen goede relatie onderhield met het leger (Pentagon), terwijl hij het Pentagon zelfs toestond om op eigen inzicht meer troepen in te zetten, zonder verantwoording te hoeven afleggen (en ook dat hoefde niet met strakke cijfers te worden weergegeven…..), nee echt een ‘ijskoude en grote afstand’ tussen die 2…….. ha! ha! ha! ha!
Een paar weken geleden gaf oorlogsmisdadiger opa Joe Biden*, de huidige VS president, toestemming Iraanse milities, of milities gelieerd aan Iran te bombarderen, waarbij in een dorp 22 mensen om het leven kwamen, mensen die niets te maken hadden met de strijd…… Bovendien was niet bekend wie de VS bases in Irak hadden belaagd, nee men stak de natte vinger in de lucht en stelde dat het wel Iraanse milities in Syrië moesten zijn, Irak en Syrië beiden landen waar de VS illegaal verblijft….. Het Iraakse parlement heeft de VS en andere buitenlandse troepen vorig jaar verzocht het land onmiddellijk te verlaten, wat de VS botweg weigert en ook Nederland is illegaal in Irak, terwijl de wens van het Iraakse parlement bekend is bij het geteisem van Rutte 3, weigert men opdracht te geven naar huis te gaan……. (‘leuk weetje voor familie’ mochten daar Nederlandse militairen omkomen…..)….. Terwijl VVD, CDA, D66, ChristenUnie en SGP (de laatste steunde en steunt dit flutkabinet) weigeren mensen die voor de oorlog daar op de vlucht zijn geslagen op te nemen in ons land, of sterker nog: als die vluchtelingen hier al zijn, deporteert men hen naar hun moederland met de ‘legitimering’ dat Irak ‘veilig is….’
In Syrië houdt de VS zelfs één derde van het grondgebied bezet, een gebied waar veel olie wordt gevonden, wat de VS verkoopt (!!!), tevens is dat een belangrijke landbouwgebied voor de Syrische voedselvoorziening….. De VN waarschuwde onlangs dat 4,5 miljoen Syriërs al honger lijden en dat dit snel kan oplopen tot 12 miljoen, ofwel 60% van de bevolking, door het bezet houden van dat gebied is de VS verantwoordelijk voor de ontstane honger in dat land, mede veroorzaakt door de sancties die de VS, Canada en de EU dat land illegaal hebben opgelegd (illegaal: niet gesteund door een VN resolutie)….. Door deze illegale sancties wordt er nog amper voedsel van buiten Syrië aangevoerd, hetzelfde geldt voor medicijnen en medische apparaten en al ontkent de VS dat deze zaken onder de sancties vallen, ze worden niet aangevoerd……. (ofwel de VS liegt hier weer eens keihard!!)
Er was vanuit Democratisch links nogal wat commentaar op opa Joe’s beslissing om te bombarderen, daarom heeft deze doortrapte ploert een tweede aanval niet door laten gaan, waarmee hij aan wil tonen dat de VS weliswaar hard optreedt, maar wel rekening houdt met burgers……..

US, Allies Drop 46 Bombs Per Day for 20 Years, Research Reveals
The United States has been at war for nearly every year of its existence as an independent nation, fighting in 227 years of its 244-year history.

March 10, 2021 “Information Clearing House” – – “MPN” – The United States and its allies have dropped at least 326,000 bombs and missiles on countries in the greater Middle East/ North Africa region since 2001. That is the conclusion of new research by Medea Benjamin and Nicolas J.S. Davies of anti-war group CODEPINK.
Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and Yemen are the countries that have felt the worst of the violence, but Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan, Palestine and Somalia have also been targeted. The total amounts to an average of 46 bombs dropped per day over the last 20 years.
CODEPINK’s numbers are based primarily on official U.S. military releases, as well as data from the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, the Yemen Data Project, and the New America Foundation. As striking as the figure of 326,000 is, it is an underestimate, as the Trump administration ceased publishing figures of its bombing campaigns in 2020, meaning there is no data for Iraq, Syria or Afghanistan for either of the previous two years. Also not counted are bombs or missiles used in helicopter strikes, AC-130 gunship attacks, strafing runs from U.S. bombers, or any counterinsurgency or counter-terrorism operations in other parts of the world.
Tough but nice?
Last week President Joe Biden gave the order to attack Iraqi militias in Syria, dropping 1.75 tons of bombs on a border village and killing 22 people — something that brought cheers from Washington insiders and corporate media pundits alike. The move was reportedly in response to strikes on U.S. military bases in Iraq — bases that, last year, the Iraqi parliament unanimously demanded be closed.
Yesterday, anonymous administration officials claimed that Biden called off a second Syria strike after being warned that women and children were in the area. Though no evidence was offered and the officials refused to go on record, corporate media diligentlyparroted the State Department line, allowing the new administration to simultaneously present itself as getting tough on its enemies and as a champion of human rights.
War, war, and more war
The United States has been at war for nearly every year of its existence as an independent nation, fighting in 227 years of its 244-year history. While both Barack Obama and Donald Trump offered up anti-war rhetoric when they were on the campaign trail, both moved steadfastly away from that position once in office. By 2016, Obama was bombing seven countries simultaneously and had earned the moniker “Drone King.” Trump, meanwhile, escalated the war in Yemen and even carried out the targeted assasination of Iranian leader Qassem Soleimani while he was in Iraq for regional peace talks. The 45th president also authorized the use of the “Mother of All Bombs,” a 21,000 pound (9,500 kg) explosive dropped on Afghanistan’s Nangarhar Province in April 2017.
Many of the Biden administration’s early moves signal that there will be more continuation of than rupture with previous U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East. While Biden had pledged to end the U.S. role in Yemen, the State Department’s qualifying language makes it clear that the U.S. is merely returning to Obama’s position on the conflict. Biden promised only to end support for “offensive” Saudi campaigns and limit “relevant” arms sales. Yet his administration immediately began emphasizing and denouncing Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, and reaffirming its commitment to help Riyadh “defend” itself from Houthi aggression. U.S. envoy Timothy Lenderking even went so far as to praise Saudi Arabia for its “generous support over the decades for the people of Yemen.”

On Israel, Biden has fully supported Trump’s decision to move the American Embassy to Jerusalem, a controversial move effectively approving the Israeli occupation of Palestine. Today, Vice-President Kamala Harris had a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in which she reaffirmed the White House’s “unwavering commitment” to Israel and its security.
Meanwhile, on Iran, Biden has dragged his feet on lifting sanctions and returning to the negotiating table to bring the U.S. back to the nuclear deal Trump abandoned. He also framed his Syria attack as a “message” to Iran.
Despite its spending almost as much as every other country combined on defense, the impact of war is largely unfelt in the United States. As Benjamin and Davies write: “The American public and the world are left almost completely in the dark about the death and destruction our country’s leaders keep wreaking in our name.” With studies such as this one, CODEPINK hopes to change that fact.

BBC World Service radio berichtte vannacht in het nieuws van 1.00 u. (CET) over de Libische ‘eenheidsregering’ (ha! ha! ha!) die van alle buitenlandse militairen eist het land direct te verlaten, gezien het gebied dat deze regering werkelijk beheerst is dat al een lachertje, ‘maar goed’.
Volgens de nieuwslezer bevinden zich Russische en Syrische huurlingen in Libië, ‘geheel toevallig’ landen waartegen de BBC ronduit uiterst vals gekleurde propaganda brengt….. Geen woord over de Turkse militairen die daar al meerdere oorlogsmisdaden hebben begaan, niets over de huurlingen uit landen als Saoedi-Arabië (waaronder gegarandeerd militairen van het Saoedische leger) en al helemaal niets over de terreurgroepen in het land die het westen daar deels bracht en steunt, sterker nog de door het westen gesteunde ‘eenheidsregering’ bestaat NB uit voormalige terreurgroepen……
De nieuwslezer vervolgde met te zeggen dat deze regering tot stand kwam na ‘the ousting of the former president Gadaffi….’ The ousting? eerder durfde de BBC te zeggen dat deze regering Khadaffi heeft ‘verdreven….’ (zo meer daarover) Khadaffi die nu plotseling in de Nederlandse Wikipedia pagina’s wel met zijn originele naam genoemd wordt: Moammar Mohammed al-Qadhafi, blijkbaar is men bang dat onwetenden te veel te weten komen over deze man, die zoals je al kon lezen voorheen werd aangeduid als Khadaffi; benieuwd hoe men zijn naam nu schrijft in de Nederlandse media…….
Nadat de NAVO onder leiding van Frankrijk, de VS en Groot-Brittannië Libië bijna met de grond gelijk maakten en divers terreurgroepen het land in brachten, werd Khadaffi op een vreselijke manier vermoord (vergelijk dat eens met ‘verdrijven…’)….. De man die zijn land grote voorspoed bracht en van Libië het rijkste land van het Afrikaanse continent maakte…… Khadaffi de man die zorgde dat zijn volk kon beschikken over gratis: -gezondheidszorg, -scholing (tot en met gratis studeren in het buitenland voor jongens en meiden [kom daar maar eens voor in een moslim land], inclusief huisvesting en leefgeld), -behuizing en praktisch gratis -energie…….
Khadaffi was van zins om de petrodollar te vervangen voor de gouden dinar, een munt die niet zoals de dollar op lucht is gebaseerd, maar zoals de naam al zegt werd gedekt door goud…… De voornaamste reden voor de VS om een oorlog tergen Libië te starten, nadat de CIA een opstand organiseerde in het land….. De enorme voorraad goud van Libië is verdwenen en het laat zich raden waar die is verdwenen: o.a. richting VS, Saoedi-Arabië, Egypte, Frankrijk en Groot-Brittannië……

‘Om Russische invloed in de EU te voorkomen’ (een leugen van jewelste maar dat lees je zometeen), doet Tony Blinken precies waar hij vandaag voor waarschuwt volgens o.a. WDR: op onbehoorlijke en illegale manier invloed uitoefenen op de EU, haar lidstaten en bedrijven en dat op een manier die niet anders dan als gewelddadig kan worden gezien…… ‘Precies waar Blinken voor waarschuwt?’ Nee, Blinken gaat nog veel verder als hij bedrijven dreigt met sancties!! (Ik snap werkelijk niet dat niet iedereen en zeker de journalisten van de reguliere westerse media dit niet meteen doorzien >> ongelofelijk!!)
Ach ja, Blinken is een psychopathische rotschoft, die uit is op zoveel mogelijk oorlog, immers dat is goed voor de wapenindustrie in de VS (in de breedste zin van het woord, dus inclusief de fabrieken waar men rollend, varend en vliegend oorlogstuig maakt), voor de bouwbedrijven van de VS die na VS bombardementen de boel ‘mogen’ heropbouwen en voor de grote oliemaatschappijen in de VS…… (het Pentagon betaalt aan oliemaatschappijen in de VS voor brandstof t.b.v. oorlogsvoering niet zelden meer dan 5 keer de prijs die normaal in de VS wordt betaald!!!)
Voorts is het dreigement ook nog eens bijzonder hypocriet, daar hij LNG uit de VS wil verkopen aan de EU, gas gemaakt uit het uitermate vervuilende proces van fracken voor schaliegas en daarbij moet dat gas ook nog eens met uiterst vervuilende tankers worden vervoerd naar Europa……. Kortom LNG is niet alleen door het fracken, maar ook door het vervoer veel meer vervuilend dan het gas uit Rusland!! Zoals je zal begrijpen is LNG uit de VS veel duurder dan het Russische aardgas en is de EU daarmee afhankelijk van VS leveringen met LNG en kan de VS de EU nog meer voorschrijven dan het nu al doet…….
Een tanker die de lucht over een lange afstand vreselijk vervuild met het vervoer van LNG naar de EU……..
Het wordt de hoogste tijd dat de VS zich geheel terugtrekt op eigen bodem (en haar meer dan 800 militaire bases over de wereld ontmantelt), kan de wereld weer eens ademhalen zonder illegaal oorlogsgeweld van de VS in meerdere landen…… Als dat gebeurt zal er een speciale politiemacht op poten moeten worden gezet die wereldwijd in de gaten houdt dat de VS zich niet nogmaals met interne politiek van andere landen bemoeit, de boel daar niet hackt en manipuleert, of daar zelfs uit eigenbelang opstanden organiseert, zoals het al zo vaak heeft gedaan en nog steeds doet

VS roepen bedrijven op onmiddellijk te stoppen met Nord Stream 2

WASHINGTON (ANP/AFP) – De Amerikaanse minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Antony Blinken roept bedrijven die zijn betrokken bij de aanleg van de omstreden gaspijpleiding Nord Stream 2 tussen Rusland en Duitsland op om “onmiddellijk” te stoppen met de werkzaamheden. Anders kunnen zij sancties van de Verenigde Staten opgelegd krijgen.
De Amerikaanse overheid zegt dat de Russen door de gaspijplijn meer invloed krijgen in Europa. Washington dreigde al herhaaldelijk met sancties voor bedrijven die bij de aanleg van de pijplijn, die al bijna voltooid is, betrokken zijn. Een daarvan is olie- en gasconcern Shell. Ook Europese landen als Polen en Oekraïne zijn fel tegen het project.
“Nord Stream 2 is een slechte deal, voor Duitsland, Oekraïne en voor onze bondgenoten en partners in Midden- en Oost-Europa”, meldde Blinken. Volgens hem is de pijpleiding onder de Oostzee “een Russisch geopolitiek project dat Europa moet verdelen en de Europese energieveiligheid verzwakt”.
Duitsland gaf vorige maand aan vooralsnog achter de aanleg te blijven staan. Berlijn had eerder al toestemming gegeven voor de hervatting van het project, na het aflopen van de vorige vergunning. Met Nord Stream 2 wordt de capaciteit van de bestaande Nord Stream-gaspijplijn onder de Oostzee verdubbeld.
Gisteren schreef ik al een bericht over de nieuwe meer dan belachelijke aantijgingen van de geheime diensten in de VS als zouden Rusland, China, Iran, Venezuela en zelfs Hezbollah de verkiezingen in de VS hebben gemanipuleerd of dat hebben geprobeerd en zoals gewoonlijk zonder ook maar één nanometer aan bewijs……*
GlennGreenwald heeft een uitgebreid artikel over deze zaak gepubliceerd op zijn site, waarin hij begint met het analyseren van de leugen gebracht door geheime diensten en de reguliere (massa-) media in de VS over de het lekken van gegevens afkomstig van de laptop van Hunter Biden, die in handen kwam van de New York Post.
De New York Post publiceerde documenten van deze laptop waaruit bleek dat Hunter Biden en andere familieleden misbruik maakten van de naam Joe Biden (die immers eerder vicepresident was onder oorlogsmisdadiger Obama) om zaken te doen met Oekraïne, China en andere landen.
Voormalige hooggeplaatsten van de CIA en leden van andere geheime diensten in de VS, stelden dat het om Russische desinformatie ging….. Twitter en Facebook besloten daarop de New York Post de toegang tot hun platform te ontzeggen……. John Brennan, CIA directeur onder Obama, heeft samen met de al aangehaalde figuren uit de geheime diensten een brief opgesteld waarin men stelde dat de zaak alle kenmerken had van Russische informatie operaties….. Hoewel dezelfde figuren benadrukten dat ze niet wisten of de gepubliceerde e-mails echt waren en dat ze geen bewijs hadden van Russische manipulatie…… (moet je nagaan….)
Echter deze toevoeging was voor de media die deze leugen brachten geen reden om in te binden, integendeel men ging gewoon door en Facebook stelde zelfs een algoritme in te zetten om berichtgeving over deze zaak tegen te houden……. En dan te bedenken dat eerder een zogenaamde Russische trollenfarm zich in de VS bevond, terwijl al lang bekend is uit publikaties van de Wikileaks Vault 7 documenten dat de VS op grote schaal hackt en daarbij cyberterreur begaat en spioneert maar dat op een slimme manier kan doen lijken alsof bijvoorbeeld Rusland, China, Iran, of Noord Korea de dader is…….
Glenn Greenwald, van The Intercept, die wel over deze zaak berichtte,werd terechtgewezen door zijn meerderen die hem wilden dwingen om passages over Biden weg te laten,waarop zijn artikel niet werd geplaatst en Greenwald besloot The Intercept te verlaten.
Het is zelfs zo zot dat een redacteur van de Washington Post stelde dat ‘we de Hunter Biden lekken moeten behandelen alsof ze van een buitenlandse geheime dienst komen, zelfs als ze dat waarschijnlijk niet zijn……’ (knettergek!!) De enige keer dat de regering van de VS reageerde op deze zaak, middels de Director of National Intelligence (DNI), stelde deze dat Bidens laptop geen deel uitmaakt van een Russische desinformatie campagne……….
Ach het is een herhaling van zetten in de Russiagate leugen, ook daarvoor is totaal geen bewijs geleverd, echter men houdt gewoon driftig vol dat dit wel zo is, overigens ook in de rest van het westen, waaronder Nederland….. Gistermorgen op BNR rond 8.51 u. de meer dan belachelijke ‘buitenlanddeskundige’ Hammelburg, deze enorme flapdrol (letterlijk en figuurlijk) sprak over de uitlating van Biden dat Putin een moordenaar is. Daarbij noemde hij Sputnik de ‘roeptoeter van de Russische overheid’, gelul >> op Sputnik wordt wel degelijk kritiek geleverd op de overheid, maar zelfs als dat zo zou zijn, zie de VS, waar niet 1 of 2 mediaorganen de overheid zouden dienen als roeptoeter, maar een hele reeks, van de New York Times tot CNN en daarvoor is een dossierkast aan bewijzen te leveren…..
Volgens Biden (en Hammelburg) is Putin een moordenaar als het gaat om Navalny…… Als Putin de neonazi Navalny had willen laten vermoorden was deze bewezen misdadiger al lang en breed onder de zoden verdwenen, bovendien kan deze ploert niet zijn vergiftigd met novitsjok daar hij dan dood zou zijn, immers een vergiftiging daarmee is zonder meer dodelijk voor iedereen die er onbeschermd mee in aanraking komt!!! Hammelburg durfde NB nog te stellen dat Putin ook een moordenaar is vanwege het ontwikkelen in Rusland van biologische en chemische wapens…… ha! ha! ha! ha! (vanmorgen herhaalde Hammelburg zijn leugens op BNR waar hij nu ook de Skripals aan toevoegde….)
Er zijn 3 naties op de wereld die deze wapens vrij openlijk ontwikkelen en dat zijn de VS (o.a. in Fort Detrick), Israël en Egypte….. In juli 2019 ontsnapte er ‘een virus’ uit één van de leger laboratoria van Fort Detrick, waarop de basis werd ontruimd….. Een paar maanden later vonden de militaire wereldspelen plaats in het Chinese Wuhan en nog een paar maanden later werden de eerste gevallen van het Coronavirus gevonden in Frankrijk, hoewel men dat toen nog niet wist, een herbeoordeling van stalen bloed, afgenomen in november 2019 toonden aan dat deze mensen het… Coronavirus onder de leden hadden…. Pas meer dan een maand laten, dus eind december 2019 werd het eerste geval van Coronavirus ontdekt in China……… Ra ra hoe is het allemaal mogelijk?? Intussen is zelfs bekend geworden dat het Coronavirus al eerder werd gevonden in later opnieuw beoordeelde bloedmonsters……
Uiteraard herhaalde Hammelburg het verhaal van de geheime diensten in de VS alsof Rusland, China, Iran e.a. de verkiezingen in de VS hadden gemanipuleerd of daar een poging toe hadden ondernomen……. Zoals Hammelburg nog steeds overtuigd is dat Russiagate bewezen is….. ha! ha! ha! Ha! Deze mislukte zakkenwasser zou eens andere moeten contacteren als hij weer eens een lulpraatje vertelt voor de radio!! (hij gaf een aantal maanden gelden toe dat hij vrijwel altijd ‘deskundigen’ raadpleegt voor zijn columns en ander gekoekwaus…… Hé Hammelburg tijd voor echte deskundigen en eigen onderzoek, waarbij je eens zou moeten zoeken of er bewijzen zijn voor wat je durft te beweren, enorme hufter!!! (vorig jaar durfde hij mensen die gebruik maken van de sociale media neer te zetten als kakkerlakken, je weet wel zoals de nazi’s over minderheden spraken die ze het liefst wilden uitroeien…….)

Eager to obtain vindication for the pre-election falsehood they spread about the Hunter Biden story, journalists falsely claim that the CIA blamed Russia for it.

Journalists with the largest and most influential media outlets disseminated an outright and quite significant lie on Tuesday to hundreds of thousands of people, if not millions, on Twitter. While some of them were shamed into acknowledging the falsity of their claim, many refused to, causing it to continue to spread up until this very moment. It is well worth examining how they function because this is how they deceive the public again and again, and it is why public trust in their pronouncements has justifiably plummeted.
The lie they told involved claims of Russian involvement in the procurement of Hunter Biden’s laptop. In the weeks leading up to the 2020 election, The New York Post obtained that laptop and published a series of articles about the Biden family’s business dealings in Ukraine, China and elsewhere. In response, Twitter banned the posting of any links to that reporting and locked The Post out of its Twitter account for close to two weeks, while Facebook, though a long-time Democratic operative, announced that it would algorithmically suppress the reporting.
The excuse used by those social media companies for censoring this reporting was the same invoked by media outlets to justify their refusal to report the contents of these documents: namely, that the materials were “Russian disinformation.” That claim of “Russian disinformation” was concocted by a group of several dozen former CIA officials and other operatives of the intelligence community devoted to defeating Trump. Immediately after The Post published its first story about Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine that traded on his influence with his father, these career spies and propagandists, led by Obama CIA Director and serial liar John Brennan, published a letter asserting that the appearance of these Biden documents “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
News outlets uncritically hyped this claim as fact even though these security state operatives themselves admitted: “We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails…are genuine or not and that we do not have evidence of Russian involvement — just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case.” Even though this claim came from trained liars who, with uncharacteristic candor, acknowledged that they did not “have evidence” for their claim, media outlets uncritically ratified this assertion.
This was a topic I discussed extensively in October when I announced my resignation from The Intercept after senior editors — for the first time in seven years — violated the contractual prohibition on editorial interference in my journalism by demanding I significantly alter my reporting about these documents by removing the sections that reflected negatively on Biden. What I found particularly galling about their pretense that they have such high-level and rigorous editorial standards — standards they claimed, for the first time ever, that my article failed to meet — was that a mere week prior to their censorship of my article, they published an article by a different journalist which, at a media outlet we created with the explicit purpose of treating government claims with skepticism, instead treated the CIA’s claims of “Russian disinformation” as fact. Even worse, when they quoted the CIA’s letter, they omitted the part where even those intelligence agents acknowledged that they had no evidence for their assertion. From The Intercept on October 21:
Their latest falsehood once again involves Biden, Ukraine, and a laptop mysteriously discovered in a computer repair shop and passed to the New York Post, thanks to Trump crony Rudy Giuliani….. The U.S. intelligence community had previously warned the White House that Giuliani has been the target of a Russian intelligence operation to disseminate disinformation about Biden, and the FBI has been investigating whether the strange story about the Biden laptop is part of a Russian disinformation campaign. This week, a group of former intelligence officials issued a letter saying that the Giuliani laptop story has the classic trademarks of Russian disinformation.
Oh my, marvel at those extremely rigorous editorial standards: regurgitating serious accusations from ex-CIA operatives without bothering to note that they were unaccompanied by evidence and that even those agents admitted they had none. But, as they usually do these days, The Intercept had plenty of company in the corporate media.
That those materials were “Russian disinformation” became so reflexively accepted by the U.S. media that it became the principal excuse to ignore and even censor the reporting, and it also helpfully handed the Biden campaign an easy excuse to avoid answering any questions about what the documents revealed. “I think we need to be very, very clear that what he’s doing here is amplifying Russian misinformation,” said Biden Deputy Campaign Manager Kate Bedingfield when asked about the prospect that Trump would raise the Biden emails at the debate. From the CIA’s lips to the mouths of corporate journalists into the hands of the Biden campaign.
As the U.S. media disseminated this “disinformation” tale, nobody — including the Bidens — has ever claimed let alone demonstrated that a single document was anything other than genuine — something that would be exceedingly easy to do if the documents were fraudulent. “The Biden team has rejected some of the claims made in the NY Post articles,but has not disputed the authenticity of the [laptop] files upon which they were based,” acknowledgedThe New York Times. Ample evidence corroborates that the documents are genuine.
As for the claims of Russian involvement in the laptop story, there was never any evidence for it: none. The CIA operatives who invented that storyline acknowledged that. The week that tale emerged, The New York Timesreported that “no concrete evidence has emerged that the laptop contains Russian disinformation” and the paper said even the FBI has “acknowledged that it had not found any Russian disinformation on the laptop.” The Washington Post published an op-ed by Russia fanatic Thomas Rid who candidly pronounced: “We must treat the Hunter Biden leaks as if they were a foreign intelligence operation — even if they probably aren’t.” And the only time the U.S. Government has ever spoken on this question was when the Director of National Intelligence stated: “Hunter Biden’s laptop is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign.”
These documents raised important questions about the presidential frontrunner’s knowledge of or participation in his family members’ attempt to profit off of their association with him, questions implicating his integrity, ethics and honesty. Yet those documents were suppressed by a gigantic fraud, perpetrated by the CIA and their media allies, which claimed that the documents were forged and that they came from Russia.
That is the critical context for the lie spread yesterday by numerous mainstream journalists. On Tuesday morning, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence declassified a short 12-page report entitled “Foreign Threats to the U.S. 2020 Elections.”
It reviewed the actions of numerous countries with regard to the 2020 election. The intelligence community claimed — without presenting any evidence whatsoever — that “Russian President Putin authorized…influence operations aimed at denigrating President Biden’s candidacy and the Democratic Party, supporting former President Trump, undermining public confidence in the electoral process, and exacerbating sociopolitical divisions in the U.S.” The New York Times’ largely credulous article about this report contained this admission, one you would think (or, rather, hope) would matter to journalists: “The declassified report did not explain how the intelligence community had reached its conclusions about Russian operations during the 2020 election.”
Despite that glaring omission, media outlets predictably treated the evidence-free assertions from the security state as fact. “Vladimir Putin did it again,” trumpetedMother Jones’ David Corn without an iota of skepticism. CNN’s Marshall Cohen actually said this:

The report confirms what was largely assumed, and barely hidden, last year: Trump and his allies publicly embraced Russia’s disinformation campaign against Biden, met with Kremlin-tied figures who were part of the effort, and promoted their conspiracies
Think about that: to a CNN reporter, evidence-free assertions from the U.S. security state are tantamount to “confirmation.” That they really do think this way is nothing short of chilling. But that is the standard liberal media posture of harboring reverence for the U.S. intelligence community and treating its every utterance as Truth without the need for any corroborating evidence. It is one of their defining attributes.
But in this case, many of them went far beyond mere regurgitation of CIA claims. Well beyond it: here, they fabricated a claim that report also demonstrated that the Hunter Biden laptop materials were — as they claimed before the election engineered by Russia. In reality, the report did not even mention the Hunter Biden laptop materials or allude to it, let alone claim that it was produced by the Kremlin, let alone supply evidence that it constituted “Russian disinformation.” But no matter: numerous journalists united to spread the false claim far and wide that the report confirmed this storyline.
The first journalist to publish the falsehood was Patrick Tucker, an editor at the journal Defense One. The tweet quickly went viral as liberals clicked “retweet” and “like” so fast that at least several of them likely suffered digital cartilage damage or at least a mild sprain:
The claim that this report corroborated Russian involvement in the Hunter laptop story picked up significant steam when MSNBC host Chris Hayes endorsed it to his 2.3 million followers:
From there, the claim was further spread by Hayes’ NBC News colleague Ben Collins, who — ironically — works in what the network calls the “disinformation unit,” combatting the spread of disinformation (by which Collins means tattling on 4Chan teenagers and Facebook boomers, while never challenging the lies of real power centers such as those from the intelligence community; those lies are ones he amplifies):
With this MSNBC host and the NBC disinformation agent on board, it was off to the races. Journalists from across the corporate media sphere spread this lie over and over. Here was CNN’s Asha Rangappa:
Perhaps the most embarrassing example was from S.V. Daté, the White House correspondent of HuffPost which, just last week, had dozens of its reporters laid off perhaps because, while they have numerous talented reporters, this is the sort of thing they routinely do, causing them to lose trust among the public. Daté did not just repeat the lie but used it to mock those who actually did the reporting on these documents (note that the section he underlined in red says nothing about the Hunter Biden documents, nor does it say anything about Russia other than it “amplified” various news stories):

As this false claim went massively viral, conservativejournalists — and only they — began vocally objecting that the report made no mention whatsoever of the Hunter Biden laptop, let alone supplied proof for this claim. That is because, with a few noble exceptions (such as The Washington Post’s media critic ErikWemple), liberal journalists at corporate outlets will eagerly endorse but never denounce or correct each other’s falsehoods. For that reason, if you confine yourself to the liberal corporate media bubble, and refuse to follow conservative journalists as well, you will be propagandized and deceived.
Hayes, to his credit, was one of the only journalists who helped spread this falsehood and then quickly retracted it. He first acknowledged that, upon reading the report, it did not appear that it actually made any reference to the Hunter laptop, and then announced he would delete his original tweet, conceding that the original claim was false. Note how the original false claims go mega-viral, while the tweets which subsequently acknowledge their falsity are seen by very few people:
With one of his earliest boosters having jumped ship, Tucker himself, the originator of this lie, first began backtracking while vowing he would never delete the tweet, only to then relent and delete it, acknowledging its falsity. Again compare the meager audience that learns of the backtracking and acknowledgment of falsity compared to the huge number exposed to the original false claim:

I’ve deleted a tweet that suggested that a recent ODNI report made explicit reference to the Hunter Biden laptop story. It makes reference to Andrii Derkach, a pro-Russian Ukrainian politician who was trafficking information remarkably similar to what showed up in the Post report
Thanks to multiple journalists with large platforms spreading Tucker’s original false tweet, it received thousands upon thousands of likes and re-tweets. So, too, did the tweets of other journalists that false claim, such as the one from HuffPost’s White House Correspondent and this one from one of David Brock’s goons specifically claiming that the security state’s evidence-free report somehow proves that my pre-election reporting on it was wrong. Yet Tucker’s announcement that he was deleting his tweet on the ground that the report does not make “explicit reference to the Hunter Biden laptop story” has a grand total of three retweets.
Indeed, other than Hayes, it is difficult to find a journalist who acknowledged that what they spread was a lie. Both CNN’s Rangappa and NBC News’ Collins simply allowed the tweet to quietly disappear from their timeline when Tucker finally deleted his, saying nothing to the thousands or tens of thousands of people they misled. Meanwhile, the tweet from HuffPost’s Daté is still up a full twenty-four hours after the key journalists who spread this have acknowledged it was false.
Do you see how they behave? Take a look. Prior to the election, out of desperation to ensure that Biden won, they censored and maligned this reporting by mindlessly endorsing an assertion from life-long CIA operatives that never had any evidence: ignore these documents; they are Russian disinformation. They not only invoked that claim to justify ignoring the story but also to successfully agitate for its censorship by Twitter and Facebook. So they spent weeks spreading an utter lie in order to help the candidate that they favored win the election. Remember, these are journalists doing that.
Then, yesterday, the intelligence community issued a report that does not even purport to contain any evidence: just assertions. And they all jumped to treat it as gospel: no questioning of it, no skepticism, no demands to see evidence for it, not even any notation that no evidence was provided. They just instantly enshrined claims from the CIA and NSA as Truth. How can you possibly be a journalist with even minimal knowledge of what these agencies do and look in the mirror as you do this?
But so much worse, in this case, they just outright lied about what the report said — just fabricated assertions that the report did not even allude to, in order to declare their lies from last October to be vindicated. Even if this report had asserted that the Hunter Biden laptop materials were manufactured by the Kremlin, that would prove nothing. Evidence-free assertions from the U.S. intelligence community merit skepticism, not blind faith — especially from people calling themselves journalists.
But the report did not even claim that. And when some of them realized this, they did virtually nothing to rectify the severe disinformation they had spent the day spreading. These are the people who claim to be so profoundly opposed to conspiracy theories and devoted to combating “disinformation”; as usual, they are the ones who spread disinformation most recklessly and frequently.
The fact that the false tweet from HuffPost’s White House correspondent is still up is quite revealing, given that that outlet just had to lay off a significant portion of its staff. As newly arrived Substack writer Michael Tracey wrote in his first article on this platform (headlined: “Why Journalists Hate Substack”), journalists are very good at lamenting when their outlets are forced to lay off journalists but very poor at examining whether the content their outlet is producing may be part of why it is failing:
So when you see another round of layoffs, followed by another round of exasperated Twitter lamentation about how horrible the industry is, you have to wonder if these rituals ultimately function as an excuse for journalists to forgo any kind of real self-examination. For instance, why it is that the media organizations they inhabit always seem to be in a constant state of free-fall? Sure, there are economic factors at play that the journalists themselves cannot control. But it would seem to behoove these journalists to maybe spend a little bit less time complaining in the abstract about the depredations of “the industry”—as though they are its hapless, beleaguered casualties—and a little bit more time analyzing whether they have contributed to the indisputable reality that huge cross-sections of the public distrust and despise the media.
There are multiple potential explanations for this dynamic worth considering. Maybe it’s the tedious hyper-partisanship and weirdly outdated content aggregation tactics that much of the online media still employs. Maybe it’s the constant five-alarm-fire tone and incessant hyping of overblown threats that was characteristic of the Trump years. Maybe it’s some combination of all these and more—but you won’t see many axed journalists offering up any kind of critical introspection, because when the layoffs arrive it can never have anything to do with their own ideological myopia or other shortcomings.
Indeed, when anyone, including journalists, loses their job, it is lamentable. But when one witnesses behavior like what these journalists did yesterday, the only confounding part of the collapse of this part of the media industry is that it is not happening even more quickly and severely.
